Freedom Debt Relief has worked with me tirelessly to get my credit back on track. I already referred two friends. The day I graduate is the day I will never look back, but happily forward Debt free. We all make mistakes, but I do not need any credit cards. The professionalism at Freedom debt relief is outstanding.

Freedom Debt Relief is awesome. I reviewed several companies and then had a conversation with a couple of them, and I liked Freedom Debt. You get to speak to somebody and you don't have to wait 45 minutes on hold. Anytime I have a question, when I dial the number, I talk with whoever. It’s not one specific person but they bring up the account and tell me what’s going on, or they’ll call me and say that they have to pay off for me. They’ll ask if they can present it to me or if I accept the offer. They also text me concerning that. Then, they have it set up where you go into what's called your dashboard. It’s for everyone who has an account and you can check what the status is on any of your credit cards.

Love this company. They have been a wonderful help when I was down and out and needed help. So happy to be almost debt free. Would recommend this company to everyone who doesn’t want to claim bankruptcy. Just remember it will take 3 years to pay off but the freedom of being debt free is awesome.

They have done a great job negotiating with my debtors. In some cases the amount was reduced more than 50%. I was worried but it looks like I will have all my debt paid off soon. Very easy to work with.

FDR has been stuck for months on the last, of many, settlements & keeps pulling money from my account even though I have way more money in the account even if the debt was paid in full without a reduci. Matthew escalated the matter, explained the issue & helped to lower the continuation of too much money withdrawals.

When I signed up with Freedom Debt Relief, the rep was the best. It was perfect. The overall experience has been good. The reps contact me either by email or text or by calling, and tell me to look at my dashboard.

This process has been relatively painless, they respond quickly to concerns and the legal department is the same. I was not sure that I wanted to go this route, however I really didn’t have many other choices open for myself and my particular circumstances.

Synchrony Bank is call me because they insist that they not received the negóciate payments on time. For these reason they canceled the negotiation process. Also I attached in my dashboard the collection letter. I have no notice about you regarding this subject.

This place is getting my life debt free soon. Can't wait for the debt to be behind me. They will help every step of the way. This place is for real!!!! They will get you out of debt. They are friendly and great to work with.

I first I was hesitant and afraid to join but like the saying says follow your gut instinct so I did. Now I am almost done paying my debt and I am glad that I followed my gut and joined Freedom Debt Relief.

I feel that resolution of my debt has not gone as smoothly or quickly as I was led to believe. I am approaching the 4 year mark and. A debt was recently negotiated, calling for a 12 month payment? It was my understanding that ALL of my debts would be settled in 4 years.

After years of living paycheck to paycheck I decided to enroll into the debt consolidation program with FDR. The process was easy and they set me up with an advisor. I had control over the debt enrolled, the payment plan, and I have access to my account to check on payments and progress. I am so close to being debt free! Such an amazing feeling!

I do see progress in decreasing our debit and bringing our scores back to an acceptable rate. Thank you for that, but you keep trying to add accounts that we have not enrolled in the program. We would appreciate that you not solicit our other accounts we are able settle ourselves.

Updated on 02/02/2021: I have a previous review and was contacted by the company. Two weeks ago I was supposed to be sent a check for a refund of a portion of the money that they took from my account and never settled any debts with. No check came. I contacted them again and was told that there would be a ACH deposit into my account today. No deposit. Contacted Joshua ** who told me that he would check on it and get back to me. He has not responded to my emails and has not answered the calls. I feel as though they promised this refund because of my review but are possibly trying to wait until the reviews are not relevant and just not give me the refund. This company literally has $984 that I have paid in, has offered to refund only $244 and I have still not received it. I started this process in early January and originally attempted to cancel in July 2020.

At the beginning, when I was set up everyone was wonderful and most everyone I spoke to on the phone were very nice and helpful. I feel it took longer than it should have to settle my accts, especially after I sent enough money in to cover my outstanding debts. When I called & questioned why t was taking so long it seemed to help. I feel as though it was being dragged on so Freedom Debt could make more money off of me. I'll be very glad when the last payment is made the end of January. Hopefully my account will be closed and I won't have to call and 'beg' for the money you have that needs to be refunded to me.

George was very professional and he explained the process and what to expect. When George transfer my call to a lady who helped me set up the Dash she was also very professional and also explained the process and what to expect.

Freedom Debt Relief has been excellent the whole process, they made sure I understood any and all questions I had, the agents who helped were honest and professional. I would recommend working with freedom debt relief over any other program out there. I am on my way to being debt free. :)

FDR is a very good company to work with. They're appreciative and understanding to the situations that you are going through. All of those people I talk to are very helpful. When it comes to taking care of something through lawsuits, they're very good at getting back and having it taken care of. I have three resolved and I'm still working on the others. They helped by getting the payment down so I have that extra cash and I’m not living paycheck to paycheck just to pay off bills.

Love the progress being made. Great customer service with detail options. Dashboard and emails easy to keep up to date with also. The layout is great and easy way to follow progress being made throughout. I am get I choose to do this with this great organization and hope to resolve this issue soon as we can. Thank you.

I am getting debt free because of Freedom Debt Relief. They have contacted the companies and made settlements with them, set up payment plans and all I had to do is approve the settlements. They are really great and easy to work with.

I was unable to finish adding an additional creditor to our program and increase our amount biweekly...the program wasn't working on the computer and your representative was able to make everything happen in a few moments and he was very pleasant on the phone.

Freedom Debt made it easy to resolve debt. You make arranged payments into your dedicated account and they handle the rest. You don't have to deal with phone calls or make deals with creditors. You can get resolved debt less than 50% of what is owned. That is no kidding! Best decision I ever made.

My experience with FDR has been amazing. I was very skeptical at first, but once I understood that I was in good hands all my worries went away. My credit score is going up and I'm only half way through my program.

FDR has been wonderful. They've kept up with all my creditors. They’ve let me know each step of the way which ones are being paid and which ones still haven't been paid. I like the way they have that website with one panel where you can go into it and see for yourself what's going on. However, I haven't spoken to anyone there since I started the program. I’ve kinda wished they would call every now and then to let me know what's going on, or if I could do anything different, or if I wanna add something on or take something off. But I can check on the panel and I kinda know what's going on. The program has been good. I’ve been pretty much relaxed and I feel I have more money in my pocket every month.

Updated on 08/04/2021: They really are helping me get out of debt and help get me back on track. I’ve settled with 3 of my five credit cards. I couldn’t do it without Freedom Debt Relief. They are very knowledgeable in help settling my issue.

It's been an easy transition working with Freedom Debt Relief. And I've already settled few debts. They explain how to speak to collectors and bank calls, there's an agent that helps you through it all. Every time there is a new activity in any of your accounts you get a notification. Thank you.

I had a very good experience. They very nice on the phone and very helpful. They always try to help on whatever need you have. It does take a while before all the accounts start getting paid but it is a requirement.

The young woman I spoke to was very professional, patient, courteous and answered all my questions even though I cut her off at times with my questions. She waited and answered me. I was a bit anxious and she alleviating my fear with answers to my questions. No matter how many questions I asked she listened patiently and then answered me not making me feel like my questions were irrelevant. Also she had a very calm and under control voice which was what I needed to hear at this point—— thank you!!

They tell you one thing and they do another. I bought someone in to the program. I was supposed to get 250. They take the money and they put it where they wanted to. They never let me know that they gave me the money or anything. They just took it and I paid a bill on my own. I didn’t ask for this. They are thieves.

I am very pleased to hear that some of my bills have been paid. I'm glad Bank of America has been paid. I am happy to hear that USAA is next. I called to see if Care Credit was in the works to be paid as well. I am happy to have Kohl's paid off. You people are really good at your job. I hope to stay debt free after four years of your assistance.

I do recommend FDR. They’re a very reputable organization and I was very pleased about the whole experience. Every time I called with a problem, it may not necessarily have been solved to my satisfaction but they treated me with the utmost kindness and respect. I felt very comfortable calling them. You want immediate gratification as far as people calling you and threatening you. If you sign on to a debt relief program, you're hoping that you do have some sort of help, which I didn't get letters of lawsuits. But when you get threatening letters or threatening phone calls, FDR needs to be able to do something. They said that they couldn't do anything, that they give you ways not to put yourself in a corner with them. You follow them and hope that they come to a settlement.

I needed my balance, length of account remaining and payments made looked at so they are distributed properly and adjusted. My account had the wrong balance and I was told previously the wrong length of time I had left on making payments because my payments were not going to my account and paying my creditors properly.

UPDATED 4/22/2021: I was concerned about having received a letter from a collection agency. The FDR rep assured me that these type letters were routine and that FDR was aware that this debt was being passed from the credit card company to a collection agency.

Reported being scammed on December 22, 2020. Checked bank account numbers and a correction was made. A replacement deposit was scheduled to get all the deposits up to date. The conversation was agreed. Two times. The assistant was friendly and answered all my questions.

Being a partner with FDR has been a huge help to me because, it has allowed me to lay aside all of the worry and frustration with not having enough money to pay my bills but given me the solution to change/ relax and change my outlook!

I wasn’t informed about tax liability when an account got settled. Now the IRS is sending me tax bills for the tax on the settlement. I should have notified of the possibility of tax having to be owed on the money that was discharged.

I've seen Freedom Debt Relief on TV for a while and I got debating. One day I said, "You know what, let me call them," and that was the best thing I did. I'm very satisfied with them. I'm on the consolidation program and the reps are awesome. They're very understandable. If I don't understand something, they'll explain it to me again. I can understand what they're trying to tell me and they tell me, "This is not good." For instance, for the past three months, I haven't been able to make the payment that was $334. I thought, "Listen, rather than to get out of the program, and just say, 'Forget about it.' is there anything else I can do?" I already cleared three cards with them and I don't want to just drop it and forget about it. I'm already over the hill.

I was pleased at first and relieved to a degrees. Then it became clear that as I talked to different representatives, the figures and your info changed some. This was confusing. At the end, I wanted to pay out of FDR earlier than planned. This was hard to do and again very stressful. I almost thought I wasn’t going to be able to do it and to stop the $700.00 monthly payments. Also, I had a court appointment with Discover. I got in touch with FDR and this Acct went to McCarthy Law Firm. I thought they were handling this for almost a year and then I received another court appearance notification. This was a mess also. It has been resolved but I still have a case number, **, in the county court In Okaloosa County, Florida, a notice of hearing.

Happy to say that we are very satisfied with our business experience with FREEDOM Relief. Customer service is excellent & attended to our needs all the time. We will be glad to recommend Freedom relief to our families, relatives & friends.

I am happy with the service. The website isn't that user friendly. There are things you would like to see but isn't a place to click on it. All in all the service has been great. The litigation department did a great job with a creditor of mine.

I got tired of making so many high payments monthly and decided it'd be a lot easier to consolidate them and have one lower amount a month going out. Plus around that time was also when my mother was diagnosed with cancer, so I needed to be able to have more money in my pocket. I majorly saw Freedom advertised around that time. I went with them and I just kept making my payments on time the whole time. During tax season, I would put more towards it. That way, I got done quickly because of it.

I called to ask for deletion of one dedicated account for clearance of debt. It was still in the process of reaching an agreement but had not happened. The representative was courteous, clear and assisted me in my request. FDR has assisted me in the whole process. I recommend them highly.

I went looking for a debt consolidation company online, and I saw Freedom. I got in touch with them, got on the program and I'm still in it. Some of the reps are extremely nice. On the other hand, a few of them are rude and don't feel like working. They just wanna get rid of you. Everybody's different. I was talking to one of them about a certain issue, and he got upset. He acted like we were trying to rip him off. He was a very eccentric person. I don’t know how such a person like that got to deal with the public.

The service representative give me an excellent attention. I recommend this company to others because I feel satisfied. I wish to end my debt in approximately 5 years. The representative make me confident. I want to thank all in the company.

People get into situations and have bill collectors. All they want is the company that you're dealing with that it is owed to. But they don't realize the situation people get in that might interrupt or cause some type of distress and pain. That's where Freedom Debt comes in. They'll tell you in the beginning that if you get somebody that wants their money, don't try to reason with them or bargain with them. They said they could just contact them. That's what happens every time. I went on there. I just prayed about it and the Lord led me.

I spoke with Warren 2 weeks ago, and he asked me to email him the summon page with the court date, and page 1 which I did. I then emailed him to be sure he received them, but have yet gotten a response.

My agent Kim was so friendly and helpful. I know that if I ever have any questions I can send her and email and get an almost immediate response. Super helpful team and they work to make sure that you feel that you are in good hands.

For some reason, an erroneous number showed up in my bank account on your records, which prevented my monthly deposit from being made. Hopely it is now taken care of. The left-hand needs to let the right hand know that changes have been attempted.

Arthur was overwhelmed with debt. I called Freedom Debt Relief because we don’t have the money to pay what he used to pay. We’re paying a smaller amount. So, I have to call every month. When we're done, they always say, “Do you have any questions?” They’re very polite. Freedom Debt Relief will take a lot of the pressure off of you. They work with who you owe, and you don't have to deal with that. It's worth what they charge you.

Updated on 06/10/2021: I’ve been in the FDR program since last November. They have negotiated 4 accounts already. Very pleased with the progress since enrolling in the program. They are worth giving a shot to. You won’t regret it. I don't. My stress is gone.

After getting sued by one of my creditors. I feel the lack of services. I felt I went around and around in circles. Every time I called I got the run around. No one called me back when they said they would. It’s a horrible experience. Not happy with this company at all.

In as little as 4 months I'm already in a settlement with one of my credit cards. It feels great to start making steps forward. I absolutely was stuck, making $1300+ a month in payments and not budging anywhere with my debt. My brother recommended this program as it helped him. And now I'm in a position to comfortably make payments and be out of debt in less than 3 years! Thank you guys!!

Not much interaction yet, but so far so good. I never been in a situation as this one. I wonder what are my steps to follow if I have a decent amount of money invested on CDs in my bank. My family has put a lt trust in me, to the point that two of my daughters houses are put in my name. Should I take of my name out those titles?

They don't communicate. They lie. They say everything is fine when it's not. If you want the sheriff's department at your house. Go with anyone else. I think a Two year old could do a better job. Do Not use this company...!

UPDATED 4/22/2021: Anytime I’ve called the reps are super nice and explain everything step by step in terms I can understand! I’ve lowered my debt and have received awesome settlements thus far! My credit is slowly improving as I complete each of the settlements. Highly recommend!

In a timely manner. Easy to make the settlement. Very easy to communicate needs and that they were met communication with company is frequent and very informative and easy to understand. Company is easy to work with and service representatives are very polite and helpful.

Freedom handles everything on my payments every month. I've been paying $604 a month. And I'm planning to increase so I can get out of debt quicker. There are three accounts already in progress and I got two more that they are gonna negotiate. They're very professional. They explained to me in detail how things work and how things are going, and they give me details when I'm gonna be out of debt, that I'm gonna be out of debt. And they keep me posted.

When I first called FDR, the people were extremely personable. They spoke to me like they cared. It wasn't like they looked down on me or felt bad about everything I was going through. They were sincere and made me feel at ease. They explained to me the whole procedure and what it is I had to do on my end. I was able to call them when at the beginning, I was so stressed out with the people that I was in debt with constantly calling me. They explained to me that I could refer them over to them. That helped me a great deal because they took all the stress away from me.

Debt that is 30 years old and already remedied keeps showing up even after declining to add it. Accounts that are not mine keep showing up asking me to add it. Decline then and again they pop up. It’s a little concerning that my declines are not being listened to.

I was contacted shortly after I looked online. The process moved smoothly until technical difficulties arose, reps phone kept dropping the call. But we ensued and got through. Very polite and helpful. Customer Service rep when called response and interaction was very good. Thus far I have only been into dashboard once but found it easy to navigate and I am not too user-friendly.

Initially I was very Skeptical of going with Freedom Debt Relief. But Nick, our financial advisor made my wife and I feel comfortable by answering our questions and not being pushy. We actually had time to think it over. After going over our situation, we felt that going with Freedom Debt Relief was a good option. Freedom is a company that works with you on all levels. Everything that they have consolidated and brought together and the things they have done thus far have been extremely awesome. The communication is outstanding too. Plus, they have that client dashboard where you can keep a check of everything.

We are in the early stage of enrollment so this review is for a short period of time in the program, so far we have been very pleased with our program and plan to continue. Our communication from all FDR representatives have been very helpful and pleasant.

I asked Freedom some questions, looked them up, and compared them to the other services and the different companies. They seemed to be pretty efficient. After I spoke with them, they seemed to be able to help me out. The communication is really great. They send me communications continuously. I also have a customer dashboard that I can look upon. Everything's right there for me to look up as needed. With the last account that Freedom needed to negotiate with, I hadn't heard from them. Freedom explained that was because they were negotiating and they were waiting for the company's response. They had communicated but I just didn't check the dashboard.

FDR has always been there to help me and I always have a good connection with all staff members. I had called in to get help with a document that was not showing from my dashboard. The rep was able to find it with no issues. I had recommended FDR who had some issues with keeping up with bills due to slow economy.

I'm trying to get things paid off and get a better credit score to buy a house. My sister went through Freedom and had really good success with them. I went with Freedom as well and everything is going good so far. Everybody that I worked with was super helpful. For any extra questions I have, they're always willing to answer. I also like everything about their dashboard except for the fact it's kind of confusing whenever you look at what's been settled. You have your original amount and you have what the settlement amount is. But you have settlement fees and it doesn't spell out exactly, “Is this grouped in or is this not grouped in?”

The person who handled my questions answered very kindly and put my mind at ease about the difficult letters I am receiving from American Express about my overdue account. He told me to not let them upset me, and that FDR has contacted American Express regarding my debt.

Wonderful, caring people, who are very professional and make you feel relieved!! Love 'em! I will recommend them in a heart beat! They make you feel at ease and they make sure that the program is right for you!!

I can complain with the customer service I got. Everything was excellent. Can wait to get to work along with you guys, there's still a few question but I'm pretty sure it's a matter of time, looking forward to build long lasting membership.

I was asked if I wanted to resolve a debt you found. Was told it would increase my payment from 166.00 to 189.00. Then I received an email saying my deposits would be like 984.00. I called to say if adding the new debt was going to cost me 984.00 twice a month I did not want to add it. Then somehow I received an emails saying my account was cancelled. I money I had built up was returned to me. Now it looks like you are having to start all over on my accounts when I only had one left. Poor communication and customer service could not resolve the cancellation of the existing. So you all started over.

Your team took great care of me and was very understanding and made sure I understood everything moving forward. So my first payment is made and looking forward to a better year this year. Thanks. Freedom great job!

My experience with Freedom Debt Relief is awesome. As soon as I got on board with them I felt weight lifted off my shoulders and by weight lifted off my shoulders I mean 4 overdue accounts. They make you feel at ease and when you set up your account you pretty much automate it and forget about it. They handle everything up to the calls and negotiating. Best move I've ever made to try and get my credit back on track.

Overall my experience has been good. I’m happy with where it has taken me in my debt relief goals. I have come a long way so I’m happy with that. However I haven’t had the best customer service experience with this company which is why I can’t give it more stars. I wish they were a little more helpful and a lot friendlier. That’s my only complaint.

This was one of the smoothest actions I have done for getting a handle on my debt. We were drowning in over $80k in debt and just couldn't get ahead regardless of what we tried. Good so far with more to come. Settlements so far have been at least 50%. I am hopeful that future settlements will be even better so that the payout time can be less as my payment amount is becoming more and more difficult to meet.

We LOVE FREEDOM DEBT RELIEF And give them a 5 Star Rating. They are addressing American Express debt. They resolved Jefferson Pilot Account. WE would recommend them to a friend anytime. They always address the issue and come back for our OK.

I would definitely recommend using FDR....but would only use this program with the extra fee for a lawyer, because you WILL be sued! Definitely pay the few extra dollars a month for legal counsel to protect yourself! My debt is decreasing quickly.

I've been with Freedom Debt Relief for almost two years now. I'm satisfied with what they've been doing so far. They've already helped me resolve six accounts that I had and got the accounts reduced. Working with them has made my life easier because at least I've been able to relieve some debts that I had and I could work better with my budget. It’s been a very good experience.

My sister-in-law went into Freedom Debt Relief first. My wife said to try it as it might be good. It was always typical of a salesman to sell the world and that was what they promised me. The only problem I have with them is they're not being upfront about things. They're only saving me 40% of the debt on average. It's like $400 for every $1,000 debt. But the catch is the 20% charge. So for $400, they're actually putting in $80 more. They're technically giving me $300 for every $1000. It wasn't worth all the hassle facing possible litigation. The money saved is not really equivalent to always peace of mind.

I called FDR because we had $100 left after paying off all our credit card. The first person I spoke to was a man named Kenneth and he was really, really good. We've been enrolled with them for almost two years now. It sounded great. I was gonna get my debt reduced within two years, which is turning into more like four years. But they took a load off my mind. They said they could reduce the debt because they get rid of all the recurring interest fees. Also, there was no penalties. The rep told me that I could give my creditors their telephone number instead of them calling me and harassing me, which was kind of difficult because every time I tried to do it with the individual credit card companies, it would just bounce back. So I just stopped picking up phone calls. They led me to believe like this was gonna really help me out, which it is.

I had problems with credit cards and Freedom Debt Relief looked like a good company. I felt very comfortable working with them. It made me feel more secure that I'm paying my debt off in a reasonable amount of time. The payment plan works out excellently as well. Everything is great with them. I have no problem.

They are great. They are very nice and helpful. And you can call them time with any question. They also do their best to get your credit down as fast as they can for you. I would definitely recommend them to a family member.

My friend did the program with FDR and I liked the way that hers got handled. She recommended it to me, so that's why I signed up. Customer service was great, and the signup was really quick and easy.

I am comfortable with having Freedom Debt Relief deal with my issues. I did have some problems along the way that weren't resolved, and then at the same time they resolved, so it's kind of a good thing and a bad thing. Freedom Debt could work more with the customer because there are times when my payroll was not gonna be available until like a few days before or after my pay date. Then they weren't able to help me. They just said, "Come up with the money or you're gonna be late on your payments," which I had to do.

FDR is a great way to get some relief from your high bills. It's been so easy! I set up one monthly payment & that's all I had to do (except approve the settlements!). Really a great company! I'd like to be able to say they have great customer service, but I've never had to call for an issue! I've recommended them to my sister.

I was late putting money in the account and the September payment was never made. I called several times to make sure someone made the September payment. The October and November payments were made on time. The September still wasn't made. Amex called me 90 days late and my credit rating dropped 40 points. I am not happy with this setup. It cost me more money to get this resolved.

The customer service from Freedom Debt Relief has been really good. Every time I call, they answer my questions. I can log into a website and check my stuff and it has been a pretty good experience.

And then, I either sent an email or I called. Somebody called me back, explained everything to me. Before I said yes, I called my mom. And then we went along with Freedom Debt Relief. It was like dealing with a family member more than anything, like somebody that was really concerned and caring.

I'm almost actually done with my agreement with them. I've looked at my Credit Karma report and I've seen things show that they've been settled.

This is my second time using the program because I had a problem. I was looking for debt relief at least 10 years ago, I used Freedom Debt Relief and it worked out well so I decided to do it again.
