Processed without compromising my status, very smooth. The customer service representative was very professional and accommodating to say the least. Everything was explained to me so that I had a full understanding of the decision I was making concerning my Freedom Debt relief account status.

I was so hopeful when I enrolled. I was paying for interest and that was it. I wasn’t even touching my credit card balances. I entered with all of my debt and FDR focused on a very small balance while ignoring my credit union account. I received a summons and was pretty much left alone to deal with the plaintiff attorney. I now am paying over $15,000 for an account balance that was $11,500. It was a $15,000 loan and I already paid off thousands of dollars that were added back on due to the lawyer fees demanded on the summons. It was a terrifying process and I spent countless hours on the phone and computer begging for answers. When I enrolled, FDR mentioned that credit unions were tough to negotiate. Knowing that, they still decided to ignore the notices that I uploaded and settle other accounts. My credit score is at rock bottom and I think I am worse off than I was before I entered the program.

I love FDR's program. I have used them in the past and their reps have been very nice. They went above and beyond. If I didn't know the answer to my question, they would try to find out for me and let me know. Aside from that, the monthly payment has been very feasible and doable. Sometimes, I go on the dashboard online and it's very helpful and user-friendly. All in all, FDR is doing an awesome job and they should keep it going like they’re doing.

Although I was confused and got very frustrated getting started and completing documents, I still am positive I made the right decision. I hope to see positive results with the mess I've made with my credit cards. I chose Freedom Debt upon the positive reviews

This has been a fairly easy process. They do all of the work for you. I enrolled with 5 credit card debts. One has been paid off and the last one was just negotiated on and only has a 12 month payment plan. My anticipated graduation is just a little over 2 years away, making this a 5 year plan to have close to $28,000 paid off. The negotiations averaged about 50% less than the starting debt. I went into this not having missed a single payment prior to enrolling. But the amount of interest I was paying, I would have never paid these off. My credit scores did initially take a major hit in the beginning. I went from 700’s to 300’s, I am currently back up to over 600.

Your agent answered all my questions in a quick and knowledgeable manner.. She was polite and pleasant. She also answered other questions not related to settlement. She seemed to know her job and took care of my business without having to ask someone else or look it up!!!

Was hoping to have settled more cases but understand it requires money in account. Two accounts have given me the most problems is American Express and Usaa. Would like to see settled instead of smaller accounts. Questions are answered quickly and would recommend company.

For the most part FDR is good & I've been satisfied. I did not care for the periodic pitch to get me to take a loan that would pay-off all my debt, but seriously raise my monthly payment & charge high interest rate. Please don't do me no favors & just let it be!

I wanted to consolidate and I listened to some of the videos that was provided with different experiences that had dealt with Freedom Debt Relief, and I found it to be helpful in trying to resolve my situation. I was on a tight budget even before COVID and pretty much didn’t have much to rely on, and with credit card fees, you don’t get it paid down unless you can make a substantial amount towards it. The reps explained clearly the way it was set up, how it will be handled, and how it would be as far as being collected. It helped me to know that I was kind of on the road to doing better and clearing my debt up. If you can put more with whatever's being taken out as far as the amount is on, I know it helps.

Associate was very helpful. Got what needed to be fixed, fixed. She was very helpful in her duties. Understand that I was in a tough spot and needed help with the situation, and did what it took to get the job done. They are up to date and on point on what needs to be resolved. When I’m late on a payment they make sure to message me or call me to keep payment up to date. They also make sure to text you about the amount you Need to pay off.

I like what y'all are doing for me. It takes the pressure off of me dealing with those phone calls that I don't want to deal with each and every day and it makes it easier for me as well some things y'all ask for is personal in order to give me alone.

Freedom Debt Relief is a pretty good program. They work with you. You call a representative and go over whatever questions you have. I've dealt with different reps and most of them are pretty good, detailed and they follow-up. There are a few that aren't as thorough, but majority of them were. Freedom Debt Relief sets you up a goal. They got the certain programs that they set up where you deposit so whatever you make go in towards the goal. I paid off a few accounts so far and I'm working on the others.

It was all good except for the Prosper account which went into litigation which I was not happy about. Don’t like receiving documents by lawyers and from the county clerk's office saying I’m being sued. Not good. Plus the papers served to my home came not in any envelope just loose papers with all my info on them which people I didn’t even know received them. I was not at the house. Nothing more could make me pissed off than that.

The reps are friendly. Everything they told me was true. I have any questions they are quick to answer. I am so happy we were able to get some done in 2 years. The others in 3 and saved a lot of money. FANTASTIC.

I'm on a debt consolidation program with Freedom Debt Relief. I wanted to go with a known company and somebody with established history. Everything's been good. I enrolled 12 debts and four are already paid off in full. I half five that are being paid off and I only got two left to settle.

More interested in signing you up than listening to the customer's concerns, inquiries, or questions. The site that introduced me to Freedom Relief was a Senior Site, with a 9.0 rating. Trust, none after the misinformation and interaction of personnel.

The representatives told me what was going to happen, what they found on my credit, and they let me know. Then, Freedom took me to court for something then they gave me lawyers and they finished it out of court. I had to up the payments that time and it was killing me. They'd email me stuff and tell me when they need me to okay a case. They're doing a good job, it just takes so long. But my credit's been going up. I closed out four or five accounts already. Wouldn't mess me up if I bought a car.

Freedom tries to do its best to make the settlement that helps me to pay sometimes in half. Sometimes I feel confident, but sometimes I feel a little bit lost, so they're supposed to give more attention to us. There was one settlement I did that I was supposed to pay 18 months. I pay 9 months. Then last year the pandemic came, they lost my settlement. Now, it's still on hold, so something happened and it makes me very sad. If I need something, I have to call them. They never call me. One more year and I'll be done with them.

They were able to negotiate a fair settlement far beneath what I owe my creditors under a hardship clause due to my unemployment status. I expect to be debt free within four years. This is great news considering I'm approaching retirement age.

I was surprised when the associate said that I needed to contact the creditor and have them contact FDR to update the payments I made in person at the Gastro Clinic because I needed the Clinic's services and head to apply some money to my debt-ed account. I made the payments but the account with FDR had not reflected the new balance weeks later. I submitted my receipts to FDR but the associate proclaimed that when the debt collector/creditor contacts FDR with the payments, the file will be updated.

When signed up with Freedom Debt relief. It was told to me after I paid off all my creditors your company will help me with my credit score. Now every time I called, I am speaking with different person and getting different answer to the same question pertaining to my credit score. From what I understand they do not help with credit scores. The original person I spooked to in the beginning, I no longer can get him. I leave messages and no return phone call. I also asked questions about companies are giving lower settlement because of COVID-19 on your bills and it was said to me no.

Called for a loan but instead of getting a loan and going deeper into debt they decided to help me pay off some credit card and loan. Very thankful for them helping me out. Good people. Have questions they are there to answer and help out.

Freedom debt relief has helped me a great deal. The only issue I have is that as accounts are being paid off charged less than, it’s not reported to the Credit bureau. That’s frustrating for me because I don’t like to have a lot of accounts to do in all honesty. One thing. Get the credit scores right and reported to the correct agencies. The customer service is outstanding. They answer all my questions when I call. Also, we have a client dashboard where I check all my activities. I could check my payments and how many more payments I got. It tells me how much I've saved and how much they're getting. It’s great. When they get a settlement, they text me and I get back to them that I'm okay with it.

I had some questions about my account and called the # provided. A person answered and told me not to worry. Everything is fine. He sounded like he didn't want to talk as he was too preoccupied. I think his name was Bubba and he sure sounded like a Bubba. I felt as if I was intruding in his business and he just wanted to go back to what he was doing. I hung up. When I asked the amount needed to finish up my account. The amount was $10779. When I asked if my monthly $412 was over she said that I would still have keep the account open. This would only take $24 a month. When I got the email it states I still have to pay $412 a month.

Two years ago I entered into a contract with FDR and three credit cards. I was told to pay $736 per month which I did religiously. This last month of May 2021, I received notification from a law firm that I was being sued by B of A, one of my three credit cards. When I entered into the contract I was told and written that all three debts would be resolved and it might take some time. After receiving new of the lawsuit I called FDR to find out "Why? Why was I being sued?" The very nice rep told me that I didn't have enough money in my FDR account! Surprise to me! because FDR NEVER wrote, called, texted to tell me that I needed more money in my account so that B of A could negotiate with FDR a settlement. I was told over the phone that my other two creditors had taken up all my reserves and monthly deposits.

Called for assistance. Tech Took care of the issue with no problem. I would recommend FDR to a friends and family. I would to take the time and thank you for all you do and have done.

Seems that they will worsen your credit before trying to help it. Have to let the accts go months late before they will try to resolve. They don't tell you that when they are trying to get you with them. Seems very misleading.

Called in because I was confused about the process. Got Danielle on the phone and she was great at explaining what was going on. Explained the process for negotiating and the payoff of a debt. She was a great help to me.

It's a shame. I thought I was getting into something good. I figured, I’d get all my debt paid, and it'd be something decent. That’s all the reps talk about, “Oh, you’ll be debt free, and your credit is gonna be better.” My credit has never changed though. It's still bad. Freedom Debt Relief also claimed that the program would be done within four years, and now it's up over five years before it’s all good and settled. They play a lot of games. They settled two accounts, and they’re working on three. One is very low, and the money's in the account, but they don't pay it. They pay just minimal stuff, and then they're constantly charging me. Their fees are outrageous and if I had known it would’ve been like this, I’d never went with it. I could have done better myself.

The help I will be getting was explained to me very carefully so I would understand the payment process each month. I also got a folder from the company explaining all the payment process. I have a phone number I can call to ask questions if I have any.

I have been with FDR since 2019. Ya’ll have 5 of my accts. I am being sued by Citibank. Court date is today. Y’all take $446 out of my acct. every month. I contacted y’all in March & faxed info from a law firm so that y’all could contact them & let them know y’all were handling my accts. Then I got a summons saying I was being sued. I have to come up with the money so I won’t have my wages garnished or whatever. I trusted that everything would be ok... but, it is not. I am very upset & would like answers. I plan on contacting FDR today & ask why this has happened.

I wanted you to follow through with our contract. I apologized to Jacob. It wasn't his fault FDR strategic Hold wasn't clear to me. He couldn't give me a clear reason. Communication is vital.
