FDR has been there in every way for me. The progress depends on me doing my part. I am looking forward to complete debt relief. It takes trust in them to make the best decisions for me. I do trust FDR and highly recommend their business.

Updated on 06/24/2021: I’ve been happy with my experience, just had a scary situation come up with Discover! Had hopes that this company(FDR) would handle it without needing to get me started Charging again. Only to add another year onto my debt! This was a decision I was not expecting! So I guess, I’m a bit disappointed at this point, and wish it was over.

I just enrolled and the customer service so far has been outstanding. I already feel like I have benefited from the program. It has given me back my peace of mind. I'm looking forward to all that was promised.

Good system, just wish there was more information and plan layout to reference later. Otherwise, it has helped so much and made my life easier. Definitely recommend to everyone who wants some assistance with debt.

Since handing over my credit card debt to FDR my life has gotten so much easier. Yes my credit took the expected dip but they have already settled so many of my accounts and my credit is coming back up. Glad I made the choice to get myself debt free.

Just began the program, but so far so good...Harold **.... I hope favorable negotiations with my creditors begins soon.. I am hopeful I can continue to manage my debt with Freedom Debt Relief... Will continue to check in on my dashboard.... HLD.... I am wondering if I can possibly keep one of my credit cards active in case of emergencies... Is this at all possible? Is the amount of debt that I set up with the program at a certain original "static" status? I would like to hear from Colwyn **.... I would like to have options to keep just at least one card available for use.. Also, I fear that Bank of America may just start taking debt payments out of my account without my authorization.... Is this type of thing within the rules? I am really having trouble with filling in the blanks.... My credit limits are relatively high with all of my creditors... Hopefully I will get advice and the Freedom Debt Relief reps will be able to find solutions to resolve how much I owe on everything...

UPDATED 01/17/2023: I’ve been working with Freedom Debt Relief for about two years. I have about two more years left in my program. They’ve been amazing this far. I would definitely recommend this program to a friend if they were in the situation that I was in. every time I needed to move a payment, depending on a paycheck or adding extra money to be withdrawal in, I was able to contact them using their chat service extremely easy.

Everything's going fine with Freedom Debt. The program is saving me thousands in interest and it's giving me a peace of mind. I'm not worried about paying the bills every month. The representatives are great. They're very helpful.

The service is very professional and understanding!!! The experience setting up my account was so comfortable. All of the consultants with whom I have spoken have been courteous and kind. Really impressed by the level of service. I am thankful!

In a short time 4 of my debts have been resolved. Any questions I have had have been answered promptly. I expect to have more debts resolved as I continue with the program. It has been a great relief so far.

I am not at all pleased with their process, which I know is my fault for not understanding correctly. I didn’t know payments were not going to be sent to all my accounts, monthly. It seems Discover Card has a lawsuit against me that I was not aware of until I got a letter from a local attorney wanting to represent me.

Freedom Debt Relief helps me get back on track with my bills. I consolidated four cards and they talked to the creditors that I needed help with to figure out a plan that I could be able to afford to pay it back. Their reps were able to explain everything to me that I could understand on how each situation would be handled of trying to get help with getting payments. Freedom is working with the creditors and the amount that was owed was lower than what I actually owed. They worked well with trying to get a good offer for me to be able to handle.

Everything was thoroughly explained in the beginning and the stages of working with Freedom Debt have unfolded in a way that has reduced my anxiety and concern over the debt I have carried for a number of years. Slow!!!! Your initial plan for me was a lot quicker. Now we keep extending with each new account.. Just no good at all!!! Misleading!! I'm not happy with this program. Your time frame is just giving you more money as time goes on and taking more from me..I could do this on my own for less..lesson learned.

Freedom Debt Relief seemed to offer exactly what I needed. The customer service people were very attentive. Every question that I needed answered, they were able to answer and very professional. For people considering Freedom, they should be prepared to make payments and just expect settlement.

I've done mostly everything through the website and it was all simple to me. If I needed to look at something or ask a question, it was right there. It was my responsibility to go forward and when I did, it was always available. Any time I called, they were super nice and answered all my questions. From my experience, everything's been handled well.

My overall experience with Freedom Debt Relief has been partially satisfactory. I am extremely upset and dissatisfied with how much I have been charged to settle the accounts. I think I was charged too much. The amount I agreed to pay from the very beginning is the amount that I have been paying up until the last two accounts, which both now have been settled. I reduced the amount that I'm sending each month to cover those only, but no decrease or negotiation have been discussed about the payment.

The representatives from Freedom Debt Relief have been friendly and professional in their handling of my account. I recommend them 100%. They have cared for my account as if it were their own. They have made a difficult time much more promising.

I'm satisfied so far, I'm just getting started with the program. The worst thing is the annoying phone calls from the people that you owe. I am not used to this as I have always been able to pay my bills and pay on time. I only needed a program to help me get a credit card balance paid off earlier and see the balance go down in a timely manner. I do wish that you all had a program for that type situation instead of going through not making payments and screwing up your credit score that you worked so hard to build up. I am over half way there and I am very pleased with what has happened so far. I received a summons to court from one of the cards and Freedom acted quickly on my behalf so I didn't have to go to court.

FDR seems to be doing a great job. Everything they have done I've been very pleased with, & I learn a little more each month. I'm still worried about future accounts not being addressed, however, if they do as great as they have so far, no worries.

Responses are very slow with this company, can’t help but feel a lawsuit could have been avoided had you people been on top of things when I sent you the notices from the attorney...But I’m the one out the court charges not you people so it’s all good

I wanted to get rid of my credit cards and so I did consolidation. It's taken about three, four years now and I'm about there. June is my last payment. The representatives have been really good. Overall, I'm very happy with Freedom Debt Relief.

I was going through a divorce and when I got something in my email about Freedom Debt Relief, I looked into it. At first, I wasn't going to do it. When I talked to Erica, I decided to go with it. That was four years ago and so far, it's been okay. If I got a letter from one of my creditors, I would just let them know. They’d always take care of it. It's a good program to get your debt in order and get out of debt. It's certainly helped me. I don't have to worry about paying this and that every month. It's all lumped together in one sum, so I just pay it and know that everybody is getting a little something. Being that that is done for me, that makes it a lot easier.

It's been a few years and Freedom Debt Relief is doing very well. Today I got a text saying that they got another debt where they could pay it off that I had to okay it. They communicate and I like that a lot. I have recommended the program too. I put my mom as a co-client under mine this past six months or so because she didn't have enough debt to enroll herself in the program.

Everything's been fantastic with Freedom Debt Relief. On the initial first call, they walked me through everything. I had a big issue with one of the major bigger credit cards I had and they settled it. I'm making my payments and they stay in contact with me on a daily basis. I'm seeing my credit score increasing. I'm looking to purchase a new home in two years, and I believe, at that point, I'll be able to. Great service, the outcome has been great, and I'll be out of debt soon. I would recommend them to everyone.

Not Satisfied with the progress so far, No improvement in my credit score. It's been more than three years. Also I do not understand why taking FDR fees upfront which is not very small. The money I paid against what is paid to the creditors is way low.

Tony is great to work with. I just started so we will see. The first money just came out so I just hope that the creditors don't start calling me that always makes me nervous. I have been through this before and it went good was a lot more money too.

I have been with the company for about a year. They did not negotiate the accounts fast enough. I still have 4 accounts they have not started on. Many debts doubled in that year so the price they negotiated is roughly about what I owed when they I added their fee and the additional year of waiting out the negotiations. Really many other debt restructuring companies do this negotiation much faster to get you on to a debt free life. In hindsight I wish I had shopped around. Do yourself a better deal find a company that can negotiate all your debts in under 6 months. I’m going on a year and still don’t see a full resolve.

I have been so pleased with the success of Freedom Debt. I never thought they would accomplish the amount they have in such a relatively short time. It's such a relief to not have letters and calls all the time. I haven't been able to work in the past year because of the COVID virus and a new heart condition but I'm hoping to find a job I can do.

I was very happy with the program of Freedom Debt Relief. Everything was settled and they moved me into a consolidation plus loan. I'm just working on a $3,000 loan. I'm still making my monthly payments, but I'll be done before the year's out. They were great. Everybody was very helpful and understanding. Never felt like I was being judged at all for being in that position.

I have had no conversations at all with any creditors. I have not been answering my phone for quite some time but as far as I’m concerned everything is working. :-) Do you guys are doing and you’re getting to my emails before I do sometimes but I think you’re doing great and I had a few of them that I had and I can’t find those so I hope that’s not too important. Freedom Debt Relief is great with lowering the debt amount owed to a more manageable amount. However, it is frustrating that FDR is so strict on paying the structured amounts and not paying off full totals when the money is available. I have mentioned this multiple times, but am often told that it is necessary to obtain new settlements. It feels like no one listens to my concerns about this, especially as I am attempting to buy a new home for my family. Overall, I enjoy the program, but this is my biggest complaint.

All customer service agents have been very helpful every time I have called them, I am very pleased on how fast they have been resolving and coming to settlement with my different creditors making very good deals. I am also very pleased with the simplicity of navigating through my online account!

Freedom Debt Relief is working for me. I'm getting some results. The only thing I don't like is that I didn't know the percentage that Freedom Debt Relief charges for each account. That was a shock to me but I'm going with it. It should have been said to me from the beginning, but it wasn’t. I found myself paying quite a bit of money before I started paying the debt. I had to pay Freedom first, and then the debt. They didn't say that. I just want to finish the length of time they gave me. I want to finish.

The program of Freedom Debt Relief was very good. Their customer service was also perfect. They were very nice people. Everything's very good for me.

Taking too long. My payments and interest rates are too much. My credit score dropped way more than I was told it would. 1099s are devastating my taxes. Other than that it's wonderful. I feel like you dropped my credit just to hike the interest rates. I wanted a loan to pay it off to start with, but you said no! After building up my debt by non payments and penalties, then you offer a loan with loan shark rates! I am very trapped and cannot recommend you to others at this time.

Freedom Debt Releif has given me outstanding service and hope for a second chance on actually having a debt free life, my own home eventually and instant relief from creditors harassing calls. I felt like I had no hope or future until I found Freedom Debt Relief.

I had earlier indicated that I am likely to be a defendant in a lawsuit filed against a past client who has defaulted on a loan - I signed as a guarantor on that loan. This might result in a forced BK on my part - I will be unable to sustain the financial damage purported by this claim. I asked for a deferment on the existing BofA settlement offer so that I can sort out the potential judgment issue. Your professional rep explained that deferment wasn't possible so we decided to reject this settlement.

They've been very helpful any time I called and had questions and needed to make some arrangement. They were willing to work with me. Yesterday, I was on the phone with them and they got me what I needed. I'm in the process of trying to buy a new house and they told me that they could send me a good standing letter. And they sent it to me. However, one time I had a phone conversation with one representative. She was less than pleasant and less than helpful. I contacted a supervisor and complained about her. That's never happened again.

The process is proceeding as several accounts have been resolved. Initial timeline projections were off as the reconciliation can only proceed as fast as funds accumulate in the account. In retrospect this should have been known and clearly communicated during the initial introduction.

As a retiree I needed a little help managing my debt and turned to FDR for assistance. The first call to them made me feel like I could get my debt under control and ultimately paid off. Their customer service is second to none. As a former CSR trainer, I was impressed by their listening skills and empathetic response to my dilemma.

Do not use Freedom Debt Relief's services. When they come to a settlement you will be charged ridiculous fees where the settlement didn’t even benefit. Freedom settled one of my balances at full price and ended up having to pay thousands more because they told me to stop paying and they could negotiate a lower price. This was a creditor that they knew only settles at full price and they advised me not to pay them. Do yourself a favor and do not use this service. The only thing I got out of them was a bad credit score and more expenses on top of debt. Hope I help someone with this review.

So far I guess I'm happy. Mike was very helpful and explained everything very well. Although I'm just starting the program so at this time it's too soon for me to make an accurate review. It is a hard process to have to go through considering I've never been in this type of situation, so I'm really hoping I've made the right decision.

The reps at FDR have all been great when I call. First, I got the lawyer’s papers and I sent that to them. They have done all good on the negotiations except Walmart, which wasn't very cooperative. I got a summons for a credit card and I knew Walmart had put in the lawyer’s hand of it. Then I called FDR yesterday and was thinking about doing a one-time payment and paying everything off. I'd be able to still put the extra money in there although it would be a little hard. But I'm gonna be able to continue doing it.

I had a lot of bills and I worked with Freedom Debt Relief. The customer service representatives did good on my payment plan. I'm almost complete with the system now. They've been able to resolve most of the debt.

I have loved my experience with FDR! I was very nervous and overwhelmed about my debt, but FDR made it so simple. Anytime I had a question, they were quick to help. Anytime I needed paperwork or anything it was sent to me very fast. Everyone I have worked with has been very nice and helpful.

I was thankful that gal was able to assist me with denying the settlement and allowing me time to investigate the charge and find out who the originator of the debt is. There was no information as to who the was from. Added later so I'm wondering if it's from the attorney because I paid him $100 a month for 10 years so this debt needs to drop off completely.

They met all my expectations regarding their program and commitments for debt settlements. They have been very effective in communicating the program status and debt settlements. The only negative experience I had was with a couple of suits I had. I was represented by NLLG (National Litigation Law Group) which did nothing regarding settlement resolution. I finally settled at 100% to prevent additional court costs from accruing!! I pay a monthly fee for NLLG representation which accomplishing nothing regarding my debt reduction with these suits.

We are working the plan and they are paying off our debt so fast! We love when we get our text messages when another debt has been settled. The staff has been so supportive and encouraging throughout this entire process.

Every time I have to communicate with Freedom, it's a different person, and sometimes, I have to explain all over again what I really want. They were doing good and everything was working fine till we got this communication with American Express. They told me from the beginning that American Express was going to be the worst. I remember I paid a fee at the beginning of the program because of that account. Two years later, they forgot about the agreement and they sent me to a law group. The law group communicated with me and I tried to be more specific that I could be to work with them.

I wasn't happy with how the company I was with was handling my situation so I tried Freedom Debt Relief. This has worked very well for me. I love what they did for me and I'm happy with what they are doing for me. I like the way they quickly settle my debts. It's in a timely manner. I already had three debts settled and I'm in the process of doing three more. I would tell friends and family to go with them based on my experience. They take care of you.

When you sign up they make it sound great. They did help us but the trip was rough. They DO NOT TELL you everything you need to know about the program like what it's going to really cost you. What they take when they settle a claim. You send extra money to help settle a claim. Had to call 4 times to find out where it went. Wouldn't recommend FDR to anyone

This was my second time using Freedom Debt Relief. I had three credit cards. The last one, because I couldn't afford the amount that they set was 350, I brought it down to 250. They never informed me that come time for the third credit card, I would not have enough money to negotiate it, which was the highest. I asked them to do the highest first and they said no. I went along with them because I figured they were going to guide me, as I had good experience the first time. Long story short, I got sued.

Freedom's people have been good and they've kept me informed of what was going on. If I have any questions, I give them a call and they find out what the answer is and let me know.
