I haven't been with Freedom Debt Relief very long; however I am very pleased with their customer service representatives. They are very understanding, comforting, very knowledgeable. I'm still in the beginning stages and my nerves were all over the place; however each representative I would speak with was very understanding and by the time we were hanging up we were laughing together, sharing our stories. I'm looking forward as this process moves along. I sincerely pray that I will not be let down as I am SUPER EXCITED to see how this program is unfolding. It's truly an amazing feeling to no longer sit for 2 hours or so going over all my debt every month. Thank You Freedom Debt Relief, so far!!

Freedom has been a great help to us when we got in a very bad spot in our lives. Even in hard times there is help out there. They are great to work with and are always helpful and work with you at all times.

I enrolled during the heat of the COVID-19 when things were bad on debts. But as now things are little bit improved and I’m able breathe. Grateful for Freedom debt. So I’m recommending this to any of my friends. This will keep you out of debt if you apply efforts.

Account ending in 7450 has been in negotiation for over 2 years and per conversation with Mc Arthy law has been settled since January of 2020. Now I have to do the leg work to find out if it has been settled or not. I thought this was your job. Very dissatisfied.

We love the program. The only issue I have is the debt you enroll seems to increase because it’s still accruing late fees and that gets factored in. The fees that debt relief takes seems a little steep in the beginning because it looks like they would pay more to get the relief before they take their fee. My graduation date has changed and again I think that’s all of the fees adding up. Still excited to see the end.

I was nervous when I started two years ago and now I not nervous because I am almost done with paying my debt off. I did add a large amount recently to get me over the top. Very helpful when I all and always answer my questions. Thank you to all!

Initially, the experience with the rep seemed very good. FDR has taken the monthly bills that come in. There's just one payment now each month. But since then, FDR takes money out of my account every month and I don't know what's going on. It's kind of ridiculous. I don't know what's paid and what isn't. It's been going on for a couple of years now and I don't know how much longer will it take.

I was in my FDR program for 20 months, with about $16,000 in debt. FDR helped me save over $9,000! At times it may feel like FDR is doing nothing on your case, but rest assured, they are working on it. I do not regret having FDR help me and I highly recommend them.

I have received many letters to settle my last card for a great amount and Freedom has ignored the letters I forwarded to them and will not answer me. And it’s costing me a lot. And the started with was done away with right away.

The rep listened to me, understood my request and found a good solution. My pay is going to be delayed this month and my balance might not cover the direct debit. The rep changed it, for this month to make it more likely that the funds will be in my account. The rep told me that if the funds (my pay) were still not in my account by that date, it can be moved ahead again. I just need to let FDR know.

I am so very thankful I came across Freedom Debt Relief! They have helped me so much with my debt that I know I would have never got paid off without them. They always looked for ways to decrease my amount owed! I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you, FDR!

Very good, able to help me settle my debts to pay it faster. Good service and helps all you to deal with you credit institutions. The plan setup is very straightforward and you can call???? anytime (business hour if you need help).

Since joining I have paid off some debt, hadn’t enrolled in this program my credit would have continued to decrease. Now I am excited about getting my credit back on track. They have work with me in paying on time and also help me not miss a payment by decreased two payments during hard times. I am on track now. Will add other debt when time permit. I was inquiring to see if I could take back a certain amount from account, as I am having some financial difficulties. Monica was very helpful in explaining that I did have enough and that it would not affect any future settlements.

Communications with your Law Group is not as easily attainable as I would expect it to be when a question regarding a settlement is not responded to. After a few calls to support and a response stating the law group cannot contact the bank in question I did the contact myself. Followed their instructions to assist with documentation forwarded to Support for transfer to Law. At the same time I received a COURT resolution date initiated by the Bank due to no FDR communication regarding a resolution plan for the indebtedness as part of my consolidation. That court Documentation was also passed on to Support and ended up being a JUDGEMENT against me for the total amount. I am sure that has destroyed my credit restoration and any future plans I have to restore my financial situation in the short term.

FDR is doing a great job at helping me resolve my credit debt. I would recommend them to my family and friends. My credit score is starting to look good and I’m very happy with that. So yes I would recommend them.

FDR has been right there with me through all of this. It's hard to watch my credit scores bounce around but it has been good to get the debt paid off. I know the outcome will be positive! It will be nice to have this large debt taken care of and in the past.

I have total confidence in FDR. Even when a creditor was suing me, FDR's legal team took care of everything and was able to negotiate a settlement. It makes me want to add more funds to speed up the progress. I am notified when a deal has been made and I can accept or refuse the settlement.

Yes I would recommend this program to anyone that is falling more in debt and is behind in their credit card payments. It has helped me tremendously. It was available for me last year when COVID started. Thank you.

When I first signed up for the FDR I was told my graduation date would be 2023. Each time a settlement takes place it pushes my date back. I can say that I do receive emails when this occurs. But it is disappointing. I feel like I should have taken a loan and paid this debt off instead.

I called customer service about an email message I received regarding a settlement. I had a question about the settlement. It was answered by the representative I spoke to. I also had a few other questions that she was able to answer for me and was very helpful.

I'm not unhappy with Freedom Debt Relief, but there are a few things that I wish had happened a little differently. They immediately contacted and made us change our phone number. But then creditors didn't pay attention to that. Then they bothered you and anything that hasn't been negotiated still keeps hitting on my credit, so my credit score tanks when I first signed up with them. But they've negotiated everything and it's helped me a lot. The girl who signed me up was terrific. She explained everything. I've got copious notes that I took when I was talking to her and I can refer back to them if I need to. They also have dashboards you can look at. I check it every month to see how many more payments I have and all of that is accessible to each client. That's a nice thing, to be able to just look and not have to make phone calls 'cause you don't get statements.

My experience with Freedom Debt Relief has been extremely positive. When I first entered the program I didn't have a lot of hope that I could be debt free. The agent that helped me through the enrollment process was knowledgeable and reassuring. Now I am almost halfway to my graduation date. I have had issues along the way, but each time I have had to contact a customer service agent there is reassurance that I am on the right track.

The expectations you get when you sign up fall short as the settlements are made. I realize there is a small savings but by the time you pay all the fees, it's not so great. I realize that with settlements there are no interest charges so that is a plus

I have been with Freedom since January, they have resolved 2 of my credit cards. The only thing that I do have an issue with is that they do not call debtors until they are ready to negotiate, this can be very stressful because the credit card companies call on a daily basis, which is very hard to deal with sometimes because you run out of things to say. I do understand that they are only able to resolve my debt as my payments come in but if debtors knew that people were trying to settle their debts and not try to get away from not paying it would make the whole experience a lot less stressful.

The service itself is pretty decent and the customer service representatives are all plenty nice, but the fees are a bit much. If you can afford to dig yourself out of debt, then do it yourself. If you do use FDR then try to be sure to have enough money each month to handle your own accounts if a debt collector takes you to court. Using their litigation firm will end up costing you more than if you just settle it yourself.

Freedom has been a lifesaver for me. I can’t give them enough praise for the way they handle things. Simple, Complete, No Hassles, they do it all and I have never been so thrilled I called them. They helped me out of a bad situation, and changed my life.

They worked great with us if we needed to push back a payment. They have been pretty good about working on our debt. There’s been a few different agencies that we just had to pay off because they hadn’t worked on them yet. I almost got a judgement put on because they hasn’t called them yet and tried to working something out with them.

I have heard horror stories about debt relief programs but after some research called. They was very helpful and put my mind at ease. FDR is quick and accurate in serving their customers. They also helpful walking with you through your loan process and ensure that you have received a better and reasonable interest. They lowered my monthly payment from 750 dollars to 404 dollars. So I recommend everyone that Freedom debt relief is the best option.

I feel as though I was pressured into roaming the consolidation loan and am not comfortable with the payment about and have emailed and verbalized it several times. Yet they think I can afford it and be able to swing the payment and keep food on the table for my kids. I feel like I have been rushed through and lied too the last few weeks. I mislead I believe. I had 7.5 credits score and making payments on my cards but get overwhelming so they called at the right and explained it to me. All I can see was a light at the end of the tunnel. After I was told all of the dot had to in collections then they would start working. Let’s just I have 580 credit score now.

I worked with one person for the payment plan and he sent me a letter. He told me some recommendations they had and how they operate. I talked to him almost every day for a while there. He was awesome. I'm about three-quarters of the way through and the program is 98% good. It's kept the pressure off me. As long as I do what they tell me to do, everything's fine. It’s been up and down with the reps though. Some are really good and some don't know as much. Also, Freedom changed a lot of stuff and it’s frustrating when they change and you don't understand much about technology. I've had to call in several times and it's worked out okay.

I feel that based on the economy and pandemic that the deals should be better. The deals of paying back will be less, not really satisfied with what is being done for me, I should have declared bankruptcy and pay less or nothing.

I have really enjoyed working with Freedom Debt Relief. I felt I was drowning in debt and I was becoming very upset because I was not making any progress with my bills for the first time in my life. They have helped me and I no longer feel like I am drowning. They are really easy to work with and they are getting me through this nightmare.

I send $508 a month and it's gonna take 33 months to pay off $2000. Just dont seem fair to me. Should have just paid the creditors myself. But got myself in this situation so I have to live with the consequences.

I was in debt from a lot of credit cards due to my situation that I need to support my wife and after coming back to the USA, I was having trouble paying the credit cards because of the high interest, different dates of payment. So I seek the help from FDR and they help me to get back on track to resolved my debt issues.

I had an account ready to be settled and I was asked to confirm my birthdate. I did so numerous times and come to find out FDR didn’t follow through or up and the settlement fail through. There is now a lack of trust. I believe the aim is to have me pay into an account to solely make sure I’m consistent and then they can offer a loan to settle the disputes that’s at a higher interest. I’m currently not working due to COVID so a bit of my unemployment is going to them. I never would have committed knowing they’d set me up for failure.

Haven't had any problems. The pay offs have been continuous. Smaller debts were paid off 1st. I would have hoped the larger ones would have but they know what they are doing because they have been doing it for a long time and they are rated in the top 3 debt consolidation companies.

Not happy at all with this service. Not what I expected and very disappointing. Wasting more money, time and affect my credit. I got two lawsuit in less than a month and so far the first it went bad. Had to pay more of what I originally owe when I enrolled my debt.

I wanted to get some of these bills taken care of, so I reached out to Freedom Debt Relief. I've only got maybe just year and a half and everything should be taken care of. The only thing was settlement fees are a little high. But anytime I have questions, I just call them. I haven't had any problems there. They seem to take care of everything. They make the payments each month to the creditors and I just keep my dedicated account there. It's probably the best thing to go with Freedom Debt.

I called Freedom Debt Relief because I was drowning in late bills and creditors were harassing me. Life happened and I had to use credit cards for groceries, gas, etc. It was a scary and embarrassing thing. The rep at FDR was kind and I didn't feel judged. He offered a solution and help and got the creditors to stop. We negotiated a payment I could handle and things were looking up. I am so glad that I got the guts to make that call.

I definitely feel that FDR did a great job of getting my debt cut in half, but the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I felt that some of their fees that FDR charged were a little too high for some accounts..

Too slow to resolve. My credit is in worse shape so can't buy a car or refi home. They settle for less but you pay the original amount agreed upon. I could have done all this myself, let them fall to collections and negotiated a payment plan. Got scammed. Stay away from this company.

It's nice to have help to get back on track after many set backs, it makes it easier to get a brighter future, and take some weight off the financial pressure. Everyone has been very helpful and great at explaining everything.

I'm not happy with FDR. Originally, I didn't want to file bankruptcy 'cause I thought it'd be harder on my credit but it turns out that going with FDR is probably harder. They didn't tell me how it worked exactly. What happened was I agreed to an X amount of money monthly which I paid for almost two years. In that time, what I thought they were going to do was contact all my creditors and say, "Here's what she's doing, so just hang tough and you'll get paid." But they didn't. They waited 'til it went to court.

My accountant gave Freedom Debt Relief a reference and when I spoke to them, it seemed to be fine. They looked at my debt and told me how much I was going to pay. I would call and they would answer my questions. Sometimes it was good, sometimes it wasn't. Now, we're in the middle of COVID too, so that doesn't help matters. Two of my credit cards went through fine. My Discover card didn't. I didn't feel that they made much of an attempt to settle with them and we ended up in a lawsuit and I ended up being sued. I was an individual that always paid my bills, and it got out of control and I couldn't. So, it made me feel uncomfortable not paying my bills and not in charge of my own money. But overall, Freedom Debt made me feel comfortable pretty much. I still have two years worth of payments to make. It's difficult and I'm getting it done. So, it was a good thing.

Very impressed so far with the overall knowledge of George ** and how he took the time in detail to explain and walk me through everything. He made me very comfortable in my decision to go through this debt consolidation.

This company has a great track record with me slowly getting out of debt that allows me to have some extra money to do things I couldn't do before with family and friends. They care about you and if you have any questions their staff can provide you with the answers you're looking for.

Everything is ok. I'm concerned about the size of your fees. Percentage fees don't reflect the value of the effort put in by your firm for each settlement. I really don't have much more to say. Perhaps you could let me know the major steps in each negotiation.

I was told that most settlements would be 50% of the debt owed. I was not told that it would be based on the amount owed after more interest has accrued, so the settlements are much higher. I have one more debt that needs settlement and it's on hold, where they could be negotiating as things stand. Instead, my debt is growing. I'm not sure how I feel about this program any longer. I was happy in the beginning, but it's dragging on and I don't feel they care much for me, just their business. I don't fault them for it, but the woman that helped me get signed onto the program was amazing and I thought more of the company then.

They are very helpful and encouraging during this process. I was given suggested responses to creditors and information on what stage the process is in for several creditors. There are often emails suggesting follow-up on my dashboard to see the progress made so far.

FDR got my payment much lower than what I would have been paying in minimum payments for credit cards. It definitely helped out a lot by reducing the amount of monthly expenses I was putting out.

Freedom Debt Relief negotiated with the credit card companies and we’re done with the program now. Working with them made my payments go away and they helped quite a bit. So, I was very thankful for that. Also, the rep was very professional.

I'm happy with FDR. They were the first company to contact me with a good rate. They also were very helpful during the phone call. They were quick with the decision and efficient. It was five credit cards that I had and I'm already down to two of them. I make a payment every two weeks or however many weeks I have in the month, and they take care of it. Cost me 4 k because couldn’t make payment. Could of settled for last 600. Now it is 5200 plus and a different company just to get done. I sent email showing that it was a mess up with Freedom debt relief and oh well you get to pay. So thanks. I am done. Will not recommend. Think this company is a complete scam.

Great program to help get debt under control. However, I still have creditors bothering me even after I contacted them. I was told that I was the one who needed to contact and advise them of the program, I always thought that the program notifying them would be more supportive.

My initial contact with FDR was excellent. The representative was helpful and explained everything and answered all my questions. The monthly payment was made to coincide with my income. The payoffs of my debt have been consistent and always for less than the original amount owed.

I had 22K in credit card debt paying $1200.00 per month. It was reduced to a third of that. Allowing me enough money each month that I can finally afford to find an apartment for myself. So I can move out on my own.

When I started out my experience was excellent! But a year ago a representative accidentally closed the wrong account that had a settlement on and active payments. Nothing has been done since I noticed and brought it to their attention. It’s been 10 months and many phone calls from me and nothing! Freedom Debt Relief came out with a monthly payment that I could afford. At the start, they would ask me how much I was comfortable with and I would tell them that I could probably do this much. So, they would compute and then, they would let me know. Before we agreed on anything, they would call me. They also gave notifications when my payment was due. If I had a question, they would give me an answer and every time any one of my debts has been settled, they would let me know. The reps were all very friendly. My relationship with them was very good and they were very professional in their dealings with me.

Account is going to law firm and I understood this account was being monitored closely. After several phone conversations not happy with the response I received in the past several phone calls. I just felt like this matter was urgent and not something to take lightly.

Not happy with my overall experience with this company or this review for that matter. Nothing is explained properly and each time you talk to a different person you get different answers. Started out paying 300, now paying 424. Got sued by one of my credit card companies. Can't wait to pay off my cards and never have to deal with this again.

Attentive to all my calls and all questions have been timely answered. Had to pay one account off, after given advice to do so, but it seemed as if I had committed a faux pas by the tone of subsequent communications. Nonetheless, staff still pleasant and helpful. Freedom Debt Relief has helped me a bit with reducing my monthly payments. They set up a thing then I pay them one payment instead of two outstanding payments. What gets me about them now is I agreed to a 4-year contract with them. Looking at their website, it says it's going to keep on going for 10 months more before the second debt is paid off. They drag their feet and don't get it done. That's not on me, that's on them. They know what they're doing but I'm not happy. They're gonna rob me blind for another 10 months and I didn't sign up for 4 years and 10 months.

The reps at Freedom Debt Relief were on top of everything. They explained what they do, how they would do it and how they would help us. FDR does a good job of helping, taking stress off of you and settling all your problems to make you feel better.

Even though, supposedly the company have settled my accounts. The creditors still send my accounts to collections creating an even harder way to get my credit score up. Plus I called many times and it seems the people don't want to help, and the only thing they say is to scan the letters and they take care of it. NOT.

Great service, then moved to consolidation plus, horrible process, needs improvement. In a huge way... Never able to talk with anyone, during that time, and using the notary service was very poor, due to not working with Apple computers. Had to use snail mail, many phone call. Because this is not a bankruptcy, I do not qualify for form 982 and required to pay taxes on money I have not received. I have absolutely NO money to pay additional taxes and would love if you guys could lower my payments.

I am currently in litigation for one of my debts filed with FDR. My attorney retained thru NLLG, advised me to deposit the money to cover the debt so that they could negotiate this debt. They've been Johnny-on-the-spot. If I get a creditor that says I need to pay right away or they're going to make a judgment, I call or text FDR. Next thing I know, they're working on that debt. The one thing I'd like to know is what it's going to cost me when it's over which I haven't gotten an answer.

Well been with them over a year. They got one debt paid off for $359.00. Then just paid off another but says in progress. Charging me 798.00 to settle account for $2006.00. Seems kinda high then another account is garnishing me $300.00 A CHECK. You said made deal with them for original amount because it went to court and added fees. Thought you were suppose to negotiate to get lower amount before all these fees are added and you're telling me we got check set to go out end of month. Oh so I'm getting garnished and you're still sending out check for full amount. Another account is ready to start garnishing me too. I paid one off myself because it was going to start garnishing me so I paid the offer I had sent to you because they was going to send to court full amount.

Initially I was a bit nervous, wondering if this was another scam program. (Definitely NOT!) Nothing is better than getting an email or text with a negotiated settlement! This company works fairly quick to settle your debts. Could not have picked a better program!

I’m happy with services however, there is a lot of fees involved, also I really thought this was a short process to resolve. But the settlement is drawn out for long periods of time that I’m not too fond of.
