Nate was great. Assured me that I am making the right decision at this point in my financial situation. Still a little nervous and lots of information to digest. Overall very happy with my experience in starting this. The welcome phone call went quite fast and was very thorough.

I have spent the last several months researching how to deal with the debt crisis I was having. After careful deliberation and a great reference from a close friend, I decided to go with NDR. From the first phone call and emails, Issac was absolutely professional and explained everything very well, step by step. It took a little over an hour to go through everything and all of my questions and concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. This is the beginning of my debt forgiveness, but I feel like I have made the right decision and that I am in the hands of professionals who will be there to guide me through the entire process!

I had a bunch of credit cards that I needed to get paid off and going with National Debt Relief sounded like a good idea. The person I spoke with was good. They made suggestions on the monthly payment and I said what I could and couldn't do and they worked with that. They're taking 140 bucks every two weeks. However, there were a couple of moments where I thought that they wanted too much. They were trying to increase the amount that I was giving, but I told them that couldn't do it. I've been with them for a year and I'm sure that I got a couple of credit cards that are getting awfully close to getting paid off. I would recommend National Debt Relief.

We sought the services of National Debt Relief because of the amount of debt we had, and we were just sinking further and further. I was researching it online, and it had good reviews. The enrollment process was pretty easy. We settled a couple of our dead accounts, but we still have a few more to go. The last girl I talked to back in March was good with me. We’re on a payment plan and there had been a couple of times I’ve had to stop my payments and that worked well.

The application process was so easy and everyone so very friendly and courteous. Questions were answered and my representative explained everything thoroughly and completely put me at easy. I would tell everyone to call even if you only need information.

I did a general search for a debt settlement company and on an internet search, National Debt Relief was towards the top and had some reviews. I went into debt consolidation with them for my credit cards and I also had a bank loan. The interactions with their rep was all positive. I’m a year in and all my debt has been negotiated, consolidated and is recently in the process of being purchased by Liberty Lending. So, I’m about wrapped up with NDR.

The process was thoroughly explained, all my questions were answered. Follow up calls were scheduled and made on time. The representatives were friendly, not pushy, spoke clearly. Good Experience and I did not feel pressured. If you are in debt and committed to becoming debt free and financially independent, then commit to NDR.

On the welcome call, everything was too fast for me to understand 100% but otherwise, all was friendly and good. I said yes to stuff that I didn't understand properly. I know it is a lot of information but welcome call looks a bit scary with overwhelming information, that I understand need to be done.

So, far my experience has been okay. I understand the process that was explained to me. Because accounts don't get paid off until you negotiate what is hurt my credit more. The other question is why is the fee so high for the service.

It is too early to evaluate my experience because the proof is in the pudding. I only just completed the application process today. However, I can say that my dealing with Lawrence ** during the application process couldn't have been better. He was very patient with me as I asked for clarification. His tone was truly caring and considerate and he communicated clearly showing a great deal of competence. He was very quick to offer additional help by sending me an email with information about my bills that did not qualify for the program....I then dealt with Andrea(?), (the emails she sent were not signed by her but rather "The Team" which is why I am not certain of her name). These people are horrible. Never ever use them! I signed up because I lost control of my finances after my son passed away then shortly after signing up I found out my husband of 35 years has a terminal health issue and our healthcare is horrible so I had to cancel and whoa! These people lied to me over and over again about getting my money back so I could purchase a prescription my husband needs! I finally called Global Client Solutions myself and found these people lied several times to me. They never closed my account. They do not give you your money back by direct deposit and the guy Moe even lied about a person he sent an email to at global client solutions because when I called them no such person even works at global client solutions. Be extremely cautious dealing with these people. They lie, they make things up and they steal your money.

We originally did a debt consolidation with Freedom Debt Relief. They ended up putting us with Consolidation plus. We got screwed over. When done we were paying 23% interest so then we were back as before with the credit cards. These guys no interest and great Customer service.

National Debt Relief is BBB-accredited. Their enrollment process was easy, and they helped me with credit card debt. Everything went well and smoothly. The guy who signed me up talked really fast, but he got a lot of information to say. They also worked with me on a payment plan and it was convenient. I have six accounts with them, and I'm 65% done. Since working with them it has helped some, but it definitely took a hit on my credit.

I was troubled when I received a notice at my home. I made a call to National Debt Relief and talked to a rep. NDR told me that going through them might be the best way as I just needed one payment. I decided to go with them and so far, my experience with NDR has been going okay. Four months after I first started, they sorted out a big loan of 49,000. I've been making monthly payments but after that, I haven't seen any other creditor resolved. I keep on getting a notice from them that one of them filed a case against me. NDR says they're working on it, but there are no updates. The process is very very slow. I pay 1,460 a month and I've made 13 payments so far. That's over $20,000 that I paid and I was never late. But, if you look at how much I've paid to my creditors, it's less than five to 7,000. My account shows zero that I'm able to negotiate without the creditors because the account has no money as the rest of the money has gone to the fees.

Whomever I spoke with during my Welcome Call was extremely hard to understand. It seemed as though they read from their script far too fast, as if they knew if by heart and have said it thousands of times. To compound the problem, they spoke very softly and their voice was often over shadowed by background noise on her end. I had to have her repeat statements on numerous occasions, extending an already lengthy call. My concern is that with such an important, and nerve racking situation, one would think that the customer should be able understand every word spoken.

I like the relief that I get that I don’t have to deal with this stuff. I know someone’s on it and taking care of it. Things have been fantastic with their rep and they have communicated with me very well throughout the process. If I don’t respond to an email within a couple of days, they would call me. They have also worked very well on my payment plan. And every time I’ve needed to change something, they’ve been there. I’ve gotten about four credit cards paid off and it’s nice knowing my credit’s gonna start going up soon.

The enrollment process of National Debt Relief was okay. I sent them a letter which I received from Wells Fargo and that was regarding the credit card and they gave me a package. I didn’t get any feedback for that. They said that they received the letter. They sent an email that they acknowledge the receipt. After that, nobody came back to tell me if they have already negotiated or not and what is going on with them. The negotiation process is quite a little slow. This is what I want to make it fast in order for me to get out of this debt situation.

Due to minor errors or company oversight, all steps must start over. Some not all steps, may cause one to ask many questions to avoid a scam.
