They are always there for me. Every time time I call they are very polite and will find out the answer to my questions. Very respectful and almost all can answer all of my questions without having to ask a supervisor or whatnot.

Relief, that's what I have felt since I began working with FDR. Everyone I've talked to made me feel that they were on my side. They are friendly, professional and sincere. I'm on my way to debt recovery. I couldn't be happier.

One of my friends recommended Freedom to me and he said it was pretty good. And it is good. I like it. They consolidated my credit cards and they helped a lot. They would email me all the information and I didn't need to call them or anything like that. I just talked to one man the first time and he told me the process and I enrolled all my debts with them. I'm happy that I did that. For the payment plan, they asked me if I could pay a certain amount a month and I agreed that I could do it. Everything was good until I paid it off.

I’ve been satisfied with everything. Freedom Debt Relief helped me when I was in a bad bind going through a divorce. The worst part is your credit gets bad, so it's made it difficult. I can't buy a house right now, but hopefully, my credit will go back up soon. Everybody has been helpful. They're always sending out emails. When something happens, they let me know instantly, so it was good. From Freedom Debt Relief, I went to the sister company a few months and since I swapped over, a lot more is being done now.

I enjoyed talking with them. I dealt with Patrick and he explained everything out in detail and he was pretty good. The payment plan worked out great. They've already resolved three of our debts and they're currently working on three. They helped us out a lot.

Overall, I am happy with the services provided by Freedom Debt Relief, and the help in reducing my debt, however, I do think their legal representation for those being served could be improved with a more aggressive negotiating strategy and with attorneys with experience dealing with collection of debt.

I feel I should have done this on my own. I believe this process caused me a lot more harm from stress and self worth than anything else. I would definitely do it on my own if I had to choose over again. The choice might be right for some people.

I have been using FDR for a little while now and almost all of my debts have been resolved for 50% of what was owed. Just waiting on one more to be negotiated. I feel so accomplished! Thanks FDR! You guys are lifesavers!

The fees are horrible and weren't explained to me when I signed up .. How could you know my payment amounts without knowing settlements! 22% FEES WAS WORST THAN MY INTEREST ON MY CREDIT CARDS..... I sent a rush payment of $600 on June 3rd because you said you needed it for a payment and the payment was never made. So account went back into negotiations.

I've had a good experience with Freedom Debt Relief. The setup was quick and easy and a lot of my debts have been settled. I'm almost finished.

Freedom Debt Relief took care of all of my debts. The person I dealt with the initial set up was very nice and I felt great with it. Their fees are a little high. But I don't have to deal with my debts. They offered the lowest payment for me at the time that I could actually afford. I pay every month for protection that a lawyer will help me if one of the companies decides that they wanna take different actions. Then when they won or settled, they took another lawyer fee for several hundred dollars and I didn't know that was supposed to happen. I shouldn't have to pay twice.

I love Freedom Debt Relief. I've had them for two years now and there was one occasion where I told the rep I wanted to skip a month's payment. I was pressed for debt that month and they allowed me to go ahead and skip that month. They are extremely efficient too. They paid off one account and they have another account that has been negotiated. Right now, they're negotiating how much to pay the creditor per month, and then that will be settled significantly less than what the debt was. I like Freedom Debt Relief's service and the way they operate. Their method of communication to their clients is terrific.

I knew I needed to do something, and I needed somebody to help me. I googled debt relief companies and Freedom came up. They had good reviews that's why I called them, and then I liked what I heard. The customer service has been great. If there are any issues or anything, or I have any questions, I call and they answer. They do everything as expeditiously as they can to answer my questions or resolve anything, if there are any issues. I got one debt settled and paid off. And one has been settled so I'm paying it off now. There's another one that probably even later this year yet where they expect it to be settled. If you do sign up, try to stick with it. Whatever your deposit amount will be monthly, do all you can to keep that current because once they reach settlement, that’s what pays it off.

I just happen to pick Freedom on the website and when I first reached out, the rep was very knowledgeable and explained very clearly. I liked it. Things are working very well. I gotta pay accordingly but it’s too bad I'm on a tight budget now. Otherwise, I will pay it off a lot faster.

Customer service was very knowledgeable of all aspects of what Will be ahead of my journey. Also with the calling me and letting me know of the creditors that will be calling also. Explaining of the dashboard I will be using online.

Having debt is very frustrating and depressing. I felt very relieved after my conversation with Carol ** about my financial situation. She was compassionate, understanding, and very knowledgeable about the process and made me feel at ease with my decision to sign up. I will definitely recommend FDR to anyone who has financial debt. Freedom Debt seemed to have a good plan and a solid course as far as action. I went with them and their customer service has always been great. I had 18 accounts and I’m down to one left to be agreed upon so they’ve done a good job. They give good information and good support and communications. They’re really right on top of it and they keep you up to date as far as what they're doing.

When I talked to FDR, they laid out a good decent plan that I thought would be right for me. They said that in approximately four years, I would be able to be debt free as far as my credit card debt. The reps were polite, respectful, and answered all the questions. And if they didn't know, they would find out and get back with me. I have three credit cards and they've paid a major one. I have seven or eight in the works right now and I have about 10 more to go.

I have been very happy with the process. Things have taken a little longer than I would have liked though I take ownership as my business has not always been stable. So relieved to no longer have the calls from creditors! When I have needed an explanation I always eventually get to the correct party. I appreciate all FDR does for me!

Crossroads was pulling money out on the 2nd of the month. I called Freedom Debt Relief to change it to the 3rd of the month. I appreciated the help from the customer service agent.. They got it fixed and It will help me.

I called because there was an alert on my account. I was told that one account could not be settled through this site because the creditor would not negotiate so I was on my own. I am disappointed that I wasn’t told that this may be an option, but otherwise I am pleased.

I like the work they do for me but I would love for them to call the most desperate people to update them at least when we ask you all to. Other than that really good. And if you all would automatically attend court proceedings would be good too.

Freedom's customer support seemed a lot better and they were more knowledgeable so I went with them. They consolidated our credit cards. We sent them over what we ought out in credit. They ran a credit report and came back with a proposal over X amount of years, and it's gone from there. The guy I dealt with was very good. He had all the answers. Any questions I've had over the past year, I've always emailed them and they're quick to respond. I'm very satisfied. The program has worked good. They've been doing everything they said it was gonna do so I'm pleased. Freedom has taken a lot of stress off of the collection calls and I'm not looking over my shoulder anymore for them.

Freedom Debt Relief's service was excellent. I paid my credit card debt and I moved on to their other company, Consolidation Plus.

Freedom Debt Relief was the only company there at the time, so I figured I'd try them. We did mostly credit cards and one big loan. We used to fax back and forth. Now my machine doesn't work like it used to because I changed phone companies and the one I got doesn't have a fax hooked up on that. But Freedom has been putting it on the email and I've been getting it. So far, they've been pretty good, since nobody has been bothering me. Right now, I don't have the money to give them the extra couple hundred dollars. I guess I gotta stay where I'm at. But they're not complaining so everything is well. The people that I talked to have been very nice. I would highly recommend others to use them.

As my journey towards debt free living continues, I am grateful to Freedom Debt for the compassion and guidance. I sometimes get nervous and will reach out to customer support and am always treated with kindness and patience. I am looking forward to completing the program and not only being being debt free but living life in a way which keeps me debt free.

Had one of my targeted accounts recently send me a collections letter and I was able to attach it to my file. I called for confirmation on it and let someone know and they were able to give me some reassurance and peace of mind for the time being.

A company that helps relieve financial debt. I recommend them to all who are stressed and at their wit's end with all the calls and letters. Freedom does all the work for you. Then in a while, you have freedom once again to do what is needed.

The representative that help me was very friendly and was very helpful. I was able to get my documents downloaded with no problem because of her help. I never knew it was that easy to upload my documents from my phone, but when she explained the process it was so easy.

This appears to be an a+ organization. They have kept all appointments right to the minute, and provided me with plenty of information as to what the status is on my case progress. I highly recommend to anyone seeking relief from the high interest, high pressure creditors.

Flipped out at receiving a court summons. FDR always ready to help and remain calm. Assuring that it will be taken care of with no judgements of me. Very concerned, responsible, putting my mind at ease. Can always depend on their expertise in any situation. I highly recommend them to come up with a plan to help their clients. They require a certain amount you pay every month and they get to work.

It takes time but we have been able to resolve several of our accounts within less than 2 years. Very well worth the assistance. I only wish I had taken out the actual loan to be done faster. Instead I made the mistake of asking to skip a payment due to covid and got disqualified for the other option the same week.

For so long I kept battling trying to get ahead on my accounts but with their interest rates I was losing the battle and the war. I did not want to file a Chapter 13, or a Chapter 7, and I just about to when I heard a gentleman from Freedom and he explained everything and how they work. My husband kept saying it was too good to be true but Freedom was true and honest with everything they told me. I would recommend this to anyone who is feeling the stress I was, I am a lot better now and I am not afford to answer the phone.

My experience with Freedom Debt Relief was all right, but they charge too much fees. If I had $3,000, they won't let you pay just that off. Whatever you got, they'll take whatever money you had built up and pay so much on each one. I wish I had never gone with them. They told me all that I needed to know. However, I had to get a lawyer. On one of them, on Discover, they sued me. So, I have to pay so much every two weeks. Then with the fees, I could then had it paid off. If I get in trouble with a credit card, I'll just call the company myself and settle.

I had other friends that said they went with Freedom and they loved them. I went with them and they're a great company. The reps are very professional. I've not had a bad experience with one of them. They know what they're saying and they care about the customer so that's good. The dashboard is really nice to have, too. It's easy to navigate. There are other apps that I have for other bills and it's sometimes difficult. FDR's was like, there it is, this is what it is. It's step-by-step. It's a good app compared to others. I'm gonna be changing over to somebody else now ‘cause I did some other loan. Freedom worked with this other company that pays it all off. Now I just pay them and Freedom worked with them to facilitate that. It's going to be great for me in the next few weeks.

For the most part, Freedom's program has been satisfactory. The main thing that they did for us is they've given us some relief in negotiating with the creditors for payoff amounts. I had one person that I worked with to get set up but after that, it goes to different folks. They send me an email whenever they have a new negotiation that needs to be approved. Although I don't speak with them, they have a general phone number that you call to tell them what your situation or question is and they try to get you an answer.

Freedom's rep was very friendly and helpful. I told him my problem, then he looked through the program and told me they have programs that could help me. That’s why I decided to go with them. They went by my income, and they came up with a payment that I could afford in addition to paying my other regular monthly bills. They are negotiating with the creditors and some had been paid off.

Updated on 05/24/2021: I am sooo grateful I chose Freedom Debt Relief to help me with my debt/credit card issues! They have been amazing and I have settled several accounts already! My goal is being achieved and my credit score is increasing!

So far, I have had a great experience with Freedom Debt Relief. I'm about halfway through my program and it has been successful! They have been very responsive with anything that I've needed and have efficiently addressed my needs. Honestly, this organization took an impossible situation and made it manageable. I am forever grateful!

First of all, I could not have resolved my debt without the efforts of FDR. I’m truly appreciative of everything they have done to help me get my finances in order. The only negative I have is their high fees added to each negotiation, even for those negotiated by the attorneys that have resolved two creditor lawsuits. In both cases FDR wasn’t engaged but still tacked on a high fee.

Wonderful, thoughtful service was rendered during my phone time with the representative. It was the best customer service call that I have ever had. From the beginning, FDR has been there helping me. They took each debt and negotiated a settlement for me. In doing so, they did what they said they would do. They helped me in reducing my debt. And, they handled all the issues that came up, including letters from attorneys. I'm glad to be part of FDR.

The process seems to be moving ahead as suggested and what more can be said... It is a program to close off debt. I have nothing more to add. Any more words would just be repetitive so as noted there is nothing more to say.

I've increased the amount of my bi-weekly contributions, to pay off the outstanding debt.. I do not understand why it will take two years to pay off the accounts when the funds are available in my account. Your company charges a settlement fee, when I'm trying to get out of debt.. It wasn't made explicitly clear at the time of the call that my credit will be destroyed. I worked really hard to maintain on-time payments with the creditors. Just to go into delinquent status. I will never recommend this company to anyone. This company is a complete rip-off.

I have had a wonderful experience. I have negotiated 5 out of 10 accounts. I pay my monthly payments and they take care of the rest. Also the calls have stopped and I am making progress. Thank you Byron for helping me.

I paid for debt relief services with Freedom Debt Relief and was able to pay my debt off earlier than anticipated. I paid my debt off completely with a final payment that was paid directly through a Freedom Debt Relief representative over the phone on 6/26/2020. At that time I was informed that no further drafts would be taken out of my account since my account was paid in full. However, a draft in the amount of $484.00 was taken out of my bank account on 8/2/20. I called Freedom Debt Relief on 8/3/2020 to file a complaint and to have my funds returned to my account and was informed a refund would be processed immediately.

The service provided by Freedom Debt Relief was excellent. I'm pretty satisfied with my experience with them. Working with them has made my life a lot simpler.

When my husband wasn't working, I used up the card and the payments got overwhelming for me. I never missed a payment, but it was too much going into that while there were other stuff I had to do. So, I decided to sign up with Freedom Debt Relief. My sister had gone through them and she introduced the company to me. They consolidated my debts and let me have one payment that is manageable. So far, I'm pleased with their service. Everything has been good and the payment plan that they have for me is comfortable. It fit into my budget, too. Everybody at FDR also answered my questions when I had them, and when I called, I always had someone to talk to, which is good. I like that. Other than that, when I consolidated my debts, my credit score had fallen way down. But now I see it going back up and I’m not sure if it's because I made my payment. I just can't wait to finish paying all my debts so I can get my credit score back to where it was.

Not as big of savings as sold to me before I started. Lots of fees, tax implications etc. By the time all said and done will have paid almost as much as debt was at start. Credit ruined anyways, bankruptcy might have been the better option.

Just started, so far it's been good. I haven't had any problems. They always notify you when they are negotiated an account and keep you update regarding your account and account information. I don't talk much so forty words are pretty hard for me to write.

Being in the debt relief program has been great. The lawyers have kept me from having to go to court, which would have been frightening for me. Working with a difficult debt that doesn't want to give a little can be tiresome, but they do not give up. If I knew of anyone that was in over their head in debt, they would have my full recommendation to be in contact with you.

People that work for Freedom Debt are very kind and considerate: they go the extra mile to help you out with your debt. I would highly recommend them. No matter when you call; they answer all of your questions and make sure you have all of your answers. They have really helped me out.

I asked why my paid off account still shows up as not paid on my credit report. My answer was quick and explained very well why it was still on my report for now. I guess I just want instant gratification when a bill is paid off.

I have given almost $9,000 and still have yet to get rid of any debt completely. Two of those debts were/are well under that amount. They did help me through litigation however. We settled that debt but for some reason that debt is now outstanding again.

UPDATED 3/11/2021: I have been on this program for over a year and am very happy. This program is easy and it helps me sleep at night, not worrying about payments and constant email and phone calls for payment. worth the effort to take a look and get out of debt.

I had never heard of Freedom Debt Relief but I was at wit's end searching for help with my debt situation when I happened upon an ad of all things for them. I put in some info and almost immediately received a call telling me I was eligible for the program. After some explaining I understood my own choices in regards to my credit and what the outcome would be depending on whether I agreed to the program. It took some convincing, but I gotta say, I'm nothing but pleased. Every debt they've settled has been at a huge discount, and for a reasonable monthly amount to boot. I've highly recommended them to several people. If you have a job and a large amount of debt just try them out, they'll help.

I had called to explain that there was no money in my bank account and had spoken to a rep who assured me that the regular deposit wasn't going to be taken off my account, I now have a negative of 200 dollars in bank account were do I start from now.

An on track program to reduce your debt in half and help restore your credit. I am currently in the program, took about 10 months to settle the debt. I am very blessed to been given this opportunity. That is all.

I enrolled a lot of debt while on a lower income and they were able to work with me. They gave me a payment I can afford and helped me work on getting out of my college credit card debt. I am so thankful.

Everything is fine with Freedom but I've been asking them to pay the credit cards off faster. They wanna drag it up to 2023 and I don't want to drag it up that long. I have one more they haven't settled. I'm about to pay it myself, instead of what we've got settled. They're not doing what I've asked. I've been asking them that I need to close this account that they're drawing money out of and they won't close it. Also, the fees and the fees on top of the fees are ridiculous. But other than that, they're doing what they said they were gonna do.

FDR was recommended to me by a friend who had had a lot of success with them. And after doing a lot of research, I found that they had better reviews and zero complaints than other ones. Their sign up process was very easy. You sign up online, then they have somebody contact you and walk you through the process. When I first started, I had a specific person, but I haven't had to talk to them in a long time. They also send you monthly updates and whenever you have to do further communication, like debt settlements and stuff, they're very good about contacting you. They let you know where everything is in the process, get paperwork to you to sign, and make sure that you know any deadlines. They're really good about communication. So far, more than half of my debt has been settled and overall, FDR is doing great. They're really beneficial, especially right now with so many of us having our income limited.

Every experience that I've had with Freedom has been the highest quality. They are clear and timely with their communication. They are respectful and helpful. I can't imagine going through this with a better company. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

All of the “worst case scenarios” seem to have happened with me; I suspect this is common, but they’re deceptive when selling their services. When I try to discuss it, they just get defensive and try to get me to focus on the few things that have gone well. I’ve been sued, and the legal insurance I’ve paid for seems to have secured the legal services of law school dropouts. I would have been better off declaring bankruptcy.

I asked to add another card to my account; was told to sign a document online. I didn't know how to do that and was told they would mail it to me. That was 3 or 4 weeks ago and I don't have anything yet. I questioned the delay online and was told they would send me something in the mail. I still don't have anything and still have not been able to add the additional card.

Freedom Dept Relief are great people to work with. They're all sincere. VERY HELPFUL WHEN YOU NEED THEM. They're just a phone call away. They know what they're doing. I’m almost out of Debt thanks to FDR. Whenever you have a Problem they're there to help you get it solved. They're but a call away, All you need to do is pick up the phone and call. They’ll give you great advice.

Thank You for everything is been stress free and very organized, before I contact this company my life was always stressful, living day by day. Today I can say the Freedom is giving you that freedom. Sometimes we are afraid to try different options but when you break that fear and make a decision (The right one), the results get to your life.

Very happy! Like the fact I’m becoming debt free. Wish it happened 5 years ago. I really don’t know what else to say. Maybe I can add more money to my dedicated account? Maybe you could make better settlements. I’m dying here. You know we’re under a pandemic here.

Is going through something like this hard? Yes. But it was necessary as we nearly lost everything between 2008 and 2016 no matter how hard we worked. This program ended up being an answer to prayers to moving forward in life and actually getting everything paid in full with the help of FDR negotiating for us.

Updated on 06/07/2023: When I signed up with Freedom, I called them and spoke to a young man. I didn't know anything about those kind of consolidation or debt relief plans. I was concerned about my credit score and he said, “Well, your credit score, if you've got a number of credit cards and you're high in debt, your credit score is not that good anyway. And even though it's gonna go down as you pay them off, it will go up.” He was very, very good. He was also very patient and understanding. He'd gone through the program himself. It was very easy. Two years in a row, I gave money from my income tax return so that I can graduate early. We're about ready to graduate in August. They're very easy to deal with.

I am very happy with my account the way it is handed. They are using all the means to fight for me and I am very proud of the way it's going. The team that is working on my account is doing a great job.

It seemed like they had a lot of good reviews so I went with them. Everybody that I've spoken to have always been extremely helpful and friendly and they do whatever they can for you. However, I really didn't research exactly what their cut is in the long run. Their little services that they charge every month was more than I expected. But they're dealing with the creditors and with whatever they have to say, their arguments and so forth. Even with one that they're dealing with, they didn't even stop adding interest on to it even after they were contacted. Freedom Debt Relief is the one who's dealing with it and I'm not having to deal with the headache. They've done their job and I've been very pleased with anybody I've spoken to and how they're handling everything.

I talked to several debt relief company and Freedom was the most informative and nice one I could talk to. Signing up was very easy. Any questions I had, the reps answered right away. Most of their reps are really well informed but I've gotten different answers from some people at times twice in the last two or three years. Regardless, they've settled a lot of my debts right.

I realized that due to some poor decision-making on my part, the money coming in was less than the money going out. I had to do some sort of debt relief, bankruptcy, loan consolidate, whatever. I started looking at options and Freedom Debt Relief's seemed a way to avoid bankruptcy but still get rid of some debt load and force me to discipline myself better. In the early days I called with a few questions. The first pay off I got notified for, I had questions and everyone was very patient with me and answered my questions. Now it has been mostly computer messages back and forth. The money comes out and then, every so often, I get a notice from FDR that, “Okay, we're doing this one next.” And it seems to be working. I'm extremely satisfied. I'm pleasantly surprised at the rate in which stuff have been getting paid off. Freedom Debt Relief should keep doing what they are doing.

Freedom Debt Relief was very upfront and personable. They explained the process to me and worked hard to get my debts settled to a manageable level. My payment was manageable. When I had questions they are there to answer them. I have recommended them to many of my friends. I am very satisfied with their service.

I couldn’t be more happy with our experience with FDR. They have been diligent in our credit card settlements although I do wish some of these creditors would leave us alone. Highly recommend FDR to family and friends who have gotten caught in the credit card web.

I was under the impression that you can pay off debt quicker, if you acquire more funds. But you can’t add more to your payment plan. Just more to the account. So if it takes 3 years to pay a debt and you come up with the money sooner, the debt will still take 3 years to pay.

Since enrolling in this program, I have had the best experience with everyone I’ve spoken to. Rhonda ** has been the best person to deal with. She’s always available when I have questions. I would recommend FDR to others, and I have. It’s just been a great and helpful experience.

The company has helped me with the pile of bills I got myself in. They answered all concerns quickly. The company is very thorough. If I could not make a payment for the month the company understood and worked with me on that issue.

I am very pleased with how my accounts were settled and how I was helped whenever I needed to postpone a payment. My only complaint is that I feel that the fees are WAY too high. I understand that the company needs to make money but the fees are just extremely high.

I have been paying 472.00 per month for over a year and my accounts are not coming down. Thinking of pulling out of the program. I’ve paid over 11000 dollars on a year and I still have 4 accounts left. Something is not right, just paying fees and payments to FDR. Unhappy customer.

Updated on 09/11/2023: FDR has been excellent to me during my time using their service! I'm two thirds through with the program and am on the way to paying off my final debtor. I have recommended FDR to a couple of friends and most importantly to my wife who is also using the service!

Agents have been helpful & courteous. Online info readily available. My only complaint concerns how they nag you for missed payments (1). There is no flexibility regarding payback. You have to choose their posted date so they can auto collect.

FDR has done remarkably well with me, although I have not had enough money to put into it monthly to move all my debts out as fast as everybody would like, and that includes me, my wife, my friends at FDR, and likely my creditors.

Worried about credit and impact in future and how it will result in my ability to borrow money and I had to change my bank account for payment and that went successfully. I am still not happy with my credit score and although I was warned it would take a hit I did not think it would be as bad as it was.

Verbal representation at sales and welcome calls false or misleading. Services promised and expected not kept. Price gouging, totally dissatisfied. Shell game, multiple company names, many addresses. Phoenix, Tempe, San Mateo all designed to rip people off and avoid responsibility. They kept most of the money and avoid paying creditors. Try to get maximum compensation upfront and drag out settlements. Clients have no say so. Promise of help and service false. THIS INDUSTRY NEEDS REGULATION AND OVERSIGHT, please.

I chose to do debt relief versus file bankruptcy. I was wary of the stigma that comes along with filing for bankruptcy and I knew my creditors were going to be paid back by doing this debt relief program. So, I signed up with FDR. There had been tremendous progress since I started working with them and just about all my creditors have reached an agreed amount to be paid back. Communicating with FDR's reps has been good, too. I don't have a computer but anytime I need something or I have a question, I can call my contact person with Freedom Debt Relief and they can answer any question that I have. Their response time is also fast.

I had a debt with credit cards, and to try and clear this debt out, I signed up with Freedom Debt Relief. I saw that the rates were higher and a lot of people were enrolling in their program. Their reps were very informative and very helpful. They were also pretty good in working with me on my payment plan. I had a structural plan in place and I had to have that amount in there every month. They already resolved three of my accounts and their service was good. Plus, they were always there to answer any questions if I needed to get more information as regards to my accounts and settlements.

I felt as if I was spiraling into a circle of debt and couldn't find a way to get out. FDR gave me that breathing space by helping me settle my accounts and although it is still a work in progress I can see my balances decreasing and my credit score increase.

Just having real bad experiences. So far you guys seem to pay yourselves with my money before the services are even complete or satisfied. It’s not good, and I’m basically paying the same for my Amex that I was with the first negotiation probably even more. I feel I probably could of gotten the same deal asking myself without having to pay someone else to do it and then get paid first before the service is done. Just bad.

I can never get the same person when I call in. Some reps at the call center are a lot more knowledgeable and willing to help than others. I never get the same answer twice. I feel that no one is on the same page.

Have been more than satisfied with FDR for all the help. Some (Barclays) card issuers still persistent on collection and don't care what info I pass on. They (or their collection agents) still call numerous times per day, 6 days a week.

I have had a good experience with Freedom Debt Relief. They have taken care of pretty much everything. I just need to make sure to make my payments on time, and the rest is just using email, very easy and convenient.

We did the program within four years, but it's almost five years now. Maybe it's a little difficult for me, especially at this time of the financial problem. If they could shift gear, especially at this time, most of the financial companies may sit down to negotiate especially in COVID-19. I hope there would be a solution to that. Consolidated high interest credit cards for a great price. Lower than expected! After every credit card negotiation, they consulted me for an approval of the deal. I’m please with the outcome of all the negotiations. I will recommend anyone to use Freedom debt Relief!

The process is taking much longer than anticipated. When I spoke to creditors they said they have not received anything from FDR. My credit score dropped over 150 points. I told the representative that I was doing this to prepare to get a home equity loan. Now I can't.

I knew somebody else that had a good experience with Freedom Debt so I went right to them. Everybody was very friendly and non-judgmental. Signing-up with the program was very smooth. The fees are high but it's fine. They're upfront about it. When you're going through the process, they settle it but at the same time, the fees kinda add up. Still, when you add everything up, it's still worth it. There has been some debts that are being settled and there's a couple of things going on. You just need to stay updated as you go through the process. Make sure you log in to your portal and check your email regularly.

Freedom Debt Relief helped me tremendously. The payments were getting too much a month. They work with creditors and lower the payments. They also took care of me if I would have anything to go to litigation. Their rep explained everything very well and he was very helpful. He did a great job. I sent him everything I had and he pretty much told me what my payment would be. And that's what the payment has been the entire time. I would highly recommend them.

I've had Freedom Debt Relief since either 2016 or 2017 and the progress is good. I've gotten a couple settlements. When I call, they do a good job in informing me about what's going on with my accounts and showing me how to get online to look at the information. Everyone's pretty patient and nice so I appreciate that. I just don't like that they can't push the automatic payment back infinitely until I'm able to start paying again. I don't like the new system.
