When I called in for my orientation/welcome I spoke with two different representatives and they were just as efficient and helpful. Each department that I dealt with was very helpful and friendly. This is a huge step for someone to take and your team made it much easier.

I feel very well satisfied with National Debt Relief since its staff is very qualified and very professional, they helped me, they guided me and explained the program, its advantages and disadvantages and how it was covered at all times and how they would take care of the talks.

I needed help and I heard reviews about National Debt Relief on TV. They combined my credit card debts and they paid all of them off. Their debt negotiators were good. The program took two years and the cost was a little high.

I have about $250,000 in debt and I liked how National Debt Relief could settle my debt for less. I went with them and the rep whom I worked with has been great. However, I'm not able to live on the income that I have left. Because my credit is so bad, I had a $725 deposit for utilities. This month I wasn't able to be able to swing everything. I need a little extra time to pay ‘cause I'm getting an additional check in the mail in two weeks where I can pay off everything. I just need to wait to get to that point. I contacted them today and I asked if I could move that withdrawal this month. While NDR hasn't gotten back to me yet, they're usually pretty good about that. I recommend them.

They were very persistent in calling me when I didn't respond to their email. I think the contract should be available to read ahead of time prior to signing. I felt they were is a big rush to get me to sign everything before I understand everything.

I really didn't want to seek a resolution but saw no other possible way to resolve debt. I researched many companies and found this one to have the best results and reviews. Their counselors went through the process thoroughly and with extreme patience. What could have been a very distressing situation was handled very professional and with courtesy to me.

Mark ** was awesome. We had some communication issues (cell phone vs landline) and he found a solution. He also tried to assuage my fears (not an easy feat given the circumstances). The welcome agent I spoke with (Dottie/Dorthy- sorry can't remember) was informative. My only suggestion would be to sound a little less scripted. This is a major decision. Some personal aspect would have been welcomed.

Upon first contact to get information I requested follow up and was assured I would receive an email with next steps items, however no email came through. Second time I contacted I had a great experience with my second call. Once things were agreed upon I was to complete an additional call to solidify the process and my experience with the person was very robotic and even unenergetic. However this is a required call. It was redundant as most of the information I had already provided. All in all this was not a bad experience and I would recommend this process to those in need, but strongly urge that anyone considering this option thoroughly read documents provided and reviews before moving forward.
