I now pay over $400 more a month than I was quoted with. So, I pay more than I did before entering this program. I was never told I could get sued by my credit card companies. I have currently been sued twice and waiting for the last one to sue me also. Things are way worse than they were before.

I have been working with FDR for a while now and couldn’t be happier. I went thru some hard times and still am and needed some help. I checked them out and also read the reviews. I liked what I read so signed up with them. I was nervous at first but everyone I have talked to from the beginning to present have been so nice and caring. They put your mind at ease and make it so much easier. I am very happy with the settlements I have had and also have some in progress. They are very good at working with you when it comes to setting your payment plan also.

I called FDR because I was notified I am being sued by one of my creditors. I'm very glad I called. The person I spoke with, Rusty, made me feel at ease and walked me through every step to take regarding this process moving forward. I'm very grateful to have FDR on my side. Thank you.

I was looking for somebody that could talk to me and the Freedom consultants were very good. I'm now working through my debt and trying to get to a point where I can add more money to the plan. I like it and I'm very happy with them.

I had gotten into a terrible financial hardship and they helped me get everything taken care of. They're at the last account. It’s being paid now because I don't have any more deposits. They just have to send the payment. I dealt with multiple debt consultants and each one was very friendly. The program was set up initially with the payment plan. But if I needed to modify, they were there to assist me. Everything worked great. I liked that I didn’t have to deal with all the creditors.

Freedom Debt Relief gave me an application to fill out, I filled it out, and they went over everything with me. The reps were very knowledgeable. They helped me with everything that I needed help with. When I call, I just talk to whoever answers the phone. They set me up with a great program. I would recommend it to anybody else. I only have two more outstanding bills so it’s going great.

Freedom Debt Relief is fantastic. I did a lot of legwork on my own, but I sent letters and emails to the creditors and gave them Freedom's information, and they stopped. I’ve only had one thing where somebody is trying to sue me. Freedom's legal department has stepped in and I haven’t heard another word from them. So, I’m assuming it’s being taken care of.

I called one of the other companies to begin with. They’re based out of Plano, Texas. They were more like used car salesman. They were pushy and rude. And then I started reading about FDR and the other things on the Better Business Bureau, and Freedom Debt Relief had a lot better reviews than anybody else so I went with them. They’ve done a good job. But they should look at the amount they say you should pay in a month a lot harder because I’m barely scraping by month-to-month now because of that amount that I’m paying in that account. Also it’s much easier to call them and speak to somebody. I figured that out because that dashboard thing they have online where you’re supposed to go and do everything with, is kind of screwy and confusing. I don’t think it works. It’s not real user-friendly. But FDR has already got a couple of debts settled out.

Lost account numbers and faxed letter mix ups. I have been contacted seven times for account numbers being incorrect. On Feb.27 I received an E-Mail stating that you received my letter from ARS, however, you did not see that account enrolled. You E-Mailed a copy of the letter to me. It is not even the letter that I sent to you.

It's been less than a year and I am almost debt free! I'm excited I had the opportunity to take care of this much faster than first planned. That means I'm closer to starting to rebuilt my credit. Although I felt skeptical about this and afraid of the very low credit score and negative impact it did on my credit, I'm glad I took the chance. Paying things off feels like such a relief. My stress levels have dropped and I am feeling confident that before I know it, I will have good credit again. I will not give 5 stars yet because I haven't finished the program but so far it's been a great experience.

I am so happy I went with this Company to control my debt. One of these days I will be debt-free, what a day that will be! I would recommend Freedom Debt Relief to anyone and anywhere. They do what they say they will do.

I am pleased of the outcome even though I'm half way there, I do notice how they are knocking creditors out. At first I felt nothing was happening but with a little patience I started seeing progress. I'm excited that things are starting to move along. Sometimes app is a little confusing but overall they have done a good job. Wish I could speed up process. Think the fees have cost more than originally said. I thought there was a max in amount they could charge apparently I haven’t reached that.

I wasn’t too sure about doing this debt relief, I was sooo far in credit card debt. But I am truly amazed. They already paid off 2 big credit cards and negotiated 2 more. I am so excited and satisfied... they are so helpful anytime I have had to call too. Very polite.

I cannot recommend this service. I came to FDR in a state of desperation, like many folks do. And while I'm close to being in much better financial shape now and this company helped me to get (nearly) there, I can't help but find this a disappointing and disheartening experience. In the end I'll be paying nearly the entire amount that I owed the credit card companies. The real issue I have with this company is their lack of transparency. Last year on their client dashboard they had a countdown of deposits remaining and it was getting down towards zero. With about 6 deposits to go, this section no longer appearded on the dashboard. When I called them about it, they told me I had 9 months of twice monthly deposits to go- which was certainly a very disappointing thing to hear. They seem much more interested in getting their fees than giving you accurate information about how long this process will take. I'm very disappointed in this company.

My experience when signing up was awesome. The representatives were great. Although I've been barely doing the payment plan, I've been making it so far and the program has been working great. Before, I was getting pretty worn out over the deal. I had a couple of surgeries and I couldn't work for a long time so I got way behind. So this really helped out.

Freedom Debt Relief has been okay. I’m not terribly excited about the idea that when an account gets settled, they need to get paid first before the account starts to get paid. Their fees should be broken up. Every once in a while, I put off a payment for a few days. At the end of last year, I couldn’t make one payment and I had some accounts that were due for payment, and I only put off the payment for three days. I had $900 in my account and they kept contacting me that this was gonna put the accounts that were being paid in jeopardy, this and that, but they had a fee coming in for something that had just been settled, and they needed to collect their fee before waiting three days so I could have all the money.

Everything was very good with my experience with Freedom Debt Relief. They did what they said, they had a plan, we did it, we got it done and everything looks like it worked out fine. The payment plan was also fair. It was doable.

I was very happy with Freedom Debt Relief's customer service. It was good. I’ve been with the company for about four years now, and about 10 debts have been settled. They're there when you need them. They take care of the situation. It’s not the same consultant all the time, but they're good.

Updated on 01/18/2023: Very professional team at FDR. They helped me reduce my debt and negotiated with the credit credits on my behalf. I paid my debt in a few years with their awesome help. I couldn't have done it on my own. Thank you kindly.

Freedom Debt Relief program helped me enormously. I have been on the program for a year and will be debt-free, 3 years this October. Just in time for my retirement. (The credit card companies would not lower my interest rates even being a loyal and longtime customer.) One even wanted to take me to small claims court and the FDR program includes lawyers for you. Another one went to collection and they resolved it within a week. They are very professional, helpful, courteous, non-judgmental and so helpful. Thank you so much.

So far it’s been very easy and pleasant. When I call someone answers the phone and answers any questions that I have. Still a little wary but am confident everything will work out. My advisor David ** is great and has not let me down yet.

I am pleased that Freedom would help me. No other lending agency would give me a loan. Freedom not only took on my debt but lowered the debt. I am hopeful that I will be able to complete the loan and get back on my feet.

So far so good. That said, would appreciate use of very aggressive position in negotiating discounts with pending creditors. 10 to 20% payoff settlement offers will only become available if they are proposed and held to until negotiations reach an acceptable price point.

As I sat on my computer looking for hope on how to overcome my bills I came across Freedom Debt Relief. I have been struggling for so long and I am tired. I filled out the form and was contacted by James and he worked with me to come up with a plan. The people at FDR are there for you and very helpful. I am glad I made this choice.

This was a good experience and helpful staff always on hand to assist my needs. Having access to the Freedom Debt client dashboard made it easy to monitor our progress. The tools to help get our financial independence back were always a click or phone call away.

I went with FDR because it seemed to me like Freedom Debt Relief was gonna benefit me most and it was just easy to talk to them and easy to use. The first person I talked to explained things well to me and I just decided that was the company that would help me. It was made clear to me what I was getting into when I first signed up, and then I’m free to get on my dashboard anytime I want to and I could ask questions there and it tells me what my status is all the time. At the time, it was really a lifesaver for me because I turned in two debts to them, and combined, the monthly payment was quite large. And so to get it reduced to the payment that I now pay, it was such a help to me.

The process seems slow, but it has been going well. If I could deposit more money, I’m sure it would go faster with the debt. The people I've worked with have been professional.

I like that Freedom Debt Relief didn't take their fee upfront. They enrolled whatever debt I wanted to enroll, and they negotiate settlements on my behalf. I pay into them biweekly. Settlements are negotiated, they pay the creditors and take their fee. Also, I'm covered by their National Litigation Law Group in case if someone sues me. Before they negotiate a settlement, the National Litigation Law Group handles that on my behalf.

Everything’s been fine with the debt consultant from Freedom Debt Relief. Also, everything’s been pretty much straightforward and easy. Their website is user-friendly. The service is excellent. Every time I call, somebody’s there to answer. Working with Freedom is helping to move everything along.

Had a question regarding a letter I received stating that they were considering a possible lawsuit against me for nonpayment of debt. Was assured that I need not worry, that I would received help when and if it was needed. Have forgotten the nice young man’s name I spoke to, believe it was Migel, but not sure. It is very helpful because it’s going to help me pay off my debt. And also it’s easier to live this way because I want to pay the minimum amount to pay off my debt. There are so many questions that we thought of these first 6 months in the program. There are always answers available from pleasant and supportive customer service staff. Financial issues cause stress and anxiety so talking about them is not easy. FDR staff are positive and friendly and put my concerns at ease. And the best part is, it is helping us get out of debt for good.

My experience has been great with Freedom Debt and they are doing what they are supposed to. Their reps have been very good. But I'm gonna need to call them as I don't know where I stand. I have to find out how much money is in the account as I have no idea. I’m about dumb as dirt when it comes to anything electronic so I haven’t accessed my online account and probably won’t. But we’ve been paying Freedom and it started at $400 a month. That was for a year. I had to change it to 200 and that was for another year. Now we’re back to 400 again. I know they settled one account so that leaves three. The three accounts are all like $9500 and they are all pretty substantial accounts. There’s one that’s just a little over $7,000. I don't think Freedom's had any offers to settle them and I’m thinking Freedom's gonna have to collect more money so they can at least offer them half.

I heard someone mention Freedom Debt Relief so I looked it up. I said that it was rated well and that was when I made a call. Things are hard for me right now because of the money, but it’s doable and really working. At first, for a few months, the calls and letters were ongoing. But now, it has passed. It’s quiet and I’m not getting any more calls from all the debt people that I owe. My son just got on Freedom Debt Relief a week or two ago and I’m gonna get some money from him because I was able to help him get through. It was also what I was going through.

I've been with FDR for two years and everything's going well. I'm just seeing if I can knock down my payment a little lower because I am paying 500 and something dollars a month, and I live in California so it's a little high. But I've got two accounts closed and they've been very helpful and very responsive with all my questions and concerns. Also they weren't asking too many questions like all the other people, "Type in your email, type in what you owe." It's just, "Give us a call. We'll answer question," type of thing. So there wasn't too much waste of my time and all these emails. It’s more one-on-one. Their dashboard has also been very helpful and very easy to read. There's never really long waits and everyone's very polite.

Everything is fine with my experience with Freedom Debt Relief. I did a review of the collection agencies online and FDR was rated the highest. Their reps were very informative and answered all of my questions without saying, "I don't know." They work with you and they settle on an amount. Then I see how much the monthly payment's gonna be. And then when I looked at the payment history, I saw a lot of fees popping up that I really couldn't find any explanation for, but I just shrugged it off after a couple of years. It didn't really bother me then.

Signing up for the program was very simple and easy for me. Freedom was awesome in answering any questions that I had. That made my decision very easy. I’m looking forward to seeing my debt go away and let them do their jobs.

I am somewhat satisfied, I thought it would help improve my credit, when in actuality it didn't. My Discover card which was in the program went into collections, and I was about to have a judgement against me. I would to liked to be informed by Freedom Debt that they could not reach a settlement and I personally would have tried to worked with Discover.

They were very helpful and courteous and eased all my worries. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends who find themselves over their head in debt and want instant relief and peace of mind. I have all the confidence in the world that they will settle my debts to my satisfaction and in a timely manner.

Since I am new to Freedom Debt Relief I have had a good experience so far. The process has just been set up and the month of March will be the first-month test to see if all is in place. I'm hopeful.

I have been having a lot of financial issues and I appreciate the kindness and understanding of the people I have come in contact with. They are straightforward and honest in explaining what I need to do. Even though I had problems to make my first deposit and add more accounts to the program they still were kind and thorough with me.

They are doing a great job. Hopefully that I can restore my credit. I would recommend that anyone that is having trouble using this service to resolve their debts and restore their lives. It is easy to get into financial difficulties if they are not careful and this is better than filing bankruptcy.

When we contacted Freedom Debt Relief we were unsure of what we would see. We've been suffering for about a year and a half after we were burned out in the Camp Fire November 8, 2018. Hi at the very first months, I was constant fear failure just blue, wasn’t sure done the right, I know now I have. I do see the debts being paid. Watching the progress makes even better. Debt being settled with agreement. Patience is a number 1 factor. I have been satisfied.

Everyone at Freedom Debt Relief is always polite. And the people I've worked with have always been very nice. Shoutouts to their professionalism, patience, and helpfulness. My payment didn't overwhelm me, but my bills have been getting paid and my debt has been going down. I'm gonna have it paid off by October. However, I have to call them to ask them if I can lower my payment because it's too much. It's up to 320 a month now, and I need it back to about 220 a month. I'm very satisfied with Freedom Debt Relief.

When I checked on Freedom Debt Relief, I thought it would be my advantage to go with them. And at the time, they were the only ones I knew of. The rep kept up with me and told me about the different things that were happening, how everything would work, and how they would manage to take care of my bills. If someone were in my dilemma and needed some help, I would suggest to check out and go with FDR.

Freedom Debt Relief responded very quickly when I began looking for some help with debt. The rep I worked with was very open. He explained everything very clearly about how he and the company could help me. He was personable and he made me feel like I wasn’t so stupid for having those debts. He asked questions in a very professional and non-condescending way.

I have been enrolled in this program for over one year. I am fairly satisfied with the results to date. I am somewhat disappointed in a couple of areas. First the initial contact person was extremely helpful but underplayed the deliverance of a form 1099 from those who forgave a portion of my debt. I believe in most cases it is mandatory for debtors to provide the IRS with these forms and this should be clearly stated as part of the enrollment preview. If you do not include this as income they will penalize you. FDR does point out that their is a form that may allow you to be excluded and your accountant, if you have one, should be made aware of this. As the reason for joining the program should be the same as that required on the exclusion form, FDR should help, if not fill out this form for participants.

Very understanding, helpful, thorough, can call anytime. Just getting started, but feel very comfortable with the process and helpfulness of all the managers and advisors. Hoping to finish program early, and be debt-free and better at managing our cash flow.

Updated on 11/11/2020: Great job! I have been with them for about a year and I have been very happy! They have settle 3 accounts for me and I like that the creditors have finally stopped calling. Not something I am use to as I had never missed a payment before.

With health issues, added medical expenses, and loss of income I was having difficulties and struggling to keep my debts current. The stress was putting more pressure on me. I called my creditors and they would work with me, so I kept paying them. I tried to file bankruptcy but I couldn't do that because they were gonna take my car. So I kept searching and searching. I wanted the best that there was and it’s Freedom. I was skittish about doing the process but when I finally contacted Freedom Debt Relief, I spoke with Casey and he was so wonderful to me. So I went ahead and went on to do it.

FDR's customer service is terrific. They helped me do everything I needed to do. And every time I call and I have a question, they always answer it for me. I was making a $103 payment every two weeks. However, my check came at different dates so I called FDR. The rep asked my why I was making two payments. And I said that was the way it was put to me. She switched it to make it one whole payment of 206 on the date that I asked her. My daughter-in-law used FDR before, which was what told me to use them. At first, I was afraid because I thought I wasn’t gonna be able to make the payments, but they worked with me and here I am, almost through.

When I first signed up, I worked with one rep and she was good. If I have issues, FDR is pretty quick to respond by email. They also had lower monthly payments, which was why I decided to use them. I'm using them for my credit card. And I like that that my bills are getting paid and that my credit score is going back up. They do a great job and take care of everything for me. I just have to send them a piece of paper every now and then.

This company have been a real professional in helping me resolve my debt issues. The agents are great in keeping the client abreast in the progress status and if there are any other opportunity available they will gladly let you know. they do not pressure you - only suggest in your best interest at all times.

I was extremely misled when it came to my debt consolidation. It was explained to me that all I needed to do was continue to make my monthly payments and they would negotiate ALL of my debts. I came to find out that I did not have enough money in my account to negotiate a debt and I had to do so on my own. I asked explicitly about this exact situation and was explained to me otherwise. When reaching out for answers, everyone I spoke to seemed to beat around the bush and ultimately did not seem like anyone was genuine or actually willing to help with my situation. My credit is now in the gutters and this has been of minimum help for me to be successful for my financial future.

I definitely recommend Freedom Debt Relief to anyone considering debt consolidation. I was able to pay off a large amount in credit card/loan debt in far less time through payments into a dedicated account. They also worked to get an settlement on a judgment so we could refinance our house.

Called to get information on how much money I needed to put into my dedicated account to finish the deposits. Did not get a straight answer. The lady gave me an estimate and stated it may take more. She didn't know and couldn't find a way to get the information.

I started with FDR about a year ago. First year went pretty smoothly. Whenever my husband or I had a question customer service was generally helpful. We had a special circumstance this past December. We received a gift of $6k and decided to put it towards our FDR account to speed up our program. At that point we had 3 debts. One resolved, one in process, and one pending negotiations. I called in December and spoke with a customer svc rep and expressed to her that we wanted to use the $6k to accelerate our program and since it was more than enough to cover the current debt in process plus its fees could we do a lump sum settlement? She said yes and that she would forward the request to her manager. She also said that should jump start negotiations on our final debt.

Accurate timely information given with onetime updates and very nice customer service. I appreciate the communication and how quickly we have been able to clear my accounts together as a team. It is truly appreciated and I will be happy to tell a friend about the great service provided to me thus far with my Freedom Debt Relief account.

My debt became unable to handle without being stressed out. Without their help I have no phones call all the time. When I have question or need help someone is always there to help in any way they can with out making me feel like I am not using my knowledge on my own.

I’m not satisfied that Freedom Debt Relief is working as well as they can. I saw them online and they seemed decent. I said I would try them. But knowing what I know now, I might have tried somebody else. They tried to put me over to a bank that was gonna take over my debt but I was gonna end up paying more in the end than I had started out owing. That's not making me happy. I want my bills paid at what price I owe. I’m real worried.

My husband and my daughter were afraid that the program with Freedom wasn’t gonna work out. But we’re practically done now. We just have two more to finish off and I’ve been pleased with what Freedom Debt Relief has done. Any time that you call, they are able to answer whatever your questions are. The rep that I spoke to initially said that if I ever had any questions, I could call on him in terms of directing me to if I needed to go to anyone specifically. When I called to ask them specifically about something, they would look through my record and verify it and we’d come to an agreement of what was gonna be next. They were also caring every time.

Freedom gave me a timeline and they were able to give me some kind of relief for my month-to-month bills. They were very friendly and very professional. They told me exactly what I was getting into and what to expect. So I knew ahead of time before I made up my mind to go with them after they explained the whole program. Their website is very user-friendly and gives you an idea of where your money is going and what’s getting paid off. It’s really simple to use. Their legal team is really good too, so I didn’t have to go to court. I just told them what was going on and I gave them a power of attorney to handle it and they did.

Updated on 03/02/2022: Its has been a slow process, And I have paid so many fees as I have saved. But it has put me on the right track back to good credit. Was told it would take about 3-4 years to complete. It looks like it's going to be around 6-7 years. I have made every payment and never skipped any.

I have made several phone calls trying to resolve the monthly payment due to my mom falling and having a brain injury and me having to step in and help pay for her care. Not being able to afford the $700 payment twice a month I’ve only asked for a one year reduction to 500 twice A month and have received no phone calls back. I’ve called several times. One girl told me maybe I should go someplace else. I had another guy tell me I can do this on my own. I didn’t really need Freedom. I’m wondering are you really in this to help people or just to get rich and screw people along the way. I’m very disappointed in the way I’ve been treated.

I liked Scott, the FDR rep, when I talked to him. He was really informed and really helped me. He explained everything and it didn’t take us long to sign up. They worked with the payment plan with me really well. In fact, I had a little bit of extra, so we upped the payment to 500. Soon, the end is in sight.

I was having some issues with the program at first. I didn't realize that they weren't paying the creditor upfront. It was just collecting the money and then pay after. So I had an issue with the creditors calling and garnishing my money from my account and getting someone from the county and different things. But it stopped now. Freedom Debt Relief was very helpful in resolving any issue or situation I had. If I were to call, they will respond, then they will do their best to help me out to understand the program on how everything works. After that, everything worked out fine. It really impacts my situation a lot because now I'm getting closer to paying off my debt. It makes me a little bit more comfortable with Freedom knowing that they are handling the creditors and getting the settlement and that I'll be debt-free. I would certainly recommend them. Just make sure that you read up on the policies and follow through and go through the whole thing.

They are doing a great job. They're nice to work with and they've been successful in trying to help me accomplish my goals. The payment plan is tough, but it's working, so it's good. Overall, everything has been absolutely great with them.

I’m very happy with FDR's service. They did everything that they said they would do. I was very pleased with them, everything they did and what they got accomplished for me. I could have been completely out of debt in about three years. They were well on their way to doing that but after other stuff came up, I paid them my debts off.

Very slow and makes creditors on me taking forever to settle each account and they tell to hang in there. Come to find out the longer I wait my debt keeps growing and I end of paying for it and being told it's a settlement fee and now I don't know if I should trust this outfit. Talked with other debt outfits and warn this should've been settle long.

I entered into an agreement with them and I discussed numerous times with them about an account but they did nothing about it and now because of them not listening I am being sued by a creditor and NLLG has refused to send in a general denial letter to the court as I requested to do now and he refused to do until the last day so now he has said he can’t help me and sending it back to FDR.

I've been enrolled in this program for nearly a year and completely regret my decision. It's been one problem after another with this company. They seem to always drop the ball and communication is terrible. I started getting law notices from one of my cards. They assured me that it would become a top priority. A few months pass, I hear nothing, I get another notice from the lawyer offering me a 60% settlement. I send this to Freedom and they ignore it. Fast forward to now and I am being sued. I now have to pay back the full balance and then some. To make matters worse, I had spoken to someone at FDR and added the law protection a couple of months ago. I began paying $12.00 monthly for this coverage.

My enrollment councilor M. ** is the only rating I can provide. 5 Stars. FDR’s phone agents. (3) that I spoke with to update my banking account did not get resolved, because I got 2 emails & 1 Text message stating, I had a ISF funding that was a lie. The money was there. They didn’t update the info. It’s frustrating! Miscommunication? Not acceptable!! Rating this portion. 0 Rating. Check with me 3 months from now, for a new rating. In fairness I can only give what I have experience at the start of the program.

Very good customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable. I would recommend to others. FDR has helped me a lot. I am also trying to put more money into my dedicated account so that I can get out of debt faster.

Updated on 04/28/2021: I just want to say thanks to Freedom Debt Relief for their help. It been a pleasure work with them. They have resolved most of my debt accounts in less time of what they said. I would recommend this program to anyone.

The staff was very professional, pleasant, and helpful in getting my debt resolved. I can contact to follow up on my debt, get explanation to my questions. They sought out a resolution to shorten the timeline of my debt, and I pray it all turns out well.

Now I realize it’s not FDR fault for the Debt and the taxes on the so-called savings.

I started this program a year ago and have had 4 of my program debts resolved. There is still some to go but it is slowly happening. Will be glad to have all of it paid off and resolved. Thank you Freedom Debt Relief for helping me.

The customer service agents are courteous and knowledgeable. They are eager to help you with any problems you may have. The company, itself, is ready and willing to assist with any and all situations. If you have a problem making a payment you can contact the company and they will accept partial payments until you are more secure. I truly appreciate everything this company has done for us financially. Their service agents and managers are super.

These people are a bunch of irresponsible nullities. They are very superficial. Did not provide very important information in due time. Never have I seen so much superficiality. Stay away from this program/company. If you think that you will get some assistance, you are wrong.

We signed on for the program being given most the information about the plan. We allowed all accounts to go delinquent, at their request, with promises of relief. We fulfilled all the program requirements and completed it over a year ago. We have been trying to buy a house, only to find one of the accounts they claimed to have cleared is still appearing on our credit and is still reporting delinquent. We have contacted the creditor only to find they are not honoring the agreement made with Freedom because Freedom made the payments to them late. We have been in contact with Freedom repeatedly this last year, and no one ever gets anywhere near a resolution.

Love program, put my mind at ease. I can actually sleep at night. The best program I've ever been in. I'm very happy with the progress and how hard y'all have been working for me so this can become a success for me and change my life... Thank you!

I have no complaints so far. All seems to be done as I was told it would be done. I do have a question, bank withdraws for me a bi weekly, in March, there would be 3 instead of the 2? Need to know please. Thank you.

Overall I am very dissatisfied with the program and am planning to begin the process of finding alternative solutions to the program. Disappointed in the lack of progress on my accounts after being in the program for over a year.

It was explained to me well. I also didnt put into account that if I would have stayed with credit cards my payoff would have been more. I now understand better how it works. I had forgotten some of the details how you guys pay off the debt.

Started out fine. Then when I didn't see any action taking place I was told they were waiting until my dedicated account built up funds. Deposits I was making to Freedom. By the time they started negotiating I had two creditors take me to court. One I negotiated with and had to pay them on top of my deposits to Freedom. The other one was granted garnishment of my wages. Now I'm making deposits to Freedom and paying a settlement myself AND getting my wages garnished. At this point I contacted Freedom and told them I quit the program because I couldn't afford to put money out to them along with the other two.

Freedom Debt Relief helped me during a hard time when I was hurt and unable to work. My debt piled up. They are friendly and knowledgeable and will work with you on what you can afford. They have been great and three of my debts have been paid off in a short time for way less than I owed.

Updated on 03/07/2022: Freedom has done everything that they said they would do for me. If you lots of credit card debt, Freedom is the company you want to negotiate that debt to be reduced. A+ company. I'm 2 years in and they have only 3 more credit cards to negotiate for payments.

All my questions were answered and very polite and in a timely manner. It was easy to get to my portfolio and see my progress and understand it. All in all it seems this could possibly be a great choice for me and my current situation. I believe there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Overall I'm satisfied with the experience but I was hoping that some of the card debt would have been negotiated a little better. With none being negotiated with one card and to pay the full balance and one that was totally a confused mess with being paid.

It was really hard to take the first step to debt relief. I wondered if there was a honest company out. Freedom Relief was the one. I'm still at the beginning stages but they have been available and helpful when I need them.

My Liaison (Mr. **) is very detailed oriented along with being explanation friendly, I feel real comfortable with this process of being debt free in a short period. No matter what questions I may have, Mr. ** always provide me with the right answer without sounding like I'm brothering him, also the rapport that we have established is second to none.

I feel I was misled from the beginning. I was told credit score would increase in 6 months. Well, it went down and then I was asked to take a loan to get it done faster which would have cost me way more money. So at this moment credit-wise, I am worse off than I was before the process.

There were two agents whom I found to be extremely helpful. Mr.Chris ** and Miss Vanessa (last name). Both of these agents went out of their way to assist me, especially Mr .Chirs. I am most satisfied overall however the large synchrony debt of over $5k is causing credit report problems. We need to address this debt quickly. Plus I was told before I signed the target of 48 months to satisfy my debts was doable however it has been extended 11 months with is most disturbing.

Despite multiple conversations FDR did not contact Buffalo Credit Service Credit Union in time. I ended up having a judgment against me that has had a very negative impact on my credit rating, The same almost happened again with BSCU but I settled it myself. I should have been told from the beginning that they would be very difficult to deal with and that I should work with them directly. I have now almost doubled my monthly payment in hopes of completing this program sooner.
