    National Debt Relief's program has been very good and it has been very comforting. It feels like a plan of action. It's better than my plan which was to try to pay everybody, but I can’t. I felt pretty good when NDR did the initial intake with me. I told them all the debt and they proposed an amount and explained it to me. I had a lot of questions and they were very patient with me and answered them all. And then I called back or emailed a couple more times, and they answered my questions and made sure that I didn’t have any lingering questions before I hung up or ended. I never felt brushed off. Actually, there’s a problem now, and they’re working on it. Also, there have been a couple of times that I haven’t been able to make the deposit or I had to reduce the deposit and they were fine with that.

    They’ve been on the phone with me. We also use the website and upload documents. It’s very good, especially when it tells me of upcoming deposits that are scheduled. And I need to know that because I’m not very organized. It helps me. We also use the email a lot. I get different team members at different times, but they all seem to be aware of previous notes or previous correspondence so I don’t have to generally tell my whole story all over again. They have my file and they read it, and it’s good. The program has improved my income so that I can have more money to spend on other bills and daily bills instead of trying to throw it all at my constant debt interest. It’s just a losing battle. It has made me calmer.

    My experience with National Debt Relief is going okay and they came up with another settlement offer on another of our cards that I accepted. My only complaint is every time they have a settlement for me, they're asking me for more money. We have our set amount that we're putting in, and somehow, they got to arrange it to where instead of having to put in more money, which I'm already putting in more money on one that they're working on and asking more money again, that somehow, they would be able to manage it with what we're putting instead of putting more stress on us coming up with more money.

    It's been fine with National Debt Relief. They get their money automatically, and then they call the debtors and try to negotiate with them a settlement that’s reasonable. I didn't have to do anything. The enrollment was very easy too. They could improve though on getting the amount of what I owe down, and then a settlement. It's a little bit high. But that's not their fault because I didn't have everything together at that time.

    It is too early to evaluate my experience because the proof is in the pudding. I only just completed the application process today. However, I can say that my dealing with Lawrence ** during the application process couldn't have been better. He was very patient with me as I asked for clarification. His tone was truly caring and considerate and he communicated clearly showing a great deal of competence. He was very quick to offer additional help by sending me an email with information about my bills that did not qualify for the program....I then dealt with Andrea(?), (the emails she sent were not signed by her but rather "The Team" which is why I am not certain of her name).     These people are horrible. Never ever use them! I signed up because I lost control of my finances after my son passed away then shortly after signing up I found out my husband of 35 years has a terminal health issue and our healthcare is horrible so I had to cancel and whoa! These people lied to me over and over again about getting my money back so I could purchase a prescription my husband needs! I finally called Global Client Solutions myself and found these people lied several times to me. They never closed my account. They do not give you your money back by direct deposit and the guy Moe even lied about a person he sent an email to at global client solutions because when I called them no such person even works at global client solutions. Be extremely cautious dealing with these people. They lie, they make things up and they steal your money.
