You are constantly being prompted to send copies of the current bill, which shouldn't change. Not are my bills are on here yet which is what we agreed on so I live in fear of garnishment. Very stressful and other debt resolution companies don't require the constant upkeep, I should have gone back to my old company and perhaps I still will if these guys can't pull it together!

With the FDR assistance finding your current debts and the work they do with settling accounts they make it seem easy to get control of your debts. 6 years flew by and I am so happy to be graduating. I recommend FDR to anyone with debts to be paid with the goal of improving your credit score. I saved a lot of money with the debt settlements arranged by FDR. Great customer service. You can track your progress on your Dashboard as often as you need to.

I have been very happy with Freedom Debt Relief who have put my wife and I on a debt relief program that puts some light at the the "end of the tunnel" and has relieved some of the pressure of very high interest credit card debt. They are professional, are very friendly and willing to answer any questions and have a comprehensive website with full explanations and videos so that my wife and I understand exactly how it works to ethically relieve some of the debt stress with settlements. Updated on 06/07/2025: I got good service. They got rid of one of my debts in two months and are now helping me get rid of another one. The downside is that they charge 25 percent to get this done and when I signed up I was told they only charge 6 percent so who lied to me???

I just started my program with Freedom. The very first night I slept with a peace of mind, I excited to fix my debt so I can actually start to save for my first condo or small house. I didn't know that this was going to be a YADA YADA! But having a program that will defend your true intentions to repay or even a chance to repay is cpitol! Interest charges are constantly causing the original amount to increase. which makes things toughfer to manage especially with the increase of everyday Pricing. Gasoline prices create a struggle to stick with a Budget which waterfalls down to creditors allowed payments to pay bills back in a timely manner.

My husband deals with Freedom Debt Relief and that's how I found out about them. I have recently started the program and so far, everything seems smooth. It started a little bit slow because of how I'm paying. I just had surgery, and maybe it would speed up more if I was working. But for now, it's not bad.

I don't understand why it takes months wondering why it's going to take 6 months to settle one of my debts. I'm getting harassed getting letters saying they're going to take action. I have been treated well, because I don't know much about tech. They answer my questions even if they are the wall. I would like to know if they have sent anything toward anything. I do get calls and bills from them which I thought I would not get them or am I to contact you each time I get them. I also thought the cards would be close all account that we turned in.

I would like to say that the staff that works for you are exceptional. They go above and beyond to help you. As I sit here and think, this was my fault that I am in this situation. After talking with Artis, I felt that I now try not to use credit cards. I have cut way down. Artis is perfect at her job and she makes you comfortable in asking her questions. I would recommend anyone if they need help. And your customer service reps are just as wonderful.

When trying to decide I was told you would contact the companies and handle everything. I was never told this would not happen for some time. I was not expecting to be almost harassed because I did not make payments. My credit rating was not good but this will kill it because of not making payments. I probably would have been better off filing bankruptcy.

I have had a great experience so far with Freedom Debt Relief. I didn’t know much about using a debt relief program until I spoke with the customer service representative who the program to me and was ready to try anything to get my debt down and learn to budget my money. I was able to get my money organized so I had my debt money ready every month so that my monthly money was taken out of my bank account to pay on my bills. I am thrilled to see my account balance going down, and the emails asking me to authorize my payments.

In general, I’ve been very pleased with the service of FDR. I was extremely upset, though, when one of my settlements went into default because of a $19 short. I was contacted the day of the settlement going into default and got back to them right away, but it was too late.. Lack of communication caused the settlement to be renegotiated at twice the dollar amount I had owed at the time. Again, in general, I’ve been happy with the communication, website and general approach until this point. I will of course continue until my account is complete.

My graduation date keeps changing and I have paid more in fees to you guys than my actual debt. Why are your fees so I have paid $20,000 and $10,000 was to Freedom, you guys I feel like if you're actually trying to help people, you wouldn't charge the amount you do. I think you know people are struggling and take advantage.

I was skeptical at first, however have been very satisfied. The help in understanding and helping me see the results have been great. The easiest part is supplying information on my debt. I am in hopes to have my 3 accounts caught up and paid off by early spring. The only thing I find not fair is the raise of amount monthly. They told me a set amount and I'm thinking it's the right amount and at a given time, without notice they raised it, which is hard to deal with other bills and obligations. I figured as the debt goes down, the monthly amount should too.

Yes this is a great company to deal with, they knocked debt close to half. Strongly would recommend to a friend. It didn't take that long and the debt went down very quickly. I can't see why people try to struggle to pay off debt now they can use Freedom Debt Relief.

So far and I am in the beginning stages of the program but I have been very happy with the way that the representative has handled it and the way that they handled the process. Before my first deposit there was a positive feeling that I made the right choice in choosing FDR.

I was with National before, and they assured me they were doing something, but they weren't doing anything except applying an amount to the credit cards I owed. When I spoke to Freedom Debt Relief, they said, “Normally, that's not how it works. It's a service fee with every contact that they make that agrees to whatever.” They did not remove the fee that they had put on, so I canceled the other one and went with Freedom.

I had 2 credit card .. That it just seem the more I paid I wasn’t getting anywhere .. At time I couldn’t even make a minimum payment .. So I asked to help and Thank God I did! I am very happy with the help that I got from them!

The consultant from Freedom Debt Relief described everything to me in an easy way. He didn't force me to really commit to a particular deal. I liked what I was hearing, so I just went with the flow. Everything was broken down. I knew exactly how much I had to pay. I set up everything to be automatic. The quality is good so far. I managed to call at some other point in time and I added two more things to the list and everything was taken care of well. I got one settlement so far. Freedom debt relief has withdrawn my first payment recently and I have noticed that in my dedicated account that I have a negative balance nearly -30.00 even though I gave up over one hundred dollars. I am very dissatisfied with customer service. I have been sued by Discover, and your lack of following up with your legal team, and following up with my questions regarding my deposit amount, to see if the settlement is feasible is frustrating. You take money for your service fees without earning it.

Estimate figure for program $ 17000.00 off. When you can’t afford monthly note this is not the program. $41000.00 Estimated finished at $57000.00. Forced to pay $2900.00 for 10 months plus monthly payment $720. Totaling $3620.00. Put in hardship no matter which way I would have went, but wouldn’t have to spend $57000.

I'm not even a month into the debt relief program yet, so we'll see how it goes. What I can say, is the time and patience and compassion that I received from the people at Freedom was amazing. I can't tell you the stress that was removed from my life by accepting their help. I hope the process remains this smooth.

I have been a client for about 5 months. FDR has only settled 4 of 16 accounts. They have charged settlement fees that seem to be extremely high. There is nothing in my dedicated account because they have taken almost half of every penny I have deposited for fees. 2 of the settlements were offered to me by the credit card companies before Fdr worked out the settlement. I could do this on my own and save a lot of money. I would not recommend others to do this.

I find that the settlement process is great but what FDR does not tell you is their fee for each dept is approximately the amount they negotiated. They tell you there is a fee for each settlement which is fair but they do not tell you how much. Each settlement is different, in some cases it's thousands. Basically, you are not saving a penny.

I was with Freedom’s program years ago, and I messed up. So, I went back in it and this time the experience has been good. The debt consultant helped me tremendously, and she explained everything thoroughly. They worked with me towards a payment plan that I was comfortable with.

Also when it comes to notifying me and keeping on schedule Freedom Debt Relief has been awesome. Hopefully for the next two years I can finally get my life back and not worry about credit ever again.

Going through with this program would hurt my credit so I would rather handle things myself. I was not happy to see that this was another company than the original loan I had been pre-selected for and that I was sent to another shell company to have them apply recklessly apply to a bunch of places.

I had all of my creditors paid until I went with you. Now I has a judgement against me. Lawyers threatening me. Your fees are much higher than I expected. Just not happy. I have no idea when I will have everything paid off at this point. I received a call from your company letting me know they were trying to get a resolution to one of my creditors so they needed me to pay an extra $300 for two months. Where am I supposed to come up with that? Settlements are taking longer than I was told they would take and costing more.

I saw the reviews and I did my homework a little bit, and I felt like Freedom was a better option for me compared to the others. They helped in reducing the amount of the debt that I originally owed. Their reps explained how it works. They told me to stop paying off the creditors and I'll put my money in a separate savings account from the funds that I use. They'll use that to start negotiating with the creditors. Their payment plan is definitely awesome. I cannot complain about it.

I was promised that payment would not come out till the 15th of the month. The first payment came out early. I asked for the 15th to make sure Social Security is in the account. Instead it came out on the 12th. Please correct so it doesn’t over draw our account. Thank you.

I was happy with my program overall until I was sued by a creditor and left to fight them alone. While FDR claims they have a “Legal Partner Network” that they partner with should you be sued, they DO NOT legally represent you or respond to a lawsuit on your behalf. 🤯 I was sued by a credit card company, and was not informed that I (alone, with no legal assistance) needed to file an official response to the court, and appear in court alone. Should I not have asked so many questions, In would have missed my response deadline.

They managed my debt consolidation well; I completed my first consolidation with them, but for the second, I didn't have enough funds. I preferred negotiations, but due to insufficient funds and the possibility of legal action, I went ahead with their advice. The whole process of signing up was great. Since then I’ve sent a couple emails and have never received a response, which is quite frustrating. I don’t have time to call during the day, as I am at work. I have been inquiring about one of my creditors be placed at the top of the list and was told in the beginning that they would let the negotiators know but it doesn’t appear that way in my dashboard.

Once you're enrolled, you don't receive any customer service support on how to handle accounts being sent to lawyers etc. All they tell you is you have to wait until there's money in your dedicated account for them to reach out to your creditors, which in some cases can take years. Customer service reps are rude.

Freedom Financial didn’t settle a debt in time, even though I asked them to settle it first and had been using their services for over a year so I thought they had things covered. I ended up getting sued by Wells Fargo. They mentioned to me that Wells Fargo does this so it made me extra upset that they knew this was going to happen and didn’t do anything about it proactively. This is my second time with the program but for some reasons your team members provide many lies when I inquire about account negotiations. There is no transparency and a lot of misinformation about the negotiation process. For example I had been told several times that my large AMEX account was next for negotiations and at some point I was told that if I deposited more funds that account was next for negotiations, however the one that you negotiated was the small one and even today when I checked the dashboard I see that you have the big AMEX account as the last one on the list even though you have almost $8000 deposited in my account.

I feel it is taking way too long. 6 months to get one bank to agree to my smallest credit card is a long time. I expected a quicker response. You have 7000 dollars of my money sitting there where you charge me $100 a month for nothing. I was promised better execution.

I don’t like that $40 with fees came out of my deposit right from the start, and then $10 every month is a lot but otherwise, I’ll still have to see how everything goes with the settlements and then I’ll check back.

I received an email stating a figure had been reached with the creditor, I reviewed the offer and agreed to the amount. A few days later I received an email telling me how much had to be repaid monthly, I replied to the email and that is all that I had to do.

I am just getting started with the company. So far all I can say is great customer service. Since I am just starting no payment toward my account has been processed. My checking was taken from garnishment. I needed help what can be done. Basic things can't be done for 2 to 10 days and will lose all my money I put in already if I stop March's payment cause all my money plus my granddaughter money was taken also so we have no money to pay March and if it should try to go through I will have an NSF charge which I definitely can't afford.

I know I just started but FDR has already settled one of my cards already. So far I’m very happy with my experience. I was very nervous about doing this but they have answered all my questions and I’ve had to change a few things but now I think I’m on the right track.

I don't feel like I understand the program very well. My credit score dropped significantly. I am worried that these creditors are going to turn me over to collections before these debts get settled. Why does it take so long? Why are you settling the larger debts before the smaller ones?
