Although I still have a long ways to go because I have a lot of debt, they have made my experience good thus far. I have a dedicated agent I can reach out to with any questions or concerns, and if he isn't able to answer my questions he makes sure to find someone that can quickly. I've already settled some of my debt for almost half of what was owed. This is a better option for those that wish to take care of your debt and just need help doing it and for less than what is originally owed. More to come from me and I progress through.

I had one creditor debt settled much sooner than I had imagined. They are very communicative and explain things clearly. Whenever I reach them by phone with a question, they provide solid information. I wish I had started with them sooner, very optimistic about future results.

Freedom Debt Relief has been one of the most easy things I've signed up for. From the first phone call to the last the customer service has been nothing short of amazing. Easy app to follow and they don't hold back any information from you. I was skeptical at first but I've so glad I gave it a shot! I would recommend this program to anyone in need of debt relief!

Process is too slow. Company seems more interested in collecting its fees than resolving debt. Often wished I’d have just hacked it out with my creditors, but at this point, I’ll wait it out without judging too harshly.

The settlements are made via payments made over months from the money you deposit and not one full payment if you did it on your own. If you get a letter from a creditor, send to FDR and they will use it even to get a better settlement. They really work to get you the best deal. It hasn't been a year yet so we will see how things look this summer.

I've had Freedom for over a year and my experience with the team so far was satisfactory. I would call them if I have concerns and they would answer my questions. They also sent me a lot of information in the email. I paid off two of my credit accounts, which I'm not using the card anymore. I'm on a low income, so anything like that helps. I love Freedom Debt Relief for the help they have given me in getting free from my debt. I was young and dumb when I opened so many credit cards, and didn't understand the consequences of my charging. I am very grateful to them for helping to negotiate on my behalf with my creditors to lower my payments. The only complaint I have is that when I was first contacted, I assumed the gentleman I spoke with would be my contact for the remainder of my partnership with FDR. I haven't heard from him since, and I've tried to reach out to the email he gave me and there's still no response. I am a little disappointed in that. When I've reached out to call or email support, they are very helpful, but I feel that it would be nicer if the original contact kept a connection. I feel a little adrift.

Freedom Debt Relief helped me get everything settled. They basically explained everything. If I had any questions, I called them and they were able to explain it to me. The quality of service was excellent and I had a great experience.

I have credit card concerns so I went with a service company to get help but I wasn’t feeling it. And so I went on the internet and saw Freedom Debt Relief and applied with them. I just started and they said the process will take three years. Working with their rep was easy. This is my third month and everything has been okie dokie so far.

Because of FDR I not only lost my ATV's but I also have a REPO on my record. I lost my ATV's from false advise from FDR, and FDR only wants to "deduct" 10$ from my bi-monthly deductions. Not only does this seem unfair but it also smells like a complete SCAM. This is not the last time we will be communicating on this subject I am sure. So please spare me the requests to leave positive reviews about a company who has done me wrong.

You guys are doing an excellent job. My only request though was to try and clear up my bank credit card, which is TD Bank where I bank at. I did speak to somebody about it. You guys are settling the Capital One card, which is great but I would love for somehow to fit in the TD bank card because again I bank there And would just love to feel comfortable about my banking process.

Jason was the one that helped me immensely, throughout the process it gave me relief and I can breathe again. I definitely would recommend this company to my friends and family, working diligently to make sure all my debts are in order.

The gentleman from Freedom that I talked to seemed to be very nice and told me that they could help me out. However, one thing that I wasn't really thrilled about is that I've had to stop all payments of everything. I have really good credit. But then I thought if that's the only way to go, then I'm gonna do it and see how it works out. Creditors were calling me and I was getting letters. But they've all stopped.

I just chose Freedom Debt Relief because it's eventually a way out. When I joined up, they told me when I will pay my monthly payment to the dedicated account, instead of me choosing when I pay what day of the month. I agreed to it because I didn't know what was going on with it. They just said, "You'll pay on the 24th, and you'll pay this much," and that was it. It was almost like I didn't have a choice. Also, they should be more upfront about what they charge. I didn't read too much about it. But I didn't realize until recently that they charge 25% for every settlement that they do. It makes me wonder if I would be better off with them or without them. Other than that, it's easy to contact the customer service and ask questions.

The experience with Freedom Debt Relief has been really good. I was having a rough year. They came up with a number which was a little high. But we worked it out so it was lower. Their consultants were very direct and they took their time. They were able to answer a lot of the questions that I had and it wasn't like a pushing type of thing. The person I spoke to really didn't lie about anything. I also had to call somebody once about the dashboard and then they worked me through it.

Too many phone calls and notices. I feel very threatened when receiving them, then there are notifications through the mail that are very upsetting, I've called your company more than once to make you aware, and I've been told to ignore the calls and the company will handle it, but the calls continue to come, I don't know what else to do, this is my first time dealing with this type of situation, I appreciate all that you're doing for me, and thank you for all that you do.

Communication with Freedom Debt Relief is really easy. You can reach them by phone really easily. However, my experience has not been so good. I had a problem with the bank, and I had to pay a lot more than the initial debt. The initial debt was $4,000, and they didn't do the negotiation on time, and the bank sent me some citation to go to court, and at the end, I have to pay more than $6,000 for this account. I'm trying to solve my debt but because this is a business, they discount their services in advance and then go to the payments to the banks. So, it's not fair because I already deposited a lot of money in the account they have, but they first charged me their services in full, and then they started paying the banks little by little.

Freedom debt relief has helped me to realize the impact of debt on myself I created. Now I know credit card debt and loan debt buried me. So while it takes time to remove the burden of debt I have had my eyes opened to my crazy spending and have cut down on everything. No more buying because I wanted it. Now it’s a do I want it or do I need it. Being retired is eye opening to say the least. But lesson learned.

I am very pleased with FDR! The communication & settlement schedule are getting me closer to my goal. Emails, CFT records and my dashboard help me keep track of progress, changes & legal situations. Today, I took the first steps in regaining my financial stability. My husband transitioned in 2024. He was the "money guru" and made sure that he secured a sound financial foundation for me should he pass away from cancer. I had been operating in the grief mode since his death and just could not focus on my finances. While I had not reached the point of financial crisis I was falling fast. I've liked working with Freedom. Only complaint is I need something done with Discover/Capitol 1 before they come after me. I've enjoyed having many of our accounts taken care of or in the program. And there has been no pressure to increase our monthly payment, which is great. I would recommend this program for sure.

Even though I’m in early stages everything has been great! From start to where I am now everything was explained in detail and we are moving through the process to a better future for myself and my family, I would recommend this process to anybody that feels like there is no light at the end of the tunnel!

I’m sure this company has worked for a lot of people, unfortunately, for me from the very beginning, the people were very misleading about how the company worked. And it may be listed in writing somewhere hidden beneath the stacks of paper that you sign, but how the program works was not well explained to me from the beginning, and I have just been pretty miserable with it. Because I am in the process of paying off bills. I am sticking with the program, but it has completely ruined my credit, my credibility, and the customer service was not 100% honest with me with how this program works.

I am just at the very beginning of the program. So far, everyone at Freedom Debt Relief has been extremely helpful, competent, and encouraging. By the time I finally found Freedom Debt Relief, I had become hopeless and frightened. When he died, my husband left me with only one asset, my home, and I was on the verge of losing even that. Within an hour on the phone with Chris **, I knew that I had finally found a company that actually cared and actually wanted to help me. In this day and age of computer-generated everything, I felt lost and alone. There were so many things that I didn’t understand and there were hackers and thieves just waiting to pounce every time I picked up my iPhone or even went to a dealership to get my car serviced.

The only issue is I requested a payment a week later. FDR was suppose to take a payment on the second and hasn’t. FDR hasn’t contacted the collectors yet. However I’m hoping to relieve my debt asap and have the collectors stop calling all together.

I repeatedly had large amounts that I paid off from pocket. I requested the payment be adjusted several times. Nothing but excuses. Save your money and call your creditors yourself. They are consumer predators with high fees and low results. Several accounts they charged their fees and the fees were higher than the results of the amount of debt removed. There are better options out there. I ended up filing bankruptcy due to not being able to pay this extreme amount every month. It was approximately 30% of the monthly payment for fees. That costs more than a typical credit card. I would recommend calling your creditors yourself first, if it is still not possible file bankruptcy. Both of which I would recommend before you use this company.

Brings great comfort I know all the bills will be taken care of while you sit back and lay back and just pay back what you have to. Do minimum every month. Really gives you the comfort and you pay more. It’ll be paid off faster and they do what they gotta do to take care of the job for you. Let relax and pay back more if you can, knowing for sure you have the minimum.

I want everyone to know that is having financial problems to please call Freedom Debt Relief. The minute I spoke to Michael, I felt so comfortable discussing my financial issues. Once I signed up and spoke to my first debtor. The stress started to go away. I’ve had some good experiences with Freedom Debt Relief so far. However, there was a representative who was responsible for me having an unfortunate incident at my bank. I was not happy at all. She made me lose faith in the program for a little while. Since then another representative got me back on track.

My experience with Freedom debt relief was shaky at first and I saw my good credit score of 700+ take a dive which caused me some stress. Since 2 of my 5 accounts working with Freedom debt relief has started to help reduce the amount I owe them and now are accepting Freedom debt payments. Also my credit rating is still poor but has since improved. My faith in Freedom debt relief has improved plus the work shops are wonderful because I get more training on how to manage my finances and hear other people stories to improve my way of spending.

Every thing working out very good. Fast moving, easy people to work with. If I were able to do so I'd like to be able to put more away so thing would end faster for me. My bad part is our internet where I live. Some days you have it good, other days I think snail mail would be faster.

I received a response to my request for help enrolling my Beyond Finance into my Freedom Debt Relief program. Instead of help, I was told I used the wrong email address. This is completely unacceptable! Instead of help, I get more roadblocks! I see no effort on your part to resolve this issue.

It's been a pleasure working with Freedom from debt. It is so criminal how the credit card companies charge you so much interest so that you can not catch up. It's a relief not having to worry about how am I going to make all of these payments? Now I pay two affordable payments a month and don't have to worry about not having enough money for groceries or my medicine. At first I thought it would be great and most of the money would be going towards my debt and then found out that there's more going to FDR than my debts. And they don't help with your credit report as far as removing items or anything with your reports. If you are a debt relief company you should also help improve your credit report by talking to the creditor to remove items. That would be a better debt relief company.

I've been happy with the service provided. Has helped me in bringing down half my debts. Thank you again for the great work being done. I'm not super clear on why the order changes or why the lower balance cards weren't addressed first in order to see a positive impact on my credit report. When I've called previously no one could explain clearly why the order of negotiation was so upside down.

Freedom Debt Relief seems to be a good program, however it seems to take a long time to resolve your debt if your deposit isn't real high. When they settle a debt, they don't always pay it off right away. Overall, I was satisfied with FDR settling my debt.

Customer service they are always rude and you can tell they hate their job. Whatever you need the reps answering can’t do. You have to transfer to a manager. They tell you before the program they will negotiate on enrolled balance but they don’t. They negotiate on current balance which costs you more and they get more on fees.

Good company, customer service is responsive, and attentive to my concerns. However, wish they were faster in responding to the creditors. "Strategic Hold", seems to be way too long of a wait, at least for some of my creditors. Angie @ Freedom Debt Relief is a pleasure to work with.

Everything went well with the signup, but the guy from Freedom Debt didn’t tell me everything. I knew that they charged a fee, but they didn't tell me the amount. I have a $7,000 and a $5,000 debt, and I’m giving them $163 every two weeks for them to make a $60 payment and a $36 payment once a month. And they want you to enroll as many debts as you can because one, they charge you a monthly fee and the longer they settle the debt, the more money they get with the fees. I called them to ask why they’re charging me so much, and they gave me a different answers.

Freedom Debt Relief has been great. I usually talk to a woman, and our conversations are very cordial. They've come to certain settlements with debts that have come into collections. I have missed one payment, so far, but I've made every other payment before that. My credit score has gone up by a few points.

I had some debts I needed to pay, and I couldn't pay them. I was looking on the internet and found Freedom Debt Relief. A lot was happening at that time, and the enrollment process went very fast. As I read later on, there was a lot of stuff to sign, which I didn’t get a chance to read. I signed it online, which probably isn’t the recommended way to do business, signing without reading. But I did have access to it before I signed it.

Everything has been ok, very slow going, but ok. Just frustrated, doesn't seem like settlements are being made fast enough. My credit is in the tank and this is just a really SLOW process. I'd rather just have a loan to pay off everything and get all the bills paid off and still only have 1 pmt.

Every time I call Freedom Debt Relief, it’s someone different. I think I was misled at the beginning. I’m still enrolled, but the way it was explained isn’t how it’s working. Freedom debits my account. I think it’s a little expensive, but I was in a car accident and had to retire, so I needed to pay the card. I was told my debts would be paid off in a couple of years, and I've been with them for almost two years, but it looks closer to five. I was also told each creditor would get a little money each month till it's paid off, which isn’t true. Because of this, I’m being sued by one creditor, which has been handed over to their law team. Honestly, I’m not happy with McCarthy Law and I don’t like them.

I used Freedom Debt Relief for debt reduction, and the enrollment process was easy. They negotiate with my debtors for a reduced fixed rate, and they pay it, and I pay them. My particular program runs for four years.

I have the utmost respect for FDR. They are very considerate, respectful and keep me informed of all the progress on my account. Each representative I have spoken with answers all my questions, advises me of what comes next and updates me after each transaction.

I should have done this a long time ago. FDR has been straightforward from the beginning. They have advised me of what’s going on and asked me for approval on debt actions. Don’t expect miracles. Expect a LOT of phone calls repetitively and daily from your creditors. Expect your credit score to dip 200+ points. Expect to deposit a LOT of money before settlements start due to the fees taken out before you are focused on.

It was easy to sign up with FDR. I was satisfied with my settlement. But I was very frustrated with the process. The company would send me notification that something needed my attention but when I called the customer service they did not know what why I was notified. FDR assign you an amount to pay each month as if that amount is going towards your debt. That amount was used for legal fees that was not disclosed to you up front. There was so much secret dealing going on that at the end you wonder what happen to the thousands of dollars that you paid into you dedicated account.

I have been thinking how grateful I am for your service support and bringing joy to my making it through such a satisfying experience that went so smoothly. My persons when I called in with a question helped explained and expedite my concerns immediately. FDR said they settled one account, yet 2 weeks later, I got a notice from the company that they just sold my debt to a collection company. If this had been settled, then they could not have sold it. I have tried to send this proof to FDR but have no way to upload the documents nor to forward the emails to them. I am frustrated!

Totally not satisfied. I called to change the date to withdraw my first deposit and the rep stated that she couldn't because my account was suspended due to my checking account not being valid or non verifiable. She told me in that case the funds wouldn't come out. A few days later I got a notification that the funds came out of my checking account. I'm not happy at all because this is suppose to be a financial debt relief company and they just caused me financial stress. My checking account is now overdrawn. I wanted to move the deposit date for a reason.

You have not paid off the bills as we agreed. Legal actions will be my next option. I was told 2 bills would be paid off. I would appreciate a follow-up call. It's amazing how the calls stop when there was no follow-through. I am hoping to hear an explanation from someone.

When I was inquiring about a substantial loan to pay off my credit debt. I was directed to FDR. I signed up to consolidate my credit card debt. What I was told and how this has progressed was very misleading. I wasn't aware of a monthly negotiation fee of $155.00, to date I have paid $2480.00 towards fees not payoff.

I need to speak to Grace who enrolled me into the program and does not answer my calls. I receive 2 to 3 messages a day and it's driving me crazy. I'm disabled and not technically inclined and don't know what to do because I don't know who to contact or speak with according to my frustration.

FDR is helping me get rid of debt. The only problem I have is the cost being so high, the length of time to pay out debt, and the amount of fees they charge which I also think is too high. Seem to me more of the monthly money I pay should go towards paying off my debts and not for fees. But I will continue with them because I want to get rid of my debts.

When I asked for my account to be closed the information I got was extremely annoying and they were now willing to provide an immediate confirmation of a request for cancellation. All they wanted was to charge my account so that they get money or create an inconvenience.

I was very impatient with this process at first. I was also very doubtful about success in the time frame that was promised. However, so far, everything is going well. I joined the program and am making progress but still do not understand why we have to continue to make monthly payments instead of taking one of the creditors and just finalizing the offer and closing it out.
