We felt comfortable with Freedom Debt Relief and the reps were very helpful and understanding. If I had an issue or a question, they explained it in great detail plus they were easy to work with. I was impressed with the rep’s support and professionalism. We went back and forth on the payment plan whether they could do it or not based on our debt ratio or on our total debt but we came up with an agreement.

I have been using Freedom's service for over a year now and it has worked out well for me so far. Their timing was good. They happened to hit me with some information at the time that I was looking for kind of a way out. I talked to the people, and then I found out what I had to do, what they were doing and how they did it. And I think I made a good decision. I spend a lot of money each month but I have seen a good bit of progress already. They have taken care of numerous accounts. They start with the small ones and work their way up, and they have been getting very good discounts. They cut my debts in half or down as far as they can. They call me when they get a settlement so I can respond to it and wipe it out. You should really listen to what they say and understand that you have to make decisions pretty quickly when the time comes, but it's always in your favor.

They have been helpful through all the steps so far. From the initial phone meeting to securing the resolutions, communicating with you as steps are taken to get to the final resolution. Thank you very much for all your help.

It’s early in the process, however everything looks good so far. Just received successful negotiation status on first account. 11 more to go. The only thing I don’t like is good credit rating goes bad and don’t know when it will ever be good again.

All that was told has been done on my behalf and I feel very comfortable with Freedom Debt at the helm. Each time I get a call from a creditor I only give the phone number and refer them directly to Freedom and I never have issues with that creditor again. Again, I feel very relieved when the phone calls come and I have an adversary handling my affairs.

I’m not sure that I can honestly do the amount of $975 every month. Yes I did eliminate the Discover account from the dashboard and was to pay $475 a month But was told that it went back to the $975 this month but I d I don’t know or remember that was to happen. I have til October to pay off my Discover for $391 a month but that now set me back on my other payments a month. I called about but honestly didn’t know that it was to go back to the $975! I wish I had understood this at the time on when this was to happen. I feel I’m living month to month and it’s not easy! I also wish I had a call from you when this started up again! Anna **.

I’m a widow and I’m on a fixed income and I got too much debt for my income. At first, I wasn’t too sure about doing Freedom Debt Relief. I had signed up, but then I got to thinking and canceled it. Then I said that I better not cancel it because I couldn't do it on my own. That was when I called back and got reassigned. I got upset because my credit score went way down. But now, one of my four bills is paid off. They also had another settlement, so I have two more. One is in the process and the other one is on hold.

My mother had passed away and I was surprisingly left with quite a bit of debt. And I was trying to work that out when my husband decided he was gonna divorce me. And so, he left me with debt. I was making sufficient money, it was just that it was emotionally so hard that I was missing when I needed to be sending in payments and my bookkeeping got sloppy. And Freedom Debt Relief just pitched right in and helped me. I had to take time to heal and I didn't wanna leave things undone, so they told me they would see to it, that everything got paid. It was a little bit different than what I had anticipated, but I should be pretty close to my graduation date now, so I'm good.

The rep was very professional and polite. She really explained everything to me and how it worked. I was impressed with the program. Everything has been good. I wish I had have asked sooner if there was some kinda way that the debt could just be paid off and I'd pay somebody else, but maybe I needed to be in it for a while before that was suggested to me. But I did do that, and then, I got introduced to Consolidation Plus. So that made it even better.

I enjoyed Freedom Debt Relief's enrollment process because they gave me all the information before I got into the program and sent me a lot of brochures about it. They also gave me the number on a website that I could go in and get all the information that I needed. I could afford the payment plan that I got. And the more I paid, the faster I can graduate. They should keep me informed more though. I was impressed that the bill people never call me. I got most of my bills paid. The last time I looked, some were resolved and I have one in negotiation. I'd tell someone going through the program to hang in there. It’s the only thing that will resolve debt.

I did an online research. I reached out to a couple of different companies and I thought that Freedom Debt had the best solution to my problems, so I went with them. I've been with them for six months now and they've been pretty helpful. They've been very willing to work with me. They've reached out to see how things are going and asked if they have to do anything to help me. They've been pretty friendly too. They've been very open about everything, the process of what would take place. They've done a good job of explaining everything or how it’s supposed to work. It’s nice to know that I don’t have to worry about trying to pay 900 different bills at once. They're taking care of it for me.

It was kinda slow with the rep I was partnered with, but now it has picked up and it’s going perfect. My phone isn't ringing and my credit score has gone up. With adding my last card, it was on there but nobody could find it so I had to go through the lawyers and all that. But it all worked out. Freedom has done everything for me.

I got behind my debts and I could never get caught up. I called a couple of debt consolidation companies and they couldn't help me. With one of them, the payment was too high. My son, who was using Freedom Debt's services, told me about them. They asked me what kind of payment I could work with and I love what they gave. Updated on 04/13/2020: The process is going quicker than I thought. About six months ago I enrolled six accounts and already three of them have been settled. It is a relieving feeling. At FDR, it genuinely feels as though I have professionals on my side, supporting me every step of the way.

Very pleased with the overall experience but I tend to be impatient. Would like for it to go much quicker. If only I could deposit more money for you to work with. Hopefully within a couple of months I can increase the amount. I am being inundated with numerous calls.

A copy of this settlement letter was sent to you, however, I never received a response from you until I verbally called you to verify its acceptance. No email or call ever received by me. Hi. My name is Claudia **. I been a customer for 3 yrs. I had no complaints for the last 3 yrs. till now. I was supposed to be finished with the program back in November 2019. Didn’t happen because one of my last credit cards has not been settled with Wells Fargo. Last week I asked to speak with a manager. They couldn’t get me anyone to help me so all they told me, "A manager will get with you in 24 hours". Is been 2 days and I haven’t heard from anyone!!! At this point I just want to be done with Freedom Debt and get with Wells Fargo myself and do a straight settlement with them..

Thank you to Felicity, she was helpful and gave great service. I was hopeful I would be provided information about adding the last account which will help me out the last piece in the puzzle. Now I can see my the end of this journey to financial security.

It was very good with the Freedom rep and their website is very user-friendly. The payment plan is good. There were a couple of months in the early parts of it where I couldn't meet it and they worked with me. I’m more than halfway through the program and I have another year and a half.

I had a problem with debt for many years and called Freedom Debt Relief to fix all my debts in one payment. The payment is a little high though. I pay 500 for 24 months and have two or three years to pay that amount off of FDR. I'd finish my program in 2022. I started in a new job and am having some problems with the direct deposit. I called FDR again to ask if we could again fix the payment every 15 days, which was around 272. They are a good company and I'd stay with them.

I saw Freedom Debt online and I filled out the online form and got a quick response. I loved the payment plan and their rep was really helpful. Their service has been great. It took a lot of stress off of us.

Updated on 3/19/2021: The last phone call I made was very beneficial. Being at the end of my program I needed to know what the final steps to freedom were. The representative walked me through the process so I knew where I stood at the end of the call!

When I was in the process of considering to use FDR I was told explicitly by the advisor that I would not have to pay taxes on the amount of my debt that was written off. I was even told what form to use to send in to the IRS if I received a 1099. Now when I ask the same question I am getting I have to speak to a CPA and I am not getting the confident answers I was getting before and this makes me feel as if I was lied to in order to sign on with FDR.

It has been a hard month and I had to adjust my monthly deposit and my agent was so sweet and understanding and helpful. This is why I am happy that I chose FDR. She was fast and efficient and just like me, a working mom. I appreciated that she was courteous and really verbalized that it was okay and my Settlements wouldn’t be in jeopardy by doing this because of how well I was doing in the program so far.

Other than being on hold for 15 minutes while you switched agents for some reason I had a great experience and was quite satisfied with the solution to my situation. And I am quite happy with your agents.

I have only just started working with FDR but I am pretty pleased with the level of customer service and their communication. I do not feel as though I am being kept in the dark at any point in the process. I am looking forward to my journey to a better financial standing with FDR's help.

Due to unexpected illnesses and no insurance I became burdened down with debt. Multiple calls a day from debt collectors left me stressed and overwhelmed but now I feel safe and burden free knowing that it's going to get taken care of!

I completed my debt pay off but never received my graduation/completion package. I called once and was told to wait 2-4 weeks. It has been several months now. I would really like to receive it. I worked hard to resolve my debt and was looking forward to it.

I was just looking at Freedom Debt Relief on the internet, and my phone rang, and it was one of their representatives. I thought it was funny. I didn't know if they could see what I was doing. They contacted me when they needed to and I signed the document. It was convenient. I signed it on my email and then they just went forward. I think I've been in it three years. There is about one more year, about one more thing to take care of that they've not touched yet. And my debt collectors didn't call me. Once I sent them the letters, it worked good for me. I was impressed with the burden off my shoulders. It's gonna allow me to retire. My son's neighbor used Freedom Debt Relief too and they were very satisfied with it.

I did a lot of research and I found that Freedom Debt Relief had a good following and an excellent star rating. So I went ahead and took the plunge. I've been in the program for a year and so far, everything has been working out perfectly. I like the customer service. Their knowledge has been the most impressive. The payment plan is very fair as well. I’m very happy when someone says they're gonna do something and they're gonna help you, and they really help you.

It is hard to give a higher rating until I get my 2019 taxes done. If I get a 1099 from a creditor for debt forgiveness and I am not able to get this dollar amount reduced I will be socked with a highly taxable amount. I'm watching the mail every day.

I used to get so many letters from different companies claiming to help me with my debt. I don’t know why I chose to take a chance on FDR but I believe it was an answered prayer. Reduce my monthly payment. The customer service representative was so wonderful! She listened carefully to my situation and helped me resolve my issue. I would highly recommend Freedom to others. Freedom Debt Relief handled things pretty well. They did pretty good in answering questions when I had any. Though it’s a little rough on me now, it was easy to make payments.

I had too many debts and I needed to compile them and get them paid off. The Freedom Debt Relief rep talked me through and told me what would happen. He also said to call him if I ever needed him. It worked out right. The quality of service I received was very good. They've been very good even when I can't make the payment sometimes because of other things come up. And now, I don't have all the people calling me and there is no more aggravation.

Updated on 09/14/2021: Freedom representatives have been effective, polite and professional. Progress has been steady. Objectives have been clear. I have been satisfied with the progress. Perhaps Freedom representatives could be more motivated to add new accounts and explain to customers the advantage of increasing their deposit when feasible.

I saw an advertisement for Freedom Debt Relief and it was okay. Then, I checked Better Business Bureau and other records and they seemed good. I’ve been on their program for two years. They would send me an email and a text that they got something together, and I would approve it and it would continue on.

I've been very pleased with Freedom Debt Relief so far. It's only been a couple of years, but it's got a few more years left to go, and I really wish they'd go a little faster, but it's the best they can do. They made the sign-up process so easy for me. I don’t have a computer and I have email on my phone. I don’t do much with technology, so they always help me over the phone, and they’ve been wonderful. I've recommended them to other people and they're all very happy with them too.

Great service. Got a settlement on one of my cards within a few weeks. Only downside is that I can't get a hold of the person who signed me up even though I was told they would always be there to answer my questions.

When I got my first settlement it was a relief! I was jumping for joy. Brianna help me get through this because I was already planning to back out cause I kept thinking it was a scam. Then she personally called me I felt more comfortable just by talking to her and so I said let’s give it a shot. I made my first deposit in December and I got my 1st settlement in January!!! You just have to keep making your deposits!!!

On 01/14/2020, I inquired via text about my graduation date, just wanted to know when my graduation date would be if I increase my withdrawals from $152 to $200 biweekly because currently my graduation date shows 01/2024 but according to my dashboard it shows if I increased my withdrawals to $200 biweekly then my graduation date would be Nov 2020. My encounter with essence was not pleasant at all. She was not knowledgeable and she had a note of sarcasm.

So far so good! The hit to your credit is a bit tough some days as you watch it plummet. However, the peace of mind that it will be over sooner rather than later is huge! But I was shelling out a lot of money in monthly minimums to the cards I had and I was sinking fast. I set it up to have a fixed amount drawn from each check and put in an account to be drawn from as the cards settled. Over half of them settled in less time than I expected. I have a car I’m paying for and that’s keeping my credit from taking a total dive. It’s all a bit intense but I think there is a light at the end of the tunnel finally.

I was in the Army, I kept wondering if I was gonna make it home alive, so I had many sleepless nights, I did make it home but my credit was in pieces (too much debit) and I thought when I was in Iran, it was a walk in the park, compare to facing the creditors, and the mess I put my self in, But then Freedom Debt Relief came into my path, and they helped me when I really needed it. FDR put me at peace and now I can sleep at night and I know there is a light at the end of the tunnel. THANK YOU FDR.

Updated on 07/19/2020: I like the user experience with Freedom Debt Relief and their rep takes care of my situation right away. We were just going back and forth and giving information to make sure that they could start setting up all the accounts and the process. After everything was done, they started working pretty quickly. At the moment, we only have a couple more accounts to take care of. They communicate to me whenever they already have a settlement right away, so I can make a decision if I accept it or not. So far, everything's good and I'm happy with them.

I was very skeptical at first of this program in the beginning but FDR has begun getting settlements and resolving my debts and a weight has been lifted. They have delivered as promised this far. I was in need of help, and did not know where to turn. There was an an advertisement for FDR with a phone number and I called. The representative made me feel comfortable and secure. The process has been difficult, because I never had an experience like this before. Now one year later there is progress and I hope for a successful conclusion.

The beginning of my interaction with the rep was good. He convinced me to do it. He was informative and he let me know everything and my choices. I was happy with it. The program is so far good. I'm about to finish. I went with Freedom Debt Relief because of the reviews that I read on the website. I was really in debt and now, every time that I started the program, I found that I was in control. Everything worked out good except for one of them. I don't know if that's something because they settle for four years, and I was about to finish. I don't know if I had to pay them fees for the whole four years. I hope it's sooner. There's always something that I didn't like. And I think I could be more informed about the fees. The fees should be told when you reach a settlement.

My daughter and I talked about consolidating my debt and we decided on Freedom Debt Relief. It seemed they would be easy to work with and they did a good job when we signed up with them. The rep was very friendly and very helpful. I was really pleased with him. So far, they've paid off half of my debts and they got it marked way down. So, I was really pleased with that. However, it doesn't reflect back in my credit report that these bills are being paid. I was thinking about refinancing my house, but it's not showing that these have helped my credit score. It looks like my credit report is showing that one bill, which is with them, is three payments behind. It seems it doesn't work that way with how they're paying it, and it looks like I'm not paying my bills.

We’re retired and we hope to have had our debts situated but we hadn't. I was referred to Freedom Debt Relief and they got us together. They got us on a plan and it’s automatically taken out every month. We were working with a gentleman, Roberto, and the results have been fantastic. Then if we have any questions, we just call the 1800 number and they’re very helpful. They answer the questions promptly and everything is just great.

I was with Cornerstone Legal, another provider, and I got a summon from Discover in the mail. I sent it to them and they did nothing. I ended up having to pay Discover off, dropped Cornerstone, and went with Freedom Debt Relief. Their consultant was awesome, and his expertise and knowledge were top-notch. Working with them through the process was very comfortable. They have managed to work my debt down considerably and we are bound to the last three or four that I owe. It's been fantastic, and they have been working with them fabulously. They are very easy to work with and easy to talk to. They are very understanding and willing to work with you, too. They have great customer service, which is hard to find nowadays. Since working with them, I have a life again.

I was in debt and I was getting stressed out because of it and the debt collectors. I called Freedom Debt Relief and dealt with them, and didn’t even resort to anybody else. I went into a four-year program and I wish it would be handled a little bit faster. There’s nothing I can do about it when they’re trying to negotiate but get your monies collected. Still, I’m content with everything they’re doing. Freedom is good at working with you.

My experience with FDR is very good. By assuming payment of my debts I was released from the pressure of paying them monthly. I got rid of scheduled debts to my checking account and phone calls regarding payment. It’s a Great.

Definitely FDR is helping. I’ve already got 4 credit card pd off, the phone calls stopped coming. Have 6 more to go. It’s a little hard at first, but there was no way to pay off all bills by myself. Agent did not satisfactorily answer my questions regarding my open accounts nor did she give me information about the possible receipt of 2019 1099 C's. As a matter of fact I have asked the latter questions on multiple occasions and never gotten a straight answer.

I just have to said that after 3 1/2 years working with FDR, I am finally debt free starting the new 2020 year. I have to say I can’t be more happier than I am right now. Since day 1 these people been nice to me and been helping in the entire process. They already settled with two of my account and I’m super happy for the settlement. I’m glad I chose them to help me out with my debt.

Have loved the service and they have help us pay off debt and keep a reasonable credit score. It even allowed me to buy a new car after a serious wreck that totaled mine. I do wish that they were more familiar with check cashing loans. And handled them first. They did not and this creditor got angry with waiting and started drafting my checking for a thousand dollars. It almost made me homeless. Even after calling they continued to draft. I called Freedom and they said they couldn’t help me.

When I first signed up with FDR I was scared but the staff was professional and friendly, clearly explaining how the program works. They patiently answered all my questions without judgment. A question I have, which I haven’t got an answer for, is how to stop the payment from going out every month for Freedom Debt Relief when I have this other thing going on. Nobody has been able to answer that question. I left messages with the lady that was from Freedom Debt Relief since we’ve gotten that loan and they're not returning my calls. I don’t want two payments taken out. But other than that, it’s been great. They did an amazing job during the enrolment. They answered every one of the questions and they were honest. So, that was perfect. The rep I worked with was very good and very knowledgeable. He led me in the direction that I needed to go. They were on top of everything and I feel fantastic where I'm at.

I like the way they operate and the program I'm under. It has helped my life a lot. The service is great and I was fine and comfortable working with the rep.

From the first communications to the present I was accurately told what to expect from the creditors. Stories from other people going through similar expect helped reassure me things were going to get better. I am feeling some of the relief I was told to expect.

It was difficult at first watching nothing happening on my settlements, but as soon as creditors started negotiating and claims being settled. I saw an improvement in my credit score. I took a few months, but I see the light at the end of the tunnel. If you're looking at this program, I would definitely look into it. Be patient though as it does take a few months to see it working. Thank FDR you have helped me relieve a lot of stress in my Life.

I have had a settlement just a few months after signing on to the program - but the settlement is almost as much as the original debt since the process took so long and interest and fees kept accumulating.... I AM less stressed however.
