The process wasn’t explained well to me and I really regret signing up. The collection calls and threats are just too much for me. My phone rings off the hook all day despite notifying my creditors and changing my contact info to FDR. I don’t see my credit getting repaired for many years. I’ve dropped over 300 points. I was told not to worry about the negotiation fees as that was part of the $12 monthly fee that I’m paying turns out that will be a totally different payment which could be hundreds or thousands more.

I recommend Debt Relief as a method of recovering financial freedom. The process is slow but methodical and I must admit, that I am constantly asking questions about the process and timing and have always been treated courteously. I have been in the program for 10 months and FDR has settled 2 of my debts - I am hoping we can complete the process on or before the scheduled completion date.

So far I guess Everything is that to be expected. I honestly don’t know what I’m supposed to expect and I realize this is the beginning but I’m do know that I’m getting calls all day long everyday from 8 am - 10 pm Mon - Sun which is very annoying and they never leave any message of any kind, I hope that won’t last throughout this process and if so I will be changing my number so I’ll give it a little more time but I’m real close to that point.

I had $17,000 of credit card debt. Freedom Debt Relief seemed to have the best program that I could see, so I enrolled with them online. I've been in their program for about a year and a half now, and I have another two and a half years left. It’s been going good.

The Freedom Debt Relief rep was very thorough and he explained everything to me. He gave me a thorough understanding of whatever the process would be and what I would have to do. They also worked with me on a payment plan. Once the program got started, it has been perfect since then. I haven't heard from him anymore because I haven't had an issue but any time there's a debt settlement through, they email me. I'll okay it and they go from there. If I have any questions, they're quick to answer. I called them one time about something and they were available to answer. I've been in the program for a little over a year. They said that it would take two and a half years, maybe three at the most. I have about three to four credit cards paid off almost halfway with three more, and then they still have to negotiate one more.

I was drowning in debt and not getting anywhere. Bankruptcy was not an option and I did not wanna go down that route. After researching, I thought that Freedom Debt Relief was the best company and the best fit for me. I also was extremely comfortable working with them. I was divulging my entire personal life to somebody I didn’t even know, but it was so much better than somebody that I did know. They worked with me and got me on a monthly budget that was doable. I’m one-third of the way and so far, everything has been great. They keep me in the loop with the monthly report and I can go look at my report any time and see where I am and what’s going on. I’m a single mother and I work three jobs to make ends meet. Using FDR is probably the smartest thing I’ve ever done and I’ve lost 15 pounds from less stress. I’ve recommended them to a friend.

I researched Freedom Debt Relief and it seemed like the best one around. I gave them my bills, they contacted the people, and they came to an agreement with them. I was then contacted to see if I agreed with it. My debt consultant was very controlling but I was very comfortable with him. FDR had to get an attorney and it was at no cost to me to work with this last one. I'll be with their program for four years and I will be done in April. I’ll be in a pretty decent shape when I get done with that.
99% of the time, Freedom Debt Relief was very good. But they had one screw up. The agreements they made with the companies I had a debt with were all good except for that last one. One of the companies contacted me and told me that if I paid $600, they would drop the $6,000 debt. I told FDR about it and they told me not to worry about it. They would take care of that. But they just made a deal with the company and I ended up paying $3,000. I was not happy with that. Whoever did that deal hurt me. I have the letters to prove what the company said and I sent them letters too. I didn't like the last deal that went down but otherwise, I would definitely recommend FDR.

My husband had a severe stroke and I kept him for almost 12 years. He was in a wheelchair and he couldn’t walk. All through the years, our savings during those did nothing 'cause everything you buy for a patient like that is very expensive. I used credit cards and credit cards and credit cards, and I just got in a big, big bind with credit cards. Freedom Debt Relief has helped me and I’ve already paid off several of them. It’s a good way to go and I would highly recommend them. Every time I’ve called, everybody’s been wonderful.
I'm wondering if I could do with paying a little bit less than what I’m paying ‘cause my insurances have gone up. I give Freedom Debt Relief $255 a month and I could use at least the $55 then just give Freedom Debt Relief $200. I realized the less I pay, it’s not getting my debts paid off but that $55 would really come in handy. They let me do it for three months, but then they said it had to go back to $255. Other than that, I'm doing okay. If it gets down to the nitty gritty, I’ll just have to stop payment, keep the $255 and the creditors can come just get me and put me in jail.

FDR was great! It was resolved faster than I anticipated and all the customer service people were very helpful. Any issues I had with creditors was taken care of with their in house people. I didn’t have to deal with them once.

I wish I had never signed up. I was lied to from the get go. I was NEVER told I could be sued. Got served papers with a threat to attach wages, place a lien on my home, there could be tax implications, the dreadful list goes on and on and on. My credit is shot, and now all of a sudden I'm only eligible for a C+ loan ripping me off at 26% interest (I now owe about$10,000 more than my original debt), which your company writes, paying almost $500 a month on. I've suffered anxiety for months due to this scheme I signed on to. I feel as if this is like a pyramid scheme of sorts. I'm trapped. Still thinking of bankruptcy and or hiring a lawyer. Also filing complaint with the BBB.

I was looking up some stuff for seniors on Facebook and they were talking about the Freedom Debt Relief for seniors. Since I'm a senior, I tried it out. The service I have with them is mostly for credit cards. There were some loans I had gotten but I was told I could not do the bank ones. I was told I would be in the program for 24 to 36 months. I've been with the company for at least six months now.
I've had a couple of different reps and I've had nothing but good things from them. My initial rep was very nice. He really tried to help me figure out what would be the best way to do this. Would I just maybe do bankruptcy? Would I do Freedom Debt Relief or just go through the credit card places and see what they can do for me? We sat down and he gave me all the options. That’s why I went with the Freedom Debt Relief. My payment plan was fine and it is better than paying each credit card every month.
The only thing is I am still getting calls from credit card companies that I've had Freedom Debt Relief take care of. They keep telling me I have to call Freedom Debt Relief and I did. I'm assuming they are getting in contact with the companies. One of the companies was telling me that they were gonna get a lawyer in and deal with me that way. Everybody is talking to everybody else but they are still coming after me. The company is just trying to get me to pay them right now. If they could see what my Uncle Sam is giving me, they would know that I can't pay that. Overall, Freedom Debt Relief's service is excellent. I still have debts with the bank. I have a car loan and a credit loan. Unfortunately, I'm still having to depend on my sister to help out. But I hope that in doing this with Freedom Debt Relief I would be able to kinda contribute more to the house and groceries.

I got so far behind on my finances being on a fixed income. I pay to that fund, my account thing, with Freedom Debt Relief and then they are negotiating with my creditors. If I had any concerns they were answered. I am always kept in the loop when there is a negotiation up, when they’ve struck a deal and do I agree with it. And I get notices as to when those payments are made. And if I don’t remember if I got that notice then I can always get online and doublecheck. Right now, it’s working out great because we went by what could I afford and what could not afford and how much less my payments are compared to what I was paying every month in credit card bills.
I love the service. It’s one less factor in my life, like credit card people and collections calling. I don’t need any more stress. Number one, I’m already a heart patient. So, I'm trying to keep from having a heart attack, and my dad’s health is failing. It was getting beyond what I can handle. I was literally getting sick and depressed. But now that they handled that part of it, I don’t have to deal with anybody. When I see a phone number I don’t recognize, I don’t even answer the phone.
I stopped using every credit card when I signed up. But in the beginning of April, I was out mowing all my yard and I live on a hill, and the brake went out on my lawnmower and I started rolling downhill backwards. My lawnmower turned over on me. The blades were still engaged and I was able to keep it from landing on top of me but in the process, when I hit the ground, I bounced and went face first into the side of a tree. I fractured my nasal bone and knocked out five teeth. So I had to get dentures, top and bottom. I had one credit card that I discovered that was still not recorded yet or they hadn’t done anything on. And then it’d been a emergency situation so I had to use it.
I tried to make a couple of payments on it because I didn’t want anybody thinking that I'm just gonna keep adding to it. Freedom called and asked me about it. They said, “They’re showing it’s still going.” I told them what happened and we’re not taking out to spend, it’s not being used, it’s already canceled, all that stuff. But I told them, “I did not wanna have to use it,” I said, “but emergency situation.” I tell anybody, “If you’re drowning, Freedom is who you need to call,” because it took away a big chunk of my stress. They work within your means and I picked the right choice being with them.

Freedom Debt Relief had a good online result, which said that they were reputable. I'm a goal-oriented person so I was so stressed out over how messed up I got. Also, my business was off. I did what Freedom Debt Relief told me to do and it worked. It's almost done. I got six more months so it was a lot quicker than proposed. Everything's good.

When you sign up for their program, they really don’t explain to you about your credit score. There is no reporting of our payments to the credit bureau so our credit takes a way bigger hit. We could have done bankruptcy and we wouldn’t have been hit as bad as this. When I contacted Freedom Debt Relief about this, there was just kind of a runaround conversation and I got tired of listening to it. There should be someone that knows what they’re talking about and sums it to you better.
They don't work with you on your payment plan too. You send them the collection letter or whatever you received from the credit company. Freedom Debt Relief then just does it. They don’t communicate that much. That is pretty much it other than me making a monthly payment and them taking all their fees. Our credit score has bottomed out. And without a decent credit score, you cannot do anything.
Before doing this, our credit score was in the high 600. Now, we’re down to 523 at the best. We are retired and we rent. We want to go to a smaller place than what we are in now. But we can’t get anybody to work with us when they see our credit score. I don’t understand why payments aren’t being reported to the credit bureaus when we make this payment every month. We have even tried to print out the payments and take it to a Realtor. But they said it was not on the credit report. They won’t even look at it.

I compared many debt relief companies and Freedom seemed to be pretty level. Plus everything they claimed seemed verifiable. Working with them got the creditors off my back. All the junk mails, solicitations and calls from creditors have ceased and that’s really what I need, not to mention that they’re doing what they should be doing. I’m finally solving my credit problem by paying all of these debts off. Then I’ll be able to start with a clean slate.
Freedom Debt Relief sends me emails once they've come to a settlement. They figure out how long a settlement is gonna take and what kind of payments they’re making. Then they give me all the information and I either agree or don’t agree. If I don’t agree, they move on and try to do something else. They’re on top of it and it seems like as long as I make my payments, they’re constantly trying to make deals with the creditors that I have in the program. In fact, they’ve already gotten settlements with three of the six and it’s only been a couple of months.

I looked at Freedom Debt Relief online and it looked to be pretty good. Their rep was knowledgeable and ready to give an explanation on how the program works. And even if I call in, they explain my questions and it's good for me. My payment plan was based on how much debt we had. I like that I don't have to pay the whole bill. The stress level is way down compared to where it was.

My husband had gotten laid off from his construction job, which really put us behind on everything and really put us in a bind. I checked into Freedom Debt Relief and they were the number one out of a lot of people. I was either gonna do the FDR or bankruptcy, but I didn't wanna do bankruptcy and I figured that they would be better. I wanted to see what I could do that would help me get rid of some of my debt and save my credit score as well. In the beginning, before I had gotten with FDR, it was just ongoing calls and harassment. I also kept getting court documents. I've been with FDR for almost four years now and everything has been wonderful. I keep up with my payments and on what needs to be done. And if I have any questions or anytime I've called, I've never had a problem with them.
FDR worked with me on my payment plan set up. Because with my accounts, it was more of me trying to pay each one of those debts and making more payments than money coming in. I wouldn't have been able to handle all that, but that was resolved and I am very grateful to FDR for getting me through it. I recommend them to everybody. I tell everybody that if they don't wanna go on bankruptcy, then go with FDR. They're the most reliable and they can help you. They are very good and they work with you.

I'm satisfied with my experience with Freedom Debt Relief. I had three credit cards that had gotten out of hand. They have now been settled and I'm on my way to recovering my good credit. I wouldn't give it a full 5 stars as the communication between companies was lacking (each company would contact me for things that had already been e-mailed back to them.) Also, it took longer than expected. But maybe this was a normal amount of time.

In just 8 months this company has negotiated very good settlements with businesses that were part of my enrolled debt. I am very pleased with their work on my behalf. I sleep much better now, and I feel so much better. In the previous 2 1/2 years I have had colon cancer and surgery to remove a portion of my colon. Then about 10 months later I underwent a double heart bypass surgery, developed vertigo and fell and broke my arm. My arm is still healing. A 21% fee for the enrolled debt is way too high. FDR settles debts fairly well. Except if you get sued, then you’ll probably end up paying the entire debt plus the horrendous accrued interest, which will end up higher than the enrolled amount in the beginning. And National Litigation Law Group is not worth paying for, as they will probably just go along with your creditor’s guidelines for settlements after they have filed a lawsuit.

Process works but not nearly as fast as they make it out to. Was given an estimated date of completion. But will not be anywhere close to that when I am actually finished with the program. Be patient and don’t get your hopes up it will be over fast.

Everything was going great on negotiations. Until I got summoned. They sent NLLG to help settlement.But got back to me that I would have to pay an additional 165 towards my Freedom Debt.Which I am already paying 300 month. After responding back to NLLG telling them I can not afford to pay more what I can only afford to pay. They said they are unable to help me to get back with Freedom debt. This is the reason I am paying freedom debt 300 to help. So now I have to fill a response to Bank of America Why can not settle with them. I will give more feed back on how the settlement ends with BOA. But until now That's why I am giving them a 3 star.

Your company should respond faster and try to get them their funds ASAP, As I Deposit to my acct, things should go faster. Even though I am happy with the progress I would like a quicker response. I reached out to Freedom Debt Relief because I was over extended my credit. I have five unsecured loans as well as many credit card accounts. I would recommend to this to anyone who has tapped close to credit limits and is pursuing a better future with no debts, but cannot exceed the interest rate, but yet wants to pay down the principle payment amount owing. You can make all payments on time and above the minimum due, but you have to make sure you can keep it up, and do both at the same time. I recommend FDR for anyone considering a Bankruptcy, taking a loan out, or Paying all debts with a Credit Card. Sometimes the Amount and Risk is far too great a step, and that is why I chose FDR.

The agent working with me did a good job. However, I’m disappointed that FDR is not able to deal directly with my creditor. My creditor won’t return my calls so now I’m stuck. My creditor knew all they had to do was to drop the word “fraud” (there was no fraud) and FDR would go away.

I joined FDR because I was buried in a mountain of debt as a result of 5 major surgeries in a span of two years. Could not keep up with monthly payments to creditors and the FDR consolidation amount was considerable less than the amount paid to creditors each month. I am 76 and the medical expenses continue. I do not get all the medical attention I need because of the cost. My income is fixed and I do not have flexibility in my spending. Consequently, I have reduced the monthly payment to FDR to where it was the minimum just to keep legal protection in tact. I have just increased my monthly repayment amount as my phone was paid off. I anticipate I will be able to increase the amount further as other bills get paid off. Your customer service rep. was understanding and gracious in setting up a schedule I can manage for the next two months. Thank You.

When I first entered the program in 4/16 I was told I could be debt free in about 4 years. My graduation date was showing 6/20. With the new dashboard it says 7/22. My deposit total has stayed the same since the beginning of the year even though I have never missed and deposits. I guess I'm just a little confused since the Dashboard format has changed. A friend recommended Freedom Debt Relief because I got a little bit caught up in credit card debt. He said that they were good about helping people out, consolidating, and trying to get the debt paid off and had a lower rate. He said he had a good experience with Freedom Debt and I figured, well, if it worked for him, I would give it a try. I explained to Freedom Debt, I'd like to see if there was a way they could help me get the amount of debt that I had in credit cards reduced. And when I called them, the guy got the information of what credit cards I wanted to consolidate. He told me what savings I will get if I went with them, set up a payment plan and pretty much just went from there.
Initially, the payment plan was working. But then I got hit with some doctor bills. I was making payments monthly but I was not making the payment that we agreed upon. I did it for two years where I made the full payments, and now I'm down slightly to half of that amount because I could pay them now. Recently came into a settlement with the last creditor. Also, about $3,000 that I owe to get this thing paid off.
However, I felt it was misleading in a sense. Freedom Debt Relief said it will be about 22 months then everything would be all settled but it took a lot longer than that. They said the 22 months that they gave me was more of an estimate, which I didn't feel so good about. I just assumed in two years it would be done. They just came to the last settlement. It has been almost three years now. Other than that, everything else worked okay. Their customer service has been really good. You asked them questions and they answered the questions that they knew the answers to. They tried their best to be as satisfactory as possible. But I would tell others to ask more questions. Be more upfront. That they can get more direct answers as to the timeline of the services that Freedom Debt offers. It will probably benefit them more if they were a little bit more upfront about it.

At first I was skeptical. When I joined I had debt but all of my credit cards were in good standings. When they told me to stop paying my cards, I was in disbelief. Did I really want to ruin my credit just to get out of debt? But Kenneth, who was my agent told me to trust him, that they've been doing this forever, and I will bounce back with no problem. So I put my trust in him and it was the best decision I ever made.
At first it seems slow. You're paying FDR and nothing's happening. But after a few months and the first settlement happens, you realize how good they are, settling for less than 50% of the debt. And then they do it again and again. All you have to do is pay monthly and they handle the rest. And don't worry about your credit. You shouldn't be using any during this time, and by the time you're done, your credit score is going back up. They do a great job negotiating debt. Just be patient, and know that if you keep to the schedule, everything will work out in your favor. Hope you never have to use a service like this, but if you do, FDR will get you out of that hole and back on your feet without all of the negative marks on your credit report.

Updated on 01/21/2023: FDR is a very good program to help you resolve your debt problems. It took us 3 years to resolve over $52,000 in credit card debt. To be honest in the beginning it was a little frustrating. But following their instructions and forwarded creditors to them help rid our lives of the threatening phone calls. Updated on 10/08/2020: We have been trying to raise our draft amount for over a year with no success, both online and when talking to a representative. Other than this frustration the program works and gives you peace of mind, since some creditors are reluctant to participate in the program.
Original Review: Must admit I was impatient waiting for some movement on my case with creditors to cease some of the calls and letters. Well after about 6 months it happen in one week two settlements. This told me yes we made the right choice. This was a breath of fresh air. If you do exactly as they suggest and be patient the program will work and you will be pleased with the results.

I owed too much money, mostly from credit cards. Then one Sunday afternoon, I was fooling with the phone looking for debt relief so they can help me. Freedom Debt Relief came up and I talked to a lady by the name of Elizabeth. I told her I had a Synchrony Wal-Mart card to buy gas off of. It was $12,000 a month and I was keeping it up. Instead of paying $25 a month, I ended up paying 100 every month.
It started out $3.54 a month and I raised it. They kept wanting more money. I sat down and figured out what I could live off of and then I figured I could add $46 more each month to make it 400. What caused it is I made along to a lending club and they wouldn't go higher than 36 months. I ended up having to pay almost $500. Right now, my card is full of gas and I can't buy gas anymore so I'm using my own debit card in the town I live in.
Then, I had credit cards and it kept mounting up. I ended up filing $23,000 worth to be able to live. I kept having some problems with my credit limit and the creditors wouldn't change my FICO. They kept making it worse so I hired Lexingtom Law to get that straightened out for me. But I failed to sign paperwork for the lawyers when they were getting the deal in and that cost me another $12 a month.
When Freedom Debt Relief began to make arrangements to pay some of the debt, I had gone to jump it up and add more, and they're working on it now. Elizabeth set everything up and I rigged up everything else. I love to talk to her and I'm comfortable. She gives me some good information. Everybody else I talked to at FDR have been nice as they could be. Some of them seem to feel the way that I do in some ways. I have had good quality service so far and I'm doing all right. I highly recommend Freedom Debt Relief. If someone is looking for a way to get out of debt, I'll give FDR's number. They can surely help those who need it.

While I am happy to say we have reached the first of 3 settlements and that the ball is rolling, I only have one major issue. It’s that I can never get a live person on the phone to actually contact the creditor that now has a collection agency contacting me. I was asked to provide statements for all of my debts dated the last 30 days then they took amt from old credit report and put a 1700.00 debt as 4500.00. Won't change it correctly. I have been given the runaround. I talked with someone on 8/9 that said he fixed it but my dashboard still shows 4500.00. I told them I would not pay this and they can cancel my account. This is a scam.

Thus far my experience has been positive, however I expected that more creditors would be contacted earlier. I don't know if perhaps it the response time from the creditors or just the way the program works. I have had creditors contact me and one I had to negotiate in court to prevent garnishment. I feel that these circumstances could be avoided if Freedom contacted the creditors initially when the account is in arrears.

I'm very thankful that I was accepted for the program, so I can get the help I needed. One of my debts is going to be paid off very soon. And I'm happy to know that in time the other six will follow and be paid off also. I have been able to be above water now and not drowning in my debts anymore, thanks to the help I'm getting from Freedom Debt Relief. I'm doing much better since I'm getting their help. I have felt a big weight lifted off my shoulders. It had taken me quite a while, as I had been searching for the right company to help me and I was so thankful when I found them and I was accepted, I was about in tears! Seriously!
This has definitely been a hard lesson to learn, even at my age. I had thought everything was going well, but I was mistaken, because even keeping up with the minimum payments on my debts became a struggle for me and I felt like I was drowning in my debts. That is not a good feeling to feel stuck like that! So yes, I'm so very happy that Freedom Debt Relief is helping me with my debts and I actually have a little money to go out to lunch or dinner with my daughter, family member or a friend on occasion now and to buy the groceries that I need, rather than skimping and not having what I need in the house. I managed to get myself in a lot of debt but FDR has been great at helping me get out of debt. Other places would take my money and I didn't see results but FDR made progress within a month as far as starting to settle my debt. I am extremely happy to see the progress that is being made. I ran into a heaping pile of debt and these guys helped consolidate it into a much more managable profile as the payments here were considerably lower than my minimums with my debts, which had become unsustainable due to emergency use. This is great for those who are behind and just can’t afford to live making current payments but those of us that were doing ok and managing their finances this isn’t for you. Your credit score goes down tremendously. You need to deposit at least $500 a month to make it work for you. If your payments you're making on your debt is more than this maybe for you but I suggest making a minimum of $500 a month.

My credit card bills were too high and I did a lot of searching over the internet. I found that Freedom Debt Relief seemed to be one of the top companies. Their rep walked me step-by-step during the sign-up and helped me through the whole thing. He was really on top of things. And when I had questions afterwards, I emailed him and he called me. I thought it was a great service, which was why I stuck with it. FDR negotiated with all my credit cards and since working with them, I’ve seen a lot of changes pretty quickly. They’re a good company. If I had had any questions or concerns, they’ve got the answers. And they had no problem talking to me for three hours straight. I’ve told my sister-in-law to go talk to FDR and she's gonna get help through them as well.

FDR was very helpful in a lot of ways, to paperwork, coaching, dealing with creditors and legal action ready. Just hanging in there with creditor phone calls and late payment bills coming in but know that FDR will take care of it and being committed in making your monthly payments.

The Loan Officer that I initially talked to said 1) that I would not have to pay taxes on negotiated balances, Lie #1. 2) He also said the balances would all be negotiated in 2-3 months long before any go into collections, that was lie #2. 3) He also said that the term would never be any longer than 4 years, lie #3. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I REGRET EVER DOING THIS!!!!

I would like to say I was skeptical at first, but I took a leap of faith and went with the program. I was asked to write a review a few days ago which I did regarding Freedom Debt Relief who I've done business with since October 2017. The company did respond and said they would have someone from their organization call me which they did. They left a message and now I've called and left three messages back wanting to speak about my concern but no one has bothered to return my call. Do they really want to talk about it or not. I do have a concern here about how one of the negotiations went with one of my creditors.

The member of our team you spoke with did inform you that we take your concerns very seriously and we did provide your feedback to NLLG. She also reviewed your account to see if there was any possible way to lower your deposits and did let you know the reason why your deposits could not be lowered. What you are requesting for us to do is to help lower your deposits while you have a settlement in place. There is nothing we can do to lower your deposits without putting your settlement in jeopardy. We also went over with you that at the time NLLG presented you with a settlement you had full control of accepting the settlement or not. This is why before we can proceed with any settlements we have to present the settlement to the client and get full authorization before we can move forward with any settlements. We hope you can see that we have been reaching out to assist you with your concerns and that we are on your side. We will continue rooting for you to complete the program and become financially free.

I have been enrolled in this program for a year now. I have had 1 account settled however I ended up paying the entire amount initially owed after the fees charged by FDR. My main reason for enrolling was to handle my Discover card. Not only has there not been any progress but I have also been served legal papers from Discover to appear in court, as they have filed a suit from nonpayment. When I contacted FDR I was told there was nothing they could do for me since I called 4 days after being served!! Yet FDR has taken the agreed upon amount from my account consistently since I enrolled in 2018. I now have more problems than when I enrolled and have yet to see that I have saved in any way thus far.
We appreciate you expressing your concerns, Ms. Merseal, and are very sorry to hear one of the enrolled creditors chose litigation to collect on the balance. However, it's extremely disappointing to hear you feel nothing can be done for you. Not too happy about my credit score. Now it's very low, I would never use a company like yours ever again. I was fine making payment on time and you guys told me to stop paying them which ** up my credit big time. Not too happy about this at all.

Freedom Relief has done an excellent job in reducing my debt. My initial advisor worked with me to get a payment plan that worked for me. Most of my balances have been negotiated for a lower settlement than the initial balance.

It seemed like it took a longer time than I expected to get my first settlement, but when I did, a short time later I got my second, and I am so pleased that it is going this well. I had 14 debts enrolled, and at this time, I have 2 settlements. I feel like my goals are in my grasp now.

I am very happy with the results but you people are very expensive and it seems you get your money right away. How about one month pay my debt and the next month take your money and rotate. That way my debt will get paid right away instead of waiting several months until You get yours. And it seems like I am not saving as much as you advertised...

I've called due to continuous e-mails about signing a release for the firm representing Bank of America account for a year. At least three times I was told to expect the form in several days. The last time I was told it would be mailed in two days. Who am I talking to because I really would like to know what's going on with my accounts. Is the dashboard accurate. This has been going on for a year.

I am very happy to recommend this company for anyone needing some help regrouping. I was able to take care of all my debts and living a pretty normal life, working and being a very responsible person. As a medical traveler working in hospitals all over the United States I enjoyed working even after my retirement.
