Your process of applying for National Debt Relief was too long. I would suggest that the process be modified. It is a good cause, but much too much paper work and long talks on the phone with repeats were frequent. This is my suggestion. MAKE THE PROCESS SHORTER!!!!

Lies lies lies, told me everything was good. I have 3 debt, they told me Discover was included in my contract. Found today March 17, 2020, it wasn’t but somehow they got my an extra 250000 on the same account/ lender. I was promised I could talk Kim ** at any time, that was a lie.

Good service and communication. Let's see how the rest of the process goes. They really took their time to explain how the process works, from beginning to end. They went over the contract with me word by word and asked me if I understood what was being said. They also spent quite a bit of time explaining how this would affect my credit positively or negatively. In the end, it's going to make my credit grading very good! This saved me from having to file bankruptcy and it's a huge load off my shoulders.
