They were very persistent in calling me when I didn't respond to their email. I think the contract should be available to read ahead of time prior to signing. I felt they were is a big rush to get me to sign everything before I understand everything.

I spoke with 2 different representatives and both were friendly and knowledgeable. I felt embarrassed having to make this step I first place but they didn’t make me feel bad and tried to help me understand what I was signing up for and the benefits of resolving debt this way.

National Debt Relief had the better rate that I could deal with for what was coming out of my check. Their rep kept me abreast of what was going on and everything was excellent with the interaction. I can go online to check the status of any creditors who are still outstanding as well as check my total deposits and the whole nine yards. I've only been with them for a year and we’re not finished yet but working with them on my payment plan has gone well. I can afford what they’re taking out every month.

I really didn't want to seek a resolution but saw no other possible way to resolve debt. I researched many companies and found this one to have the best results and reviews. Their counselors went through the process thoroughly and with extreme patience. What could have been a very distressing situation was handled very professional and with courtesy to me.

Mark ** was awesome. We had some communication issues (cell phone vs landline) and he found a solution. He also tried to assuage my fears (not an easy feat given the circumstances). The welcome agent I spoke with (Dottie/Dorthy- sorry can't remember) was informative. My only suggestion would be to sound a little less scripted. This is a major decision. Some personal aspect would have been welcomed.

To whom it may concern, I have been in a tedious transition in my life where I am in the midst of a divorce with sole responsibility of my 3 children. Upon first contact to get information I requested follow up and was assured I would receive an email with next steps items, however no email came through. Second time I contacted I had a great experience with my second call. Once things were agreed upon I was to complete an additional call to solidify the process and my experience with the person was very robotic and even unenergetic. However this is a required call. It was redundant as most of the information I had already provided. All in all this was not a bad experience and I would recommend this process to those in need, but strongly urge that anyone considering this option thoroughly read documents provided and reviews before moving forward.

Although, the second gentlemen I spoke, Oscar **, was extremely kind, understanding and more than happy to help. I found out, after being with the company for over two years, that they have a minimum amount required for adding it to your balance. Even though you tell them about all of your debt and they have access to it, unless you specifically comb through each line they could be leaving something off, due to that rule. However you do not inquire as to why the amount was left off, they do not have tell you. Now, for a bill that was $250, I owe well over $800 and facing wage garnishments. They do not tell you everything upfront and with further inspection, found out your "savings" mainly go to paying the bill for their "services", you really save nothing and they really do not protect from anything.

Great service, really did a great job with telling me all info and getting me a better understanding. I thank you for the awesome service and I have a clear vision on my debt and what I need to do to fix things.

Updated on 02/13/2020: So far, I’ve had three settlements done, and they should be paid off by June, which is good ‘cause I’ve only been in the program for six months. And they have been in contact with several others. That’s a good thing so far. The only thing is I like to stay on top of things and they can improve by doing more calls that will let you know what’s the status, or, “We reached out to this person or that person.” But I did speak to a couple of representatives. There are so many that they work with, it’s hard to make those phone calls.
