I have only done one payment. Still a long road. I heard as we move on hopefully things will start to get saves. It will take month. Hopefully one account at a time. My 2nd payment is this week. I'll have wait till December for the 1St account to be paid.

Freedom Debt Relief has been very helpful. They were one of the top negotiators in the country. Signing up with them was pretty much up front. They explained well what I should expect about going into the program and what I should do so I was pretty much aware of what I was going into. I have a lot of the accounts settled and I only have only three more. Freedom has been doing a great job working on my affordability of making those monthly payments and being able to settle.

Was recommended to me by friend. First time I've ever had to do something like this. It was very easy to sign up. Set up of the online account was painless. Received my first settlement offer today. I am glad I made the choice to call and finally try and get my debt taken care of.

Freedom Debt Relief is a life-saver for giving me and my husband a solution to our debt problems. We trust FDR, Crossroads Financial, and National Litigation. All 3 manage our debt solutions adeptly. 2 debts are being taken care of due to lawsuits.

A friend explained about Freedom Debt Relief. He was already involved with them. I took a look and read some reviews then I chose the company and everything has been perfect. If you look at the numbers a year ago and the numbers now, there’s a big difference. The payment plan was excellent. It couldn’t be better than that in order to satisfy both things – the credit cards and to speed up debt. I’m pretty satisfied with Freedom Debt Relief. But if I could change something, I would probably speed up the payment a little bit when you have more money. I have five accounts now but I already have plenty of money on the account to get away from two more. One would be paid off this month. The last payment would be in 10 days and I would end up with only two. So mentally, it’s a good thing. I started with seven and now, I only have two just in a year.

Everything is fine with Freedom Debt. The only issue that I had, and I'm sure it probably was discussed in the beginning, was I didn't realize how much Freedom Debt would get. The money that I had accumulated in the account was almost $1,000. After they settled that for Discover, the fee that Freedom Debt charged was $800 so I was back at zero. I thought I was still gonna be able to have that money in there, pay Discover, and still have some money building up in the account, but Freedom Debt took all of that money. Discover sued me which I was told of upfront.

I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service Freedom provides. One way or another, we all get into this situation because of bad choices. Not only did Freedom not make me feel shamed for the mistakes I made, they helped me get on the path to using credit wisely. I would highly recommend taking advantage of all the services they offer, and following the tips they send through email. I gradually starting adding some credit back in my name towards the last year of my graduation date, and by the time I graduated, I was able to secure a car loan with a really good interest rate. Updated on 01/28/2022: Freedom projected all my enrolled debt would be negotiated by three years and did it - saving me the interest I would have paid on that debt minus their reasonable fees. I am happy with this result and would recommend Freedom to others. Good job!

2 concerns: I received a letter which was sent to an address I resided 5 years ago and was being transferred to 6 people within 2 weeks which no one still did not help. Fees on account. All I wanted to do was change this month date to the 24th. Your team leader sucks and does the people answering the phone. No one tried help me in this trying time for everyone. I am very disappointed in this time. Every business AMERICA IS trying to help their clients except you.

I have had questions in the past and have emailed to our contact advisor Eric **, I have emailed people listed on received emails, I have called on the telephone to ask questions and all to no avail. Left messages, nothing. I replied to an email about making an extra payment to save 10% and it said accepted and will be applied. On the dashboard nothing appeared, no money exchanged, nothing was done and still hasn't been. My account is current and up to date and they have continued paying debts and other items.

I've been with Freedom Debt Relief for three or four years and I should be about done. The Better Business Bureau report led me to choosing them. Everybody was considerate. I didn’t feel bad. When I first started out, I was in tears sometimes when I call, and they were very helpful. I like not having to worry and things getting taken care of by Freedom. It's top-notch quality service. I’ve told several people about them.

The FDR represent was extremely helpful. He explained everything clearly. The representative was very professional and took the time I needed to make sure I understand the process and the dates for the withdrawals. Overall I had a great experience.

What can I do to speed up last settlement. Was told should happen this month. All funds are in place. Need to start working on some tax problems. The person I talked to was very big help. Thank you for the attention.

I was searching for debt relief things on Credit Karma and filled out a survey on their website. I then went with somebody else, but they called me and said that I may be better off going with FDR. The FDR rep was perfect. He was so nice and understanding. At that time, I was really stressed and didn’t know what to do. And he kinda talked me down and told me that everything was gonna be okay. He made me feel comfortable, which was why I decided to go with him. Freedom Debt Relief is doing a good job. They have helped me out. It took them about a month to close one and I was pretty satisfied with the time frame. Right now, they’re working on two others. And I use the dashboard constantly just to check on things and see how my status is.

The reps from Freedom Debt Relief are very professional, polite and punctual. They know pretty much what they’re talking about and if they don’t have any answers right there, they’ll put you on a brief hold and they’ll get answers for you right away. The issues are resolved there on the spot. The program I have with them is for credit card debt and a personal loan. I get emails to let me know where I'm at with the program all the time. Right now, we’re trying to negotiate on my last creditor. I hope they will come to a resolution and then we’ll be able to solve it. We went to a collecting agency twice and the last collecting agency that has the debt was really not negotiating with the amount that they wanted to settle for.

The time that I've spent with Freedom Debt Relief makes me feel that I'm coming out of a cloud of debt. They've given me options and especially during my hardship with this health pandemic. I looked around online for a couple weeks and called and talked to a couple different places, and Freedom sounded like they had the best option for the problems I had. There was a whole lot of paperwork to go through and read through. We did everything online and it went pretty quick. The customer service had been fine and they’ve been doing a good job. They’re still working on the accounts. A couple of the accounts have been resolved, and there’s one or two more that are still in negotiations. Overall, I’m pretty well satisfied so far. It’s going pretty well. It's straightforward and they are doing what they said they were gonna do.

I was expecting this to be done sooner, but it took a little bit of time when they had started doing all the deals. I wasn’t expecting that. But other than that, it’s okay. I talked to another company before and it was exactly the same thing but I didn't wanna do it. Then one day, FDR called me and I know it was not gonna be easy for me to get out of bad debt without some kinda help so I decided to do the program. It was the fastest way to get out of my debt. But the interest rate is a little high. The percentage that they're charging was real high too. Let’s say I owe 2,000 to a certain company and they bring it down to 50%. If I gotta pay 1,000, then I gotta pay them with like 400. So I didn't save much. I know I have savings in the long run, but I don’t feel like I saved a lot. So I might wait a little bit to bring my points up a little bit and maybe apply for another loan with a lower interest rate.

I wanted to find out what amount I needed to pay off my debt. The customer service representative very very helpful and went out of his way to find the most accurate information possible. He was polite and professional and very empathetic.

I spoke with "Scott" about my Target account, that has remained inactive since I enrolled in the program (2 years!). It is the last account that needs to be settled and there was action needed. He stayed on the phone with me until we got things resolved, and assured me that I would "graduate" from the program by year end. Very patient and professional.

I reached out to customer service this week and was promised a call back by the agent. I still have not heard back. I'm actually very disappointed with FDR at this time. I called to stop auto payments since I am not currently working, the agent only put that for April. There was a lot going on and then my payments started to get withdrawn again while I was under the impression since I had called they were stopped until further notice. You withdrew my bank account because I made a payment then you took a payment. $90 in overdraft fees and like I said the agent was to call me back the same day and that was 3 days ago.

Freedom Debt Relief was advertised and when I called them, I liked the person I talked to. I told them about the experience I had with another company and that I was not very happy. They told me their procedure and explained everything. I also told them the situation I was in and they accepted it. They said, "We are gonna follow it from here." And after that, they did. From the start, they told me how long the program was going to take. They contacted me and offered me the account. They were very nice and helpful. I don't have my order number. I would like for someone to reach out to Vive for the HCCCREDIT.COM account. They are saying that no one has reached out to them. I advised that there has been contact and due to the number of times they call even into the late hours of the night; I don't answer my phone from them anymore.

To add creditors account to my existing FDR account is such a hassle. Before it didn’t matter if it was in collection or not it would be added. Now it has to be in good standing for it to be considered. Lately I have been having to look into Summons and Finding out account numbers. FDR lately really hasn’t been wanting to research info on accounts.

I first entered this program February of 2019. It started off great, I was getting resolutions and there was a significant change to how I was budgeting my money. Then the settlements slowed down. I started to actually take a look at the settlements and noticed that the fees I was paying FDR was extremely high. It seems as though they are more interested in keeping you in program by charging these high fees. I've increased my monthly payments by double and I'm still nowhere near to exiting the program, BECAUSE OF THE FEES! Please negotiate your own debt because now I am contractually obligated to stay with them until I am finished paying. I really thought this program was going to help me, but instead I feel as though they make money off the weak who are in poor financial situations.

My wife told me Freedom Debt Relief was good and that maybe I should try it. I went with them for my loans and credit card debt. They are paying my bill on time every month so that’s good. I would like to pay a lumpsum till I pay out one of the bills, if I can.

I like the reviews people were giving about FDR. I signed with their program and it is going to be about four years. I’d like it to go a little quicker, but other than that, every time I call, the customer service is very good. They’re always very friendly and knowledgeable. They were kind. I spoke to Sergio and he was very helpful in telling me how to remove the alert from the account. Furthermore, Sergio told me about the status of two accounts that were in negotiation. FDR works fast and efficient! I would recommend their services to family and friends.

I called FDR requesting a letter stating that I was allowed to request a small loan from a local credit union. The lady I spoke to said, the only letter FDR can provide is one stating that I was in good standing. I said ok and she said the letter will be emailed to me. This never happened, I never received the letter.

This has been a good experience. My credit score dropped which they told me it would. Not as bad as it thought. The customer service is amazing. I had bad anxiety one day thinking maybe I should not have done this. She assured me I made a good choice and I did.

Staff was friendly and helpful. It did take longer than I expected and the transition to the sister company was confusing. There was plenty of help any time I called, the process just seemed confusing going thru the transferring of my debt to the sister company and the Law Firm. I'm doing the program with Freedom Debt Relief for credit card debt. I didn’t know anything about this going in, and Freedom has done a really good job of talking me through it and helping me through everything. Dealing with their reps has been really well and the service is really good.

I was experiencing some medical issues and I didn't want my credit card payments to go into a spiral. I wanted to deal with it somehow. Freedom came up on one of these social media things on my smartphone and they sounded like the best option for me. The way Freedom is trying to negotiate with these credit card people is fair and equitable. I just have to stay the course and I hope everyone is patient. I hope the credit card people are patient, I hope Freedom is patient, and I'm trying to be patient.

Help understanding settlement. The customer service person I spoke with was very helpful. She explained things in simple language that I could understand. She was very clear on what my options were and what the pros and cons of those options would be.

I’m working with Freedom right now on my final thing. They just asked me for approval to go ahead and finish the negotiation. The question I had was the amount of money that they’ve negotiated for is less than the money that I’ve stocked in there. But they wanted to continue and pay them over a 12-month period and continue to charge me the money per month that I was putting out to FDR. I talked to them a couple weeks ago and inquired about this. I told them that I have enough in the account and that they should pay them off and be done with it 'cause I could sure use that money somewhere else. And they’re gonna work on it.

I was about as dumb as an ox and didn’t know anything. Freedom Debt Relief was advertised on TV and I called them. They explained to me what the program was. I didn’t fully know everything about it but I knew that they could help me out of the bind I was in because I couldn’t pay the interest on the credit I had accumulated. I turned in all my cards to them and they told me exactly what to pay a month so I did that. I've been doing it ever since. Recently, I increased my payment to $50 a month to get out of it quicker. It has always worked out. If I went to court, they had lawyers and helped me go through that and get that settled. All but one were settled now. Freedom is paying out two at one time now and when I get those paid off and accumulate some cash, they'll settle the last one.

They inform when they get a settlement and they work with me ‘cause I ain’t working here at the moment and have to cut down on payments. The payment plan is a little high. But I'm in the process of working that out right now.

I had been making deposits for over a year when my hours were cut at work. There were several months that I could not make my deposit and some settlements fell through - that is on me. However, a fee is collected monthly from me for NLLG Law Group. When settlements fell through NLLG dropped the case. I was referred to McCarthy Law Group and signed a POA with them. Then one day out of the blue I get a garnishment at work. McCarthy did nothing! I emailed, called. They kept saying NLLG was my lawyer even though they had the POA!! They sat on it until I was garnished! Even though they could have negotiated. I reached out to Freedom and they were no help.

I always dreaded this process because I’ve dealt with in the past were anything but professional if not downright unhelpful. Ted was superb. He resolved my issue promptly and with care. He went beyond and called my bank to get reimbursement and he gave me his contact number. He explained to me the importance of staying with the program. He was so kind.

Everything has been going really great. I only have one more bill that they have to pay, and that's from American Express. I've been keeping up with their payment plan. Right now, they're taking out 477 a month out of me until my debt is paid off. I had a couple of cards that they didn't pay and they didn't tell me that they didn't have enough in there. So, I only have one more payment and I'll be paid off on the one. At that time, Orlando said he didn't think that they would take this one card. Then I called and they did take it so it went over a little bit longer. Orlando said they were supposed to take 516 out of me. But they haven't done yet it. So after this is over, I don't know how much they're gonna take out. I hope it ain't more than the 516 'cause that's all I can afford.

At first, I don't know Freedom Debt Relief can help me in solving my problem about paying my tuition fee in school, juggling in paying my credit card bills, paying my lawyer's fee, and many more. Freedom Debt Relief (FDR) was a blessing from beginning to end. I enrolled four debts into the program totaling close to $60,000. FDR negotiated my debts down by 43%. I graduated the program in just 2.5 years, which is 19 months ahead of the estimated graduation date. I accomplished this by making as many additional deposits as I could by working lots of overtime and making sacrifices in budgeting.

I’m almost done with paying everything off and everything is great. Freedom Debt Relief really helped me ‘cause I didn’t know how this credit thing works. Now that I’m working on fixing it, my credit has dropped. Their payment plan really helped me a lot. I was able to pay for it every month.

I found Freedom Debt Relief online and their reviews. And then I initially called them and spoke with an agent who was very helpful. When you’re in this type of situation, it’s very embarrassing because you got yourself in a pickle and things are so bad that you’re embarrassed. Here you are, an adult, you’re supposed to be responsible and you get yourself into a mess. The agent made me feel comfortable talking to her about it. That’s the biggest thing that made me decide to go with them. She explained everything and told me what to do with ease. That was five years ago and I still remember the call experience was excellent.

I am very pleased with FDR. they are doing just what I was told when I signed up. I did refer a friend several months ago but have not received the amount for referring someone. I found an advertisement for Freedom Debt Relief and I called them. The rep was great and he explained everything to me. When I send FDR anything or if I send them a letter I've received, they get back to me right away. So, it’s been great corresponding with them.

From the very beginning I have been nothing but satisfied.They're saving me $20,000! They're very nice, they explain everything very well, and they always say, "Do not hesitate to call if you have any questions." I'm very glad I chose them and this is not fake! Signing up with Freedom was relatively easy and straightforward. Customer service has been helpful. Within six months, I started to see some debts get settled. I still have three pending accounts that have not yet been settled but I’m going into two years into the program so I’m still in the middle of limbo. I have mixed feelings still in doing the program but at the same time, I wish it will go faster in getting settled for all the companies. But because there is not enough money on a monthly basis, Freedom cannot have that okay on my behalf. They need to get more money in in order to negotiate the debt with those companies so it’s understandable.

I am very pleased with my first settlement. Freedom was able to get it down 50% of what I owe. This is a very huge relief for me! The first creditor they got a settlement with is the one I worried about the most.

So far I have been pleased with the service. I only didnt understand why some low card balances were not done asap, rather than the one large one. I would recommend FRD however. I would also have liked another way to handle the creditors once I talked to them to let them know I was enrolled.

We needed to temporarily adjust our monthly deposits due to virus loss of income. Agent was helpful and understanding and we reached agreement on what would be done for the upcoming month. He carefully explained the options and got approval.

FDR has been very helpful and efficient with providing help with my credit card debts. The debts were resolved for a good bit less than I owed, and even if with the fees I ended up owing a little less than originally owed to. My credit card companies. The collection calls stopped and the finance charges ceased which were all great things for peace of. Mind.

The enrollment process with Freedom Debt Relief was easy. But I don’t have an easy time accessing the dashboard. It would be easier for me if I received an email. The program is for credit card debt and the timeline is four years and I'm almost halfway through. I’m only paying $100 every two weeks instead of $300 or $400 and I like that my bills are being paid.

Freedom Debt Relief is ripping me off, but I’m too far in it to go back out, so I might as well just finish it. I haven’t seen progress with my credit union, State Employees, and that was my highest one. I don't know why they didn't do that one first. I don't like how they run their business. Whatever your debt is, when you start, to me, they let it get higher. Also, you're still responsible for paying the other fees that they added to it. And then, if they settle and get an agreement, then you still gotta pay them. So, why am I paying them when I’m in a program and they let it get high? I know the credit union is higher than what I started off with. And then, I didn’t know that I could get sued and have to go to court. But then, the lawyer-side took care of that.

Freedom Debt Relief has made a huge difference to our family. I've started working with FDR only recently, but already two accounts have been negotiated to have reduced balances and a structured re-payment schedule. My family would not have been able to continue with the high payments that were crippling our ability to get back on our feet. Thank you FDR!

I came to FDR after medical bills ruined my finances and thought they would help. I was a single parent and every dollar mattered and our money didn’t cover the bills. After signing up, FDR resolved two accounts quickly. Then nothing happened for several years EXCEPT I was sued. Four times. The last time was for one of the accounts I thought was settled. FDR just kept the money. In the end they had over $6000 of my money they needed to return. The paid legal services did not help once. They’re very good at finding ways that they cannot help you. If you are in need of help, I would NEVER suggest freedom debt relief. Again they had money for years that they said they settled and gave to my creditor.

I’m happy that I found a plan that is helping me renegotiate my debt and get it paid off. The only thing I don’t like is the fees which I believe are too high when a client is trying to lower the bills they have.

I was searching for some debt relief programs and Freedom Debt Relief was the best one off the internet. They sounded like the best program for me. I didn't have to have any money upfront. They worked with what I had. They gathered up what bills I have and worked with the creditors to try to get a resolution on my debts. And they set me up on a dedicated account, and I put money in each month and I put a certain amount in it. They use that money to pay my debtors each month. They were good. I was fine with it. I was saving money a month off of what I was having to pay to the creditors, so it worked out for me. It’s freed up enough money a month to where I was able to pay down some other bills that I was paying on. And it’s really eased up the stress that I was having trying to come up with the money to pay everybody.

Updated on 05/28/2021: I felt supported all the time I worked through the program. My creditors, for the most part, responded well to my use of Freedom Debt Relief as my way of ending the debt I owed. When they didn't, FDR was there for me including for the one that sued instead of cooperating. It did tell me what credit offering companies I'd ever consider again. I've learned a lot and got my affairs in better order. The only credit I used during this time was my gas card which allowed me to build some credit by paying it regularly as it allowed credit within the amount that I'd paid and a bit more. I'm now at the place that I'll likely pay off that card every month or nearly so.

It a great company. I will recommend any to go with you all. You are doing a wonderful job. I see my credit taking time going back up. You guys really work with me. God bless you. I was so worry about my credit but now I am seeing improvement on it. Very good company.

This is a great company! They did as they said they were going to do. Every time I've had a question it got answered by friendly employees. The only thing I have a problem with is the dashboard. Every time I try to go into it, I have to go through the process of resetting my password.

Freedom Debt Relief has helped me with lots of creditors and their customer service has always been great. I feel comfortable with their payment plan for me and they have been very helpful. I like that I have one payment in a month instead of seven. Being with FDR has been a relief for me.

Most of the companies that I talked to would talk a good game up to a certain point, and then they all would be, “We can’t do that. No. No. We can’t do that.” And when I got in touch with Freedom, the rep said, “We can do that. We can do that.” So, that was an easy choice. However, every time since it all has gone over to the loan thing, I’ve tried getting on that site and it kept telling me there’s an error. I tried calling them and I got this thing that says, “Everybody’s busy right now. Why don’t you try calling when we’re not so busy?” But then, they don’t say what times they're usually open. I’ve tried morning, around noon there, and early evening before I figured they would be closed. I got the same thing every time. But Freedom is never a problem. They text me, send me an email, and then I go to the dashboard, and it was all right there. Also, anytime that I dealt with them, it has been excellent. They’re very helpful.

I have been with Freedom Debt for about 2 years. They have been great in settling my debts, always very helpful when I have had to talk with them. So far it has been an easy and stress free experience. I would recommend them to anyone that's needing help with debt.

I found Freedom Debt Relief after I lost my job, got retired and my debts became too much for me. The consultant I worked with was very professional and helpful. That really encouraged me to join and I went with them. We negotiated an amount and they gave me a payment plan. I like the amount I'm paying so far. It's very affordable and I'm comfortable with it. Freedom Debt Relief was recommended by my coworker when he was almost done with his consolidation with them. He was raving that it was fast and easy. You just give them your credit cards and they would work it out for you. I’ve been on the program for a year and a half and my ending would approximately be 2022. I have a direct withdrawal for FDR every 20th of the month for $500 and I’ve emailed them a few times. I was trying to lower my payment every month because my hours has been cut. I don't know who to reach. I’ve left messages three times to this guy who helped me gather all the information with my credit cards but it just went straight to voicemail. They left messages but we’ve never had a call back. If he could have called me, I would hear a message from him through voicemail but there was none.

Frankly I can't be anymore disappointed than I am right now. After all this time I have come down to the last account, I have 9,000$ sitting in my account, I have a wife out of work due to this Covid-19 crap, you guys keep BSing me about what has to happen to settle this account, I have called the last account holder and they gave the information and I gave it to you, still nothing. You guys apparently are making interest of my money or else you would be jumping at the chance to settle this. I want this settled ASAP and I want the remainder and after waiting this long and going through this much grief that remainder better be a good one. I have pleaded and begged for some solution yet y'all just don't seem to give a damn. Will I recommend you to others..Hell No!

For the greater part excellent. Some question as to if I have to go to court will I have your representation? Does my court cost include your representation fee? This is the only grey area I have. If I get clarification this will help. Will the potential government stimulus create a problem with my progress.

Starting settlement on 5th debt in the first year. Two have been paid. No problems at all. This has taken a lot of stress away from everyday life. Would recommend to others as a way to get out of debt.

The program I’m set up with on Freedom Debt Relief has been a Godsend. My husband became ill and his progression got worse fast and we had medical bills piling up in addition to our normal debt.
