When I went with Freedom, I gave them all my information. They took it from there. Unless I needed to speak to them or they needed to me, everything flowed smoothly and it was hassle free. We figured out how much a month I was paying and how much I felt like I could afford to pay. They were able to work with my creditors and kept them off my back. They got settlements that were very good for me which then reduced the amount of debt that I had to pay back.

I decided to condense my debts and try Freedom Debt Relief. After I started working with them, things have been great. Their program was putting my debts together and getting them consolidated and worked down. Entering the program has paid off. Every time I have called and asked their reps questions, they've always been very good explaining things to me. They told me how the program was gonna work and how I would be working my debts down. They told me that when I had money, I could add it to my payments.

Freedom Debt Relief is doing a great job. They’re doing everything they're supposed to do. They inform me every time they make a bid or they get some kinda negotiation going. They always alert me and say, “Hey, this is what was going on. If you want this, just let us know.”

I called to see if an old account I had still shows up on my credit report because I keep getting harassed that it was not paid, which it was. It was paid off 8 years ago. My call was answered quickly and the agent answered my questions quickly and was very helpful.

I was googling a couple of different debt relief programs and I saw Freedom Debt Relief online. I understand how things are done with the clarity of the program and one of the things that I like and that has continued to improve is the client dashboard. Everything is clearly laid out whereas with other programs, it didn't seem as clear such as how much was going to go towards fees, how long things were gonna take and how each part of the process went. The program has been a helpful way for me to be able to do the debt reduction that I wouldn't have been able to on my own. It has been fantastic. There are times where I’m like, “Okay,” especially when you're towards the beginning of paying off a debt. You feel like you're paying a lot more towards the different associated fees. But for the most part, you see that progress pay off and then you begin to see a lot of headway being made.

Haven’t had the experience to see what you all are capable of but customer service is great. Hopefully it will be soon because my credit score has dropped tremendously. If y’all do a good job then I would recommend a friend but I can’t until I see progress.

So far, my experience has been positive. I went with them because they seemed to be the better platform. It was better as far as working with them. They were more flexible. The major factor was having the ability either to increase or decrease the monthly rate. I dealt with customer service early on when I had questions about how it would work. But other than that, there was no need to really reach out to customer service throughout the program. I was able to obtain the information I was looking for through the website. I'm about eight months away from finishing the program.

Choosing to consolidate my debt has been the best thing I have done financially. I was paying 8 different bills. Now I just have one bill a month. Jeremy has been so easy to work with. The process to consolidate has been easy.

I am deeply grateful for Freedom Debt Relief! After almost 3 years, I have just graduated from their program!! Before FDR I did not know what I would do—my credit card debt was SO high! I thought I’d be in debt forever. The stress was killing me! Then after attempting to get a consolidation loan, I was introduced to the FDR program. Initially I was skeptical, but the first representative, Nicholas, was SO patient, understanding and informative! As promised, they enrolled all of my credit card debt into the program (11accounts) and negotiated a lower amount with each creditor. Consequently, I was able to pay ALL of my debt in approximately 3 years!! Before FDR I thought it would take me 30 yrs, due to high interest rates and my ability to only pay the minimum. Please give FDR a try if you’re overwhelmed and stressed by your debt and don’t see a way out. I promise You will NOT regret it! FDR was literally my answer to prayer!!

I went into debt consolidation with Freedom and I love the program. The reps and I spoke through email and on the phone. I explained what I needed and I was given options for me to choose what was gonna work best for me. They were super helpful and they worked with me on any problem. I was very comfortable with them. They told me what my payment plan would be. We didn't have to negotiate much and we did what we had to do. By working with Freedom, I felt like I can breathe. It took a lot of stress off me that I didn't have to have anymore. If any of my friends needed the help, I would give Freedom a chance to help them out.

Freedom Debt Relief continues to blow me away at every turn. I'm getting very close to my graduation date and couldn't be more excited about it. For those of you out there struggling with debt problems, I can't possibly recommend Freedom Debt Relief highly enough!!

Happy with my results so far and they were recommended to me by a trusted friend! They were open and straightforward and the process does not take a long time. If you need help, give them a chance; I haven't regretted it and I'm sure you won't either.

I called in concerning a message about the usage of a credit card. I explained to the rep that what was showing up are fees and not actual charges. She noted my account. She also asked did I want to enroll other cards. I told her that I didn't want to enroll any others at this time. She was very professional and kind.

This is an amazing company. They stand behind you and are always there for any question or concern you may have. Their support is definitely much needed when going through the whole debt process. It’s hard enough to do but to have support is more than we could ever ask for.

The person that assisted me was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Accepted my request of lowering my monthly payment due to my job hours being decreased. Let me know that at a future date I would repay the difference owed.

I was in a tangle with credit card debt and Freedom Debt Relief was an avenue to get out of it. They've negotiated a couple of settlements for me. I'm getting pretty close to finishing up, probably about another eight months or so. Their representatives are fantastic and very helpful. I had good responses and timely action. Everything has been good for me.

At first, I was a little apprehensive because this was something totally new to me. But after the people talked to me and explained everything and how it worked, I felt a little more at ease about going through the process. The payment plan was great because every month, I was over-extended until next month. There was a lot going on at that time and I didn't want to file bankruptcy. I just look at the dashboard and see that I'm finally climbing out of this hole I was in. I started off with seven outstanding debts. Now, I've already settled on four of them. One is already being resolved. I'm looking at three more and I should have another one coming off in October.

We are disabled and on set income. Needed help getting rid of our credit cards and helping us live without worry. Wasn’t sure it was the right thing to do but glad everyday that I got the help. I would recommend it to anyone who needs help.

The agent was very helpful in providing an answer to my question about paying down on just one of my accounts. I would recommend FDR to anyone who has gotten themselves into financial trouble. We have been very pleased with the program and looking to be debt free soon.

Everyone was easy to get along with and was very helpful during this process. Even after I called, the woman with whom I spoke with was still very concerned and showed a great amount of compassion regarding my situation and wishing she was able to help me more but tried to keep me on.

I needed to delay my payments. I didnt want to get rid of FDR entirely, but I lost my job. It sucks but the FDR representative was super nice. I figured I would have to cancel it entirely but she told me to give her a second and she'd look at my options. She got back with me pretty quickly and told me that we can delay it and she hooked me right up. 100% on customer service. I won't leave FDR because of people like that.

Freedom Debt Relief is very informative and they’re right on it as far as letting me know when they're coming up on a settlement. They're texting and emailing me. It’s a very easy flow with them. This is my second time with them and it's probably not gonna be the last. They're very good people and I like them. There's communication and they’re handling everything because I'm getting the notices. I've just been on the dashboard and I like it. The payment plan is good. I do a month but it's split in half and that works out. Me and my husband get paid bi-weekly. My problem is I forget to take it out of the checkbook once in a while.

Just not a good experience. I thought Jesse was a good guy, but it turns out what he said was false and I paid more than he told me I would. He said that you guys were the experts and that I wouldn't pay more than he told me. I was told, "sorry but he must have misled you" at least twice. Just not the best experience.

So far they have been very informative & helpful and let me know what going on with my account. They really keep me in the loop with what's going on and always let me know when they have made a settlement.

On the onset of the call the gentleman had a reassuring voice that was very comforting. I could tell that he really did care about all of my concerns and it made for a wonderful day to know there are people out there like that.

UPDATED 3/25/2021: CSR at FDR was very pleasant and discussed details of the current program with the credit card debt. Problem not resolved yet. I cannot add funds to my program with FDR because my assets are frozen. I understand that more funds are needed to help with the law firm collecting debt for Citi (**).

I couldn't thank this company enough for giving our family a peace of mind especially at this trying times. Covid affected family and we depended a lot on credit cards. Freedom helped us in so many ways to lower down our debt total and our monthly payments with no interests!

This company was great to at first explain the procedure and then with follow-ups after. Also great assistance with needed documents forwarded and sent to their appropriate places. Very happy with the results I have gotten with this company. I have almost completed my repayment plan!

Everything is going great, was a little concerned that the time for settlements kept changing but I have had several negotiated settlements in a timely fashion. Was a little nervous at first thinking that this wasn't going to work as planned but I was wrong and it has taken a lot of stress off of me. Thanks for all that you do!

I was drowning in debt and I saw the ad on television and decided to call and this was the best call I have ever made. Sonia was knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and explained the program very clearly. Two of my accounts have been settled for more than I owed not less, I have ruined my credit score for this service and it is not working the way I was told it would. I am not happy about how this settlement was handled.

Everyone that I spoke has been very nice and had compassion. They spoke with kindly and was very understanding. Gave me direction and just talk to me nicely about the case. Whenever I have called I have had a good relationship with the people.

Not once has Freedom Debt Relief let me down. The people at FDR are consistently professional and prompt. Sometimes I feel as if I'm a "problem customer" because I tend to call fairly often. If I am, the folks at FDR are good at hiding it. They are always very helpful. I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you for the good work you do!

Credit has been steadily going up. Settled accounts has been excellent. Fast at closing and moving on to my next debt. Happy with the support and progress this program has offered. Happy I made the decision to have Freedom Relief working for me.

Awesome timely service! All of my questions were answered in entirety. I was able to close out all of my debt and that was the reason that I did this whole program. I had good news on my last settlement. It was resolved for $0.

I have a job that requires a high level of security clearance so I knew filing bankruptcy was not an option for me, despite the credit card debt I was drowning in. Debts from caring for aging parents with expensive care and medical needs. I wouldn’t begrudge them a penny, but I knew I had to do something quickly! Freedom allowed me to pay what I’d actually spent, negotiating with creditors to do away with the heavy weight of interest that has accrued in the accounts. I still have many months to pay on the settlements, but at least the accounts don’t show delinquent. Unfortunately some show as chargeoffs, but that’s still better than a bankruptcy. The debt settlement will adversely affect my credit score does 7 years, but a bankruptcy would too. Plus, I was able to keep my security clearance because I showed I just didn’t declare bankruptcy and walk away form my commitments. Thanks, Freedom for giving me another option?

I was very pleased with all the folks I a have talked with. Courteous, fair, and always helpful. Thank you for the prompt service and calling me back when lines were doped, may not seem like much however it was the most helpful not having to start over with a new person every time.

I saw Freedom Debt Relief on social media and when I called them, they were immediately helpful. When we were drowning, it was nice to get hope in getting out of our situation. We had personal loans and credit cards that we’re in. Originally, they told me the program would take four years and so far, we have a couple more years on it. For the most part, everything that we needed to be taken care of had been taken care of and we don't have that much left on the plan. They did everything for us when creditors didn't want to listen to any issues we were having. It all amounted to health problems that caused it in the first place and they didn't want to hear it. And when they called here, rather than the nasty calls, we could just say that the matter had been turned over and that they should contact Freedom Debt Relief. It also stopped the threats of being taken to court.

Bob was very helpful answering my questions and was very nice and professional on my phone call. I had questions regarding a settlement that had gone to National Litigation Law Firm. And was wondering if the amount they gave me was a fair one, etc.

Freedom Debt Relief is dealing with all of the companies for me and none of them have called me. I also split the payment up to two payments a month to make it even smaller and more manageable. So, it works for me. I've only had one little issue but that's not pertaining to their service. They received something that got sent to them on accident and I was not getting it back. Also, there's always the stress ‘cause of your credit report but that's not their fault. Beyond that, they've been dealing with the issues and trying to help me get my debts resolved as quickly as I can.

Do not use this company. They will take money even after you telling them not to. I was told by customer service not to worry the account was locked and they couldn’t take money. LIE, they took it anyway... Then I called to get my money back and the rep told me to call back in 4 days. Ummmm not. I will not when you were told not to touch the account and another rep said they wouldn’t touch my account because it was locked. I still have to yet get my money back from these people. I was told the check would be here in 2 days, it’s been 4 and no check. Then another rep said they didn’t mail a check so they are all a bunch of liars and thieves.

This program has significantly helped my financial situation. Freedom Debt Relief has reduced my debt on multiple accounts when I thought I would never be able to pay off all of my credit cards. The Client Dashboard is extremely useful and easy to follow where you stand in the program.

So I was laid off for a few months and had to discontinue payments. Now they tell me I need to call in every month or else they are charging me extra to make up for the 2 months I missed. It's disgusting.

I accepted my first credit card as a college student and never looked back. I ran up debt, paid it off with consolidation loans or zero balance cards, then racked it up again. For 20 years this was my pattern. Freedom Debt Relief is a wake-up call and exactly what I needed. They did what I didn't have the guts to do. I'm terrible at negotiating. I hated not paying what I owed but at the rate I was going I never would have been able to. FDR was clear, concise and their process is completely transparent. Yes, I pay a fee, but it's after they negotiated down my debt, which is still a savings. Yes, my credit tanked. But I was well on my way to bad credit on my own. The temporary bad credit served as extra incentive to stop living beyond my means and start taking my financial health seriously.

When I first called FDR, I was full of questions and concerns! After years of fighting with debt, trying to keep up With multiple payments that were keeping us in debt, I called FDR. I had a lot of questions but they patiently answered all of them. I signed up and I am now about 5 payments away from being debt free!! What a great feeling!

The customer service people are very helpful and had answered all my questions and concerns on my accounts. At first, I didn't know I was supposed to send all correspondence to the office until I spoke to someone about the letters and I fax to your office.

The whole experience with Freedom Debt Relief has been great. I knew someone that had the program and they had suggested it. At that time where I was dealing with the debt, I then reached out to them. They've been really accommodating with everything. The process was easygoing process. They updated me on the entire process, the due date on my graduation, and then what's negotiated and what isn't negotiated. So, they've been really good about that.

I was in a bind and I had gotten into some credit card debt. By the time I've paid all my credit card bills every month, I was not having enough to buy groceries with. All I have is my social security check. I was reading my newspaper and saw a Freedom Debt Relief ad. It sounded interesting and that it might help me. I called them and they took my phone number then a representative called me. We discussed my problem and they came up with the solution. I asked if they have a trial program. He said that it won't even really be a program. I could try it for a little while and see what they could do for me and then if I'm not happy, we'd just cancel it. He said that it'll probably take me a couple of years for them to get everything together and my account settled on a regular payment basis. I said okay and I tried it.

So far so good! It was very slow in the beginning, but at this point most of my debt has been negotiated. I am hoping the rest will be soon! I have added additional funds to my monthly deposit and this seems to have helped.

Associate gave detailed instructions to add more debt to be resolved. I then sent copies of bills to be resolved via text. Now waiting for response! Please respond as to your acceptance or denial of adding more debt, if you need please inform to what is needed.

I would have liked the process to have gone faster with a better savings on the last account. But the company was effective, efficient and communicated information well. Customer service was pleasant and training videos provided transparency for the process.

I had a work friend who went through Freedom Debt Relief. I decided to work with them as well since I had the best customer service help from their reps compared to two other companies I looked into. I didn't get pushed and I didn't feel pressured to pick Freedom, and I really liked that. I had a credit card with about 10k on it that I needed debt relief help with and it only took six months for them to settle that credit card, which was a lot shorter than what I thought it was going to be. I'm almost done paying it off and it's only been a year. So, that's awesome.

Everything was pretty easy with Freedom. Every time I’ve had to get through anybody, it’s right away. Even in sending some stuff through email, I get a response back. I've also worked a couple of cases with their legal team with certain accounts and that's always been really helpful. I wish they have an app on the phone to check the dashboard and check on things. But the text messages are great when we’re talking about any settlements or accounts that they resolve. They're pretty good. I'm done sometime next year.

Updated on 11/24/2020: I give Freedom Debt Relief (FDR) a score of 5 and will recommend them to my friends! FDR explained the process of becoming debt free with my creditors. I enrolled 7 accounts and started the process in June, 2020. FDR has negotiated a settlement with one of my creditors saving me money and I look forward to settling with the remainder of creditors.

I have only been in the program for a short period of time so far. But I am very pleased with the way things are moving right along and would recommend this to all my friends. Keep up the good service.

Freedom Debt Relief will knock out all your past due debt. I barely been using it and a lot of my creditors reduced the price. Also if you refer someone then they get a bonus after 90 days. They cut my bill in half and it's easy to make payments too.

Just wanted to get better understanding of my account and payout issues and how creditors will continue be paid off. This call gave me a better understanding of what to expect and why it’s important to pay extra to pay accounts off ASAP.

I spoke with somebody at Freedom Debt a couple of times as I was enrolling. I went with them for my credit card debts and everything has worked out as they have said. I like that my creditors aren't calling me anymore. Plus, I have two or three debts already resolved.

The gentleman was knowledgeable and helpful on the call. I forgot his name but I did give him a superior rating. I would highly recommend Freedom Debt Relief for the clear and transparent way in which they support people in eliminating their debt.

There is no personal interaction. I know you are very busy but there is no personal touch like a telephone call to the client. I am a senior living on social security however I intend to sell my coop in Brooklyn Heights next year and pay all the creditors off,

Communication is good with Freedom. They don't bother me unless I have a question and I haven't had any. But I'm waiting for a call to say everything is complete. It's going into four years now. I thought I would be about done but they were handling two cases for me. They completed one but we're still dealing with Discovery. It's taking a long time and I just wanna know when I'm finished with the program. Other than that, I have no complaint because it’s payroll deduction.

I researched two or three companies and then I started calling around and asking some of my friends. The feedback was favorable. I liked Freedom Debt Relief's program that they explained to me. I really enjoyed their program and their customer service people. They're right on the money. They hit a time where I really needed them to be there. It was a very favorable experience for me. My particular program is four years and I finished three, so I'm well on my way but still long ways to go. I thought it was doable for what I owed and I still wanted to pay my creditors, but I had to make some adjustments.

They was very quick to resolve debt and kept trying to resolve it at a lower settlement. I did receive a lot of phone calls that I was not able to answer due to not having access to phone at work. Recommended.

Very helpful, very professional and caring during your time of need. Step by step they help you all the way. They keep constant contact and I'm so glad I made the call to FDR. It was the best call I could have made. I appreciate there team efforts in helping me with my debt issues during my hardship. This wasn't easy for me, but FDR made it easy.

I appreciate that I can send creditors' threats and intimidations to you and not have to deal with them myself. It is such a relief not to feel over-extended and constantly juggling one account against another. I would definitely recommend your service to anyone in similar circumstances to mine.

I am not sure who I spoke with but when I first came on board I needed a letter stating exactly what cases FDR was working on for me and that we were waiting on certain letters from creditors to add them in my debt. The first person I spoke with at "FDR Zachary had to write this letter for me or else I would lose my job. Not the customer experience team. Not a good start.

Freedom Debt Relief was not helpful at home but threatening. I authorized a $100 debit from my account on 24 July but was told that the processing time of around 10 days was not sufficient to meet the deadline. I was asked instead to wire the money to Crossroads. I asked the rep to use my Debit Card but she said it was not possible.

When I talked to the first person about consolidation of creditors he went through the process very fast, and I couldn't understand a lot of it, he finally went through it slower explaining parts of it, it's taken much longer than he said it would thus really ruining my credit rating. He also wanted me to add a account and I told him NO but he added it anyhow, I finally had it taken off because it was interest free and payments were within reason to make.

Freedom Debt Relief sent a message to my email. I checked it out and then I talked to Mr. Mark. He let me know that I could always start at any time if things would get a little rough for me. Sometimes, I do run across a rough spot but I've gone ahead and let them take the 200 out every month. I've been with Freedom since last year and everything is pretty good, so far. They are professional and helpful and I'm comfortable with them. I've got three cards out of the way already and I'm working on a couple of more. Hopefully, I could get them knocked out of the way by the end of the year or at least before spring next year. I’m pretty satisfied with Freedom. I'm also trying to get one of my daughters to contact them but she's not ready yet.

They are very helpful and answered all my questions. I feel such relief knowing they are going to be with me every step of the way. They are upfront and honest and told me every detail about things I should expect and I feel confident they will lead me to financial freedom.

I received a post card that I was going to be taken to court for Spire Credit Union. I called. Your person said when I get a court date call them back so I did. That person told me, "WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THAT." Never once telling me the phone number to call for National Litigation. Somewhere in the call they did say I have to call National Litigation but didn't say here is their phone number. Also I should of been told in the very beginning that Spire Credit union will not negotiate a debt relief. If I was told that I could of negotiated a settlement with them before it got to a court date. Now I have to pay the $7500.00 in full.

Updated on 03/04/2021: I had been working with a couple of the credit people for four or five years and they weren't willing to help me. They weren't willing to take payments. They’d rather close the account and I didn't want accounts closed. I wanted to pay them off. With FDR's help, I've been able to go back, pick up the accounts that were closed and pay them off. I have recommended them to other people and they have started with them.

Wanted to know when the amount would be in progress and how much it would be. My questions were answered satisfactorily. Will be glad when I'm out of debt, thank you FDR. I will recommend FDR to Friends and Family that might need debt consolidation.

Kevin (I wish I knew which Kevin) is a great listener, patient, and very knowledgeable about the process. He helped me a lot and I understand more about how all this works than ever. I really appreciate him taking the extra time with me.

Freedom Debt Relief was referred by my sister-in-law. It was my first time doing it and they told me that they were gonna help me so I've been with them since 2016. I like Freedom ‘cause it’s transparent. I can see all the transactions, monitor all my deposits and manage all the payments that they're making. I can also check the development of my debt. It's also easy to connect. If ever I have questions, I can easily call them whenever I want.

Freedom was a little bit more streamlined and I liked the ease of going. The fees and stuff like that were a little bit less than others. The timeframe was also gonna be a little bit faster. They said last time it would be four years. But if I paid more, it would cut the timeframe down. Half of my debts have already been paid off and I also increased my monthly deductions to help expedite that as well. Their customer service is really quick to respond and they always take their time. They're not ever rushing you. Everything's really good.

Setting up the account was very easy and painless. My agent who helped me answered every question and didn't have an issue letting me take my time and ask the same questions over again if needed. She wanted to make sure I understood every aspect of the process and what was going to happen.

I found Freedom online and picked them randomly. I was in need of that kind of service. Their customer service has been very upfront. I was told that it would be four years for me to get everything paid off. They settled some of the debts. Since the COVID thing, I had to miss a couple of payments and they were very understanding.

I liked what the team at Freedom Debt Relief was talking about and how the man presented himself. We just seemed to click. The rep gave me lots of information that I felt comfortable with at the time. Working with them has worked out pretty well. I didn’t have any problem so far. When something happens, they notify me if it's okay for me to approve a settlement.

I’ve been working with Freedom Debt for a few years. They have been settling cases and my debts and they contact me if anything pops up. When I have questions, I contact them and they inform me about statutes of limitations and things of that nature. I appreciate that. For the most part, all I have to do is got to my dashboard and the answers to my questions are there. The dashboard is pretty clear and concise to read. It tells you about the fees, what's going to the creditor, what their charges are, administrative fees, and so forth. I feel that I'm getting all the information from them.

We were told if we did our monthly payments we would get our debt resolved in a timely matter. We didn’t miss payments. We even gave a good size deposit above and beyond. Your company was still having issues settling our debt, so they sent us to your sister company to get a loan so we can settle faster. I’m pretty upset about the high interest rate since your company is the one who tanked my credit score through this process.

Just started the program. Up to this point I am very happy with the service, and professionalism that I have experienced with the FDR team that I have had contact with. I was charged a very large amount of interest on a 2 year structured settlement. The credit card company would have settled with me for the same amount minus the interest ($1800). I have enough money on account to pay it off now, not over 2 years. My name was given to a loan company that works with FDR which loan would cost me even more interest. Would not recommend FDR to anyone.

I was skeptical at first but the company does what they tell you they are going to do. It’s a process but it works out in the long run. Two of my debts have been negotiated in months, 4 more to go... but they are bigger debts and I am patient to get the best deal.

I looked online and I noticed that Freedom Debt Relief's reviews were one of the best, so I decided to go with them. Enrolling was very easy to do. Speaking with somebody has always been excellent. For the worrisome part of the whole thing, Freedom has been a relief. They took over the burden off of my shoulders and took care of everything for me. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

We have reduced our debt by nearly $8000 in the last 10 months. Freedom have let us know their strategy at each step and have managed so far to reduce some amounts by 50%... It feels good to know we are paying off our commitments and getting debt free. Freedom have had great luck negotiating our debts down so the crippling interest payments are no longer stopping us moving forward.

They have completely messed up a settlement. They closed my account before a settlement was reached. But managed to charge me a settlement fee and sent the company they were negotiating with money from my account but it won’t be a part of the settlement. Incompetent customer service rep and all I got was I’m sorry.

I have a friend who signed up with Freedom. She just signed up and she gave me the information. I thought whatever the offer was worked for me so I signed up with them. I understood what the rep said and I had all the information that I needed. However, I received a phone call from some other company that said they work with Freedom. They gave me an offer and wanted me to sign something. I realized that I will pay much more than what I am paying with Freedom now. I realized, Freedom did not call me and tell me to sign up with anybody else, so I'm gonna stay with Freedom and just stop whatever those people are trying to do. Hopefully, Freedom doesn't know much about that. But if they do, that's something they should look over.

A friend of my daughter is a client of Freedom Debt Relief and they told me about them. I have recommended them to friends as well. Freedom Debt Relief told me what it was gonna cost and asked if I'd agree to it and I said yes. This is all over the phone or internet and I was reasonably comfortable. According to the way I was led to believe though, if I pay them $300 a month in three years (when I was supposed to have retired), it would be paid off. All these debts should be gone and I've come to find out it's not necessarily true. Now, I understand they may not be gone, even if I keep my end of the bargain.

I have had 2 settlements since I was enrolled in December and I am extremely happy that things are moving along. With what is going on in the world right now, I am happy to say my debt is not something I need to worry about at this time.

I feel like you are doing a fair job. The only thing is when I signed up, I was told this would only take about 2 years. Now I find out I won't have this all taken care of until 2024. Very disappointed about that.

Enrolled with FDR on 9/17 with a 4 yr plan for multiple CC debts accumulated from a divorce, thought it was the right thing to do... They pretty much do nothing but sit and wait for settlement offers to come to them. In one case, I received in the mail the exact settlement offer from the debtor given to me by FDR. So if a debt is enrolled, in most cases, by the time FDR “settles” it, the debt has grown substantially with intrest and fees.. FDR will settle the debt based in current amount and with their fees, it's sometimes MORE than the enrolled debt.. Total scam in my opinion.. I'm currently still enrolled and to 1 creditor, they pay 5$ monthly but charge me 3$ a month to do so.. Please be careful and research before signing anything.. Attached is a copy of a current lawsuit that was “settled” with the Federal Govt in 2019. **

I have been in communication with FDR since the beginning of my program. They are very helpful and follow up with me regarding any questions I have. They send me helpful tips through email and contact me as soon as a settlement has been reached. I'm glad I found them!

Any interaction of mine with Freedom Debt Relief has been positive. The first guy was awesome. I was very comfortable with him. He gave me hope and was always excited for me to figure this out as I was. Whenever I had questions or concerns, they figured it out and got me answers. The payment plan was a set amount for how much your debt was. At one point I had to add extra in there.

I pay $800 a month to Freedom, which is a lot of money. I don't know if this is really worth it in my position right now. I'm not really sure how this all works. When Freedom settles a debt, they don't really get back to me right away. Some things didn't even get charged-off or reduced. Their customer service is excellent though. I've been with the program for year and a half. Looking back, I probably would've looked at a different solution.
