I looked up National Debt Relief online, did some research, and went with them. I’m 78 years old and at my age, I’m not very active on the computer. Their online enrollment process was kinda hard for me to do. But we got through it and they worked me through it. I've been on the program for a little over a year now and it’s been running very smoothly. They call me if they need me or tell me something, and they email me. And so far, my interactions with their negotiator have been great.

Issac made me feel very comfortable during the whole call and gave me all the information that I needed. I just did my welcome call and again she was great. I've had an amazing experience with National Debt Relief. I had high credit card payments and I was making multiple payments. I called National Debt Relief to enroll and they asked me for my information, which I provided to them. Then they asked me for the amount of bills that I had and I sent them the billing statement then they enrolled it. The process was easy. I did it while I was on the freeway driving home. I'm in the 48-month program and I will be done in December. The fees are kinda high but they were pretty good in woking with me on the payment plan. They asked me how much I could afford and I let them know then they somehow made my payments to where I could afford.

Everyone I spoke to made me feel very comfortable which helped in trusting in the process. I received thorough information from Atif, and explained everything to terms I understood in the contract. The website is also user friendly and easy to navigate. Thank you.

When National Debt Relief's rep talked to me, I seemed to like the guy and I signed up with them. There were a couple of hang-ups here and there during the enrollment, but it wasn't just their fault. I had missed calls, then I called back. It took a couple of days but other than that, it got there. The negotiator I worked with was helpful, too. He asked me a lot of questions and didn't make me feel bad. He was a great guy. They pretty much gave me a sum, asked if that will work for me, and I told that I'll make it work. Having the program gives me a good sense of comfort, knowing that my debts are getting taken care of. I have recommended NDR to friends.

Chris was well versed in the program and didn't have to ask anyone questions. He was patient and explained everything at first. And then when we went over paperwork he explained again as we went. The lady that did the follow up was also very patient as I ask questions. Both were professional and at same time was extremely courteous and friendly.

I had some debts and I didn’t have a lot of time to organize, make phone calls, and all the things that it requires to get all of that taken care of. NDR has a service that does that, so I reached out to them. Enrolling with them was easy. It was over the phone and it was very aboveboard. Initially, when we started everything out, they requested a goal, as far as how much money we should have. The money is automatically taken out of my check every two weeks and it works out just fine. It’s something that I can afford. We’ve worked to create an account of money, then we worked to find those that I had current debts with. As soon as we had enough money available, they started to reach out to those creditors and negotiated payments. They also let me know that in the event that if I were to come upon hard times again, I should let them know and we can work with whatever budget I needed to work with. It’s a very open door with them.

I have just started the program but everyone I have spoken to so far seems very professional and courteous and seems to genuinely want to help. I am a bit worried about the possibility of legal actions by a creditor(s) but hopefully National Debt Relief will be able to keep that from happening.
