My accountant told me about Freedom Debt Relief. Customer service was absolutely incredible. They were extremely good to me. They allowed me to take money out when I needed it for emergencies and got all my debts reduced. They also did a wonderful job whenever I contacted them. For the timeline, they gave me a specific idea based on what they thought they could do with each one of the debts. I only have one negative and that is one time when I called, I got somebody who seemed to be more interested in selling than putting more money in to get rid of the debts quicker or changing the plan. I didn't care for his attitude at all but that's only one in over five years. All my debts have been settled. FDR is just in the midst now of paying the final one and sending me back the money that was in my dedicated account.

Updated on 9/19/2020: All my debts are now set up for payments or already paid off. I wish I hadn’t been threatened with lawsuit on one of them but it could have been much worse if I hadn’t contacted Freedom for help. Thank you again.
Original review: Only one left to settle. When I joined FDR I didn’t realize it would be months before settlements would start so did know my credit score would take a nosedive. I am very glad my credit score is starting to recover.

I was trying everything before getting into this program. I really did not want to file for bankruptcy. I wanted to take responsibility for the debt I acquired but I felt that even though I was paying way more than the minimum the balances were not going down. My debt was all the way up and I wasn’t able to pay all that money. I worked with FDR's rep and interactions were excellent. Everything, like all the information and all the details, was done in almost two hours. Right now, my payment plan is way too high. It’s because I have one account that they want me to pay like 12 months. Now, I’m paying $1,240 every month. They want $720 just for that account. I didn't have any choice. Otherwise, there has been a lot of progress. My debt has been halved and I’m gonna be able to be debt-free pretty soon.

My husband received an offer to help consolidate our credit card. After he signed up was when they told us not to pay our obligations to force companies to negotiate. 3 business days is what they give you to change your mind. We did in the time frame to cancel. They following day money was taken from our account resulting in overdraft charged! This company is borderline scam unless you are receiving collection notices already.

I struggled to pay my credit card debt and was hesitant to call any of the debt relief companies but decided later on to contact one. I was getting multiple ads in the mail because I inquired online and I finally decided to go with FDR and thank God I did. They already resolved one of my credit cards and I'm paying the others and will hopefully be done within a year! I highly recommend this company.

The help I really really needed due to my wife being a double amputee of both legs due to a disease called pyoderma gangrenosum and being diagnosed with leukemia in April. I've missed work with no pay and they're helping me pay my debts????

I was not aware how much interest I was being charged by FDR. I took literally their advice to sit back and they will do the rest. A recent marketing offer to buy out the loan had an uncomfortable feeling, generating even more interest to pay. Despite the pandemic, I plan to stick with the original plan. Thank you.

The settlements are stretched out over time and seems to be discouraging. But when you get your first settlement you get a jump start and start feeling that FDR is working hard. Maintain your deposits and watch your debt dwindle. Thanks FDR.

Freedom's service and program have been very good for me. It took a lot of stress off of me. This last time I got a settlement, I wasn't too happy, but it is what it is. You have to do what you have to do. I didn't feel like they did me right. It wasn't Freedom's fault, but I ended up paying way more than what the thing was. Then, after I signed the paper saying that I would accept it, they called me back and told me they weren’t gonna accept it until we agreed to pay six more payments at the end of my thing. I called Freedom and they said they've never heard of anything like that before. I talked to three people.
I talked to Daniel and he was very nice. He was the one that I had always talked to. But he might be busy so then, I would just call the number and speak with whoever, and they would pull my file up. I never did talk to him about this last deal that I had with them. I didn't know a lot about it, so I figured I just had to agree with them and go on. As far as the whole thing, it's fine. This last settlement that they had to get the attorney involved was the only problem I've had. I had to get an attorney before, and it was nothing like this. It went on forever before I ever heard back from them.
The people at Freedom have all been nice to me when I call. It was just this last ordeal with the attorney that I felt like I was taken advantage of. But I'm satisfied with what I'm dealt. Daniel would say, “This is what we need. Can you afford that?” I said, “Well, I think so.” Then, he said, “So, we’ll just make it in two payments. The 1st and the 15th.” So, that's what I did. He tried to make it as easy with me only as he could. The payment was like 6000 but I've ended up paying over 10,000 for it. The quality of service has been good. Freedom has been great.

I am thrilled with Nancy **. I believe she really cares and is a wonderful encourager when you feel overwhelmed. Always accessible, either immediately or returns the email or phone call in a very reasonable amount of time. I had a problem with the first person I had contact with to review info. He had the wrong info and spoke so fast that it was hard to tell him I finally told him I was hanging up. Called Nancy and she got another person. She was much better, however; she also spoke so fast that it was hard to follow hat she was saying. I realize they have a script, but we are trying to digest what is being said. Nancy gave me info about talking with creditors and my welcome magazine gave completely different info. This is not good. She is trying to determine which info is correct. I will be glad when the creditors quit calling and we are on our way to paying them off.

I was told the process should take about 2 years; it will take more like 5. I was told a lot of things to get me to sign up, but slowly it is working. So, no big complaints. The staff is always friendly & helpful.

Was told that payoff would be in 2 to 3 years. Now it's 4 years. Will it ever really be paid off? I'm paying 800 dollars a month!!! Seems like I would have had my debt paid by now! Too costly!!!

I had quite a few bills and I wanted to get rid of them. A company sent me something through the mail, and I started going with them, but I had to keep going to some place where I had to keep on faxing everything that I had over to them, and it was costing me quite a bit of money. Then, the woman from Freedom Debt Relief called me on a Sunday. I told the other company I wanted my money back because I decided to go with someone else. So, they sent me the money back and I went with Freedom Debt. Their debt consultants were very good.
I would have been all done with the program, but my sister had one that I co-signed for her, and I didn’t remember that I did it. It was for CareCredit. After she passed away, her husband and her son were going through taking care of all her bills, and they called me and asked me about this one. They sent me a letter from the banks that they went through with CareCredit, and I told them, “I don’t remember having anything with them.” But then the bank sent me a statement with the name of the places that she was taking money because she had cancer and she needed quite a bit of money, and she asked me to help her, which I did. I'm her sister and I felt sorry for her.
When the bank sent me the statement stating where that credit was from, then it dawned on me, I did go and I took out the credit for her. So, when I told the bank I’m responsible for it, and I took that and I put it in through debt management, and Freedom made that deal with the bank. They paid it off now. May 19th was one payment and June 19th was the final payment.
I only have Merrick Bank and Cabela's. They made the deal with it. They’re paying them a dollar a month. I had six of them that I put through and CareCredit was number seven. Merrick Bank is the last one now. It would have been paid in 2018. But what happened was I don’t have an internet and my sister put it on her internet. She was looking it up. And when they were making the settlements, they would go on the internet with her, and she’d call me and tell me that they wanna make a settlement.
With Merrick Bank, my sister was getting chemo treatments and she was very sick and she didn’t go on the computer. I called and asked her, “Did you hear anything from debt management on your computer?” She said, “You know, I'm too sick to even go and look at it.” I told her, “You know, don’t bother. I'll just call them.” When I called, the one they sent her was a settlement and they told me what it was. It was supposed to be like $194 a month for a whole year until December of that year. But when they tried it, it was too late already, so they had to put it back at the end of the book. So, that’s why that’s the last one that they're gonna be working on now. One time, they did call me and I didn’t know what they wanted. I was home but by the time I got to the phone, they hung up, and they didn’t leave any message. So, I right away called them and it was to make one of the settlements. I'm very satisfied with Freedom Debt Relief.

Before I entered into my agreement with FDR I was told I would pay off my debt in 42 months. That was June 2015. I've been advised that it will be 48 months to settle my last negotiation and I still don't have my final credit card debt even started on negotiations. 42 months??? I'm not a happy camper.

Freedom Debt Relief saved me a lot. I'm on disability and before I called them, I was paying almost $800 a month. It was a hard thing to consolidate. I’ve never had to and I’ve had a couple of people tell me not to because it would affect my credit. But either way I look at it, I can live the rest of my life in poor credit or I can get it fixed. Now, I’m paying 210 a month. They’re very patient, understanding, and helpful. They don’t get frustrated when I misunderstand and they repeat if I need to be reexplained to. FDR is not the best option for debt relief. The fees they charge are sometimes more the the negotiated debt. For example, if they "negotiated" debt to 50% of the original debt, their fee for that negotiation was more than the 50% that was taken from the original debt. So you end up paying more than the original amount is some instances.
Also, DO NOT make a large deposit. FDR will utilize these funds to pay their fees and not use it to negotiate the debts. For example, I made a large one time deposit of $15k. FDR used nearly half of that money to pay their fees rather than use it to negotiate my debts faster. All this after I was told if I made a large deposit it would be used to negotiate the debts faster. I say all this with the understanding that FDR is a company that has fees associated with their business/debt negotiations, but your debt relief is not their priority as they make it seem. Collection of their fees is their priority. An individual is better off negotiating their debts with creditors without the use of FDR or a similar company. Best of luck!

Best customer service! Always polite and eager to resolve questions about the program. FDR has resolved my debts for less, and quicker than I could do it on my own. If possible, I would like to see the $10.00 expedited payment submission fee eliminated. This fee adds up Over time and I feel that there are enough fees charged that the extra $10.00 fee could be eliminated. I was told my monies would be withdrawn from my acct on the 17th each month. I've always received my Social Security check on or before the 15th, but for some reason it wasn't in my acct on the 16th this month so I called to ask for a delay on withdrawing my monies cause I didn't want a insufficient chg and I was told there was nothing she could do, said I should of called sooner, how can I call sooner when I was expecting my deposit at any time. Plus I called the day before you're suppose to withdraw the money. That should of been plenty of time. I asked her to close my acct. She kept saying, "But you're going to stop all the progress." I said, "No you are causing it because you won't stop the withdraw." I had to tell her several times to close my acct. I want a check be mailed to me or deposited in my acct for my acct Balance of $256.61 immediately, I'm so upset for the way I was treated.

For the most part, I am happy with the program, so far. Signing up was very easy. My only concerns are It was rather difficult to get a couple of my accounts into the system. I would communicate with my representative, and she would send the information in, but most times I never heard the outcome, and would have to determine on my own whether or not the account had been included. To this date, I am still not sure of the processes that the company does to negotiate on my behalf. Example, I noticed that several of my credit card accounts have already been closed. I would have liked to have been aware of the communications going on. I’m still not completely sure of what effect all this is having on my long & short term credit rating.

Freedom Debt Relief was helping me pay down my debt. They could have explained their fees and their rates in more detail. But they laid everything out and the communication was good. The payments were based on my income and on the amount of my debts. Paying off my debt might have taken a little extra effort on my behalf. But Freedom could negotiate the settlements faster because I had one that went into collections.
I had signed up at the beginning with the National Litigation Council, which was offered through Freedom. That was a long, drawn-out process that took from the time that I discovered that I had an account in collections to the time that we met and made a settlement, which Freedom could have done before anything went into collections. But it was six months before everything was resolved with that account. It's not resolved. I’m on a payment schedule with them, and that's the same thing that Freedom was supposed to be doing for me. But I ended up getting something on my court record.

I received a "repeat summons" for an account already settled and being paid, and I sent the summons to FDR and NLLG. The FDR rep I recently spoke with was helpful and confirmed such a summons is not normal and was being researched by an FDR team. He suggested I continue to speak to NLLG while FDR continued to research the "repeat summons" on their end.

I think she got a little frustrated because I was asking a lot of questions because were making this additional deposit Of 250.00$ with a lot of sacrifices so that means what we coming up with 975 this month in total and I asked her what I read doesn’t guarantee the settlement with Community Bank is it do I get to get my 250 refund back or it’s not the greatest idea to keep it there for a future use.

I must admit. I was concern with the flow of my finances going out. Nothing showing progress in my portfolio. But, I soon found satisfaction when the notifications started coming in regarding the accounts involved. Four out of the six accounts have reached settlement agreements. The Freedom rep who introduced into the program was very helpful and she was the one that kinda persuaded me to do it. Signing up was very easy and it wasn't very long when I had my first settlement and that was very eye-opening. But it took a little bit before I had my next one and I was served two summons on two of them by a process server because my account wasn't where it needed to be for them to negotiate with the collectors, which I was not aware of. I might've been able to maybe make an extra payment to keep that from happening. I thought we would move a little bit quicker as far as at least talking and negotiating in starting some kind of process. But they told me at the very beginning it could happen and that's why I paid the extra to have those lawyers and stuff on my side. The process started working really good, it just slowed down slower than I anticipated.

Getting started with FDR has been pretty easy. They have been helpful. Everybody was very nice about everything and wanted to help. I was unemployed for a little while and they kinda understood it. Once, I called and I said that I got an email from them. I talked to them about how much per month I owe and it was not what the email said. I was not ready to do it anyway, so it didn't really matter.

When I was facing the overwhelming task of managing my bills, after a divorce of 47 years, most of my ability to manage my bills came crashing down on me. I love that you add accounts or accept payment settlements by text. I do not have time to be on the phone and this part of the service is amazing. Only thing I wish my credit wasn't going in the toilet as my accounts get worse while awaiting a payoff with no activity or progress on the credit reports.

Nobody has explained settlement fees to me adequately. The glossary doesn't provide clarity either. They keep me informed otherwise. The dashboard is getting easier to use as time goes by. The staff is friendly and efficient.

The process is so long. The service is great, I just have to go through the process. I’m just ready for this to be all over, but again I have to go through the process. I got myself in the debit, now I have to wait to get out of it.

I’ve been in the program now for going on two and a half years and so far, so good. Everything that was promised is getting done. Initially, I had been thinking about filing for Chapter 11 but I didn’t want to do that. So I was weighing out my options and this seemed like it was going to be the better option. Then once I did the online consultation, somebody called me back within a minute and I've been with Freedom Debt Relief since. The consultant is awesome. He's always very sincere. The payment plan was pretty good too. It's not hurting. Once I'm done, I'm thinking about another two years and it would be nice to have that money in my pocket. They actually put a DAV percent before also and with the program, it was about 150 points and I’m actually recouping that now. So things are looking a whole lot better.

I am very happy with my most recent phone call. It’s very apparent she knew what she was doing. I have been calling in every 3 months & now every month to change amount I can pay. I’ve been telling them same story for over 2 years. My last rep asked me if I’ve ever been offered to fill out hardship paperwork. I told her “No”. She told me this should have been offered to me under my circumstances. So my question is, why has this not been offered to me? I could’ve finished this program sooner. So I am disappointed that all this time, speaking to so so many reps & no one ever bothered to help me like the last rep did.

I was told him to beginning this was supposed to be done in less than 4 years. They said four years would be the worst case scenario. I won't be done for 55 months. They're telling me now I'm paying almost almost $24,000 on $27,000 worth of debt. I'm saving $3,000. I was lied to.

I started this process last June 2019. I am fine for relief for seven credit cards. I was told it would take four years at a payment of $130 every two weeks, that was my idea. I have never paid 130 every two weeks. I’ve paid either $175-$225 every two weeks. My graduation date has been cut in half which is great but I thought by now more than one of my credit cards would be paid for. Since I started the program I have taken off three credit cards because it was taking so long. I knew I wasn’t going to pay payments for about six months but then I thought every single credit card was going to start being paid a set payment every month. I even asked at the time I did this, "Yeah only one credit card is going to be paid at a time" and the person told me no.
You have just started paying on my second credit card within a year which is utterly ridiculous. I didn’t wanna ruin my credit for this long and I am very upset with the Company for letting me think that all my credit cards were going to be started with payments. Also, I thought set this process will go much faster and I am really disappointed it isn’t. Also, I don’t think I’m saving a whole Lotta money because the more time you let go by, the more interest I am paying on the card. Then when you finally get it cut in half, you take four to $500 out for your fees. And that’s just for one card. So if I knew about this before I started, I never would have done it. The only thing I really like is that you are making me save money from my credit cards. I’m sorry I sound so hard but it’s just not a good situation.

I have been with you since 2017. After some simple calculations I am only going to save around 4K after fees. Percentage should be taken off of amount settled for. I filed around 29k so it’s about a 13% savings. That should be stated in the beginning.

Freedom Debt Relief is very good. I haven’t had any issues with them. Signing up was very easy. I had to give them my account numbers. But other than that, they really did everything for me with the creditors. I’ve had four debts already settled. When I call, they usually take care of me. I’ve never really encountered a representative that has not been able to fix my issues. What I like about it is that it’s a one-time payment and I don’t have to struggle with every month trying to find out what my credit card due date is. Plus, I was overwhelmed with them on the debt that I was owing and I don’t feel that overwhelmed anymore with having Freedom Debt Relief take care of my debts.

I had too much debt. It was overwhelming and I could no longer manage. The program that they helped me with lowered my debt. They're negotiating the interest for me. I'm very pleased with the service because I've never had a real problem with anybody. The rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. They took their time. All the questions I had were answered. I was encouraged to call back at any time if I had a question, and I have done so. Over the past year, I've called several times and everyone has always been very courteous. I was very comfortable working with them and it freed me up. I don't have to worry if I was gonna be able to pay it this month or if I am I gonna be able to pay it that month. I already know that the money is automatically coming out and being distributed as they negotiate.

I Google searched debt relief programs and I called and talked to Freedom Debt. The first person that I talked to made me feel comfortable and confident that the agency or the company is really for helping us. She made it feel like it was doable, that they take a lot of the work on themselves, and it was less for me to have to do as long as I make my payments. They take care of everything else, which is what I needed. The process was easy. They sent me a list of everything they could put on, the amount of it, and how much we needed for a year. Everything was in writing. It was easy to understand for me and it was very clear. And if I thought of anything else or a new bill came, I can just add it to it.
I called one time freaking out because our furniture place called and they said I have a month and they were gonna come to repo my furniture. I said I'm in this program and they said they don’t work with them. Then, I called Freedom Debt Relief and they say they work with them. The gentleman was really great and he was reassuring me. I was gonna start making payment arrangements with these people and he reminded me that if I start making payments with them, it would start the process with them all over again. It just took so much stress off my mind at that moment and everything worked out just like he said it would. He was very upfront and put me on hold to go find the answer instead of just kind of BSing me. That made a really big difference in the stress of being in debt and overwhelmed.
Also, at first, nothing was really happening so I would call and they would say, “Okay.” And they would remind me again that it takes this and this and there has to be so much of a time. And now, there's been so much happening. We've had debts settled and paid off. We look every month or whenever and we see that everything’s in progress. And they send us an email saying if we add this much, they could settle something quicker and if we have it, we do it. We have four more years but we have absolutely seen so much progress being made and we're in the process of settlement with four right now.

I was going through the transition of debt consolidation and I saw how Freedom Debt Relief was very well-spoken. I was with another so-called place, Instant Help America. I received a letter from one of my creditors that they sold my account to a collection agency. I called FDR about it and they said that they received the same letter and were on it. We also spoke about another creditor and FDR suggested I contacted them about my account and keep on top of them.

I didn't wanna file bankruptcy. We'd rather pay the bills that I know I owed for and it's hard to pay a credit card off if you're doing it yourself. I had it consolidated with another company but it wasn't going anywhere so I switched over to Freedom and so far, I'm happy with my results. It helped in getting the bills paid off quicker. We had a very large accumulation of medical debt that was put on credit cards so we decided that, at that time, Freedom was our only option. They were the first one I saw and I had a really good interaction with the person so I just stayed there. The consultant made it very easy as well. You misrepresented your company by failure to disclose what you could and could not do. For instance negotiate with Walmart (Synchrony Bank) Discover card. You knew up front that they did not negotiate settlements. Told Me I should get NLLG to assist me, cost me xtra $500, for same results. No settlement. I have more also.

I signed up with them. They settle my accounts. Some accounts paid off, but creditors are still reporting as balanced owed. I tried to get a proof of payment. They are not willing to work with creditors to update the balance. Since creditors won't work with you because Freedom Debt Relief is representing you. One of my account is paid off on 3/30. After two months creditors did not update the account with credit bureau. Freedom debt relief is helpless.

I did some research on all of the debt relief programs and FDR had the best satisfaction rate. Signing up with them was very easy. And they send me an email to authorize a payment plan and that’s what I do. The fees are a little higher compared to some of the other companies and it would have been nice if they were a little lower but it's working for me. I’ve got three debts settled and three or four in process with payment arrangements made.

I was looking for someone that would be honest and had a good track record. I checked some of the reviews and Freedom Debt Relief seemed to be good so I went with it. So far, I'm satisfied. They were back-to-back knocking out all the debts in the beginning. I would get emails and texts when it was time to negotiate, and those came fairly quickly so they were doing it very well. Now, there's a little slowdown but I understand.
But I wish they wouldn't wait so late because I feel like they kinda drive up the price before they cut it in half. For instance, one of the debts I put in was at $500 and now they're talking about renegotiating and it has doubled back. We're gonna settle for the 500-something anyway because they just made my debt go up to like $1,200. Nonetheless, I'm happy with them. The customer service is excellent and the quality of service is good. Working with them has given me some financial freedom and really opened up some doors for me. It's also improved my credit.

I enrolled 17 accounts with Freedom Debt Relief and I'm down to the last three. They've been pretty good. I've been with them for almost four years and this is my last year. The timeframe so far has been working out. It's just I was trying to figure out what is taking so long for the last three. They haven't settled those while all the other ones have been paid off. I have one that's gonna be the last payment at the end of this month. After that, the money would just be sitting there because they haven't made any negotiations on the rest yet. Otherwise, every last one of my reps is very good, knowledgeable, compassionate. They have been wonderful since the beginning. I also use their dashboard every day. It's very easy to navigate, work on, and to go to. You can do a lot on it. I even had to cancel the payment and changed to the amount of the payment.

The rep went over what was gonna happen in detail. FDR was easy to work with. They could do what I could afford and it has worked out okay. Working with them has been taking care of things. Plus, they have that legal stuff and I don’t have to deal with any kind of legal thing. It came up with Discover. Discover is owned by attorneys and if you have a debt to them, they’ll come after you with guns loaded. I didn’t have to worry about that because we pay extra each month for that and FDR took care of it.

My daughter had opened a credit card to help pay to get her wisdom teeth pulled. Because they wanted so much money upfront and we didn't have it, she opened up an account to be able to get it taken care of. And then all my other issues that came up with my husband’s health and me not working as much just to stay home and take care of him, that’s why we fell behind.
I called a few companies and they really weren’t very sure how they would be able to do it because some of our debts were in my husband’s name. I talked to a Pat and he was very helpful. He walked me through it step-by-step and told me what was it all about. I tried to get my husband on board to help but he said that our credit score would go down. And I said, “Well, that’s nothing we need to be worried about right now. We need to get the debt taken care of because we’ll always have a poor credit score if we don’t get the debt taken care of.” So, I just felt more comfortable with Freedom, the way they presented themselves and the way they helped me step-by-step.
There's one lady that contacted me and we went through the emails and everything. But somehow, she didn't get an account on my dashboard to help with that. I’m not sure how that happened or why it happened, but I still have to deal with that. I’ve emailed her a couple times, but I haven't had the time to really sit down and talk to her to find out what happened. It’s probably because it was in my daughter’s name too, but they were going to put a piggyback on to my account since I was paying for it anyway. But other than that, Freedom emailed me every so often that I needed to check my account. They took out the same amount when they needed to and we knew it was taken care of and it's something we don’t have to worry about. They really know what they're doing. They have helped me. I’m really satisfied.

I am content with the services provided. I understand the thought process regarding discussing my accounts with my debtors after a length of time has passed wherein there is no communication. However, I do not like the constant billing from those debtors on the list to be paid. If something could be done about that, I would be completely enamored with this company. Other than that, they covered everything from the beginning so nothing was a shock. I will be very happy when these bills are paid and off my credit rating...or at least marked "paid."

That evening when the Freedom Debt Relief Representative called to tell me about my credit card debt, and the problem I was having, I asked him how he knew, for I taught it was only me and the banks affected knew. He explained and told me he will help me with paying them off and also fixing my credits. Usually, I don't listen to such offer on the phone, but his voice was very calm and convincing. He took time and explained to me what and how Freedom Debt relief with other companies that work with them will help me. After the explanation, it didn't take more that a minute to decided to give them a chance. All he told me that evening, and the sequence they will follow are all working as he explained. Submitted 6 x accounts for debt settlement. One was large, which they settled first, wiping out the funds that we built up in our account over 6 months with their fee. Overly aggressive settlement caused all of our deposits to be handicapped Over the Next year. No other accounts could be settled in the meantime. After a year and a half, the rest of the accounts were in litigation forcing us to settle with a consolidated loan at 22.9% interest, this on top of FDR fees of 21%. You are better off settling on your own and saving the fees. I paid $8000 in fees to FDR and $1000 to consolidated to pay off my debts. People beware, FDR will not help you enough to warrant the expense.

I asked for help with an issue I have from 2008. I received a letter that is from a credit card that I don’t have any idea who it’s from. I have no answers every time I call Freedom Debt Relief’s customer service. No one helps me with my issue. I will not recommend anymore your company. Updated on 08/01/2020: I love Freedom Debt Relief. Since I've had them working on my debt, my stress level has gotten so much less. I've been a client of Freedom Debt Relief for about a year-and-a-half. When I signed up my debt was over 13,000 dollars. It's now, less than half of what it was.
Original Review: My credit card bills were uncontrollable before I joined Freedom Debt Relief. Since joining FDR, the amount of bills that I get in the mail every month has been cut down a lot. I used to get very sad, twice per month, when I paid bills, because the number off bills, and the amount I was paying, was astronomical.

I had a friend of mine who used Freedom Debt Relief and he told me to do some research on it. I did that and decided to go with them. I just followed the prompts when signing up. The instructions were clear. The three personnel were very helpful. It took less than the first year to see my debts get settled and I had negotiated two. Everything was according to how they explained it. I had a few people that I spoke to about debt relief program and a lot of people have their own ideas of who they wanted to use or how they would settle their debts. I just let them go with their own devices, but I gave them the company as an option.

The ladies that worked with me on the application were transparent and helpful about the program. It is particularly necessary during this Pandemic where many people have lost jobs and income and have difficulties paying their basic bills let alone high interest bearing credit cards. Working with my Freedom rep was really good. They said they were gonna pay off credit cards. We set up a payment plan over the phone. They negotiated for me and told me what the amount was gonna be and how much I had to pay. I just said okay. Working with them has helped and it has gotten my credit down. They said I'd graduate in 2021. I only have one more card left and that's it. Freedom is good. Go with them.

Freedom had a good rating. We talked about and negotiated the payment plan and agreed to how much I could afford to pay. They negotiated for me. They got the cost down and we've been working together ever since. There have been some times during the COVID thing where I couldn’t pay a month and I would call them. They would give an approval and we went on from there. They're very nice about it. Their rep was very businesslike but kind and knew what he was doing. Working with them has been very comfortable and they're making my life better. In about a week, I'm going to pay off everything. Use Freedom. They're great.
