I saw positive reviews on National Debt Relief and their enrollment process was very simple and quick. I spoke to their rep at the beginning and that one was nice, but I haven’t really spoken to anyone since. I get a text message but when there’s nothing going on, I don't really get an update like they are working on something. It would be nice to get something in between. That's my only complaint. Other than that, National Debt Relief gives me like a guideline for when everything is gonna be paid off. Before, I had no idea if I was ever gonna get it done. It's like a light at the end of the tunnel. At this time, I’m right in the middle of the program and I still have my original payment plan. I haven’t needed to change it.

I enrolled with National Debt Relief to be able to get out of credit card debts. I did it over phone and I electronic signed the papers. It was very easy to do. I've had them for a year now and it’s gonna take a little while. The person that I talked to was very understandable of my situation and was able to answer all my questions. I needed help getting my debts paid down, so I sought National Debt Relief’s services. Enrollment was easy and my experience with their rep was awesome. The rep I worked with did a great job. They also keep me in the loop and I know what's going on. I'm about two years into the program and there’s one more account we’re working on. This service has helped me out a lot, so if somebody asks about it, I will recommend it.

I was troubled when I received a notice at my home. I made a call to National Debt Relief and talked to a rep. NDR told me that going through them might be the best way as I just needed one payment. I decided to go with them and so far, my experience with NDR has been going okay. Four months after I first started, they sorted out a big loan of 49,000. I've been making monthly payments but after that, I haven't seen any other creditor resolved. I keep on getting a notice from them that one of them filed a case against me. NDR says they're working on it, but there are no updates. The process is very very slow. I pay 1,460 a month and I've made 13 payments so far. That's over $20,000 that I paid and I was never late. But, if you look at how much I've paid to my creditors, it's less than five to 7,000. My account shows zero that I'm able to negotiate without the creditors because the account has no money as the rest of the money has gone to the fees.

At first I didn’t think the program was serious. As the agent Ron ** went through the process step by step, I became to believe that this program in the right way to become debt free and get my life back. I am very Grateful for the customer service.

Whomever I spoke with during my Welcome Call was extremely hard to understand. It seemed as though they read from their script far too fast, as if they knew if by heart and have said it thousands of times. To compound the problem, they spoke very softly and their voice was often over shadowed by background noise on her end. I had to have her repeat statements on numerous occasions, extending an already lengthy call. My concern is that with such an important, and nerve racking situation, one would think that the customer should be able understand every word spoken.

The representative explained each item to me so I could understand before I signed the legal document. He explained the fees that are already included in the biweekly payment that will be taken from my checking account. It will be put into an account setup in my name to show creditors that I am making a good faith effort to settle all debts.

The reps are very transactional. You can tell they’re reading scripts the entire conversation. Adrian was very good at answering my questions and helpful during this process. The process is scary and the reps have lots of opportunity when it comes to showing empathy.

National Debt Relief was on top of the list over other companies. They were the first company that I called and getting enrolled with them was really easy. I like the relief that I get that I don’t have to deal with this stuff. I know someone’s on it and taking care of it. Things have been fantastic with their rep and they have communicated with me very well throughout the process. If I don’t respond to an email within a couple of days, they would call me. They have also worked very well on my payment plan. And every time I’ve needed to change something, they’ve been there. I’ve gotten about four credit cards paid off and it’s nice knowing my credit’s gonna start going up soon.

The enrollment process of National Debt Relief was okay. I sent them a letter which I received from Wells Fargo and that was regarding the credit card and they gave me a package. I didn’t get any feedback for that. They said that they received the letter. They sent an email that they acknowledge the receipt. After that, nobody came back to tell me if they have already negotiated or not and what is going on with them. The negotiation process is quite a little slow. This is what I want to make it fast in order for me to get out of this debt situation.

Level of difficulty to complete all steps is strongly tough. The amount of paperwork is stressful at times. Enrollment in the program demands several steps and company contacts. Due to minor errors or company oversight, all steps must start over. Some not all steps, may cause one to ask many questions to avoid a scam.

I just started the relief prog. Was very happy with the representative Ray ** that handled my case. He was very helpful and professional and understood my predicament. I am a widow and used credit cards to make my monthly payments. I felt I was drowning in the interest charge that I tried to pay along with the min payment but I was digging a bigger hole. I feel this is a way out. I can breathe.

Really don't know how this is going to work yet. Just signed up for debt relief and the process itself was simple and efficient. Hopefully it works. Customer service was very helpful and precise. Also very informative and polite. Hoping this works out as stated. This is my first time trying a service of this nature but hopefully will not need it any other time.

The first guy that introduced me to get National Debt Relief spoke so well and so confident that I didn’t wanna throw out the idea. I could’ve lost, so I got him. The enrollment process was fine. I had difficulty on one part though when I was trying to get Citibank to be paid for, and they sent me to court. I had to speak to a manager in order to make it clear what was going on. But I believe NDR took care of it, and I’m supposed to be hearing from them if I'm still going to court or not. But other than that, everything was fine.

National Debt Relief sent me something in the mail and I just gave them a call. Their enrollment process was simple. They were able to see what it was on my credit report, we went over it with a fine-tooth comb and put in there what we needed to get taken care of. The payment plan was good. We gave them a base of what we could afford and they went off that. They went through the contract and we understood it, so the experience was good. Our negotiator was nice and on top of things. I told my wife that and I was pleasantly surprised that the process was that easy. We signed up in March and so far, 9 of the 11 credit cards have been negotiated and 3 of the 11 have been settled. Working with National Debt Relief has been awesome. They've been helping me out and my dad, and they've been doing really well.

Al was explicit and informative, very direct and answered all my questions. I finished the "Welcome Call" today and the woman who took care of it was very helpful. I don't have her name which I apologize for. We ended the call when I felt comfortable with all the information we covered. Your people are fantastic and I am very grateful.

I had gone through an attorney, and he told me what to do to pay all this money, and he lied to me. My option was to pay back the debt in one lump sum. I happened to see National Debt Relief's advertisement, and I called and spoke with them. I found the enrollment over the phone very easy. The only thing I don't like is how they say you have to approve everything. My email is tied to my personal phone, and I don't get notifications on emails. Other than that, I hope all my debt is on that. They worked on a payment plan when I was making the amount of money I was making. I'm making 20,000 less right now but I'm managing. I would rather keep it just as long as I can do it 'cause I wanna get it done.

I was behind on some credit cards, and National Debt Relief's rates were lower than the others. I called them, and they started with taking a little something out of my account. The payment plan and everything was good. The first time, I was paying 380 a month. Now I am paying 450 a month, and they were asking for more to resolve something else, but I could not give any more. Right now, they do not pressure you to put in more, and they said my situation should be resolved within 36 months. I’m comfortable with what I’m putting in, and I can still take care of my living expenses and my regular bills. About three or four times, when they have reached settlements, they call to let me know. One of the creditors had sent me something about a court litigation and it was already on National Debt Relief, so I called them, and faxed all the papers to them. NDR took care of it, so they are good. I'm already about halfway done in the process.
