I appreciate all the help. Thank you. It’s nice to know that when you call there is someone to answer your questions and help you with support and suggestions. I have only had to call a couple of times and both times I was able to get help with the problems and concerns I was having.

My dad was a customer of Freedom Debt Relief and he recommended it. The rep answered all of my questions and helped me set up my account smoothly. I feel like I've received good service. However, I've been with Freedom Debt Relief going on three years now. I haven't seen much change in my debt resolution and changes with regard to my credit score. Inquire to see if FDR will be something that you will be interested in, as far as consolidating a debt and getting your credit card payments down. I also encourage you to look into other options and see if some of the resolutions can be solved by themselves.

Freedom Debt Relief provides everything. Whenever I needed, I called them and asked them questions. And they answered them very good. Every time I called, and even the person that was assigned to me, they answered right away. And they answered all my doubts. The only thing is when the people that I owe call me, I have to tell them. They should call the people that I owe and let them know that I'm in their program, so that way they won't bother me anymore. Go ahead and do it with FDR. I don't trust the other ones because I heard that they don't do anything and they take your money. On the other hand, these people really work with you.

My experience with freedom from debt relief has been rewarding. I am so relieved and I’m in the very early stages but I’m extremely relieved that I’ve made this choice. My initial contact was with a man named Trey and he was professional and put me at ease and I’ve had several follow up phone calls and they’ve gone wonderfully. The dashboard is easy to operate. I understand fully what’s happening and what I need to do next. The personal testimonies of the first few months are also extremely important. I suggest people read or watch them. They’re all available to you at the touch of going on your dashboard.

As always, the customer service was excellent and very helpful. When I panicked in reference to a creditor serving me with papers to appear in court, they quickly assured me that I had no need to worry, and assisted me in every ways. I absolutely love being in the FDR Program.

I am only one month into my program, but it already is going super smooth... You will get a lot of calls from creditors, but just ignore them. I only answer phone calls I have saved... Their customer service is beyond the best in the biz, highly recommend Freedom Plus.

I have call a few times and all were very helpful. I am pleased to see my bills decreasing. I am very pleased on how everything is going. I have dealt with the legal part of the bills. I was very relieved that I had legal office to turn to with some problems.

I was going through a financial situation and it was hard for me to do it myself. FDR personnel are always helpful and professional; and always caring and friendly; I’m very pleased with the program. Our program is progressing very well. I think the cash loan accounts could be negotiated much much lower. I paid extra once on 5th and you kept taking money out on 5th but I get paid 10 and 25th so you kept overdrafting my account for 35 dollars. Not too bright. It is nice to finally try to pay debts.

When I sold my house, I didn't get part of what I actually wanted to get so I still had some outstanding bills. Being on just Social Security, it was gonna be hard for me to make all the payments so I called Freedom Debt Relief to see what they could do for me. I was pretty comfortable with their rep. They have a lot of information on the phone. If you have a question, they'll answer it for you. I've kept my payment plan like it's been now for a couple years. I'm paying on three of them out of the five that I have. It has been tough but when you only make so much money, you can only afford so much. Working with Freedom has made it easier for us to live, my wife and I. We don't have to worry about putting out $1,800 versus 900 that we do now.

We were paying $600 a month for our debt obligations. Working with Freedom brought it down to about half that. But, it takes a long time to get settlements. It's been two years and more than half the debt is still there. Other than that, FDR works great and it's doing everything we asked them to.

Told several coworkers about FDR. Ease of applying was great! Payment method was very workable for my budget. Always polite when I have questions or concerns. I am not a techy but the associates I have dealt with took time to walk me through the application process!

Overall I'm happy. I do feel the ball was dropped on one of my accounts. I sent in all the paperwork, send in the collection letter, tried to get ahold of the legal department and was not helped. Now a 3rd of my paycheck is getting garnished every two weeks till August. I'm in a worse financial situation than when I started.

A collection agency call about an enrolled debt. I called and was guided through the process of how to what to do by the customer service representative. The representative was very patient, courteous, and professional. Initially, I had no idea what debt the collect agency was referring to as the bank and company was unfamiliar to me; however, with the help of the customer service representative, I was able to figure it out.

At the end of working with Freedom Debt Relief, it is reflecting on my credit score. It is hard knowing that it's still in my record. But from there, everything's fine.

Freedom Debt Relief called and walked me through the process, verbally, all the information that I had already absorbed on the website. The program was for credit cards and it was awesome too because they dug into my credit and there were a few medical bills that I had no idea were dinging my credit that they figured out for me. It's a four-year program for me. So I got another two years. But they've already sorted out two of the cards. I have two more cards and more medical bills. They negotiate down the price and pay it off on a payment plan. They send me texts, all of the moments where I have to approve the negotiation or say, "Yeah. Let's go ahead and pay this card." They've been very tuned in and it has been a great process. I've noticed my credit rising since working with them.

We were told and confirmed a monthly call time but never received it or the next two months. Not sure if we are to continue having calls. So some communication isn't the best but otherwise it's going ok. I don't know anyone to refer at this point. None of our friends know we have financial woes.

Freedom was very helpful. They took their time, added up my bills for me and told me how much I need to put in to finish early. It is only one payment a month and I don't have to worry about phone calls, getting a money order for this and that or going online. They took care of everything and as long as I put in money in my deposit, they made sure things were paid.

I had gone through a divorce and I had some marital debt that I didn't want to worry about paying so I reached out to Freedom Debt Relief. Every time I've called, their reps have been really helpful. But there is a company connected with Freedom that gives a loan out for the whole amount, and then you pay them which sounds a lot better to me than having to drag it out for so many years. They got my hopes up because, where I was working, I didn't make enough money and it just frustrated me because when dealing with credit issues, you wouldn't want to be denied again. Other than that, I haven't had any collection calls 'cause that's a worry whenever I'm trying to fix all this stuff.

I had overwhelming debt and I couldn't pay it monthly. I called Freedom Debt and it seemed like the right option. I was skeptical at first and I didn’t want to do it because I thought my credit rating was gonna go bad. But the representative said that my credit was gonna be bad anyway but this way, with their program, I could build it up. He was right. It has been such a relief to make those payments and have the creditors off my back. I could attest that it was a hard journey but it worked. I made the payments on time. So, it was reasonable. Everybody has been really helpful and I'll be done in a year.

Freedom has been very helpful and informative. I was comfortable working with them. It dragged down my credit score drastically which I did not expect. Other than that, everything's been great. Two of my debts have been resolved. I have some others already in contract and a couple more that need to get negotiated.

I did not get help for my Discover card that has been taken to court. I need to know how to pay it down in order did them to not sue me. When your company is who told me to stop paying them in the first place.

I've currently closed off two accounts. I did notice a couple of things during my experience with Federal Debt Relief. Everything is working out fine. I wish the creditors will reverse the fees that are accrued when a negotiation payoff is agreed.

Debts paid and not cleared. Still getting letters. When I pay a debt it should be cleared. Still getting USSA letters. I’m so disgusted with the service I have received. I’m about to drop the company. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The lady who helps me was very detail in your conversation. Send me a letter to pass on to the property management in order for me to get houses. Housing decline my application because of the credit score and the credit agencies have not updated the reports.

They've been good about everything. Anytime I have questions, they answered them and I felt good about it. A debt program is a long process but once things get going and your debt is gone, then you're fine.

There was a little gentleman that started trying to settle debt through Tinker. Supposedly, they finally agreed and I thought that it was taken care of. But I got a call from Tinker and I was told that they never got the check. I was assuming that the check got lost in the mail. But the gentleman would never answer my call and he wouldn't answer Tinker's call. I left messages and voicemail. Every time I called, I got ahold of a different person and they were trying to figure out what was going on as well. But other than that, Freedom Debt Relief has done really well with me. Finally, they did cut another check and Tinker got it and they called to let me know they received it.

I understood accounts to be negotiated and paid out, not payments to be made,, have some people that are rude and treat you, as you are stupid, need more people that understand we feel the stress and do not need it compounded.

I'm still not satisfied about how and why that extra credit has been added to that program and suddenly that credit has been paid in the past. I need some record or better explanation and writing before the program close completely.

I was increasingly getting more and more in-debt, eight credit cards, and I was overwhelmed with getting notices from collection agencies. So, I went online, found Freedom Debt Relief and I liked the easy access to their websites. We went through every account and they explained everything. Whenever I call them, they always are very helpful. It took about a year till I started seeing debts get settled. There have been months where I've struggled making payments and they affect the negotiations that they've got set up. So, it's just important to commit to making a payment every month or every two weeks.

Enrolling with Freedom for my credit cards was really easy and fast. Their reps said everything came down to how they settle and how fast they could settle. They've been awesome and really helpful. When I call, they answer the phone right away. If I have a situation, they handle it in a timely manner.

Freedom just sends me an email when they have a settlement and I need to sign the paper. They also ask me to look into my account every month to make sure everything's good. Sometimes it's a little difficult in negotiations but Freedom is still negotiating with my creditors. I've been comfortable with this company. If anybody calls me, I tell them that I'm working with Freedom and they leave me alone. I recommend Freedom. With them, I don't have to worry about the bills that I can't afford to pay but I wish it would end sooner.

I needed to have somebody to help me with my debt so I called the Freedom Debt Relief number. The woman that handled it was named Angel and I knew that it was going to be great and it worked out perfectly for me. The program will take 48 months. I got three left out of the nine we started with. Everything else has been settled. Freedom calls and lets me know when something's happening. I received papers served to me that I had to contact them back. In less than a day, Freedom had attorneys that handled it for me and I never went to court. It was satisfying. I'm happy with Freedom Debt Relief and I tell people about them all the time.

Good experience and would do it again if necessary. Employees of FDR have been very courteous and helpful.... And most of all, have kept my affairs very private. I called to get information about my negotiations process and making an extra payment to see how things would work. I was treated with respect and was given very useful information and things were explained very clearly. I was also given a status update of my negotiations. The help was much appreciated.

Received summon for JP Chase Morgan and they told me to talk to NLLG. I did and I had to fax the summons to them so I did this today. I called them and told them that I faxed them to them and asked them if I had to go to court, because I thought this was being taken care of. I also up my payments from 300 to 350.

Capital One account that I can’t recognize. I have expressed that you all should go to the source that gave you all the numbers to get the completed number. I need to have all accounts I listed on my initial application be in negotiations. Your call center has been useless to me. I have been given different information each time I called.

My staff member was fantastic! Very kind, informative and will to get the information accurately if he didn’t know. Quick response, he was able to provide me with information to follow up on and walk me through technical issues as well.

No one reads long reviews. I wasted money with this company. They refused to take responsibility. Stay away from FDR. They are a scammer. They will collect their fees for less than professional services. Don't think they are helping. They will make your credit score and debt worse than when you began the process.

I have been able to work on my debt at my pace. With Freedom Debt Relief I have been able to not worry about my debt. Stress free from these credit card companies. The debt relief people have made great deals with the credit card companies.

The reps were very clear on the procedure and processes. They were very pleasant on the phone and all questions were answered. Freedom asked me what I could afford and we went with the plan. At this point, everything is either resolved or in the process. They worked with me and impacted my life greatly. I didn't have to file bankruptcy. My wife has some hefty bills from her doctors because she has stage four cancer so that helped me stay on top of those bills. I got excellent service. There have been times that I haven't been able to afford the monthly payments and they've obliged by cutting the payments to a minimum for a couple of months. I was unemployed through COVID and they stopped the payments for three months. So, it was great.

Freedom Debt Relief was always quick in letting me know what was going on with my debt resolutions and was very upfront with fees or other expenses that may come about. The only thing I would say they need to work on, is their Legal Department. I reached out to them several times over harassments and lawsuits from my creditors and would hear back nothing.

FDR was very attentive to my situation. There were plenty of people ready to provide answers to my questions and make the whole experience more comfortable. When I had questions about notices I received, they helped answer my questions and upload the documents.

Many times I have called I have received inaccurate information and representatives have been giving different information each time I call. I was advised that they would escalate an account and representatives refused, after speaking with a supervisor who finally escalated the account negotiations did nothing and never contacted the creditor on my behalf. When I have left messages for a supervisor most of the time I did not receive a callback. Would not recommend.

During the height of COVID I was Laid off and the people I spoke to were unprofessional and most of all unsympathetic. We were paying in as much as we could and we did not want to leave the program. My wife has a separate account. And after one encounter she was crying and insisted on going bankrupt. I held steadfast until one call when I questioned the amount of fees taken out and the person on the line stated "we have a right to those fees and if you like it you might as well leave the program and go bankrupt." I am a business consultant and I don't just complain. I am sure whomever that was has cost you clients.

I was very pleased with the rep I worked with. The payment plan was good. But I had to have it cut down because I got sick. I had a lot of medical bills, so I had to call them and ask to cut it down to 175, which they did. Working with them helped take the debt away, so I'm happy about that.

Freedom negotiated my medical bills and a credit card to lower them. They've lowered my bills to a little bit more than half of what I owed. They were good with me on the payment plan and if I had any questions, they could answer them. Two of my bills have been settled and I have one that is still in the process.

Lack of explanation on how program actually works. FDR fees taken on day one limiting the ability to reduce debt. Lack of response when issues arise. "Leadership" never responds or follows up. Lies from service agents telling customer how concerned "leadership" is.

This company is great to work with and very responsive to your needs. They are on the ball when a settlement offer comes in. They have saved me a lot of money and interest charges. This was a hard decision to make, but it was worth it.

Taking too long to settle, as well as hard to lower payments once they are set. Only willing to lower for 3 months also, even with Covid!! Hard to afford and harder to get out of once you have started. Better off filing bankruptcy.

The explanations were very uncomplicated so that I could understand what was happening. I love the monthly email reminding me to check my account and print out my statement. I like the communication too. They're not on the phone with me all the time bugging me to do this or that. It’s very efficient and personal but they're not breathing down my neck.

There are things we need not spend time doing thus I’d say the programs has excellent features designed for a purposes and it works; but someone telling me I am doing good is sort of a waste of time. That may work for a single mom somewhere that needs her constant reinforcement but not me. An important feature would be the fact that where a number of creditors do not accept settlements, file and serve actions, Freedom provides counsel at no cost.

I wish I had a say in the strategy and order in which items were paid. Limited lumpsum payment option or loan options to repay cards quicker and go through added stress of diminished credit scores and starting from the bottom up. It’s a catch 22.

At first, it was like a lot of money for Freedom Debt Relief but when I sat down and looked at the bill and the amount, it was just right for me. The payment plan was a lot but I had to sacrifice and do what I had to do. Seeing debts get settled happened very quickly because I had a few monies in the account for Freedom to do what they have to do. After that, everything has been good. I’m pleased with the service and it's a very satisfied program. They help you in what you need and more but mine was just for my debt collection.

I got a little crazy and I went overboard. And then I looked on Better Business Bureau and Freedom Debt Relief came up with a good rating. Because a lot of them, once you look, you start getting messages from everybody. FDR was good to get me started and they contact me to get my okay if I agree on the deal, but they've been hands on everything. I'm like a silent partner in my own business. They handled everything. I get a phone call every now and then. “Do you approve this?” So an email. Now four of them are gone and they’re doing the work into the fifth one. They handle the money aspect of it. I don't have to do anything. That's why I love FDR.

If I knew what was going to happen to my bank account I would of never signed up for this. One of the creditors that is included in the debt reduction stole 416.13 and yes I put in a stop draft on Upgrade Inc. but they changed their number or whatever it is so the bank let them take it which I paid 25.00 to have that done. Then I put in a dispute to find out I may never get my money. The bank can only ask them to return it. They don't have to. So now I am trying to get an appointment with my bank to close that account and open a new one but with Covid they are all booked up and I have to wait for the next appointment. Meanwhile your company will want your money and I am not putting any more money in it so they don't steal it. And it would be nice if your company would call Upgrade Inc. and try to get my money back.

So far so good. It has worked out as planned. I wish I could add more to my account to speed the process but that is not possible at this time. Thanks for your help. Hopefully this will all be over soon.

This is the first time I've ever consolidated bills and it has made my credit score go way down but I'm trusting that what FDR said that once paid off, my score will go up triple points is true. I told Freedom Debt Relief what my debt was and they estimated what they would be able to work out and asked me what the minimum payment would be. There were two things that happened. One of them was $210 and I went with that. Then, there was supposed to be an insurance policy in case something went wrong for an extra $19 a month. They charged me a year and a half for that. One of my credit cards went into defunct and they refused to help me because they didn't put the $19 a month toward the extra thing. They put it to my payment. So, I got one credit card in defunct right now that went to court because they wouldn't represent me. It's been a terrible experience for me.
