Happy with progress and settlement amounts. Completion is taking a little longer than expected. Have recommended your program to others who have similar debt problems. I will be extremely happy when the program is finished. Legal assistance was an important part of the process and handled expeditiously.

I don’t like that the way they play email tags. They say they send you emails that you never receive but you're still paying a $12 monthly fee for their service that you can’t use. 1 star for them. I wish I knew more about a lot of other things but I never really did my reach but lesson learn. But for Freedom helping me get a lot of money cut off my payout amount was huge. For that I give them a 5 star.

At first I was very uneasy about this, but this Agency has shown to be true to their promises. Patience with confidence in FDR. That is my word of advice. Thanks FDR! Each day as I receive calls from creditors, I block them, knowing that I have done my part.

Freedom Debt was set to pay off my debt then they had an issue sending out a check to one of my creditors. After almost a year the issue was finally resolved, however, at the expense of me. As I had paid the full amount of the debt then they restructured what I owed and I had to pay more. Not to mention they removed the money from my account and never reimbursed some of the money that they claim was never cashed by the credit card company. Considering the $30 in fees every month, plus the fee you pay when they "settle" a debt you end up paying plenty.

Customer service was great! Very supportive and helpful. Offers seem like they will actually help me out of debt rather than moving money around only to remain in long term debt. I work hard and earn plenty of money to live but once you find yourself in debt, it’s a cycle very difficult to get out of. Thank you for this program!

I was gonna file for bankruptcy when I saw FDR's TV commercial that said I didn't have to file for bankruptcy. I called the number that came and they explained what they have available for me. I had a lot of debts that I couldn’t get myself together with, and they had a program that fit my situation good. I liked the program once I got started and let it take its course. At first, I thought it was gonna be an expensive no-help. I was sending them 428. But after being in the program for about a year, I saw where it benefited me and took care of my bills. They were closing out accounts and that 428 started adjusting. Everything that I needed to be done, they did well.

A friend of mine was helping me with some of my problems, one of which was a debt problem that I had at the time. He suggested Freedom Debt Relief. I also called a couple of others and one flatly refused to take me because I didn't have enough income. The other one said that it would be so much money. Then I called FDR and they figured out a plan that was a lot less and more manageable for me so I went with them. They work with you and try to help you come up with a plan that you can afford and get it put into your budget. The payment is very easy to handle. I have it automatically withdrawn from my account because I don't want to go into any sort of arrears with the payments.

Everything is great with my experience with Freedom Debt Relief. I like their reviews and after I read their reviews, I was just really pleased with them. Then after I spoke with Tonya, she just made me feel really comfortable with the service and assured me that they would do all that they can to work out the best settlement for me. Everything is working out very well for me. I love the payment plan too. They work with me. It’s affordable and it’s just right in my budget. I’m very much satisfied with the service.

I signed up for FDR in December 2018. I was told that by making on time monthly payments of 224 dollars a month I would be able to settle all my debts within 2 years. Well so far I have paid 3,248.00 to my dedicated account, they have settled 3 of my credit card accounts (which 2 of them have a 24 month pay off time frame), totaling 1,382.29 in payments to creditors, the remaining 1,753.71 dollars have all gone to FEES! Now if you add the payments to creditor and the fees together that number is 3136, and I have paid them a total of 3248, which means there is 112 dollars unaccounted for... How is it this company can collect more money in FEES than they are actually paying to my creditors, and have OVER 100 dollars in my account unaccounted for?

Still waiting for the amount to be deducted as per agreement and the negotiations with the creditors. I made the payment and it was rejected by the bank. Because at that point I didn’t have the sufficient amount in the account. And to assure it I changed it to my savings account. I want to make sure you have done it for the best of my interest.

From the moment I called FDR, I felt they cared about me. They were thorough and meticulous and at the same time empathetic, encouraging and nonjudgmental. Any time I had questions or concerns the individuals were prompt, knowledgeable and helpful.

I am thankful that you helped me, but to my understanding in the beginning I was told that I would have this paid off by 2020. Now it going tell 2025. I really did not think it would take this long.... that is what has me upset.

I had waking much debt. Couldn't keep my payments so I went with Freedom Debt Relief. It was a great experience and great people to work with. And they were real fast. I would recommend it to anybody.

I don't know what's going on but I would like to get a new graduation date by paying more on my account (good thing right). Well the increase calculator is no longer available on my account and customer service rep pretty much told me paying more does nothing. That's insane. I'm getting nervous with the feedback I'm getting. I feel locked in to fees or whatever else they want to do for the next 3 years. Stay away. Save yourself the headache and get from counseling and do it yourself.

This organization has always been helpful and very professional when I have a question. I would recommend them to anyone. I have always been thankful that I talked to them and took their advice. My credit has improved very much and I hope to be able to pay off my debts within the next year. The last few years have been very easy because I have had no worries about paying off my debts.

Well, so far the people I talked to on the phone were very polite and seemed to instill in me a confidence that this service will be beneficial to my needs. However, it has been too soon to see the benefits as yet. I am still hopeful that this company will deliver the promised resolution to my needs.

I dont like the way they do business with you. Everything is through email. I am one of these people I dont check my email every day. I have a problem with my eyes. I told them but they send everything email. I am not happy with this but I have do the best that I can.

I was a little upset because the interest rate was so high on the loan that I got. But I had an accident, I broke my hip, I couldn't work, I had no job. I always had excellent credit and I didn't wanna claim bankruptcy. But I figured there had to be a way to figure out the situation. And when I spoke to the man from Freedom Debt Relief, he was extremely helpful. Signing up with Freedom was the best thing that I have ever done for myself. I had a wonderful interaction with the debt consultant. He was absolutely helpful with everything. He explained everything to me.

When I called Freedom Debt Relief and I spoke to one of the representatives, he asked me about all of my debt, so I told him and he listed them for me. He told me how much I would be paying a month and about how long it would take me to get rid of these debts, and I understood what he was saying. Whenever I need to call them, they answer all of my questions. When I have to have a certain problem solved, they help me to get to where I need to get to, to National Litigation or anywhere else I have to have any dealings with.

I got out of disability and I needed help to figure out how to cover my bills. The rep at Freedom Debt Relief helped me and he was really thorough in explaining everything. I told them what I could afford and I’ve increased it a couple of times since then. The customer support has been very good as well. I really thought they work really well with me. They did a very good job of helping me along and figuring out my bill plan for me. Since working with Freedom, it’s been less stressful. I don’t have to worry about debtors calling.

I saw Freedom's ad then I called and talked to them. I liked what they had to say. The customer service was pretty good and we've been well satisfied with it. They said the program would take approximately three years. They stay in touch and keep us informed of the process and what's going on. In my mother's situation, going with them was definitely the way to do it. My father passed away and she had a bunch of debt that she couldn't pay. It's working out so that’s kinda where we are.

After just short of two years I'm almost done. All but one of my debts have been resolved. I was offered a loan through Consolidated + and though I still have a payment each month. My credit score is rising and I don't have a dark cloud over my head.

I was satisfied with the service and feeling very confident. I made the right decision. 10 months into the contract I found out that take a third of each bill (profit) so the bill is 1000 they get 335. So I decided manage my bills myself. I just couldn't afford it.

I enrolled and started directing creditors to Freedom immediately. The staff are awesome and made the enrollment process so smooth! I am resting easier, and focusing on raining up the rest of my life, after a trying divorce. The Best part, is that I won't have to totally stiff my creditors, by filing chapter 7. I was very impressed with Jan. It was the lovely person who contacted me. She was very knowledgeable and any questions that I had I could stop her in the middle of her explanation and she would answer any question at all or anything that I was not clear about. That is what I call true customer service. Someone who listens and provide you with the information that you need to make an informed decision that makes all the difference in the world and I am so happy to be a part of this plan with FDR. Hi, I am just beginning my program but the Rep that has assisted me thus far has been great! I cannot wait until the process actually begins and I see my debt decreasing. My husband finished the program back in Nov and was very happy too.

So far we are please with how it is going. Just getting started with the program. But the rep was real good. She walk us through everything was very in signing all the paperwork also. The rep from welcome part was really good.

My experience with Freedom Debt Relief has been working out pretty well. However, I didn't expect it to really take this long. But, it's been going pretty smoothly. The communication with the rep has been very good as well. Usually, I end up calling them about something and get it taken care of. My expectations have been met very well.

I was drowning in debt and I was barely making the minimum payments. I own my own business and we lost a big client, we couldn’t pay anymore. Payments were late and they were calling, screaming at me already, and I just couldn’t do it. I called Freedom Debt Relief's number off of Google and they said, “You need to be so many days past due but your credit’s going to go in the toilet for a little while. Be prepared for that, but eventually, it’ll go back up. Because it would go in the toilet anyway because you wouldn’t make the payments and you would be behind even further.” I agreed to everything and started putting things on slowly. I was hesitant to do some things, but eventually realized it was in my own best interest to add everything that I didn’t need onto it.

I have a part-time with Costco for two years and a half, but instead of the extra money helping me, it was very bad from the beginning. Medicare and my rent keep raising me from left to right. So finally, I had a few credit cards, and I keep calling them and telling them, “Please, take away the penalties. Don’t take away the credit. I meet the interest.” And they said they were gonna take care it, but then the next bill was higher and higher. So, I could not do that anymore. I had to leave my job. My friend knew that I was going through a hard time the past year and she keep saying, “Why don’t you try the people? I mean, the people come to your place many times a day, why you don’t try the people?”

The guy whom I dealt with at FDR was pretty good. He got me a good deal on my first settlement. But, it's kinda gone downhill from there. They settled a $1,900 debt but took two years to pay it off. I don't know why they didn't just do it in a couple of They stretched another debt on too and I got sued on another. It took a big chunk of money for two years. Now, I got two more debts to settle and there ain't much money left to play with.

Updated on 06/02/2023: Freedom Debt Relief does just what they say they will do. They had my first settlement within 6 months of signing up with..Great at informing the customer what is going on..I highly recommend FDR. I would use them again if I needed to. I felt relieved from debt as soon as they settled my first bill,.I didn’t have to take any more debt owing phone calls.

My initial experience has been extremely helpful, supportive and responsive. At an otherwise difficult time, everyone has treated me respectfully, and responded to each of my questions in a timely and helpful manner. This was a tough decision to make, but now I'm extremely grateful as it's been a positive solution.

We just began with Freedom Debt relief. We have already saved $1500.00 on one of our collection debtors. We look forward to getting our other credit issues resolved. We have been customers for 60 days. We are glad that we choose debt relief with Freedom.

Your fees have to be paid upfront or will cancel out settlements- not willing to alter schedule. When called, they give glib reasons for what is going on- Also, even though money is paid, it takes 7 days to show up in your dedicated account- the money just floats around until they decide to show it. Not a very good system.

I would definitely recommend a friend. It has been a good experience so far. I have had relief knowing that my debt was being taken care of by a company I can depend on. Thank you Freedom Debt Relief you have helped me ease my mind.

We had quite a bit of credit card debt due to the fact that I was not able to work. I’m working again now, but we needed help getting everything organized. I read Freedom Debt Relief's reviews online, and knew somebody else who had used them and said they were good. I called them several times, and I worked with who answered the phone and they’ve treated me very well. I gave them all the numbers, they contacted me and told me what they came up with, and I said it was doable. We just followed through and when I was able to, I increased the amount a little bit. So far, my experience has been very good. The program is working through and we’re getting there. It has taken a little of the stress out because I’m no longer getting phone calls all the time.

They’ve done a pretty good job, so far. I worked with Anthony and he was very good. But I rarely have any contact with him now. I have more contact with the lawyers from NLLG than I do with Freedom because there were about three times the credit card companies tried to send me summons. But I had to go around and make copies, and send faxes to the companies and to Freedom. It seemed like I was doing all the work that the legal group was supposed to be doing for me. But I never had to appear in court. I do wanna retire in a couple of years. I thought I’d be retired already but then my debt kept me from being retired.

We looked into a debt relief company and the people there weren't very friendly. They seem rude and insulted my husband and I by saying, "Well, she should have two jobs and you need to go out and get another one," when he was already working two jobs. We went with Freedom Debt Relief and everyone we worked with were very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. My husband did all the signing up but he didn't seem to have any issues with it. When they find a creditor to put on the plan, it seems to go smoothly.

Freedom Debt Relief helped me a lot. I have a lot of debts and they're still helping me. Their customer service was great and they were able to answer all the questions that I had. Whenever I call whoever is available and even if I talk to them via email, they answer me right away. It’s really good. The payment plan is pretty easy. It's not that high and I can pay everything including those debts. Freedom has done a great job.

Have been helping me with all of my credit cards issues for nearly 1 year and already eliminated quite a few credit cards out out of my credit history records. And I look toward continuing until I'm completely Credit Card Debt Free. I would recommend them to anyone in my family and friends.

I read some comments about Freedom Debt Relief that other people had left that had experience with them, and it seemed like they were a pretty good company to go with. I've had nothing but good things with them as well. Everything was really good. They guided me through everything and what was gonna happen. And whatever they told me, that’s exactly what happened. I've been in the program for three years and everything's really smooth. I figured out what the debt was, and what we did was figure out a timeline and how much I could afford to pay. They worked with me on what I could afford at that time. I just got everything taken care of last Friday. We got all our debts resolved and everybody’s paid off, and they got everything done. What they said they were gonna do, they did on what they felt they could get the debt down to. So, it saved me a lot of money.

I've been working with them since 2018, and I've had good interactions with their reps. We have a payment plan, and so far, so good.

When I contacted other companies, they had no response or they couldn't help me, but when I called FDR. they called me back and told me that they could help me. I am happy to say Freedom Debt Relief has helped me a lot. I had 6 credit card debts that were eating up my social security monthly payments leaving me very little to live on. I had an additional income that dried up and became stretched to the limit. Well, one is gone, one is in progress and another is starting to clear this month. We have to realize this service is not free and some fees seem large. The only thing a have a problem with is that I can’t really understand the fees. They look strange. But it’s working. So far so good.

Hello, The customer experience I've had with FDR has been wonderful. The reps are very helpful and patient. They always answer my questions and are very knowledgeable. I always feel comfortable about my accounts when speaking with the reps.

My experience with FDR has been smooth so far. I appreciate that there are no hidden agendas. It was all honest and open communication as far as I was concerned. They told me what I needed to hear and supported me through any kind of questions I may have had in the process. The folks seem to know the business really well. They also seem to understand where you are and prompt to help you improve your finances and your credit.

Freedom Debt Relief was being endorsed by the Shark Tank people. So, I checked out their reviews. I think it was from what I remember was the highest. They had the best reviews. And why? Turns out that I was trying to refinance my house, and apparently, I got scammed. So, then they were taking out what I thought was my monthly house mortgage payment, and it was a phony company out of Vegas. And so, when I realized that had happened was because I got served with a foreclosure notice. So, then I had to gather up all that money or the only way prove to them that I can save my house is by maybe going to either file for bankruptcy or going to debt collection. Or no, the program that this is, that is to consolidate my debt. So, I did it in order to show them that I'd be able to save my house or keep my house because I had consolidated my debt.

I’m supposed to be with them for four years and when they made a resolution to another debt that I had, that put me with them for two more years. They need to double up on the payments because after four years, I’m done. I’m not gonna be with Debt Relief for six years. We need to come to some agreement about the amount of the payment even though I know they were able to get through quite a few of my debts with payments. The payments are just too small. I don’t wanna be with Freedom Debt Relief for another two years. I can’t do that. I’m almost 70 years old. I can call JCPenney myself and ask them if they would take a settlement, and I can pay them like that instead of me paying Debt Relief to do it.

They have been helpful in keeping me aware of when I have had a settlement so that I could approve it and know that they are helping me get this debt behind me!!! Don’t know how I could have done this without their help!!

I was nervous, anxious but I knew I needed help. I found the Freedom Rep quiet, calm and absolutely knowledgable about what I should expect, what I have available to me, and what I needed to do. When I make a call, I get good attention from the people. They had professional service and everything. I feel good working with Freedom's people. I do not think nor worry about it. I'm also comfortable with my payment plan. The only thing is maybe they could send me some statement by my email monthly. I don’t have any statement about my payments and all those things. Everybody at Freedom Debt Relief is doing a great job. We have a problem right now though. People from John Deere called me yesterday. I said, “I don’t talk to you. Call Freedom Debt Relief. They're supposed to be handling it.” But they said Freedom was not handling it. But I'll see what happens. Everybody down there at Freedom Debt is beautiful. I love them. I’ve upped my thing with them and I'm trying to get my graduation date quicker. And if I get another job, I might be able to put some more money into it and move it even faster as soon as I get money available. They're very professional. They wanna help people that they're working with. And I like the part where they're trying to help the military. I did 22 years. I’m retired and I needed that help and they helped me. I tried to put other people to them also to help out and help their families. They're great. I enjoyed it.

I was satisfied with the debt consultant. They inform a lot, but there was so much information on the first day that I just got lost. Deborah, the first lady I talked to, was very patient with me though. I was trying to write stuff down as she was talking and she told me to call her anytime I had a problem. Every time some creditor calls, I call FDR up and give them the number of the creditor. They say that they'd take care of it, but I'm still getting calls from Regions.

Everything has exceeded my expectations so far. With the loan I expect to be paid up and completely free in about two years, which is awesome. Everyone I have talked to has been knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely recommend the serviced to friends and family.

I was over my head in debt, heard about Freedom Debt Relief, called them and graciously explained their program to be. They were very upfront with me, no miracle cure but would take patience and hard work on my part. We set my program up and it has worked wonders for me and I can look to the future with confidence.

There was no pressure and registering was easy and didn’t take too much of our time. They also sent out a packet with all the information needed. Then all we had to do was make sure the money was in our account the night before the removal date and it was removed the next morning. The money we save month is over double what we were paying. Freedom Debt Relief was the first one to respond back and the debt consultant was really knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and my payment was more or less just one amount. Freedom's service was very good. So far, they've settled a couple of our accounts already and there have been several of them that we've been having payments on, and all the phone calls have stopped. Working with them has made my life a lot easier.

So far, Freedom Debt Relief has totally cleaned off two of my debts. Two are in progress and I've got about three more. They’re negotiating one and then I have two more after that. I was with Wells Fargo Bank 38 years and they closed my acct. because I sent too many wire transfers. Bank America also refused me sending wire transfers, I was sending to my partner and friend in hospital in Russia. Told it was bank policy!

I am rather new to this program. Just a few weeks in and I am not confident that I am experienced enough to give a fair review. We are happy with how quickly our first settlement occurred and how much we are saving with the settlement. Though watching your credit go down the tubes is hard, if you find yourself in over your head with credit card and loan debt, this program may be what you need to give yourself a fresh start vs filing bankruptcy.

It took me awhile to soak all this in but YES IT'S THE ONLY WAY WE CAN GET OUT OF THE HOLE RIGHT NOW. I am looking for a brighter future for me and Donald. I want to be able to say we are debt free. FDR has been wonderful to me so far. I'm less stressed and I'm very satisfied. I'm still in the program and they're still working for me. My rep, Christina, was wonderful. She was always gracious to help me fully understand because I wasn't sure what I was doing in the beginning. FDR was the best choice I could've made at the time because I was in trouble financially. I have called them in tears many times and they have always been graciously helping me.

When I was in debt with my credit cards and was looking for someone, I came upon them and thought I’d give them a try. I’ve been with them for a couple of years or so and have been making payments every month. And next year is when the program would be completed. The quality of service has been excellent.

Robert was very nice. He answered all of my questions. I started in April 2019 and I had a payment plan. Originally, they said the program would be four years and then the graduation date on the dashboard kept switching around a little bit. There was a person who I talked to back and forth on email, and she was very, very helpful because she had a little bit more visibility than what the dashboard website would give you. She didn’t pester me at all. Every once and awhile, I would email her and ask her the status. And we got to laughing because there were twice instances where she said, “Oh, they’re getting really close,” or “I have to take a look,” and in a matter of 24 hours, another one of the credit cards had been settled. It happened twice, back-to-back. I Had five credit cards in the program and the last one was supposed to be settled today. But I have been very busy and I haven't been to online so I don't know the latest status.

They communicate with our creditors and try to get down the amount that we owe, and we pay over a certain amount of time. I’m still on the program and so far, it’s good and I'm confident. We’re getting our bills paid off faster and we have ease of mind.

A rep from Freedom Debt Relief called and after talking to her, we decided to go with her. I'm pleased with their program. The negotiator was very professional and very willing to answer any questions. We have two debts that are completely settled and one that they've just negotiated. Payments have been set up for that. I still have five left. I'd recommend Freedom if anyone needed their service.

I like how my rep at FDR and I communicate. I'm very comfortable working with that rep. They have a parent company and if I want to go that route, they could help me consolidate my loan. So far, I've been putting money in my account monthly and everything's been going pretty well.

Freedom Debt Relief's people told me that they were gonna help me. I was with them for two years and they helped me get all my debts settled. They communicated through text messages, email, and phone calls. The payment plan was great. But the Discover card was hard to deal with and we had to get a lawyer involved. But after that, it was great.

They have been very professional and their customer service is always available to answer my questions. When I've felt things we're either confusing or creditors were not backing off from my husband and I they stepped in and helped settle our nerves and stopped the calls. I would recommend them to others who need feel buried from their debts.

The rep seemed knowledgeable about the job and he answered all my questions. They asked me what credit cards I wanted to put with them, and they listed them. They said nothing under $500, so what I listed was about $8,000. They asked me how much per month I could pay, and I told them I’d be able to pay $200 but that I’d be paying it 100 the 1st and 100 the 15th. They said that it would take longer for me to graduate and asked if I could up it a little bit, so I got up to 125. They’re doing good, but the only one thing is that I don’t understand how they do it. When they make a settlement, they don’t settle and pay up completely. They settle for six payments, but that has nothing to do with me. The rep explained it to me and told me they are trying to keep up with other customers, not to make any of them drop out of the program. Overall I’m satisfied with what they are doing.

I found Freedom Debt Relief through a friend of mine. She had mention that they got her out of debt and so I jumped on it then I woke up in the middle of the night at about 1:30 in the morning to a call. The sign-up process was really good. There were no unanswered questions, everything was all upfront, and I understood everything. They seemed like they were there for me to help me.

I really liked my consultant with Freedom, Jeremy. He could tell that my situation was really upsetting me. He was very kind and he certainly was not pushy. He wanted me to do whatever I felt like I needed to do. He was very helpful. Freedom figured out my total debt owed and they looked at the income that I had coming in and my outgoing so that they could find a payment plan that I could handle. The only thing that was a little bit of a problem was getting them copies of my last three bank statements. The bank sent the statements to me, but it was in a format that I had trouble getting to them. But I finally managed to get it to them. That wasn’t anybody’s fault though. It was the bank’s choice to use that format. Other than that, with Freedom, I'm less stressed. They’ve already managed to achieve two payoffs. Two of my creditors have agreed to terms that will work out with what we’re doing.

I had debts and I went to National, but I did not like the way they were treating me. And so, I switched over to Freedom Debt Relief. I told them what I could afford to pay and they said, “Great!” They’re doing me a great service, and I am very happy. My credit rating has gone from 500 to 640, and it is still climbing every day.

I do have several accounts outstanding and three have been negotiated. I'm making payments to those three and paying fees to Freedom as well. Of course my credit score is now terrible and I'm really not feeling very good about myself but they keep assuring me this will get better in time. I looked online for debt services and Freedom Debt Relief was one of the companies I came across, and they had a lot of good reviews. I was impressed with the knowledge they gave about the whole situation on credit cards. It's definitely very helpful. I pay them biweekly and it's been working out great. It's payroll deductible, so it's taken directly from my check and they took care of distributing to the proper accounts.

The company starts out stating so many wonderful things. States that you can be free of debt in months. Well, all their promises were correct but they charged me more interest in consolidating the what I was paying on my cards. It will take me so long to pay them off and I am paying more in interest monthly than on the principal. What a mess! And I can't get out of it!
