I used to get so many letters from different companies claiming to help me with my debt. I don’t know why I chose to take a chance on FDR but I believe it was an answered prayer. They have been extremely thorough, thoughtful, understanding and in constant communication with me every step of the way. Reduce my monthly payment. The customer service representative was so wonderful! She listened carefully to my situation and helped me resolve my issue. I would highly recommend Freedom to others. Freedom Debt Relief handled things pretty well. They did pretty good in answering questions when I had any. Though it’s a little rough on me now, it was easy to make payments.

I had too many debts and I needed to compile them and get them paid off. The Freedom Debt Relief rep talked me through and told me what would happen. He also said to call him if I ever needed him. It worked out right. The quality of service I received was very good. They've been very good even when I can't make the payment sometimes because of other things come up. And now, I don't have all the people calling me and there is no more aggravation.

Updated on 09/14/2021: Freedom representatives have been effective, polite and professional. Progress has been steady. Objectives have been clear. I have been satisfied with the progress. Perhaps Freedom representatives could be more motivated to add new accounts and explain to customers the advantage of increasing their deposit when feasible.

I saw an advertisement for Freedom Debt Relief and it was okay. Then, I checked Better Business Bureau and other records and they seemed good. I’ve been on their program for two years. They would send me an email and a text that they got something together, and I would approve it and it would continue on.

I've been very pleased with Freedom Debt Relief so far. It's only been a couple of years, but it's got a few more years left to go, and I really wish they'd go a little faster, but it's the best they can do. They made the sign-up process so easy for me. I don’t have a computer and I have email on my phone. I don’t do much with technology, so they always help me over the phone, and they’ve been wonderful. I've recommended them to other people and they're all very happy with them too.

Great service. Got a settlement on one of my cards within a few weeks. Only downside is that I can't get a hold of the person who signed me up even though I was told they would always be there to answer my questions.

The people there are very kind and helpful. Always had very good experiences with the people there. The people there always return my calls and emails. The process is moving along quite well and quickly. I'm looking forward to completing the process.

When I got my first settlement it was a relief! I was jumping for joy. Brianna help me get through this because I was already planning to back out cause I kept thinking it was a scam. Then she personally called me I felt more comfortable just by talking to her and so I said let’s give it a shot. I made my first deposit in December and I got my 1st settlement in January!!! You just have to keep making your deposits!!!

On 01/14/2020, I inquired via text about my graduation date, just wanted to know when my graduation date would be if I increase my withdrawals from $152 to $200 biweekly because currently my graduation date shows 01/2024 but according to my dashboard it shows if I increased my withdrawals to $200 biweekly then my graduation date would be Nov 2020. My encounter with essence was not pleasant at all. She was not knowledgeable and she had a note of sarcasm.

So far so good! The hit to your credit is a bit tough some days as you watch it plummet. However, the peace of mind that it will be over sooner rather than later is huge! But I was shelling out a lot of money in monthly minimums to the cards I had and I was sinking fast. I set it up to have a fixed amount drawn from each check and put in an account to be drawn from as the cards settled. Over half of them settled in less time than I expected. I have a car I’m paying for and that’s keeping my credit from taking a total dive. It’s all a bit intense but I think there is a light at the end of the tunnel finally.

I was in the Army, I kept wondering if I was gonna make it home alive, so I had many sleepless nights, I did make it home but my credit was in pieces (too much debit) and I thought when I was in Iran, it was a walk in the park, compare to facing the creditors, and the mess I put my self in, But then Freedom Debt Relief came into my path, and they helped me when I really needed it. FDR put me at peace and now I can sleep at night and I know there is a light at the end of the tunnel. THANK YOU FDR.

The guy I had today 1/17/2020 was EXCEPTIONAL, He answered my questions and so very helpful and patient w/ me.. I had to deal w/a Shawn ** thru your National Litigations and he was a complete ** to me, kept putting me on hold, was very RUDE, and I NEVER want to DEAL w/ him again!!

Updated on 07/19/2020: I like the user experience with Freedom Debt Relief and their rep takes care of my situation right away. We were just going back and forth and giving information to make sure that they could start setting up all the accounts and the process. After everything was done, they started working pretty quickly. At the moment, we only have a couple more accounts to take care of. They communicate to me whenever they already have a settlement right away, so I can make a decision if I accept it or not. So far, everything's good and I'm happy with them.

I was very skeptical at first of this program in the beginning but FDR has begun getting settlements and resolving my debts and a weight has been lifted. They have delivered as promised this far. Each and every occasion I've had to speak with someone all my questions have been answered and I have been treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.

Very pleased with Freedom Debt Relief. They helped me get both of my credit debtors down to where I could afford to make the payments. The final payments are a little steep but I will manage to make the payments.

Staff is very helpful and make the customer understand all that is involved and helped me with all issues very professionally. Staff helps me with changing monthly dates to keep payments on schedule without stopping any payments that need to be made. Very satisfied.

My encounters with Freedom has been insightful, though I wish the process could be sooner than the lapse in credit time 6 months before negotiations. Other than that the staff is helpful and professional and well versed in the process.

I was in need of help, and did not know where to turn. There was an an advertisement for FDR with a phone number and I called. The representative made me feel comfortable and secure. The process has been difficult, because I never had an experience like this before. Now one year later there is progress and I hope for a successful conclusion.

The beginning of my interaction with the rep was good. He convinced me to do it. He was informative and he let me know everything and my choices. I was happy with it. The program is so far good. I'm about to finish. I went with Freedom Debt Relief because of the reviews that I read on the website. I was really in debt and now, every time that I started the program, I found that I was in control. Everything worked out good except for one of them. I don't know if that's something because they settle for four years, and I was about to finish. I don't know if I had to pay them fees for the whole four years. I hope it's sooner. There's always something that I didn't like. And I think I could be more informed about the fees. The fees should be told when you reach a settlement.

We’re retired and we hope to have had our debts situated but we hadn't. I was referred to Freedom Debt Relief and they got us together. They got us on a plan and it’s automatically taken out every month. We were working with a gentleman, Roberto, and the results have been fantastic. Then if we have any questions, we just call the 1800 number and they’re very helpful. They answer the questions promptly and everything is just great.

I was with Cornerstone Legal, another provider, and I got a summon from Discover in the mail. I sent it to them and they did nothing. I ended up having to pay Discover off, dropped Cornerstone, and went with Freedom Debt Relief. Their consultant was awesome, and his expertise and knowledge were top-notch. Working with them through the process was very comfortable. They have managed to work my debt down considerably and we are bound to the last three or four that I owe. It's been fantastic, and they have been working with them fabulously. They are very easy to work with and easy to talk to. They are very understanding and willing to work with you, too. They have great customer service, which is hard to find nowadays. Since working with them, I have a life again.

I was in debt and I was getting stressed out because of it and the debt collectors. I called Freedom Debt Relief and dealt with them, and didn’t even resort to anybody else. I went into a four-year program and I wish it would be handled a little bit faster. There’s nothing I can do about it when they’re trying to negotiate but get your monies collected. Still, I’m content with everything they’re doing. Freedom is good at working with you.

My daughter and I talked about consolidating my debt and we decided on Freedom Debt Relief. It seemed they would be easy to work with and they did a good job when we signed up with them. The rep was very friendly and very helpful. I was really pleased with him. So far, they've paid off half of my debts and they got it marked way down. So, I was really pleased with that. However, it doesn't reflect back in my credit report that these bills are being paid. I was thinking about refinancing my house, but it's not showing that these have helped my credit score. It looks like my credit report is showing that one bill, which is with them, is three payments behind. It seems it doesn't work that way with how they're paying it, and it looks like I'm not paying my bills.

My experience with FDR is very good. By assuming payment of my debts I was released from the pressure of paying them monthly. I got rid of scheduled debts to my checking account and phone calls regarding payment. It’s a Great.

Definitely FDR is helping. I’ve already got 4 credit card pd off, the phone calls stopped coming. Have 6 more to go. It’s a little hard at first, but there was no way to pay off all bills by myself. I was sending out so much every 2 weeks and wasn’t getting anywhere. At least now I can breathe a little easier. Thank you F D R.

Still have a ways to go but everything is going well so far. Looking forward to getting more of accounts settled. Need to talk to a person more often. Will be calling them so we can discuss some of my questions.

I was very relaxed and comfortable with my agent. He gave me all the information I needed before I asked. Very patient with me as a Senior and I appreciate him being patient. Relieved a lot of stress for us. So easy to work with. They are a great company to have on your side when you are struggling and want to pay but can't keep up. I at least feel like we are trying to pay something and not just blowing the creditors off.

Agent did not satisfactorily answer my questions regarding my open accounts nor did she give me information about the possible receipt of 2019 1099 C's. As a matter of fact I have asked the latter questions on multiple occasions and never gotten a straight answer.

I just have to said that after 3 1/2 years working with FDR, I am finally debt free starting the new 2020 year. This people are incredible and once you enroll the program, the peace of mind you get is priceless. Thank you FDR, it was not possible to do on my own. I have to say I can’t be more happier than I am right now. Since day 1 these people been nice to me and been helping in the entire process. They already settled with two of my account and I’m super happy for the settlement. I’m glad I chose them to help me out with my debt.

Have loved the service and they have help us pay off debt and keep a reasonable credit score. It even allowed me to buy a new car after a serious wreck that totaled mine. I do wish that they were more familiar with check cashing loans. And handled them first. They did not and this creditor got angry with waiting and started drafting my checking for a thousand dollars. It almost made me homeless. Even after calling they continued to draft. I called Freedom and they said they couldn’t help me.

I was first reluctant to try this. After a long research. I was convinced that Freedom Debt Relief was the best ally I that would help me. I didn't want to file for bankruptcy because I felt I had a obligation to pay back my debt. With Freedom Debt they have negotiated with my creditors almost half what I owed. Banks were charging a ridiculous high interest rates and Freedom Debt negotiated to reduce those interest rates. I totally recommend to give Freedom Debt the chance to work for you.

When I first signed up with FDR I was scared but the staff was professional and friendly, clearly explaining how the program works. They patiently answered all my questions without judgment. They succeeded in settling 3 of my accounts. Their communication with me is not abused and they provide tips to help me stay on budget. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've had a great experience with debt relief, the lawyers have been my problem. They wanted more money, then didn't keep me updated so I missed some of the paperwork. Then got sued because of the lawyers. Then they backed out of representing me after they failed at represrepresenting me. The lawyers that represent this business are crooked.

A question I have, which I haven’t got an answer for, is how to stop the payment from going out every month for Freedom Debt Relief when I have this other thing going on. Nobody has been able to answer that question. I left messages with the lady that was from Freedom Debt Relief since we’ve gotten that loan and they're not returning my calls. I don’t want two payments taken out. But other than that, it’s been great. They did an amazing job during the enrolment. They answered every one of the questions and they were honest. So, that was perfect. The rep I worked with was very good and very knowledgeable. He led me in the direction that I needed to go. They were on top of everything and I feel fantastic where I'm at.

I talked to them a lot and I liked how they do things, and I asked a lot of questions and they were willing to answer. They explained everything really good and I felt like they were on the up-and-up. If I call them, they always tell me what's going on, what's happened or what's fixing to happen. They're very upfront. They tried to negotiate a good price, which I got.

I like the way they operate and the program I'm under. It has helped my life a lot. The service is great and I was fine and comfortable working with the rep.

Updated on 01/21/2022: They have done a excellent job of doing everything they said they would. I had several card bills and have one more to which will be paid off in July 2022. The main thing is make your payments on time each month and they will do the rest. I would highly recommend them to help you get out debt and save you money doing it.

I'm satisfied with Freedom. I had credit card debt and I’ve already been in the program for two years. When I call up and ask a question, they tell me right away what I wanna know. The enrollment process was a little long, but I got through with it and it was worth it.

From the first communications to the present I was accurately told what to expect from the creditors. Stories from other people going through similar expect helped reassure me things were going to get better. I am feeling some of the relief I was told to expect.

The enrollment process was easy and the representatives were very helpful! The automatic withdrawal allows me to know exactly how much I have to pay each month. The client dashboard is easy to navigate. I am happy with the amount of time settlement is taking and very soon I will be debt free!

Overall it is not Bad, very stressful on waiting on the 1st settlement, but felt reliefs when heard that they will start making payments for you. Very good feeling. I appreciate their help, hope to continuous until the graduation day.

It has been a great relief to me and stress off of me due to the circumstances of my reason I was in a divorce and husband had ran credit cards up and left me with them. I had no way to pay on my single income and this has helped me greatly with my survival.

Recently, a settlement was made on one of my accounts. I'm happy to see that happened. I was beginning to get a little dismayed. Updated on 09/17/2020: I was financially struggling and came across an ad... I looked into it and I figured I had nothing to lose. My credit was shot and needed help. It was difficult at first watching nothing happening on my settlements, but as soon as creditors started negotiating and claims being settled. I saw an improvement in my credit score. I took a few months, but I see the light at the end of the tunnel. If you're looking at this program, I would definitely look into it. Be patient though as it does take a few months to see it working. Thank FDR you have helped me relieve a lot of stress in my Life.

I have had a settlement just a few months after signing on to the program - but the settlement is almost as much as the original debt since the process took so long and interest and fees kept accumulating.... I AM less stressed however.

One time reduction of monthly payment. Great Service and understanding. The rep was very courteous and helpful and seemed to understand my situation. She explained the ramifications of the action etc. I have really nothing else to say other than the service was great.

I really like this option to settle debt. I have had an absolutely great experience speaking with customer service any time I’ve called! I would like to see a quicker turn around on resolution. I would like more info on the structured settlement as its being structured. I would like the faster option to use a Consolidation Plus Loan to possibly speed the process up!

Got my first settlement in a month and now on fourth months just got my 2nd and cut down to half. So far everything going great. I sure would refer anyone to Freedom. They keep me updated through email on how we are doing.

Everything went smooth. It's hard to give you a score until I know the final amount of my payment. Everybody did handle their jobs well. A little tough on the callbacks through the holidays though. I also need to know what you're going to charge me.

At the time I signed up I was scared and just needed someone to help me work with some of my creditors. I did not know at the time I was going to pay someone to make my payments for me. I have been paying faithfully but my credit score is so bad and I have so many collections. I can't refinance my house because my credit score is so bad.

I needed information on my first payment for my account and the representative help very much, thank you, Catherine. The representative assure me the payment is made automatically from my check account. Payment will be made automatically on 2nd day and the 15th of the month.

This was the first settlement and it took less time than I was anticipating. I am pleased to start paying off these accounts. I would recommend Freedom Debt Relief to anyone experiencing financial difficulty. I also have a second account that will be negotiated in the next couple of months.

Would advise anyone not to do this program. We were in it for seven months. Not one thing was settled. We got even. Sued their lawyers. Told us to go to court on our own to ask for continuance. Every time we called they had lied on the phone. We have numerous phone calls recorded proving that they lie and we let them know that we were recording. They hung up as soon as they found that out. Plus when we asked for a copy of the recordings they told us that we had to get a subpoena to get our own phone conversations because they know that we can prove they are a lying company. They do not tell you about the late fees or penalties, within seven months they had charged us almost $4000 in additional fees that we had no clue that they were doing. So after seven months nothing was done and now we’ve just added 4000 more on to our debt.

I would recommend Freedom Debt to a friend who needs a new start but feels they need to pay for what they bought. The company has been honest and diligent in trying to resolve my debt making sure I can meet the obligations described in their documents.

I saw a Freedom advertisement online and it all worked out for me to use them over other people because I liked the things I was reading. The people were giving a high rating to it too. The customer service was fantastic. Peggy, the one that signed me up, was very helpful. She walked me through everything. And from then, I went to the client dashboard. I still have a few more months in the program and I feel it's an easy payment to make. Overall, Freedom Debt Relief a good company. I'd go with them in a heartbeat.

I needed some help and started googling on the internet. I talked to National Debt Relief then I called Freedom. I talked to a guy there and I liked his idea on a plan about having to get rid of things and helping me get debt-free better, so I chose him. I liked how they were willing to break it down to where I could understand things instead of saying it in a way that I couldn't understand.

When I read about Freedom Debt Relief, what I read sounded good. So I called and everything was great until now. When they talked to me about it, they didn't give me the right information. If I would've known what I know now, I would've never signed up. I had funds on my account, and all of a sudden, they were going down to a 1,000. I tried calling them, and they said, "We have to charge you a fee for every time we close the account." Nobody ever told me that. We're talking about $5,000 fee.

The first person from Freedom Debt Relief I talked to was very good. He explained everything to me because I was very reluctant. I had never done this before and I was completely embarrassed. I didn’t want anybody to know and whatnot. He reassured me that I'm not the only one and he made me feel confident that they would get me out this. I was a little bit disgruntled at the very beginning when we started negotiating and settling. I had given them all my paperwork but one of them went by the wayside. I wasn’t happy about that and I was a little bit confused. But stuff happens and it was just an oversight.

Most of the reps from Freedom Debt Relief are great and I appreciate the service although sometimes, if I have questions, they misunderstand. They would say that they would ask and then, they would forget to respond. But 90%, I was happy with the answer they gave me and with their help as well as with the quality of service. I pay two times a month and it appears regularly. So, the payment plan is clear.

It is very hard to put your financial needs in the hands of other people or programs. But, So far so good. Elisabeth was very pleasant to talk to. All my questions were nicely answered! Compare to other programs, this program feels right for me. Everything sound very transparent and legit.

The program is taking much longer than I was told. I had five accounts and two are still unresolved which means they are gaining more and more interest that is going to count as my reduced amount. And I also don’t believe there is enough interaction between the FDR program and clients.

This workers in the organization were very helpful. Every time I had a question someone answered it in a timely manner. They work very hard to deal with credit card companies to get a fair settlement of my credit card balances.

They are very helpful. They pay attention to all details and go to bat for you. Plus they are accredited. As I have had them, my monthly total monthly payment has gone down. They also split the cost to a bit monthly, which was helpful to me.

I reported that my Citi account # ** had been sent to Zwicker & Assoc for collection and my American Ex # ** had been sent another collection firm. I asked if I could get in touch with both firms myself and was told I could.

I'm very pleased with the way Freedom is negotiating my debts, our plan is to be debt free in four years and are already on our way. We have only been with them for a few months but I can already see good results.

The program is helping me rectify an unfortunate situation I found myself in due to extenuating circumstances. The program has been easy to follow. I do wish I had known in the beginning that an agreement is negotiated as time goes on and not with all creditors at once. It left some creditors suing me for their money. I thought freedom contacted them all when I signed up to inform them I would be paying. I also was given the impression that in two years the debt would be gone and it has been over 3 years. I’m glad I have had freedoms help in resolving this debt.

I was convince to start the program with a promise we would settle for an average or 35% and finish in two years. We settled for over 50%, no one explained the 15% fee, and payouts are scheduled for 4 years. I just want to finish and get out of this program.

Overall good experience so far, with the exception of the person who signed me up. He became very rude and short with me when he assumed that I wasn't interested because I was thinking of my opinions. He stated... "I will just go ahead and cancel your request since your not interested." I actually just asked a question about the process. That was very rude to me.

I want to thank FDR for taking over the bad choices I made in getting bills that I shouldn't have made. They got interest taken off and lowered the amount I owed on each debt. They have taken off three of them within a year. I have two left and I will be debt free except my car. I recommend FDR if you are over your head in debt. Thank you again, FDR. Very poor communication and misleading information. I have never experienced such chaos in any company. I have had to settle some debts personally outside the program and some of the lump Payments are misleading and I would not have selected had I realized it was additional deposits to be made. If I could afford all that I would never have paid for this program.

When I was going through a really difficult time and needed somebody that could handle everything right from where I was without making me go too crazy with trying to gather a lot of information, Freedom Debt Relief was able to help me get what was needed. Anyone considering going through a debt relief should be ready for a lot of phone calls during the first few months, once things start going down the road a little. Even when you tell the creditors that you’re dealing with a debt relief company, they still keep calling for a while until they realize that is how it has to be. The payment plan I was given is functional. I’d like to do more, but at least I can live with it and it's within the budget. They have has settled a couple of my accounts, however, it seems like it takes time and I should be patient.

I checked into two debt relief companies, and I liked what the gentleman on the phone said. The guy who got me started on the program told me that I could get out of debt within five years, and we went over everything. At that time, I had six questions and he answered all of them. Freedom gave me the amount and it worked for me. Right now though, the amount they take out every month, 600 and some dollars, makes things tight. My husband passed away almost 10 months ago, so I only have one income. Still, they settled on several of the accounts.

They were very informative and very friendly. They told me what was gonna be going on and how it would be handled and how the process worked. They didn’t leave anything unturned, and that gave me a pretty good idea how it was going to work. They’ve been very good about answering any questions that I have. They’ve done a real good job about getting everything set up. It’s been a good experience. I’ve got about all of them being paid off right now, but I still have two to go. They’ve done a real good job in the two years that I’ve been with them. I’m paying out less money to them than I was to the creditors. I will be glad to finish with the process so that money will be mine again, but I had to do something, so I’m fine.

Freedom Debt Relief's service has been slow. There are still people that have not been contacted, and I still have numerous requests, keeping these letters and they're not moving forward. It's been almost three years now and there has only been three accounts out of 10 settled. They assured me it's being take care of. They told me they have to make the offer, then wait for agreement, and they go from there. I've had some health issues, so I haven't pursued it lately. They should move a bit faster. I'm paying $300 a month and it has only been three accounts settled. There should be more. They're only paying $50 a month in one of my accounts. I could almost pay off all these debts with the money that I've been giving to them.

Everything fell apart for me when I got sick, so I needed help. Freedom Debt Relief was the first name that came up, and I found them to be excellent. Their process was great and easy. When I needed someone, they were there. They send me messages if they wanna know if it’s okay to go ahead and pay something, and I just reply and say yes. I had $32,000 worth of debt and they are getting it down. So far, a couple of them has been paid off. Working with Freedom has made things a lot easier for me because my phone is not ringing anymore. And if I ever get one, I'd tell them to contact Freedom.

I am always being updated on my progress and have always had access to a representative if the need arises. My progress is always available also on my client dashboard. When I have had the need to speak to a representative it has always been very helpful.

The last customer service representative was so helpful. I feel she went way beyond in helping me with my questions. I couldn’t be more thankful. She assisted in labeling all of my documents I had sent through the dashboard. I’ve been with the program close to a year, apparently no one had taken the time to do this. I was on the phone with her for 30 minutes until she labeled all the statements. Very thankful and grateful. Excellent employee.

They helped me to negotiate my debts with the creditors. I am so happy and I do trust and recommend them. Your credit score will be impacted but you will take care of it later with no debt. I am happy.

Updated on 07/01/2021: Very professional and kept me up to date monthly. If I was contacted by a company, FDR took care of it. Would highly recommend them and I have to a few friends. Most of the companies settled within a few months, there was one that only settled this week from March of 2020

I pay to have your league department help me with anything that comes up, I did need them and I felt that they were no help at all, they did not even try to negotiate anything for me, all they did was make my month payment go up significantly. After I'm done with you folks in 2 years I would never recommend wasting money on your league department as I could have done better on my own.

I was excited to begin this program because of our credit card debt. It was explained that our credit would go down 'a bit' and would start to come back up as the cards were paid off. Our credit has bombed out and we would probably have done better filing bankruptcy. Representatives are very nice when I have had to call.

The representative was very courteous and sympathetic to my problem. I needed to extend my due date by a week and she handled the situation professionally and resolved the issue for me. It definitely was a huge relief to me!

I had Credit Karma for years, and I was going through a separation. I got overwhelmed. Credit Karma sends stuff to your credit, and I always have great credit. Then my credit was going down and I was paying and paying. All of a sudden, I saw this thing about Freedom Debt Relief pop up on Credit Karma at the bottom of my report. I dialed them, and by the time I put the phone down, someone called me back. They told me how much money I could save to get my life back on track, and they have. They took me from barely anything. Now I have a 689 credit score, and my bills are being paid. I'm saving money and I have money in the bank.

I needed to get rid of a lot of debt, so I signed up with Freedom Debt Relief. Signing up with them was easy and convenient because they made all the arrangements. I spoke to them and sent them all the credit card accounts that were delinquent. And then, they set up a payment plan. You just have to figure out what you can pay each pay period, and then they automatically take the money out of my bank account every paycheck, every other week. And when they are able to set up an agreement, they’ll just start paying off that debt until it’s paid off. Sometimes, things come up and it might have a bit of an issue, and they can be flexible if you need to change something. The only thing that is a problem, if they have an agreement in place, you have to have those funds available. Other than that, they're good and they’re easy to work with.

I thought Freedom Debt Relief was gonna cover the payment, then I was gonna pay them later as usual. But it's a different system, and I have to deal with it. I like their customer service though. They knew what they were doing, so I accepted their condition. I like their payment plan, too. I'm satisfied with Freedom Debt Relief.
