Freedom Debt Relief has been great. I usually talk to a woman, and our conversations are very cordial. They've come to certain settlements with debts that have come into collections. I have missed one payment, so far, but I've made every other payment before that. My credit score has gone up by a few points.

I had some debts I needed to pay, and I couldn't pay them. I was looking on the internet and found Freedom Debt Relief. A lot was happening at that time, and the enrollment process went very fast. As I read later on, there was a lot of stuff to sign, which I didn’t get a chance to read. I signed it online, which probably isn’t the recommended way to do business, signing without reading. But I did have access to it before I signed it.

Everything has been ok, very slow going, but ok. Just frustrated, doesn't seem like settlements are being made fast enough. My credit is in the tank and this is just a really SLOW process. I'd rather just have a loan to pay off everything and get all the bills paid off and still only have 1 pmt.

Every time I call Freedom Debt Relief, it’s someone different. I think I was misled at the beginning. I’m still enrolled, but the way it was explained isn’t how it’s working. Freedom debits my account. I think it’s a little expensive, but I was in a car accident and had to retire, so I needed to pay the card. I was told my debts would be paid off in a couple of years, and I've been with them for almost two years, but it looks closer to five. I was also told each creditor would get a little money each month till it's paid off, which isn’t true. Because of this, I’m being sued by one creditor, which has been handed over to their law team. Honestly, I’m not happy with McCarthy Law and I don’t like them.

I used Freedom Debt Relief for debt reduction, and the enrollment process was easy. They negotiate with my debtors for a reduced fixed rate, and they pay it, and I pay them. My particular program runs for four years.

I have the utmost respect for FDR. They are very considerate, respectful and keep me informed of all the progress on my account. Each representative I have spoken with answers all my questions, advises me of what comes next and updates me after each transaction.

I should have done this a long time ago. FDR has been straightforward from the beginning. They have advised me of what’s going on and asked me for approval on debt actions. I enjoy use of the account to see what’s going on. I have been happy with being hands-off this and watching FDR work through everything.

Don’t expect miracles. Expect a LOT of phone calls repetitively and daily from your creditors. Expect your credit score to dip 200+ points. Expect to deposit a LOT of money before settlements start due to the fees taken out before you are focused on.

It was easy to sign up with FDR. I was satisfied with my settlement. But I was very frustrated with the process. The company would send me notification that something needed my attention but when I called the customer service they did not know what why I was notified. FDR assign you an amount to pay each month as if that amount is going towards your debt. That amount was used for legal fees that was not disclosed to you up front. There was so much secret dealing going on that at the end you wonder what happen to the thousands of dollars that you paid into you dedicated account.

I have been thinking how grateful I am for your service support and bringing joy to my making it through such a satisfying experience that went so smoothly. My persons when I called in with a question helped explained and expedite my concerns immediately. My dashboard was a positive experience that kept me updated was very easy to follow how my creditors were handling the expectancy and was processed.

Freedom Debt Relief has been great. Customer service is so good. They work with me, talk to me, and take the time to counsel me, even when I'm having a tough time. They answer every question I have. When you’ve gotten yourself in a bad spot, they can help you still pay the people you owe, so it takes that weight off of you, and they’ve helped me get that done. Some debts will take longer to pay, but it allows me to know that I'm doing what I can. They may not get 100%, but they're gonna get their money.

Freedom Debt Relief gave me all the information on the same day I applied. They gave me the app to download, where I could see the payments I’ve made, their progress on settling debt, so it keeps me on track. When I have questions, I just call or I send them a text and somebody reaches out to me, and would help me through it, so it made it felt better. One of the bigger bills that was supposed to be worked on was $207. The money that I agreed to pay, Freedom was also taken out of my checking account. Both of these were taken out of my checking account, which has put me in the negative and it’s the first of the month. I cannot buy my groceries. I cannot pay any of my bills because of the negative in my checking account.

It's a journey and it taking some time and patience. Credit scores has dropped but to be expected. However I am pleased with the company so far already. 1 settlement is already done. I was a little impatient but, it's a slow process and increasing your funds will help to aid with settlement and shorten your payment time. It's a start and a new path to get out of debt.

FDR said they settled one account, yet 2 weeks later, I got a notice from the company that they just sold my debt to a collection company. If this had been settled, then they could not have sold it. I have tried to send this proof to FDR but have no way to upload the documents nor to forward the emails to them. I am frustrated!

I was not told the whole truth when I entered your program and it seems that you are not taking care of the debt relief in a timely manner. I will be making my last payment in March, according to what I was originally told. I am not totally disappointed, just unhappy with where I am at.

Totally not satisfied. I called to change the date to withdraw my first deposit and the rep stated that she couldn't because my account was suspended due to my checking account not being valid or non verifiable. She told me in that case the funds wouldn't come out. A few days later I got a notification that the funds came out of my checking account. I'm not happy at all because this is suppose to be a financial debt relief company and they just caused me financial stress. My checking account is now overdrawn. I wanted to move the deposit date for a reason.

You have not paid off the bills as we agreed. Legal actions will be my next option. I was told 2 bills would be paid off. I would appreciate a follow-up call. It's amazing how the calls stop when there was no follow-through. I am hoping to hear an explanation from someone.

So far I am pleased how they are handling our debts. They communicate well on email and texts about updates on how they are coming to agreements with our debtors. When I call due to a threat of an attorney they give me the guidance that I need which puts me at ease.

When I was inquiring about a substantial loan to pay off my credit debt. I was directed to FDR. I signed up to consolidate my credit card debt. What I was told and how this has progressed was very misleading. I wasn't aware of a monthly negotiation fee of $155.00, to date I have paid $2480.00 towards fees not payoff.

I need to speak to Grace who enrolled me into the program and does not answer my calls. I receive 2 to 3 messages a day and it's driving me crazy. I'm disabled and not technically inclined and don't know what to do because I don't know who to contact or speak with according to my frustration.

FDR is helping me get rid of debt. The only problem I have is the cost being so high, the length of time to pay out debt, and the amount of fees they charge which I also think is too high. Seem to me more of the monthly money I pay should go towards paying off my debts and not for fees. But I will continue with them because I want to get rid of my debts.

When I asked for my account to be closed the information I got was extremely annoying and they were now willing to provide an immediate confirmation of a request for cancellation. All they wanted was to charge my account so that they get money or create an inconvenience.

I was very impatient with this process at first. I was also very doubtful about success in the time frame that was promised. However, so far, everything is going well. I have never done anything like this, so my experience with all this is like I’m excited and happy to have Freedom Debt Relief help me with and put all my problems behind me and start making better choices on how I live and how to manage my money better because I don’t like to owe.

I was at the bottom of my rope with all my debt -- poor choices I had made trying to keep a family going. I joined the program and am making progress but still do not understand why we have to continue to make monthly payments instead of taking one of the creditors and just finalizing the offer and closing it out. Program does save on interest but still feel a bit trapped, especially now that I have been laid off from my full-time employment.

Too many issues to mention. I would never ever use this company again if I had it to do over with. The communication is horrible. Two of my accounts have gone to credit bureau that they promised me they would take care of. They are getting ready to attach my wages my credit is ruined and they’ve done nothing for me that I couldn’t have done for myself. I’ve had offers from credit card companies to settle. I’ve never ever missed a payment on what they asked me to do and yet now they’ve pushed me back a couple of years and getting this all paid up. I’m in a mess.

FDR assistants have been very helpful, informative, and respond quickly to any questions I have. This is a timely process but, it's easier than trying to make fluctuating high interest payments. I have a set bi-weekly payment plan that I can afford. Thank you FDR!

Have not heard anything in a few weeks. No settlements have been made. As far as I can tell, no creditors have been contacted. I have sent notices to them advising if pending charge off - still no contact other than “look how great we are” emails. What they tell you on the phone is not what actually happens, as far as I can tell.

The consultant was very kind and clear on everything that he was explaining to me. So I didn't have any issues understanding or knowing what was the next step. So it was pretty good. Everything was pretty neat. I finished the program because I got Achieve Loans. Freedom helped me a lot and it is a good way to back on track with your debt and save a couple of hundreds.

The onboarding to the plan was super easy and all steps were covered on the call. The second call was mostly with questions from my end, but all were answered in caring and professional way. We did have a third call as well for extra questions that I had and I was able to work with the same person each time. Again, they were friendly, empathetic to my needs, and answered all questions I had with the utmost professionalism.

When we made the difficult decision to acknowledge that we needed help resolving our debt we reached out to Freedom. The person that we spoke to on the phone that day was great - she assured us that we were making the right decision and to reach out to her at any point if we had questions. The first couple of months went by great, but then a situation arose that I wanted to speak to that original representative about. Although the representatives we spoke to on the phone offered to answer any questions - I wanted to discuss it with the person who signed us up. However - multiple voicemails and emails went unanswered by this particular person. To this day there has been no response. So yes, Freedom Debt Relief is a good program for structuring your debt however, don’t expect any personal, professional relationship with anybody you speak to on the phone. You truly become “just another number”.

I was in a situation where I maxed out on a bunch of cards and I had credit card debt. I was under a lot of stress. I went through what was available online and initiated a phone call, but then I didn't follow up with it. Freedom Debt Relief took the initiative of calling me back, and through my first conversation with them, I was put at ease with their approach. In discussing things with them, they made everything very clear. So, I went forward and enrolled with them. They had excellent follow-up, and they clarified everything. I'm completely satisfied.

Enrolling to Freedom Debt Relief's program was pretty easy to do. I went online, put in what I could probably pay on a monthly basis, and how many cards I wanted to enroll at that time. Then they did the work on what could be adjusted, how long it could be adjusted, and what that timeline would look like. When I did have questions, people were available to call me back, and walk through anything. If I had questions about where payments were or what a payment was or why that payment was there, someone explained it to me online, where we were in the process on certain payments where we're in the process on some of the negotiations. So those questions were answered.

I have two loans and two credit cards that I was drowning in and trying to figure out a fast way out of it. Freedom Debt Relief showed up on my feed and I read about it then put two and two together. I got on the phone with one of the representatives, and whatever I was missing, he enlightened me on whatever I needed to be on. At that time, it was the best choice to do, so I enrolled. At first, things were a bit overwhelming, but when I spoke to the representative, he told me exactly what to look out for and kept me in the groove. He told me what was gonna happen. "These guys are gonna call you. These guys are gonna bother you nonstop." He told me not to get clustered in myself and to bear with it. Sure enough, as time went on, everything engaged and fell into place.

The enrollment was easy and simple. At the time, Freedom told me the program would take two years but it ended up being four years. The negotiations with the company could have been a quicker process. But I have finished the program and it helped me get out of debt.

Freedom Debt Relief provided a straightforward explanation of how the program works and that gave me some comfort. They are always in good communication and they reach out to me via email, text, or phone calls. I'd recommend them.

Using Freedom is is a big relief, because since I've been in the program, one debt was eliminated, and then the rest of them followed through. All of my questions were answered. If I have additional questions, then I can go online to my account.

I called Freedom Debt Relief and talked to them, and I liked the program. It was something I could manage and it made sense to me. It was very easy to sign up with the program. I could call Freedom on the phone or email them. I could also go on their website. It was very easy to see what was happening with my plan and my payments. It took me a couple of months or so to figure out what their charges were and what I was paying in and where it was going. The charges were more than I thought they were gonna be, but the rest of the plan worked perfectly. The program helped me get my debt settled. Now, I'm in a loan because we settled all my credit card debt. So, I'm paying off the loan, and I'm gonna try to get that into a program where it's less interest. But I've been very well. I have told some friends and my family members about how I paid off my credit card debt by working through this program.

Takes too long to negotiate accounts. Thought it was going to be settled faster. I know it’s a process but I’m thinking about switching companies so I can settle my debt quicker. I was referred to you by my friend thinking it was a great program to be part of but not happy it is dragging on.

My business was slow and I was in the buying trade, so I have to catch up with my bills. Unfortunately, I had to try to cut my bills down and pay my creditors, so I reached out to Freedom Debt Relief. They were very professional. They got me through the process, and they got me another company called Achieve. It's an extension of their company, so they took on the debt and they funded my program for me so that they can pay the credit that much faster. The program is supposed to run until 2029, but it came a little much shorter. So with the Achieve loan program, I was able to pay off the credit debt sooner than I anticipated. I'm just in the process of paying Freedom back.

Freedom Debt Relief does what they say they're going to do. Their enrollment process was very easy and their representatives were very informative, patient, very kind, and I felt like they knew what they were talking about. I can see our progress on my dashboard. We've already done three agreements and there's only one left. Freedom is taking care of things. As I get information, I provide it to them. They utilize it. It's given me peace of mind knowing that a company that has the tools and knows how to utilize them is helping us.

I was swamped in debt, and I had to do something. I went looking for names of debt relief companies and picked Freedom Debt Relief. I called, and they explained the program to me. I gave them the names of the companies I wanted consolidated for them to help. They did their part on it while we worked out how much I would pay monthly after they totaled all the debt.

Everything is great so far, but when you enter a debt relief or debt settlement program, it often lowers your credit score at first. That can feel frustrating, but it’s part of how the system works. Hopefully I have a plan to restore my credit score. It was almost perfect until I started the plan.

My debt consultant told me everything that was gonna happen and what to expect, and then got me started. I do my payment every two weeks, and it is something I could afford. The customer service is pretty good. Other than my credit score dropping, I can afford my bills again.

Freedom's reps explained that they'd negotiate my debt and get it reduced. They asked me how much debt I had, then they went over each debt and said they would reach out to my creditors, but they wouldn't do it until a certain time. So, the creditors would not be liking that. Aside from that, I got a portal which shows me who they're in negotiation with and where it's been settled. Right now, my creditors are calling me and saying that I'm still reliable and that I don't have to work with Freedom. But I told them that I don't have money to pay them and sooner or later, they will work with Freedom. Other than that, I would tell others that that the program will make a change and make you feel better. Once you get started, you'll be excited to know that all that interest will be reduced. They work with credit cards and they're good for that, but they don't work with personal loans.

Freedom makes it easy to help us with our debt. They're very helpful. Every time I call, they help me. They answer my questions that I need to be answered. Their app is very easy to use and you have all the information on there. I'm happy with the experience. The program helped me out a lot because it gave me the freedom to not be so stressed out about debt.

I love the way that Freedom that communicates. I miss my first deposit by 2.00 dollars, I called the customer service they guided me on how to handle it. After being on hold on three different occasions, with the second rep telling me I need to speak to a resolutions department agent but that they were closing soon and to call back. When I did call the next day, the hold time was long and I was disconnected again. Today, I spoke with an agent named Sylvia who didn’t seem like she wanted to transfer me to the resolutions department and asked me several questions which made me repeat myself again. She had a more aggressive tone and didn’t seem empathetic at all to my situation, she literally let me know if I didn’t have the minimum deposit by tomorrow to call back and then speak to resolutions to cancel my program.

I'm very happy with Freedom Debt Relief. The program helped me a lot with my credit score, to pay off my other credit cards. My husband wants to try to see if they can help him as well because I'm recommending him this company. Between them and another company that I initially checked out, they gave a better deal so I went with them. So far, their communication is very good. I want to make sure to have the money on my bank account, so that way, Freedom they can take off the monthly that we agreed. Recently, I called a couple times to ask them about a credit card company, Apple Federal, which is the last debt I need to pay off. The proposal they got me was $8,000 something, but I only owe them $5,000. But the point of hiring Freedom Debt Relief was to pay less than what I owe, not more. So I want to go to the bank and see if they can help me with that.

That convinced me, and I gave it a shot. They've been doing very good. I'm still making payments and I'm still kind of tight but after everything is concluded, it will be good. The only disappointment I have is one of my accounts was skipped. I have two Capital One accounts. One was included in the program, but the other one was skipped for some reason. Capital One had to take me to court and I'm doing payment on that right now, so it's affecting me. But besides that, communicating them has been easy.

Upon starting the program, I only paid 300 every other week towards the program so a total of 600 a month. Now I’m paying 800 a month and they’ve only settled three accounts out of nine and I am two years into the program. They charge fees right up front and they are heavy fees! Which delays progress! I wish I would’ve never started this program. Customer Service was rude to me on the phone a few times now. They were legal documents sent to me, I’ve uploaded into their site. I can honestly say this has been a horrible experience for me. I will never do this again, which is a good thing and Perspective. I have used National Debt Relief in the past and I would use them if I absolutely needed to again. I would not use Freedom Debt Relief so I have a comparison, between the two and recommend using National Debt Relief instead of Freedom Debt Relief.

The issue with FDR is if you lose your job and can't pay the minimum anymore and want to cancel the program, they take the fee they negotiated to settle the debt from your dedicated account, even though they haven't settled the account in full. They call you over and over again, asking you to take settlements even when you decline about ten times. Lastly, every person has a reason why you can't get your money back, and no one has the same story....

This was the worst decision of my entire life. I thought this was going to help my credit score, but on the contrary it affected my credit so bad that now one of my credit card banks even canceled my credit with them. My credit was 750 on TransUnion and 748 on Equifax, now is 647 on TransUnion and 611 on Equifax, that is unbelievable. They didn’t negotiate any of my accounts for months, when I called two of my lenders they informed me that they DO NOT negotiate with this company. I beg you to stop and look for another solution to your financial problems, believe me you will lose sleep for months and they just take advantage of desperate people. I don’t know if my credit will be good again. I have worked on my credit for 20 years and now it is ruined.

How is this program suppose to work.? I paid my first bill and I'm still getting collectors calling my work and my phone. It's making me rethink of discontinuing this program. I talked to someone and there was no help and I even emailed my concerns. Nothing.

I’m glad to be doing this but the not making payments and racking up late fees until settlements are done is not worth it. Too much stress from repeated calls from creditors everyday is too much for me. Customer service was really no help, I called to ask what else I could say to the creditors so they wouldn’t call everyday and they just said to let them know I will be paying them but I didn’t know when. I had to remove one creditor from the program because they were local and just would not give up. I called customer service to see if I could just tell them I was in this program. They said yes but that just made things worse. So I started paying them to get them off my back.

To a certain point, I was very happy with the work you had done for me. That was until I was handed a lawsuit against my from Capital One. I sent the paperwork to you and you said I had to contact the legal department which I did. Someone from a lawfirm contacted me by email and said they would be handling everything. A settlement was reached so I thought everything was settled. My wife works for a lawyer so she checked and found out the case was still pending. I contacted the lawfirm representing me and was told that they only handled the settlement phase. They said I had to take care of the legal paperwork to have the case dismissed. If I had known that from the beginning, I would have taken care of it right then. Now I'm at the last day and the case is still pending. I was very disappointed, no communication.

Starting with this process was a bit scary at first. Now that I see firsthand how it works, I am so glad I chose this route to help resolve my debt issues. I have already had one account resolved, with two more remaining. This is such a good feeling!

The program works, but it definitely comes at a cost. I spend more on the program than what’s actually going to the debt. When I called twice asking for the amount I needed to get rid of my debt, I was given the same amount. When I called to asked why I had to make the next payment I got a different story. You still have to pay until your final settlement. Nothing was said.
