Everything is working out really great with Freedom Debt Relief. They’re very helpful. They told me how they're gonna negotiate the balances with the different credit cards and to get the best amount worked out for me, and they did. Some of the accounts, they knocked it down to almost half, so it was great. They're always in contact with me as far as what's going on, if I agree on the settlement. My payments are a little bit on the high side, but I figured I needed to do that in order to get this resolved. I look at the dashboard all the time. I'm almost done with one of the settlements, almost going on the next settlement. It's just good to know what's going on with my money.

I'm happy with Freedom Debt Relief. Everything's been good. Communication is great. It was really straightforward. There wasn't anything fishy or hiding. Everything was spelled out in the beginning.

Updated on 10/31/2022: The company came to my rescue with very helpful Customer Service. They were always on the alert when something needed to be done by me and even the chat reps gave great advice and told me where to find certain information. Their sister companies were also very helpful in getting me the relief that I needed to accomplish my goals. With all of the help and support that Freedom Debt Relief gave me, my graduation date is even closer than expected. It is such a relief to not have to talk to the creditors and negotiate with them because Freedom Debt Relief did it all! Thank you for your service.

It's taking a lot longer than once stated. It will take more than 2 years and probably 3 or more before I am finally done!! I believe I am may have been able to settle these quicker on my own with less cost to do so.

I am glad that the company was able to pay off two of my accounts. I don't understand why those accounts can't be cleared off of my credit account after they were paid off. That really confuses me. So, even after all of these are paid off, my credit report will still show these accounts on there unpaid. Please tell me what I need to do to have them removed/show paid off? Thanks.

The time it takes to get accounts resolved I know depends on the amount of money you can put in but I’m at my max amount without doing without money to live on each month. This amount is all that I can possibly afford and it just seems like the balance on the accounts keep going higher and credit rating goes lower and lower.

Wonderful company. They really care about the customer. I would not hesitate to recommend them to all the people I know! Keep up the great work and you will be around for a very long time! Since I been with you I have never been disappointed.

Freedom Debt Relief seemed to be the best. I gave them all my bills and then I'd have to give them a certain amount of dollars a month. Then they pay off my bills. I was comfortable with the process but it took such a long time. I got started in 2019 and I would not debt free until 2023. I pay 165 twice a month. If I had to do the program all over, I would not do it again with Freedom Debt Relief. In fact, I was thinking about withdrawing from it but they paid most of my bills off. But I owe $1,000 so why are they negotiating and only taking $25 a month when all I owe is $1,000? So Freedom Debt Relief gets more money for themselves than paying my bill.

Freedom Debt Relief seemed to be good at the time that I took a chance on them and they've been true to what they said. I’ve been with the program going on two years and the time frame at the beginning of the consultation has been accurate. The dashboard keeps you updated on what's happening. Everything has been good so far.

My credit report was going up and to resolve the problem, I signed up with Freedom Debt Relief. I saw them on the news and I knew that I could choose so many ones, so I chose the first one. My interaction with their reps was good and I don’t have any problem with my payment plan. I make a payment twice a month, every 15 days, so they can take it from my paycheck or from my checking account. I like FDR and so far everything's fine. Right now, my bank account is going down because I have to pay them to resolve my problem. I want to see after everything paid, but at the moment, all that they're making me do is make my monthly payment and things are going little by little.

I would highly recommend this service! It has helped me get out of debt and have peace of mind over my finances. The program works as marketed, and they really help with the collection calls and harassing correspondence from debt collectors too!

I am pleased with the service I have received and I saw this as the only way out of debt when I was desperate. I do feel that there are other ways to achieve financial freedom but I appreciate the help given. There are lots of fees.

I liked that my accounts been settle and hopefully the other two can be settle soon too. Something that I did not like was that I thought there were going to be making payments to all at the same time, but I guess it's one at the time.

Updated on 06/01/2021: My debts have been reduced more than I could ever imagine. I am given regular updates on my progress. When a settlement has been offered, I am notified to see if I accept the settlement offered. I always have access to my account on my Dashboard!

I was watching TV one morning and Freedom Debt was on TV. The process was simple but I didn't understand at the beginning that it wasn't a payoff right away. I didn’t like too much that Freedom wanted you to let the bills go. I had some of them paid down quite a bit so when it came time to pay them, once I got enough money in there, they had gone up quite a bit. So, that didn't make me too happy because I worked hard on trying to get it down. Some of them were at 510 and when we paid it off, it was close to 1,000. But other than that, they've been very helpful and friendly. We got three paid down and we've got three right now that they're working on. They have already started paying them down so I've been happy.

I am happy so far! My debt is going down and I am super happy about it. This process has been smooth and easy so far and I am looking forward to being debt free sooner than later. During the pandemic, I didn’t think I could still manage, but so far I have and it’s been easier with the help of FDR. Thanks for the help.

They were congenial most times, even when my delay of payments meant delaying a settlement. It was great, really. They open a bank account for you, you save money there, ignore it as best you can, and they negotiate settlements. The whole scene is a bit uncomfortable, so having a team make it all more comfortable is nice. With a family of 6, once you’re in a spot, negotiating is a pain. They cover all the bases and do so courteously.

The customer service agent was very helpful and help me to complete your request. I have always had a good experience with your customer service. I would definitely recommend Freedom Debt Relief for anybody that needs your services.

Was a paper on C S I on lowering my balance you wanted to know when I got the balance and what their plans are right now. The lady there was very polite and answered all my questions. She took her time with me. I thanked her and gave her a good rating.

Freedom Debt Relief said that they would have my back 100% if anything went wrong. I went with them and their reps asked me what I could afford. At the time, my husband was idle and the coal mine was a very iffy job. Still, FDR worked wonderfully with us. At first, it took forever to get things started. As things progressed though, their program got faster and faster. Now that I'm at the end, it seems like it's dragging. My rep told me not to worry and he made sure everything was handled. I've told everybody about Freedom. Working with them has really turned my life around. My credit score is finally going up.

They didn't tell me how to stop getting phone calls from credit card companies. They will destroy my credit before repairing it. (I'm not late on any bills yet) They won't start calling my cards companies for at least 6 months! There are other companies out there, I'm sure. Oh, they take their payment out each month, while they don't pay my creditors for 6 months, and I had to ask if they were free or not, they didn't tell me up front.

The lady I spoke with was amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I wish I could get someone like her every time I called. She took time to walk me through my dashboard and explain everything. She even gave me the information I needed in case I ran into a problem with the transaction if it didn’t work due to the fact that it didn’t work correctly the week before.

Although your associate was very knowledgeable and helpful, she was overbearing in her manner. A lighter touch would have sufficed. She offered more than I asked for and kept me on the phone longer than I was interested. I guess I shouldn't complain when, someone seems actually eager to help?

I was looking to get a zero percent credit card so I could put my credit cards together and then pay it off quicker. Freedom Debt Relief was the only one that was willing to work with me to do debt settlements. Signing up was easy. It was through the computer. I just had to do an e-signature and they took care of everything else. I'd pay them a certain fee and then they'd negotiate deals with the card companies and pay them. But everything is done totally online and I'm not very technical so it’s more difficult for me. Every time I log in, I forget my password and I'm afraid to write things down.

I had stress in my life over the credit cards. Freedom came and helped me out. It has been smooth and easy. It relaxed me. The thing I like about Freedom is if there is a month that's tight and I can't do the payment, I can give them a call and they can push it to another day in the month until I have the money in my account. When they have a deal, they always send me a text message with the type of offer they got. They tell me to approve the settlement if I'm okay with it. They take care of things and I'm almost done with the program. They have been amazing. I have a friend with a problem similar to mine with her credit cards and I advised her to go to Freedom. In 2 1/2 years only two accounts have been settled? I’ve contributed over 8k in payments and only 2 accounts have been settled? That’s very concerning to me, Freedom has definitely got their cut FIRST no doubt. I would appreciate it if we get more settlements handled in a more expeditious manner.

I felt good about Freedom that they're willing to help out in my financial debt. They're an excellent company according to my girlfriend. The debt consultant explained it to us about how the program worked. I felt very comfortable. I get a text message whenever they negotiated with the creditor and I'm very pleased and satisfied whatever they negotiated with 'cause it's more than 50% so that reduced the creditor payment for each month. Their website is easy to access and looking at what's going on, keeping an update on your payment. I like the website too as well because it's available to me to look at. If I have any questions, I can contact them with the question and get the answer back.

I'm a person who likes to pay my bills but I was home from work for a year and six months and I could not pay my bills. I had surgery on both of my knees and I was getting just one something a week disability. Plus, I have my rent to pay. I have other things. So, after I kept getting the calls from the credit cards, the stores and the banks, I decided to find out about Freedom Debt Relief. My niece and her sister had experience with them and she said they were good. At first, I was a little skeptical but it's good. It's perfect for anyone who wants to keep their credit good and don't want to mess up as well as people who wanna pay their bills. Some of the reps were okay although two representatives were very rough and I have to talk to them also rough because they started it.

I tried getting a loan through my personal bank and it wasn't working. I looked on how to consolidate debt in Pinterest and Freedom Debt Relief was the first that came up. I also saw that they had a high rating review with the Better Business Bureau. Freedom Debt Relief Works! They are making great progress negotiating and paying off my debt. We have already paid a credit card account and will paying off another credit card shortly. They are very responsive to questions and concerns. Highly recommend.

Figure out ways to pay off your debt without this company. What they do is send your accounts to collection by having you miss payments. This raises your debt owed before they settle an account. Once an account is settled they claim to have saved you a bunch of money. If you owe $ 5000 they’ll “negotiate” you down to $3000 then charge you a $1500 fee for doing so. This will destroy your credit and save you little to no money.

Everything has gone as planned. I have told what to expect and have been told what to look forward to in the future. The plan has been explained perfectly and I am now waiting for thing to happen. My experience has been good up until this point.

FDR tries to negotiate with our creditors that they may give us considerations to relieve us with our debts with them. As explained to us, once that we already have enough funds for FDR to pay the creditors as negotiated, settlement may already be made. Recently, with the approved loan from Consolidation Plus, hopefully our debts can be fully settled.

I was able to obtain information about who to contact in regards to a lawyer to negotiate a reasonable amount to pay to resolve the bill. Customer service was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed and who I should talk to!

Freedom Debt Relief has already gotten me 6 settlements in only a few years, I’ve already paid off a 3 of my settlements, have 3 currently in progress, and some more being negotiated. They help you handle calls from creditors and set up a plan to negotiate down your debts, and they have great customer service. Whenever I call I never have to wait long and they answer all my questions.

All of the people I spoke with were very friendly and informative. The process was a very quick and easy, I just hope it works out from here and I'm debt free as the agent has told me in a short amount of time.

When we went to buy a car, the reps said that we had filed a bankruptcy. But we didn’t. I found out that Freedom Debt Relief was where I went through to pay off my debt. When I asked them about it, they said that it would not go on my record as a bankruptcy. They seemed so helpful and caring, which made me decide to go with them. The rep was very kind, helpful and explained everything to me. I felt comfortable with her right off the bat and told her to set it up. I signed up for them to help me pay off my credit report and clear up my credit cards. It's been working out wonderfully. A lot of them has been paid off and they're continuing on. If I have a question, I can call and they answer my questions. They're very clear and they don't care how many questions you ask. The reps always keep in touch with me.

I googled debt relief companies and Freedom came up as being the number one. I talked to another one and I didn't like how they talked to me. When I called Freedom, I liked the way they talked to me. I also liked the way they explained things to me. I thought to do it ‘cause otherwise, I'm never gonna get out of credit card debt. For the most part, I'm really happy with the customer service. The only thing I don't really like is they tell upfront that if you need to take money back out of your little account, they would set it up. And so for one month, I wasn't able to put the money in and then they hounded me for two months even though I put the money in the next month. Then they quit hounding me. But I had to get a little snappy about it. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it.

They were very easy to work with. I called them and they set me up that day. They have been checking on me and want to know how things are going. I have been very satisfied with their service. They checked out all of my cards and got the balance of my cards and the whole setting me up didn't take long. They are very efficient in getting the job done. I will be able to relax and certainly feel better about my bills being paid when this is over..

The reason why I contacted Freedom Debt is because I'm moving and the loan officer needed verification about BOA account which showed an outstanding balance. I needed the date that this balance would be paid off, and the Freedom Debt adviser stated that the debt would be paid in full at the end of October 2020.

I have been kept abreast of my progress in the program. The agents reach out to me on a constant basis. Thank you. I have been given instructions on how to use the dashboard and access my account. I have an appointment scheduled for August 19, 2020 at 8:30 am.

Freedom Debt Relief is doing its job. When I have some questions, I email them and they email me back right away. They're very friendly and very good. They push my all accounts back. If they closed something, they would always email me with some recommendations. I'm happy with them. They already closed about five cases. I have another department that is working on my case and I’m just waiting to see what is going on. They said that we'd need to wait a few days because the judge would decide something and that they were not sure when they would do the last. But the rest has been pretty much the same.

When I'm on their website, like I was trying to work out increasing my payments to pay off quicker. the tell when your graduation date is and when it’s over, sometimes that's a little glitchy. But otherwise, I have no complaints. I've actually referred people to them.

I got a letter from a collection agency re. an unpaid bank credit card. The rep who helped me was FANTASTIC!. I wish I knew his name to connect this reply to him. All I can tell you is that he lives in Chandler, Arizona and has an Italian grandmother. He helped me with my problem, told me that he was going to expedite my account because I had quite a lot in it. He was kind, helpful, and made me laugh! Great guy! He needs a raise!

I called several of the others and I liked the way the agent from Freedom talked to me and explained things. It was an overall better experience talking over the phone to him. I had gotten myself into some problems. I couldn't go back to work because of a heart condition. and I was having a hard time making ends meet of any kind. The negotiators were always aboveboard and very consistent with what they were asking me and telling me. They do things in a very timely manner. They were always polite and assured me facts that they were giving me.

They told me that when I had money, I could add it to my payments.

Freedom Debt Relief is doing a great job. They’re doing everything they're supposed to do. They inform me every time they make a bid or they get some kinda negotiation going. They always alert me and say, “Hey, this is what was going on. If you want this, just let us know.”

I called to see if an old account I had still shows up on my credit report because I keep getting harassed that it was not paid, which it was. It was paid off 8 years ago. My call was answered quickly and the agent answered my questions quickly and was very helpful.

I was googling a couple of different debt relief programs and I saw Freedom Debt Relief online. I understand how things are done with the clarity of the program and one of the things that I like and that has continued to improve is the client dashboard. Everything is clearly laid out whereas with other programs, it didn't seem as clear such as how much was going to go towards fees, how long things were gonna take and how each part of the process went. The program has been a helpful way for me to be able to do the debt reduction that I wouldn't have been able to on my own. It has been fantastic. There are times where I’m like, “Okay,” especially when you're towards the beginning of paying off a debt. You feel like you're paying a lot more towards the different associated fees. But for the most part, you see that progress pay off and then you begin to see a lot of headway being made.

Haven’t had the experience to see what you all are capable of but customer service is great. Hopefully it will be soon because my credit score has dropped tremendously. If y’all do a good job then I would recommend a friend but I can’t until I see progress.

So far, my experience has been positive. I went with them because they seemed to be the better platform. It was better as far as working with them. They were more flexible. The major factor was having the ability either to increase or decrease the monthly rate. I dealt with customer service early on when I had questions about how it would work. But other than that, there was no need to really reach out to customer service throughout the program. I was able to obtain the information I was looking for through the website. I'm about eight months away from finishing the program.

Choosing to consolidate my debt has been the best thing I have done financially. I was paying 8 different bills. Now I just have one bill a month. Jeremy has been so easy to work with. The process to consolidate has been easy.

I am deeply grateful for Freedom Debt Relief! After almost 3 years, I have just graduated from their program!! Before FDR I did not know what I would do—my credit card debt was SO high! I thought I’d be in debt forever. The stress was killing me! Then after attempting to get a consolidation loan, I was introduced to the FDR program. Initially I was skeptical, but the first representative, Nicholas, was SO patient, understanding and informative! As promised, they enrolled all of my credit card debt into the program (11accounts) and negotiated a lower amount with each creditor. I went into debt consolidation with Freedom and I love the program. The reps and I spoke through email and on the phone. I explained what I needed and I was given options for me to choose what was gonna work best for me. They were super helpful and they worked with me on any problem. I was very comfortable with them. I was in a tangle with credit card debt and Freedom Debt Relief was an avenue to get out of it. They've negotiated a couple of settlements for me. The agent was very helpful in providing an answer to my question about paying down on just one of my accounts. I would recommend FDR to anyone who has gotten themselves into financial trouble. We have been very pleased with the program and looking to be debt free soon.

Everyone was easy to get along with and was very helpful during this process. Even after I called, the woman with whom I spoke with was still very concerned and showed a great amount of compassion regarding my situation and wishing she was able to help me more but tried to keep me on.

I needed to delay my payments. I didnt want to get rid of FDR entirely, but I lost my job. It sucks but the FDR representative was super nice. I figured I would have to cancel it entirely but she told me to give her a second and she'd look at my options. She got back with me pretty quickly and told me that we can delay it and she hooked me right up. 100% on customer service. I won't leave FDR because of people like that.

Freedom Debt Relief is very informative and they’re right on it as far as letting me know when they're coming up on a settlement. They're texting and emailing me. It’s a very easy flow with them. This is my second time with them and it's probably not gonna be the last. They're very good people and I like them. There's communication and they’re handling everything because I'm getting the notices. I've just been on the dashboard and I like it. The payment plan is good. I do a month but it's split in half and that works out. Me and my husband get paid bi-weekly. My problem is I forget to take it out of the checkbook once in a while.

Just not a good experience. I thought Jesse was a good guy, but it turns out what he said was false and I paid more than he told me I would. He said that you guys were the experts and that I wouldn't pay more than he told me. I was told, "sorry but he must have misled you" at least twice. Just not the best experience.

So far they have been very informative & helpful and let me know what going on with my account. They really keep me in the loop with what's going on and always let me know when they have made a settlement.

On the onset of the call the gentleman had a reassuring voice that was very comforting. I could tell that he really did care about all of my concerns and it made for a wonderful day to know there are people out there like that.

UPDATED 3/25/2021: CSR at FDR was very pleasant and discussed details of the current program with the credit card debt. Problem not resolved yet. I cannot add funds to my program with FDR because my assets are frozen. I understand that more funds are needed to help with the law firm collecting debt for Citi (**).

I couldn't thank this company enough for giving our family a peace of mind especially at this trying times. Covid affected family and we depended a lot on credit cards. Freedom helped us in so many ways to lower down our debt total and our monthly payments with no interests!

This company was great to at first explain the procedure and then with follow-ups after. Also great assistance with needed documents forwarded and sent to their appropriate places. Very happy with the results I have gotten with this company. I have almost completed my repayment plan!

Everything is going great, was a little concerned that the time for settlements kept changing but I have had several negotiated settlements in a timely fashion. Two of my accounts have been settled for more than I owed not less, I have ruined my credit score for this service and it is not working the way I was told it would. I am not happy about how this settlement was handled.

I have a job that requires a high level of security clearance so I knew filing bankruptcy was not an option for me, despite the credit card debt I was drowning in. Debts from caring for aging parents with expensive care and medical needs. I wouldn’t begrudge them a penny, but I knew I had to do something quickly! Freedom allowed me to pay what I’d actually spent, negotiating with creditors to do away with the heavy weight of interest that has accrued in the accounts. I still have many months to pay on the settlements, but at least the accounts don’t show delinquent. Unfortunately some show as chargeoffs, but that’s still better than a bankruptcy. The debt settlement will adversely affect my credit score does 7 years, but a bankruptcy would too. Plus, I was able to keep my security clearance because I showed I just didn’t declare bankruptcy and walk away form my commitments. Thanks, Freedom for giving me another option?

I saw Freedom Debt Relief on social media and when I called them, they were immediately helpful. When we were drowning, it was nice to get hope in getting out of our situation. We had personal loans and credit cards that we’re in. Originally, they told me the program would take four years and so far, we have a couple more years on it. For the most part, everything that we needed to be taken care of had been taken care of and we don't have that much left on the plan. They did everything for us when creditors didn't want to listen to any issues we were having. It all amounted to health problems that caused it in the first place and they didn't want to hear it. And when they called here, rather than the nasty calls, we could just say that the matter had been turned over and that they should contact Freedom Debt Relief. It also stopped the threats of being taken to court.

Bob was very helpful answering my questions and was very nice and professional on my phone call. I had questions regarding a settlement that had gone to National Litigation Law Firm. And was wondering if the amount they gave me was a fair one, etc.

Freedom Debt Relief is dealing with all of the companies for me and none of them have called me. I also split the payment up to two payments a month to make it even smaller and more manageable. So, it works for me. I've only had one little issue but that's not pertaining to their service. They received something that got sent to them on accident and I was not getting it back. Also, there's always the stress ‘cause of your credit report but that's not their fault. Beyond that, they've been dealing with the issues and trying to help me get my debts resolved as quickly as I can.

Do not use this company. They will take money even after you telling them not to. I was told by customer service not to worry the account was locked and they couldn’t take money. LIE, they took it anyway... Then I called to get my money back and the rep told me to call back in 4 days. Ummmm not. I will not when you were told not to touch the account and another rep said they wouldn’t touch my account because it was locked. I still have to yet get my money back from these people. I was told the check would be here in 2 days, it’s been 4 and no check. Then another rep said they didn’t mail a check so they are all a bunch of liars and thieves.

This program has significantly helped my financial situation. Freedom Debt Relief has reduced my debt on multiple accounts when I thought I would never be able to pay off all of my credit cards. The Client Dashboard is extremely useful and easy to follow where you stand in the program.

So I was laid off for a few months and had to discontinue payments. Now they tell me I need to call in every month or else they are charging me extra to make up for the 2 months I missed. It's disgusting.

I accepted my first credit card as a college student and never looked back. I ran up debt, paid it off with consolidation loans or zero balance cards, then racked it up again. For 20 years this was my pattern. Freedom Debt Relief is a wake-up call and exactly what I needed. They did what I didn't have the guts to do. I'm terrible at negotiating. I hated not paying what I owed but at the rate I was going I never would have been able to. FDR was clear, concise and their process is completely transparent. Yes, I pay a fee, but it's after they negotiated down my debt, which is still a savings. Yes, my credit tanked. But I was well on my way to bad credit on my own. The customer service people are very helpful and had answered all my questions and concerns on my accounts. At first, I didn't know I was supposed to send all correspondence to the office until I spoke to someone about the letters and I fax to your office.

The whole experience with Freedom Debt Relief has been great. I knew someone that had the program and they had suggested it. At that time where I was dealing with the debt, I then reached out to them. They've been really accommodating with everything. The process was easygoing process. They updated me on the entire process, the due date on my graduation, and then what's negotiated and what isn't negotiated. So, they've been really good about that.

I was in a bind and I had gotten into some credit card debt. By the time I've paid all my credit card bills every month, I was not having enough to buy groceries with. All I have is my social security check. I was reading my newspaper and saw a Freedom Debt Relief ad. It sounded interesting and that it might help me. I called them and they took my phone number then a representative called me. We discussed my problem and they came up with the solution. I asked if they have a trial program. He said that it won't even really be a program. I could try it for a little while and see what they could do for me and then if I'm not happy, we'd just cancel it. He said that it'll probably take me a couple of years for them to get everything together and my account settled on a regular payment basis. I said okay and I tried it.

So far so good! It was very slow in the beginning, but at this point most of my debt has been negotiated. I am hoping the rest will be soon! I have added additional funds to my monthly deposit and this seems to have helped.

Associate gave detailed instructions to add more debt to be resolved. I then sent copies of bills to be resolved via text. Now waiting for response! Please respond as to your acceptance or denial of adding more debt, if you need please inform to what is needed.

I would have liked the process to have gone faster with a better savings on the last account. But the company was effective, efficient and communicated information well. Customer service was pleasant and training videos provided transparency for the process.

I had a work friend who went through Freedom Debt Relief. I decided to work with them as well since I had the best customer service help from their reps compared to two other companies I looked into. I didn't get pushed and I didn't feel pressured to pick Freedom, and I really liked that. I had a credit card with about 10k on it that I needed debt relief help with and it only took six months for them to settle that credit card, which was a lot shorter than what I thought it was going to be. I'm almost done paying it off and it's only been a year. So, that's awesome.

Everything was pretty easy with Freedom. Every time I’ve had to get through anybody, it’s right away. Even in sending some stuff through email, I get a response back. I've also worked a couple of cases with their legal team with certain accounts and that's always been really helpful. I wish they have an app on the phone to check the dashboard and check on things. But the text messages are great when we’re talking about any settlements or accounts that they resolve. They're pretty good. I'm done sometime next year.

Updated on 11/24/2020: I give Freedom Debt Relief (FDR) a score of 5 and will recommend them to my friends! FDR explained the process of becoming debt free with my creditors. I enrolled 7 accounts and started the process in June, 2020. FDR has negotiated a settlement with one of my creditors saving me money and I look forward to settling with the remainder of creditors.

I have only been in the program for a short period of time so far. But I am very pleased with the way things are moving right along and would recommend this to all my friends. Keep up the good service.

Freedom Debt Relief will knock out all your past due debt. I barely been using it and a lot of my creditors reduced the price. Also if you refer someone then they get a bonus after 90 days. They cut my bill in half and it's easy to make payments too.

Just wanted to get better understanding of my account and payout issues and how creditors will continue be paid off. This call gave me a better understanding of what to expect and why it’s important to pay extra to pay accounts off ASAP.

I spoke with somebody at Freedom Debt a couple of times as I was enrolling. I went with them for my credit card debts and everything has worked out as they have said. I like that my creditors aren't calling me anymore. Plus, I have two or three debts already resolved.

There is no personal interaction. I know you are very busy but there is no personal touch like a telephone call to the client. I am a senior living on social security however I intend to sell my coop in Brooklyn Heights next year and pay all the creditors off,

I researched two or three companies and then I started calling around and asking some of my friends. The feedback was favorable. I liked Freedom Debt Relief's program that they explained to me. I really enjoyed their program and their customer service people. They're right on the money. They hit a time where I really needed them to be there. It was a very favorable experience for me. My particular program is four years and I finished three, so I'm well on my way but still long ways to go. I thought it was doable for what I owed and I still wanted to pay my creditors, but I had to make some adjustments.

Communication is good with Freedom. They don't bother me unless I have a question and I haven't had any. But I'm waiting for a call to say everything is complete. It's going into four years now. I thought I would be about done but they were handling two cases for me. They completed one but we're still dealing with Discovery. It's taking a long time and I just wanna know when I'm finished with the program. Other than that, I have no complaint because it’s payroll deduction.

They was very quick to resolve debt and kept trying to resolve it at a lower settlement. I did receive a lot of phone calls that I was not able to answer due to not having access to phone at work. Recommended.

I am not sure who I spoke with but when I first came on board I needed a letter stating exactly what cases FDR was working on for me and that we were waiting on certain letters from creditors to add them in my debt. The first person I spoke with at "FDR Zachary had to write this letter for me or else I would lose my job. Not the customer experience team. Not a good start.

Freedom Debt Relief was not helpful at home but threatening. I authorized a $100 debit from my account on 24 July but was told that the processing time of around 10 days was not sufficient to meet the deadline. I was asked instead to wire the money to Crossroads. I asked the rep to use my Debit Card but she said it was not possible.

When I talked to the first person about consolidation of creditors he went through the process very fast, and I couldn't understand a lot of it, he finally went through it slower explaining parts of it, it's taken much longer than he said it would thus really ruining my credit rating. He also wanted me to add a account and I told him NO but he added it anyhow, I finally had it taken off because it was interest free and payments were within reason to make.

Freedom Debt Relief sent a message to my email. I checked it out and then I talked to Mr. Mark. He let me know that I could always start at any time if things would get a little rough for me. Sometimes, I do run across a rough spot but I've gone ahead and let them take the 200 out every month. I've been with Freedom since last year and everything is pretty good, so far. They are professional and helpful and I'm comfortable with them. I've got three cards out of the way already and I'm working on a couple of more. Hopefully, I could get them knocked out of the way by the end of the year or at least before spring next year. I’m pretty satisfied with Freedom. I'm also trying to get one of my daughters to contact them but she's not ready yet.

They are very helpful and answered all my questions. I feel such relief knowing they are going to be with me every step of the way. They are upfront and honest and told me every detail about things I should expect and I feel confident they will lead me to financial freedom.

I received a post card that I was going to be taken to court for Spire Credit Union. I called. Your person said when I get a court date call them back so I did. That person told me, "WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THAT." Never once telling me the phone number to call for National Litigation. Somewhere in the call they did say I have to call National Litigation but didn't say here is their phone number. Also I should of been told in the very beginning that Spire Credit union will not negotiate a debt relief. If I was told that I could of negotiated a settlement with them before it got to a court date. Now I have to pay the $7500.00 in full.

Updated on 03/04/2021: I had been working with a couple of the credit people for four or five years and they weren't willing to help me. They weren't willing to take payments. They’d rather close the account and I didn't want accounts closed. I wanted to pay them off. With FDR's help, I've been able to go back, pick up the accounts that were closed and pay them off. I have recommended them to other people and they have started with them.

Wanted to know when the amount would be in progress and how much it would be. My questions were answered satisfactorily. Will be glad when I'm out of debt, thank you FDR. I will recommend FDR to Friends and Family that might need debt consolidation.
