My daughter was with FDR and recommended it to me. I decided to use them as well and it's been working out perfectly. When I've had a question about one of the credit cards that I couldn't pick off the number, whomever I have spoken with have always been satisfactory. In terms of my payment plan, I'm not finding it difficult to maintain because if I added up everything that I was paying, it comes to about that. It seems as though they have been able to settle quite a few for me. It beats the bankruptcy and I don't wanna go through that if I don't have to. It's sad though that people are put in that situation and maybe FDR needs to advertise a little bit more because there's a ton of people out there that could certainly use their services. I'm trying to get my neighbors across the street to do it.

I wanted to consolidate my debt and then make it one payment. Freedom's reps are very professional, nice, and knowledgeable. However, I thought that they would contact the companies and let them know that I'm in this program instead of having a third-party getting involved. Also, it’s hard to get used to the program because I've always had good credit. I have thought about stopping it a couple times since I applied because I’ve never had bad credit and now I do. I started in May and we have only one resolved issue. But ever since I talked to the reps, they let me understand the process. They're very good and the payment plan is working okay.

Everybody at Freedom Debt Relief that I’ve talked to has been helpful. They gave me a lot of information whenever I called them and they were able to pull all of my information. I’m almost a year in and they’ve negotiated three of the five accounts. It has taken longer than I was expecting to negotiate, but they sent me the information about what they have negotiated so far. Overall, the program has worked out great.

We are just starting the program but the customer service we have received from Matt ** was outstanding. He explained the whole program to us and we hope to be out of Debt and never get ourselves in this situation again.

Things could go faster with Freedom Debt Relief. I had to ask their reps some questions a couple of times. They were trying to get me to change over and I told them I would see what we were gonna do first. When I get back home, I’m gonna go through and see what they still got outstanding and where they stand. They don’t send much so I should ask to see a synopsis about whatever is mapped out and where they think they’re gonna be six months from now.

I got frustrated and I needed help. Freedom's rep was very knowledgeable. He said everything that I needed him to say. It was one of those things where they said, "Your bill is this. We need this much." I was like, "Fine, take it." Everybody that I talked to was knowledgeable, very polite and helpful. They answer all my questions. I'm very pleased.

I liked how FDR had better rates than other debt relief companies. I went with them and their reps have always been pleasant and helpful. I work with Jose who is very professional and efficient. Thus far, FDR has set up an awesome payment plan and they've cleared four credit cards for me. My credit has been going up again. I'd recommend their service.

When I saw Freedom Debt Relief's advertisements, I decided to try them. They negotiated some debts I had, which were mostly credit cards. They got the debts lowered and paid. I've completed that portion of the program and I'm very satisfied with the quality of service I received. I have told some people about FDR.

I was sick and I got myself into debt with me being sick. I got bills and I couldn't work, so I had to do something. I saw the advertisement of Freedom Debt Relief first two years ago. Somebody suggested them and I read up on it a little bit, and I liked what I saw. I said I'd give them a shot. The rep looked into my income and we worked out a feasible plan and then I called them. And I had the payment lowered what they were taking out because things had gotten a little worse than it was. They didn't give me a hard time and they helped me the best they could. They were very good and very courteous. I just spoke to their rep a couple of days ago. And I was pretty satisfied with the answers and with the service they provided. It's good to know I'm getting out of debt, that's the most important thing.

I had open-heart surgery and was getting ready to pay for it. My income was gonna be reduced by 30%, and I was gonna be out of work for four months. So, I just started the consolidation with Freedom Debt Relief debt. I’ve heard more advertisement with them than I did anybody else. They reduced my payment by $200 a month. And they’ve managed to get me a consolidation loan to consolidate it all. Their service is outstanding. It’s improving my credit.

My father signed up in a program with Freedom Debt Relief for his credit card debt. The debt consultant and some people from the division of customer service who I've talked to were very courteous and seem good with greetings. The payment plan they provided my father was good, but we had some problems with some of the creditors because we thought that the settlement time was going according to what Freedom told us. In the end, there were 2 payments that for some reason, the creditors didn't give the payment up and there was a slight misunderstanding. So, I called the company and they were able to send me a communication letter and it's all clear right now.

My husband had died and left me pretty deeply in debt. But Freedom Debt made everything so much easier. I’ve been in this program for several years now, and I was able to at least partially pay off my debts without going bankrupt. They were very helpful and explained everything. I was impressed by the ease of how everything was taken care of, and it relieved me of a lot of stress. It was easy to do, and they were excellent. They asked me what I could pay bi-monthly and we came up with a number. I had them debit it out of my checking account, and it worked out fine. I’d tell others to go for Freedom Debt. It brought me such relief, and I was able to concentrate on other things. I was going through an illness during the whole process, so that was one less thing I had to worry about.

My experience with Freedom Debt Relief has been excellent. I've been in the program since 2016 and we’ve already negotiated and closed accounts. I was supposed to end next year, but I think it’s been extended. But my interactions with my consultant have been very good. They’re very nice. So far, so good and I have no complaints.

Debts are going down doesn't seem to be moving very quickly. Seems to be moving forward but slower than I thought. Company has been going through its whole process. Have not had issues with anyone there. Just the money and time.

I spoke with Andrea regarding two issues, she was very helpful and professional. She was concerned about what was going on with one of my accounts, and was very helpful in resolving this. She gave me the info I needed to contact a creditor that FDR is having a difficult time negotiating with. She will follow up with me in a week.

In time of need, you are there to help us through it. Not everyone willing to do what you can do to help people. We struggled a long time but I hope to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank goodness you were there.

Updated on 03/12/2021: I saw an ad for Freedom Financial several years ago and kept putting it off as a gimmick. Finally, my husband and I were at our wits end. We couldn't get ahead. So we called them up and spoke to them, I think several times before we finally decided to do it. Our dedicated account comes out of our check before we even see it just like our mortgage does, so we knows it's being paid every month. We are almost done and were offered a consolidation plus loan that would pay the bal off and finish off the program and all we have to pay is the loan. We really like the program.

Freedom is the way to go. I have recommended them to everyone I know that is struggling with bills. They have been of great help. Turn it over to them and let them do the work for you. You will be thankful you did.

We had 28 cards because my husband was collecting cards, but I haven't even known. It went down and got maxed out. Every week, there were five credit cards that come out of the paycheck automatically. I don't work and I'm sickly. I stay home. All we were ever doing is making the minimum payment. And we had $32,000 in debt with credit card companies. And some of them were even over the amount, so then the payments would be higher. So, I did so much research. If anybody is real serious about consolidating or getting rid of credit cards, they need to research the program that's gonna work for them.

Freedom Debt Relief said they were gonna help us, and I sent all the information and then we got started. If I have an issue with the payment, I just call them and ask if they can extend it, and they do. Working with them has been really good and a little bit reassuring.

It just seems like it’s taking forever to get these debt taken care of. Tried to consolidate the loans together. Next year I will be retiring and I don’t want to making payments to FDR forever because my income level will be changing.

We have been lost with tons of calls and have had no direction or help to fix these calls and harassments. I wish we understood more not getting answers like your contract says. That is hard when we have so many and so much is bothering this mess.

My understanding was on my client dashboard that I only had one payment left. This program is taking me a lot longer to pay off than what I thought. If a person has to choose between debt relief or bankruptcy, choose bankruptcy. Bankruptcy is so much easier and more of a relief.

In my opinion FDR is a scam! We are currently being sued by one of our creditors and FDR has yet to even start negotiations with them. Never during the initial process was this discussed as a possible action. We were assured that the accounts would be taken care of.

A friend of mine told me that Freedom Debt Relief had helped them and that FDR was very professional, courteous, polite, and reasonable to work with. I filled out an application form and listed all of my debts. I knew it was gonna totally screw my credit, but I didn't have much of a choice. They made a plan that was affordable to me. I had to put down how much income I had and what I thought I could afford to pay. They said if they structured the settlement, then I could only take two or three at a time. Then they said they would need a certain amount of dollars to cover it. I said okay, but if you say you don’t have that much, they'll ask what you have and would work with that.

Ken ** helped me with my loan process. I received a callback when I had a question or two regarding my decision with joining Simple plan. He was very helpful and had great customer service. I am not sure how the turnout will be with this but Ken helped me feel confident that the turnout will be great and lead me to being debt free.

I wanted to wait a few weeks to reflect on the reasons I enrolled into the program and my expectations. We have just negotiated our first settlement (for Kohl's) and I was extremely excited to have my first debt paid. I don't see the light at the end of the tunnel but I know it is there. I read through the programs booklet and did not see any mention of percentages on settlements that would be our goal. So, I have reviewed the details of the Kohl's account and while the detail sheet states we had a 50% settlement I do think we do, and I believe this is where our differences may occur when negotiations take place. I am basing our settlement figures off the ending amount I actually owed after my last payment to the creditors. My Kohl's account was enrolled at $667. A 50% settlement would have been $333.50.

Been enrolled for short period of time. I know I've made the right choice.. I still have creditors calling me. I understand it takes time but I'm sticking with my promise. I strongly recommend this service for anyone who feels stressed out and feels overwhelmed.

While I am happy with the service, I feel like the current focus is on your corporation getting your fees rather than negotiations on the settlements. I want to see the work that is being done on my behalf. Not just the fees that are constantly being deducted from my dedicated account balance. Just my opinion/feelings.

I was very pleased with the agent that assistant me with getting started. He was calling me back at the time's i requested and was very clear in all the details. He let me know that i could add any more creditors onto this account down the road if i needed too. Very polite and professional.

I had credit card debt and I found Freedom Debt Relief online. My gut told me to go with it. The debt consultant I dealt with was okay. The payment plan was convenient for me from the start, but it was longer than what they originally quoted. Since working with Freedom Debt Relief, I have had less calls.

My husband and I are both senior citizens, and we both have been needing help and didn’t know where to go to get it. We’ve had so many problems and things going on. I had to retire and my husband is thinking about it next year. Also, I had to have 3 different surgeries in 2018 and my husband got kidney infections and kidney stones. A gentleman asked me questions, I told him what he needed to know, and he took everything down. Later on, I talked to my husband and he said it was up to me, so we started in about it and Freedom got right on our case and helped us. It’s been almost two years now that we are in the program.

I got myself in trouble with my credit cards and decided to work with Freedom Debt Relief. I've been into their program for a year and a half and so far, it's going well. The people there are really nice and courteous. They explain to me what I need to know when I ask them and they also let me know when there are changes. But when they wanna notify me, it's hard for them to get ahold of me. I hate to pick up the phone because there are other people calling all the time and these are calls that don't even pertain to Freedom Debt Relief. I also don't know when they're calling me because I don't recognize the phone number. And I try to get on the dashboard but I can't do it. I'm not very good at computers so I stress out.

I am pleased so far with the progress! The folks you speak with on the phone are very knowledgeable and helpful with my account. I find it to be easy to navigate the dashboard. It was a bit unsettling going into this but I get constant reassurance from the customer service people.

I specifically requested a withdrawal to be taken out on Oct 28 and not in September due to hardship. I resigned the document and my account still got withdrawn. Now, I have an overdraft fee. I really like working with you guys due to this flexibility. Can someone help me fix this?

I love Freedom Debt Relief. They're doing their job so far. I had a bunch of accounts and we're down to two. One of them filed a suit on me. I got three accounts with Citibank and I got two of them now, but they're getting ready to sue me on the third one. I called FDR and they said they were working on Bank of America as their next target. The guy I chatted with said that if I didn't have enough money, then they couldn't do anything with them, yet they got a target on Bank of America. I asked if he could call Citibank, but he didn't wanna do it. But overall, I was satisfied with FDR.

I really loved working with Freedom Debt Relief. The man who signed me up was wonderful. He seemed to know what he was talking about and he really made it very clear and easy. I did have problems. I worked with their legal teams and that all got resolved. There's a good vibe with Freedom Debt Relief and I’m as satisfied as I can be. To me, it was a complete brilliant strategy that they were doing. They're gonna call each company on each person separately and they lump it all together where they're shuttling in thousands. But it was professional and they were also well-organized on their sales side. It has almost been about four years and I've got 10 months to go with the program. I’m on the final claim and I’m almost debt-free. I’m happy about that. It has been a very positive experience.

The amount on my payment plan was my idea. You have an option to submit as much as you can and Freedom Debt Relief doesn't push you about it. So I was okay with my payment plan. You have to have patience to deal with Freedom Debt Relief, though. It’s not something that happens overnight. But I'm impressed that they stay in touch.

The rep did a great job explaining that my graduation thing is finally happening. Yay, the process is ending and I am getting back some money from overpayment. It’s been a long process but glad that the process is over.

The person I talk with did help me, but I am not going to know for two weeks if my account was closed. Also, I don't feel good about to recommend the company to others because like the disclaimer I hear on TV the people talk very fast I don't really understand what they are saying. But I also when my contract did come I was pushed to sign and return as soon as it was emailed to me. And yes I was told to look it over. But I didn't see many items like your charge for holding my money in a account, or that when you did a settlement of an account there was another charge. But I must say the woman I spoke with was very helpful and answered all my questions.

I had excellent credit, and damage and stuff done to my home that I had out-of-pocket, and I got behind with my creditors. I don’t wanna just not pay them off, and somebody suggested that I do Freedom Debt Relief, and it’s been a wonderful experience so far. My wife passed away a few years ago, and I found out what it means to live from pay check to pay check. I am a disabled Veteran and once also hurt on the job as a Deputy Sheriff. I have a small business, but I'm a single dad so I had to do everything for myself and it put a strain on me. From then on, I got diagnosed with diabetes, and that made me more vulnerable to what I have to do. Sometimes, I can’t work the way that I want to. Somebody told me about Freedom Debt Relief and I decided to contact them to find out what they could do to help.

I’m happy with Freedom Debt Relief and the program that I've been in. But there was this guy from FDR who was very pushy. He told me that I only have $14 in my account with Freedom Debt Relief. Then right in the middle of everything, my internet went out and he said that he had another call and was on a timeframe so he would call me back. When he called back, the internet still wasn't up and I tried to explain to him. Then he said that he'd call some time through the weekend if I would get my internet, but I was getting my grandchildren for the weekend. He insisted that it would only take 20 minutes so I told him that he would not get this. I do nothing when I have my grandkids. I don’t get them very often and I’m not gonna be on the phone with him for 20 minutes.

Freedom Debt Relief was the one I had heard about the most, and I went with them for credit card debt. The consultant was wonderful. They got everything settled pretty quickly. I have about eight more months more but they made it affordable enough for me.

I clicked on something that said something about getting out of debt and Freedom Debt Relief called me. They seemed to be able to help me so I went with them. I availed of their program that was more towards my credit card debt and I've been in the program for a year now. The rep, as well as the service and payment plan, has been great.

I called to remove my mother's credit from my case as she had passed away. I was treated with respect and was informed what would happen to my case and how much was still owed and what was happening on my case at the moment. She was very courteous and helpful.

Your service is wonderful. The only problem I have is with the people who answer the phone. One man said to me. "Why don't you just cancel our service." I have owned a business for 19 yrs. with phone people. They had better not say that to a customer.

So far so good. All is working as it should, be wow my credit score is sure taking a hit. Hopefully, when it is all said and done, I can rebuild my credit eventually. It is a 4 year process and yes, as the client you do need to do your share and act quickly upon receipt of any information/letters from your creditors. As of now, all is good on the water front.

The couple times that l have called and talked to a representative they were very helpful and provided the information that I needed to calm me down when I didn’t understand some communication I received. Great people. I would recommend them and I have to family and friends.

All of my questions and concerns were taken care of by the representative. He was so friendly and eager to answer my questions. I was so excited about getting one of my creditors paid off, the representative informed me of how the process will be worked out.

I've been with Freedom Debt Relief for almost two years. Since I started with them, I never missed a payment. And although it is just too slow, everything is fine. Yesterday I received a letter and they want to consolidate my bills.

My experience with Freedom Debt Relief has been good. But I was puzzled 'cause I had referred someone and FDR gave me $250. They told me they had to put it in my FDR account and I have to request for them to withdraw. But now, they're saying that if one of my creditors try to come and ask for something, it'll mess it up. When I request for it, they keep sending me emails like I'm asking for money from my account that I put in there. If I take it out, it might be a problem. But that money was given to me and not the money that I deposit. Also, the payment plan that they set up is too much. I'm trying to get out of debt but the payment is putting me back in. Other than that, everything has been fine. I would recommend Freedom Debt Relief.

I'm a disabled Army veteran but I had been forced to retire from the VA and they had cut my disability back. For over a year, we waited for me to get my first retirement check from the VA and during that time, we hit the bar. I had to dig a hole but I was playing balance the checkbook either way. When money finally started coming in and the government gave me my 100% for the PTSD, everything came together. But by that time, my hole was so deep that I couldn't see the top of it. I would be paying 'til I'm 110. I called Freedom Debt Relief and was satisfied with them. I was happier with them compared to other companies that I looked at. FDR fits my needs to a tee and I couldn't have asked for better service.

I was looking up some things on the internet as far as consumer debt relief, and Freedom Debt Relief popped up. The application process was all positive. They went through the whole program, and they talked about what they were doing and the cost. It was good a explanation and they laid everything out. They were upfront. There wasn't a lot of pressure. They gave me an opportunity to think about it. It was a soft sell. It was like, "If this is right for you, you can do it. If not, then don't."

I have been with FDR for over a year now and they just mess up your credit... Even though they do make you aware of this... What they don't tell you is that they are a scam. After a while, they stop responding to you and it gets really stressful. They also take more money than they are supposed to and the fees are ridiculous. Save your money and try to talk to the creditors on your own. I could keep going but FDR has already wasted enough of my time.

I was a little nervous and hesitant at first to try the program. But with talking the agent and getting the facts I felt better and more confident in choosing FDR. Time to time I feel unsure and uneasy about things or issues. By talking with an agent on any questions or concerns I have they are knowledgeable and professional. They take the time to help me out and guide me in the right direction. Highly recommend.

Every phase of this journey is new. I called customer service who first calmed me down and assured me FDR was in my corner. The associate then gave me the phone and fax number for NLLG and the procedure that was expected. Updated on 01/22/2021: I remember the feeling of hopelessness quite vividly. How did I get here? I'm not a bad person? Why can't I get myself out of this situation? I was terrified. I researched what seems like a million options for debt resolution. My gut told me to use Freedom Debt Relief. I did not look back. Today all of my debts are negotiated and there is a plan for resolution. All I have to do now is stay the course and I will be free of credit card debt soon. I cannot say enough good things about FDR. They helped me along the way and even advised me what I needed to do to get the last settlement complete in a expedited timeline. FDR, you are saving me. When I think about where I was almost two years ago and how far I have come, I am proud. Thank you FDR!!!

Everything was great with Freedom Debt Relief's debt consultant. He told me the process and I asked a few questions about what to do and how to go about it, and he answered them. They’ve got a couple of debts off and a few waiting for settlement. Although my payments aren’t a whole lot lower than what they were, it’s a matter of getting everything paid off and not taking 25% interest and just continuing the process.

From the time we started, we’ve had good results with Freedom Debt Relief. I had one debt that was gonna try to take me to court and they handled that. It was great. They were also telling my husband about one of his bills that he put on there and came to find out, they were already taking care of it. We love them.

Before, I was worrying about a lot of different bills. I also had to find ways to remind myself when to pay what, what’s the first past due, which one can I pay this month or which one can I wait on. BUt with FDR, I had just one payment automatically deducted out of my account, so it was almost out of sight, out of mind.

Periodically when I call FDR customer service I am treated with condescension and exasperation. I understand it is frustrating answering the same questions over and over everyday. However I hope some of the reps remember that same question is the first time asking for the customer.

Working with FDR has been amazing. They are very understanding and walk you through the process. Everyone was very good at answering our many questions and reassuring us things will work out. FDR staff is very good with responding to messages that are left. Usually within a couple hours I had my response to the questions I had.

I find that this program although is reducing and settling my debt; however it is in a reactive form and not proactive. I find that your quick to withdraw my monthly payment but not quick to disburse. I feel that your company holds funds until accounts have gone to third party and or attorney where I am having to pay unnecessarily attorneys and court fees thus taking on to my debt....

I feel that information on the progress of my settlements and the effort that FDR is exercising on my behalf has been lacking in every respect. Negotiations with my creditors is not evident to me at this time. Nothing seems to be done until a lawyer for the creditors brings the matter to court. On the other hand NLLG has been very helpful with supporting my effort to solve my financial problems.

Updated on 02/21/2020: I am happy to tell you that Freedom Debt Relief is truly a relief for me. It is great to be able to feel that someone else is fighting for you in this journey of bad credit. I have made great progress and am anxious to get it done and I believe with Freedom Debt Relief I can do just that.

We tried to consolidate our credit at one time but it just didn’t seem to be the right fit. What the previous company did was take the interest off of it but really didn’t reduce the actual debt. We had about $5,000 total debt and I was unemployed at the time. We struggled and sold a lot of our assets, musical instruments, and stuff like that to get by. We went ahead with Freedom Debt Relief and it's a whole different ball of wax. I like the information that was sent to me, and I like the initial person that I talked with. They were informative, answered all the questions, and I didn’t feel I was being bum-rushed. I called one time and had some questions, and they were patient enough to explain to me why we were doing what we were doing. I've been working with Freedom Debt Relief since March and since then, I haven’t had any calls from my creditors. I have four Chase credit cards, and I have one more payment and one card will be finished. And then, they’ll be working on the other three. I even increased my deductions to speed up the process. I chatted with Rusty about my concerns with the assertive pressure from Discover Card. I am new to this. I have only made one deposit at this time, but EVERY interaction I have had with EVERY person I have spoke to at FDR has been wonderful. They are very reassuring and take the time to answer ALL questions no matter how many times I ask them and never get annoyed or rushed with you. I have regret signing up with your program.. The litigation law group had settled 2 account and you are refusing to remove them from the account. The lawyers had sent an email stating the removal. I have sent the settlement agreement to support, to cgreen, Aguerra and still nothing. Poor customer service. I spoken to a Nicole and Aguerra who were very nice but still no solution. Definitely would not recommend.

It's a good feeling to know I'm halfway there with the help of Freedom Debt Relief, anyone just give them a call, the calls are fewer and that is a big relief. Freedom Debt Relief is helping me alleviate a lot of the debt that have happened unexpectedly. My kids were still in high school and I didn’t want them to assume the debt, so I took on everything myself and it just threw me in a vicious cycle of debt. I’ve been stressing on it. When I talked to Freedom Debt Relief, they made the process easy and helped relieve a lot of the stress fear of it. It’s been a huge relief. Their reps talked to me about my case and went over what options I have and what I can do, and then went through to see if things would work for me. We usually correspond through email ‘cause I work a lot but when we have talked on the phone, they’ve been positive on what they can do and pretty thorough on information. Any questions I’ve had, they’ve been able to answer.

I could not be anymore happier than being able to solve my irresponsible ass. There was a time that I took a risk and it's a very heavy burden I was carrying. I researched and call BBB to make sure that this is a legit place. I am a person that don't jump into anything unless I have done my researches and called BBB for any businesses that is online. Yes! I know this is not an easy step for me, I was broken into pieces because I do not want to look like I'm irresponsible, but with them I found a total relief it is truly a hard decision to make, however it has been the best one I have done for myself. I see progress so I'm very happy with Freedom Debt Relief. I had two credit cards and the other one was with New Credit America who already knows that I'm with FDR so I haven't had any issues. FDR worked out a budget that would fit my price range. They also fixed up my assets and so far, everything's been going well. I'm getting close to retiring and I don't wanna have any more debt. But my car is almost paid for so in two years, I'll be debt-free.

Everything is going okay with Freedom Debt Relief. I've been working with them for nine months now and they said I'd be in the program for three years. So far, they’ve already fixed three of my credit cards. I just had to take my Target card off of it because they subpoenaed me, and they wouldn’t settle. Target wanted me to pay in full. I reached out to the attorneys with the program and they said that I’d either have to pay in full or declare bankruptcy, that Freedom Debt Relief didn’t have enough funds to take care of that Target card.

I called around and talked to Freedom Debt Relief. I felt they were on the up-and-up. The first rep I talked to, Brad, was wonderful. He explained everything to me very well and so I decided to go with them. He was really the reason that I went with them. They went to the people that I owe money to, got them to take a lower price and helped me pay off my debts faster. They talked to me about how much I could do and how much I would need to do to get as many debts as I had. At first, I was still working and I said I’d pay every other week because I got paid every two weeks. Now, they take it twice a month. So, they split it up so it won’t be so much for me. I'm going on the second year now with them and I’ve had four accounts closed so far. My experience with them has been very informing and very good. I’ve been very pleased with them.

My friend has a program with Freedom Debt Relief so I also went with them. I had no problems when I had the consultation and the process of getting into the program was not difficult. While I haven’t talked to the representatives that much and they don’t call that much, they were helpful at the time I talked to them. I felt comfortable and they also worked well with me for the payment plan. They provide good customer support too.

I was offered a 50% settlement by Discover that your team either ignored or didn't bother to negotiate. I was later sued by them and now have to pay the full amount & increase my bi-weekly withdrawal by $100 (almost 25%). It was difficult enough to make the payments as they were the & the fact that you dropped the ball on Discover doesn't give me hope that you'll do any better on future negotiations.

This has been a positive experience. I found everyone that I communicated with to be very helpful and reassuring from the person who answered the phone to the legal team who helped me with a couple of accounts. I want to thank all for their assistance.

I got credit card debt and Freedom Debt Relief was recommended to me by somebody else. The rep who assisted me when I signed up did a good job and he stayed in contact with me until we got it all worked out. The payment plan that they gave me was the best to be expected at this time and so far, their service has been okay. But they keep wanting to add to the account, but I’m not gonna increase it. They said they found something else they wanna add to it, but I can’t afford to increase it and it has to stay like it is right now. I don’t care what else comes up.

From first contact to the payment plan was a remarkably short space of time.. days. One should have the creditor reports handy as Freedom Debt Relief jumps on it. The plan was quickly in place, but more than that they had contracted the creditors and sized them up for the problem areas. I wanted to combine all my debts. I found Freedom Debt Relief online and enrolling with them was easy. It has been easier for me to put everything in one payment of $600 a month.

I read good things on the Better Business website about Freedom Debt Relief. I saw a lot of advertisements about them, and for some reason, they seem to me like the ones that are the best and the most known in the field. They’re very efficient, knowledgeable, and they pay attention to detail. But I’m paying a lot of money into it every month, and the transparency is not clear. For example, I get notified when there is a settlement because I have to acknowledge the settlement. But I’m paying money into it every month, and I don’t know where exactly the money goes.

We have Freedom Debt Relief taking care of our credit cards. Everything is going all right. We've had them for a couple of years now and they’re doing what they’re supposed to be doing. We’re satisfied. We should have just over a year left with them. My kids all said, “Mom, why didn’t you try to do something before you went into that?” But we had already done it so we weren’t gonna back out. We were just trying to get ourselves out of debt. We owe so much right now, between Freedom Debt Relief and a couple of other things. We both have cancer and we struggle day-to-day. But at least once we get this paid off, it would be better for us.

The reps at Freedom Debt Relief were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Freedom Debt Relief didn't seem shady at all. It seemed very upfront and very honest. But I didn't feel like I really understood well the part about how I may be taxed on the part that’s forgiven. I wasn’t really clear on that when I signed the contract, but that was the only thing that I didn't feel that I was really informed about. But it was fine. I have recommended friends to Freedom and they’ve signed up.

So far, so good. Haven’t been with the program long enough to form a really good opinion. This is all that I have at the moment. Maybe in a few more more months, after we start contacting creditors I will have more of an opinion.

Comenity Bank calling to tell about how much I could pay over the next 12 months and that they would drop the late fees. They wanted an answer then or within the next few days. So I called FDR with the information.
