It was hard to make that initial contact but once we did and asked for help they never made us feel like less than a person for getting ourselves into this situation. Nathan and Anthony were extremely helpful and patient with all our questions. They treated us kindly and with great understanding. Updated on 03/26/2021: I changed my payment arrangements from semi-monthly to bi-weekly, and it was easy. They worked with me. National Debt Relief is good. I haven't completed the program yet, but I learned a lot.

I’ve already completed National Debt Relief's program after a little over a year. It was very limited on when I spoke with them but the quality of their service was great.

Everyone was really helpful. Very friendly, and very knowledgeable. It was a great experience. They made everything clear and answered any questions that I had. I am very happy with how I was treated and the way they worked with me.

I feel horrible that I can’t remember her name (Samantha or Samara?) but she did a great job going over 5 different settlements and was very friendly while doing so. She got everything done in a timely fashion and set all of my expectations for the upcoming deposits.

When I enrolled with National Debt Relief, the process was fairly simple and straightforward. I knew what I was gonna be doing because the person involved there gave me full disclosure before I actually did it. Then, I put in a new request to handle my truck. That was gonna be an additional $1550, which would’ve put me into a higher payment. It was $643, but it was almost $260 more than what I’m paying right now, and I told them I couldn't do that. So, right now, I don't know what I could propose but I would be giving them a call later this week. The program has worked well for me so far.

I first talked to Quan ** and he was very helpful explaining the program in easy to understand language. I was apprehensive at first but he convinced me it was probably my best option. I was terrified that the credit score drop would be hard to over come. He explained that after the program he would recommend a credit repair company to help get every thing derogatory off my credit report once I had settled my debts. Alisha answered my next call to set up my account and also went over all of it again telling me exactly what Quan did which was pleasing not to get any surprises hearing the spiel again from a different person almost word for word. I am all set to try to resolve this unsecured debt. They were both friendly and knowledgeable.

Dean ** walked me through the program. He was clear and concise with the info. However, there is a lot of info to grasp all at once. I did miss info on the lawyer and payment details. It was easy to call and get that clarified. I will say there are inaccuracies in some of the action plan figures. They aren't horrendous but I don't know how important they are either. I'm guessing the negotiations and repayment numbers are more important.

Approval was quick and easy. Glad I took this step to getting my credit and life back on track. I only just started this program so I can’t speak on the full experience yet, but the approval process was quick. Set up took two phone calls, both explaining what was going to happen and what to expect. They make sure to explain everything to you before your calls are over.

My welcoming call was informative. Some of the information was repetitive. I feel like the call placed more doubt. Throughout this process Olga made me believe that paying off the debt should be a breeze. But after the explanations, of worst case scenario involving possible lawsuits or attempts to collect from creditors has placed doubt in my mind. I’m considering bankruptcy now. That process may hurt my credit, but it’s federally regulated.

So far, my experience with National Debt Relief has been great. My interaction with their rep has been really fast. They'd ask if I agree to something, I'd look at it and if it looks good, I'd say yes. I had to pay a one-time payment of 200 to the other law people that Citibank was gonna go through. But it was a one-time deal, so it was okay. They always tell me everything, so our communication has been really good. I felt so out of control, then they gave me a little more control on what was happening. At least everything is going good now, and everything is being worked on. I'm still thinking about my credit score. It's in the 500s, but as soon as everything is paid off, I wanna see if I can save enough for a house down payment in the not so distant future.

I got into circumstances that were out of my control but when I started using National Debt, I had a sense of relief. It provided me with hope and they really worked with me. My experience with National Debt Relief is going okay and they came up with another settlement offer on another of our cards that I accepted. My only complaint is every time they have a settlement for me, they're asking me for more money. We have our set amount that we're putting in, and somehow, they got to arrange it to where instead of having to put in more money, which I'm already putting in more money on one that they're working on and asking more money again, that somehow, they would be able to manage it with what we're putting instead of putting more stress on us coming up with more money.

National Debt Relief's program has been very good and it has been very comforting. It feels like a plan of action. It's better than my plan which was to try to pay everybody, but I can’t. I felt pretty good when NDR did the initial intake with me. I told them all the debt and they proposed an amount and explained it to me. I had a lot of questions and they were very patient with me and answered them all. And then I called back or emailed a couple more times, and they answered my questions and made sure that I didn’t have any lingering questions before I hung up or ended. I never felt brushed off. Actually, there’s a problem now, and they’re working on it. Also, there have been a couple of times that I haven’t been able to make the deposit or I had to reduce the deposit and they were fine with that.

I will recommend to a friend. It is the beginning experience and level of debt knowledge and understanding is evident. The people in each area of business matters, money understanding as both sides of the coin from the debtor to receiver. I am very comforted and already has had one good night's sleep of peace of mind in my money matters. The future looks promising.
