My initial impression of National Debt Relief is that they're quick to response. They work with you to ensure you have everything they need to do their Job. In addition they take the time and explain everything multiple times. I didn't feel judged even though my situation was extremely bad and I didn't realize it had gotten to that point.

We were drowning in debt before we spoke to Nathan **. Now we have a plan set up and have officially started our journey to becoming debt free!! Every employee was courteous and very knowledgeable. When I first called, I was a bit skeptical. But my case handler was very assuring, explained how their program worked very thoroughly, and everything I would expect as we moved forward with getting my debt paid off. I just started the relief prog. Was very happy with the representative Ray ** that handled my case. He was very helpful and professional and understood my predicament. I am a widow and used credit cards to make my monthly payments. I felt I was drowning in the interest charge that I tried to pay along with the min payment but I was digging a bigger hole. I feel this is a way out. I can breathe.

Really don't know how this is going to work yet. Just signed up for debt relief and the process itself was simple and efficient. Hopefully it works. Customer service was very helpful and precise. Also very informative and polite. Hoping this works out as stated. This is my first time trying a service of this nature but hopefully will not need it any other time.

National Debt Relief sent me something in the mail and I just gave them a call. Their enrollment process was simple. They were able to see what it was on my credit report, we went over it with a fine-tooth comb and put in there what we needed to get taken care of. The payment plan was good. We gave them a base of what we could afford and they went off that. They went through the contract and we understood it, so the experience was good. Our negotiator was nice and on top of things. I told my wife that and I was pleasantly surprised that the process was that easy. We signed up in March and so far, 9 of the 11 credit cards have been negotiated and 3 of the 11 have been settled. Working with National Debt Relief has been awesome. They've been helping me out and my dad, and they've been doing really well.

The first guy that introduced me to get National Debt Relief spoke so well and so confident that I didn’t wanna throw out the idea. I could’ve lost, so I got him. The enrollment process was fine. I had difficulty on one part though when I was trying to get Citibank to be paid for, and they sent me to court. I had to speak to a manager in order to make it clear what was going on. But I believe NDR took care of it, and I’m supposed to be hearing from them if I'm still going to court or not. But other than that, everything was fine.

Al was explicit and informative, very direct and answered all my questions. I finished the "Welcome Call" today and the woman who took care of it was very helpful. I don't have her name which I apologize for. We ended the call when I felt comfortable with all the information we covered. Your people are fantastic and I am very grateful.

They were both great, friendly and informing. Every question I asked, they had an answer to. They both had great personalities, it made the calls not so awkward. Which is always awesome. It was like talking to a very helpful, informative, caring friend.

My experience with Ms. ** was very pleasant. She gave me hope when I thought that things may get out of control. She was very understanding and called me the next day to finish. When I was approved I was ecstatic. Ms. ** was as equally as understanding. I was talking to her while getting an oil change and she offered to call me back if we had to stop. However, we finished.

The representatives were cordial, responsive and pleasant. They provided clear guidance and transparency. I was informed of the process in its entirety and offered the opportunity to ask parents. Personnel were patient and explained Areas where I had concern. I was very nervous and didn’t know if I was doing the right thing and they put me at ease. Also supplied me with phone numbers should I have additional questions once I received the packet.

I had gone through an attorney, and he told me what to do to pay all this money, and he lied to me. My option was to pay back the debt in one lump sum. I happened to see National Debt Relief's advertisement, and I called and spoke with them. I found the enrollment over the phone very easy. The only thing I don't like is how they say you have to approve everything. My email is tied to my personal phone, and I don't get notifications on emails. Other than that, I hope all my debt is on that. They worked on a payment plan when I was making the amount of money I was making. I'm making 20,000 less right now but I'm managing. I would rather keep it just as long as I can do it 'cause I wanna get it done.

I was behind on some credit cards, and National Debt Relief's rates were lower than the others. I called them, and they started with taking a little something out of my account. The payment plan and everything was good. The first time, I was paying 380 a month. Now I am paying 450 a month, and they were asking for more to resolve something else, but I could not give any more. Right now, they do not pressure you to put in more, and they said my situation should be resolved within 36 months. I’m comfortable with what I’m putting in, and I can still take care of my living expenses and my regular bills. About three or four times, when they have reached settlements, they call to let me know. One of the creditors had sent me something about a court litigation and it was already on National Debt Relief, so I called them, and faxed all the papers to them. NDR took care of it, so they are good. I'm already about halfway done in the process.

The first representative (Lindsay **) at NDR who contacted me was extremely professional, courteous, and displayed a sincere concern to assist me with my debt issue. The process of enrolling was easy and to-the-point. Everything that is involved with this process and the program was explained and clearly understood. Updated on 08/14/2020: Everything has been getting done a lot faster than I've thought it would. I started out with about $22,000 worth of debt. Then through negotiation and everything that National Debt Relief had done, it knocked the debt down to around 14,000. And I've already paid off about 5000 of it. The monthly payments are extremely comfortable and it has been the easiest one that I've ever had. Their reps have been pretty good and very helpful. Whenever I’ve had any questions, they are be able to answer it for me. There were things that I didn't understand from the contract based on my payment and they explained all that to me so I understood it a little bit better after that.

So far it's been a great experience, with helping me become debt free. Will update once I start the process. The staff at hand was great and helping me deal with the stress was reassuring. Sometimes we have to begin at the bottom.

Debt consolidation. Friendly representatives and easy to understand terms. Better option than filing bankruptcy. Better monthly payments than credit card payments. Not as stressful trying to pay credit cards with the high interest they charge. Helps knowing there is someone there to help.

I spoke with Ryan when I first called. He was very helpful. He stopped numerous times to make sure I completely understood everything that was going on. I just started this program and everyone has been there for me to make sure the process goes well. From the emails to the calls, they really keep you updated & informed. From what I have experienced so far all members have been very understanding and are not judgemental about what is going on. They listen and can see that people want to get out of debt. They explained all the questions that I had and reassured me that I am not alone in this and they want to help.

At first, going with National Debt Relief sounded good. After a while though, I realized it was not. What interested me was that they could put everything all in one payment, and it would be a low payment too compared to if I would just keep on paying each creditor. The consolidation sounded really good and I went for it. However, I should have just stayed with how I was and just negotiated with my creditors myself.

We had a lot of unexpected life occurrences, and instead of filing bankruptcy, we tried to work things out with National Debt Relief. We went for their debt negotiation and payoff program and the enrollment was easy, and everything was explained very well. There were a lot of options to decide on, and once we made the decision, the process took four hours total by the time we had the email documents back and forth and electronically signed things.
