I had my very first debt settlement on a credit card debt done by Freedom Debt Relief. They cut the total credit card debt down drastically and I am very happy with the results. I am grateful for their service. I would recommend them to work with your creditors and to have your total debts lowered and paid off.

I have just started the process, but I have to say I felt comfortable and at ease explaining the situation to my agent, she was so professional and explained the process very clearly. The setup was fast and easy to follow along.

Freedom Debt Relief helped consolidate my credit card debt. Their people have always been helpful. Customer support is always good. One thing that could be improved is the settlement time. With the last one that we settled, we ended up doing it the way I felt like some of the other ones could have been done sooner. It was the only way to do it though. So, we did it that way. They deposited some money in my check, and then I paid the credit card. All the other ones, they had to pay them off, and they wouldn't give me the money to pay them off. The way the rules are written, they're the ones that cut the check to the credit card company, and now American Express just refused to do that. So, ultimately, they got down to where we had that settlement, and they said, "Look, will you settle for this amount? You think they'll settle for this amount?" I said, "Well, I think I can get them a little bit lower than that."

I am new to your program, but I was very impressed with the Noah. He is the one that helped me get started. I'm still a little nervous about doing this, but Noah helped me decide it was best that I do it.

Customer service with Freedom Debt Relief is great and the application process is good. However, the part when the payment comes out is slow. I had over $1,000 in there a couple weeks ago then all of a sudden, it's all gone.

They are doing excellent work with my creditors! I really appreciate all the work they are doing to get my payments paid! I am looking forward to getting all the creditors settled in the near future!

I liked Freedom Debt Relief's website. They're the first company I called, and I just went with them. Initially, I worked with a salesman who handles getting clients onboarding. Then I got assigned to another person that handles the account throughout. He was very good, very knowledgeable, very professional, and treated me with respect. He made me feel very comfortable. It’s a touchy situation when you're talking about people's debt. The application process was not long at all. I did it all in one evening on the phone. We set the payment plan up. They asked what I could handle monthly on the monthly deal, and we just agreed to a dollar amount. The dollar amount dictated how long it's gonna take to resolve the debt situation.

They have taken a big load off my back. At 77 years old I had been under a lot of stress. Trying to make it on Social Security and you keep borrowing and just get deeper in with getting more and more cards. Thank you Freedom.

Trust me you don't want to know what I think about your greedy little business. It's conspicuous you're more interested in your bottom line than what's best for me. You really should try to hide it more.

The reps were all good and helpful. I only have one account left, and then I'm done with the program. Freedom Debt Relief was good. If I needed something paid off, and I had the funds, they requested it and got it paid off. I'm graduating early from the program, so it's good.

I enrolled five accts in this program on Aug 20, 2025. By 12/18/2025 They had settled one acct at 50%. Just recently on 5/05/2026 they settled another acct at 45.%. I still have three accts to go. So far I'm quite pleased. Thank you FREEDOM DEBT RELIEF.

Freedom Debt Relief explained all of my debts and how much they’re gonna take out a month, and how the process works, like the amount that they take out is going to pay one card first or split it in half for two cards from there on until all my debt is paid off. They told me that if I wanted to change the amount that they take out any month, I'm able to do so, or if I needed to add another card on it, I'm able to do so also. They were very friendly, and then they spoke to me and answered all my questions that I had. The process was easy and I didn't even wait too long online. I'm also able to track my progress on the website easily.

They did a great job and kept me informed the whole time. They have already paid more off in 3 months than my last company did in 6 months. I would highly recommend them.. They have saved me almost half of what I owed.

Relieved. Eased my anxiety. I was skeptical at first. But the BBB report was very positive and my assistant was very knowledgeable and gives guidance at every step of the process. They negotiate with your debtor and all you have to do is make one consistent fixed monthly payment and they take care of the rest.

Before I called to inquire about a little relief financially from the unsurmountable never ending bills accumulating more and more, I was hesitant on making any decision. The knowledge, expertise, succinct, plan of action, and most of all the comfort I felt making a decision with someone I’ve never met before could not have gone better. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is facing what seems like a dauntless task of working just to pay off interest for what feels like forever. Now I will be debt-free in less than a year at which time my credit will accumulate faster with less negative interest attached to my name.

The plan given is reasonable and easy to work with. The app offers useful information that I can use to evaluate my progress. One thing I would like is to have them contact my creditors as the bills not being negotiated are in default now and when one of them offered a settlement. I forwarded the info and never heard anything back about it.

I was very pleased with information I received when I called. The people I talked to were very helpful and explained everything very well. I would use Freedom Debt Relief again and recommend to family and friends.

They put their payment above everything else. They could easily resolve more debt but always take their cut first preventing more settlements. Then they try to give you a loan that cost 50% more than current program.

I like the fact that working with FDR is great to be able to help get our debt reduced. However I don't discuss our finances with anyone other than with my creditors or with FDR. Nor do I discuss theirs. So I wouldn't refer any company to anyone. That's personal business.

I found Freedom Debt Relief on the internet and after I talked to them, I went with them. The enrollment process was good and the rep who assisted me was pretty explanatory about everything. So I was very happy with it. I have an account set up through them and I track my progress online. Their website is very easy to use. I'm in the initial stages of the program, but my experience has been good and I haven't had any problems or issues where I needed to call them at this point. Hopefully, the program will help get me out of the situation I'm in and make my financial status so much better. I would also tell my loved ones to give them a try because it worked for me so far.

Casey worked with me when I called! She was kind and compassionate - never made me feel bad about myself (I was doing enough of that myself). She guided me through the whole program. I just made my first dedicated deposit so hopefully I will see some action soon!

Within just a few months, they negotiated down one creditor's debt by over ten thousand dollars! That's amazing! They'll be negotiating with more creditors in just a few months, with similar results, I'm sure. I'm really excited to be debt free in under 5 years, versus 30 years, if I were left to my own devices.

This is my second go-around with Freedom Debt Relief and I've been very fortunate to have them. They’ve helped me a lot and they've been very good about settling my debts. Freedom Debt Relief was the first one I saw and I went with them. Everything was good with the rep and I have no complaints with the service I received. Everything went quickly and it’s all taken care of. There were no other fees than what they normally charge.

The process does take sometime as they say, the debt you have the calls won't stop until they get what they want. But the debt reliever program does keep up with you and check on you from time to time. As long as you communicate with them, they will keep up with you.

I was in dire straits with money and had no way to pay my bills, and Freedom Debt Relief seemed like a company that could help me structure what I had to do. They did a good job and were honest. I had dealt with another company that got me into a loan and messed up my credit, so I was very comfortable talking to Freedom and putting my money there. They were going through the motions as they said they would, and when I called, I could always get somebody. Signing up was very pleasant. The people were sincere and knew what they were talking about. I gave them a full summary of what was going on in my credit history, and as I went along, whoever I spoke to could get right into my file and help me. This has given me such a sense of relief. The credit card interest rates were out of control even paying all of them with 100% repayment. The principal and interest were both rising beyond my wallet. Working with FDR was easy. I had to stop payment a while back because I didn't have the money to pay Freedom Debt Relief. I was on short-term disability. So I got to start back up with them again. Hopefully, they'll give me a lower payment.

Since signing up with Freedom Debt Relief, I have experienced consistently timely, concise and regular updates on my debt consolidation process. Since August 13, 2025, when I originally signed up, three of my four accounts requiring assistance, have been satisfactorily resolved. The fourth and largest balance is now in negotiation, and I am confident it will be resolved very soon.

Dion was professional and informative. Process has been straightforward. I appreciate the app. The only thing I would have changed is knowing up front how much would need to be secured in deposit account before a settlement can be reached.

Their reps were excellent. They made me feel very comfortable. I was able to ask a lot of questions, and they were able to answer them, so I was very pleased with FDR. They got me through the first rough patch of debt, and then they suggested that I would probably be better off if I split over to a personal loan type thing, which is Achieve. What happened was they suggested we run through it because I didn't know anything about it. They explained to me how it would probably be beneficial for me to do something like that instead of paying off Freedom.

I really needed their help to get a grip on my finances after using the last of my savings to pay bills. I am a little concerned about the length of the process, but it is moving along. Especially as the companies I owe would not assist me. The only thing I concern myself about is my credit score.

I was paying off five credit cards, and at that rate, I was never gonna get them paid off. I went with FDR, and they were friendly, kind and understanding, and they have great customer reps. I’m enrolled in their program, and it’s 36 months.

Your staff/colleagues are always so very helpful and patient. Your representative was very patient with me as I had to upload a document, he walked me through every step and waited while I did it bit by bit very patiently. Freedom Debt Relief had me set up a two-year program instead of five years, so I’ve been paying more to them than what I should. I have to change it but they won’t let me. If clients are trying to get their stuff taken care of themselves and they don't work that way, they should be able to extend their payments. Other than that, their service is good.

I havent used this long enough to know if it's any good. I keep hearing from my credit card companies about missed payments. They say they have not heard from Freedom about making payments. This is the fourth company I have tried. I think you would be better just to file bankruptcy.

Not happy, FDR. Never comunícate with my debtors. I have to follow up with them. Also American express give a better offer before this account was taken in by a law office and I am that one who call FDR to communicate with the office who was suing me. Not happy.

Everyone has been so nice and the process was quick. I only wish that you would contact creditors as soon as a customer signs up as part of the service. I was told why you don’t do it but I feel that creditors don’t always believe us customers. Other than this matter I have truly had piece of mind since signing up. Thank You again.

Enrolling with Freedom Debt Relief was good. They told me everything about the program. I'm done with the program and there were no difficulties. The only problem I had with them was the computer said if I got a letter from a creditor, to upload my documents and no action is taken. They didn't tell me I needed to call and let them know at that time I uploaded. I then received a court order regarding a creditor. As soon as I received it, I uploaded it. That Monday when I called, Freedom Debt Relief hadn't even seen it. But they took care of it once they saw it and got it to the legal department. If you need debt relief, I recommended Freedom Debt Relief.

Everything is going good, keep up the good work. No! I mean Great! Thank you very much again for all your hard work you have accomplished, I’ll keep the payments up and you keep up the great work!

Freedom Debt Relief has helped take a bit of burden away from us. If you have debt over $10,000, I would recommend them, especially if you are in a bind. Since I've been with them, I had one debt that went to court, so they couldn't take care of it for me, but they've been able to take care all of the others so far. If I have a question, they give me a very clear answer. They don't put me on hold and make me wait forever. FDR was able to do $200 twice a month. I'm hoping that we can get that lowered or somehow changed. It's hard for us because we are struggling financially. I tried to call yesterday, which was a Sunday, to see if I could get my payment extended out a couple days, because I'm waiting on my disability check. They say they're available seven days a week, but when you call them, they're not available on the weekends. They just have the answering service. If they update that on their website, that would be helpful.

They have been really helpful with working with my older accounts, they help me assess me with any questions I have at any time. And they been working on bringing me back on track with my accounts. Thank you so much for the help.

I came across Freedom Debt Relief when I was looking online and the service has been great so far. I called, asked a question and the rep told me exactly what was going on and who was dealing with them right now. They answered right away. If I want to move my payment and make my payment early, they’ll do it and tell me when exactly my payment will go through. Everything's been nice and smooth. I track the progress on the app and me being 61, it's easy. I have had two people ask me about Freedom and I shared how they’ve worked with me. Money was already tanking because I had a bad mortgage. My mortgage was sold off to another company, and the other company screwed me big time. So, my credit was going down. But Freedom explained the process of my credit dropping and then going back up.

I am very pleased with the way Freedom Debt Relief has handled my account. All my questions are answered in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend them to anyone. My Wife is thinking of using them in the future.

Freedom Debt Relief has helped in giving me peace of mind every month and bringing these debts down, over a course of time, as long as I make my payments, I feel comfortable. I could have done several other things. But I reached out to FDR, because after a lot of research, I have found out that they have a lot of good reviews. I'm just gonna go from there. Also, they were able to give me a monthly exact, not going to fluctuate up or down or anything like that, and settle and pay over so many months. I do not know yet how that's gonna affect me, and I'll figure that out as they go. I'm comfortable with my decisions. I didn't know what was going on until FDR billed this, up to the person to continuously look at their dashboard and read all this, which is cool, and putting the number in for the phone calls.

Freedom Debt Relief has helped my life become way less stressful. They are really quick on making settlements with your debt. I am very pleased with everything they’ve done for our situation. I recommend them to my daughter and it’s really helped her resolve her debt also.

They were very understanding and offered me a way to reduce my debt even in the short term and in the long-term, it could save me 2/3 of my debt in the short-term 1/4. I’ve only just started so hopefully they’ll be able to settle all of the debts that I gave to them. But they do have a good review in trust pilot check that out.

Freedom Debt Relief explained to me what they do, so I tried going with them and doing a debt consolidation instead of doing bankruptcy. Everything seems to be doing okay. I always get updates. Freedom Debt Relief always alerts me. I always get follow-ups on my app to let me know what's going on. As long as I keep up on my payments, everything will be fine. If I call and ask a question, they'll explain it to me. If I get anything from a debt collector, I always reach out and let FDR know what's going on. They would tell me what to do, if I need to email them that information or fax it over to them.

This is my second round with the debt program. So far so good. Can't wait for things to start happening. Glad I decided to give it a try. Looking forward to a new beginning. Waiting on progress from. The program.

It takes time just like anything that is good but once it starts it starts. I’m so excited to and can’t wait to be totally debt free and I’m not getting in debt ever again. No credit for me if I can’t buy it or save for it then my learned lesson is I don’t need it. Freedom Debt Relief is saving me from being broke saving me from panic attacks and years of stress and getting myself in more financial strains. I’ll tell anyone and everyone to use this program because FREEDOM DEBT RELIEF IS THE REAL DEAL!!! This is my honest true life experience. Nothing was given to me or promised to me for this. I'm still in the program, but it has been good thus far. I had one card company, a federal credit union, that would not accept Freedom Debt Relief. But they provided me a lawyer and he advised me on what to do. I did that and it all worked out fine. Make sure you have an account where they can automatically draft the money monthly, because that's the way they operate. If you need help, they're the persons to go to. It's a little pricey. But it's worth it.

Freedom Debt Relief is great. They were referred to me by a friend and I went with them because of their reputation. During the sign-up, I just needed to send them my information and the bills that I owed. Then they came back with a proposal to me, and I signed it. We went over the bills, and we came up with a plan. FDR is a very good company to work with. They make my life easier. I would recommend them.

I’m through with Freedom Debt Relief's program. It was 11 months before, then they went to the loan. It's easy enough that I was able to take care of things instead of trying to pay taking from Peter to pay for Paul, and trying to juggle them to get them done. I got a few of my littler bills cleaned up, but it still was a long process. The people I have worked with are professional and efficient. I could call anybody anytime, and I also had specialists that I work with on different things that we were trying to manage. There are some people that this wouldn't work for, because you have to be committed to be in a program like this. If you are just looking for a quick, easy way out, one, two and done, that isn't going to happen. It's going to take a while and with persistence.

I have just started the program. So far, the process have been easy and those i have worked with have been gracious. I already feel guilty enough and they have been reassuring and non judgemental. I wish I hadn't waited to start the program.

I used Freedom Debt Relief in the past and I had a very good experience with them. Unfortunately, I got myself in the situation again. The debt consultant was very good. The monthly payment plan was tailored to my financial income and they worked so I could be at peace with everything. I tried to use their website, but I'd rather talk to them. Freedom Debt Relief explained the amount of money that had been quoted to me for the bills that I had. They also explained to me how to navigate the website. I would go to it, click “help”, and put in the search for what I needed help with. But I don't need help often because it's so simply explained. I am retired now. And at 70, it's hard to remember things and do things exactly as you should, and this program makes it so simple. I list my creditors, let Freedom do an automatic withdrawal, and they pay all my creditors out a bit at a time.

It’s a good program if you owe out more than you make, if you're trying to get approved for something don't do it cause it drops your score way low. You have to build it back up slowly, they do the negotiation so less work for in and in my case I needed that so they're pros an cons as anything else. 🙏🏼

The guy that signed me up told me about everything, and I was happy with the process and the way it's supposed to work. It's easy. If you are in any debt and need help, FDR is a reputable company. I was in such bad shape with debt that I needed some help. I saw Freedom Debt Relief and called them, not thinking I was going to use anybody, but then I decided to go with them based on how they presented everything and made everything seem easy. I signed up over the phone and it took 20 minutes or longer. I had to give them some information, so they can do a credit check on me. They gave me a dollar figure of how much they would take out every two weeks, and I was able to set it up to where every time I got paid so I didn't have to worry about it. The fees seem to be reasonable and the service has been good. So far, they've negotiated three out of seven cards and saved roughly 40% to 50% on each.

The company has been very helpful in organizing my debt relief and the payment process has been consistent. I have faith that this will continue to work on my behalf. When I need help I just reach out and they are there to assist in a timely manner and never hesitate to find answers for me in a friendly manner.

I saw an advertisement for Freedom Debt Relief and it sounded like it was a good company. I've been with them for a year. But up until today, I can't get into my phone. I'm having trouble getting logged in. It's not sending me a code. I tried speaking to FDR, but nobody has called me back. Other than that, my interactions with the FDR debt consultant have been good.

1st agent I talked to was very argumentative. Could not have a civil conversation with her. Next agent seemed concerned & very understanding, she seemed to be very knowledgeable. She was commiserating with me., which was nice. All in all I was very satisfied with the outcome!

I'm really happy with the progress of my settlements. Getting regular updates really helps keep my stress level low and positive for the end result. Very happy with the customer service being friendly and helpful.

If you got a lot of debt, Freedom Debt Relief is the way to go. Go for it. I'm comfortable with my decision of going to them. I checked them out and went with them. Everything was new to me and they made me feel comfortable and that I was doing the right thing. Things are moving along. I'm finally getting to someplace. I have had a couple of cards discharged, and they're off the list. A couple of them are in negotiations.

I would never recommend FDR. As someone that was over 50k debt, I ended up in court and paid exorbitant fees for this service. Non-profit organizations can do the same for you without the fees. Please keep this in mind. If you have debt with Target or Discover you will end up in court. I was able to finish my program early through a lump payment. I over-paid and they are still sitting on 2k of my money after 2 months with no resolve in sight. DO NOT USE THIS PROGRAM!!!!

I went through the Freedom Debt Relief Program and it is a wonderful feeling to be finally out of debt. The Credit Card Debt that I had was choking me and would have taken me over 30 years to pay off. I would highly recommend this program for anyone that is being strangled by debt. It was a very good experience with FDR. They explained things very well. They were on our behalf. And they were just a good company. They did what they said they were gonna do. We had so much debt because of the circumstances. On each of those credit cards and things that we owed, the interest rate was so exorbitant that we were never going to be able to pay them off.

Just want you guy to. Tell my creditors to lower the amount as much as they can, so I can continue to pay it. Bring it down as far as they can, which will help me out also. Don’t wanna be paying this forever.

Customer Service is great, always ready to help understand the process of Freedom Debt Relief. They know what is best for their clients and give the relaxing time during financial stress. When you are under stress you do not see a way to solve the problem you are in. Interest on Credit Cards are too high, everything is going up and sometimes you use the credit cards to solve today needs. I appreciate the service I am getting, looking for new Settlements and be able to reorganize myself and take care of my debt and my finances.

I joined in August, 2025. It took a while to build up my money for negotiations. When settlements started, things started moving quickly. Mind you, I have 13 settlements to make. Five have been settled of which three are paid. Two are in a structured settlement. I’m pushing hard to make my dedicated deposits for faster settlements ahead. Still have lots of months to go but I have been satisfied to this point. Fees seem a little high but I’m paying for peace of mind that I can’t put a price on. By being dedicated I hope to graduate earlier than anticipated. Hate that my credit has taken a hard hit. But it was getting worse day by day anyway. Looking forward to the day I’ll be debt free.

There are a lot of debt relief programs out there. But I am very happy to say that I found the one for me. Freedom Debt Relief has great and they restored my faith in believing that a company will do as they promise to do. That is why I am satisfied with Freedom Debt Relief. All of our debt would be enrolled, we make payments, and Freedom Debt Relief would negotiate with our creditors to get it lower. We would pay them through payments to Freedom Debt Relief. Their reps are excellent, fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to get ahold of. The program made it so won't have long term effects that some of the other options had. It allowed us to move forward without taking eight steps back.

I've had a good experience with FDR. I have used them before, and they did a good job. I went with them again and working with them was convenient. I see what they're doing and I can go on and check it any time and I'm in favor of it.

A good experience is that they're trying to knock my credit card debt down. And when they did some of them, they called me up right away and said, "We resolved the problem. They took what bills I had and made a payment. Put down a smaller payment per month. It worked out well. It took a lot of pressure off me as well. The program is ok and have a few of my debt negotiated. The accounts with the lowest amounts. The only thing I don't like is you will not speak to the creditors to assure them they are in the program. Also when I signed up I was told if I got a garnishment from there was legal help in the program. Well I did and they were absolutely no help at all. Would not speak to the creditor and advised me to take them out of my program and I am currently being garnished. I got in this program to prevent that.

I was with Cordoba debt relief program in the beginning, and the communication that I had between them and me was horrible and did not explain the program that I enrolled in very well. I decided to switch to Freedom Debt Relief. They’ve been great. They have settled five of my seven debts that I have enrolled in less than one year in. My graduate date from the program will end up being about three years, eight months. Every time I call I get a hold of somebody that I can understand and explains it to me. I would highly recommend them. They’ve been great.

It has been a great process.. Staff are excellent.. The only issue I have had is I cannot get into my account... I have called and sent email with no success getting in... The set up was easy and whole process has been a great success in decreasing my debt fast.

You get a team of professionals working on your behalf. It takes a lot of the pressure off of paying off debts. This is a great way to start getting out of debt. It's a good program for people overburdened with debt.

Everything is great with Freedom Debt Relief. I first heard about them from one of my friends who said that they are a great company. He said I could enroll with them, so I could get out from debt quickly. For the enrollment process, I went to Freedom Debt Relief's website and I started filling up all the applications. I got my information then after all the submitting them to Freedom, somebody called me and they were explaining how the program would work and how they’d deal with all those companies. Then they put me on a monthly payment. But my payment was large and they said they’d break it down in two parts, so I pay them bi-weekly.

Communication from representatives needs improvement. They don't speak from a place of empathy and understanding of your concerns, I've found. I've repeatedly said I don't want to jeopardize a few financial relationships that they were totally dismissive of. The guy from Symple Lending was a real jerk about my concerns. I had serious thoughts about cancelling the service after my experience with him.
