Since from the beginning of my experience with Freedom Debt Relief, everything is going and taking me in the right direction, their experience with the clients all the way, they are helping me in every way and I know they will get the job done for me and some other clients.

I chose this route to deplete my credit debt, which was taking over my life, along with other unforeseen problems. It was the best way to resolve the debt. I am so thankful for the people that helped me, from start to finish.

Customer service was ridiculous every time I called. I would get completely confronted with completely different answers to everything I was trying to get help with. can't express the stress I've gone thru in the past year. Now it seems that since I got approved for this loan and every creditor can be paid which is wonderful and I couldn't be a little more at ease. It doesn't excuse what unbelievable stress I was put thru during this past year trying to get answers and basic questions answered by customer service representatives.

Although it is always a difficult decision to go for debt relief, we couldn’t be happier with the progress we have made in 7 mos. Every month I would make payments and the debt amount would not move. My payment was $350. I accidentally added an account and payment went up to $507. When I called to remove the account added to bring my payments back down to $350. I was told my payments will remain $507. I cannot AFFORD that and it does not make sense why it cannot go back down!!!!

I joined cause l had a few debt that it was hard for me to pay monthly as l am retired. I pay now much less than l used to and yet no problem to pay monthly. I recommend anyone with a lot of debts and big monthly payments to join this program.

I was on LendingTree and Freedom's number came up. I made the call and talked to them. I felt very comfortable with the way they spoke to us. The lady that originally got us signed up was really nice. She explained everything and answered any questions that we had. Overall, they’re doing really good.

I kept seeing Freedom Debt Relief and I felt very comfortable with them, so I went with their program. I started in August and I’ve been making the payments. So far, one debt got negotiated and I'd get an email when something happens, but that's pretty much it. Nothing really has been resolved and nothing really has happened. I still get letters for one of my debts saying that Freedom Debt Relief people hadn’t really contacted my creditor. So, I just sent them an email a couple of days ago asking them what was going on. Also, I have one debt that was $500 and I have money in my settlement account to pay if off. But I don't know why Freedom Debt Relief hasn't paid and closed it off. In that case, I could’ve done it on my own.

I've been working with FDR for consolidation of my credit card debt for two or three years now. I had the same rep for a long time but then now when I call, I talk to somebody else. Still, my reps have been very good and I like their advice and willingness to help. Anytime there was a question, I can always call them and they're there. They worked with me really well in finding the best option and choosing which way to go. I got excellent service.

I lost my job so I was using my credit card and I fell behind. Freedom Debt Relief was very good and flexible. The payments I make twice a week, now that I even am working, are affordable. I did the lowest payments that I was able to do, which left me with money. Once I started working, I would be able to increase my payment, so that way, I’m able to pay the debt off sooner. They said by the summer of 2021, I would be done. Every person that I’ve spoken to was extremely helpful and very thorough. They will go over anything and everything with me. Each and every time I call, they will ask if they need to go over the client dashboard and if I have any questions. All the time, they are willing to sit there in discussion with me to a point. For anybody who happens to be in that situation, I would advise them to work with Freedom Debt Relief. I had a very good experience with them.

I've been with FDR for over a year and their service is very good. They answered all my questions. But maybe there can be a little more contact. I got two more debts to settle and I haven't heard a thing about them.

The rep from FDR answered all my questions. Even when I called back, they would answer more of my questions before I made any decisions. There was no pressure. While one of the settlements I got was not what I hoped it would be, they did tell me that Discover was the hardest to work with. That time, they had to up my amount taken out, which put me in a bind for a little bit. Still, everything they told me to expect and not to expect has happened. I’ve been very pleased.

The agents are very friendly helpful and informative. They answer your call questions and concerns. They make sure you understand the updates and changes you make to the program. Send to you email version on the changes that you discussed.

I am on a fixed monthly income and the Freedom Debt Relief Program was specifically designed to meet my fixed monthly income. FDR does state if you can afford to make an additional monthly amount month to finish the FDR Program within 24-48 months or earlier you can do so.

The communication with agents was excellent, helpful and comforting. The set up of the processes was thorough and useful, great support systems with easy access and good solutions to promote successful resolutions. Good settlement amounts and good affiliate companies with positive solutions.

The plan is working, my credit score dropped 200 points the first few months but is recovering. The process of negotiations takes a while and it's hard to ignore the calls when the creditors call, I recommend signing up with the Law group associated with them.

I wish I could have found out about FDR 10-15 years ago. The 1st two settlements are from BOA and AMEX, when I called them to notify them to get payments, "Contact FDR," both adamantly denied they would work with them! I expect Citi/Costco to be the next to either settle or like AMEX wastes going to collections and State of Alaska court system.

When we made the call to FDR, their reps were quite professional and it really seemed like they had our best interest in hand rather than them making money. We were able to qualify for a hardship loan because we’ve had some medical bills last year that put us in a kind of a bind. The process to get the loan was almost seamless. A lot of it was done online. Everything that we have experienced so far in the six or seven months with them has been exactly how they said it would go down. Every time we reached out to them, they always had answers for us. They were very helpful from the information standpoint. They’ve really helped us out.

My friend enrolled in FDR's program and told me about it. And so far so good. Getting started was not that difficult. Two accounts should be closed within a very short time, and another by midsummer. And then two are going to take much longer. The paperwork I forwarded the other day will probably take a couple of years, if they don’t take me off to jail in the meantime. That’s fine. As long as I can take my knitting needle.

I learned to be a little bit more organized working with Freedom. I was messing up everything and they keep my credit in order. Their customer service was super good. I've recommended a couple of friends to them. They’ve helped a lot.

They are on top of all my requests. Every time that I have questions and I call them, they answer all my questions. Also, I feel very comfy with the payment plan they provided.

I originally applied for a debt consolidation loan but instead was referred to Freedom Debt Relief. I was skeptical at first believing that my credit would be ruined. I was in the 700s but found it impossible to get my debt down even with extra payments to CC companies. Freedom Debt Relief has erased more than half my debt.

Everything is doing good with Freedom Debt Relief. I always got the answers I needed from their reps and it did not take very long to get signed up. My husband has been with them for four years already, and they are about all finished -- his last payment is in August. The payment plan that was provided was good. It helped people get out of debt and then still pay their bill. The only problem I had with it was that it did not end when it was supposed to. I thought that we start out with a certain amount and then pay them more. It supposedly only took 46 months, but it seemed like it has taken a little longer -- especially when we added more money to it. But, maybe they know what they are doing, and I don’t.

I was made to feel like I have a true chance to get out of this debt hole in a reasonable amount of time and will have a good chance of having good credit in 3.5 years again. I lost my job and half my yearly income and am glad that someone made an effort to help me during this time.

It is great knowing that I will be debt free. I would recommend FDR to anyone that wants to be debt free and have peace of mind.

Since day one with your company always been told one thing and it be something else. Very POOR customer service and would appreciate a phone call from ceo president of the company. There are a lot of issues complaints that I feel needs to be addressed.

I had "Freedom Debt Relief. This past Friday I spoke to a nice gentleman on the phone who informed me this would be my last payment. I’ve been using freedom debt relief for the past 3 to 4 years. After I hung up the phone with him I get an email stating that I have a another year left of payments. I am absolutely distraught and upset by the lack of communication and the horrible way Freedom Debt Relief has conducted my debt resolution.

This was one of the scariest things for me. Not making my payments. I was so nervous. But Freedom guided me on how to deal with my creditors. They were great at making me feel better about the situation I had gotten myself in. Losing my second job put me in a position I never thought I would be in.

It was awesome dealing with the Freedom Debt Relief consultant. It was really easy, nice and smooth. Everything was really upfront and explained really well. Any time I called, there was always somebody that answered the phone rather than go through a million messages. I have been with them for a little over six months and there's definitely a lot less stress with them. I’ve been able to pay my debt off a lot quicker and have gotten my credit score back up a lot quicker.

Freedom Debt Relief has been fantastic. I got things in the mail from National Debt Relief and I read their procedure. I wasn't really excited about the fact that at the end you owe them $3,000. With Freedom Debt Relief, it's all included. When you're finished, you're done -- makes a big difference. So this one is a lot better for my purposes. I was treated very nicely. The person I spoke with have answered all of my questions and made sense to me, and then I got the welcoming package which in writing, spelled everything out. And what was particularly helpful was that they gave me an address and phone number to give to creditors so that they wouldn't be calling me. I started out with eight creditors and in less than a year I'm down to three because they negotiated the rest. I'm very excited about that.

It is such a relief to know that finding financial relief is so easy. Just make your payments! FDR does the work. Yes the phone calls in the beginning are extremely annoying. But they eventually go away. And watching your debt decrease is the best!!

I was scrolling online and I came across Freedom Debt Relief. I did my homework and read. Then I called someone and he talked to me forever. But I didn't mind because he was letting me know everything that I needed to know, like how long the program was probably gonna take and how long it was gonna take before my first card gets settled. He also explained to me about the dashboard and how it works. He was very knowledgeable about everything that I needed to know. We also worked out a payment plan that is affordable for me which is pretty nice. I like the fact that we can add another card if we have to. I can go online and do it on the dashboard, which I did. It's very affordable.

I had some credit card debt I wanted to take care of. FDR was emailing me proactively so I enrolled with them. I had three credit cards. They settled all the accounts. One of them is almost paid off. One of them had just started. The negotiation phase is completed. I’m still making debt payments. The only difference is I’m making one to Freedom Debt Relief instead of three to the credit cards. Overall, FDR did a good job.

Recent activity with a Credit Union activity action prevented a lawsuit and/or garnishment. This was very good. While the reduction was less than 50%, I'm sure negotiators faced a staunch adversary and pleased this large item was settled. Again, it was settled damn efficiently.

I lost my job and I could not pay all my debt. Somebody invite me to Freedom Debt Relief and their reps have been great. However, one of them told me he would get back to me, but up to now, I've never heard from them. The process is slow, too.

Freedom Debt Relief works well and it helps me a lot. Any time I had a question or any problem, they communicated well with me. It solved my debt problems and I really liked it. The only problem I’m having is that I thought I was done in January. When I called in January, they told me to call in March. I then called yesterday and they couldn't give me an answer. The girl I talked to looked into it and she went to talk to a manager. She said she would have it escalated because she thought that it looked like I should be done when she delved into my records. According to my records, I should have completed the program already, which I did it for four years. She then told me to call back in two more weeks. They still took out payments on Friday, but I expected that.

Freedom Debt Relief was very fast to do everything and David was very good. I did my quick evaluation online and then he called me back. We went through everything and in less than 24 hours, we had everything settled. That timeframe for the process to get started was good. The payment plan is great too. I've been with them since July of last year and there are two or three of my accounts being closed out now.

I had too much debt. I reached out to Freedom Debt Relief to try to get it all consolidated and to try to get that debt paid off. My consultant was really good and went over the stuff that I needed to know. They were really good in what they do and how to use different programs. So, whatever the consultant told me was the way it was. They also worked really well with me on an affordable payment plan where I could pay it. I pay them. They take the payment out. They haven't hassled me. And then it just goes, and they pay them out for the collectors, and they get the money. I would get it paid off fast if I paid more money, but I do what I can do. They work with me good with it.

I’m starting to go into my second year with Freedom Debt Relief and so far, I love it. 4 cards have been closed out and my credit score is super up, which I’m super-excited about. The representatives have helped me out too. They helped me understand a lot more of everything and what’s going on in between the months. There will be some times when I feel like I’m putting money into this and nothing is happening. But then sure enough, I’ll get a settlement agreement where I feel like, “Yes, finally!” The reps have talked to me more about it and helped me understand. Then even when I checked out the videos that were recommended to me on my email, those helped a lot. So far, I’ve been feeling pretty confident about it.

I had great credit but then I retired at 65 and my income was decreased by half, I was able to pay my credit cards but it got to the point where I could only pay the minimum payment and I was drowning. I heard about Freedom Debt Relief and I made the call that changed my life, I was repaying my debts, but on my terms. I've already had 3 cards settled with 2 more that are being paid now. It may impact your credit score but I'm already in the Fair range with it showing that I have excellent paying history. UPDATED 6/2/2021: Would recommend to anyone in need of help with their debts. I started with 9 debts and just couldn't keep up anymore. So contacted them and they set things up to start negotiating with each company and then started paying a set amount and now after a couple yrs. I am down to 2 debts which will also be paid off as well.

The representative was very helpful as I have been watching my accounts closely and saw changes that didn’t make sense. I would say the communication from you guys is very weak and also my expectations were set a year ago that this would take 6 months so we are now entering a year and the only thing happening is my credit is trashed.

So far my experience with FDR has been great! They are very responsive to my emails and/or chats online. Currently I'm about 1/3 of the way through my debt settlements and while my credit score has dropped, I'm hoping that I can rebound quickly once all are resolved.

I am highly disappointed in the client dashboard as it truly doesn’t give anyone much information about what is going on and is very user unfriendly to boot. I feel I have zero control over anything. Recently I had a CC company who wanted to sue me for their balance. I will say their legal team readily remedied the immediate threat and settled, but now I live in fear another subpoena could come to my door. I feel totally in the dark and feel perhaps this program is costing me more than helping me. I’m so unsure what to do, stay or leave and start again. Very stressful and would feel better if I could just know what’s happened, what’s happening and what happens next but instead, I feel totally at FDR’s mercy. I hope the company will make some changes and realize how hopeless they make their clients feel when they are not provided with information to give them peace of mind via numbers and not just words. Your dashboard is useless.

Wow. What can I say.This has been the best Experience to be debt-free. I’m trying to remember his name. Brandon or Brad was a great person. Help understand the process of getting debt free. The team do a great job getting job done. I always tell people about this awesome program. Can change your life for the good.

My daughter recommended Freedom Debt Relief. There wasn’t any problem at all, till now. The accounts weren't settled correctly and they were not doing it promptly. Every account’s got $300 more on it. Then I had to settle two accounts on my own the other day. Customer service was fine but the lawyers stank because I turned it over to the lawyers in there and they just didn’t do anything. Freedom should try to settle faster and knock all these fees and stuff added on there before they try to settle.

The paperwork to get things started was done in 45 minutes. The people at the main office that I’ve been working with had been very cooperative and the gentleman that I’m working with now has been up-to-date with me. But I’m not too happy with the litigation team. There was a lawsuit filed against me with Discover card and the litigation team was supposed to keep me updated, periodically, on what was going on with it, and I have had to call them a couple times. They had never contacted me at all during this process, and it started back in November.

When my husband and I got together, I helped him fix his credit and then he got credit-happy. I told him we can't make ends meet every month and he went online and heard about the program and then I called. I was a little skeptical about it when my husband first did it but then seeing how his program works out, I said we could do it for me, too. I was doing some online research for credit consolidation companies comparing reviews, and just talking with them, it seemed like they're the best fit for my needs. The payment plan is affordable for me. It was half of what I was paying on my credit cards as a whole. So, it’s definitely been workable.

I had to prompt your staff to take action on settlement with Discover, even though there was enough funds to cover debt. The delay resulted in additional interest that could/should have avoided. Additionally, why would you agree to paying off in 12 months when there is enough to pay off in 1 lump sum?

This has been a good experience altho’ hard to get myself to do, not paying my bills was not something I had ever done. The staff has been very helpful throughout the process. I feel financially in control now. My credit score took a fall but I hope to soon have it built back up.

I called your company to find out why my graduation date was changing. In doing so, found out that my one debit must have been dropped. However I had been receiving emails about adding another debit.
