This workers in the organization were very helpful. Every time I had a question someone answered it in a timely manner. They work very hard to deal with credit card companies to get a fair settlement of my credit card balances.

They are very helpful. They pay attention to all details and go to bat for you. Plus they are accredited. As I have had them, my monthly total monthly payment has gone down. They also split the cost to a bit monthly, which was helpful to me.

I reported that my Citi account # ** had been sent to Zwicker & Assoc for collection and my American Ex # ** had been sent another collection firm. I asked if I could get in touch with both firms myself and was told I could.

The program is helping me rectify an unfortunate situation I found myself in due to extenuating circumstances. The program has been easy to follow. I do wish I had known in the beginning that an agreement is negotiated as time goes on and not with all creditors at once. It left some creditors suing me for their money. I thought freedom contacted them all when I signed up to inform them I would be paying. I also was given the impression that in two years the debt would be gone and it has been over 3 years. I’m glad I have had freedoms help in resolving this debt.

I was convince to start the program with a promise we would settle for an average or 35% and finish in two years. We settled for over 50%, no one explained the 15% fee, and payouts are scheduled for 4 years. I just want to finish and get out of this program.

Overall good experience so far, with the exception of the person who signed me up. He became very rude and short with me when he assumed that I wasn't interested because I was thinking of my opinions. He stated... "I will just go ahead and cancel your request since your not interested." I actually just asked a question about the process. That was very rude to me.

I want to thank FDR for taking over the bad choices I made in getting bills that I shouldn't have made. They got interest taken off and lowered the amount I owed on each debt. They have taken off three of them within a year. I have two left and I will be debt free except my car. I recommend FDR if you are over your head in debt. Thank you again, FDR. They also have lawyers to back you up.

Very poor communication and misleading information. I have never experienced such chaos in any company. I have had to settle some debts personally outside the program and some of the lump Payments are misleading and I would not have selected had I realized it was additional deposits to be made. If I could afford all that I would never have paid for this program.

When I was going through a really difficult time and needed somebody that could handle everything right from where I was without making me go too crazy with trying to gather a lot of information, Freedom Debt Relief was able to help me get what was needed. Anyone considering going through a debt relief should be ready for a lot of phone calls during the first few months, once things start going down the road a little. Even when you tell the creditors that you’re dealing with a debt relief company, they still keep calling for a while until they realize that is how it has to be. The payment plan I was given is functional. I’d like to do more, but at least I can live with it and it's within the budget. They have has settled a couple of my accounts, however, it seems like it takes time and I should be patient.
I wish they would communicate a bit more as things were going on. I was given some information and then I was given other information. One of the people wasn’t giving me exactly what was correct, which was frustrating. I go online to check my accounts, but although they give you some information on the dashboard, that changes and it’s not always completely accurate. Now they’re telling me that the next settlement is gonna be in 2021. The communication should be a bit better about exactly what they’re working on and what they’re planning.

They were very informative and very friendly. They told me what was gonna be going on and how it would be handled and how the process worked. They didn’t leave anything unturned, and that gave me a pretty good idea how it was going to work. They’ve been very good about answering any questions that I have. They’ve done a real good job about getting everything set up. It’s been a good experience. I’ve got about all of them being paid off right now, but I still have two to go. They’ve done a real good job in the two years that I’ve been with them. I’m paying out less money to them than I was to the creditors. I will be glad to finish with the process so that money will be mine again, but I had to do something, so I’m fine.

I checked into two debt relief companies, and I liked what the gentleman on the phone said. The guy who got me started on the program told me that I could get out of debt within five years, and we went over everything. At that time, I had six questions and he answered all of them. Freedom gave me the amount and it worked for me. Right now though, the amount they take out every month, 600 and some dollars, makes things tight. My husband passed away almost 10 months ago, so I only have one income. Still, they settled on several of the accounts.

Everything fell apart for me when I got sick, so I needed help. Freedom Debt Relief was the first name that came up, and I found them to be excellent. Their process was great and easy. When I needed someone, they were there. They send me messages if they wanna know if it’s okay to go ahead and pay something, and I just reply and say yes. I had $32,000 worth of debt and they are getting it down. So far, a couple of them has been paid off. Working with Freedom has made things a lot easier for me because my phone is not ringing anymore. And if I ever get one, I'd tell them to contact Freedom.

Freedom Debt Relief's service has been slow. There are still people that have not been contacted, and I still have numerous requests, keeping these letters and they're not moving forward. It's been almost three years now and there has only been three accounts out of 10 settled. They assured me it's being take care of. They told me they have to make the offer, then wait for agreement, and they go from there. I've had some health issues, so I haven't pursued it lately. They should move a bit faster. I'm paying $300 a month and it has only been three accounts settled. There should be more. They're only paying $50 a month in one of my accounts. I could almost pay off all these debts with the money that I've been giving to them.

Helpful when called about the amount of money I could afford to pay per month with a change to my student loan amount. The counselor was helpful and felt he was on my side. They keep me well informed with emails.

Updated on 05/25/2021: Very happy I went with this business. Customer Service is great. They have kept me informed throughout the process. The speed that they have resolved my accounts has taken a big weight off my shoulders. They have worked with me on adjusting due date without any problem. If you want peace of mind, quick results, good communication, great customer service this is the company you want to do business with. Would recommend this company to my family and friends.
Original review: It is hard to be patient when I see my credit rating take a nose dive, however Freedom does a very good job of keeping me informed of the process. Customer service is always there to answer questions. I would recommend this service to anyone as it is a relief to find a solution to a debt problem. I feel better that creditors will receive a settlement in a reasonable amount of time rather than completely being ignored.

The last customer service representative was so helpful. I feel she went way beyond in helping me with my questions. I couldn’t be more thankful. She assisted in labeling all of my documents I had sent through the dashboard. I’ve been with the program close to a year, apparently no one had taken the time to do this. I was on the phone with her for 30 minutes until she labeled all the statements. Very thankful and grateful. Excellent employee.

Updated on 07/01/2021: Very professional and kept me up to date monthly. If I was contacted by a company, FDR took care of it. Would highly recommend them and I have to a few friends. Most of the companies settled within a few months, there was one that only settled this week from March of 2020

They have made an agreement with one (1) creditor, as of today, and I looking forward to agreements with the other creditors. I pay to have your league department help me with anything that comes up, I did need them and I felt that they were no help at all, they did not even try to negotiate anything for me, all they did was make my month payment go up significantly. After I'm done with you folks in 2 years I would never recommend wasting money on your league department as I could have done better on my own.

I was excited to begin this program because of our credit card debt. It was explained that our credit would go down 'a bit' and would start to come back up as the cards were paid off. Our credit has bombed out and we would probably have done better filing bankruptcy. Representatives are very nice when I have had to call.

I had Credit Karma for years, and I was going through a separation. I got overwhelmed. Credit Karma sends stuff to your credit, and I always have great credit. Then my credit was going down and I was paying and paying. All of a sudden, I saw this thing about Freedom Debt Relief pop up on Credit Karma at the bottom of my report. I dialed them, and by the time I put the phone down, someone called me back. They told me how much money I could save to get my life back on track, and they have. They took me from barely anything. Now I have a 689 credit score, and my bills are being paid. I'm saving money and I have money in the bank.
Whenever I have a question or I call, I immediately get someone. I never have to wait. Someone always talks to me, and if that person doesn't know much about something that I'm talking about, they move me on to the next person. One time, they had an attorney get back to me in less than a minute after putting the phone down. They do such an incredible job for me.

I thought Freedom Debt Relief was gonna cover the payment, then I was gonna pay them later as usual. But it's a different system, and I have to deal with it. I like their customer service though. They knew what they were doing, so I accepted their condition. I like their payment plan, too. I'm satisfied with Freedom Debt Relief.

I needed to get rid of a lot of debt, so I signed up with Freedom Debt Relief. Signing up with them was easy and convenient because they made all the arrangements. I spoke to them and sent them all the credit card accounts that were delinquent. And then, they set up a payment plan. You just have to figure out what you can pay each pay period, and then they automatically take the money out of my bank account every paycheck, every other week. And when they are able to set up an agreement, they’ll just start paying off that debt until it’s paid off. Sometimes, things come up and it might have a bit of an issue, and they can be flexible if you need to change something. The only thing that is a problem, if they have an agreement in place, you have to have those funds available. Other than that, they're good and they’re easy to work with.

I was told I could have settlements within 6 months of signing on. I had my first settlement and was happy with the results. The price to settle was great and I am looking forward to resolving all my debt. This is a great program.

My experience with FDR has been good so far. They're helpful and I like the way they answer my questions. They're all nice when I talk to them. There are a couple of accounts that I got letters from so I did call FDR, and for one account, they already knew about it because I took out the legal help too. I had quite a few accounts. I got a letter on another one yesterday, but FDR seems to be taking care of it. I pay 298 a month, and there were a couple of months there that I wasn't working. There was no problem with me lowering that payment that month. With FDR, I don't have all those payments going out every month. I don't have to worry about it. I just got one payment, and FDR negotiates with the creditors to see if they'll take half of what I owe.

I have some bills that needed to be taken care of, and I was falling behind. I was making the payments but it was killing me. I got an email talking about Freedom Debt Relief, so I went to their site, checked it out and I liked what they said. They told me that they could work my payments out and so far, so good. They call me whenever they settle something and to get my approval. I can also go on the internet and in the dashboard, and I can see what else is going on.

Some of my payments were so high, I didn’t know what to do. I found Freedom Debt Relief on Facebook and I called them. The consultant was really nice. He explained everything to me. I've been working with Freedom since September and he already got one of them that was not really in negotiations. They gave me a price and if I couldn’t pay, they said they will work around it to something else and that seemed fair to me, so I went ahead and took it. When I first started working with Freedom, I was a nervous wreck because I was constantly getting calls or letters. They were horrible to me. Chris told me to ignore them, so now I don’t deal with it. I’m still getting a lot of papers from them saying they’re gonna serve me, but Freedom has been really great.

I was a little disappointed because even though they were supposedly helping me, I was still sued by a company. It was a credit card company and they contacted me saying that no one had contacted them. So, I immediately contacted FDR and the same day, I sent them the paperwork saying, “These people are threatening to sue me. We need to get some kind of payment agreement. Talk to them at least, and try to figure out what’s going on.” Even though FDR said they were gonna contact them, they never did. I ended up having to deal with it myself, and I ended up having to contact their attorney and coming to an agreement.
FDR said that they wouldn’t come to an agreement with them. They don’t make an agreement until there are funds available to pay. But I don’t know whether or not there’s another way to go about it. Maybe talk to them and talk to me and find out, maybe I could make another kind of payment. I ended up settling for way less money, but I needed to come up with the cash immediately. It was weird the way it all worked out. It started to happen again with another company, and I was getting all these crazy letters saying they were gonna come and take my firstborn. I quickly contacted Debt Relief, and they sold my debt to someone else. It was a lot easier and they settled for a lot less, and that was done all through the debt people.

I was better off going to my lawyer and went bankruptcy court. This company is a scam. Made me pay over $8000.00 to help me and didn’t do much of anything. I will never recommend this to anybody. Never sent me letters. They never did anything.

Since having enrolled in FDR, I am amazed at the progress. Some of the negotiations have been swift. The professional are respectful and willing to listen to all of my concerns. All negotiations are approved by the client. As a client you are given all details as to the number of months and the amount to be paid monthly. The amount paid is displayed on the dashboard.

I was so distraught when I was in a financial bind (even losing sleep) I looked online for solutions and Freedom Debt Relief was at the top of the list. Updated on 2/15/2022: FDR really tried to help us get everything in order as far as the bills and they did a pretty good job. Now, we are waiting for them to clear the papers. If anyone asks about FDR, I'd say to go with FDR because they do a good job.
Original review: The other company was charging us double for something, and we found it was unnecessary. We went with Freedom Debt Relief and so far, we don’t have any problem. They were very nice in handling everything and they worked out a double payment plan instead of one larger price. The quality of service is great. There's less stress now.

I read a lot of articles about Freedom Debt Relief and then I went with them. Everything is going the way it should from what I see and what I've been monitoring. They said I would be in the program until 2023, but with the way things are moving, I'd be out of there quickly. I have nothing but good rapport with everybody associated so far. They're doing a good job, they're helping me out, and it's working. It is always something I needed to do and it is done pretty much. My credit score is going back up, and I wasn't expecting it to go up as fast as it has been going up. I tell others to try this company.

I was looking around and saw Freedom Debt Relief advertised. I went in Better Business Bureau and found out that they were the top five, so I called them and told them my situation. Dan and his team have been good to me. They've been texting me, telling what is going on. Everything that they've told me, they've done for me. They haven't lied to me or buttered it up, so that is what I like about them. I've called them up, asked them questions, and if they didn't know them, they'd call me back later and give me the answer that I needed. I don't have no problem with them at all whatsoever. I've seen changes in my bills since I started with their program. If you are considering NDR, be honest to them and tell them exactly what you want.

My credit card debt was getting outrageous. It was bad. And I wanted to get it paid down without ruining my credit too terribly much, and going with Freedom Debt Relief is the best way to do it. I got it down to where I would just have to pay one payment. It was a plus for me. Their rep was awesome. She was just as sweet as she could be and I didn't have any problems. If I needed to call her back, I just called her back and she'd get back with me if she didn't automatically answer. She was great. She told me based on what I have as debt that she felt the program would be perfect for me. She went through whoever she's supposed to, and they approved it. And they've already got two of my credits cards on a payment plan. The program is perfect. It's what I needed. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. Excellent experience.

My first settlement was within 3 months of starting the program. The process was very easy and quick. I can’t wait to see my other debts settled. My first settlement was approximately $400 savings, 35%. That includes fees of the settlement. So not bad at all.

I don’t like that the way they play email tags. They say they send you emails that you never receive but you're still paying a $12 monthly fee for their service that you can’t use. 1 star for them. I wish I knew more about a lot of other things but I never really did my reach but lesson learn. But for Freedom helping me get a lot of money cut off my payout amount was huge. For that I give them a 5 star.

Freedom Debt was set to pay off my debt then they had an issue sending out a check to one of my creditors. After almost a year the issue was finally resolved, however, at the expense of me. As I had paid the full amount of the debt then they restructured what I owed and I had to pay more. Not to mention they removed the money from my account and never reimbursed some of the money that they claim was never cashed by the credit card company. Considering the $30 in fees every month, plus the fee you pay when they "settle" a debt you end up paying plenty.
I went in owing 14k, Freedom Debt advised me not to pay on any cards and thanks to late fees and other charges my debt rose to almost 20k and my credit bottomed out. Freedom Debt takes credit of saving me over 21k when in reality after adding up all fees and the fact they settled many of my debts at full cost or 90% of the cost I saved mainly a couple of hundred dollars. It is better just to take a hold and pay off one card at a time and work with your creditors than use a site like Freedom Debt.

A friend of mine was helping me with some of my problems, one of which was a debt problem that I had at the time. He suggested Freedom Debt Relief. I also called a couple of others and one flatly refused to take me because I didn't have enough income. The other one said that it would be so much money. Then I called FDR and they figured out a plan that was a lot less and more manageable for me so I went with them. They work with you and try to help you come up with a plan that you can afford and get it put into your budget. The payment is very easy to handle. I have it automatically withdrawn from my account because I don't want to go into any sort of arrears with the payments.
When I interacted with them at the very beginning, they were very helpful, informational, and understanding. I never felt put upon or guilty for having to do this. They made me feel very good about getting free of the debt, so I was really appreciative of that. Also, the website is very clear and easy to use. I keep up with the amounts on my dashboard so I know what's going on. And when they offer me a settlement, I always approve because it seems to be equitable. I would definitely recommend FDR to anybody.

I was gonna file for bankruptcy when I saw FDR's TV commercial that said I didn't have to file for bankruptcy. I called the number that came and they explained what they have available for me. I had a lot of debts that I couldn’t get myself together with, and they had a program that fit my situation good. I liked the program once I got started and let it take its course. At first, I thought it was gonna be an expensive no-help. I was sending them 428. But after being in the program for about a year, I saw where it benefited me and took care of my bills. They were closing out accounts and that 428 started adjusting. Everything that I needed to be done, they did well.

Well so far I have paid 3,248.00 to my dedicated account, they have settled 3 of my credit card accounts (which 2 of them have a 24 month pay off time frame), totaling 1,382.29 in payments to creditors, the remaining 1,753.71 dollars have all gone to FEES! Now if you add the payments to creditor and the fees together that number is 3136, and I have paid them a total of 3248, which means there is 112 dollars unaccounted for... How is it this company can collect more money in FEES than they are actually paying to my creditors, and have OVER 100 dollars in my account unaccounted for?
My Credit Score is in the gutter, (no buying a house this year), and I could have settled these debts on my own for the same amount that FDR settled them for. Also now that my other accounts are racking up late fees and overage charges the actual amount I owe on them will be more that the balance I started with. Meaning that FDR will settle for a higher price, meaning a bigger settlement fee for them. I entered this program so I could reduce my debt and buy a house for my family, now here I am a year later worse off than when I originally started. THANKS FOR THE FEES AND MISSING MONEY FDR!

Still waiting for the amount to be deducted as per agreement and the negotiations with the creditors. I made the payment and it was rejected by the bank. Because at that point I didn’t have the sufficient amount in the account. And to assure it I changed it to my savings account. I want to make sure you have done it for the best of my interest.

I don't know what's going on but I would like to get a new graduation date by paying more on my account (good thing right). Well the increase calculator is no longer available on my account and customer service rep pretty much told me paying more does nothing. That's insane. I'm getting nervous with the feedback I'm getting. I feel locked in to fees or whatever else they want to do for the next 3 years. Stay away. Save yourself the headache and get from counseling and do it yourself.

I saw Freedom's ad then I called and talked to them. I liked what they had to say. The customer service was pretty good and we've been well satisfied with it. They said the program would take approximately three years. They stay in touch and keep us informed of the process and what's going on. In my mother's situation, going with them was definitely the way to do it. My father passed away and she had a bunch of debt that she couldn't pay. It's working out so that’s kinda where we are.

I was a little upset because the interest rate was so high on the loan that I got. But I had an accident, I broke my hip, I couldn't work, I had no job. I always had excellent credit and I didn't wanna claim bankruptcy. But I figured there had to be a way to figure out the situation. And when I spoke to the man from Freedom Debt Relief, he was extremely helpful. Signing up with Freedom was the best thing that I have ever done for myself. I had a wonderful interaction with the debt consultant. He was absolutely helpful with everything. He explained everything to me.
The program I signed up with was wonderful. Working with Freedom has impacted my life very much because it took a lot of stress off of me. All you have to do is just follow what they tell you and everything just works out. And the best thing is the honesty about it. I got out of disability and I needed help to figure out how to cover my bills. The rep at Freedom Debt Relief helped me and he was really thorough in explaining everything. I told them what I could afford and I’ve increased it a couple of times since then. The customer support has been very good as well. I really thought they work really well with me. When I called Freedom Debt Relief and I spoke to one of the representatives, he asked me about all of my debt, so I told him and he listed them for me. He told me how much I would be paying a month and about how long it would take me to get rid of these debts, and I understood what he was saying. Whenever I need to call them, they answer all of my questions. When I have to have a certain problem solved, they help me to get to where I need to get to, to National Litigation or anywhere else I have to have any dealings with.
I have credit cards and just paying the minimum, I would never get through paying them. I did work on them one at a time, eliminating them as I put in money 'cause I increased my payment that I usually make a month to $145 more this month. I don't get that much in Social Security. In fact, there was one of the bills that they couldn't help me with 'cause it had started so late. So, I have to pay these people also and I only get $764. But that doesn't really put a strain on me 'cause I can eat, I got a roof over my head and I can sleep.
Overall I'm pretty comfortable with Freedom. I have been sued and they've helped me out. That is a big relief. I'm not fighting this by myself and I'm not running from my debt. I'm being paced where I put an extra amount of money each month and it's not as much as it was with all the bills. Sometimes I would have to miss some bills, but with Freedom Debt, I'm not being hounded. I can rest. I have two credit cards and I finally paid one of them.

After just short of two years I'm almost done. All but one of my debts have been resolved. I was offered a loan through Consolidated + and though I still have a payment each month. My credit score is rising and I don't have a dark cloud over my head.

I was satisfied with the service and feeling very confident. I made the right decision. 10 months into the contract I found out that take a third of each bill (profit) so the bill is 1000 they get 335. So I decided manage my bills myself. I just couldn't afford it.

I enrolled and started directing creditors to Freedom immediately. The staff are awesome and made the enrollment process so smooth! I was drowning in debt and I was barely making the minimum payments. I own my own business and we lost a big client, we couldn’t pay anymore. Payments were late and they were calling, screaming at me already, and I just couldn’t do it. I called Freedom Debt Relief's number off of Google and they said, “You need to be so many days past due but your credit’s going to go in the toilet for a little while. Be prepared for that, but eventually, it’ll go back up. Because it would go in the toilet anyway because you wouldn’t make the payments and you would be behind even further.” I agreed to everything and started putting things on slowly. I was hesitant to do some things, but eventually realized it was in my own best interest to add everything that I didn’t need onto it.
Their consultants were really helpful. When I first talked to them, they walked me through the process - what was gonna happen and what I needed to do. I gave them the different accounts and they added them for me, and they said I could add ones later to it, if I needed to. It may or may not change the amount that I needed to put down. They said they would call and talk to the different places right away to settle the debt for lower than what I owe. Within a week or less of signing up, they had already contacted one. It was a bill that I had that was really old, that was on my credit and they settled it for $400 less than what I owed. We started paying on it. And then about a month later, they had another one, and another. Now, they’ve got all my debt in a payment plan and I just make two payments a month, middle and end of the month, which makes it a lot easier for me.
They’ve called, emailed or texted me every time to let me know when they have a potential plan set up and to see if I agree with it. And so far, everything that they’ve done has saved a ton of money and has gotten me out of debt. Also, if there’s an issue or if they saw something on my credit report, like a credit card or something that they can handle, they’d contact me and say, “Hey, just wanna let you know we can take this on. If you wanted to, just contact us or go to the website and just send information in.” They make it so easy.
It was two years ago when I signed up and got everything on there, and so far everything is working out really good with Freedom Debt Relief. I only have three accounts left to pay off. There was one I wanted to add, but it wouldn’t go through to add to it. I'm sure it’s with some collections or it was written off. But I would still like to add it, if I could figure out how, to get it off my credit report. So far, my credit went up to 45 points. And by the end of this year, I’ll be completely paid off.

I have a part-time with Costco for two years and a half, but instead of the extra money helping me, it was very bad from the beginning. Medicare and my rent keep raising me from left to right. So finally, I had a few credit cards, and I keep calling them and telling them, “Please, take away the penalties. Don’t take away the credit. I meet the interest.” And they said they were gonna take care it, but then the next bill was higher and higher. So, I could not do that anymore. I had to leave my job. My friend knew that I was going through a hard time the past year and she keep saying, “Why don’t you try the people? I mean, the people come to your place many times a day, why you don’t try the people?”
I called Freedom Debt Relief, and so far, from the very first call, I was very satisfied. I became a member, and the whole week, I was like floating on air because the weight that this people took off my back was unbelievable. I'm very happy and the people that fell in the same situation like I did, I told them, “Why you don’t give these people a call and see what happens, you know?” I will recommend them to anybody who’s willing to hear me.
With the credit cards, I owe about $18,000 plus and they brought it down to 8,600. And they gave me 31 months to pay, $200, which I gave them permission to take out of my checking account. I've been with them since June, and they already called me, by the end of November, and they told me the good news that they already started with one of the cards and soon they're gonna start with the second one. The guy whom I dealt with at FDR was pretty good. He got me a good deal on my first settlement. But, it's kinda gone downhill from there. They settled a $1,900 debt but took two years to pay it off. I don't know why they didn't just do it in a couple of They stretched another debt on too and I got sued on another. It took a big chunk of money for two years. Now, I got two more debts to settle and there ain't much money left to play with.
Moreover, there has been very little communication. The first settlement, they called me and asked if I'd settle for that, and I told them yes. The rest of them, I didn't get that call. Instead, they just settled. FDR is doing okay for me but I ain't satisfied because of the length of time that things are taking and what they charge to settle. FDR takes their money right out first after they settle. So, it takes longer to build my account back up to work on another case.

They had my first settlement within 6 months of signing up with..Great at informing the customer what is going on..I highly recommend FDR. I would use them again if I needed to. Your fees have to be paid upfront or will cancel out settlements- not willing to alter schedule. When called, they give glib reasons for what is going on- Also, even though money is paid, it takes 7 days to show up in your dedicated account- the money just floats around until they decide to show it. Not a very good system.

They’ve done a pretty good job, so far. I worked with Anthony and he was very good. But I rarely have any contact with him now. I have more contact with the lawyers from NLLG than I do with Freedom because there were about three times the credit card companies tried to send me summons. But I had to go around and make copies, and send faxes to the companies and to Freedom. It seemed like I was doing all the work that the legal group was supposed to be doing for me. But I never had to appear in court. I do wanna retire in a couple of years. I thought I’d be retired already but then my debt kept me from being retired.
My take-home pay is very little, so I do not have a lot of extra cash in my pocket. I’m glad that I joined Freedom Debt Relief, or else it’d be quite difficult. A lot of credit card companies really upset me. But now, I don't get as many bills and there's not as many letters in the mail anymore from the credit card companies since I've been working with Freedom. I like it. They said I’d probably be done by 2023. Every two weeks, they withdraw $397 out of my account. We’re supposed to get a raise this year. So once I get the raise, I’m gonna increase the $794 to $860 every month.

We had quite a bit of credit card debt due to the fact that I was not able to work. I’m working again now, but we needed help getting everything organized. I read Freedom Debt Relief's reviews online, and knew somebody else who had used them and said they were good. I called them several times, and I worked with who answered the phone and they’ve treated me very well. I gave them all the numbers, they contacted me and told me what they came up with, and I said it was doable. We just followed through and when I was able to, I increased the amount a little bit. So far, my experience has been very good. The program is working through and we’re getting there. It has taken a little of the stress out because I’m no longer getting phone calls all the time.

We looked into a debt relief company and the people there weren't very friendly. They seem rude and insulted my husband and I by saying, "Well, she should have two jobs and you need to go out and get another one," when he was already working two jobs. We went with Freedom Debt Relief and everyone we worked with were very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. My husband did all the signing up but he didn't seem to have any issues with it. When they find a creditor to put on the plan, it seems to go smoothly.
My husband was working with all the bills but he's currently deployed in the Kuwait. I recently taken part of it over and then he does the other part. I would tell him that someone called and this is what they were looking at. He would ask me to forward the emails and I would then he takes care of the rest of it. We’re kinda in a mess right now. But Freedom has been really good about it. They have the information in the computer that he’s in Kuwait and I have a power of attorney so it has not been an issue at all.
The only thing I found kinda confusing was them saying that it's gonna be $50 for this long and then the final payment is gonna be this. I was kinda confused being it was the first time I picked a call like that, was them saying $50 is gonna be added to your current payment. I was like, "$50?" 'Cause I didn't know how the whole thing was set up, which is my bad. But the way it was gonna be set up could have been a little more clearer. I just asked my husband and he called me later. But at that time, I was doing the budget and I was like, "Well, wait a minute, $50. Is that every month?" I was just a little bit confused on how she worded. I had to really go back on my mind and think of the conversation. "Okay, yeah, it's gonna be every month. But how many months did you say again?" And like I said, it's so quickly and it's a little bit unclear.

Whenever I call whoever is available and even if I talk to them via email, they answer me right away. It’s really good. The payment plan is pretty easy. I read some comments about Freedom Debt Relief that other people had left that had experience with them, and it seemed like they were a pretty good company to go with. I've had nothing but good things with them as well. Everything was really good. They guided me through everything and what was gonna happen. And whatever they told me, that’s exactly what happened. I've been in the program for three years and everything's really smooth. I figured out what the debt was, and what we did was figure out a timeline and how much I could afford to pay. They worked with me on what I could afford at that time. I just got everything taken care of last Friday. We got all our debts resolved and everybody’s paid off, and they got everything done. What they said they were gonna do, they did on what they felt they could get the debt down to. So, it saved me a lot of money.

When I contacted other companies, they had no response or they couldn't help me, but when I called FDR. they called me back and told me that they could help me. As soon as I talked to the rep, I felt some relief. They explained to me that it was gonna be a process and to be patient and that they'll do the best they can. I felt comfortable with them.
I was impressed that they kept contacting me on my email. They told me that I was on the website, that I was at such a place, that everything was going fine, that they were receiving my deposit every month, and that they were working to negotiate. They kept me up to date on everything they were doing, which made me feel more comfortable to have patience with them. They also sent me the information I needed to know about the IRS at the end of the year. They told me to notify my tax consultant if I receive a form. They really did what they said they were gonna do and everything was taken care of. My experience was very smooth. I would recommend FDR to others going through the same thing.

I am happy to say Freedom Debt Relief has helped me a lot. I had 6 credit card debts that were eating up my social security monthly payments leaving me very little to live on. I had an additional income that dried up and became stretched to the limit. Well, one is gone, one is in progress and another is starting to clear this month. We have to realize this service is not free and some fees seem large. The only thing a have a problem with is that I can’t really understand the fees. They look strange. But it’s working. So far so good.

I’m supposed to be with them for four years and when they made a resolution to another debt that I had, that put me with them for two more years. They need to double up on the payments because after four years, I’m done. I’m not gonna be with Debt Relief for six years. We need to come to some agreement about the amount of the payment even though I know they were able to get through quite a few of my debts with payments. The payments are just too small. I don’t wanna be with Freedom Debt Relief for another two years. I can’t do that. I’m almost 70 years old. I can call JCPenney myself and ask them if they would take a settlement, and I can pay them like that instead of me paying Debt Relief to do it.
They’re getting enough money from me every month that I need to know what they’re spending my money on. When they make an agreement with one of my bills, they have to pay a certain amount of money for them to make that agreement. None of this was explained to me when I got with Freedom Debt Relief. I appreciate what they’ve done, but I can never use everything that I had, like my credit cards. Right now, I’m making settlements with them to pay them off. I had Capital One for almost 14 years, and now I can’t get another charge card from Capital One because I went with Freedom Debt Relief to pay my bills off. Now if I want a credit card, I have to put in for one.

Freedom Debt Relief was being endorsed by the Shark Tank people. So, I checked out their reviews. I think it was from what I remember was the highest. They had the best reviews. And why? Turns out that I was trying to refinance my house, and apparently, I got scammed. So, then they were taking out what I thought was my monthly house mortgage payment, and it was a phony company out of Vegas. And so, when I realized that had happened was because I got served with a foreclosure notice. So, then I had to gather up all that money or the only way prove to them that I can save my house is by maybe going to either file for bankruptcy or going to debt collection. Or no, the program that this is, that is to consolidate my debt. So, I did it in order to show them that I'd be able to save my house or keep my house because I had consolidated my debt.
Signing up with Freedom was very easy and everything was over the phone. I actually went for the court and I felt very comfortable after I read all the reviews 'cause I was very upset that I fell for that scam, but they were very understanding. They were extremely nice. The only thing, again, because I know the court process when one of the debt collection companies decided to not accept their offer, and so then they filed a civil lawsuit at the court. And so, then I actually paid for that extra -- it was an extra fee for their attorneys. And the attorneys, they didn't follow up well 'cause they ended up garnishing my wages. But because it was the attorneys that didn't follow through because I had accepted the offer and everything as I was supposed to, but then they're like, "Oh, well." I don't remember what it was. But it was like, "Oh, well. You didn't give us the money." I said, "The money has been sent, being deposited and withdrawn automatically." But it wasn't Freedom Debt. It was the attorneys that represent them or that they hire. Freedom also worked for the people I recommended them to like it did with me.

I heard about Freedom Debt Relief on Facebook. I decided to pick them because of the good recommendations from other people along with their good standing on Facebook. That was cool and I wanted to take that opportunity to fix our credits. I had good interaction with their rep. They all got personal up there. When I make a call, I get good attention from the people. They had professional service and everything. I feel good working with Freedom's people. I do not think nor worry about it. I'm also comfortable with my payment plan. The only thing is maybe they could send me some statement by my email monthly. I don’t have any statement about my payments and all those things. Otherwise, everything is fine. I'm very satisfied.

When I looked up Freedom Debt Relief on Google, they were on the top of the search bar, so I figured they were good. Their service was 110% excellent. Their rep was honest, straightforward and told me how things are supposed to work out. I was satisfied with the debt consultant. They inform a lot, but there was so much information on the first day that I just got lost. Deborah, the first lady I talked to, was very patient with me though. I was trying to write stuff down as she was talking and she told me to call her anytime I had a problem. Every time some creditor calls, I call FDR up and give them the number of the creditor. They say that they'd take care of it, but I'm still getting calls from Regions.
One time, I called customer service and asked them to send me a copy of the contract. They said they've sent one out, but I never got anything. That was in the third week of last month. I'd like to have a copy because I'm indigent because of all my debt. I'm trying to get help with my electric and when I had to go to the hospital, I had to declare indigent. However, I never got the contract to show that I am paying. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the experience. Working with FDR has taken a lot of pressure off me.

Everybody at Freedom Debt Relief is doing a great job. We have a problem right now though. People from John Deere called me yesterday. I said, “I don’t talk to you. Call Freedom Debt Relief. They're supposed to be handling it.” But they said Freedom was not handling it. But I'll see what happens. Everybody down there at Freedom Debt is beautiful. I love them. I’ve upped my thing with them and I'm trying to get my graduation date quicker. And if I get another job, I might be able to put some more money into it and move it even faster as soon as I get money available. They're very professional. They wanna help people that they're working with. And I like the part where they're trying to help the military. I did 22 years. I’m retired and I needed that help and they helped me. I tried to put other people to them also to help out and help their families. They're great. I enjoyed it.

There was no pressure and registering was easy and didn’t take too much of our time. They also sent out a packet with all the information needed. Then all we had to do was make sure the money was in our account the night before the removal date and it was removed the next morning. The money we save month is over double what we were paying. We would definitely refer friends and family to the program!

So far things have been great. A little slow with some communication but hasn't caused to much of an issue. Wish it didn't kill the credit score as it has but guess that is my fault for getting into this situation.

I had been on time for payment two years in a row. But monthly basis it was stressful to manage payment. With FDA relief it was peaceful as they manage the entire debt within 48 month program and saved a lot of interest accumulating. Thanks to the program, now for couple months I hadn’t worried which card when you submit payment.

The service from Freedom Debt Relief was excellent and their reps were amazing. They answered every question that I asked and they were on top of things when I needed them. Even with the lawyers and everything, they did an excellent job. They worked with what I could afford and they told me what was the best options, and that was how we went through it. I had a gentleman named Joshua who was helping me get a loan to get it all done. He said that we would get the program done and he didn't give up. Freedom Debt Relief was really well working with me and we got everything resolved. Now I'm stress-free. It's still a lot, but I can breathe. It's doable.

Freedom Debt Relief was the first one to respond back and the debt consultant was really knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and my payment was more or less just one amount. Freedom's service was very good. So far, they've settled a couple of our accounts already and there have been several of them that we've been having payments on, and all the phone calls have stopped. Working with them has made my life a lot easier.

So far, Freedom Debt Relief has totally cleaned off two of my debts. Two are in progress and I've got about three more. They’re negotiating one and then I have two more after that. I wasn’t sure if it was gonna work or not, but I’m totally overwhelmed. I'd tell others to get your debts off your back. I don’t worry about my debts anymore and that’s fine.

I was with Wells Fargo Bank 38 years and they closed my acct. because I sent too many wire transfers. Bank America also refused me sending wire transfers, I was sending to my partner and friend in hospital in Russia. Told it was bank policy!

Am new to FDR. I have had a great experience getting my debts in order. They walk you through the process. They are all very patient. I am excited about being debt free in the future. We are happy with how quickly our first settlement occurred and how much we are saving with the settlement. Though watching your credit go down the tubes is hard, if you find yourself in over your head with credit card and loan debt, this program may be what you need to give yourself a fresh start vs filing bankruptcy.

FDR has been wonderful to me so far. I'm less stressed and I'm very satisfied. I'm still in the program and they're still working for me. My rep, Christina, was wonderful. Robert was very nice. He answered all of my questions. I started in April 2019 and I had a payment plan. Originally, they said the program would be four years and then the graduation date on the dashboard kept switching around a little bit. There was a person who I talked to back and forth on email, and she was very, very helpful because she had a little bit more visibility than what the dashboard website would give you. She didn’t pester me at all. Every once and awhile, I would email her and ask her the status. And we got to laughing because there were twice instances where she said, “Oh, they’re getting really close,” or “I have to take a look,” and in a matter of 24 hours, another one of the credit cards had been settled. It happened twice, back-to-back. I Had five credit cards in the program and the last one was supposed to be settled today. But I have been very busy and I haven't been to online so I don't know the latest status.

When I was in debt with my credit cards and was looking for someone, I came upon them and thought I’d give them a try. I’ve been with them for a couple of years or so and have been making payments every month. And next year is when the program would be completed. The quality of service has been excellent.

A rep from Freedom Debt Relief called and after talking to her, we decided to go with her. I'm pleased with their program. The negotiator was very professional and very willing to answer any questions. We have two debts that are completely settled and one that they've just negotiated. Payments have been set up for that. I still have five left. I'd recommend Freedom if anyone needed their service.

I like how my rep at FDR and I communicate. I'm very comfortable working with that rep. They have a parent company and if I want to go that route, they could help me consolidate my loan. So far, I've been putting money in my account monthly and everything's been going pretty well.

Freedom Debt Relief's people told me that they were gonna help me. I was with them for two years and they helped me get all my debts settled. They communicated through text messages, email, and phone calls. The payment plan was great. But the Discover card was hard to deal with and we had to get a lawyer involved. But after that, it was great.

They have been very professional and their customer service is always available to answer my questions. When I've felt things we're either confusing or creditors were not backing off from my husband and I they stepped in and helped settle our nerves and stopped the calls. I would recommend them to others who need feel buried from their debts.

I am so happy I decided to go with FDR for my financial difficulties. It has really help me. I have less stress. Breath a lot easier.
