Updated on 03/02/2021: I have no complaints at all. My experience has been nothing but positive. My settlements have been good and have been coming faster than I thought. It is great knowing that I will be debt free. I would recommend FDR to anyone that wants to be debt free and have peace of mind.

My experience is very positive. My husband didn't want to do this. He was skeptical. So far everything is going very good and everyone that I have talked to personally has been great. We are looking forward to doing this.

Since day one with your company always been told one thing and it be something else. Very POOR customer service and would appreciate a phone call from ceo president of the company. There are a lot of issues complaints that I feel needs to be addressed.

I had "Freedom Debt Relief. This past Friday I spoke to a nice gentleman on the phone who informed me this would be my last payment. I’ve been using freedom debt relief for the past 3 to 4 years. After I hung up the phone with him I get an email stating that I have a another year left of payments. I am absolutely distraught and upset by the lack of communication and the horrible way Freedom Debt Relief has conducted my debt resolution.

This was one of the scariest things for me. Not making my payments. I was so nervous. But Freedom guided me on how to deal with my creditors. They were great at making me feel better about the situation I had gotten myself in. Losing my second job put me in a position I never thought I would be in.

Freedom Debt Relief has been fantastic. I got things in the mail from National Debt Relief and I read their procedure. I wasn't really excited about the fact that at the end you owe them $3,000. With Freedom Debt Relief, it's all included. When you're finished, you're done -- makes a big difference. So this one is a lot better for my purposes. I was treated very nicely. The person I spoke with have answered all of my questions and made sense to me, and then I got the welcoming package which in writing, spelled everything out. And what was particularly helpful was that they gave me an address and phone number to give to creditors so that they wouldn't be calling me. I started out with eight creditors and in less than a year I'm down to three because they negotiated the rest. I'm very excited about that.

Freedom Debt Relief is awesome. It’s a blessing and I’m so grateful. I have recommended them to other friends of mine, fellow employees, and so forth. I have a four-year deal with them and their reps are always helpful. I usually don’t give high ratings to anybody, but Freedom just been there for me and I haven’t had no issues. They took care of payments as they come in. I’ve dealt with different issues and billings. I put them through and Freedom processed everything. It is a relief. You can breathe and you can live.

It was awesome dealing with the Freedom Debt Relief consultant. It was really easy, nice and smooth. Everything was really upfront and explained really well. I have been with them for a little over six months and there's definitely a lot less stress with them. It is such a relief to know that finding financial relief is so easy. Just make your payments! FDR does the work. Yes the phone calls in the beginning are extremely annoying. But they eventually go away. And watching your debt decrease is the best!!

The customer service rep was very helpful and did not make me feel like an ass. I had a woman last month that was so nasty I hung up and called back to talk to someone else. The young lady I talked to was great.

I was scrolling online and I came across Freedom Debt Relief. I did my homework and read. Then I called someone and he talked to me forever. But I didn't mind because he was letting me know everything that I needed to know, like how long the program was probably gonna take and how long it was gonna take before my first card gets settled. He also explained to me about the dashboard and how it works. He was very knowledgeable about everything that I needed to know. We also worked out a payment plan that is affordable for me which is pretty nice. I like the fact that we can add another card if we have to. I can go online and do it on the dashboard, which I did. It's very affordable.

I had some credit card debt I wanted to take care of. FDR was emailing me proactively so I enrolled with them. I had three credit cards. They settled all the accounts. One of them is almost paid off. One of them had just started. The negotiation phase is completed. I’m still making debt payments. The only difference is I’m making one to Freedom Debt Relief instead of three to the credit cards. Overall, FDR did a good job.

Recent activity with a Credit Union activity action prevented a lawsuit and/or garnishment. This was very good. While the reduction was less than 50%, I'm sure negotiators faced a staunch adversary and pleased this large item was settled. Again, it was settled damn efficiently.

Very courteous group of people and very professional in dealing with clients. Only wish the companies we must deal with for paying off our bills, could be notified sooner and the phone calls could stop. Very annoying and they act like you have not contacted them.

I lost my job and I could not pay all my debt. Somebody invite me to Freedom Debt Relief and their reps have been great. However, one of them told me he would get back to me, but up to now, I've never heard from them. The process is slow, too.

Freedom Debt Relief works well and it helps me a lot. Any time I had a question or any problem, they communicated well with me. It solved my debt problems and I really liked it. The only problem I’m having is that I thought I was done in January. When I called in January, they told me to call in March. I then called yesterday and they couldn't give me an answer. The girl I talked to looked into it and she went to talk to a manager. She said she would have it escalated because she thought that it looked like I should be done when she delved into my records. According to my records, I should have completed the program already, which I did it for four years. She then told me to call back in two more weeks. They still took out payments on Friday, but I expected that.

Freedom Debt Relief was very fast to do everything and David was very good. I did my quick evaluation online and then he called me back. We went through everything and in less than 24 hours, we had everything settled. That timeframe for the process to get started was good. The payment plan is great too. I've been with them since July of last year and there are two or three of my accounts being closed out now.

Had a very good experience and everything was great. Would give it 5 stars and tell everyone who needs the help to apply and try it out. Hope that this helps get thing going and everything works out for the best.

I had too much debt. I reached out to Freedom Debt Relief to try to get it all consolidated and to try to get that debt paid off. My consultant was really good and went over the stuff that I needed to know. They were really good in what they do and how to use different programs. So, whatever the consultant told me was the way it was. They also worked really well with me on an affordable payment plan where I could pay it. I pay them. They take the payment out. They haven't hassled me. And then it just goes, and they pay them out for the collectors, and they get the money. I would get it paid off fast if I paid more money, but I do what I can do. They work with me good with it.

I talked with Casey from Freedom Debt Relief and I liked what he had to say. Signing up was very simple and easy and it didn't take no time at all. I’ve been mostly working with Casey and I’m on my last settlement now.

I’m starting to go into my second year with Freedom Debt Relief and so far, I love it. 4 cards have been closed out and my credit score is super up, which I’m super-excited about. The representatives have helped me out too. They helped me understand a lot more of everything and what’s going on in between the months. There will be some times when I feel like I’m putting money into this and nothing is happening. But then sure enough, I’ll get a settlement agreement where I feel like, “Yes, finally!” The reps have talked to me more about it and helped me understand. Then even when I checked out the videos that were recommended to me on my email, those helped a lot. So far, I’ve been feeling pretty confident about it.

I have been with Freedom Debt Relief for over 2 years and they have been very helpful with getting my credit cards and debt reduce at least 50%. I am no longer receiving and calls from collection agencies. That is a big relief.

When I applied for this program my credit was really bad and I can't even move to another place because of the credit history. But now I get new place and my credit work normal. Thank you very much team.

All in all I am happy with Freedom Debt Relief. The only negative thing I have to say is about the 1099 that is filed with the IRS to show as income. I know they have nothing to do with this but it's still disconcerting.

I had great credit but then I retired at 65 and my income was decreased by half, I was able to pay my credit cards but it got to the point where I could only pay the minimum payment and I was drowning. I heard about Freedom Debt Relief and I made the call that changed my life, I was repaying my debts, but on my terms. I've already had 3 cards settled with 2 more that are being paid now. It may impact your credit score but I'm already in the Fair range with it showing that I have excellent paying history. Sabrina ** is my to go Girl and whenever I have a question, she calls me back quickly and is so helpful and more like a friend than a rep.

UPDATED 6/2/2021: Would recommend to anyone in need of help with their debts. I started with 9 debts and just couldn't keep up anymore. So contacted them and they set things up to start negotiating with each company and then started paying a set amount and now after a couple yrs. I am down to 2 debts which will also be paid off as well.

Freedom has helped me out so much, I was in way over my head and they have worked with me to reach my goals. They put the resources in place to make successful changes and lower my stress level while paying off debt!

The representative was very helpful as I have been watching my accounts closely and saw changes that didn’t make sense. He informed me one of my accounts may go to settlement soon which is great news. I would say the communication from you guys is very weak and also my expectations were set a year ago that this would take 6 months so we are now entering a year and the only thing happening is my credit is trashed.

So far my experience with FDR has been great! They are very responsive to my emails and/or chats online. Currently I'm about 1/3 of the way through my debt settlements and while my credit score has dropped, I'm hoping that I can rebound quickly once all are resolved.

I am highly disappointed in the client dashboard as it truly doesn’t give anyone much information about what is going on and is very user unfriendly to boot. I feel I have zero control over anything. Recently I had a CC company who wanted to sue me for their balance. I will say their legal team readily remedied the immediate threat and settled, but now I live in fear another subpoena could come to my door. I feel totally in the dark and feel perhaps this program is costing me more than helping me. I’m so unsure what to do, stay or leave and start again. Very stressful and would feel better if I could just know what’s happened, what’s happening and what happens next but instead, I feel totally at FDR’s mercy. I hope the company will make some changes and realize how hopeless they make their clients feel when they are not provided with information to give them peace of mind via numbers and not just words. Your dashboard is useless.

Wow. What can I say.This has been the best Experience to be debt-free. I’m trying to remember his name. Brandon or Brad was a great person. Help understand the process of getting debt free. The team do a great job getting job done. I always tell people about this awesome program. Can change your life for the good.

When my husband and I got together, I helped him fix his credit and then he got credit-happy. I told him we can't make ends meet every month and he went online and heard about the program and then I called. I was a little skeptical about it when my husband first did it but then seeing how his program works out, I said we could do it for me, too. After I got pregnant with my second daughter, it was hard financially. And I'm happy we did it.

I came across Freedom Debt Relief through a similar program that I had seen on television. When I called, they couldn’t stay on the line with me and had me go online. So, I plugged in on the website and that was when I realized that I made my error. After that, a rep called because I had questions about the mix-up and he said that he couldn’t find that I had done anything online with them. I told him I was in a jam and I needed assistance, then he said that was what they were for. He explained the whole service, what would be available to me, and how to get started. I was in such a need that it all sounded very good and I took advantage of that and went forward. As far as I could understand, it seemed like it was the next best thing because at that time, I lost my job and had more debt than I had income coming. And from the past years, I knew through friends and family that in these type of jams, creditors don’t seem to cooperate with you.

My daughter recommended Freedom Debt Relief. There wasn’t any problem at all, till now. The accounts weren't settled correctly and they were not doing it promptly. Every account’s got $300 more on it. Then I had to settle two accounts on my own the other day. Customer service was fine but the lawyers stank because I turned it over to the lawyers in there and they just didn’t do anything. Freedom should try to settle faster and knock all these fees and stuff added on there before they try to settle.

The paperwork to get things started was done in 45 minutes. The people at the main office that I’ve been working with had been very cooperative and the gentleman that I’m working with now has been up-to-date with me. But I’m not too happy with the litigation team. There was a lawsuit filed against me with Discover card and the litigation team was supposed to keep me updated, periodically, on what was going on with it, and I have had to call them a couple times. They had never contacted me at all during this process, and it started back in November.

I recommend Freedom Debt Relief. They are comforting when you’re on the phone when you sign up. They tell you they'll be there with you every step of the way. If you have any questions or concerns about anything, they tell you to call them. They have been very swift in getting my debts reduced, and it’s a lot. They keep you informed every step of the way of what they’re doing. Everybody is very nice and helpful. I did have to change my payment date a couple of times, and they’re very cooperative. The whole experience has been very positive.

So far it's been good. I did get a bill from Best Egg. I thought we already had an agreement with. So what happens now the bill was for the whole account over $3000.00. Why am I still receiving statements from them.

The payment plan is affordable for me. It was half of what I was paying on my credit cards as a whole. So, it’s definitely been workable.

The only thing that I did not understand was when I've seen about all these lawsuits lately against Freedom it was said that they were gonna take their portion out of each month before they paid the payments. I thought it would just all go towards the end and I would be paying off them. So I called them because I didn’t think my debts was going to ever get down if they're gonna take their payments right off the top at first.

The debt consultant was willing to help me with my debt and offered me some good solutions. They based my payment around how much I could afford. And I feel like my debt is going down because of the plan they have set for me. Working with FDR took one less stress. The debts are a lot easier now because I know it's all consolidated. And now, my credit score has gotten better.

I've had a lot of questions with Freedom about the fees, and where the money is going. I sent a request and get a copy of all that so that we can show it to them and talk to them about it. It seems like the dollars are not matching up. They questioned me about it and I don't have answers. I've been ill and I have not been dealing with it very well.

Just like everybody we fall to credit card, we enjoy using credit card but when we max our credit limit and we paid only the minimum required, we notice that we paying only the interest and we wonder when we can pay off our credit card. I had to prompt your staff to take action on settlement with Discover, even though there was enough funds to cover debt. The delay resulted in additional interest that could/should have avoided. Additionally, why would you agree to paying off in 12 months when there is enough to pay off in 1 lump sum?

This has been a good experience altho’ hard to get myself to do, not paying my bills was not something I had ever done. The staff has been very helpful throughout the process. I feel financially in control now. My credit score took a fall but I hope to soon have it built back up.

I had one more debit to clear with your company. My graduation date was the end of February. It came and went and payments were still being taken out. I called your company to find out why my graduation date was changing. In doing so, found out that my one debit must have been dropped. However I had been receiving emails about adding another debit. Yes, so far I would recommend this program to anyone who is struggling to pay of their debts. These people are so nice and answer all my questions. They have been there for me every step of the way. I wish I had done this long ago.

I was a mess when I contacted FDR. And everything that could go wrong DID!!! But they gave me the courage not to give up. It was rough but I think I will make it now because of all the support they gave me.

I didn't wanna file bankruptcy but I should've with what I'm doing with Freedom. I pay so much a month. They were really good about getting money from me. They figured up all of my bills and they said that I would pay $558 a month and they would get my credit back. I thought it was okay and then later on it came up that it would take almost four years to get it done. That's bullcrap. I want it done as quickly as possible. I understand they're supposed to take some money, but they take it on every bill. They don't take a lump sum.

When I got in trouble, I didn't know a way out and I searched. I heard Freedom was the best in their field at negotiating your credit cards down and making a settlement with whoever it's with, so I wanted to get my situation cleared up ASAP. They took all of my debt, then they figured a monthly payment with it. There's a beginning period and a graduation period, and if you keep paying and you don't stop with your payments, you can be done at your established time.

So far, I am 100% happy with FDR. I’ve been with them since September 2018 and at the time, I was contemplating filing for bankruptcy or paying off the bills I can keep up with a little bit. Once I found out about FDR, I talked to somebody from there. They explained to me how their program worked and it sounded like the best option for me to do. I have a couple of different accounts with them and hopefully, it comes to a conclusion soon.

Freedom Debt Relief does settlements but I’m not satisfied with them at the moment. I don’t like the way the program is set up because I don’t know exactly where the money is going to. They have the posting of how much was taken out, but they don’t say an exact breakdown or what company it's going to. They should put everything out there and even itemize them, so people could see and would not have a question in their heads on where the money would be going to. When you call, it’s different people every time. Their reps were fine. Every now and then, you'd run across a rep that you would question what they were saying, but they were never rude and they'd try to answer the question.

A gentlemen by the of Zack **, from one of FDR associate company and gave the impression that I could get a loan and clear my debt at an earlier date. I tried to contact Mr. ** after I submitted my personal information. Left a couple of phone messages for Mr. ** to call me back for an update and Mr. ** never returned my calls. I found out in an e-mail that I had been denied in which I do not understand nor have I been told the reason why. FDR automatically deduct $400 from my checking account every month and in my mind if the loan was to clear my debt then those payments could have been used towards my monthly for that loan. M, ** build my hopes up just to be made humiliated. I did not like that feeling and still don't. Thank you for your ear and listening to my disappoint.

Overall my experience has been good not great. The process seems to have taken a very long time to complete. I just hope that once complete I will be better off than when I started. In one legal issue and FDR was not willing to help. I was told I did not have legal rep on my account. 3 months later I was contacted by FDR and was advised I should have contacted them when the suit first happened. I did that.

The best customer service. They are really helping me. I really recommend Freedom because from all the companies out there they are the real deal. When I look for a debt relief company from all the companies, they are the best.

So far, so good. No settlements yet. First deposit is March 15, 2020. Trying to do what the told me to do. Need this to be successful. I am 62 with no future if it doesn't. Also don't want to leave my wife with a lot of debt if something were to happen to me.

I am losing confidence in you folks. You contacted me to add an account that was already enrolled. Somehow you duplicated an account and lost one. I called you fixed it or so I thought then you contacted me again. You need to work on communication skills and help customers you already have.

National Litigation Group is more on the side of the creditors than the client. Very dissatisfied with their actions and the way that they make you feel like the rotten party while you’re trying to correct an issue. They were hired by the client not the creditor and should act as such.

I have been very happy with Freedom Debt Relief. However, the client dashboard does not provide easy access to what clients are enrolled in my program. It is difficult to navigate to get to where I am trying to find information.

I was unhappy because the final judgement would have been cheaper if I hadn't added to FDR. Originally I was paying $205 monthly for 5 years with no interest. FDR took its funds out first instead of making a large payment which would cut off the time it would take to pay it off. I am still paying $205 monthly. I also didn't understand that you would be taking 25% of the original debt.

Updated on 09/18/2020: They took care of everything. There was nothing that I had to take care of. If I got a letter or if somebody bothered me about a bill, I would contact them and send them what I had. One was gonna take me to court and they gave me the lawyers that they have. The lawyers took care of it. I never heard another thing.

It has been a good journey so far. Very nice people. Sure hope for it to end soon. I got 3 more years. If you need help call them. They don't do harassing phone calls, you only hear from them when you need.

This program has brought peace back in my life. No more creditors calling and my accounts being paid. I would recommend it to anyone. Freedom Debt Relief does exactly what they promise. All I had to do was keep my payment on time.

It's been almost a year and the stress we felt from all the collection calls and worry from struggling to make ends meet is all but gone. Freedom Debt Relief has lifted a huge burden off us so as seniors we can find quality in our day to day life.

There is very little communication. Also, they do not forward tax 1099 forms when they should. This caused me to have pay quite a bit to have to file an amended tax return. When I asked about the delay they just shrugged it off as my problem.

I am in need of anything that was paid towards American Express. I have received a summons for garnishment and as far as I know, this was paid. I also have 2 of my 3 credit reports which shows one of the accounts FDR is working to get a settlement. I show this as written off only on one of my credit reports unless I missed it. Thank you for any help you can do for me.

One of my creditors from the credit report was not added to the account from the original phone call and it should have been and now I am going to be charged more money to add an account that the gentleman I spoke to originally should have added to begin with. I am very unhappy and unsatisfied with your company.

Have done that every time I can to every one I can... Very good experience with the process and got 14 accounts handled in just 4 years and 3 months. Was a little hesitant at first to do this, but now I'm glad I used Freedom Debt Relief for doing this and now debt-free from all the creditors.

From our experience since signing up with Freedom Debt Relief is very positive. All that they relay to you is very accurate and true. We are happy with their service to help us get out of debt. We are still in progress with them to get all our credit cards paid off. It is nice to have the dedicated account so you don't have to juggle the family budget to pay the bills. Yes, we are paying for the service but they have reduced our total due by a large amount so we are happy. The National Litigation Legal Group is great in case the creditors try to come after you for their money. We did have to use this service as well as one of our credit card company took us to the legal action. They did the negotiations and we had a very positive result.

It's been less than two years and I am seeing a bright light at the end of the tunnel. It's hard to explain in words the emotional roller coaster I was going through. Fairly happy but didn't pay attention to the fact debt not paid considered income and dealing with IRS has been a nightmare. So now I have had to deal with setting up payment plan with the IRS and incurring late fees.

The company takes a advantage of vulnerable people in trouble. The customer service people all say something different.. They also try to get you take a loan which is a moneymaker for them. When I first joined Freedom Debt Relief company I had three credit cards and they were not maxed out but they were quickly climbing because of the high interest rates that I never would have been able to get caught up. I came into the program with around $25,000 in debt. I will be graduating the program with over half of that paid off. They do an exceptional job negotiating the debts down by over 50%, that I couldn't complain about anything. After my first year in the program my credit already started going back up and it's had the most positive effect on my life and credit.

Consolidated bills. The representative (Jaime) that has been working with me was very professional, understanding, polite and explained the program very thoroughly. She always called back when said she would. I couldn't ask for a better representative. I receive emails regularly on my progress. I was set up on dashboard so I could monitor my progress. I felt like I was drowning in credit card debt, Freedom Debt Relief took over and worked everything out for me. Now I have one payment takes care of all, it's as simple as that, plus I have some other debt after I started program and they are taking care of that.
