One of my friends told me about National Debt Relief. I enrolled with them and it was pretty simple. I talked to multiple people from there. It’s been really nice working with them and they answer my questions pretty well. At this point, I haven’t completed the program yet but all the creditors have accepted. I’ve been paying the 350. I went through a divorce then I was laid off from my job. I had credit card debt from that and I was unemployed for an amount of time. I just kept trying to keep up with the payments. Updated on 08/14/2020: Everything has been getting done a lot faster than I've thought it would. I started out with about $22,000 worth of debt. Then through negotiation and everything that National Debt Relief had done, it knocked the debt down to around 14,000. And I've already paid off about 5000 of it. The monthly payments are extremely comfortable and it has been the easiest one that I've ever had. Their reps have been pretty good and very helpful. Whenever I’ve had any questions, they are be able to answer it for me. There were things that I didn't understand from the contract based on my payment and they explained all that to me so I understood it a little bit better after that.

So far it's been a great experience, with helping me become debt free. Will update once I start the process. The staff at hand was great and helping me deal with the stress was reassuring. Sometimes we have to begin at the bottom.

Debt consolidation. Friendly representatives and easy to understand terms. Better option than filing bankruptcy. Better monthly payments than credit card payments. Not as stressful trying to pay credit cards with the high interest they charge. Helps knowing there is someone there to help.

I spoke with Ryan when I first called. He was very helpful. He stopped numerous times to make sure I completely understood everything that was going on. I just started this program and everyone has been there for me to make sure the process goes well. From the emails to the calls, they really keep you updated & informed. From what I have experienced so far all members have been very understanding and are not judgemental about what is going on. They listen and can see that people want to get out of debt. They explained all the questions that I had and reassured me that I am not alone in this and they want to help.

At first, going with National Debt Relief sounded good. After a while though, I realized it was not. What interested me was that they could put everything all in one payment, and it would be a low payment too compared to if I would just keep on paying each creditor. The consolidation sounded really good and I went for it. However, I should have just stayed with how I was and just negotiated with my creditors myself.

We had a lot of unexpected life occurrences, and instead of filing bankruptcy, we tried to work things out with National Debt Relief. We went for their debt negotiation and payoff program and the enrollment was easy, and everything was explained very well. There were a lot of options to decide on, and once we made the decision, the process took four hours total by the time we had the email documents back and forth and electronically signed things.

So far, I feel like National Debt Relief is a stress-relieving program. I’m in the process of getting well from my colds/flu symptoms that won’t go away. I know that I’ve taken some over-the-counter medications that helped me relieve some of the worst symptoms of this illness. But, I felt much better when I started enrolling to the National Debt Relief program. Personnels are very helpful and many of my questions were answered. I am very thankful for their help.

Yesterday (9/4/19), A customer representative left me a voicemail stating that he was trying to reach out to me in regards to my concern. I guess he was reaching out to me about the Google review I left. So the next day I called which is right now. A customer representative told me that he is transferring me to someone else who can better assist me and they are putting me on hold for more than 30 minutes. I am on the phone on hold as I am writing this.

All was great. I will know more in a couple of months. Customer service is well trained. Thank you. I know my scores will go down. I just want them to go back up. THE lawyers are a good touch. Looking forward to the future.

I wanna get my credit back in a good standing 'cause in the next 12 months or so, I wanna buy a house. And with National Debt Relief, everything is going pretty good and smooth. I was surprised that they got the ball rolling fairly quickly. A lot of it was because I was able to deposit large amounts of money that they had requested because I told them that I wanted to fix it sooner than later and they already had settlements going. I liked the aggressiveness in the beginning. But they’re not being as aggressive as they were. There are little gaps here and there because most of the money has been dispersed and they wait for it to build up again to start negotiating. I understand that they can only do so much at once, but I want them to stay aggressive because I want this taken care of sooner than later. But they recently just negotiated with another creditor. And I have two major credit cards out of the six left.

When I first saw this commercial on TV, I was hesitant due to the fact that I was scammed for $7000 on a get rich quick scheme that I was hooked into.
