National Debt Relief had more advertisements and I saw them more frequently. Their enrollment process was fine and it seemed pretty basic. Overall, I've been very satisfied. They call when they have a new offer and they've done pretty well. I've been in less than a month and most of my accounts were cleared up. We are on the way to the last account. I already have a payment schedule on a different one. We haven't had any adjustments on the payment plan until this very last one. It was only about $50 a month different so we just added an additional ACH. I have a couple of accounts left. National Debt Relief has definitely helped. I can pay my bills now which I couldn't do before.

When I first contacted National Debt Relief online, I wasn't sure what to expect. However, the gentleman who called me (immediately, I might add) explained the program thoroughly and there was no way I could turn it down. They are saving me thousands of dollars with the program they enrolled me in. Sign documents and they can't seem to get my signature on documents. They send me one day after day and my signature never seems to be on documents. NDR's enrollment process was long. I went through a phone thing and then they sent me a welcome package. Thereafter, they sent me another big package of papers that I had to fill out. As I'm not computer smart, my daughter got on the computer and had to do stuff for me. Still, it was well worth everything. Thus far, I've had no issues with NDR and they've worked very well with me. I have a 33-year old disabled daughter that lives with me and she’s having to have a lot of dental work done and I’ve called them and asked them to lower the amount a little bit. I have been taking money out of my checking account each month because of having to pay for all the dental work for her and NDR has been very gracious. I couldn’t have asked for anybody else better to work with.

The account set up was fairly easy. All instructions were outlined in the emails sent. When there were questions, the employees seemed to be knowledgeable and got an answer for you if they were not sure. The rest of the process seemed to go well. I haven’t had any issues since beginning the program.

I was not aware that they would get a settlement fee each time they settle a debt. These fees are highly unreasonable, because they take deduct them before they make a payment to your creditor. This company seems to just be about raking in lots of money from fees. They do not care about your well being.

National Debt Relief did negotiations for my debts. I had five accounts that I put under the program. Right now, I'm on my last two. But I am really getting a little bit frustrated because I have enough money on my account to close one instead of making payments, and I have requested to do that. And then, there's one more account that is not being settled yet, and I asked them to do a one-time payment, because I'm not gonna be able to make payments to National Debt coming this pay period. So, I asked them to fast forward my payment. I want to pay off everything right now. But I don't see why it has not been done.
