NDR took the time to ensure that I understood everything. They asked many times if I understand and would go over things again if needed. This made the process very easy for me to be comfortable moving forward in the process.

So far so good. Everything was explained to me up I feel that if I have questions that someone will be available to answer them. People who I talked to were courteous and professional. I did a lot of research and National Debt Relief seemed to be a good choice.

In my first review, I gave National Debt Relief two stars. Now I feel comfortable giving them five stars. They reached out immediately and solved our concern, and their customer service has been excellent in all matters. I definitely would recommend this company to others.

When National Debt Relief's rep talked to me, I seemed to like the guy and I signed up with them. There were a couple of hang-ups here and there during the enrollment, but it wasn't just their fault. I had missed calls, then I called back. It took a couple of days but other than that, it got there. The negotiator I worked with was helpful, too. He asked me a lot of questions and didn't make me feel bad. He was a great guy. They pretty much gave me a sum, asked if that will work for me, and I told that I'll make it work. Having the program gives me a good sense of comfort, knowing that my debts are getting taken care of. I have recommended NDR to friends.

Chris was well versed in the program and didn't have to ask anyone questions. He was patient and explained everything at first. And then when we went over paperwork he explained again as we went. The lady that did the follow up was also very patient as I ask questions. Both were professional and at same time was extremely courteous and friendly.

My experience so far with National Debt Relief has been extremely informative. They take you in and give you all the information you need to make an educated decision on how to relieve your debt. I had some debts and I didn’t have a lot of time to organize, make phone calls, and all the things that it requires to get all of that taken care of. NDR has a service that does that, so I reached out to them. Enrolling with them was easy. It was over the phone and it was very aboveboard. Initially, when we started everything out, they requested a goal, as far as how much money we should have. The money is automatically taken out of my check every two weeks and it works out just fine. It’s something that I can afford. We’ve worked to create an account of money, then we worked to find those that I had current debts with. As soon as we had enough money available, they started to reach out to those creditors and negotiated payments. They also let me know that in the event that if I were to come upon hard times again, I should let them know and we can work with whatever budget I needed to work with. It’s a very open door with them.

I have just started the program but everyone I have spoken to so far seems very professional and courteous and seems to genuinely want to help. I am a bit worried about the possibility of legal actions by a creditor(s) but hopefully National Debt Relief will be able to keep that from happening.

This is the first time I have ever felt like a company has had my best interest at heart. The customer service representatives are so professional and friendly. At hard times like these, it is important to have people there for you, and they have done just that.

I asked several questions that either could not be answered or were not answered by the employee as they talked around the question. One employee told me a particular creditor did not like to settle but rather preferred going to court. A welcome employee repeated the same phrase so many times as to become irritating. National Debt Relief has been successful in improving my scores and negotiating with my debtors properly. It definitely did not create a negative impact in both my finances and my scoring. Going with them was a big decision because I did not trust any of the system, but I figured after speaking with Ivan, the representative, he eventually convinced me about the risk and I just tried it out. In worst case scenario, I figured, I could always cancel and call my banks, but they were completely transparent and honest with their proposal. So far, so good. I'm getting my situations in line to pay my debt on time. And a couple of situations has been a little late. National Debt Relief had a good program and I thought it was good to consolidate everybody. And I wouldn't have any situation where creditors would call me every week for the outstanding debts. When they'd call, I'd ask if NDR has spoken to them. The creditors almost hang up. NDR would take a portion of my monthly check out to pay creditors eventually, even though it's gonna be a period of years. Hopefully, I would be able to cut that down to two years.

I called AmOne for a loan to consolidate our debt. The gentleman I spoke with could not approve my loan request but advised he had someone who could help, and I was transferred to National Debt Relief. That was not what I really wanted to do, I was extremely against this but after speaking with my husband, we were kind of convinced this may be the only option we have at this time. I am still very nervous about this especially since they will not even contact my accounts for 3-6 months to begin paying on them. I need to build up funds so they have options to offer my creditors. I have spoken to other people about this and some say it's normal others are as concerned as I am. If I signed the agreement why can't they at least contact my creditors and advise them what we are doing? As for the service, the people are friendly, pushy but friendly. I just hope I haven't made a big mistake doing this.
