The young woman who answered my call was kind and quickly got me an answer to my question. She placed me on hold and contacted the department I needed clarification from. She assured me my problem was escalated to an associate and it was. She confirmed I was satisfied and wished me a good day.

When I called Freedom, we were frozen with fear and confusion. We had written to our creditors but they weren't interested in helping because we weren't late. Talk to me about my situation, where I understood what he was saying. Explained everything to me so I understood. He directed me to someone and they explained the same thing. He stated I would be getting a welcome booklet, and I did.

Seems that they will worsen your credit before trying to help it. Have to let the accts go months late before they will try to resolve. They don't tell you that when they are trying to get you with them. Seems very misleading.

Called in because I was confused about the process. Got Danielle on the phone and she was great at explaining what was going on. Explained the process for negotiating and the payoff of a debt. She was a great help to me.

It's a shame. I thought I was getting into something good. I figured, I’d get all my debt paid, and it'd be something decent. That’s all the reps talk about, “Oh, you’ll be debt free, and your credit is gonna be better.” My credit has never changed though. It's still bad. Freedom Debt Relief also claimed that the program would be done within four years, and now it's up over five years before it’s all good and settled. They play a lot of games. They settled two accounts, and they’re working on three. One is very low, and the money's in the account, but they don't pay it. They pay just minimal stuff, and then they're constantly charging me. Their fees are outrageous and if I had known it would’ve been like this, I’d never went with it. I could have done better myself.

The help I will be getting was explained to me very carefully so I would understand the payment process each month. I also got a folder from the company explaining all the payment process. I have a phone number I can call to ask questions if I have any.

FDR is an amazing company which has taken all the stress and anxiety out of finally resolving my debt issues. They are responsive and empathetic and always efficient as well as timely. I appreciate their detailed instructions and guidance as well as the availability of agents day and night.

I have been with FDR since 2019. Ya’ll have 5 of my accts. I am being sued by Citibank. Court date is today. Y’all take $446 out of my acct. every month. I contacted y’all in March & faxed info from a law firm so that y’all could contact them & let them know y’all were handling my accts. Then I got a summons saying I was being sued. I have to come up with the money so I won’t have my wages garnished or whatever. I trusted that everything would be ok... but, it is not. I am very upset & would like answers. I plan on contacting FDR today & ask why this has happened.

Hello my name is Hilce ** and I am still waiting for a call back from FDR. A few days ago I called CS to get information on my account but I didn't get a resolution. I don't want to stop my program. I wanted you to follow through with our contract. I apologized to Jacob. It wasn't his fault FDR strategic Hold wasn't clear to me. He couldn't give me a clear reason. Communication is vital.

I paid religiously every two weeks out of my paycheck. I paid $137 every two weeks. I called every month to get an update on my case. The people who answered my questions were concise and professional. I recommend Freedom Debt Relief.

Freedom Debt Relief's pitch person was absolutely perfect. I have talked to him two or three times and he's a very professional young man. Very detailed, knowledgeable about the service and articulated it very well. He walked me step by step through the process. I was relieved with the program. I wasn't behind in any of my bills when I reached out to Freedom. My credit was great but my debt to credit ratio sucked. Had I continued on my path at paying a couple of hundred bucks here and there over what was required, it was gonna cost me more in the long run as opposed to going through this program, having it negotiated for me and saving money as far as the original life of the debt is concerned.

Very simple and user friendly, things get done behind the doors and only contact you with updates. Very impressed thus far. Only negative is does impact your credit a bit more than I expected but it will be worth it in the end!

My daughter had went with Freedom and had nothing but great things to say especially about the rep she used so I called and from the very first conversation through it has been awesome. Any questions I had were answered and the process works with ease. If you're wanting to stop all that interest and you're ready to get out of debt this is the program for you.

UPDATED 03/24/2022: Deciding to go with Freedom Debt Relief really changed my life. I no longer worry about paying bills. I no longer overdraw my bank account. They are so easy to deal with and really handle everything for you. I am so close to being debt free!

I have not received anything but top notch customer service since I enrolled. This latest encounter left me feeling like I was part of a production line. As my concerns about why the alert even occurred. It was not presented as important as it was implied in the alert on my client dashboard. Could be just my perspective on this instance.

Claims that the bank does not want to accept the proposal and refuses to settle. I have more than the debt is owed in my dedicated account and still no settlement. I continue to make deposits and contact FDR every few weeks.

Updated on 05/06/2023: The payment plan put me in a little slump because of the amount, but I had to grit my teeth, tighten my belt, and go for it. Now, I've somewhat completed the program. I still send Freedom Debt Relief at least $25 a month, but all the bills have been paid and I'm just waiting for them to get everything switched out. It takes about 45 days, then I'll get my my graduation packet. I feel wonderful. As a matter of fact, I'm able to go shopping this morning because I have a little extra cash left. Freedom Debt Relief did a wonderful job for me and I really appreciate it.

My mother became ill and I had to stop working to care for her. I had no way to catch up on bills after Covid19. I was a substitute teacher, so I didn't qualify for unemployment. Freedom Debt Relief is giving me a way to settle the debts and a new lease on my financial life.

Although my credit score takes a hit with this, there is not better feeling that getting an email saying that there is a negotiation settlement wanting to be authorized. It can be a bit of a pain having to deal with creditors while the funds build up, but it’s worth it in the end!

Freedom Debt Relief has been there for me the entire time I started this journey. Make that commitment to follow through with their plan is hard. We get in debt and don't know how we got there But their plan works.

Freedom has helped us so much. We got in deep when the economy was bad. 7 years later we still were not able to dig our way out on our own. Freedom has done what we were unable to do. We tried numerous times to get the credit card companies to work with us and none would. I admit I was anxious about starting with Freedom. Now we are nearing the end and I can say I feel this is the best thing we could have done. Freedom has negotiated our last account. Whenever something came up that I needed to contact customer service the Reps are polite and knowledgeable. I have seen reviews of people complaining about the settlement fees. My take on the settlement fees is they earn them. I know from trying to negotiate on my own how much time can go into that and we could never get any to work with us.

I am very happy with FREEDOM DEBT RELIEF. I couldn't sleep at night worried about my financial situation. But after I joined FDR I immediately felt all the stress go away and I was so glad I made the decision to depend on them to help me.

I feel comfortable with Freedom. They're all good people. We made $1,000 payment to Freedom this week and I don't know what we need to come up with in order to get our debt taken care of completely. I'm thinking somewhere around $3,000 and hopefully then we'll have all of those paid off. At the moment, I'm getting some payments from the VA so I'm able to come up with some extra cash to make payments on it. I'm not exactly sure how long it's gonna last but hopefully long enough to get it paid off in the next couple, three months.

They made me feel very comfortable and I didn't feel ashamed of my situation. I hope to achieve my goals with them as long as they continue do the best that they can with me. I'm happy to have contacted them. It's the best thing I could've done to repair my debt.

They are doing their job I guess. Only problem is I’m going to be paying into my account about as much money as I owed to my credit card companies. I don’t think the first person I talked to at the company told me about that. Lol. They are bringing my debt down, just slowly.

The law service we paid into as part of service was a joke. We were strong armed into taking a very high settlement. This should have gone back to Freedom Debt to do the job they are being paid for. The lawyer service just wanted us to go away. Did not want to fight for us. Extremely disappointing.

I asked about the high sum of money owed at the end of my contract with Freedom, and I was informed that the payments will change as I get closer to the end of the program. I was informed and my question quickly answered.

In eight months on the program I have been sued by one company and I have another company threatening to sue me. I had to pull the first company out of the program, because they were garnishing my bank account. Now after eight months I have had two accounts that have been settled. Don’t get me wrong I am excited about the settlements! I hope that there are more soon!

Very informative and concerned about my account w/FDR. Very good about what they do. The people that I’ve talked with were very polite and helpful. We are so greatly appreciative of FDR to accept our case. We are excited to be able to get out of debt. That is our goal and the reason we signed up for this program.

I didn't have any issues with Freedom Debt Relief until right at the very end. They go for several months and let you build up a certain amount of money in your account with them before they'll start negotiating on those accounts. What happened was they waited until the very end to do the largest account, which was Bank of America. Apparently, BoA got pissed off and they filed lawsuits against us because of it. I would have preferred Freedom Debt Relief had contacted them and been negotiating with them before that. Also, everybody needs to be aware that they're going to take a hit on their credit report because of the program.

Functionally FDR is accomplishing its intended goal. Cost-wise because the fees actually run 25% or more the savings are not that good. While they post 50% percent savings, that really is not the case as about half of that is eaten up by all the fees you end up paying that are not tabulated into your supposed savings.

Easy and fast!! Couldn't have done it without you! Everyone is super helpful and super nice! I was able to choose how much I could afford each month and they did the rest! Hopefully I won't need them again but I would recommend to everyone!

I believe everything gonna be alright! I truly be glad when I get it over with. It's just so much going on today but all and all god is good all the time. A lot of people think he be sleep on us because it don't happen when they want it to happen. Sorry it don't work like that.

You keep telling me about accounts you have no business looking at yet you didn’t pick up accounts that were discussed in the beginning and believe me when I say the phone calls from creditors never stopped. I have been sued twice by accounts you were to handle and after you factor in your costs and the time it has taken bankruptcy would have been thousands cheaper and yrs gone by at this time.

I needed assistance with my password and the gentleman was very willing to help. He also answered questions I had about my concerns with creditors calling too often and put my mind at ease. He also sent information to me that helps me deal with these concerns. Thank you

My experience with FDR has been good so far. Easy to set up but they don’t always contact you at the best times. They don’t always stick to their scheduled call times. They are always available which is nice when you have questions. Very good rate to settle my debt!

I would recommend to a friend, to cut all the debt out and get back on a clean page. I’m hoping my credit starts to go back up once I’m in this for a few months 'cause it’s important. I would like to get up to a 730 if I’m able to.

Taking longer than I was led to believe, Jan estimate then every month including May. I hope to resolve all debt with no payment schedule.. The sooner the better. I also used Consumer first and they resolved a $40,000 Credit card debt at 45% 4 months ago.

Freedom Debt Relief is the main reason I'm soon to be debt free. The customer service is absolutely amazing and they will work with you whenever needed. After getting with debt relief all the harassing phone calls from the credit card companies stopped and they handled all of that. I can't thank them enough.

I have been so satisfied with the work this company provides when settling debt with other companies. I would recommend debt relief to everyone trying to build their credit back. The company does all the work for you and they always make sure that the deals they make with the other firms are legit and don't break your piggy bank at the same time.

Freedom helped me when I needed help. They're good people to work with if you need them. They were transparent with me. They set up a payment and checked if that was good with me. It was so we let it go. If I needed any legal assistance, they provided me with it. They also provided me with detailed account information. That's about all I needed.

I would definitely recommend FDR to anyone suffering with overwhelming debt. They get things resolved one by one and keep the creditors off your back in the process. When I 1st started with them I was goin downhill fast! Way more bills than money and at the rate I was goin wouldn't have ever gotten anywhere with it and it was quickly turning into a horrible financial situation! Thank you FDR!

The help that I'm getting from this team, makes my personal reason for getting relief from debt the right choice. I want to go forward to understand the reason for controlling the credit card use and to use it wisely.

Freedom is a very good company. It made me more financially sound. Any questions I asked, they had answers. I gave them a whole bunch of past due accounts and make one easy payment to them. In 4 years, they're paid off.

I really did not truly understand from the beginning contact with FDR that the system of paying off all debts would not start immediately after my first payment. Even though during the initial calls the gentleman gave lots of information, was very professional, and was very calm, I did not understand this part until much later. If I had, I would probably not have signed up. If I listened to the calls again, I imagine the info was there, but stated in a manner that was not as "firm" as it could have been or as explicit as much of the other information.

Updated on 09/20/2022: For the last two years I have less stress, thanks to Freedom Debt Relief!! Some of my debts are paid off and I continue to my other debts. I wish I thought of this before. Thank you, Freedom Debt Relief for your help.

I feel that your company borderlines on fraud. I want to be done with your company. I got the same payout amount from 3 different people and made the payment so let’s be done with it! I don’t know why it’s taking so long.

After a few letters the process gets easier to follow. I know I am in good hands! I have recommended Freedom to a few of my friends already. Hopefully they have Found Freedom to be their Partner to help them out with their Financial Problems like I have found myself in.

FDR has set out to help me tremendously. Started with finding a bi-weekly payment that fit my budget and even let me adjust payments along the way when I needed the extra money. Their chat and customer service are prompt. I even took advantage of the legal team they provide and it worked out great in my favor. Would recommend FDR to anyone going through financial hardship.

While I've not gotten totally into the program I have to say that I've been impressed with a couple of people there (Keisha and a Mike **). They have gone the extra mile for me and are the reason that I'm probably going to tell them tomorrow "Let's do this". Freedom has a lot of resources available to the client and from what I've seen are always there for the questions. I don't understand who does what from that first call, I thought that we are assigned an agent and they walked you through it all. I guess I don't have that? But I found someone else by accident and that's Mike. At this time I don't know about the rest of my journey so hopefully it will all work out.

FDR took so much of the worry off us. We were getting calls all the time for late payments and trying to juggle which one to pay first. With FDR, they settle the claims at a good amount and it's so nice not having to just be paying interest all the time. I got seven of the smaller cards paid off, a bigger one's being paid off and another one's left. It's gonna take a little bit longer but I'm quite a bit there.

I'm glad to be doing something about my debt before I can retire but sure hurts to get the nonpayment notification from the bank's companies I've worked with for a long time. I understand that it's temporary but still troublesome.

I am new to this process and feel like this is going into the right direction. My confidence in this process is great. There are many good ideas given to help me through this process of repaying my debt. My recommend at least give it a try to start over again.

Freedom has been a great help to us when we got in a very bad spot in our lives. Even in hard times there is help out there. They are great to work with and are always helpful and work with you at all times.

I enrolled during the heat of the COVID-19 when things were bad on debts. But as now things are little bit improved and I’m able breathe. Grateful for Freedom debt. So I’m recommending this to any of my friends. This will keep you out of debt if you apply efforts.

Account ending in 7450 has been in negotiation for over 2 years and per conversation with Mc Arthy law has been settled since January of 2020. Now I have to do the leg work to find out if it has been settled or not. I thought this was your job. Very dissatisfied.

We love the program. The only issue I have is the debt you enroll seems to increase because it’s still accruing late fees and that gets factored in. The fees that debt relief takes seems a little steep in the beginning because it looks like they would pay more to get the relief before they take their fee. My graduation date has changed and again I think that’s all of the fees adding up. Still excited to see the end.

I was nervous when I started two years ago and now I not nervous because I am almost done with paying my debt off. I did add a large amount recently to get me over the top. Very helpful when I all and always answer my questions. Thank you to all!

Initially, the experience with the rep seemed very good. FDR has taken the monthly bills that come in. There's just one payment now each month. But since then, FDR takes money out of my account every month and I don't know what's going on. It's kind of ridiculous. I don't know what's paid and what isn't. It's been going on for a couple of years now and I don't know how much longer will it take.

I was in my FDR program for 20 months, with about $16,000 in debt. FDR helped me save over $9,000! At times it may feel like FDR is doing nothing on your case, but rest assured, they are working on it. I do not regret having FDR help me and I highly recommend them.

I have received many letters to settle my last card for a great amount and Freedom has ignored the letters I forwarded to them and will not answer me. And it’s costing me a lot. And the started with was done away with right away.

The rep listened to me, understood my request and found a good solution. My pay is going to be delayed this month and my balance might not cover the direct debit. The rep changed it, for this month to make it more likely that the funds will be in my account. The rep told me that if the funds (my pay) were still not in my account by that date, it can be moved ahead again. I just need to let FDR know.

Since joining I have paid off some debt, hadn’t enrolled in this program my credit would have continued to decrease. Now I am excited about getting my credit back on track. They have work with me in paying on time and also help me not miss a payment by decreased two payments during hard times. I am on track now. Will add other debt when time permit. I was inquiring to see if I could take back a certain amount from account, as I am having some financial difficulties. Monica was very helpful in explaining that I did have enough and that it would not affect any future settlements.

Communications with your Law Group is not as easily attainable as I would expect it to be when a question regarding a settlement is not responded to. After a few calls to support and a response stating the law group cannot contact the bank in question I did the contact myself. Followed their instructions to assist with documentation forwarded to Support for transfer to Law. At the same time I received a COURT resolution date initiated by the Bank due to no FDR communication regarding a resolution plan for the indebtedness as part of my consolidation. That court Documentation was also passed on to Support and ended up being a JUDGEMENT against me for the total amount. I am sure that has destroyed my credit restoration and any future plans I have to restore my financial situation in the short term.

FDR is doing a great job at helping me resolve my credit debt. I would recommend them to my family and friends. My credit score is starting to look good and I’m very happy with that. So yes I would recommend them.

FDR has been right there with me through all of this. It's hard to watch my credit scores bounce around but it has been good to get the debt paid off. I know the outcome will be positive! It will be nice to have this large debt taken care of and in the past.

I have total confidence in FDR. Even when a creditor was suing me, FDR's legal team took care of everything and was able to negotiate a settlement. It makes me want to add more funds to speed up the progress. I am notified when a deal has been made and I can accept or refuse the settlement.

When I first signed up for the FDR I was told my graduation date would be 2023. Each time a settlement takes place it pushes my date back. I can say that I do receive emails when this occurs. But it is disappointing. I feel like I should have taken a loan and paid this debt off instead.

I called customer service about an email message I received regarding a settlement. I had a question about the settlement. It was answered by the representative I spoke to. I also had a few other questions that she was able to answer for me and was very helpful.

I'm not unhappy with Freedom Debt Relief, but there are a few things that I wish had happened a little differently. They immediately contacted and made us change our phone number. But then creditors didn't pay attention to that. Then they bothered you and anything that hasn't been negotiated still keeps hitting on my credit, so my credit score tanks when I first signed up with them. But they've negotiated everything and it's helped me a lot. The girl who signed me up was terrific. She explained everything. I've got copious notes that I took when I was talking to her and I can refer back to them if I need to. They also have dashboards you can look at. I check it every month to see how many more payments I have and all of that is accessible to each client. That's a nice thing, to be able to just look and not have to make phone calls 'cause you don't get statements.

My experience with Freedom Debt Relief has been extremely positive. When I first entered the program I didn't have a lot of hope that I could be debt free. The agent that helped me through the enrollment process was knowledgeable and reassuring. Now I am almost halfway to my graduation date. I have had issues along the way, but each time I have had to contact a customer service agent there is reassurance that I am on the right track.
