All the employees that I have spoken with have been very friendly, and answered all my questions. There’s never a question too minor or silly for them and they’re very patient for someone even my age. I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm glad that I found Freedom Debt Relief, so far they been doing what was offered, working with creditors. If i need to talk to a representative for any doubts they conduct themselves professional and respectful, always get my doubts answered. My credit was not that bad and I was not behind on my payments, but it was getting difficult keeping up. I was making a payment, then using the card. My daughter passed away last year, so I have had a lot of anxiety in my life anyway. I thought Freedom Debt would help me with my trying time. Little did I know they don't even try to pay off any credit cards until after months of late fees and over the limit charges are added. They increased my debt so far by over $12,000.00!!
I am getting phone calls and letter constantly and this has caused me such anxiety and totally ruined my credit worse than ever!! Then they told me about their "sister company" could give me a loan to pay it off immediately. I was so excited until I realized it was at 25% interest rate and would cost me $600 out of my bi-weekly $1,100 check!! As it is, they take almost $500 now. I told them I couldn't give them any more. My husband is retired and I have the only income. I do not recommend them!!

I have to say, at first I was skeptical of this actually working. However when I finally made the phone call back and submitted all my debt, it has been so easy. Within the first four months I had my first settlement, it felt great! I'm now 8 months in and onto my second settlement. If I get any phone calls or mail pertaining a credit card, I immediately send to FDR and they are quickly on it. I would definitely recommend doing this to anyone that needs help becoming debt free!

I was very pleased with the first rep I worked with at Freedom Debt Relief. I ended up being transferred so I didn't get to deal with him but the lady who took over the case was very knowledgeable and polite. Working with FDR has simplified things quite a bit for me. They came up with a solution that made it affordable for me to continue to pay off some debts over a period of time.

Freedom Debt Relief provided a debt reduction program over a certain period of time and their reps were able to provide a very comfort attitude to me. They’ve had a lot of experience and they’ve been very proactive. I've agreed to the payment plan that they've given me. I started in April and I made six payments. I have three creditors that have agreed to a settlement. I’m still getting a lot of phone calls because there’s a number of other creditors that they haven’t reached an agreement with, but it’s moving ahead as scheduled. I would recommend Freedom Debt Relief if you’re in a situation like I was in.

The gentleman I was working with seemed like he knew what he was doing, and I was sort of impressed. There was no risk. I can always cancel. But I’ve been with Freedom Debt Relief for at least five years. Everybody has been very helpful. Once in a while, you get a service rep that doesn’t know what you’re talking about, but you can just ask to speak to someone else.
I had a lot of credit card debt, and I was retiring. I didn’t have enough money every month to pay it. Financing it through Freedom Debt Relief, a lot of the cards have been closed and settled. We worked out on a reasonable amount that I thought I could pay for, and if I can’t, I can call them and skip off a month or two, which I’ve done. I go on the website and check my number, and so far, I have no complaints. I have recommended Freedom Debt Relief.

I didn't know it was going to affect my credit score so badly and that it was going to take so long. Now I'm going to have to rebuild my score. It went from 719 to 458. If I had known this I would never had done it.

This program is the best thing I could have done to get out of debt. The amount I pay them monthly is nothing compared to what I was trying to pay on my monthly bills. I actually have money, now, each month thanks to you. NDR has already made settlements with 3 accounts, and they notify me of anything they are working on. This was the best thing I ever did.

I’m not really sure what or if anything on my account is being paid off.. I keep getting bills, phone calls and emails from my creditors with a lot of interest being tacked on to my balances and I’m scared. I’m paying you almost 400 a month and I’m wondering if I would have been better off doing it on my own.

Freedom's reps told me what I had to pay every month. The payments are high. I'm checking the balances and those aren't going down much at all. Still, they've been good and I'd recommend them.

In the beginning, I had a particular Freedom Debt Relief counselor and she was awesome. I got another guy and he’s good. All my questions are answered. They send regular emails keeping me up to date on the progress, and I have easy access to my portal so that I could see what’s going on. I’ve been working with them for a year and I got a call from a guy who tried to get me hooked up with a loan to pay it all off right away, to negotiate. So, I’ve gone through all of the process but I haven’t heard back on whether or not that’s happening. Freedom Debt Relief made my life a lot easier. I’m still having to deal with some of the creditors calling and saying I’m late. I explained to them what I’m doing and gave them all the information for FDR. Not worrying how I’m gonna pay my rent is awesome because they’re working with me and financially, I’m in a better place now.

I went through a divorce and took on my ex-husband’s debt, which I shouldn’t have done. I couldn't sleep at night because I couldn't make the payments and he wasn’t making child support payments. Somebody ended up calling me in the morning and it was one of those junk mail calls. They were trying to consolidate but they couldn't do it so they ended up giving me Freedom Debt Relief's number. I called them and I’ve been able to sleep. It’s been good so far. It’s been a breath of fresh air.
Things were just building up really badly. There had been times I was not able to make the payment. But Freedom Debt Relief has been workable. They’ve been friendly, understanding and they listened. That’s the main thing. I’m just really hoping that I can get some extra income and kinda speed up the program. I was in a 30-year marriage where my ex-husband did everything including the bills so I didn't have that kind of experience. He didn't believe in a woman working outside the home. But I’m learning this. Even though you have a $1,000 credit and even if you pay it off every month, it doesn’t build your credit. It just made me aware of just the whole debt thing. I have recommended Freedom Debt Relief to some people who are in the same boat.

I am very disappointed. When I began this process I was told that all my debts would be paid by June 2019. Here it is October 2019 and my check is being garnished. WHY. I wanna know what is gonna be done with this.

Freedom Debt Relief was the only one I gave the shot to, and they could help me out, so I chose to go with them. We were in a bind and, fortunately, they got us out of that bind. Everything is going good so far. The first 2 consultants who I worked with have a level 10 professionalism as they would check in with me, while the last one is on a level 8 'cause I haven’t heard much from her. But it's just a difference in personalities. They contacted me yesterday to try to get authorization for the final settlement so we’re just one away. The rep at Freedom Debt Relief with whom I spoke to was really thorough. She gave me a sense of hope. They provided me a service wherein I had every unsecured debt I had bottled into one. The rep told me that I had to be patient as my credit will take a hit. Everything she said was true but at the same time, the service was still doing what it was supposed to. She prepared me and didn't try to hide it. Since then, I'm already feeling a big difference. Their program is definitely a good fit. I was never told that I had to do all the submitting of all the court papers to you and a lawyer when I first signed up. I called every time I heard from a creditor and was told not to worry about it. Then I got served and because after a year with your company this creditor was never notified by you. Then when I called to find out what to do, I talk to three different people who steer me ln wrong directions. I am very unhappy with this company right now.

Freedom Debt Relief had good consultants and they were nice. The only thing I do not like about the program is the company takes their fees out first. Whichever debt gets settled, the fees come out first. I don’t think the fees should be taken out like that. That’s why my debt’s not being paid down. The person has no money to pay on the debt. In my case, I had nothing to work with when I was being threatened to be taken to court. I didn't like that part because I got on to the program so I wouldn’t have that happen to me. They told me that was a possibility but it usually didn’t happen.
We’re supposed to go to companies like Freedom Debt Relief to get out of our debt. The debt is our fault but we were referred to them in hopes of trying to get out of it. But all of a sudden they say you have no funds in there because they had to take their fees out first. I understand they need their fees and they have to pay their employees. But they should leave some money there so they can work with the creditors. Things are okay now that Freedom Debt Relief got everything settled but they had to up my monthly payment. That kinda hurt me. I got on to the program in the first place to keep my payments down. But I guess in order to take me out of court, they said they had to up the payment.

Everything is going good with Freedom Debt Relief until we just had a company that is not negotiating and is suing me. They put a lien on my house and they’re taking me to court unless they get their full money. They just refused to negotiate. They also put a court order and I have to show up in court on the 29th. We went to the National Litigation people who work with debt relief and they asked me if I can pay $400 more a month to Freedom Debt Relief so they can pay this company out and pay $8,000 directly to the company. However, I’m 73, a 100% disabled, and have a very limited income. Today, the lawyers called at the same time and I must have missed them both, and I haven’t heard anything back, so I would be calling Freedom Debt Relief.

The gentleman apologized and asked me to try again with a direct statement in the email to contact me rather than my standard, "Please advise". He also talked me through an offer that was on the table for Capital One. I am not happy that the fees were not taken away as a part of the negotiation since that made the bottom line higher but he said that some companies aren't as likely to do that and that we would target some of the next ones for a better deal. I agreed to go ahead and authorize the settlement. Nothing was resolved in my call but he did talk me through it and just talking to someone at FDR was reassuring. It is disconcerting to send out communication and get only generic responses. Hearing threatening things from creditors is truly upsetting when you have always paid your bills no matter what. I just need some personal touches to make this go well!

Customer service is very friendly. However, I did exactly what they told me to do...stop paying my enrolled bills. This got me sued twice. Settlements were negotiated but now my monthly payments to FDR are more expensive than before I joined the program. Of course, the settlements reduced my balances, but after a little investigating I found that with the FDR fees I'm not saving a penny. Like I said, my bills are even higher now. Then I was having trouble making these payments. They even sent me an email for me to authorize the missing payment. I DID NOT authorize it and, instead, called FDR customer service which was very friendly to help me suspend the next payment. Then, they took the payment anyway, which I did not authorize and which I was saving to keep my house from going into foreclosure. So, my mortgage payment was returned.
Luckily, I have a very reasonable and helpful mortgage lender that has agreed to work with me. That is in stark contrast to my experience with FDR. I wish I had never signed up for this. I pay more monthly and, with their fees, the savings on the balances will be minuscule, if not more. In my opinion, anyone considering FDR should run away as fast as you can. I wish I had just filed a chapter 11 or 13, whichever was available to me. It would have been so much cheaper and easier. This is the biggest financial mistake I have ever made. In my opinion, anyone that enrolls with FDR is also making a huge mistake. I wish I could give less than 1 star, something like a -1000.

Original review: Because of poor business decisions, I found myself overwhelmed with debt. I was to the point of bankruptcy. After much prayer Freedom Debt Relief kept popping up. I talked with them, and felt this was the better option. I'm so thankful I chose FDR. Their customer service has been wonderful. The first agent I talked with was very patient with my numerous questions, and helped me fully understand how the program works. They estimated with my payments and debt, I would be in the program 3 years, but after the negotiations of my accounts, I will be debt free even sooner. Updated on 07/20/2021: In the beginning, it was hard to adjust to seeing all my credit and my accounts closed. It felt like the end of the world. This process was very hard for me and my family.. Then after making monthly payments for one year along with couple extra payments.. I notice two of my credit accounts were paid off. Then by the second year I started paying biweekly was better for me and my family. I was able to get 3 more settlements offer. This wasn’t no cakewalk for me or my family. We had to be so disciplined to make it this far. My family and I are looking forward to FDR graduation package this year. We completed this program in 24 months.., instead of 48 months.
I would like to thank staff for answering all my phones, client dashboard text and being there for me. Especially when I got bad notices in the mail from lawyers and banks. The client dashboard was my favorite friend. Anytime I got a notice I would upload to my account and send to my Freedom dashboard. Anytime I was in a pickle, I needed help to change my payment amount I would always reach out to them for help.. If I had a question, they would reach out to someone else in department if they didn’t have the answer. Freedom was so awesome. I would recommend this over bankruptcy any day. I learned from this experience. By taking this Life lesson. This program taught me about credit and how important credit is to getting a good paying job. Along with buying a house, insurance rates and good interest rates on all loans. I recommend FDR to anyone who needs help with a-lot of credit card debt. This company has my stamp of approval.

After my husband died, I ended up taking my daughter and three grandkids in and things got all kinda helter-skelter. I had seen Freedom Debt Relief online and checked into it. I called and spoke to the salespeople and I thought that that would be a good start for me to get stuff done. Although I was never behind on anything, I thought that if I could structure something, then I’ll have it. For me, it took a lot of emotional pressure off because they knew and I didn't have to do six payments. It was all here in one. But now, I feel that I got screwed and stupidity-bearing, I wouldn’t recommend FDR. A loan company called and they wanted to take all my balances and put it into one loan and instead of having the installment coming out of my check every month, I would have the payment through them.
FDR has already charged me 25% on everything that they’ve settled. They take their 25% off the top, but I wanted to get out from a number of things. I had enough money when I spoke to them the last time to clear everything except the one that they had just had me sign off, which they had negotiated down. I gave them a stash of money and it was there for them to pay off all the others. Instead of paying off things that they had already negotiated, they didn’t and they let the stuff string along.

I’ve been with Freedom Debt Relief coming up to a year or so. We put a chunk of money in there. We still have two debts that are not settled, so I've been on them once in litigation. But with them, I don't have one person. It's whoever called or whoever if I called in, and there’s difficulty in getting things done. Different people tell you different things. It depends on who you talk to, so it's frustrating on a consumer level. Another question I posed to them was how much longer will I have to work with them and I didn't get a very definitive answer. It’s frustrating and I’m not used to that.
Working with them on the payment plan is not the greatest, but it is what it is. We're making it work. They did do a split, so that was good, but based on what I understood from the beginning, it didn't all transpire. I was told it'll be reduced but they've said they won't reduce it. Once again, A says one thing, B says one thing, and C says another. We were also gonna make a substantial deposit into our account, and one person said, “You can't do it over X." Yet another person was like, “That's not true. You can do X and Y." It's been the worst experience ever and I can't wait for it to be over. Freedom Debt Relief should train people all the same, to give the same answers.

I lost my husband and now I’m a widow. It’s hard to get a grip on things and I was reluctant to sign up with Freedom Debt Relief. I thought it was too good to be true, but they helped out my son and after I talked to him, I called them. They said they could help me, so I was elated. So far, I have three accounts that are resolved, and I have 3 or 2 in the making. There’s a little transaction that's going on right now that they have me being resolved on three accounts, and it’s only showing two. FDR is on top of it though and they said they were gonna get back with the parties. In other words, the payment was made, but they just hadn’t posted yet. After these accounts, I have five more to go. All in all, I’m very impressed and I would definitely recommend them.

I am now about a year in the debt relief program of FDR for my credit cards. I did the application online and it was easy to fill out. The consultants let me decide whether doing the program was right for me or not. They didn’t push. Then, the payment plan I was given is within my budget and it’s really good. So, I don’t have to struggle to pay all the payments and everything’s easier.

My sister went with Freedom Debt Relief and told me how good it was. So, I called them up and I went with their program too. I had interactions with the debt consultant before. I was told to mail the bill to them if I got one. So, that’s what I did, but I'm not getting bills anymore. They told me they would take out x amount of dollars, and they do it on the 5th of every month. So, they’re good about that. In fact, I’ve recommended them to a few people.
I've been into their program for a year now and so far, they've gotten rid of two and I got a lot more and something else. The company evidently wouldn’t do what FDR wanted them to do, so it’s taking me longer. But FDR is doing a good job, overall. I appreciate what they’re doing for me. So far, my FDR experience has been beautiful. It sure took a lot of stress off of me. I just wish it would get done sooner.

I'd run into unexpected expenses from increasing my familial responsibilities and medical expenses. I struggled from paycheck to paycheck, at times not making it without the use of credit cards. Although I was making payments, it was only the minimums and sometimes unable to meet that. I knew I couldn't make it and the depression of not being able to make it weighed heavily. After checking multiple sites, including BBB, I found that FDR had the best ratings. After talking to them, I knew why. They were friendly and understanding. They were non-judgmental and supportive.
I've just started with the monthly payments but even that has brought me a huge relief. I'm able to breathe. Thanks to FDR, I'll get my debts paid off in less than 4 years, I've even included my parents debt as they are elderly and their debts would become mine eventually so with the help of FDR, I can have everything taken care of and my parents, who are in their 80s, can be worry free. I cannot thank FDR more for helping me be able to pay off my debts and start to save for my retirement.

Seems Freedom Debt Relief is charging too much fees which causes burden on payee. They should help the customer rather than charging too much fees into their account and make them pay. They had $5000 negotiation and charged $2500 fees.

Freedom Debt Relief has been great. The consultant walked me through on a few things that didn’t get completely discussed with me that I didn’t realize was going to happen. But they said it would help my credit. It tanked me right at the moment, which I should’ve known it would at first. So, that was just a little misunderstanding. But other than that, it’s been pretty good. Any time I have a question, it usually gets answered within 24 to 48 hours, sometimes sooner. They were able to work with me on my payment plan and I've even upped it up myself. I’ve got a couple of stress that I’m still fighting with, but working with them has helped me a lot on other things.

Freedom Debt Relief seemed to be the one that had the best to offer among other companies. Their representative was very good and helpful. I was impressed with the lower payments and being able to get everything taken care of. They also keep me updated constantly and I always know what’s going on. I’ve got a website that I can go to and check everything every so often, see what’s been paid off and what they are still working on. It’s been a year and a half and everything looks good so far and my credit scores are coming up.

All of a sudden, it looked like we were not gonna make ends meet, which was quite a shock. We looked around, found Freedom Debt Relief and called them. I also talked to several people, but the FDR guy I talked to immediately put me at ease, did not talk down to me, and made more sense. I felt more comfortable with him by his attitude on the phone. He sounded like a great person and I’d love to meet him. So, I went with them and the quality of service I received was excellent. Sometimes, the program was a bit slow, but then I looked at it and I was not paying much into the account. And when I called to question things, I got sensible, reasonable, and understandable answers. Also, if I had a problem, they'd look into it and get back to me. So far, we sold one of the two cars so we wouldn’t have to pay notes and insurance. We have tightened belts as well and we don’t charge anything anymore. But since working with FDR, things have gotten better.

Freedom Debt Relief made the whole process, from set up to marching right on through, so well-scripted and well-thought-out. It's amazing how good the program really is. It's been a great experience. They said that we were gonna be debt free in four years. They did all of their planning and the calculations based on 48 months. We're about 2/3 of the way through the program, and now, every time I talk to somebody about it, it's very, very vague when the program is gonna end. I know that they're legally bound not to fudge numbers, but this vagueness is pissing me off. When I ask them if they have a reasonable and cogent answer, they tell me that they don't have a cogent answer for me at that time because there are several variables in there that they can't decide or discern at this particular time. It bothers me when the rep tells me that they can't tell what the truth is.
The plan was so well thought out and the young man that described it all to us was so good. He even got my wife to agree to taking out our credit score and put that in the toilet. So, he was really good. But as of late, I don’t use them because they can't answer the question that I have. I'd be happy to tell the wonderfulness of the whole deal. Their concept is very realistic. We were $95,000 in debt and it was weighing us down and killing us, and Freedom Debt came along and it was a breath of fresh air. It took us from a terrible position of all those weight on our shoulders to a position of a game plan that was gonna play itself out. But it's a terrible way to run your business if you are unable to tell somebody any time in their term what their buyout is and that buyout needs to be close to what was stated to them in their contract three or four years ago.
I can understand a little variance here and there, but no answer is unacceptable. Nobody in the financial business world would accept that as an answer to that question. Freedom Debt Relief was so wonderful and perfect on their salesmanship, but they should have a real script as to how to answer that question. I started for four years and they got me going me into five. That’s a whole year with them. What's the deal here?

After both my wife and I retired, and we’ve had so many charge cards we had to get rid of. We started with Freedom Debt Relief in March of this year and my graduation date is November 2023. I had some questions when I first started, and they were very helpful in getting it all done. And anytime I get an email from one of the creditors, I just scan it in, or I forward it to them. They take care of it and say, “Don’t worry about it. We got it.” They settled one already, and then they’re working on two more right now. As soon as this next month, the first of the month, we will have another one finished and then they’ll work on the next one. Then, there’s still six more to go.
We were paying minimum, then we maxed it out again. We're on paycheck to paycheck, and FDR has really helped us. It's very good quality of service. I wish it could go faster, but we’re paying a whole bunch of state and federal taxes ‘cause of some wonderful remodeling we did on our house. We took it off my wife’s 401 and now we're being taxed. Everything's going good with FDR and I love working with them. I don’t have as much stress as I used to when trying to pay bills. In fact, I already told my brother what we were doing, and he said he was gonna check into it too.

My mom and my sister used Freedom Debt Relief and my mom referred me to them. I had gotten in a car accident then I had a baby and got behind with all my credit cards. I just couldn’t make my monthly payments and I couldn’t get caught up on everything. I went with Freedom Debt Relief's consolidation program of my debt. I make one payment every other week and that’s used to negotiate and reduce the amount of debt that I actually have to pay off.
The rep that I worked with is great. He’s very kind. I did the is-this-for-me type of thing on the website, and he reached out via email then gave me a call. He’s very personable and seems to have quite a bit of knowledge. There was a little bit of confusion in reference to the referral bonus that my mom should have gotten, but it was made clear as to why that didn’t work out. Every time I called, the interaction that I have with the representatives is super professional. They’re always very polite and always very helpful. I’m very impressed with the quality of their service.
Freedom Debt Relief has been very flexible with me. I signed up for the program right before I had my baby last year. My income was probably a third of what it could have been while I was off on maternity leave for four months. During that time, my payments were down to $10 every other week. They were able to significantly reduce it to be able to keep me protected by their program, but being able to work within the means that I had available. It’s just been over the last three to four months that I’ve been able to make the full amount of the deposit every other week and they’ve been able to negotiate. I have 3 out of 7 that are negotiated so I’m almost halfway. Thus far, life has been a lot easier with Freedom Debt Relief. I’ve recommended them to everybody that had problems.

Updated on 09/21/2021: Everything has been perfect. However, in the beginning, they told us it would all be paid off by 2022. But now, it's 2024. They've been really nice and nobody's been rude, however, they gave me another side of the business that they handle and I thought they were rude. It's a partner of theirs. What they do is they loan you so you can pay off all the debt all at once. This guy called me and said, "Because you paid them on time, you can do this program." I filled it out and I would call them but they would not call me back. Finally, I got somebody. He said, "You bounced a check back here, so we can't do it." He was very mean. I would rather have never called. I told Freedom Debt Relief that.
I've been really comfortable working with FDR. They've been fine. They let me know if something else comes back. They're really good at watching my credit. They were able to help my husband and me at a time where we already had a crisis with our son. They were really good to set it up and negotiate it. They did our budget and they realized what we could and could not afford. We pay 600 a month, and at that point, especially, it still was difficult because we had things to pay off and commitments.
Original Review: Customer Service is always helpful and are great problem solvers. I recently called to move my date of deposit up and the representative was very friendly. She was quick and followed up by email to verify the change. This is rare to have this kind of service. I highly recommend this company.

I had the opportunity to reach out to FDR at appoint in my life when I was truly disappointed with a prior agency I thought I trusted to help me pay off my debt who mislead me from the beginning. The Freedom Debt Relief consultants are very positive always. While they address my questions and concerns 100%, communication is a little absent. I wish there was more correspondence as far as something in the mail. Every few months, I call and do a check. They offer a dashboard, but I would rather hear things in person. They’ll send a text message or an email if a settlement is being offered, and I can either accept or decline it through text message or a phone call as well. They also worked well with me for a payment plan. I went with Freedom over other companies for their flexibility and I've been working with them for about 2 years now. Working with Freedom takes care of things well and they're good at helping relieve stress or giving me peace of mind.

Freedom Debt Relief just started on my last debt. So, hopefully, things work good. If I could put the money in my account, I’d be able to get it done. So, I’m blessed. The reps from Freedom Debt Relief have been helpful. But sometimes, I call and they say that they’re not the right location and then they transfer me and I get disconnected. So, there’s some communication errors there. Also, there were a couple of times I did things myself just because I think they were taking too long, so I did it myself on a couple other creditors. But overall, they’ve been good.

The Freedom Debt Relief rep asked me what bills were getting behind and I told him how many credit cards got behind. He said that he could save me some money and get this stuff paid for if I would agree. He got however much money my monthly payments were and he figured it out and said I could save around $500 a month. The payment is taken out every two weeks on the day after I get paid and that way, I make sure that my check gets deposited and there's no overdraft. They already paid off four of my credit cards. My credit score is starting to go back up now. The service from Freedom Debt Relief is excellent and I recommend them to anybody looking for help with their credit.

Freedom Debt Relief was the first company that I ran into and that’s what I used. They go out and negotiate what the pay off could be and they do really well. We set up the payment date and it has been like that ever since. I got 12 more months to go and so far, so good. It’s been great.

Updated on 08/06/2022: We were working and making really good money and had invested in several vacation time shares and paid for them. My wife developed Vertigo and we had to quit work which was driving team from coast to coast. We were just barely able to make the minimum payments on our credit cards. I saw an ad on TV for Freedom Debt Relief and gave them a call. The rest is history, the collection calls stopped and we were just now informed that we had graduated. Oh Happy Day!
Original Review: I had quite a bit of debt all at once. Due to circumstances, we couldn't keep payments up anymore. I read about Freedom Debt Relief then I talked to them. I was impressed with the information they gave me and everything. I decided that they were good. Their reps have been doing pretty good. I get emails and I answer them. I also keep giving them money. Every time they start to get some extra money, they settle something else.
In the end, we are probably only saving 25% once we pay FDR's share. They take it out while they make payments. But it has taken the pressure off of having people calling and sending us mail all the time because we change everything over to FDR's address and phone. Aside from taking a lot of pressure off, being with FDR also stopped the interest from adding up every month on things. So far, we've been with FDR for a little over a year and with them, it's not just as stressful.

Enrolling with Freedom Debt Relief went pretty fast and easy. Taking a hit on the credit and collectors calling, that was an issue at the beginning, but that’s understandable. Every time I try to call Freedom Debt and I ask them questions, they promise to answer it whether it’s customer service or whoever I speak to on the phone. So far, so good.
I don't have any contact with any of them until they're either gonna pay something off, or I call them if I have a question. They don't reach out which is surprising. They don't call you or just to check up with an email. They just kinda disappear into the background until they're ready to pay something off. Also, I didn't like the changeover and I felt I didn't get any advanced warning. I was a little upset with that, unless they did send it out and I just missed it. I would’ve preferred something in the mail or something when they changed over from where when the money’s in here, they automatically pay off an account. Right now, you just put money in there and it just sits, and it may take forever for them to pay off an account which is bizarre.

Freedom Debt Relief had good reviews, so I went with them for my credit card debt. They are easy to work with and they don't bother me. All I did was direct all the credit card address information to them. I get no bills, no phone calls. If they have any settlements, offer, they send me an email saying, “Please approve this offer, ASAP, if you agree with it.” I reply back saying, “Yeah, looks good to me,” and that's it. My two biggest debts are still in negotiation, but they’ve done a good job. They take whatever they're gonna make out of that money per month.

I suffered an accident last year where I was rear-ended, and I was unable to work as much as I could. I was doing fine paying more than the minimum amount off my credit cards, but nothing was coming down. I was paying $200 on one credit card, where a $100 was going to interest, and the other 100 to principal. The worst thing was that, because of the high debt to credit ratio they started bringing down my credit. So instead of $10,000, my credit allowance was down to 7,000 then 5,000, so I was over the limit. So, they started charging these ridiculous fees because of that. It was horrible.
I started out with another company Centerdon Group that I found online, but it turned out that they were a scam. Then, a friend of mine did this with Freedom Debt Relief two years ago. He explained to me that it was basically the same thing that the other company had said, but they were legit. So, he gave me the information, I called them up, and I signed on with them a couple of weeks later. Freedom Debt Relief took into account everything that I owe, and worked out a payment plan to where they would settle. So far, they have settled with two of my creditors for between 50% and 55% of what the total debt was. So, in the long run, I’m not going to be paying three times as much. If I stick with my regular payments, I should be out of debt within three to four years.
Their service is top-notch. They keep me updated of everything that is going on. I get in touch with someone quickly, and they get back to me. They are spot on. Any questions that I have, they answer them. They’re very patient and friendly, and they walked me through any concerns that I have. I also love the client dashboard where you can log in to the website and see your progress. They show you what’s the account that they process at their end. It is amazing. If people are looking to get out of debt quickly and they are being overwhelmed, I would definitely recommend that they use Freedom Debt Relief.

Freedom Debt Relief knows their stuff and I feel very comfortable working with them. I’m on a social security disability and now, I get $320 taken out of my checking account at the end of every month when I get my disability direct deposit. It crams my style a little bit ‘cause I don’t make that much money but other than that, everything is good. The service has been excellent and I’ve been very happy with what I received so far. They've got two debts settled. On one of them, the attorneys went and talked to the creditor and they settled for half of what I owed. They've got one more to go.

My sister recommended Freedom Debt Relief and then my brother went in first. I was already struggling with so much credit cards and I didn’t know what to do because what we were paying off was too much. My husband was the only one working, then with the bills and everything else, I was like, “No, I can't do this.” Freedom Debt Relief helped me with the court stuff or not going. The lawyer is in charge of it already. And then they come to some payment. Everything is going fine. At first, the payments were 200 something. I have a budget where I could pay up every month because I'm trying to finish it a little bit faster. I'm thinking of increasing it later on, like $25 more, but I have to wait and see how it works. I'm not working and it's only my husband who is, I'm going to school, and I have kids.

I've been extremely satisfied with Freedom Debt Relief so far. I did my research and it seemed to be the most reputable and reliable company of its kind. I’ve talked to several Freedom Debt Relief representatives and they were very nice and active. They explained things to me very clearly. It wasn’t fast or vague. They were precise and detailed. Also, they always asked if I had any questions and they didn’t make me feel like I was a loser with the state I was in. From talking to them, I made my decision to go with FDR.
They told me exactly what the plan was gonna be and how long it would take to settle whichever debt, and I’ve already got a couple that are. As soon as I would get a notice from a debt that I owed, I would call them, we’d fax things over, and the next thing I knew, they had negotiated it. So far, it’s been a good experience. It’s helped me out a lot because even though the payments are high, they are a lot lower than they were before. And I’m not constantly getting calls from debtors. They made that part much easier.

I saw Freedom Debt Relief's ad on TV and I called them up and the information they gave me seemed like it was the right thing to do. They settled out everything with the attorneys. It's been working out perfect. It helped me a lot financially. The payments were so high, but my life is a lot better now. At least I got a little extra money to buy more groceries.

Freedom Debt Relief is doing a great job. I like the way they communicate. If it’s something that I need, I can call them. Even if they can’t answer me, they still call me back. They don’t just leave me talking to a robot. Whenever I call them and I have a problem, they take care of it. If something is going wrong, they explain to me what was what and why. And when I call them, they call me right back. I have 11 more months before I graduate and everything Freedom Debt Relief told me was honest. I hate when people tell you things and they’re not honest. And Freedom Debt Relief has been honest. Because if they hadn’t, I will pull away. They always have somebody that can do this and that, but they’ve been honest with everything so far. If I can’t get on much and I ask them to send me a statement, they’ll send me a statement. They’re on point with everything. As long as I’m doing my part, they’re doing their part.

I went and I looked at the reviews of Freedom Debt Relief and the reviews were great, so I signed up. Whenever I've had an issue with any of my consolidations or the banks it takes me a five-minute phone call and they're right on it. They've even offered me a special loan that would help me get it done faster. But I really don’t have the time to take a time to apply for it. It's been working for me so I have just done what I've been doing and I'm pleased with it.
Every time they've had to go to a litigation for me, they ask me for like a $225 check, and I always ended up getting it back because they end up fixing that without having to go to court. Because of Freedom Debt Relief it's so much easier to breathe. They've been really good. There was a time when we were too high on all our bills and we were trying to make them lower. We went with FDR and they really consolidated our credit cards and furniture loans. I liked their quality of service and the payment plan our payment plan worked fine. Going with FDR did everything we needed. It lowered our bills and we have money left over at the end of the month now.

My husband has eye surgery twice in 2 months to try and save his eyesight so he can possibly go back to work. The doctor is not giving him very much hope since he is a truck driver and needs at least 20/40 in order to drive truck,. That is all that he has done all is life since he was 16 and now is 82 and still works 40-50 hrs a week. The representative I spoke to was so understanding as to why we had to drop our payment amount, since we do not qualify for any of the government aide because we make too much money and all we have is $2600. Wanted to know whether my association with Nordstrom will hurt my fledging relationship with TD Bank. But the agent said, no since FDR has taken over and making a deal with Nordstrom. I also thought since Nordstrom Visa is the same as TD Bank it might close my account.

I’m totally happy that I went with FDR. They got me exactly what I wanted. I only have three accounts left and I believe two of them are almost paid off. Plus, I’m very satisfied with their reps. They were very professional. They answered all the questions that I had and walked me through how much I was gonna pay a month and what bills they were gonna work on at what time. I’ve got a few emails on a few of my settlements about what they were gonna settle with the credit card company. They say that I can add more on to my account and pay more than what I pay. If I owed 10 $25-payments and they’re only making 1 payment a month, it is gonna take 10 months. I was wondering, if I paid 8 of those $25 payments out of my own pocket, would that knock me down from the 10 payments to the 2 payments. I’m not sure if I can jump in there and pay eight of those payments right away just to add extra money into my account.

Freedom Debt Relief is consistent and they've been doing what they've said they're gonna do. I'm very happy with it. We just give them a certain amount in a month and they take out of it to pay the ones that are settled. They sent me text message to let me know if the people were in agreement with our plans and the plans they got. Also, the settlements have been coming in and we are getting letters from our people that we've owed. They're thanking us for the payments and all that stuff. FDR maybe getting a couple of small ones paid off first and then they'll probably come to the term with settlement with the bigger one. But it's helping me instead of filing bankruptcy or forgetting them out. I wanna be fair to the people fair to me and try to pay my bills. FDR has been on time, and everything's been great.

My interest rates kept going up, and I wasn't getting nowhere with the payments. So it's been higher and higher and I couldn't get out of the debt. I got into the program of Freedom Debt Relief to get the bill go down lower. I was comfortable with their consultant. It's automatic. The money was coming out, and everything was going down. And when I finished paying for one, two, three bills, I was very happy and pleased. I thought my life came back. So, they're very good for me even though it was hard. I did the best that I can and just did without a lot of things that I usually do.
Payments are on dates that I could do it. They’d go with whatever is good for me. It was my decision. My credit is a whole lot better. I've been trying to get people to join Freedom Debt too. I’m trying to get my sister to do it. And I have a girlfriend of mine at my job, who's doing it also. I would recommend anybody to do that especially if they could do it slowly and surely.

Updated on 06/10/2021: This was a wonderful experience. I am now out of debt. They were very helpful and I would recommend Freedom Debt to anyone. You get access to lawyers and an online dashboard, and you can call them for help.
Original review: I was on Credit Karma and they had mentioned Freedom Debt Relief in an ad so I called them. I signed up and I’ve had several people and several lawyers but they’re all for the same place. The nicest thing about it is that you don’t have to worry. You do what you have to do, you get a lawyer for the fee that you pay them, and they take care of everything. Their service is very good and they keep you knowledgeable. You have a dashboard which you log in to and you can see where everything is going if it's done, being negotiated or waiting so you know kind of where you’re at. Once a settlement has been agreed on or things change, they either call me or send me an email. If it’s something where they need something from me, then they usually call.
Freedom Debt Relief has been excellent. They've always been willing to talk and answer questions. I’m very happy with them and I have referred them to other people. I have two or three accounts that are paid and I should be done in 2022. They were able to work with me on my payment plan very well. I had to bump it up $150 because the lawyer was trying to deal with one of the creditors. She said that she needed more money and I was able to give her because I just paid off my car loan.
