The people behind this debt consolidation are great. Since I just enrolled, I am not sure how well the program works, but I can speak on my experience with the rep. Ray answered all my questions and was very help. National Debt Relief has been successful in improving my scores and negotiating with my debtors properly. It definitely did not create a negative impact in both my finances and my scoring. Going with them was a big decision because I did not trust any of the system, but I figured after speaking with Ivan, the representative, he eventually convinced me about the risk and I just tried it out. In worst case scenario, I figured, I could always cancel and call my banks, but they were completely transparent and honest with their proposal. So far, so good. They have moved forward with accelerating the program, too.

I'm getting my situations in line to pay my debt on time. And a couple of situations has been a little late. National Debt Relief had a good program and I thought it was good to consolidate everybody. And I wouldn't have any situation where creditors would call me every week for the outstanding debts. When they'd call, I'd ask if NDR has spoken to them. The creditors almost hang up. NDR would take a portion of my monthly check out to pay creditors eventually, even though it's gonna be a period of years. Hopefully, I would be able to cut that down to two years.

I called AmOne for a loan to consolidate our debt. The gentleman I spoke with could not approve my loan request but advised he had someone who could help, and I was transferred to National Debt Relief. That was not what I really wanted to do, I was extremely against this but after speaking with my husband, we were kind of convinced this may be the only option we have at this time. I am still very nervous about this especially since they will not even contact my accounts for 3-6 months to begin paying on them. I need to build up funds so they have options to offer my creditors. I have spoken to other people about this and some say it's normal others are as concerned as I am. If I signed the agreement why can't they at least contact my creditors and advise them what we are doing? As for the service, the people are friendly, pushy but friendly. I just hope I haven't made a big mistake doing this.

Everyone that I have talked has been very friendly and understanding. They were very knowledgeable and explained all details in a manner that I could understand. They were very good at listening to my side and answered all questions that I had to my satisfaction.

Both were excellent. Andrew ** was very knowledgeable. As I go into this, I am a bit nervous, but I am confident any questions I have will be answered. This is a big step for me. I did want to go bankrupt. It is my fervent wish that this truly does work for me.

Questions were answered, albeit vague at times. I am very nervous about enrolling in this kind of program, but am unsure of what else to do. My experience has been a positive one. As a customer, in general, I have always strived to have a strong pride... to: 1) be punctual, 2) to respond effectively to responsibility and commitment, 3) to pay on time and more than the minimum amount required. I signed up with NDR, because I had accumulated too many accounts. I had a situation where my total outcome became greater than my total income...! It seems to be going good so far. They helped with finding the debt and all but some of the questions and all in the email contacts are not the best. Also the representatives that we spoke to to initiate this process spoke fast and didn't give much chance to write down the information when originally given it.

Almost a year in with National Debt Relief, it has taken a lot of stress off me. I was having some financial problems with credit cards. The credit card companies were bothering me and I couldn't work with them. National Debt Relief provided a debt consolidation on my credit cards and the enrollment process was easy to do. I contacted them, gave them my name and number then somebody contacted me. I walked them through my problems and why I'm in debt.

After reading debt release are issues to address the concern I will list later. Please put all on hold. I for now and then I'll go back to the next episode. Please don't worry about me now. We are going through the process of making sure that we are able to make the payments over the course of the years.
