When I was signing up with National Debt Relief, I found that their enrollment process wasn't that hard. It involved talking to the gentleman and him going through all of my stuff. There was also a lookup process and then, the next day it was taken care of. I had three debts and working with National Debt Relief helped me. National Debt Relief's program has been very good and it has been very comforting. It feels like a plan of action. It's better than my plan which was to try to pay everybody, but I can’t. I felt pretty good when NDR did the initial intake with me. I told them all the debt and they proposed an amount and explained it to me. I had a lot of questions and they were very patient with me and answered them all. And then I called back or emailed a couple more times, and they answered my questions and made sure that I didn’t have any lingering questions before I hung up or ended. I never felt brushed off. Actually, there’s a problem now, and they’re working on it. Also, there have been a couple of times that I haven’t been able to make the deposit or I had to reduce the deposit and they were fine with that.

My experience with National Debt Relief is going okay and they came up with another settlement offer on another of our cards that I accepted. My only complaint is every time they have a settlement for me, they're asking me for more money. We have our set amount that we're putting in, and somehow, they got to arrange it to where instead of having to put in more money, which I'm already putting in more money on one that they're working on and asking more money again, that somehow, they would be able to manage it with what we're putting instead of putting more stress on us coming up with more money.

I will recommend to a friend. It is the beginning experience and level of debt knowledge and understanding is evident. The people in each area of business matters, money understanding as both sides of the coin from the debtor to receiver. I am very comforted and already has had one good night's sleep of peace of mind in my money matters. The future looks promising.

Enrollment with National Debt Relief is a fairly easy process. It took about 20 or so minutes after having my information and income to be all set and ready to go. I had a bunch of credit cards that I needed to get paid off and going with National Debt Relief sounded like a good idea. The person I spoke with was good. They made suggestions on the monthly payment and I said what I could and couldn't do and they worked with that. They're taking 140 bucks every two weeks. However, there were a couple of moments where I thought that they wanted too much. They were trying to increase the amount that I was giving, but I told them that couldn't do it. I've been with them for a year and I'm sure that I got a couple of credit cards that are getting awfully close to getting paid off. I would recommend National Debt Relief.

We sought the services of National Debt Relief because of the amount of debt we had, and we were just sinking further and further. I was researching it online, and it had good reviews. The enrollment process was pretty easy. We settled a couple of our dead accounts, but we still have a few more to go. The last girl I talked to back in March was good with me. We’re on a payment plan and there had been a couple of times I’ve had to stop my payments and that worked well.

The application process was so easy and everyone so very friendly and courteous. Questions were answered and my representative explained everything thoroughly and completely put me at easy. I would tell everyone to call even if you only need information.

I did a general search for a debt settlement company and on an internet search, National Debt Relief was towards the top and had some reviews. I went into debt consolidation with them for my credit cards and I also had a bank loan. The interactions with their rep was all positive. I’m a year in and all my debt has been negotiated, consolidated and is recently in the process of being purchased by Liberty Lending. So, I’m about wrapped up with NDR.

On the welcome call, everything was too fast for me to understand 100% but otherwise, all was friendly and good. I said yes to stuff that I didn't understand properly. It is too early to evaluate my experience because the proof is in the pudding. I only just completed the application process today. However, I can say that my dealing with Lawrence ** during the application process couldn't have been better. He was very patient with me as I asked for clarification. His tone was truly caring and considerate and he communicated clearly showing a great deal of competence. He was very quick to offer additional help by sending me an email with information about my bills that did not qualify for the program....I then dealt with Andrea(?), (the emails she sent were not signed by her but rather "The Team" which is why I am not certain of her name). These people are horrible. Never ever use them! I signed up because I lost control of my finances after my son passed away then shortly after signing up I found out my husband of 35 years has a terminal health issue and our healthcare is horrible so I had to cancel and whoa! These people lied to me over and over again about getting my money back so I could purchase a prescription my husband needs! I finally called Global Client Solutions myself and found these people lied several times to me. They never closed my account. They do not give you your money back by direct deposit and the guy Moe even lied about a person he sent an email to at global client solutions because when I called them no such person even works at global client solutions. Be extremely cautious dealing with these people. They lie, they make things up and they steal your money.

We originally did a debt consolidation with Freedom Debt Relief. They ended up putting us with Consolidation plus. We got screwed over. When done we were paying 23% interest so then we were back as before with the credit cards. These guys no interest and great Customer service.

National Debt Relief is BBB-accredited. Their enrollment process was easy, and they helped me with credit card debt. Everything went well and smoothly. The guy who signed me up talked really fast, but he got a lot of information to say. They also worked with me on a payment plan and it was convenient. I have six accounts with them, and I'm 65% done. Since working with them it has helped some, but it definitely took a hit on my credit.
