Freedom Debt Relief was able to consolidate all my debt. The payment plan worked out well. As long as I stayed in contact with them, the payment plan worked fine. There was always somebody there for me to talk to. They could improve on their transparency, though. I like to know exactly how much they are charging and how much I owed is left.

The Freedom Debt Relief staff is educated and will stay on the phone as long as needed to ensure that I am happy with their assistance. They informed me what might happen with my creditors and how to handle the situation in a positive manner.

Happy with the experience so far. I just started working with Freedom Debt Relief. I hope everything goes as well as they described to me when I have spoke to the agents. I have four accounts signed up with them at present.

It has been a rough couple of years. The pandemic, my health, day by day, hoping for some relief. In this way FDR has been very helpful. Just the same, at this time I can only afford the monthly payment as is,$200.00. Believe if things get better on my side of the road, I will be enhancing my payment.

It has been a long and hard process to get to the end but well worth it. We got in a pretty bad situation when my husband lost his job, but we are on the way back. He has got a new job! The rep was very calm and explained the consequences of what taking debt out of the program and working directly with the card companies after they had contacted me about 20 times and my resolve was not strong. I am very happy that she was able to talk me out of my panic and reassure me that this was the best way to go.

I am answer the age old question, "would you recommend us to a friend". That answer is yes, a thousand times yes!!! I have just under two years left on my plan to get out of debt and I am so excited to say that I only have one more debt to be settled, then it will just be a count down until 2023 when I am officially debt free. My journey has been long but so worth it. This company is great and they are always there to talk to if you need to change something with your plan or just get some financial advice. I recommend them to family and friends heck even people I just met all the time. I highly recommend if you are in over your head to seek these guys out.

Has been an easy three of the four years as I get closer to "graduation" and await the final negotiation to be completed. Looking forward to paying off debt six months early as my account will have enough funds at its current pace than the last payoff date.

I’m pleased with the work of the associates at Freedom Debt Relief. Once we came up with the plan, they pretty much have handled all of the leg work. I get contacted when I have to agree with a settlement and they are on to the next one. Great job.

I am in the process of buying a piece of rental property. Having 2 delinquent credit cards is a problem for my underwriter. So I was seeking information on how to get this done quickly. What I was requesting be sent to my bank is a 30 day payoff for indicating the amount needed to close both cards. The FDR associate did not understand.

I had $20,000 in debt and I had a job that was not making enough money to where I could pay it monthly. I was getting overwhelmed with the finance charges. I did Freedom and every time I had a call about something, they were very helpful and understanding. They always answered my questions. This month, they were finally able to negotiate my last debt and get that paid off. I have a surplus in my dedicated account and I got that back.

The man that I talked to over the phone was encouraging, and I liked the way he was talking. But sometimes, it takes a while for Freedom to settle one account over the other ones. But if you wanted to settle it quicker, you have to put more money into the account that you have. My mom is 93 years old, so there's not very much more that she can put in there. But overall, the program has been working okay. It helps her to be more relieved that she doesn't have to try to find money every month for all these different accounts that these gentlemen fill her up with.

Very courteous. Friendly and quick. Made my request very easy to do. I would definitely give him a10. Told me I fell within the guidelines of my accounts. I would certainly consider him to be a valued employee. Well done young man. In fact give him a raise.

FDR keeps me informed about transactions on regular basis. Apparently, I signed my contract for 5-6 years to pay my debts off. I'm ending my third year, withdrawals coming out of my personal acct into the FDR acct. It is a slow process. I will endure until my debts are paid off,

I have great experiences with Freedom Debt Relief and they have excellent service. I am satisfied with everything that they are doing and have done ✔. They have help with debtor that I have had problems paying them back because I was so overwhelmed but now I am paying them with Freedom Debt.

All I needed was to change one of my withdrawal dates, and it was done very easily and quickly. This was very important to me, so I was pleased we were able to accomplish what needed to be done. I feel confident that if I need help again in the future it won't be an issue.

I’m happy with this program, sometimes I think is the fee too high and if you Count the fees and the payment together it’s almost that what you anyways have to pay and that is sad but this program give you Time to breathe.

I was told I would graduate from the program in 24 - 48 months and I could if I accepted the loan that was offered so they could call it a graduation. Paying back the loan would be more than my original debt. They also settled 3 accounts for payments so they could charge a fee monthly and I'm sure when they were paid they would collect another fee. Overall, going with FDR has ruined my credit and is going to end up costing more than I owed originally. As of right now there is no way that my debt will be resolved within the time frame that FDR quoted at the beginning of the program.

Very good due to knowing my bills will be paid and are able to pay my other bills and do not worry about trying to budget my bills due to once I do my budget I do not have to change anything until a bill is paid and I can pay more money on another bill until it is paid off.

I've just started this program and already receive an excessive amount of non-pertinent emails. A 9 am call that was scheduled to go over any questions I had was missed. It's now 10:34 am and no one called between 9-10 like all the emails and texts I got said someone would. I am racking up late fees on accounts. I am a little worried that this may not have been the best decision. But I may change my mind later.

Freedom Debt is that exactly. It frees you of stress and worries. You know that at the end you have paid your bills and you don't have worries. You can start breathing and living again. SO IF YOU ARE OVER YOUR HEAD CALL FREEDOM DEBT YOU BE GLAD YOU DID.

I had a lot of debt and couldn't pay for it. So far, working with Freedom Debt Relief has been okay. I thought I'd have it paid off before now, but things come up and I've had to miss a payment or two. I call them and tell them that I can't pay it. Freedom's customer service has done pretty good. A time or two, I got ahold of certain people that wasn't that great, but most of them have been really good. They work with me. If I have a problem and I can't pay payment, they understand. They check and see if I got enough in my account to where I can skip a payment. I've had a couple of times that I thought, "Well, I'm just gonna quit fooling with them." But then they helped me work it out. I haven't filed bankruptcy yet.

So far I'm pleased with the decision I have made thus far to resolve my credit issues. Each representative I spoke with was very helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. I was assured this was the right route to take. Yes I do feel better, because I don't have all the weight on me now, even though I just signed up for the program.

I have continued my journey with FDR and knowing my graduation is near has relieved me of the stress of my debts. No other company has given me the help with financial debt as FDR.

This program and staff have always been extremely helpful. Any questions are quickly answered. Representatives are always available. Being part of this debt relief program has relieved a great deal of anxiety. The settlements have saved me more than at least 40% on each debt.

Doing a good job seems to be slow but ok don’t really know when it will all be closed but they're working for me. Stress level is ok. I don’t have to deal with screaming credit card people who are very rude.

Freedom Debt Relief has been great. They seem really concerned. I feel like they really take care of you. My debt was quite a bit. We're down the amount, but it was quite a bit. At first, it was a little harder to take care of, but when you want it taken care of in the least amount of time, you just got to discipline yourself. I had a bunch of credit cards and I'm so much better off because I don't have any credit cards. I got my debit card and that's it.

The program has been fine. It's very easy. They told me what I needed to do. They make sure you can do the payment. I call them and they help me then. Freedom Debt Relief is a good company to go to.

We had several questions to ask the Customer Service Rep. since our debt settlement date went from a 3 month estimate ((in June 2021) to adding over six months to the estimate (to Jan-March 2022) AFTER our three months had passed. The CSR answered our questions as best he could and was completely professional throughout our discussion. Since our penalties and interest is still climbing - we are not sure if this is the right choice for us. The CSR explained our options if we choose to opt out and when. Again your company has been very competent and professional in our dealings with you.

Several people I talked with over several days not all on same page. I still want an answer to delay in negotiating Chase acct which has been many months gonna be next... Took me calling to get a request for P.O.A. sent which was supposedly only current hold up.

The reps were great. They seemed like they were concerned and tried to fit my payment in within my budget. I asked them to split my payment and they were able to do that. So my payment comes out twice a month instead of one time because it is such a big amount.

I was over $20,000 in debt. I've been in Freedom Debt Relief's program for a few years, and it's working. Their consultants are very good and helpful. They work with me a lot. I did have a problem with them. I had a structured settlement, and it was like for 3,000 through a law firm, and I was paying it every month. Then one month, I was a little late and they drew the payment out, but it didn't clear in time. I felt like they should have submitted the payment. So, that structured settlement defaulted now and it has to be renegotiated. But I only owe like $1,512 on it now, and they're saying I'm not going to be charged another settlement fee. They’re only going to get the $1,512 that I owe.

It was easy to ask for money out of my account. Have transferred back in my checking account because I need some monies to help with my car payment that I did not have Monies to pay but it extended my graduation date.

I had a conversation with Mike about a problem I was having and he took the time to correct it. I was very happy with the service he provided. He took the time to look to see what would be the best solution for me and put it in effect. This took a load off my mind.

Something came up at the last minute and I realized that I was not able to come up with the $$ for August 20th. Then I called customer service and the lady was so friendly and showed such a professionalism that I felt relieved. Most of all she took care of the issue.

Everything was pretty easy especially in this stressful experience. So it was nice and comfortable. Everything was really decent with the communication. The only negative experience I had was when I tried to make a bigger payment with the understanding I was trying to get a mortgage. Part of the explanation was if you wanted to make a one-time payment to pay off some of the structured settlements in a lump sum, it was possible and they really prided themselves in saying that. In the beginning, I was told that would be very simple, but it was not. So when I came into some money, I decided to do that in order to have those erased from my credit report. But when I did that with Freedom Debt Relief, it was quite the struggle. It took three months and finally had to have a supervisor step in and deal with it.

Everybody was really nice. They were able to consolidate my debt and negotiate on my behalf. I'm waiting for one last negotiation and my program will be completed. Working with Freedom gave me a better sense of relief and a little bit of weight lifted off my shoulders because I am a single parent and I just couldn't do it by myself.

Very understanding and helpful! Did not make me feel embarrassed but was very supportive. He was easy to talk to and very understanding. I've come a long way with your organization. It's been very helpful. It was sad for me to have these problems but he made me feel better about myself.

With FDR working with my husband and I, we can stress less and sleep better. We’re able to buy grocery and pay the major household bills, and have a little left over to put gas in our vehicle to drive to church on Sunday.

Excelente customer service, with people that understand what you are going through. The phone calls for the orientation is very helpful so you get use to all the process, help sheets very helpful and great. The help that they provide you is great and so helpful too. It takes time but it's worth it

The program was a long process but relatively easy to participate in over the time period of 5 years. The staff was always courteous and helpful when I called with questions or concerns. I never had to deal with the creditors myself or answer phone calls from them. Everything was handled and settled through Freedom Debt Relief. This made it very easy.

They are great. They follow up with you so you know what is happening with your account. The amount to pay is more than fair to take away the worry and the debt. I would recommend them to anyone I know who had debt issues.

Freedom has been an ideal service for our finances. We are at ease knowing we have a solid plan to be debt-free. They provide great tools to keep our budget in check. One of our creditors wanted to be aggressive and take us to court, Freedom had our back and made the process very stress-free.

Easy to work with. The past few years were a breeze with their help! Everything paid, got back on the financial track, credit getting better, helpful staff. Fees are kind of pricey but I suppose you get what you pay for.

When I have to call in and ask a question the line I always get is “I am not an attorney nor did I go to law school so I can’t advise you on what to do.” Also, when you receive a summons that you are being sued by a creditor: #1. they don’t move very fast even though you have a deadline to respond to the court and #2. they always need more money to negotiate the creditor that is going to sue you.

Payoffs are at least two to three time more than what I owed in some or on the earlier settled ones the settlement was actually what I owed to begin with due to accumulated interest. I was led to believe once I notified the creditors I was with Freedom Debt Relief it would stop. That did not happen.

They're very good people. They tell me what I have to do. If anything happened, I just go talk to them. If I got less money, I have to call them and report it, and then I'll pay whatever they came up with. They have very nice customer service. I love my experience with Freedom Debt Relief because I relieve my stress and I know how much I pay. I trust them.

They settled 1 of 3 accounts. I negotiated and settled one on my own and the last settlement went up a $100 from what I originally started out with two years prior? I thought they were supposed to do the leg work and negotiate for ME. Not the other way around. Terrible and regrettable experience.

They seem to want to help. They call and and send information in the mail to keep me informed, they make feel that I am not the only one in a situation like this and it can be fixed. I am ready for this.

It is no fault of yours. I was thinking when I started this that I would finally have some money to buy groceries. I forgot that the money I am putting in this account is the dollar amount that I would have paid to the creditors that are in FDR. So still veggie soup.

Before I enrolled I talked to a representative at length about the program. She was throughout and answered every questioned I had. The rest is easy. All you have to do is wait for FDR to do their thing and get you a settlement offer. I’ve been very happy with what they’ve been able to do. And my credit score is going up!!

So far I am happy with this experience. However, I get anxious with all the letters, phone calls, and emails that I’m receiving from the credit card companies. I recently tried to get a loan from my credit union to help with my daughter’s college experience, but was denied because of my connection to Freedom Debt Relief. That has never happened to me before.

The reps from Freedom Debt Relief kept me posted. We set up the payment plan to where I could afford to pay and what I had to pay. I increased it a little bit when money was starting to free up a little bit so we can get this over with and done. But I’ve got one more year to go. By next December, I’m supposed to be done. Working with FDR gave me a little extra money to live.

They're an awesome group. They answer me on emails, and they answer me on all kinds of stuff. Right now, I stopped them a little bit because I'm not working. I'm trying to get a new job. But I wanna get back with them.

I basically had to call FDR repeatedly regarding my American Express account that could have been avoided months earlier from going to court, garnishment and wrecking my credit. I was devastated by the lack of effort done on their part to get this situation under control. I was never so stressed and frustrated having to do all the work.

The letter from the law firm which represent from one of my creditor was ignored. This letter dated 12/04/2020. Now this creditor will not give me a discount. Now I have to pay off the whole amount of $11,722.98. Thanks, FDR.

Been working with Freedom Debt Relief since January 20 21 and things have gone great so far! One thing you want to focus on is connecting with one of the agents from the company and stick with that one. Getting multiple different people you’re talking to kind of makes things confusing. Other than that the program is phenomenal.

In the beginning, Freedom Debt Relief was wonderful. They were doing what they said they would and I was doing my responsibilities, which is to pay them their fee. It was supposed to be a four-year commitment on my part to pay them a certain amount every month to knock out my debt. Since the four years is getting close, I thought I'd check and see how close it was because I need to get a car. But lo and behold, they changed the date that I'd be finished with the program to two years later. So now I owe them through 2026, when my debt was supposed to be paid off in 2023. That's thousands and thousands of dollars more than what they had originally told me. They did not tell me that the date could be pushed back and I don't even know why it would need to be pushed back if they were doing their job. So, I'm thinking my only recourse here is to get an attorney. They hit me with a Whammy and I'm really upset.

Freedom Debt Relief talked with me for a while and figured out what I was making and how things are going. Every time I called them, it's a different person. But someone answered the phone and I could speak with them. Also, they all seemed to be very knowledgeable and helpful with me because they pull my stuff up and look at it. They were thorough about which accounts they were working on the saddle, and they would send me messages.

Very friendly and professional. I would recommend to a family and friends. Especially if they are trying to work on their credit. I was skeptical at first, or with the Consolidation plus. He was very professional. I can view my Dashboard at any time. If I had questions, they were always there. To answer all my questions.

My dashboard states that my grad date is approx. Mar 2025. I was told when I signed up that the approx. grad date was end of 2023 (+/- couple mos). After the explanation from the FDR rep, I felt better that I was on track to finish around that time.

I want black and white paper trail. I am a short and sweet person. I have continued to ask for copy to be sent to me and you have not compile a list or sent me one to my address so I can file it in my paperwork. I cannot afford a printer nor how to use one.

When I finally made the call to Freedom Debt Relief I was at the end of my rope, bankruptcy was the only thing that was left until I saw their commercial. I made the call and figured they wouldn't be able to help me. I spoke to Jason, he was very nice and understanding. The call seemed to last forever but he listened and I felt very comfortable telling him everything and giving him all my information. I was getting the help I needed, someone understood and was going to help! This was the best phone call I ever made. I'm going downhill now, climbing the hill was hard, not paying the bills and seeing my credit score go down but it's been worth it. I just got a loan for a newer SUV, that was exciting for me! If you're thinking about making the call, DO IT, it's well worth it. I'm so glad I did.

Freedom Debt Relief has been a big help with clearing up debt. You will still receive calls initially from your collector, but they will eventually stop. If you stay the course and follow the program as it's put together for you, you'll be successful.

I was told that my payments of $246/month may be extended. I did not agree to that. When I made the agreement with FDR, I agreed to 48 payments of $246 and FDR promised me that would be all I would have to pay. Now they are trying to get more money from me and I am prepared to report FDR to the Attorney General or Secretary of State for shoddy business practices.

I am very satisfied with the way my debt was negotiated for settlement. It took the pressure off of my trying to figure out how to pay off my debt when I retired and paying it off with a consolidation loan was a bonus.

As they have been settling my debts, they helped me to get a loan to settle them faster and now my credit is getting better quickly but instead of reflecting negatively, my payments are now building my credit and my DTI ratio is dramatically better with my debt settled.

I see three of the smaller creditors are getting your attention. This is fine however the larger clients are of major concern. I am 78 years old and have spent several years having a good credit with Chase, First National Bank (Legacy card) and CorTrust Bank. I hate seeing my credit with these firms being lost.

This company is great negotiating accounts but they promise if one goes to court their lawyers will take care of it. NOT. I did all the requirements including extra fees and they never made an attempt to handle the small claims date. I got stuck for the whole account due to failure to show up. Online small claims yet. I called 4 times prior only for them to tell me don't worry....

They handled our debt in a quick time and negotiated to the lowest amounts and were very helpful in every aspect. They stayed in touch with us every step of the way. They are getting our accounts handled quicker than we originally thought. Just an overall excellent company. I would recommend them to my friends and family. They really helped us when times got rough and we could no longer keep up with our payments.

I would recommend FDR to my friends. The main reasons are I will be debt free in less than two years. This has been a learning experience and I will not ever over extend my credit again. I now know how live within my budget.

Updated on 08/22/2022: I understand where you have to wait until funds are built up in my account before my creditors are paid off, but some of the ones I thought would have been addressed by now have not been taken care of. I wonder why different accounts are taken care of right away and some of the accounts I owed less money on have been left to last.

They communicate the settlements and I agree to them. Always there when have a question. They are available 24/7. My credit score is rising. The debt has been reduced. Then phone calls have slowed down. I have turned down all credit card offers.

Everything is going as planned. I look forward to successfully completing my program. The dashboard is an excellent tool. It keeps me on track and allows me to know where I am and what to expect. The emails advising of updates are also very helpful. Glad I chose Freedom!

I tried this with another company and I was ALWAYS BROKE. THESE PEOPLE MAKE YOU STOP, THINK AND BE REALISTIC WITH WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD. Once I started using FDR, all of threatening calls and stress of the debt was gone. They took care of everything from start to finish. Once they got things resolved they were able to help me get a loan to pay it all off now.

Updated on 02/28/2023: Always keeps me informed of progress on their closing of accounts and gives me advice my accounts. The staff takes and returns all calls and email quickly. Has closed accounts faster than I expected. Would greatly give my approval to anyone to use this service. After signing up had no problems with creditors

Just to clarify, my last customer service call was very professional and the rep was knowledgeable and very willing to help. The disappointment is, I am being sued by Discover, was told I had legal representation. Called the law office I was told would represent me, and that the discover account was sent to, just to find out that none of it is true!

Mike explained and answered all my questions. I felt relieved after I finished all my application then spoke to another gentleman and was just as nice and he also answered all my questions. I just glad I'm doing this and feel a little more relieved.

Although I just made my first payment to getting started paying off my debt, I feel like the weight of the world is off my shoulders. I’m grateful that they helped me with my debts but I never hear from them on my case unless they need a authorization. I would think they would check on clients ex especially though this pandemic the past year.

The attorneys did a great job with what they had. Closing the trial closed with no surprises and with the expertise and knowledge to have a quick close of the trial. I appreciate all the work and people helped to get this one.

I feel not all accounts have been notified that they are being reviewed for a settlements. Phone calls keep coming in and I received a summons to appear in court that I am worried about, feeling they should have been aware and working on settlement.

I didn't know how I was going to ever get out of debt. I was paying over $1,000 a month. $440 a month now I have my life and Sanity back. I have six enrolled accounts one is paid off four are in the process of being settled and one to go. Started the process in 2020 and I will graduate in 02/2024. If I pay more a month it will be sooner.

I paid more than I owed originally after owing taxes on write-offs & fees. After paid off they don't return emails. Was going to get a loan to pay it off they know until they offer loan with their sister company then it was ok.

The Debt Relief program is getting my debt reduced and balances reduced. It seemed a little slow at first but then the paced picked up. I need to keep an eye out for the reduction and/or closing of an account.

So far so good. Too early to tell. I just started the FDR program. I am hoping to be debt free in a few years and move on with my life stress free! Thanks so much for helping me with this credit burden!

Apparently it's taking almost three years to continue with the debt payment. I was not told it's going to take more than three years, I am not satisfy with the program at all, I they are taking more money from me for services and then to pay my debt, that's why it's going to take me 10 years to get out of this debt. I'm considering looking elsewhere for this debt relief program.

I would definitely recommend FDR. My score has increased little by little in the past year. Customer service has been great too. Easy to use as well when you have to upload anything to your files. Point is that once you graduate from the program do not go and ruin your score again. Yes, it can be a little lengthy at first but definitely worth the wait and teaches how to manage your money.

We feel that more creditors should be advised that we are doing this action. Other than that we are happy with the program. Keep up the good work. We have some communication from our creditors and have no way of sending them to you. Please advise us.
