Freedom Debt Relief is a good program. They explained in detail and were very knowledgeable of how Freedom Debt really works. They had great patience and they were willing to go the last mile to get my situation resolved. I was glad to join Freedom Debt Relief. I've been with them for three months and I made a settlement with one of my collections. It's being paid and is in good standing. The website is very easy to adapt to and access as far as checking your account. They're a good company.

The person that I spoke with on the first day gave me a number where I could call him. When I call and I have a problem, I get somebody who works with the team right away. They fix the things that need to be fixed for me. I’ve only been with Freedom Debt Relief for a short while and they have already settled one of my debts. It has been good and I’m waiting on the next settlement. Freedom Debt Relief has worked well for me so far. I’m looking forward to getting out of this debt that I’m in and I think I made a wise choice. I have already told some friends, “If you need help, call Freedom Debt Relief.“

I was looking at how I can get out of a stress-free debt. The customer service of Freedom Debt Relief answered all my questions and helped me with my problems. We’ve already worked with one creditor, and that process was fast. I’m now waiting for them to settle with another creditor. The loan process could be a little quicker.

I'm happy with Freedom's service. I called, and I got involved with the agents of the program. I'm pleased with it. So, I went ahead and took it. I'm in a transition, and some days are better than others.

Freedom Debt Relief is a good program if you wanna get rid of your charge cards. I wanna bring the interest rates down to get paid off. So, I can get out of debt. I did the credit card consolidation, and I'll never get another credit card.

I'm new at Freedom. I just joined in May. They've done a good job in getting me started with some of my bills getting done. I can't pay a big lump sum. But I can easily do whatever I need for the program. I'm enjoying Freedom Debt Relief.

How is this program suppose to work.? I paid my first bill and I'm still getting collectors calling my work and my phone. It's making me rethink of discontinuing this program. I talked to someone and there was no help and I even emailed my concerns. Nothing.

I’m glad to be doing this but the not making payments and racking up late fees until settlements are done is not worth it. Too much stress from repeated calls from creditors everyday is too much for me. Customer service was really no help, I called to ask what else I could say to the creditors so they wouldn’t call everyday and they just said to let them know I will be paying them but I didn’t know when. I had to remove one creditor from the program because they were local and just would not give up. I called customer service to see if I could just tell them I was in this program. They said yes but that just made things worse. So I started paying them to get them off my back.

To a certain point, I was very happy with the work you had done for me. That was until I was handed a lawsuit against my from Capital One. I sent the paperwork to you and you said I had to contact the legal department which I did. Someone from a lawfirm contacted me by email and said they would be handling everything. A settlement was reached so I thought everything was settled. My wife works for a lawyer so she checked and found out the case was still pending. I contacted the lawfirm representing me and was told that they only handled the settlement phase. They said I had to take care of the legal paperwork to have the case dismissed. If I had known that from the beginning, I would have taken care of it right then. Now I'm at the last day and the case is still pending. I was very disappointed, no communication.

Starting with this process was a bit scary at first. Now that I see firsthand how it works, I am so glad I chose this route to help resolve my debt issues. I have already had one account resolved, with two more remaining. This is such a good feeling!

The program works, but it definitely comes at a cost. I spend more on the program than what’s actually going to the debt. Would I recommend it only for the fact the debts get settled and it’s easier to keep track of it you have a lot of debt that you lost track of. But it definitely is costing a bit of money.

FDR does a great job keeping me updated on the process of all my accounts. Payments are easy paid through my bank account. Feel very comfortable with the way everything is going. Very happy with my decision to have FDR handle my debts. I would highly recommend FDR to all my family and friends who may be need of debt help.

When I called twice asking for the amount I needed to get rid of my debt, I was given the same amount. When I called to asked why I had to make the next payment I got a different story. You still have to pay until your final settlement. Nothing was said.

They were able to cut my monthly payments in half and made the processes very straightforward. The program is not a magic pill that fixes everything overnight and I have a long way to go, but I see a light at the end of the tunnel for the first time!

Everyone I talked to was very helpful, understanding and knew what they were talking about because some had gone through the same process as I was needing to go through. I hope everyone they have helped or been in contact with had the same great experience I did.

I will start my journey with Freedom Debt on the 26th, and from my understanding it seems like I have made a good decision to go with this company, they have explained the process and it seems to be a good deal. I am looking forward to paying off my debts with the professional help of Freedom Debt. I believe I've made a great choice.

Contacting Freedom was a great choice with results of being free of debt due to high interest rates. Process was fast and easy. Keeping me informed of what's next and needed to be done. I am thankful for this program. I will recommend Freedom to anyone. Customer service always answered any questions at any time and show concern. I choose Freedom.

They have been up to date with everything I have needed to eliminate in debt. Very well pleased. If I had to recommend to anyone, this would be the company. They have worked through some of my hardest debt, with 50% or less in paying off my debt. I would highly recommend this company, Freedom Debt Relief.

Do not use this. They promise results in 6 months but been 8 months and only solved 2 of 8 issues. If I would have known this I would never ever have used them. Do not waste your time on this. It will ruin your credit and nothing get solved. I have collection agencies harassing me because they won't reach out to them and solve this debt. Again do not use this company. It is a joke. They take the money they take from you and pay themselves first leaving you in a bind. Thanks to them I have lost my credit and all for nothing.

Freedom Debt Relief is an awesome solution to bad credit and too much debt. They helped me through each step for set up and putting my debt into the program. They have kept their promises on settling my debt as quick as possible. The big plus is their monthly payments are reasonable.

So far so good but I didn't have any settlement yet. I hope I get soon. I am anxious but I know I will need to wait bc I just make my first deposit. Soon I get some settled. I will be so happy and I will know that will be debt free and I will no need worry anymore.

During my first week and month I don't see any progress but after a month I see the fast progress and seeing now it's improving my progress. I'm on the way now. Although without accelerated program I saw now my debt been lesser, I'm very satisfied. Thanks

I called an agency and they gave me Freedom. I called the person at Freedom and Reggie was very good. I had a hard time getting into the dashboard and today I finally got in. Every time I typed in the password it just said it wasn’t the password. I did a new password and they had emailed me with a code to get in and I got in.

I have been with your company before and had no problems. You resolved them in a reasonable time BUT at this time you have been a little slow and less communication between you and me. I'm a little discourage about it but I have no other choice to see what's next but thank you anyway for the help.

I have a lot of credit card debt that I couldn't deal with. With Freedom, I’m on an auto payment plan. I was with another company and it was not a good deal. There was this guy I could never get on the phone. I found out that he was not really with the company. He was an agent for something else. I got rid of them and checked others. It was smooth with the rep from Freedom, easier and different than the other place. Overall, Freedom was a good experience. They did everything right and are easy to deal with. No matter what I needed, they were right there.

I have had nothing but good feedback from Freedom Debt Relief. They have helped me pay off my debt and get it paid down faster than I ever could. If I'd of tried to pay off my debt myself I'd never have gotten it done in a million years. Thank you Freedom Debt Relief.

I was overburdened by debt, so I sought Freedom Debt Relief services to help eliminate my debt. I’ve been with them for less than a year or two years, and they’ve helped me eliminate one credit card, and they’re working on two others. You do have to have so much accumulate in your escrow for them to go ahead, but that’s with any of the debt relief programs. 

I am very happy I joined Freedom and sorry I didn't start sooner. The people are very friendly and easy to understand and work with. I just started with Freedom and the experience has been great. The only 1 problem is of course the credit card companies call constantly and at all hours which is very annoying.

It is such a relief to not have to worry about all that debt anymore. Trying to make minimum payments was really getting hard. Now I have no worries. Every month I would try to budget so I would have enough to buy groceries. Now that groceries are so expensive, I have no problem buying them.

I had a great experience so far with FDR. William took the time to explain every step of the process and how things work. I am now able to see where the money is going with an easy to navigate app which shows all the debts that I owe and the amounts, I am no longer being charged for other fees to knock down my credit and my money is going to do just that. I owed over $50,000 in credit cards and car payments, and I have not been able to make the payments lately. So I looked for different methods: personal loans and credit counselors, but no luck. Then I browsed different credit settlement companies and found Freedom Debt Relief. The company staff explained well how to take the payment and the progress of the settlement. They process one settlement pretty quickly. I look forward to seeing my other settlements soon. Thank you.

It all started well and I have been making deposit but when I needed to skip just 1 payment to catch up from some unfortunate events, they would talk you out of it for making any kind of adjustments. I just had a talk with a customer service who practically saying sure I could skip a payment but then scares you of how you would the settlement would be push back for 6 months. It doesn't really give you any choice. If you have to do a debt relief I wouldn't chose Freedom.

The service seemed to be a good fit for me. I called and went through all of the debts that I needed help with. They started working on them right away. It is taking much longer than anticipated to get everything aligned. I know that my credit will be affected but, it feels like it's taking too long to address the debts.

I do not like not being able to talk to the same people or getting different information from every person. They respond to email with call us and when I try I get a snippy women who I don’t have the information she wants. Nothing has been easy and never do I get the same answers. The reason I started this and was told in September we could add this but now there’s much more to it.

Great service, it does seem as though it’s taking too long to bring the other parties to the negotiating table. Hopefully the next negotiation will begin very soon. Feels like it takes too long for the other side to arrive. I’m remaining hopeful.

I have a lot of debt and Freedom Debt Relief is helping me out. I just started the program and it’s all been good. Customer service is excellent and I’m satisfied with everything.

Do not know if any accounts have been paid. How will I know when an account is paid. Nothing was explained to me when I signed up. The gentlemen who signed me up was very nice and the process was efficient and easy. It was a pleasure to use Freedom Debt Relief.

This company has been great through the whole process and has made me feel less guilty with having debt. The beginning of the process took a while and I was worried my credit would keep declining but I was reassured that this is all normal and they are fantastic. I am starting to see resolutions come through that bring my mental health back up to where it was, now that I have the assurance that my debt will soon be gone. Makes me want to pay more to get it done sooner.

Finally l peace of mind paying my debt with one payment because it was a struggle jogging between debt and personal loan with different date, but I can finally breathe a sign of relief, I wish I know about this program earlier. I want to say thank you.

When I called other debt relief business it seemed like they didn't want my business. I Called Freedom, I told him I couldn't talk long, because I was at work. Carl ** told me to call him at night, and he assist me with setting it up on my computer. Whenever I call I get answered promptly, and with respect. In the future, if I know someone in debt I sure will recommend them to you.

Everyone is so knowledgeable and patient when you ask questions. If you follow what they tell you to do, it is so easy. I am very satisfied so far. I would recommend this program to everyone. I found them on a website and was very skeptical at first, but they proved me wrong!! Keep up the good work!!!!

Freedom is not honest, they say one thing about the fees and settlement, and they do another. Freedom can't explain why they charge me 900 dollars settlement fees and a 10-dollar monthly fee just for one account that was less that 3000 dollars. I called and changed my bank account, but they still go ahead and charge that account I changed. If you need help to pay off your credit cards debt, I do not recommend freedom

September 2025. Has already been 4 months since I joined Freedom Relief company to help manage my debts- credit cards, personal loan, and medical bills. It helped me saved money for my monthly payments. The website is very helpful because whenever I need information about certain topics, they are very detailed to simplify my repayments, how to respond to creditors, and how best to go through all I need to know. Thank you. I hope that I'll be able to pay my debts easily & efficiently.

I was really nervous at first. Stopping all credit card payments sounds easy but the creditor response is brutal. My situation is times 4. Daily phone calls, multiple per day! Correspondence from the sponsoring banks! I ignored them all nervously! I keep making deposits to my dedicated account. And sure enough last week I got 2 settlements. I still have 2 big ones to go. HAVE FAITH IN FREEDOM DEBT RELIEF!!!

It was a terrible experience. After 5 years of paying every month they couldn't negotiate my last settlement for 2 years. They didn't even come in contact with them. And by the time that I contacted them they said my debt was $5,000 more than what it said on my dashboard. Seems like a total scam to me. They still got paid their monthly fees. Trying negotiate your own settlements you'll save lots of money.

Working with this company to settle my debt has been one of the worst decisions of my life. Don’t believe what they tell you in the sales process. Everything will change in less than a year. They have every excuse in the book and will throw more legal jargon at you than the creditors so to justify everything. Your creditors will make way better offers to you directly if you can make time to work with them. Don’t waste your time and money. There are way better options out there and that have people that will actually help rather than treat you like a money grab during your most desperate season in life.

Process is painless. Advisors and customer service staff are very helpful and encouraging. Everything is kept up to date for you in your portal and regular emails keep you abreast of everything that is going on with your account. Would recommend this company.

I have never done any business with this company. I was simply looking through options one evening and they were one company I looked at. I didn't ask for anyone to contact me. I didn't ask for more information. But since that day, they have phone bombed me every single day at all hours of the day. I reported them to BBB. I reported them to the Do Not Call Registry. I block every number they call from ... and yet they continue to call. I tried to find an email I could contact them through to ask them to stop calling but I couldn't find one. My limited experience with this company has been a nightmare!!!

They have helped me so much by knocking down my debt. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for help. I’m glad I did this to get rid of my debt and saves me so much money a month compared to what I was paying to each separate card monthly. Do this.

Freedom Debt Relief is good. It provides information to how the process goes regularly. It affordable. They have your interest in their desires. Freedom has a bi-monthly payment. You definitely have a debt-free life at the end. I appreciate working with Freedom.

I was in debt over my head due to a divorce. I had over $45000 in credit card debt. I started with FDR in May of 2025 and as of today, they have negotiated settlements with two companies, and have agreed reductions of over 50% on each of the two negotiated settlements so far. Very happy with the progress of my debt relief.

It has been easy to communicate with and work with the team so that I can accomplish my goals. I am notified when there needs to be changes or if I need to approve something for submission. Most communication is between me and Freedom Debt and no longer the businesses I owe.

Employees are great. Any question you have for them they have the answer. No pressure to join with company which very good sign about company. Would recommend them to anyone. Any person I had talked always had the answer. Would not have to check with another person for more info.

I received an email about Freedom Debt Relief’s services and I looked it up and compared it to other companies. The rep was very professional and did a good job. We had to work through some changes, but they provided a payment plan that was comfortable for me.

I thought Freedom Debt Relief was the best of the group that I was looking at. But now, I'm finding out there may be better companies than them. I initially spoke to somebody. He was fine in terms of helping me out. But once he had me on board with them, every time I called back to talk to somebody, it was always somebody else. I'm still with them right now, but I may be changing over to somebody else. They don't really give me a figure in terms of the interest rate or how much I'm paying them for what they're doing. They said to me once that it's around 10% on each credit card that I was trying to eliminate but they never told me anything actual.

I'll be in a debt consolidation program for about 4 years, and so far, Freedom Debt Relief has been good. The reps that I've been working with have been excellent.

This company has help now twice, awesome job!! I hope to not have to use them a third time but if I do it will be great again. The day they said yes was the day that was relief for me! Started with 9 credit card and they were able to cut them in half!

I am very happy what was to be a loan application turned out to be a good conversation with a member of the the debt relief members and it has turned into a very good situation. I was unexpectedly laid off from my previous job and was unemployed for three months. I then found a job that paid me much less, but I accepted because I needed the work. My bills were eating me alive, and I even had to save up two paychecks just to cover rent alone. I found this company through a friend, and they promised to help bring down $7,000 of my debt. They reduced my minimum payments from nearly $1,000 to just $400. I just completed my first settlement, and guess what? That one settlement alone knocked off more than $5,500. Just like that.

Everything is going very well. One debt has been taken care of leaving more money to take care of the next one. Thank you for all your help. If I could I would give you more money. But I am a very low income from Social Security. I might get more next year. Until then I will Have to remain the same.

It is too early to tell. I have only made my first payment but because of interest rates on credit cards, I'm glad I did. I have made my payments on time for years and I hate to see my credit score drop but I understand the process. Ten years ago I did not have any credit cards. I am looking forward to being debt free.

It’s been a month, short time I understand, and only one settlement. I was told there would be more results in the first 30 days. No one has reached out and I really don’t know what’s going on. Still getting calls and letters from creditors. I hope it gets better.

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable during the process of my program. They would do their best to answer my questions. The process was a little slow at first but after I made a couple of deposits into the dedicated account things got rolling quickly.

Updated on 09/22/2025: So far so good. One down. One to go. Waiting for one more to clear up. Freedom Debt Relief program provides me help in eliminating my debt. I can't wait to get out of debt. SO far so good. Thank goodness for this program.

When I first started out with Freedom Debt Relief I thought I made the right decision... What I found out they charge way too much for each settlement.. I would end up paying more than the actual loans. Don't recommend...

Anthony is very knowledgeable and answers any question that comes up. He helped me get set up super fast and is super professional! Also, I love the dashboard. It shows everything you need to know! You can see what payments you have coming up and everything that has been paid already. They make you feel so good!

If you go through a problem, then don't be afraid to have someone help you. Enrolling with Freddom Debt Relief very easy. and they worked really well with me. I gave them my debt, how much I owed, and told them the companies that I was having problems with. They told me not to worry, that they'll help me work things out, and how much they would have to take out of my account every month after they made settlements with the companies. I've been getting emails from them all the time. It's been very easy and very comforting.

I was repeatedly assured that a debt management plan (DMP) is distinct from debt settlement. I later learned there is no material difference between them. I still had to stop paying my creditors and watch my FICO score plummet. I will be repairing my credit for years to come. The first settlement is helpful, but I am dreading what I’m sure is an enormous fee waiting for me. I wish the company had been honest about the process from the start.

At first, I did not understand the process and was disappointed in the progress of the settlements. I was patiently waiting, wondering if anything was progressing at all. The last couple of days, I was able to agree on settlements. I have two more I have requested to add via email: copies of demand letters from those creditors. No confirmation has been received on them being added yet to be worked on. I continue submitting payments to trust fund to settle these current debts but I would like to add two more. So far, I have been pleased with the results and income tax time plan to add extra to the trust fund to speed up the payments to the creditors that I am trying to clear in hopes to improve credit to purchase a home. I believe programs like these are a means to that end.

The representative talked with me about my issues and my financial problems. He took my income, ran it through the calculations, and sent me an email. He also explained how to set up the dashboard whenever I was ready.

Believe every word of all the one star reviews!! I read every one of them and felt like I was reliving my own experience. The straw that broke the camel's back for me was yet another conversation with them where I could not get a straight answer to even the simplest yes or no question. Instead, they would assume to know why I was asking the question and reply to that - or just play stupid and attempt to repeat my question back to me which never even came close to what I was asking - which, by the way, was about their fee, which is uppermost priority!!! Believe it!! And yes, you have control over the dedicated account unless it's for all the miscellaneous fees that you'd think would come out of their settlement fee - like $10 for a paper check or some other fee for an overnighted payment every month.

I am very pleased with my experience with FDR. They are understanding and went over my options with me, they answered all my questions. I only had to make one phone call and everything was handled. I have recommended to other people about your options and friendly advice that you offered.

Freedom Debt Relief, has helped me get my expenses paid down, and there is a light at the end of the tunnel, but I raised my monthly dedicated amount to crossroads, in the amount of 550.00, it is too hard for me to make this each month. If you actually read this review, is there any way I could have you lower the amount? I know the more I pay the faster the debt will be gone, but, I and my wife are now on just Social Security income and it is difficult for us to make ends meet.

But I have three accounts that have been paid off, so everything seems to be working out pretty well. Customer service has been good. File bankruptcy. It’s cheaper. This company takes a ton of money and is VERY slow on resolving your debt. They take about 1/2 of what you pay in. Lot of money for very little results. They make it seem like it’s so easy. Your credit rating will drop like a rock.

I don't know how many times, from various people and many scenarios in life, have I heard, "Trust us, we'll treat you like family". This may sound cliche, but FDR truly does. From the jump, the end goal is to guide you through your financial trials and tribulations. Many of the customer service personnel have/had shared sympathies and if not, there was never a shortness of empathy, and above all . . . no judgement. Now don't get it twisted, they keep it level and they affirm that the program is only as good as the work you put in. The more you put in, the greater and faster the outcome. I can't speak for anyone else, but I would 100% recommend anyone to contact them and I don't usually say that for many companies.

Signing up for FDR was one of the biggest mistakes I have made in a long time. While they sell you on the fact that the account is yours, they charge an exorbitant fee up front to ensure you can't afford to leave the program once you have signed up. I would not recommend. You are better off dealing with the creditors on your own. I was charged 3k in fees on a 10k settlement. That's higher than the interest rates I was being charged. SCAM.

I was interested in a way to pay off all my credit cards and have a fresh start. I spoke with Anthony Cheddie and he did such a great job explaining the program. I enrolled and could not be any happier. I am approaching a year on this program and it is working well for me. If I know anyone interested in this I am recommending Anthony and your company. I had to call 10 plus times to get the correct payoff amount in order to close my account. I got different answers each time even with management. Extremely frustrating when I paid everything a month prior in order to speed things along so I can buy a house.

Explain. Very good. Took time to explain and show how the program works. Question I have is now I'm getting all these creditors calling me for the payments and I'm confused on what to do. Do I pay them or or wait till you all get it going? I feel insecure right now, I have never missed to as my payments.

It would be Very nice if you would let ALL the Debtors enrolled in the plan that you are working with me, instead of just leaving them hanging not knowing that you are working with me. And the the part where you said Debtors can't contact us on weekends is Wrong, I get calls and text messages all weekend.

I reached out to Freedom Debt because I was on short-term disability, which turned into long-term disability, and I couldn’t keep up with my payments. I spoke with my creditors, and they were fine at first, but after about six months, I was still waiting on Social Security, and some were ready to sue me. I thought about chapter 7, but I have two vehicles I can’t lose, and I didn’t want to go that route. I wanted to pay off my credit cards. I originally got them to build my credit, not knowing I’d end up in a situation where I couldn’t work.

Deceptive. They need to be up front that you will be sued, creditors will sue you and embarrassingly serve you in front of loved ones/visitors/family. Not discreet at all. Bring in debt is mortifying as it is. Their legal team that helps you with law suits is HORRIBLE. They speak condescendingly to you, do not explain processes.

Just yesterday I was in debt beyond the point where I didn't know what I was going to do. Fortunately I was screwing the internet and send the debt relief freedom program.
