Things taken care of with ease. Took a burden off my shoulders & able to focus on other things in life. Constant communication. Glad I found them years ago to help rid myself of debt. Thank you for all you do.

Routinely, I am presented with offers to add debt. I have asked for this to stop on multiple occasions and to date, it hasn't. I have actually stated I did not wish to add anything else to my account other than the ones I submitted initially. I am taking care of anything else outside of FDR. It feels disingenuous and is seemingly an attempt to keep me enrolled for longer periods of time to increase the revenue FDR makes off this particular case. I have several debtors with small balances which are still unpaid. A couple of these were structured well before some of the larger ones. In my opinion, these could have been paid off using a larger regular payments while negotiating with the larger ones for a settlement. The only time I am contacted by FDR is to add money to my account, or accept a new debt. For example, I recently increased automatic drafts. In theory, someone should be working to reevaluate how this increase affects my account progress.

We are happy with the program and progress. Yes. I be happy to tell my family and friends how Freedom Relief shows your progress and many more you get and give you information that you need customer service. They are very professional.

Time consuming, yet my enrolled debts are being negotiated and paid. This has been a worry free solution for me. Increasing the amount of deposit each month was important, as it enable FDR to pay more accounts each month. Thank you FDR for your help.

We're Christians, so we don't believe in just not paying our debts. Freedom Debt Relief is a nice option to have, to know that while there's somebody there that can help you and you're still paying your debts, but you're doing it where you can afford it. We've been pleased with the program, but we're not done with it. We still don't have enough money to pay some of our bills and the monthly amount we have to pay really hurts us, but it's better than having the debt collectors calling and bugging us. I'll be glad when it's done so we can get that deposit back. Also, the reps have been nice and we have no complaints with them.

Working with Freedom Debt Relief was wonderful. It relieved the pressure of thinking I was going to lose my house, and nothing popped up, "You owe us more money." I started the program in 2017, and in three months’ time, we had paid off two bills. The reps were very helpful, explained everything to me, and I felt very comfortable. I could tell them anything. All in all, I’ll recommend FDR for everyone. They helped me pay off six accounts one at a time, and we're paying off the last one now.

We're moving along well. There have been accounts settled. There are accounts set up that are being paid on. There were a couple of times where I got a collection thing in the mail. I sent that to them and spoke to people a couple of times and it's been all good and helpful.

Marsha ** continued to contact me but never aggravated me. It did not take long to develop a solid work relationship with her. She is professional, but at the same time, she is very at ease with me. She is a marvelous representative of F.D.R.

Great customer service. A great help to restart your life and get control of your money once more and hopefully you will have a better future after you get through the process of getting out of debt with their help. When you have a hardship you feel alone And like you are sinking but they are with you every step of the way so you will never feel that way again.

FDR helps me out of some of the debts that I have and they’ve been doing pretty well on that. I closed some of my accounts. I have a flat payment, so I don’t have to worry about my payments going up and down. The rep I'm working with has been really well. They're very reliable. My credit’s coming up, thanks to them. We have also been saving some money.

Everything's good. I just go on the dashboard whenever I get a notification.

I am very happy with the service Freedom Debt has provided. It is a process but I starting to see a change in my credit score. I like the fact that I have access to my dashboard which shows what accounts have been paid off and what is still outstanding. They keep me informed and I hope to be finished soon.

Communication could be much more forthcoming and not delayed. You expect a response from us immediately, but we have to wait up to ten business days at times. Delaying paying off accounts when funds are available for an immediate payoff only benefits you and not the person you are working for.

I gave all the loan and credit card companies Freedom Debt Relief's phone number and address. Freedom would negotiate with those companies every time they got a phone call or a letter. They took my $30,000 debt and brought it down to 20,000. At first, I had the same guy in sales. Once I got signed up, the rep was changed. Every time I call, it's a different person and they're always really helpful.

I have been clearly informed every time of my progress in the program and that means peace of mind. I feel more secure knowing they are with me through the process. Thank you and I expect to finish soon and free of debts.

I came across Freedom, signed right up with them, and have been with them ever since. I’ve been really happy. They worked on my debts right away and I just look at everything on the computer. It comes up really fast and everything is clearly online. When I call Freedom up, they might have me on hold sometimes for a few minutes but it isn't bad at all. Right now I feel a little relief that I'm not the only one trying to figure out my finances. Thank you FDR for helping me out and fighting for me with the credit card companies, plus managing to get me 50% write off with one of the biggest debts which is left. It was my best decision to go to FDR and ask for help. They do everything for you even fight in court for you if needed. 2 more years and I am done with everything and learned not to do this binge shopping with the credit cards ever again. My credit score will go up and life will get back to normal soon.

Freedom Debt Relief has been so helpful and consistent with helping me. The online chat is great, and customer service is always kind and helpful. Their legal people are also very good and helped me with my case. I would recommend Freedom Debt Relief for sure.

At first, Freedom Debt Relief got all the information needed. When they put me in the program, they asked a few questions then they told me what to expect from them when they call and that a debt has to have time to make it go more than the days that you're supposed to make the payments. I went through that, and I was so scared. I've never gone through that thing where I have to wait for it to be overdue. I don't do that.

When I first called FDR, I got transferred to whoever. But then I had spoken to a certain representative and she was very nice and informative. She was the one that signed me up. She knew more information than the representatives that I speak to on the phone. However, my biggest issue was when I called up and spoke to a representative and there were a couple of them that were very nasty. Another concern I have is when I ask to be transferred to a supervisor, they never do it and refuse to transfer me to a supervisor. They say there are no supervisors. But some of them know a lot and they try to help me very much. The last few calls I made were very good. I had several accounts, several creditors, and they gotta figure this out if I pay them that everybody's paid without any problem. They were very outstanding in that area.

I’m just getting started so I really don’t know yet on how it’s all going to work out and if it does work out I will definitely tell family and friends. Josh ** has been real helpful and when I email him he responds relatively quick.

Each situation was handled with respect. All questions were answers and all problems were taken care of very professionally. The client was kept well informed. Trying to get on the dashboard was a problem once in a while but again agent helped.

Everything has been okay, but I was told it would all be settled in 4 years, which we started in November 2018 and it is saying I will not be done with the program until March 2024, not sure why they would tell you 4 years.

Updated on 01/04/2022: I am past midpoint with about 1 1/2 years to go. My progress is slow because I had 25 accounts to pay off... all but have a settlement and 13 have been resolved... The savings that are realized is that the accounts that accumulate fees would have never been paid off... but with a monthly payment takes a while but they do get resolved.

You would be better off doing it yourself. What they tell before you decide to do it is not the way it works. If you decide to do it don't waste money on their lawyers. They use the worse one they can find and they do nothing for you.

The company have helped cleared our debts as promised, they help resolved legal issues and getting things on track, couldn’t thank them enough! I would recommend Freedom Debt Relief to the people I know to share the good news, to help them to be free from debts.

So far, their service has been good. I'm expected to be completed in the spring. But, sometimes, it's a little tough. I have to push the payment back a week or two.

I had an account that showed “settlement“ and that creditor took thousands of dollars directly from my account without any notice due to lack of communication and I still to this day can’t get a legitimate response from FD!!! I truly am not sure they are handling my debt properly or just taking my money. I get no settlement or pay off notices. I feel I’m at their will and prayer the thousands of dollars I’m putting in are going towards my debts as promised.

The process was easy and the representative helped the process to go smoothly. I was unsure about the process at first but with the knowledge of the representative who explained everything in detailed I was able to understand everything more clearly.

Yes would recommend to others. You have already helped me. Many need help with finances and you are the ones to do it. I had $10,00 plus to get paid off and Freedom has put a large dent into what I owed. Now without any credit cards I am on my way to better credit.

The man that helped me in the beginning led me the way. He told me what I was supposed to do and what he needed. Freedom took care of everything for me and everything went smoothly. They are very easy to work with. They keep in touch so you know what is going on. They let you know how to react to phone calls or texts. The prices are very fair. You can call anytime if you have a question.

Sometimes I wish things would happen right now. They keep you notified of what's going and remind you it takes time and they are just a phone call away. I love the dashboard and I check it daily. Give it a try and they can take the stress off your situation.

I knew my credit score would take a hit but I didn't think it would stay so low. I don't think I would take this way again. I didn't think it would affect me like it did.! American Express was very costly and took a long time to take care of.

I'm happy with the service, but not happy with most of the settlements. I was told this would be a 4 year process. It's looking more like a 5-6 yr thing. I don't like a 3 yr payment. $1.00/mo. for 9 mo.??? Ridiculous. Waste of time. I've even raised my payment to my acct. I DO NOT LIKE 24, 36 OR 48 PAYMENTS!!!

Freedom Debt Relief was willing to work with me and said that I wouldn't have to pay the full amount that was owed. At first, I was very leery, but when the rep spoke to me and walked me through it, I felt very confident with him. Any concerns that I had, he walked me through it as well. I have over 12 credit cards, and I am almost done with the debt consolidation. All I have are two more credit cards that are being paid off and another one that's in negotiation.

Love it. I don't think that I would have been able to pay my bills without Freedom. Thank you very much for helping me and my family.. I can sleep better now and handle my life better. I will recomend Freedom to any of my friends that need help.

I was lied to on multiple occasions by more than one representative. If I already hadn't told my creditors (which I was told to do, then that I shouldn't have) I was working with FDR then I would go somewhere else. And nobody does anything about those that lie which tells me it's on purpose to get you committed.

Updated on 05/15/2023: I am able to sleep at night knowing that half of my debt has disappeared and the program has been there for me since I started. I commend this program because I don’t know how I would have handled the situation single handed.

They seem very professional the way they do business. They seem very well prepared to do the work that they do. I would recommend them to anyone. They have been very professional in how they handled my credit accounts.

They have settled many accounts. Credit is not cleared or better, but it will be. Overall I am pleased with the progress. My closing date was supposed to be in 2022, but now it has been moved to 2023. I started off with a monthly amount, they changed against my will. I would recommend this program to anyone that is having trouble with debt. I am glad I am in the program. They are very professional and well organized. They keep you informed. They always giving tips on improving credit.

Repaying your debt without bankruptcy. Best way to stay on track is have a amount come out of your account every month and yes they let you change the amount to your discretion to not cause more financial problems for yourself.

Could not lower the monthly dedicated amount after I had raised it. Would have ended up paying more than if I had paid the original debt amount. Not a very good practice when there was more than enough in my account to cover settled debts.

Good experience so far. We are just starting the process. Mr. ** has been very kind and attentive to our needs and is very thorough. The need for this program is very important to people on low income that are struggling to meet payment needs.

I have gotten complaints from the billers that they are not hearing anything from Freedom Debt Relief. I explain I have no control of when they are contacted yet they keep calling wish there was a way for you to start a dialog with them so they knew you plan to take care of the bill.

The program is great. I have one more debt and it's less than $3,000. Working with Freedom Debt Relief has been effortless. It has changed my life and improved my credit. It paid off things that would have taken me so much longer to pay off. If you have credit card bills that you're paying minimum balances on, definitely give them to Freedom. They fixed my payments at any amount I could afford every month.

The employees are very knowledgeable and sensitive to my situation. They follow up immediately with any of my requests. The delays seem to be with the attorneys. I would think they would be eager to get a settlement and get paid. Why this process takes so long, is frustrating.

I check out the dashboard at least once a month, and sometimes more than that. However, if one of those opportunities to agree to a settlement came up and I somehow didn't get the message fast enough, I don't know exactly what Freedom Debt Relief would do. Other than that, I'm enjoying their services. It made things easier.

This program sounds like a wonderful idea without having to go through bankruptcy. They did not make me feel bad once for my financial mess. The only negative part is too many calls to talk to you when the first person already went over everything with you and it seems repetitive.

I had checked into a reverse mortgage and they told me that one of the accounts you have had been charged off, so I called you. She suggested I call the debtor to find out if it had been. She was very helpful to tell me what to do.

Freedom's service has been good. The reps are very thorough. If I have a question, I get an answer right away. Working with them was very easy. I just had to give them information on my account and they took it from there. It's good because I know that there's an end in sight to my debt and that makes me very happy.

Never thought I would get something done bout my credit issues. Placing extra money in account I can't touch helps a lot. Don't always have time to take care of issues due to working to money. I see my work paying off.

I was comfortable with the reps. But I noticed one time that I got a refund from them for some practices that weren't totally above board. Maybe they didn't give full disclosure but I was reimbursed $400. Other than that, they don't bother me and if I ever have any questions, they answer the phone right away and answer my questions. I could be done with the program within a month and my credit score's starting to go up again.

I am looking forward to someday in the foreseeable future, finally being debt free. I have spent most of my life battling debt. The Freedom Debt Relief program seems promising and the personnel I have interacted with have all been friendly and helpful.

20 months in and my second settlement. The first settlement amount negotiated was less than my original amount and is paid in full. The second account was for a much larger amount and a much more aggressive creditors and the legal team needed to be involved (grateful I signed up for that). Legal was difficult to contact and I’m not sure how hard they worked for me. Ultimately, my debt was not reduced, but I have a payment plan, saved thousands in interest and do not have to pay any additional fees. For all this I am very grateful. There is still one account left, I hope we can negotiate it soon. The entire process will be longer than originally estimated, but everything is much better in my life. Thank you.

They’re very knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy made in a great transition. Keep me informed every step of the way. I love that I got emails from my pocket ride. The next day I got an email saying my package should arrive. I like that there’s great line in communication. Very confident.

I know you are holding my hand though this process. But it's still hard to get the calls and tell them that we can't pay. It definitely humbles you. I wish the bills could be paid up front on the lower amount and I understand how you do this but it's scary to me my stomach is always in knots.

Personal loan for 3 years didn’t qualify. Card not included but, was on my original list. Customer service is hard to get through to. Overall seems A little unorganized and I keep a message that I have a card not included but it clearly is.

I enrolled 11 accounts into this program (2 loans and 9 credit cards). To date, 2 credit cards have been paid off. 1 loan has been settled and is being paid. 4 of the existing credit cards have been settled and are being paid. As of today, there are still 3 cards waiting for settlement. I am very happy with the progress that has been made and can't wait to "graduate".

Jason, my debt consultant, explained everything really well. Then the customer service people were always there to answer whatever questions. Since working with Freedom, I have more money now in my account because I'm not paying all these credit cards. It's always just the standard payment to them and it's easier to budget monthly.

Updated on 9/24/2022: Everything was handled professionally. Always able to make a phone call when I had any questions and always handled appropriately. When problems came up I was referred to their legal department and everything handled effectively and in a timely manner. Always kept me posted as to what was happening. If I ever have credit problems again, I would definitely use again.

My experience was amazing and easy. A big shoutout to Donna. She was patient, determined, friendly with me. She set all my accounts for an affordable monthly payment. As soon as I got approved, that stress weight was lifted from my shoulders. I feel like I can now breathe and see the myself out of financial debt real soon.

Freedom Debt Relief got me out large credit debt from hospital bills. They saved me a lot of money from credit card interest on the credit cards. The high interest rates on the credit cards was the problem. Could hardly make the monthly payments on each card.

Customer service was fine. Try Freedom out and see if I can help. The only thing that I don't like about the program is that the bills that you're paying off, it's still on your credit. And if somebody calls to check your credit, they can still see that it's not taken care of.

I am in conclusion of my agreement with FDR. The program started great until I realized that all the money you're saving in settlements gets paid back in fees and misc charges. Honestly, a person can do this on their own just by negotiating with creditors. Negotiate and commit to pay your accounts to each creditor. It takes time but can be done. I enrolled $43k in credit card debt and expected these huge savings, but in the end I paid $42k out in total for everything.

Very helpful and informative. I would recommend if you are in the process of fixing your credit and debt. They always keep you in the know. They will email or text if anything changes on your account. Thanks for your help and look forward to fixing my debt.

Everything is took care of, Lawyers on call for me, no phone calls from any of my creditors and I am just sitting and waiting for the great news of no more bills or high interest. But I only did this at last resort, after anyone turn 62 years old the bank will not talk to you unless you have 100% of money in their bank and I even had a 810 credit score and never been late on a payment. I love Freedom.

Overall, the experience with Freedom Debt Relief has been positive. It's taken longer than I was expecting because there was a little bit of a lag but they just negotiated my last debt. I should be graduating by the end of this month. The fact that I don't have any more debt makes me feel great. However, when Freedom Debt Relief completes a debt negotiation, they should take that one step further and report it to the credit bureaus to make sure that they're updated. Once the debt is paid, the credit bureaus may mark them as closed and that negatively impacts the credit because it could say the credit card holder closed the account. Freedom Debt Relief should not just indicate that the accounts are closed, but that they're paid either in full or settled for less which doesn't affect one's credit as badly as just having the account closed.

Great customer service. Seems like a really good program to get out of the crushing debt feeling of too many different payments without putting yourself in another form of crushing debt. I recommend this to anyone with that hopeless feeling.

Apparently Discover Card doesn't work with debt management companies, so Discover has sued me and won a judgment against me. Not that it has been a big deal. So far they've only gotten one state income tax return, so it'll be a while before that one's settled. Other than that, they've seemed to do a fairly decent job. Thanks much!!

I was in the program for 4 years. Every time I called for anything the customer service reps were very helpful and understanding. I recently had to drop the program. The only thing I am not happy with is the amount of time it took just to settle 3 of my debts and I have been continuing to pay 500.00 a month for the next 3 settlements for what I feel is 2 years at least and still have 3 more which my graduation date continues to elongate and it became frustrating and I honestly just couldn’t afford that kind of money every month any longer. I struggled through the pandemic and it has all finally caught up with me financially. At this point I have decided to directly work with the creditors I still owe money to and make payments to them directly. Thank you Freedom Debt Relief for all you did do for me.

I've been dealing with Freedom Debt Relief for years and everybody seems knowledgeable when I speak to them when I have questions. They provide good service. But one of my biggest complaints is that they give you a graduation date from the program, but that’s not the case. It keeps getting extended which is a little frustrating. I’ve spoken to them about it and they said they can only give an estimated settlement date because once they are hands on with the companies to resolve matters, like how quickly the credit card companies will come to an agreement, that's beyond their control. Also, when they settle a debt, for example I owed $3,000 and they settle it for 1,500, the government considers the other 1,500 as income and they kind of want to tax you on that. That's kind of crazy.

They were very helpful and proactive on resolving my issues with the creditors. I have never felt a great relief knowing that I am not overwhelmed with credit card debt. I recommend that anyone who is under pressure with mounting debt should look into this program.

I was told at the get-go this process would take a year or two. Now you are saying 5. I don’t appreciate the change. How can it be so different or were you not being honest at the beginning? 5 years is going to cost a lot in fees. Thinking I should have just went bankrupt. Would have been cheaper.

On the other hand, Freedom Debt Relief is doing their job and they didn’t take my money and run out of town and kept adding more money to my bill. It's a very awesome company.
