With Freedom Debt Relief, everything is taken care of. My husband had them and he still has them, and he recommended them to me. I feel comfortable working with them. Every time they have some kind of settlement, they let me know. And every time I have a bill, I'll fax it to them and I get in right away. I had to increase my payment plan because one of the credit card banks asked for more. So I increased the amount. I got a year or two to go. I'm halfway there. I'm still paying every two weeks, and everything is working nice and smoothly. I recommended them to someone.

I first contacted them, and I didn’t get through. I went through another company, but this other company lied to me when I figured to start doing my calculations. The rep from Freedom Debt Relief called me back and talked to me and then they followed-up. We went over the numbers again, and that was when I made my decision. They were very professional and they cared about the situation that I was in. They weren't in it to make money off of me. Plus I like the emails, the alerts that I get. They were very attentive to the process and made me a lot better. Furthermore, the payment plan was perfect.

Freedom Debt Relief is awesome. They were guaranteed and I felt secure with them. So far, they’ve settled five accounts and they've always let me know when I needed to confirm a debt to be settled. And anything I’ve ever asked them, they always give me an answer and relieve my mind. You don't wanna feel like your debt is forever and ever like it is if you don't use FDR. With them, you know it’s gonna be done at some point.

Just got started making my first payments into my account, so far the experience has been good, very helpful agent who helped me get started. The agent explained how the program works and answered all of my questions I had for him as I was trying to determine if filing for bankruptcy or debt consolidation was the better choice. I made the right decision for sure.

I'm more comfortable with the process of whats going on but still in the back of my mind worried if this all doesn't work out. I'm afraid that the government will step in and something out of control from FDR.

The people are very easy to work with and make themselves as available as possible which is very hard to find these days. Usually everything is automated to answering machines or a 30 minute questionnaire before you can speak to a human being.

I've been with Freedom Debt Relief for a little under four years. I like that they do mostly everything for you. After you’ve got all the paperwork done, they deal with your creditors for you. You don’t have to worry about anything, and it doesn’t destroy your credit.. You have the option to sign up for their lawyers that help with negotiations, settlements and agreements. And everything is done via email, short little phone calls, and everything is just taken care of. Working with Freedom Debt Relief helped to alleviate a lot of discussions in my marriage in reference to finances. It relieves all the stress that goes along with it. I just wish they could put a bit more information on their portal and their website for people like myself who likes to keep updated on things. Maybe more notes would be a bit more helpful instead of me having to pick up the phone and talk to somebody in reference to what’s pending or how far we’re along. It’d be less stress for me.

We had too many credit cards and we decided to go with Freedom Debt Relief. Their reps were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. Everything went well. The payment plan was wonderful. It’s less than $780.

I did some research on FDR and saw that it was accredited and that it was one of the better companies. I contacted them and had a rep who was brand new and was trying to learn about the company. He gave me honest answers and if he had questions, he'd ask a senior person. The payment plan they gave me is fair but sometimes, I struggle 'cause it's a little high. We pay bi-weekly so it's still a lot of money coming out. Also, everything is fast but if they can settle on a debt a little quicker, it will be beneficial 'cause the phone calls are horrible. Other than that, everything's great with FDR. We have four more debts to settle and we're paying on the rest that we have.

Freedom got all my paperwork together and got a list of all my creditors. They explained how their process worked and asked what my income and my expenditures are to get things going. Everything's been working out well so far with them. I'm happy with the percentage and the payment plan they gave was better than when I was paying out monthly for my bills. Now, I can get going and not go further into debt.

I was scrolling along and Freedom Debt Relief popped up. I looked into it and it sounded like a good deal. Customer service was very helpful. I had an automatic deduction and I raised it up, withstood it and made it through.. I never missed a payment. I was good to them and they were good to me. Everything was good. I’m all done with my program. Overall, they were very easy to deal with, and they were simple and straightforward. If you are willing to put your nose to the grindstone and pay it off, there is a silver lining at the end.

I always kept up with my payments and then apart from great customer service every time I called, y’all offered me a loan to pay off my debt quicker. Great experience for me and my credit score is going up a few points.

I am very happy with the results so far and it's only been about 6 months. I have gotten 4 cases negotiated so far at great rates. 2 completed resolved and 2 halfway done. It's a long road ahead but will be worth it. Thank you Freedom Debt Relief for the peace of mind.

Going into the program I was informed on what would happen. Credit score drop and all... this was the only way I could have even thought of catching up on my debt. Questions? Call them... they actually answer the phone and help in any way they can. I would recommend this program 100% if you are in a position where things seem hopeless. I called Freedom Debt Relief, not really sure if this was something that I wanted to do. After speaking with a representative, I felt completely safe and ready to do this to change my life. I went from paying over $1000 a month on my credit cards and loans, to paying $266 on a majority, and probably another $200 on my loans. So my payments have been cut in MORE than half. I am so appreciative of the help they have provided me, and I would recommend to anyone struggling with money.

I am happy that I have made a decision that will get me out of debt. FDR is a good service. This do ask a significant fee for this which I guess is understandable. You might have their "partner" companies try to change your program into a loan. They will try to convince you that it will help your credit. It will BUT it will drag out this program more years Beware. And certain companies will sue you while you are on this program (Discover). Keep this in mind when you are considering. It will save you in monthly costs, charge off all of your accounts and possibly end up with some judgments.

I would definitely recommend a friend. When I call, my questions get answered and I am a satisfied client. So far I am happy with the service. I also like that it's easy to browse the dashboard and get updates.

I started up fine and I'm a year with them now. If they need something, anything comes up or have anything for me, they email me. If not, I call them. The payment plan is good as well. I’m very happy with them.

I researched initially and I noticed that Freedom is the best one. They’re now helping me out with a couple of credit cards that got out of hand. The guy I talked to at first was Jeff and he said I can always call him any time I want. He was very knowledgeable and he actually gave me some options, either go with a loan or go with the way I’m doing it, and he was very helpful in helping me decide. In fact, the people at Freedom Debt Relief were all nice to work with.

I was on the internet looking at other stuff and I happen to see Freedom Debt Relief. I called them. From what was explained to me, they would work at a discounted schedule with the people that we had the accounts with and would hopefully negotiate them down and have to do it that way. The reps were all very nice. They were very courteous, and they did a fine job. But if I had to do it over again, I wouldn’t do it. I did not fully understand the program or it may not have been fully explained to me, but to me, we're probably gonna end up in worst situation than where we were before. Our credit has been completely destroyed, and we don’t know what our fee is that’s been charged to us. And this bank comes in all of a sudden at the end of all this stuff now. They're coming in as a savior and they're gonna make it just one payment and make it easy for us with about 75% interest.

I was a person that always paid my bills, my hardship was a terrible experience. I took a chance with Freedom and now I’m on my way getting good credit again and Freedom is a great company. Thanks again. I’m halfway through program, I will be debt-free in 2021.

I am charged too many fees taking my money, and high settlement fees in addition to monthly service fees. Why is there a check writing fee? I regret choosing this company for my debt relief help. Please reconsider your fee schedule.

At first I was skeptical about doing this, I see how the program works. I just wish that I would have went directly to Freedom instead of a second party. That’s my only regret. The reason being, the person who I spoke with, we went over all of my credit cards. I thought every one of the cards I surrendered was accounted for. Then the ones I know for a fact were included. This caused for my monthly payment to be higher.

They Answered my questions well. I have referred Freedom to others. The gentleman was Nice and cooperative and did not rush me off the phone. He Appeared to appreciate my call. They are Handling my account without problems. They are Keeping me well informed.

It is very difficult to decide on a debt consolidation, but I am at easy going through this process with Freedom Debt Relief to decrease my debts. I hope to be financially able to continue payment on the consolidation debt.

Freedom Debt's rep, Sean, was the first who got me set up with them. My husband passed away and we had to do some rebalancing. Sean was more than helpful. He was very friendly. At a time when I had to actually relinquish control of my debts, I was already feeling low for not being able to pay them. Instead of feeling judged, I felt relief. Sean kept telling me that I was doing something about what I owed and that I was not ducking the debt.

Freedom was able to answer all my questions without lying or BS, and nothing was hidden. They were upfront with me on everything, and they didn't just keep saying, “When we get into it, we’ll see.” Every question I had, they were able to answer without some off-the-wall reason. It was “Yes, hello,” and if they couldn't do something, they’d tell me upfront that they couldn’t do it. They told me upfront the process was gonna take a while, depending on how things settled and how much money was in the available funds.

I found Freedom Debt Relief on the internet, and over the others, this one's very well received. The creditors that had called me did not follow up at all once I said Freedom Debt Relief. They've been taking care of us very nicely. When I ask questions, they answer those immediately. They also give me some really good advice. I've been in their program for about a year now and I got another three to go. And so far, I've seen some really big changes. I'm an older person, so for us, it's just perfect. They've done very well for us, and I would recommend them to anybody.

My wife read about FDR and about what they did. And she picked them out. The counselor called us and picked out the cards. There were 14 of them so far, we have two that have been settled. However, we’ve been getting a call from a guy named Hanna. He says he’s a sister company of Freedom and he wants us to take out a loan to pay off faster. We don’t trust him though. Also other than us going on the dashboard, we haven't heard enough from FDR. They have helped us greatly. We’re happy and well satisfied with them.

Freedom Debt Relief's rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was very easy to contact when we first started. I've already completed the program and it has helped us tremendously. We only have one bill left, which is our house payment, and that's it.

I have contacted the relevant parties I think, regarding a summons filed against me, and I am yet to received any meaningful response. I am not certain my case is being attended to. I am seeing email asking if I received mailing which I cannot confirm, don't know it, item was emailed or mailed via USPS.

I was able to cut the monthly cost of payments by more than half of what lenders charged and also reduced amounts owed to levels without outrageous interest on top of everything. The process takes time, but at least progress is being made. The option offered can save you money and end the threat of having to declare bankruptcy.

To describe it in an analogy, It is like having Angels helping you- I feel more at ease knowing that I have such a good team working behind the scene, on my behalf. I am grateful for being enrolled in this debt relief program- I know that they are helping me.

So far, everything is working good with Freedom Debt Relief. The payment plan I was provided with is good and I like the way their people treat me. The reps are really very nice. I always talk in Spanish because I’m Spanish, and they’re very good. But I had a call for legal litigation, because supposedly, I had to go to the court. I sent the paperwork but I was never called back.

Freedom sent me a packet with a bunch of literature on how the program all worked, and I looked it over. I decided to do it. But I didn't realize that while all this was going on, there were more and more late charges being added on to what I owe. By the time they got it settled, they made it look real good. And it was good, but it wasn't as good as I thought it was gonna be. But they were always easy to deal with. They explained as well as they could.

Freedom had my mother's recommendation. Her dealings with them made them seem like they’re a reliable company. I went with them and everything has been great so far. Their reps answer all of my questions and they’re very professional and flexible. They’ve already settled two or three of my accounts and I only have a few more. My debt consultant has been great to deal with. In the beginning when we were first getting set up, if I had any questions, I’d email her and she’d get right back to me. It has been really easy.

I came across Freedom Debt Relief and tried them out to consolidate my credit card debt. But I'm worried that I never get the statements. I don't have a clue how far I am in the program, which is why I'm calling, but I could never get ahold of my consultant. Other than that, the process has been working really well up to this point.

Updated on 04/28/2022: Couldn't ask for the best service ever. I was not sure when my bills was overwhelming me so I'm glad I did call Freedom Debt and I have come a long way having my bills resolve. So I would advise anyone that need help call today.

They actually added to my debt with their fees. They settled for the full amount I owed and still charged me thousands in “settlement fees”. They took advantage of me and I am still paying the price. Their customer service doesn’t help and although they say they have “changed their policy” they will not reduce my fees.

Very pleased with my experience thus far. Very helpful and informative. Eased my mind with my debt. My payment is lower which is a huge help to me. I am grateful for this debt relief. I would definitely recommend debt relief to a friend.

I was online and was reading some of the comments of somebody that was sent to us, plus one of my debtors recommended Freedom Debt Relief to me. We had a vision and a mission at the company I worked for and that was what Freedom did. The rep carefully explained everything to me, how they were gonna do it, what they were gonna do and what would be the outcome. If you had a question, the debt consultants would take care of it and answer your question. Before I did this, there were a couple of medical incidents and I carefully looked over it. I'm one of the persons who read testimonials of people that had had it before and so, that was what I went on. The debt consultants were professional and they kept to what they do.

I had overwhelming debt. A friend who had been working with Freedom for a little over a year was very happy with them. I went with Freedom as well and I like the professionalism of their rep. He was friendly and he listened. Opening the account was easy. They took my bank account information and gave me an exact amount that was going to be coming out every month. It was a big difference from paying what we had been paying out in monthly payments, which was close to $900 every month to $200 every month, it really freed up a lot.

I applied with Freedom on the phone and the process was pretty fast and easy. They told me what I could pay, and I opted to pay more so I could get it through quicker. Whenever I call, I get somebody different if I need to talk to somebody. But now, they do it where I can just answer prompts to accept the settlement or not. So, they make it extremely easy. The first consultant I had was wonderful, and everybody I’ve had ever since has always been really friendly and helpful. I can also go right on my computer and put up my whole thing, and I’ll see where I'm at, what they’ve paid and what position I'm in. I've been on the program for about a year now and my credit score has gone up a little.

Freedom Debt contacted me and their rep was awesome. He explained everything to me. I asked him if I could go on automatic deposit and he said of course I could. I told him we had a deal and within a month or so, they had already closed one or two of my accounts. They're great and I really enjoy doing business with them. Based on what we read and everything about the other ones, Freedom Debt sounded real good. It was a great thing for us. They’re taking care of our debt and they’re doing a great job. The reps were very intelligent. They knew their jobs and had the right answer for anything we brought up. They walked us through everything. Also, we get constant emails, updates on the dashboard, everything. If I call, they answer any questions I might have, because we were new to it. And we had the snapshot on the internet where we could go and check on the dashboard and find out everything. They set up our payment plan to meet our budget. When I saw a Freedom Debt Relief ad on the TV, I just wrote the number down. Also, somebody else mentioned that they had used it too, so I thought I’d try it. The consultants were very informative. Being just signed up for this program there is not much experience yet. The two reps that I have talked with have been very kind and helpful. I am a little discouraged about the fees. I believed there were not to be any charges till negotiations had begun. That information I am sure I was informed of, but I don't think there was enough emphasis on it as to stick in my mind. Guess the old adage is true. Can't get anything for nothing.

Updated on 04/10/2020: Freedom allowed me to see all of my debt and work off a budget that I was currently on. I was in financial poverty when I first looked into recovering my credit. The enrollment process was easy. It took about a week and it was not due to Freedom but it was mostly my schedule that was causing difficulties. We had most of it set up in about an hour then we had a 20-minute phone conversation just to make sure that I understood what I was signing up for. The person who handles my case sent me regular emails and everything got done pretty quickly.

I called to adjust my creditors. The agent was respectful, pleasant, and efficient. I was very pleased with the experience. Freedom has been very easy to work with so far. Everything is transparent and explained very clearly. I feel Freedom is trustworthy and will help me reach my goal of financial freedom and security.

This is a good program and has helped my family greatly. I just wish they would target the debt that is threatening to write off the debt and possibly sell it to a lawyer before they handle other debts. I feel like these should take priority seeing as they could result in a summons and possibly having to settle at 100% which leaves FDR without getting a settlement fee.

They got $1,680 from the $3,640 they took out from me and they got their money before my debtors got theirs. I think that's totally wrong. They took half of my money, put it in their pocket, and then my three creditors that they did settlement with got the other half. I had a total of 18 accounts. On one account, I got a silver warrant served on me on the 19th of October because Freedom Debt Relief didn't do their job to keep that from happening. I went and got a real lawyer, and I'm retaining her from bankruptcy because I cannot afford to get my check. I talked to Freedom Debt Relief again to find out if they were closing up that account. They said they closed it up the sixth of this month. What I'm unhappy about is they did not let me know that they were not a non-profit company when we went with them. They need to tell a new client coming up they’re a profit company. If I had been told that, I wouldn't have went with them.

I was getting high credit card bills and I wanted it to get down. Freedom Debt Relief was the one I first came across and the reviews I read all seemed to be good. With the consultant I worked with, if I’ve had any questions, he always got right back to me. He asked me about what my debt level was, and how we could work through to make payments on it and get a schedule planned. He was very helpful. We have the payment plan down to one bill per month, and if I come across a time that I can’t make that payment during that time, I’ve had to change it and they would change it for me to a different time that will work more conveniently. So, that was helpful. Their customer service is very good, too. I have two years left to go, and I’ve gotten some things paid down. So it gives me a little bit less stress when I know it is getting worked on.

I have credit card debt. I heard about Freedom Debt Relief on Christian Radio and thought I'd give them a call, and so I did. They said they would take care of my debt and for me not to answer any calls from creditors. I haven't and they decreased my debt by $15,000. They're always different. Everybody's helpful. They're very kind and knowledgeable and they worked with me, like some months when I couldn't pay the premium, they said they would freeze it and then to let them know when we could start again. Hello, they have been good about moving things along, however, there is one account still in advance negotiation they sent me a settlement request on in July and I still have not heard back from National Litigation. I call and email the girl frequently. Cant someone let me know what is going on with this account? When I call Freedom, they say to call National Litigation, well, no one ever responds. It's very frustrating.

Was very hepful and made me feel at ease during these stressful times. Steered me in the right direction and gave me the appropriate phone numbers. Made contact with LLG representative and completed the paperwork required to move forward and resolve my issue.

Just starting, so I'm waiting to see what happens. I have been receiving emails for days about my payments and I don't know what to tell them. I hope that contact is made soon so that I will not be worried about them contacting me or anything else.

I Like to receive information via email rather than phone calls. Kevin did this several times before we spoke on the phone. He was friendly and very thorough. He guided me through the process very thoroughly and effectively. It was an easy process.

I think this is a very good program. It’s helping me to pay off debt so I can move forward with my life. One account has been totally paid off and there are others that payment are being made through the program to pay them off. I would much rather that the debt was paid off as a whole instead of the payments for a faster process but I’m being patient as long as I know progress is being made. All in all it’s a good program.

Freedom Debt Relief has worked with me in eliminating my debt. I am so pleased with the way the pay off is going. The only thing that I could suggest is maybe less monthly payments to the creditor and larger payments so that the debt gets paid off sooner.

I was in a situation years ago and I used a similar type of company, but I didn’t have good customer service with them. I then switch over to Freedom Debt Relief. The process of getting signed up was good. It was quick, easy and simple. And they keep me informed about everything that is going on. Every time I get a settlement, a debt dissolved or they come into negotiation, they’ll call, email or text me. They let me know how much is settled and how many payments I have to do. Everybody is helpful. Every time I call and ask a question, they will answer it for me. It will not be a problem. All I have is one more credit card that they need to negotiate with, then after that, in about two years, I should be debt-free with the credit cards. I also love the payment plan. It’s in my means and budget.

They have been very compassionate and helpful, and are always respectful in how they answer questions. It never feels like it’s a bother. I’m about halfway through and I’m very happy with what we’re doing. It has taken a weight off of my shoulders. I feel like I don’t even have to think about it. Somebody’s taking care of it. I don’t have to manage any difficult phone calls or emails. They take care of all of that stuff, so I’m able to live my life and get the debt paid. It’s working out really well.

I was cruising around and saw an ad in Facebook for Freedom Debt Relief. I gave them a call and when I signed up, I gave them all my information. They made all the contacts for me and got all the information they needed for the credits. They called me and made it smooth for me. Plus, the payment plan was great. I’m working on becoming debt-free and I’m halfway there.

I asked other people on what they thought about FDR and I also talked to their rep. He explained everything very well and he was a very nice man. I told him how much I owed my debtors and I didn't feel like I was judged. A lot of times, you don't like talking about how many people you owe, why you owe them or how you got to that situation. Mine was to help the family, that got me in this situation, and I wasn't intimidated by him. Aside from that, the process didn't seem as complicated as I thought it was and I was at a point of no return at that time, so I just did it.

I responded to online ad about many ways senior citizens can save money and Freedom Debt Relief was one that I thought would be helpful to me. So far the staff has been very helpful about reaching my goals to get me out of the bottomless pit of credit card debt in about 48 months. I am pleased with results to date. One account that I could not change the contact info to FDR resulted in a dunning letter from the account's attorney. Gave the attorney's firm name to FDR and within 2 weeks FDR had negotiated the settlement.

Been very helpful to know that company has been looking out for best interest for me, unfortunately one company is taking me court (because in Feb). Thank goodness I signed up for legal aspect of this process however not being kept up to date by anyone on this matter is making me nervous.

So far things are discouraging. We get daily calls from our creditors. We don't feel like we are kept in the loop, so to speak. We haven't had much physical communication to keep us informed about any progress that might be being made. And our credit scores continue to tank.

I Googled someone for help and Freedom Debt Relief was the first one that came up, so I called them and they worked with me. The rep was very helpful with any questions I had. He explained everything to me step by step. I was very comfortable working with him. So far, they're doing what they're supposed to be doing. They said the program would take four or five years to complete and I still have three or four years to go, and I've gotten email messages to agree for a settlement. I'm satisfied with FDR. They helped me because I was drowning in debt. Before, I would go without paying a bill so that I could go to the grocery store. Now, I have money to go to the grocery or do what I need to do instead of worrying about how I'm gonna pay my bills.

I was looking for a consolidation loan. Freedom Debt Relief was the only one that contacted me but I didn't qualify for consolidation loan. However, they made me feel a lot better about my situation because they were able to help me at least pay my bills with the plan I could afford. So far, they've settled several of my debts in less than a year with my payment. It's amazing and a great relief. It got me off from under the burden of dealing with it all the time by myself. It's just that they were charging me more than I was able to pay them. The payment got adjusted to the point that it would take a little longer, but right now, I'm waiting to hear from their consolidation loans department.

They walk you through the whole process. Matt, the consultant there helped us in the beginning. Anytime that I need any help or questions, he says he'll see how much he can help me. If not, he directs me to the right person.

When you sign up with Freedom Debt Relief, you get an NLLG membership. Whatever accounts are signed up with them, you get help with free lawyers. That was one of the things that I ended up being able to take advantage of because one of the creditors that I had enrolled came after me, and FDR had taken care of that. FDR reps were good to work with. They went through what I turned in to them, calculated it and came up with a number and a date deadline of how long it would take to pay off and clear up. They said, “You have this much debt. In order to do this, you wanna pay this all off in three years as your time frame, and this would be your monthly amount.” It was totally changeable by me. I agreed with them and I was on board with what the payment came out to. I’m now at least two years in to their program and FDR has definitely taken away some of the stress.

Although I'm in the early stages of this process I'm already feeling relieved thanks for your help. The people that have walked me through this process have been courteous helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend this company to anyone who. doesn't want to spend 25 years to be debt free.

My experience with Freedom has been so relieving. They have helped me so much. I dont know where I would have went for help, like they have helped me. Update on 01/15/2020: I am very happy with Freedom Debt Relief. I currently have two credit cards paid off and they are working on a third one and it is less than what I would have paid on my own on a monthly payment which I found very hard to do. I highly will recommend anyone who was in the same situation as I was.

You all are very mechanical in your approach with customers. You basically show that you can care less, as long as you get your monthly payment on time. Losing the lawsuit with RC Willey was because of a lack of communication. I can never recommend your company to others, I will only tell them what a horrible experience I had with you all.

There are a lot of hidden fees that come off, and I have been doing this for almost 6 months and only have $21.00 in my account. It seems like I am getting nowhere with this and I am worse off than what I was doing it myself, at least doing it myself showed progress in my accounts.

Pleased with the customer service provided at this stage. The individuals who work in customer service are well trained and assist with any questions presented to them. They are always courteous and understanding with the client. This is my first experience with this type of issue and even though I have reservations about what is happening behind the senses, the individuals in customer service gives assurance that they are handling everything with your best interest at the forefront of their work.

I think I might have made the biggest mistake of my life. Their sister company offered us a loan that was unrealistic to pay all the charge cards added an extra 10000 for late fees and interest. And when I called they said I should pay more a month to end this nightmare. I should have just worked with the credit card people. My credit is ruined and I cry myself to sleep every night.

I have a lot of credit card debt and the program is gonna take a little while but we’ve been working slowly on it, and I’m pretty satisfied. I’ve had several resolved pretty decently. Right now, three other accounts are in the works of being resolved. Everything has been really spot on. FDR has been able to work with me when there were times I haven’t been able to make full deposits. They’ve always kept it going and I’m on a pretty good schedule right now. We’re getting things resolved. I’d recommend them. They seem to work with everybody really good.

When I couldn’t get a handle on all my credit card debt, I sought Freedom Debt Relief's services. The application process went well and moved along. Then, once they started getting payments, it moved a little quicker. The debt consultant explained everything well. The process went exactly the way he said it would be done. He reached out a couple of times and then I reached out. Then, somebody else called to see how things were going. The payment plan is working out well. It is convenient for my income. The service has been excellent. And so far, they've completed five.

Freedom Debt Relief helped me with my credit card debt. I bought this house, and stuff started going wrong. And I used credit cards to kinda take care of some things I had to do like some plumbing and electric, and it just kinda got out of control. I have been in the program for about a year and in that amount of time I have had 2 settlements. I find this process as being very hands off and easy once you get past the collection calls and submitting all your paperwork. I am even back to the point where I am building credit again. I actually called in to terminate my account and wanted to remove a few accounts, the reps were very knowledgeable and guided me in the right direction with tips and tricks about how to graduate faster in m program. They also gave me a status update on each debt I had, and filled me in on the behind the curtain information. Great team and I can no continue the program with peace of mind.

Without FDR, I would be drowning in debt. I not have had the time, knowledge, nor the patience to have settled the debts that I owe, without FDR. I really caught a bullet when I found them. Their customer service and entire sytem had been transpatent and helpful at every turn. Their dashboard makes the entire process easy to progress towards financial freedom indeed. Freedom Debt Relief sounded like they could really help and so I decided to sign up with them. I talked to a girl on the phone about it. She took down all my information about all my credit companies. And then, she took my account information and got me enrolled. I get emails and phone calls every once in a while. I wish the payment plan was a little bit lower every month. But I know I have like five or six credit cards with them, so I understand that. Everything seems working out pretty well with FDR. I still get calls from credit card people or companies, and I just wanted to make sure that they know that I'm enrolled in Freedom Debt. One of them keep contacting me and says they weren’t contacted by Freedom Debt Relief that I was enrolled with them.

I had lost my job where I was making a good amount of money where I could afford my bills. I had already called my credit card companies that I owed money to, to ask if I could lower my rate so I could still pay my debts, and I was told that I would have to not pay my bill for six months before they could help me. When I called back to get a better rate, they told me that they couldn’t help me at all and that I was behind, and they were gonna ruin my credit. I got a job making a quarter of what I was making, so I had to make a decision. All of Freedom Debt Relief's consumer ratings were good so I decided to seek help from them.

So far, everything is working very well with Freedom Debt Relief. My interactions with their rep has been very efficient. Their help comes out when it’s supposed to and I’m not worried. In fact, I got a phone call this morning from one of the credit card companies and he said it was $900. I hung up on him because Freedom Debt Relief is handling that situation.

I was reading about Freedom Debt Relief online, and it said they were one of the top places that would help. They did their best. Their consultants answered all my questions and were very helpful. They’re very friendly, too. Altogether, it was a great experience because they helped me with my questions. And I’m doing really better. My payment plan is a reasonable amount, and I received great quality service. Working with Freedom really helped me get out of debt. It is a great way to go to get out of it. I already settled on three of them and paid it off, and I only need like three more to go.

While it is very stressful owing a large amount of money to my debtors, Freedom Debt Relief has done a lot to reduce that stress and help me thru this experience. While I would never recommend incurring a large debt, I would definitely recommend Freedom Debt Relief for helping reduce and pay it.

I had some credit card bills and I had lost a lot of income. My wife had passed away and we lost her social security. Also, I was mayor here in Fair Haven and I lost the election, so I lost the income from that. It was just tough to pay all those bills. Freedom Debt's reps have been very cooperative and knowledgeable. They asked me if the payment plan was something I could afford. I used the dashboard quite a bit, and if I got a letter from a debt collection or whatever, I sent Freedom Debt a picture of it. And then, I always got an email back that they’ve received the letter and will keep it in their file and use its content. I'm about a third of the way through the program and my credit score has gone back up, so I feel good about that. I leased a car and I got a very good rate.

I’ve heard so much about Freedom Debt Relief and I’ve used them once before on another situation. This time, I went into their program for overall debt. I like the quality of service they provided very well because they worked with me. Then, they let me know what the best outcome would be for the particular situation and what they could do for me. Working with them made me feel relieved.

I went online and I gave Freedom Debt Relief the debts that I had and they took it from there. They're doing what they said they would do. They set me up an account, a dashboard on my computer where I can track their progress. They communicate via the computer. I got three debts that were taken care of and three are being paid now through a schedule. I have one left that still needs to be negotiated. Soon, like they did in the past, they will contact me when it has been negotiated and a settlement set up, and I have to approve yay or nay on the settlement. It's a four-year program and we're two years in. The whole system is better than bankruptcy. Even though at somewhat $400 a month I'm putting in the plan, but still, I'm taking care of these debts. And that means a lot, to get these debts settled. I want to pay my debts, but it's just, you get in a bind, you do what you have to do.

Tory fully and clearly guided me through my final settlement. Grateful. Confusing process. Felt portal could have had more access to personal info- such as start date. Also I was given an end date of 5/20 and then hit with a final date of 10/20! Crushing.

Constant contact is a must. Making sure you have all the vital info. needed. And it makes a big difference, if you are dealing with someone who cares enough to get things straightened out, when things go wrong. The transition wasn't moving as smoothly as I would have liked it, and there were a few surprises that had to be straightened out. For now, everything seems to be progressing ok.

My experience has been a positive one. I have and will continue to recommend to friends and family. Responses have been quick. All calls have been pleasant and respectful. Thank you for your assistance.

My debts are paid off, but Freedom continues to debit my bank account. I've talked to reps from Freedom who said it was taken care of. I'm going to have to put a stop order on the automatic debit at my bank.

They said, “We can help you.” And that was what I was looking for, some kind of relief and help with clearing up my debt. And ever since I’ve been with them, their customer service has been awesome. Freedom Debt added up all my debt, and they said, “Okay, for this and this amount, we can do this in 48 months.” And I went, “Oh, four years. That makes more sense.” They were very forthcoming. They were very patient answering any of my questions. They were very concise and thorough. They explained everything and made sure I understood things. I called them back a number of times to clarify and confirm stuff, and they were always very helpful and comforting like “Don’t worry. We’re gonna handle everything.” And then they hooked me up with the national lawyers, and they’ve also been good.

I wasn’t able to pay my bills on time, and I got behind on them. I called Freedom Debt Relief and talked to them. They provided me with help. I’m trying to get my bills paid up, and they’ve been excellent with me. The payment plan was very reasonable. Freedom has excellent people to work with. They work with you really well. Working with them helped me out tremendously. I don’t have the pressure and they’re doing very well in making sure everything’s done right and paid off. The service was excellent. Right now, I get emails and stuff on them. But before, the consultants were always able to talk to me about any kind of concerns I have. I spoke with Kevin. And it’s been a while since I talked to him but I was impressed that he was very easy-going and willing to help me. When I used to call him, he’d get right back with me. He was a good person.

Very happy when the first settlement was made. My mistake was that I did not change the contact info to FDR from the beginning, (getting lots of phone calls from creditors daily), then the creditors deactivated my accounts and I could not make the change. Final Payoff of last of 4 creditors turned over to company. Took 6 months but finally got FDR to resolve final account. Took many calls to resolve but this person actually wanted to help and was able to tell me account was resolved. Just wish others would have contacted me when resolved as I started asking for account to be resolved back in April 2019 and I wanted resolved by end of June when I asked what amount was need to fully resolve and was given an estimate which turned out to be between 2-3000 low however no one ever contacted me for the additional money to settle the account once a settlement was agreed to in August..

Everything seems to be progressing at an acceptable rate. Waiting on Credit Card companies to make decisions seems to be the worst part! FDR is right on the ball when you call or email information to them. Very happy with the service so far!

Excellent. They settled a few accounts within the first year at a fraction of what I owed. Convenient process. I was able to log on a check my balances anytime. I was able to confirm settlement with a simple text reply whenever they reached a settlement.
