The services of Freedom Debt Relief have been excellent. The staff understand and really care about helping improve your financial situation. Once you make a decision to move forward you just leave all the negotiations up to them. The debt reduction settlements are impressive.

Credit has taken a deep nosedive. My credit score is so low that it's harming other areas. More payments will make for a quicker resolution so that I can rebuild my credit. And be more credit responsible. Rebuilding my credit is key.

A friend of mine told me that debt relief was a good way to go. I went with Freedom and I liked what their reps had to say. Every time I had a question, they were straight with me and told me everything I could expect. My wife was hesitant about going with them but then I told her that Freedom sounded legit and that they could help us out. We went with them and when I call, their reps would ask me to verify that it's me who is calling even though I already verified when I first called. They would still ask different questions. When I finally made it through, the person I was in contact with would give me the right answers. I'm glad I went with Freedom.

I was paying high interest on credit card bills. My brother researched the different companies and found that FDR seemed to be the number one. I spoke to a couple of different agents and they were very helpful, polite, and nice. I found them to be really concise and they know their business. But the program is taking a little bit longer than I thought. It's been two and a half years now and there wasn't that much debt. I still have like six months of it. Other than that, they've been upfront with me and they text me any time I ask questions. I'm satisfied with them. FDR takes the pressure off knowing that you're paying all the high interests, it's really not going anywhere. That is the best part of it.

I did a Google search and FDR was ranked near the top. I knew that I had to do something ‘cause I was not in a good situation and FDR was kinda what I decided to do. So far so good. I'm doing what I'm supposed to and they're doing what they said they would do. Getting signed up was simple. I didn't have any red flags or I wouldn't have continued. The dashboard is also simple as far as its layout and navigation. It's detailed as to what I'm looking for without having to really hunt around for it. I wish the cost that I'm paying month to month was less, but it's the cost of doing business. It's very vague as far as what the actual fees are gonna be per negotiations but there was really nobody that was willing to say a finite number of what you're gonna pay.

I made an arraignment with a representative 3 weeks ago to help fix my credit (in short). I was told to make sure my first payment was made available on Monday the 7th 2020 and I did I was told. It would be applied to and taken out of my bank account by 12:00 noon on the 7th of September 2020. Noon came and went. At 1:00 pm I started trying to find out why it was not even attempted to be withdrawn and because it was a holiday nobody was available until Tuesday.

Customer service has been as helpful as they can be and I give the CSRs a top rating. My estimate was 48 months, and I do understand estimate, however, having deferred a couple payments and adjust a couple, I should be no more than 4 months above the estimate and should complete the program Oct 2022 and yet I am not due to complete until Aug 2023.... 10 months later than planned. I am a single Mom and only entered the program as I saw it would end at the same time my son would graduate and his child support would end.

I am very impress and grateful for the wonderful job that FDR has been doing for me. They have been working so hard for me and resolved 3 of my credit card bills with my creditors very quickly. I love them.

Working with Freedom was very easy. Everyone I spoke to with the company was friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to answer any questions I had with the program. They walked me step by step through the program. They sent out monthly statements so I could keep track with my progress. They also have an easy to use website to find out that information as well. I would highly recommend using them.

Freedom quickly worked with some of my creditors and if it wasn't for Freedom Debt Relief, I would still be paying. My husband has cancer and we now have a chance to continue the life we have instead of worrying over "can we pay this? Can we pay that? Are we going to be charged an astronomical late fee?" We are living one day at a time with less stress.

I initially called and I really liked the lady that I spoke with. She sounded really nice and was very helpful and kind. She made it easier for me and I was really impressed with her. FDR kind of helped bring me through the hard times. I couldn’t really think straight and they helped me out by taking care of all the credit cards. It's taken a lot of stress off me dealing with all the negotiations, the credit cards and the payments. I was going through moving, selling my house and finding another place to live and I didn’t have time to do all that. They contacted all my credit card companies and negotiated what would be paid, how much and what time. The service is top-notch. I would definitely recommend them to anybody that I knew that went through what I went through.

My wife found Freedom Debt Relief through one of her friends and we went with them because that’s who they had used. FDR worked really well with us, especially with the whole pandemic going on. If we're not able to make a full payment, we make partial payments and that really helps. And they let us know how of that affects the settlements, too. We're able to do the payments, but they might go back on some of the settlements if they’re not being settled. So we understand. Even so, they try to help us out as much as possible and make sure that we know that that doesn’t mean that our debt just goes away.

They have taken a lot of stress from my mind since my ex-husband has been laid off from his job and my income has decreased by approximately 2 thousand dollars per month.

I needed to change my payment date, and had no problem doing that. The agent I spoke with was very pleasant and she was very helpful and went over all the information that was needed to be sure I understood everything.

If you're thinking of signing up for a debt relief program, do your research and learn about the company's background. We found Freedom Debt Relief online and we went with them after reading some of the reviews. Everything was very good when we signed up and their reps were very polite. They answered our questions and we had no problems. So far, they've been doing a pretty good job. There are times I wish some of the accounts would get settled a little quicker, but it is what it is.

The time frame was five years and I have two years left. They seemed to be doing a good job, so I stayed with them. I get periodic rundowns of where I stand and I've been satisfied with what they're doing.

Freedom Debt Relief is wonderful. The relief of not having to worry about those bills anymore is tremendous. Freedom has helped me so much just taking it off my back and taking care of it themselves. Any question I had, I could call any time and they answered. If they didn't know, they got somebody that did. If it wasn't their particular area of expertise, they get somebody that that's what they dealt with. I couldn't have asked for more help or better help. They never once gave me the impression at all that I was bothering them or that I'm so dumb. If I could have dealt with the creditors myself that nicely, I probably wouldn't have gone with the FDR. But I am so glad I did. I have recommended them. Anytime I hear somebody talking about they need to get out from under the bills, they're the ones that I tell them to go to.

I have been very pleased with the service and how responsive everyone has been to me and my questions. The first settlement was done very quickly and professionally. The next one was also handled the same way. I am very pleased.

I am not able to send more money than what I already send every month due to a small SSI check I live on. But the man I spoke to said it will be alright and that you' all will still work hard to get the best deal for pay off sediment. The sooner I get out of all this mess, the sooner I will be able to live a more normal life. As you are committed so am I!! We will get this solved together! Thank you for your time.

Due to the pandemic I needed to put a hold on deposits; the representative was very helpful and knowledgeable, she explain all my options and we were able to come up with a plan to continue with the program and not disrupt my repayment plans. Thanks for all your help.

My experience has been great. I like that my payment come out automatic every month as long as I have money in my account. I also like that I am kept up to date on what bills are negotiated on and when they are settled.

My deductions were supposed to start on a certain day and was 2 weeks late, because something was changed in paperwork. However it was taken care of. To my knowledge they have yet to contact creditors as they continually call.

This message is why a four instead of 5 stars. Your messages are sometimes confusing. I did not order anything. However with the way in which you have handled my accounts - I am well pleased in every way. I am less than halfway through the expected time and you have utilized what I send you very efficiently.

I was hoping that FDR would eliminate all my debt but they only eliminated 45% of it on my one credit card account. I won't have to pay the rest off for 22 months, they will pay it monthly for 22 months and I hope that I can get the rest of the credit cards paid off at the same time.

Excellent work so far. Settlements are definitely fair and in line with my desire to get out of debt and the creditors. The associates are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent call in customer service. The representative was so helpful and went above and beyond by taking the time to help me find a way to navigate the client dashboard so I could take care of my account in the future on my own vs calling in; she was great!

When I called them, I was very impressed with whoever I was talking to. We got it worked out about what was going to happen. Everything went so smoothly. I didn't have to worry about everything. Everything was spelled out. They explained the program to me and it is working. It's something that I've been able to afford and I can see real progress. I only skipped payment once. I have to be a little creative because they always take it out the day before I get paid. But that's fine and I've been able to make the payments.

Getting signed up was very easy. They were very informative. I can go in the dashboard and see where I'm at as far as how many I’ve got that’s paid off, how many is in progress and the ones that are getting ready to come up. I've made great progress with my creditors. I only have maybe three left to get into the program then I’ll have them all in. I still got a couple more years, but it'll be over with.

It's going well with Freedom Debt so far. It's been handled fine for me and I haven't had any problems with anybody calling me or harassing me.

Updated on 02/07/2021: Freedom Debt Relief did the one lump sum for me, which was something that I could afford. I was consistently doing it for at least two good years. I'm halfway through. And they said that I was a very good customer, so they offered me a loan program so that my credit could start increasing, where the amount that I was paying for the debt would go toward the loan repayment and they will pay off my debts with this loan. And then I just pay this one lump sum loan back to them. This was different because Freedom Debt worked on negotiating the principal. The reps were always open to me communicating with them if I needed any questions answered. We had the dashboard so we communicated that way. Or if there was anything else going on, if I needed to talk to a live person, then they were always amenable to that. Their customer service was excellent.

It has been a pleasure working with Freedom Debt, I am suppose to be done in 2023 but have only 3 left to settle. Makes me think we are ahead of schedule. We will see. So far they are great and are keeping their promise.

I’m mostly happy with the program. My only issue is that I get the impression that I can’t make a change to the amount of my monthly payment and it has been really hard during these difficult times. I’m hoping to be in a position to buy a home in the future once I’m done and I don’t think I could’ve done that without FDR.

Was told it would take 48 months to complete. Now it's up to 60. I was misled. Taking longer to settle than expected. Late fees included in settlement. I thought it was the amount you owed at the beginning. Not going as expected.

Good customer service. However, not able to speak with the person I was trying to with. I was trying to get info on the loan offer. How long it would be for and what I would have to pay monthly on top of my payment of $330 I am already paying. Have decided now that I cannot afford an additional payment.

I called 9/9/20 and requested amended agreement to finance my house and representative told me she email and I have received nothing!!! I pay seriously high amounts for settling all our account and simply believe people will follow through to continue at their employment.

My experience is the dedication to the client and its efforts to clear the case and to put the client credit scores back on track, So far so Good. Kudos Freedom Debt Relief. My experience really surprised me and left me feeling like I was getting somewhere with my fight to build my credit and confident to live my life the way I've been all of my life and one mistake and the credit numbers sink like the Titanic.

I did a search on a website and they pointed me to Freedom. Then, I did my research on the Better Business Bureau to see how their rating is and stuff like that and I saw that a lot of people had a good outcome so we went with them. The rep we talked to was very informative and well-spoken and they were very flexible with my payment plan. If I ever have any questions, they attend to me very well. I give them a call and they let me know what's going on. And they've been alerting me if there were any issues.

One of the things that made me sign up with them was that the monthly payments were lower than other companies. Also, it damaged my credit but not as much as the others. The sign up process was really easy. It was really fast and comfortable. The person I spoke to was really friendly and he gave me some confidence because I was really nervous about it. I ended up signing in to get the help and up to now, it has been okay. I'm really satisfied.

My brother was 17,000 in debt and somebody recommended Freedom Debt Relief to him. He enrolled into the program, and after two years, he was done. They did a great job for him. I owe more money than my brother and I didn't want to file for bankruptcy. I don't like the idea of going bankrupt. I contacted FDR and I've been working with them and I feel good. When you enroll all the debts that you have to a company like Freedom Debt Relief, the creditors will start sending you letters, "Hey, you gotta pay." They know that you are enrolled into a company already, but they continue sending you letters. Every time they send me a letter, what I'll do is I'll take a picture and I'll load the document to my account.

I've been on the program for a little over a year. You have settled 2 of my 3 debts. The first you called me with the information. The second you emailed me which was more convenient for me. Just a click if a button and done. Thank you.

Updated on 11/11/2021: I would highly recommend Freedom Debt Relief to anyone. Working with them gave me peace of mind. I am more than halfway through the program and the majority of my accounts have been negotiated and completely paid. Most of the creditors settled for 50%, some lower with the best being a 35% settlement. The agreed upon payments were reasonable and manageable which is important. The debt can’t be paid if you can’t make the payment. Definitely worth looking into for your personal needs. Glad I did!

I was stressed and overwhelmed by the debt that I had accrued through the years. Every person I talked to was understanding and not condescending. They all helped every way they could and walked me through each process. So thankful for this group and happy to say I'm making great strides in lowering my debt.

I started FDR in May 2020 because I was in so much debt and was receiving calls from debt collectors constantly. I didn't know how to handle everything and I saw an advertisement for FDR. I did my research prior to contacting them and they were all glowing. I could not find one negative review; so, I decided to contact them. I have not regretted my decision yet. The initial process was lengthy but necessary because they literally take care of everything. I have not received one debt collection call since enrolling. They state upfront that your credit score will decrease, which it has, but nothing significant. I have had three of my debts negotiated since May. I am 100% satisfied with FDR and encourage people who are deep in debt to do the same.

I picked FDR because it sounded like they would help me in my situation. I talked to their rep about the situation and he said he would do whatever he should do to see about helping me. He sounded very honest and very sincere, like he really wanted to help me. They provided a program to lower the amount of money I owe on my credit cards to make them more affordable. They ran over what I owed, contacted the companies, and offered me a settlement. They tried to negotiate a lower amount of debt. It's all very good and working out. I was making regular payments but I had to lower them because of the coronavirus and losing 50% of my income and my wife's not working. FDR tried to take a very tough situation and make my life a bit easier. If anyone asks, I would recommend FDR to get them of a tough situation.

I was in a bad spot and needed some help. I filled out papers and everything that I wanted to put in there and Freedom gave me a quote on how they could help me meet that. That's what we did and so far, it's working. Hopefully, they're getting me in control again. They're taking care of everything and it's taken a little pressure off. I'm not getting the hateful messages and all that stuff that goes with it. They've got it all under control. Also, the representative was nice and he seemed to know what he was talking about.

They also request to get on their portal and check my account information. They provide some updates there as well.

Everyone here has been super helpful about answering questions repeatedly from us and keeping us up to date with regard to where we stand and what needs to be done. We are always aware of any incoming changes that occur with our account! They have been nothing short of wonderful!

Everyone was very nice professional. Gave me good information to handle this debt. I feel positive about the future. Moving forward I can see now the light at the end of the tunnel. They made the experience as pleasant as it could be.

One of my friends recommended Freedom to me and he said it was pretty good. And it is good. I like it. They consolidated my credit cards and they helped a lot. They would email me all the information and I didn't need to call them or anything like that. I just talked to one man the first time and he told me the process and I enrolled all my debts with them. I'm happy that I did that. For the payment plan, they asked me if I could pay a certain amount a month and I agreed that I could do it. Everything was good until I paid it off.

I’ve been satisfied with everything. Freedom Debt Relief helped me when I was in a bad bind going through a divorce. The worst part is your credit gets bad, so it's made it difficult. I can't buy a house right now, but hopefully, my credit will go back up soon. Everybody has been helpful. They're always sending out emails. When something happens, they let me know instantly, so it was good. From Freedom Debt Relief, I went to the sister company a few months and since I swapped over, a lot more is being done now.

I enjoyed talking with them. I dealt with Patrick and he explained everything out in detail and he was pretty good. The payment plan worked out great. They've already resolved three of our debts and they're currently working on three. They helped us out a lot.

Overall, I am happy with the services provided by Freedom Debt Relief, and the help in reducing my debt, however, I do think their legal representation for those being served could be improved with a more aggressive negotiating strategy and with attorneys with experience dealing with collection of debt.

I feel I should have done this on my own. I believe this process caused me a lot more harm from stress and self worth than anything else. I would definitely do it on my own if I had to choose over again. The choice might be right for some people.

The fees are horrible and weren't explained to me when I signed up .. How could you know my payment amounts without knowing settlements! 22% FEES WAS WORST THAN MY INTEREST ON MY CREDIT CARDS..... I sent a rush payment of $600 on June 3rd because you said you needed it for a payment and the payment was never made. So account went back into negotiations.

Freedom Debt Relief took care of all of my debts. The person I dealt with the initial set up was very nice and I felt great with it. Their fees are a little high. But I don't have to deal with my debts. They offered the lowest payment for me at the time that I could actually afford. I pay every month for protection that a lawyer will help me if one of the companies decides that they wanna take different actions. Then when they won or settled, they took another lawyer fee for several hundred dollars and I didn't know that was supposed to happen. I shouldn't have to pay twice.

I've had a good experience with Freedom Debt Relief. The setup was quick and easy and a lot of my debts have been settled. I'm almost finished.

I love Freedom Debt Relief. I've had them for two years now and there was one occasion where I told the rep I wanted to skip a month's payment. I was pressed for debt that month and they allowed me to go ahead and skip that month. They are extremely efficient too. They paid off one account and they have another account that has been negotiated. Right now, they're negotiating how much to pay the creditor per month, and then that will be settled significantly less than what the debt was. I like Freedom Debt Relief's service and the way they operate. Their method of communication to their clients is terrific.

I knew I needed to do something, and I needed somebody to help me. I googled debt relief companies and Freedom came up. They had good reviews that's why I called them, and then I liked what I heard. The customer service has been great. If there are any issues or anything, or I have any questions, I call and they answer. They do everything as expeditiously as they can to answer my questions or resolve anything, if there are any issues. I got one debt settled and paid off. And one has been settled so I'm paying it off now. There's another one that probably even later this year yet where they expect it to be settled. If you do sign up, try to stick with it. Whatever your deposit amount will be monthly, do all you can to keep that current because once they reach settlement, that’s what pays it off.

I just happen to pick Freedom on the website and when I first reached out, the rep was very knowledgeable and explained very clearly. I liked it. Things are working very well. I gotta pay accordingly but it’s too bad I'm on a tight budget now. Otherwise, I will pay it off a lot faster.

When I talked to FDR, they laid out a good decent plan that I thought would be right for me. They said that in approximately four years, I would be able to be debt free as far as my credit card debt. The reps were polite, respectful, and answered all the questions. And if they didn't know, they would find out and get back with me. I have three credit cards and they've paid a major one. I have seven or eight in the works right now and I have about 10 more to go.

Freedom Debt seemed to have a good plan and a solid course as far as action. I went with them and their customer service has always been great. I had 18 accounts and I’m down to one left to be agreed upon so they’ve done a good job. They give good information and good support and communications. They’re really right on top of it and they keep you up to date as far as what they're doing.

I have been very happy with the process. Things have taken a little longer than I would have liked though I take ownership as my business has not always been stable. So relieved to no longer have the calls from creditors! When I have needed an explanation I always eventually get to the correct party. I appreciate all FDR does for me!

Crossroads was pulling money out on the 2nd of the month. I called Freedom Debt Relief to change it to the 3rd of the month. I appreciated the help from the customer service agent.. They got it fixed and It will help me.

I called because there was an alert on my account. I was told that one account could not be settled through this site because the creditor would not negotiate so I was on my own. I am disappointed that I wasn’t told that this may be an option, but otherwise I am pleased.

I like the work they do for me but I would love for them to call the most desperate people to update them at least when we ask you all to. Other than that really good. And if you all would automatically attend court proceedings would be good too.

Freedom's customer support seemed a lot better and they were more knowledgeable so I went with them. They consolidated our credit cards. We sent them over what we ought out in credit. They ran a credit report and came back with a proposal over X amount of years, and it's gone from there. The guy I dealt with was very good. He had all the answers. Any questions I've had over the past year, I've always emailed them and they're quick to respond. I'm very satisfied. The program has worked good. They've been doing everything they said it was gonna do so I'm pleased. Freedom has taken a lot of stress off of the collection calls and I'm not looking over my shoulder anymore for them.

Freedom Debt Relief's service was excellent. I paid my credit card debt and I moved on to their other company, Consolidation Plus.

Freedom Debt Relief was the only company there at the time, so I figured I'd try them. We did mostly credit cards and one big loan. We used to fax back and forth. Now my machine doesn't work like it used to because I changed phone companies and the one I got doesn't have a fax hooked up on that. But Freedom has been putting it on the email and I've been getting it. So far, they've been pretty good, since nobody has been bothering me. Right now, I don't have the money to give them the extra couple hundred dollars. I guess I gotta stay where I'm at. But they're not complaining so everything is well. The people that I talked to have been very nice. I would highly recommend others to use them.

As my journey towards debt free living continues, I am grateful to Freedom Debt for the compassion and guidance. I sometimes get nervous and will reach out to customer support and am always treated with kindness and patience. I am looking forward to completing the program and not only being being debt free but living life in a way which keeps me debt free.

Had one of my targeted accounts recently send me a collections letter and I was able to attach it to my file. I called for confirmation on it and let someone know and they were able to give me some reassurance and peace of mind for the time being.

A company that helps relieve financial debt. I recommend them to all who are stressed and at their wit's end with all the calls and letters. Freedom does all the work for you. Then in a while, you have freedom once again to do what is needed.

The representative that help me was very friendly and was very helpful. I was able to get my documents downloaded with no problem because of her help. I never knew it was that easy to upload my documents from my phone, but when she explained the process it was so easy.

This appears to be an a+ organization. They have kept all appointments right to the minute, and provided me with plenty of information as to what the status is on my case progress. I highly recommend to anyone seeking relief from the high interest, high pressure creditors.

Flipped out at receiving a court summons. FDR always ready to help and remain calm. Assuring that it will be taken care of with no judgements of me. Very concerned, responsible, putting my mind at ease. Can always depend on their expertise in any situation. I highly recommend them to come up with a plan to help their clients. They require a certain amount you pay every month and they get to work.

It takes time but we have been able to resolve several of our accounts within less than 2 years. Very well worth the assistance. I only wish I had taken out the actual loan to be done faster. Instead I made the mistake of asking to skip a payment due to covid and got disqualified for the other option the same week.

For so long I kept battling trying to get ahead on my accounts but with their interest rates I was losing the battle and the war. I did not want to file a Chapter 13, or a Chapter 7, and I just about to when I heard a gentleman from Freedom and he explained everything and how they work. My husband kept saying it was too good to be true but Freedom was true and honest with everything they told me. I would recommend this to anyone who is feeling the stress I was, I am a lot better now and I am not afford to answer the phone.

My experience with Freedom Debt Relief was all right, but they charge too much fees. If I had $3,000, they won't let you pay just that off. Whatever you got, they'll take whatever money you had built up and pay so much on each one. I wish I had never gone with them. They told me all that I needed to know. However, I had to get a lawyer. On one of them, on Discover, they sued me. So, I have to pay so much every two weeks. Then with the fees, I could then had it paid off. If I get in trouble with a credit card, I'll just call the company myself and settle.

I had other friends that said they went with Freedom and they loved them. I went with them and they're a great company. The reps are very professional. I've not had a bad experience with one of them. They know what they're saying and they care about the customer so that's good. The dashboard is really nice to have, too. It's easy to navigate. There are other apps that I have for other bills and it's sometimes difficult. FDR's was like, there it is, this is what it is. It's step-by-step. It's a good app compared to others. I'm gonna be changing over to somebody else now ‘cause I did some other loan. Freedom worked with this other company that pays it all off. Now I just pay them and Freedom worked with them to facilitate that. It's going to be great for me in the next few weeks.

For the most part, Freedom's program has been satisfactory. The main thing that they did for us is they've given us some relief in negotiating with the creditors for payoff amounts. I had one person that I worked with to get set up but after that, it goes to different folks. They send me an email whenever they have a new negotiation that needs to be approved. Although I don't speak with them, they have a general phone number that you call to tell them what your situation or question is and they try to get you an answer.

Freedom's rep was very friendly and helpful. I told him my problem, then he looked through the program and told me they have programs that could help me. That’s why I decided to go with them. They went by my income, and they came up with a payment that I could afford in addition to paying my other regular monthly bills. They are negotiating with the creditors and some had been paid off.

Updated on 05/24/2021: I am sooo grateful I chose Freedom Debt Relief to help me with my debt/credit card issues! They have been amazing and I have settled several accounts already! My goal is being achieved and my credit score is increasing!

So far, I have had a great experience with Freedom Debt Relief. I'm about halfway through my program and it has been successful! They have been very responsive with anything that I've needed and have efficiently addressed my needs. Honestly, this organization took an impossible situation and made it manageable. I am forever grateful!

First of all, I could not have resolved my debt without the efforts of FDR. I’m truly appreciative of everything they have done to help me get my finances in order. The only negative I have is their high fees added to each negotiation, even for those negotiated by the attorneys that have resolved two creditor lawsuits. In both cases FDR wasn’t engaged but still tacked on a high fee.

Wonderful, thoughtful service was rendered during my phone time with the representative. It was the best customer service call that I have ever had. From the beginning, FDR has been there helping me. They took each debt and negotiated a settlement for me. In doing so, they did what they said they would do. They helped me in reducing my debt. And, they handled all the issues that came up, including letters from attorneys. I'm glad to be part of FDR.

The process seems to be moving ahead as suggested and what more can be said... It is a program to close off debt. I have nothing more to add. Any more words would just be repetitive so as noted there is nothing more to say.

I've increased the amount of my bi-weekly contributions, to pay off the outstanding debt.. I do not understand why it will take two years to pay off the accounts when the funds are available in my account. Your company charges a settlement fee, when I'm trying to get out of debt.. It wasn't made explicitly clear at the time of the call that my credit will be destroyed. I worked really hard to maintain on-time payments with the creditors. Just to go into delinquent status. I will never recommend this company to anyone. This company is a complete rip-off.

I have had a wonderful experience. I have negotiated 5 out of 10 accounts. I pay my monthly payments and they take care of the rest. Also the calls have stopped and I am making progress. Thank you Byron for helping me.

I paid for debt relief services with Freedom Debt Relief and was able to pay my debt off earlier than anticipated. I paid my debt off completely with a final payment that was paid directly through a Freedom Debt Relief representative over the phone on 6/26/2020. At that time I was informed that no further drafts would be taken out of my account since my account was paid in full. However, a draft in the amount of $484.00 was taken out of my bank account on 8/2/20. I called Freedom Debt Relief on 8/3/2020 to file a complaint and to have my funds returned to my account and was informed a refund would be processed immediately.

When my husband wasn't working, I used up the card and the payments got overwhelming for me. I never missed a payment, but it was too much going into that while there were other stuff I had to do. So, I decided to sign up with Freedom Debt Relief. My sister had gone through them and she introduced the company to me. They consolidated my debts and let me have one payment that is manageable. So far, I'm pleased with their service. Everything has been good and the payment plan that they have for me is comfortable. It fit into my budget, too. Everybody at FDR also answered my questions when I had them, and when I called, I always had someone to talk to, which is good. I like that. Other than that, when I consolidated my debts, my credit score had fallen way down. But now I see it going back up and I’m not sure if it's because I made my payment. I just can't wait to finish paying all my debts so I can get my credit score back to where it was.

Not as big of savings as sold to me before I started. Lots of fees, tax implications etc. By the time all said and done will have paid almost as much as debt was at start. Credit ruined anyways, bankruptcy might have been the better option.

Just started, so far it's been good. I haven't had any problems. They always notify you when they are negotiated an account and keep you update regarding your account and account information. I don't talk much so forty words are pretty hard for me to write.

Being in the debt relief program has been great. The lawyers have kept me from having to go to court, which would have been frightening for me. Working with a difficult debt that doesn't want to give a little can be tiresome, but they do not give up. If I knew of anyone that was in over their head in debt, they would have my full recommendation to be in contact with you.

People that work for Freedom Debt are very kind and considerate: they go the extra mile to help you out with your debt. I would highly recommend them. No matter when you call; they answer all of your questions and make sure you have all of your answers. They have really helped me out.

I asked why my paid off account still shows up as not paid on my credit report. My answer was quick and explained very well why it was still on my report for now. I guess I just want instant gratification when a bill is paid off.

I have given almost $9,000 and still have yet to get rid of any debt completely. Two of those debts were/are well under that amount. They did help me through litigation however. We settled that debt but for some reason that debt is now outstanding again.

UPDATED 3/11/2021: I have been on this program for over a year and am very happy. This program is easy and it helps me sleep at night, not worrying about payments and constant email and phone calls for payment. worth the effort to take a look and get out of debt.

I had never heard of Freedom Debt Relief but I was at wit's end searching for help with my debt situation when I happened upon an ad of all things for them. I put in some info and almost immediately received a call telling me I was eligible for the program. After some explaining I understood my own choices in regards to my credit and what the outcome would be depending on whether I agreed to the program. It took some convincing, but I gotta say, I'm nothing but pleased. Every debt they've settled has been at a huge discount, and for a reasonable monthly amount to boot. I've highly recommended them to several people. If you have a job and a large amount of debt just try them out, they'll help.

I had called to explain that there was no money in my bank account and had spoken to a rep who assured me that the regular deposit wasn't going to be taken off my account, I now have a negative of 200 dollars in bank account were do I start from now.

An on track program to reduce your debt in half and help restore your credit. I am currently in the program, took about 10 months to settle the debt. I am very blessed to been given this opportunity. That is all.

I enrolled a lot of debt while on a lower income and they were able to work with me. They gave me a payment I can afford and helped me work on getting out of my college credit card debt. I am so thankful.

Everything is fine with Freedom but I've been asking them to pay the credit cards off faster. They wanna drag it up to 2023 and I don't want to drag it up that long. I have one more they haven't settled. I'm about to pay it myself, instead of what we've got settled. They're not doing what I've asked. I've been asking them that I need to close this account that they're drawing money out of and they won't close it. Also, the fees and the fees on top of the fees are ridiculous. But other than that, they're doing what they said they were gonna do.

FDR was recommended to me by a friend who had had a lot of success with them. And after doing a lot of research, I found that they had better reviews and zero complaints than other ones. Their sign up process was very easy. You sign up online, then they have somebody contact you and walk you through the process. When I first started, I had a specific person, but I haven't had to talk to them in a long time. They also send you monthly updates and whenever you have to do further communication, like debt settlements and stuff, they're very good about contacting you. They let you know where everything is in the process, get paperwork to you to sign, and make sure that you know any deadlines. They're really good about communication. So far, more than half of my debt has been settled and overall, FDR is doing great. They're really beneficial, especially right now with so many of us having our income limited.

Every experience that I've had with Freedom has been the highest quality. They are clear and timely with their communication. They are respectful and helpful. I can't imagine going through this with a better company. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

All of the “worst case scenarios” seem to have happened with me; I suspect this is common, but they’re deceptive when selling their services. When I try to discuss it, they just get defensive and try to get me to focus on the few things that have gone well. I’ve been sued, and the legal insurance I’ve paid for seems to have secured the legal services of law school dropouts. I would have been better off declaring bankruptcy.

I asked to add another card to my account; was told to sign a document online. I didn't know how to do that and was told they would mail it to me. That was 3 or 4 weeks ago and I don't have anything yet. I questioned the delay online and was told they would send me something in the mail. I still don't have anything and still have not been able to add the additional card.

Freedom Dept Relief are great people to work with. They're all sincere. VERY HELPFUL WHEN YOU NEED THEM. They're just a phone call away. They know what they're doing. I’m almost out of Debt thanks to FDR. Whenever you have a Problem they're there to help you get it solved. They're but a call away, All you need to do is pick up the phone and call. They’ll give you great advice.
