The enrollment process was pretty easy. I submitted information online, then someone contacted me, and we went over the rest of the information that they needed to do their processing. And then we got started, and figured out how much I would have available to work with them each month. The payment plan is much more manageable than what I was trying to do. Every time I've called them, they're very nice and respectful and helpful. It's never been a bad phone call. The process is pretty easy to understand right now. I have a year or less left, and a lot of my issues has been settled already. I've recommended National Debt Relief to a friend, and she is also using them now.

My original phone call with Duane ** was wonderful. He was nice, informative and professional. He informed me there would be a 24 hour follow up call and asked when would be the best time for them to call back. I told him the next day afternoon since I had a 3 week old newborn and we typically were busy and napping in the mornings. I’m not sure if people didn’t read my profile or what but I received 3 separate phone calls over the next 12 hours (one of which was after 5pm on the day of my initial call). The agents I spoke to with the 24 hour follow up call was very cold and not as friendly or personable as my initial encounter.

Everything went well during the process and she was very helpful and answer all my concerns and gave me all information I needed, she was patient and easy to understand. She followed by explaining everything that she had on hand and steps that would follow.

I have made the best discretion I have ever made. I really did not know what I was going to do. Their online enrollment process was kinda hard for me to do. But we got through it and they worked me through it. I've had an amazing experience with National Debt Relief. I had high credit card payments and I was making multiple payments. I called National Debt Relief to enroll and they asked me for my information, which I provided to them. Then they asked me for the amount of bills that I had and I sent them the billing statement then they enrolled it. The process was easy. I did it while I was on the freeway driving home. I'm in the 48-month program and I will be done in December. The fees are kinda high but they were pretty good in woking with me on the payment plan. They asked me how much I could afford and I let them know then they somehow made my payments to where I could afford.
