It was a very tough decision trying to figure out what would be best for my family with the financial struggles we were going through. I have all the faith in the world that entrusting National Debt Relief will help us get through this.

This will help take some stress off our shoulders and help us stay positive. Along with build our credit in the long run. If I had known sooner I would have been on board earlier. I am glad I signed up.

It was a surprisingly great experience. Thought it would take a long time and difficult to do. All the people who helped us get through the steps needed to complete were really friendly and helpful. I will be recommending them to National Debt Relief for the great work they did with me.

I really didn't know where to start. I received information in the mail from NDR as well as others. I chose NDR and at this point am glad I did. I applied for the National Debt Relief program over the phone and the experience was good. Their rep worked with me on a payment plan. Nothing is convenient when you don’t have money, but I made a way. I've been in their program for a few months now and so far, they have paid off one of my bill.

My experience with both calls went fantastic and I am looking forward to my debt-free future. Both associates were very helpful and made this transition very easy. The process at first seemed daunting but was relieved at how easy it was.

So far, I feel like National Debt Relief is a stress-relieving program. I’m in the process of getting well from my colds/flu symptoms that won’t go away. I know that I’ve taken some over-the-counter medications that helped me relieve some of the worst symptoms of this illness. But, I felt much better when I started enrolling to the National Debt Relief program. Personnels are very helpful and many of my questions were answered. I am very thankful for their help.

UPDATED REVIEW - 9/5/19. 40 minutes on hold - no response. Total exact saving - 7.13%. Customer Service - UNPROFESSIONAL. Yesterday (9/4/19), A customer representative left me a voicemail stating that he was trying to reach out to me in regards to my concern. I guess he was reaching out to me about the Google review I left. So the next day I called which is right now. A customer representative told me that he is transferring me to someone else who can better assist me and they are putting me on hold for more than 30 minutes. I am on the phone on hold as I am writing this.

All was great. I will know more in a couple of months. Customer service is well trained. Thank you. I know my scores will go down. I just want them to go back up. THE lawyers are a good touch. Looking forward to the future.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in helping me with this process that I had to do and I really appreciate it. This was my first time having to do something like it and they made me feel more at ease about my decision.

I wanna get my credit back in a good standing 'cause in the next 12 months or so, I wanna buy a house. And with National Debt Relief, everything is going pretty good and smooth. I was surprised that they got the ball rolling fairly quickly. A lot of it was because I was able to deposit large amounts of money that they had requested because I told them that I wanted to fix it sooner than later and they already had settlements going. I liked the aggressiveness in the beginning. But they’re not being as aggressive as they were. There are little gaps here and there because most of the money has been dispersed and they wait for it to build up again to start negotiating. I understand that they can only do so much at once, but I want them to stay aggressive because I want this taken care of sooner than later. But they recently just negotiated with another creditor. And I have two major credit cards out of the six left.

Words cannot describe how amazing this program is and is exactly what was needed in a time of despair and confusion. The link to the program happened by chance and then everything fell into place. It felt like the answer to prayers. Super grateful for this program. God Bless.

When I first saw this commercial on TV, I was hesitant due to the fact that I was scammed for $7000 on a get rich quick scheme that I was hooked into. But I was so much in debt that I needed to do something. I have talked to two ladies form NDR and they were much more than helpful and convincing. So I hope and pray that this works well for me. National Debt Relief had more advertisements and I saw them more frequently. Their enrollment process was fine and it seemed pretty basic. Overall, I've been very satisfied. They call when they have a new offer and they've done pretty well. I've been in less than a month and most of my accounts were cleared up. We are on the way to the last account. I already have a payment schedule on a different one. We haven't had any adjustments on the payment plan until this very last one. It was only about $50 a month different so we just added an additional ACH. I have a couple of accounts left. National Debt Relief has definitely helped. I can pay my bills now which I couldn't do before.

NDR's enrollment process was long. I went through a phone thing and then they sent me a welcome package. Thereafter, they sent me another big package of papers that I had to fill out. As I'm not computer smart, my daughter got on the computer and had to do stuff for me. Still, it was well worth everything. Thus far, I've had no issues with NDR and they've worked very well with me. I have a 33-year old disabled daughter that lives with me and she’s having to have a lot of dental work done and I’ve called them and asked them to lower the amount a little bit. I have been taking money out of my checking account each month because of having to pay for all the dental work for her and NDR has been very gracious. I couldn’t have asked for anybody else better to work with.
