I was a tough sell so to speak. We hadn't fallen behind on our bills yet. We relied on the credit cards to keep from doing so. Our representative was the MOST professional yet compassionate individual. I researched 4 different companies and this was the only one that gave me "the warm fuzzies". Our experience thus far has been wonderful.

I spoke with Lindsay about my account this morning. She was gracious, helpful, and professional. Please keep her on staff. It was a wonderful experience. Her thoroughness and attention to detail left me knowing that I was in good hands.

Safia ** could not have been more helpful during this process. All questions were answered, and communication was excellent in all stages of the application. I am confident in how this handling of our large debt will help us move forward financially. She made a difficult decision easier and provided all the information requested.

The representative with National Debt Relief was very helpful and respectful. Was able to walk through the whole process efficiently and effectively. The paperwork was not long to process and was placed into an affordable program. Hopefully my debt will be completed within the next 38 months or sooner.

In all business there are representatives there to get a check and share very little concern for the client. After speaking with Kay Maria and signing, two other people called me for the welcome call. They really confused me to the point of cancelling this assistance. Called Kay Maria and resolved all issues and call in an spoke with Ms. ** (Thanks a thousand times for your Help!) Back on board and ready to clear up my issues. This was an easy process and I would highly recommend it to friends/ family. Was explained well and they was very helpful! Understood our needs and met them and kept our payments low and manageable. Thank for all you have done.

Entire app experience would be improved 50% if the docs you attach WERE IN THE PDF FORMAT THAT ALLOWS FOR ANSWERS TO BE DIRECTLY TYPED IN! My rep, Jonathan, is Superman in disguise. He went above & beyond expectations by seeking help from another department re: how to transfer my Word doc to PDF when I STARTED TO CRY FROM STRESS & DIFFICULTY with trying to use your forms.

My first experience with NDR was embarrassing. The gentlemen I spoke with, Anthony **, seemed harsh and judgmental, this made me feel uncomfortable. Although, the second gentlemen I spoke, Oscar **, was extremely kind, understanding and more than happy to help. The gentlemen who returned my call after speaking with Mr. ** was kind and very patient with me. Mr. ** and the gentlemen I spoke with after him were very professional, courteous, patient and understanding. These two gentlemen made me feel comfortable admitting I needed help. Thanks so much for these two gentlemen.

Both reps I spoke with were very helpful and seemed to care. I appreciate the way they spoke with me as to not make me feel embarrassed about the situation I have gotten myself into. From what has been explained to me. I think I finally have a way out of debt.

The representatives were very helpful and friendly. They made me feel as if they had my best interest at heart. Most debt relief companies don’t have the customer’s best interest as a first priority. The lady helping me with the Welcome definitely was reading the script word for word. If you want someone better, hire me. But you must pay great income. I am a podcast, public speaker, and blogger. I know how to flow and word smith perfectly!! The guy Luis was a great & thorough sales person. Keep him and give him a raise!!!!

It was a good experience. Everyone is nice and is telling me all the info I need. They have let me know about my payments what happens if I don’t make my payments. Help me complete signatures, dates, payment options. He told me about legal actions of the creditors and so forth and so on. No attitude and they were there through everything with me.

I just signed up for this service after trying to get myself out of unsecured debt. I can only review the entry process. Heads up, it's a long couple of phone calls. But, that made me more at ease that this isn't just a click and forget program. While explaining everything there will be things they say that might scare you, but just like going in for a surgery, there are always risks, but not getting it is worse than the risks. They appear to be tops in their game and I'm confident once the settlements begin it's going to be a relief.

I found out, after being with the company for over two years, that they have a minimum amount required for adding it to your balance. Even though you tell them about all of your debt and they have access to it, unless you specifically comb through each line they could be leaving something off, due to that rule. However you do not inquire as to why the amount was left off, they do not have tell you. Now, for a bill that was $250, I owe well over $800 and facing wage garnishments. They do not tell you everything upfront and with further inspection, found out your "savings" mainly go to paying the bill for their "services", you really save nothing and they really do not protect from anything.

Great service, really did a great job with telling me all info and getting me a better understanding. I thank you for the awesome service and I have a clear vision on my debt and what I need to do to fix things.

Updated on 02/13/2020: So far, I’ve had three settlements done, and they should be paid off by June, which is good ‘cause I’ve only been in the program for six months. And they have been in contact with several others. That’s a good thing so far. The only thing is I like to stay on top of things and they can improve by doing more calls that will let you know what’s the status, or, “We reached out to this person or that person.” But I did speak to a couple of representatives. There are so many that they work with, it’s hard to make those phone calls.

I want to thank your two representatives, they were very articulate and sincere with their effort to try to get us approved. They were both very informative and friendly with us. I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to them and your organization for helping us get back on the road to financial security.

National Debt Relief had the better reviews and seemed more legit than the other options. And they've been fantastic. They've been very helpful and have helped me out a lot. The enrollment process was pretty easy. I submitted information online, then someone contacted me, and we went over the rest of the information that they needed to do their processing. And then we got started, and figured out how much I would have available to work with them each month. The payment plan is much more manageable than what I was trying to do. Every time I've called them, they're very nice and respectful and helpful. It's never been a bad phone call. The process is pretty easy to understand right now. I have a year or less left, and a lot of my issues has been settled already. I've recommended National Debt Relief to a friend, and she is also using them now.

Like the team work system. Look forward good results of debts settlement every step of the ways in progress.

My original phone call with Duane ** was wonderful. He was nice, informative and professional. He informed me there would be a 24 hour follow up call and asked when would be the best time for them to call back. I told him the next day afternoon since I had a 3 week old newborn and we typically were busy and napping in the mornings. I’m not sure if people didn’t read my profile or what but I received 3 separate phone calls over the next 12 hours (one of which was after 5pm on the day of my initial call). The agents I spoke to with the 24 hour follow up call was very cold and not as friendly or personable as my initial encounter.

Everything went well during the process and she was very helpful and answer all my concerns and gave me all information I needed, she was patient and easy to understand. She followed by explaining everything that she had on hand and steps that would follow.
