FDR does what they say and makes this process less painful. Gives you many different choices to choose from. You the customer have a say in what you can afford. Very professional, very private, able to contact them at any time with any questions, by phone, text, email, etc.

Mike was super helpful and answered all my questions, and believe me I had a lot of them. They’re saving me a ton of money and cutting the amount of money that I pay per month in half as well as the amount of time that it will take me to get out of debt.

Please be careful. You will have zero control or the ability to request to have a specific account paid first. They work at their own pace regardless of any request to speed the process up. Please do research about this company before you sign up. I thought that I did enough research about this company and signed up. I should have researched more. Found out that they just had a class action lawsuit against them. Hindsight is 20-20. You're better off doing it yourself. Very poor customer service and tons of lies.

My experience has been great, they were able to negotiate a settlement with one of my creditors and I am pleased with the help and guidance they provided. They put me on a positive path with restoring my credit in a short amount of time.

The reps I dealt with were awesome. However, after 2 calls to FDR, I’m still awaiting a return call and assistance with my settlement fee during these trying times. I have dealt individually with creditors and they have been more than flexible.

I signed up with Freedom in 2018 and they were very helpful. I had a situation where I needed to file documents and get a lawyer in order to deal with a credit company and that went well. I'm not getting harassing phone calls anymore, but I still get letters and everyone is still trying to collect their money. Some credit cards haven’t even been addressed yet. I don’t like that they didn’t reach out to all of the companies at the same time and make a payment plan so that everything was getting paid off. They just do one or two at a time and make chunk payments. I also don’t like how they take so much money. But I like that it’s visual and it’s on the app. I can see stuff as far as where my money is going.

I contacted Gia after 2 years and she treated me like gold. She was caring and helpful and the process super simple. Now that I’m in the program I’m not worrying every payday about trying to make the money stretch. Thank you.

Your information said I can withdraw from this service any time. I have sent more than one email asking to drop out, but have had no reply from you. Please take me out of this program as it is not what I wanted. And send me a notice immediately that I have been removed.

After 4 months into the program they settled one of my accounts and cut the 50% off from them. And right now they were able to settle two other accounts at once which is great. They are making good progress in all my accounts. They really are doing their best and are making my life easy now. Hopefully in my last 4 accounts that I have left they will do the same. True company to their words. They will make everything they can do to cut your whole debt in half. So far I like what I see and I know they will do the same to you if you are planning to settle all your debt. Give them a shot. I strongly recommended this company.

So far I'm very happy. It's been less than a year and one account was cut in half of what I owed and paid off already and a second account has been settled for 55% of the amount owed and on my way to having that paid off too. Very happy, highly recommend.

Letting my know when my accounts have moved. My last account went back to Toyota and wasnt even with ARS anymore and I wasnt informed. Other than that, I was always pointed in the right direction and got to settle 4 of my debts. So thank you all.

I needed to know why the legal group was saying that I was not enrolled when I was paying the $12 a month. I needed the legal group's help on a lawsuit that happened with one of my cards. The gentleman I talked to, Jacob, told me that I would have to take the Discover card out of the program because a judgment had been entered and they would now just work on the other card to get a settlement. He was very nice and courteous to talk to.

Debt relief. Yes I would recommend it to a friend. So far I have no problem with you helping me with my debt relief. Very happy how you keep me informed of everything you’re doing with my debt and when I do have a problem and I call you help me right away.

Postponement of April/May due to Covid19. Agent was very understanding, reviewed that I had enough reserves to do so! Very professional and helpful. Also I needed a billers hate mail to be added as the creditors company is still reaching out to us for collection. I was able to get that forwarded and it is now included in my documentation.

We started almost 2 years ago and not sorry. Yes it was a little difficult at first but they work hard for settlements on your behalf. I had a lot of debt and paying every month as the program was set up. Probably have another couple of years left, but my credit score is coming back up and well on my way to being debt free. Thanks.

I got laid off from my job and I have some credit cards that I have to pay. That’s why I decided to go with the Freedom Debt Relief. I found it on Facebook then I called one of the salesmen and he explained everything to me. I signed up and so far, so good. I've been with them for about two years and they have resolved four accounts already. I have two more to go. I’m happy with them, on what they’re doing. I don’t get any more phone calls from the credit cards and I'm making my payments on time so they are getting the payment and they’re working on the debt. So it’s great. I had a lot of stress before but now, no more stress.

The rep was awesome. He took his time explaining everything with me and I liked our conversation. He had good customer service. Also, I’m very satisfied with Freedom Debt Relief. They're helping me out. I like their program because I was paying out a lot of money out of a credit card and they saved me the money that I don’t have. This worked for me and I’m happy.

With FDR I will be debt free earlier from Discovery. They were not patient which is causing me a increase on my monthly payment I did not expect. An increase of $200 for 3 months then I can reduce to $150 a month until debt is settled. FDR and the Law firm is helping me with this matter. I should have seen this coming but I had no notice in the mail only an e-mail and a phone call 2 days before my notarized paperwork was due. So, a word to the wise if you can increase your monthly payment if you can. Now, I'm paying $600 monthly. I was too generous to others and now I'm paying the price.

At first I was Regretting the choice I made joining this program for the first couple of months but once they started negotiating I was the happiest person ever. It’s was hard getting all those phone calls but once I switched to the information they gave me it’s was a breeze. Couldn’t be happier. I’m halfway out of debt in a year.

I called Freedom Debt Relief over a year ago and now, I have cleared a couple of my cards. As far as I can tell, it’s fine from my end. I usually get my information from the dashboard unless I call and the payment plan seems to be working okay to me.

I've been 5-star pleased up until this point. I wanted to pay the last creditor off and deposit enough to do that. I thought I did that with an extra $651 deposit on Mar. 18. But instead, even though there's enough money there, it's continued on for a few more months through 4 payments of $1625 to the creditor building up more monthly charges of $10.25 unnecessarily.

FDR has given me peace of mind. They explained plain and clearly what they would do and what I would have to do. When I call everyone is very knowledgeable and I feel that financial freedom is not that far away. That is why I shared my experience and made someone else happy.

Long hold times. Operators providing different explanations. My debt is paid, I stopped my deductions and yet 1 is taken from my checking account. Pulling teeth to close my account & get my money back. Very unhappy with the current services.

I realize with limited funds you can only do so much. But I give you half of my check every month and the accounts which needs to be addressed the most, are the last to be focused on. Because of this, I get calls from bill collectors who want to sue me for the money. This is stressful. Also I had a great fico score before this, now my score is totally tanked. This is frustrating. It's hard to get that back up again. This process is hard. Freedom Debt Relief really hasn't been there for me in any real way. When I call, they are nice, but don't have any answers to my issues. Maybe there aren't any answers, but there must be better ways, something needs to change.

Other than National Litigation Law Group (specifically, Jason **) not handling my Target case properly, I have had an excellent experience with Freedom Debt Relief. I would and have recommended Freedom Debt Relief to many of my friends. I look forward to having my debt paid off sooner rather than later.

Since joining I have not been able to access my account though the portal, very frustrating. I have had good experience with the client and creditor collaboration, that is why I have given you 3 stars not 2 stars, but seeing my account in real time is important to me.

I have found that is has been fairly easy to work within the system. When I got a letter from a collection agency I took a picture of the letter and forward it to you and the next day I had a reply on what to do. I wish however there was a way to stop the annoying calls. We do not answer them but they never stop. I have notified the credit card companies in writing to contact you and to change my address to the p o box in Phoenix but they still call the house. I also provided them the telephone number.

Updated on 12/16/2020: Although the Settlement took longer than I expected, FDR was right there with me all the way keeping me informed of my status! I am so grateful to have found FDR. Thanks so much to the FDR Team your help, guidance, excellent service! Keep up the good work & customer service.

This is a great program. It has help me pay off my debt. At one point I was out of work and I couldn’t pay my scheduled bi-weekly payments. The gentleman from FDR that I first spoke with was pretty convincing. Based on what he told me, I felt that it was the best option for me to get out of my situation. They provided a debt relief program to where I was paying into a dedicated account while they negotiated with my creditors and came to a settlement. I would pay into my account and they would pay down my creditors.

I was with Freedom Debt Relief for seven years and I was happy with them. Any time I had a question, they helped me out really well. My monthly payment was pretty good and it was all I could afford at that time. They didn't make me pay more. So far, I got no more credit cards and now that my debt is all paid off, I'll be all right.

Updated on 09/02/2021: Freedom Debt Relief is wonderful, and hopefully, I'll have it paid off in the next month. They explained everything and the payment plan was easy to do. Overall, the service is excellent. In fact, I had one of my friends referred and she used them.

My experience went really well. My contact was Dan. He was very helpful and explained everything to me and my wife. Walked us through getting everything set up. He gave me his contact information for any help we needed. Called him a week later. He remembered me and my situation. I would recommend this debt relief to my friends and family.

When a competitor asked me the question "when was the last time you heard from FDR?", I began to become concerned. Weeks after that I had a very productive telephone conversation with one of your representatives. That was only after I STOPPED PAYMENT to FDR. The last time I spoke with a rep, I asked that they would leave their name, number and personal extension in an EMail to me and they did not do so.

Freedom Debt Relief has been good, and their representatives have been wonderful. It has been a year since I have been in the program, and my debt has been going down. The payment plan worked out well.

Freedom Debt Relief sounded good from what I was reading on the website, and I thought, "Okay, that would work for us." The debt consultant I dealt with was very nice and he knew what he was talking about. He sounded like he was going to do the very best for us. They worked on it and got them settled, and he texted me whenever they had something to settle. They were willing to work with us and the payment plan was good. They take out the money twice a month, and it works out well for our budget. They are settling my debts and they still have two more to go. We flipped over to the taking out the big loan so they could pay everything off, and so we are going to pay the loan to get it paid off quicker. Working with them is very comfortable and their customer support is good. I was very satisfied with everything they have done.

The employees are considerate and very knowledgeable. They are very helpful. They keep in contact on a regular basis. They inform you of every negotiation. If you have to leave a message, they respond in a timely manner. There's always someone to talk to. I have not asked a question that went unanswered. Very reliable. They do what they say they can do.

Only one settlement has been completed with this program of which I have been a part for a little over one year. When I needed help for a lawsuit it was not provided and your lawfirm was quick to respond that they would not help. I am really thinking of pulling the plug on your program and looking for other solutions.

Initially, I was reluctant to sign up. I was skeptical. But from the time I signed up to present. FDR has been extremely transparent. No surprised. I do not think I would have gotten my debt issues resolved without their assistance. I truly appreciate their service and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs to gain control of their debt and gain some relief.

I was led to believe F.D.R. would negotiate with my creditors, & reach a fair settlement. The fact is Discover bank & American Express aren't willing to negotiate much. As a result I'm paying back the full amount, the 2 options they offered involve increasing my monthly program payment significantly & increases the amount time that I'm in the program. Knowing what I know now I would chosen a different approach to my debt issues. I'm also disappointed with communication process, on 2 occasions I was not informed about time sensitive information.

There was a couple of things that I was advised of in the beginning that kinda changed a little bit, which was the length of time the program should take. I was under the impression that it was gonna be one year to have all my accounts paid off. The credit is paid off and then a year from that to pay off the actual loan. That was provided to me to do that. But it upped by a year from what it looks like in the email that I received. So I was a little confused about that, but it's not a huge deal. But there could be more communication on why that was happening. I've been in this program for four years now and I'm looking forward to getting it done sooner and then my credit goes back up. But I'm still overall happy with the program. I'm definitely at a better place than I was.

I did a pre-qualification for a loan. And then when I did the loan, they told me that my chances were better if I have a debt consolidation company. NDR has been working on my credit card for two years now. Since I am a college student and I can't work full hours I should be done by 2023. NDR has taken away a lot of stress. They helped me with some things that I probably wouldn't have been able to do on my own. Within my first year or two, they had already settled two debts. They try to accommodate so I don't lose my ongoing structured settlements. If I needed to lower my payment, they’ll put it in their system. They've been great and they've helped me out a lot.

Struggled with credit card debt.. FDR, showed me a way to manage the never ending high interest debt,, and showed me a good way out from under the mountain that I would never get out from under, still new to this but like my future.

I am writing this review with so much disappointment, sadness and desperation in my heart. I entrusted my financial situation to Freedom Debt Relief. They advised me to stop paying all my credit cards and so I did. I have not missed any payments in over 2 years. Finally I was contacted by Consolidation Plus which is a sister company to Freedom Debt relief with an option of getting a loan and paying off all my debt asap and I would just pay them off the loan. I figured it would be the best thing to do and so I moved forward with it. Freedom debt allowed me to get sued by one of my creditors and then my bank account was garnished and frozen. When I called Freedom debt literally all their agents would not help me and basically just said they couldn't help me and that it was a risk I knew I was taking. And NO that was not a risk I knew I was taking because if that was the case I would have continued to pay my credit cards.

I asked to skip my next payment because of a sharp decline in my income due to the Covid19 pandemic. The agent was very friendly and understanding and that really made me better about my current financial situation. The man on the line was great....but the problem did not resolve itself. I still cannot get into Dashboard. I changed my password and still I cannot get in. There is not much too say. I have a creditor that says I still owe after FDR said they accepted the settlement. I paid FDR 25% of the current balance not balance that was enrolled so of course it is higher. I have had to deal with creditor on my own trying to get this resolved. No avail, FDR is not helping. I have called customer service many times. I have other settlements that I have paid for. Very disappointed that I am still dealing with creditors after paying fees to FDR.

Coming into the program my credit score was around 685. No missed payments. I was looking Into debt consolidation loan but they told me that I didn't qualify. Now a year later they want to give me a loan. With 25% Apr. That will add over 10,000 dollar to my pay off.

I am tired of getting any 1099C in the middle of March when all of this stuff is suppose to be mailed out by January 31. Last year and this year I have not got them until the middle of March and I have already filed my taxes. So then I have to go back and get them amended. Something needs to be changed.

I am a single parent and had got overwhelmed with regular credit card debit and then some medical bills! Freedom has made getting back in financial shape doable! I will be forever thankful! Freedom allows will flexibility to stay on track!

I've been using the FDR program for 2 months now and regret it. Yes they have settled some of my debt for 40% and 50% less than what I owed. BUT they charge ridiculous fees when settled which they make you pay off before using your money on the settled debt. One of my settlements was very low, $1984. I figured this is great, I send FDR $922 a month, this debt will be paid off very quick!. Not so fast, FDR is only sending the creditor $83 a month. Thats going to take 2 years to pay off. Wouldn't the logical thing to do is to send maybe $300 a month and have it paid off in 7 months? Or something to that effect? Customer service is useless. I called the person who signed me up for the program and all she would say is this is "not my department". So I destroyed my credit for this program and am finding it useless. Good job Freedom Debt Relief.

Enrolling new debt. The program is good so far... I increased my payment on my own... But then received a new bill from a creditor and wanted to enroll that bill... But I cannot pay the amount suggested by FDR. Is there something else that can be done.. Sadiga **

So far my experience with Freedom Dept Relief has been great. I am always kept on the loop regarding my account , If I have any questions the customer service responds quickly and accurately. I am looking forward to have all my debt eliminated and finally have a piece of mind back.

I am new to the program but so far so good. Easy to get started and staff is very easy to talk to about any issues and very knowledgeable. I think this is a good choice to get your debt gone. This will save me so much time and money.

I'm retired and while my credit was good, I was overloaded. I went with Freedom Debt Relief but their program has not been helping a whole lot. While it's fine, after I got into it, I feel stuck. I'm still paying $448 and it's a bit much. My payments are just so high and I still feel like I'm struggling. If a person is already having problems with their debt, FDR should try to work with that person and get them more comfortable. Still, their reps are very friendly. When I call and ask them a question, they are very good. This month, I called and their rep said I could skip a payment. Even so, if they could do something about getting my payments down, that would be fine.

I found this company in the TV and I thought it was a good opportunity to take care of my debt in three years. The program was great and the negotiator I dealt with, who was a Spanish boy, was a very nice guy. His name was Ruben, and he was patient and consistent with us. Setting up a payment plan was nice, too. Before, we pay the credit cards 50 in one, 100 in one and 150 in one. In either way, we were never out. We were still in the hole. It did not matter I paid every month. With Freedom Debt Relief, on the other hand, I may be having freedom in like a year -- we are a year and a half in the program already. I won't forget about working with them. It helps us a lot. Go with them.

Right from the beginning, I was very nervous and anxious. However, a short time passed and it was like I had known my consultant my whole life. He was extremely courteous, kind, respectful and seemed to know exactly how I felt. I put a stop on the program the first time thinking I could handle it all. But I realized I couldn't. I called back a couple months later and was welcomed back into the program. I am very pleased with my decision.

The Staff has been very helpful in expediting my settlement accounts. Hopefully the remaining debts I have will be settled as soon as possible. I am looking forward to more settled accounts. You guys are terrific in helping me reach my goal. More power to you all!!!

Misinformed. Three accounts were sent to collections, and two were about to sue if I hadn't removed them from the program. Originally I was told about FDR from a third party. (Credit Karma) The settlement amount + FDRs fees are not saving much at all. Leonard

I just want to take the time to let everyone know what a great job you guys do. This was a very hard time for me and my family when we decided to seek your help, as I imagine it is for most that come here. I was scared and didn’t know what to expect; your entire team from start to finish helped ease my discomfort in the situation. The debts were paid and I had little to no worries in the day to day of the negotiations. After losing three of my parents and dealing with all of that you can’t fathom what a weight this took off of my and my spouse. So far my experience has been great! I’m super excited about this journey to the financial freedom I’ve been desiring for a little over a year now. And I’m also very grateful for the amazing team that’s making it possible for me!

I just want anyone that is considering this option to please think about it. They have extremely great customer service and talk the good talk, but in the long run it caused me more stress than before. I ended up finishing the program with their sister company, which I am thankful for because I had to get this behind me. The biggest problem I had is being served on one of the creditors that wouldn’t settle. It ended up working out in the end, and that’s when I decided to go with Consolidation plus, to prevent any further action of the remaining balances.

I’m a SPED music teacher and I retired in 2018. My husband is sick and he is 68. He retired in 2018 as well. We were taking care of his mom at the time. She had had a stroke. I needed to come home. When I retired, I cashed in a 403(b) and bought up some properties. When I filled out my taxes, my 403(b) swallowed me up and I had to pay back almost $7,000 in taxes. That bombarded me. I was not financially able to maintain all my bills. I was never late on my payments but I felt overwhelmed I had to borrow money to pay back the IRS and make payments on it. I went looking for some help. I called Freedom because I knew I couldn't get my head above the water with having to pay my IRS bill on top of my other stuff.

I had six credit cards and Freedom Debt Relief did great on five. My largest was SunTrust and they took care of that. The last one was Barclay and Freedom kept telling me that they wouldn’t budge. I’ve been taken to court three times and there wasn’t any help with that. They wanted more money at Freedom. If I could have given them more money, I would have done it. A paper came in the mail, which said that the judge passed judgment and that they could garnish my wages and put a lien on my house. 240 is still being paid to Freedom, which is good. But now, I gotta go till August 22, and I have to pay the same amount I would have had to pay when I left Barclay. When I stopped getting mail from them, they had to send everything to Freedom, plus 2000 more.

I’ve been with Freedom Debt Relief for a couple of years and I should be finishing up but it’s not. It takes so long for things to get processed and for deals to be made. It’s such a slow process. They should get things done a lot quicker. Also, I recently found out some information that I wasn’t told about. I’m not winning anything because at the end of the year, these companies are gonna try to get whatever money they lost.

I did a lot of searching and reading about different companies. I asked for the top five and googled it and that got me started with Freedom Debt Relief. I reached out to them and I asked if they could tell me quite a bit about their company. I asked them questions and they answered all of it. Freedom needed to know right off the bat who I owed as well as how much I owed. Once that was determined, they were the ones who figured out how much I would owe every month. Lately, I’ve been calling and telling Freedom that for this month only, I wanna put in more. I made a $1,500 deposit not too long ago and I asked if they knew that it was a one-time thing. They repeated it back to me and told me that it was what they have. After that, they sent a text and emailed me, and they let me know exactly what we were doing. I love their follow-ups and it makes you feel comfortable.

I was very enthused when we first signed up with FDR, but the process was so slow. If I had known, I would have said to take care of the banks first when we started. Those were the major ones that we had problems with. We were subpoenaed and have to go to court now. I’m not too happy with that.

My payment was $350. I accidentally added an account and payment went up to $507. When I called to remove the account added to bring my payments back down to $350. I was told my payments will remain $507. I cannot AFFORD that and it does not make sense why it cannot go back down!!!!

I was on LendingTree and Freedom's number came up. I made the call and talked to them. I felt very comfortable with the way they spoke to us. The lady that originally got us signed up was really nice. She explained everything and answered any questions that we had. Overall, they’re doing really good.

I lost my job so I was using my credit card and I fell behind. Freedom Debt Relief was very good and flexible. The payments I make twice a week, now that I even am working, are affordable. I did the lowest payments that I was able to do, which left me with money. Once I started working, I would be able to increase my payment, so that way, I’m able to pay the debt off sooner. They said by the summer of 2021, I would be done. Every person that I’ve spoken to was extremely helpful and very thorough. They will go over anything and everything with me. Each and every time I call, they will ask if they need to go over the client dashboard and if I have any questions. All the time, they are willing to sit there in discussion with me to a point. I've been with FDR for over a year and their service is very good. They answered all my questions. But maybe there can be a little more contact. I got two more debts to settle and I haven't heard a thing about them.

The rep from FDR answered all my questions. Even when I called back, they would answer more of my questions before I made any decisions. There was no pressure. While one of the settlements I got was not what I hoped it would be, they did tell me that Discover was the hardest to work with. That time, they had to up my amount taken out, which put me in a bind for a little bit. Still, everything they told me to expect and not to expect has happened. I’ve been very pleased.

I've been working with FDR for consolidation of my credit card debt for two or three years now. I had the same rep for a long time but then now when I call, I talk to somebody else. Still, my reps have been very good and I like their advice and willingness to help. Anytime there was a question, I can always call them and they're there. I kept seeing Freedom Debt Relief and I felt very comfortable with them, so I went with their program. I started in August and I’ve been making the payments. So far, one debt got negotiated and I'd get an email when something happens, but that's pretty much it. Nothing really has been resolved and nothing really has happened. I still get letters for one of my debts saying that Freedom Debt Relief people hadn’t really contacted my creditor. So, I just sent them an email a couple of days ago asking them what was going on. Also, I have one debt that was $500 and I have money in my settlement account to pay if off. But I don't know why Freedom Debt Relief hasn't paid and closed it off. In that case, I could’ve done it on my own.

The agents are very friendly helpful and informative. They answer your call questions and concerns. They make sure you understand the updates and changes you make to the program. Send to you email version on the changes that you discussed.

I am on a fixed monthly income and the Freedom Debt Relief Program was specifically designed to meet my fixed monthly income. FDR does state if you can afford to make an additional monthly amount month to finish the FDR Program within 24-48 months or earlier you can do so.

The communication with agents was excellent, helpful and comforting. The set up of the processes was thorough and useful, great support systems with easy access and good solutions to promote successful resolutions. Good settlement amounts and good affiliate companies with positive solutions.

The plan is working, my credit score dropped 200 points the first few months but is recovering. The process of negotiations takes a while and it's hard to ignore the calls when the creditors call, I recommend signing up with the Law group associated with them.
