No time wasted. They hit the ground running. I have been in the program for a few months, and have 6 settlements already. Communication could be a little better but all in all I give them 5 stars. Fair price and most important full transparency.

I am happy to resolve my debt. It was rough in the beginning but the tools that were giving made it manageable. I had a few difficulties with the accessing some information on the site but it was fixed. I think it was very helpful in my situation to resolve my debt this way. I thought some of the fees were pretty high but still much less than I would of paid without the program.

Whenever I call with questions, people have been very pleasant; I am very happy to have qualified help to try to take care of my credit card debt! Hopefully I have learned a few things and will not be in this financial shape again. Thank you!

I went online and read all of the things about Freedom Debt Relief and I liked it. Their rep, Larry, was understanding if you need to change the amount and was explaining what goes on. He explained what would be done, how it was done, and he explained it very well. I'm perfectly satisfied. I was in a situation that they have helped me tremendously.

Affordable monthly payments, settlements in as early as 90 days (3 of my 6 debtors were settled within 6 months of my becoming a client of FDR). I would strongly suggest contacting FDR to begin settling your debts and to be on your way to excellent credit score.

Fast, friendly, and very helpful. Everything was explained well and made very clear from the start. They have communicated every step of the way, very efficiently. I have been kept in the loop every step of the way, and it just makes for a better experience.

My experiences been very good so far. You have gotten some settlements for me but not the ones I would have preferred. But nonetheless you have done a pretty good job of settling the debts you have settled. Thank you for your help.

One of my wife's friends had referred me to Freedom Debt Relief and said that they worked well with them for a while. Just by talking to their representative, I felt very secure with going with Freedom. They let me know how the process all worked and they broke everything down of what the cost would be, and if I wanted to do it once a month or twice a month. Working with them has definitely relieved a lot of stress of having 30 some odd payments a month that I have to pay on things as opposed to just paying it in one spot and getting it all taken care of. I feel like I’m being taken care of, and what was promised in the beginning has been held up right now.

Updated on 11/30/2021: I’ve had terrible credit and lots of debt with many past due accounts. After I joined Freedom Debt I was able to bring down my debt and pay off my accounts. My credit is going back up and it’s a great feeling to get financially stable again. I recommend freedom debt 100%. Thanks freedom debt for getting my life back on track.

Freedom Debt Relief gave me an idea as to what I needed to do to halfway get myself situated. However, sometimes I couldn't reach anyone who knows what's going on. And it makes it difficult. We have this attorney group that handles a lot of the litigations for us. They usually send it over the internet. They give you 48 hours to get the information back to them and get it notarized. And at the time, my internet went down, and I was having problems getting that up and running. And then when I did, the attorney group told me that I didn't get it in on time so they couldn't represent me. So, I had to go to court without any representation. They left me out there. I was messed up.

They are very helpful. Anytime I have a question they are there to help me and get me answers. They have kept me posted on what is going on with my account. Any time they have a question for me they post it to me so I can answer them. They have helped me out.

GREAT JOB HELPING WITH MY REQUEST. Since I've been laid off everyone has helped me with changing my payment. There is not other way but to lower my payment every other week but I'm trying. Thanks to everyone for their help.

I was literally drowning in credit card debt and just couldn't get ahead of payments. Took out a loan to try and pay the cards off and somehow ended up owing more. :( Then I found Freedom Debt Relief and enrolled all my credit cards and loan into the program. I cut up every credit card in my possession and made the commitment to live paycheck to paycheck until FDR would help me negotiate the enrolled accounts and allow me pay off what I owe without falling behind. I am now a year into the program and the loan is paid off, 3 credit cards have been fully negotiated and am half way through paying those. There are only 2 credit cards left to negotiate and I couldn't feel any more accomplished!!! I wish I would have made the switch up before I took out the loan but now is better than never. :) I recommend this service 10000 percent!

Yes, I would recommend it to friends and family, is a very simple and easy process, the monthly payment are affordable, the program is easy to understand. The negotiation take time but they have reduce my debt to 50 to 60 percent

I have been with FDR for 18 months and was assured by them that they had a good working relationship with Bank of America and they would provide me with attorneys to represent me if I had to go to court, but yet today I'm going to court without representation because 2 of their different law firms or partners said that I needed to add more funds along with FDR. I have a 10 month job and my wife is disabled and I'm already paying almost a $1000.00 a month to FDR and still have to add more funds. A few accounts have been settled, but now I am out of work until August because I have a 10 month job so I don't know where these funds are coming from. These credit cards were used to pay for meds for my wife which Medicare would not cover which was about 3 to $500.00 extra a month. I'm praying for a miracle today.

Freedom received notice over two months ago from a collector and did not reach out to them to let them know this debt was enrolled and now I’m being sued. I have a loan now and there is no excuse for not getting this debt negotiated.

I feel that your settlement fees are very high and make the difference in the amount settled seem inaccurate on my savings. If your settlement fees were included in the balance, the savings are different and the numbers are skewed.

Updated on 09/16/2022: When I enrolled into thus program a few years ago, I was told that I would be "debt free" within two years. Four years later, I am still paying over 500 per month. I was made aware that the debt will most likely be reduced but was not told that the reduction of my debt would cost me thousands of dollars for settlement fees. Thanks for getting my debt reduced to as low as 50% of what was owed. I didn't realize that a big chunk of the reduced debt rolled into your pocket and not mine. Also, my credit which was around 600 is now at almost at 500 because of the creditors reporting my situation to the credit bureau. Yes, I did ask about that at the beginning of the enrollment and was told that it wouldn't last long. Four years? I hope this helps in your understanding my frustration. Regards, David

Though early on in working with FDR everyone has been extremely helpful and understanding. They have made it easy to get questions answered and do follow-up to make sure that there are no problems. It has given me the ability to handle a situation where I have foolishly used cards with very high interest rates. I am now able to see a future where the amounts due will not go on forever and will give me the ability to meet the obligations.

The reps at Freedom Dent Relief cared and I could trust them. They stood by their word. They said they would help me and they did. If I had questions, they were ready to answer them. It kept me up to date. I have one bill with Bank of America and they wouldn’t let go. They wouldn't budge. They were gonna make sure that they get back every penny of what I owe them. We had to get National Litigation Law Group involved and thank God FDR was there for me because I definitely needed them on that deal. Bank of American was so rough and would not give an inch so Freedom Debt Relief told me that they're not even charging me a fee. I’m glad somebody was there to help me.

The person you speak to initially is a salesman and they do a great job of making the program sound like it will be the best option for you. It's not until all of your debt is enrolled that you realize you made a horrible decision. All of your accounts are put in default BEFORE they will even attempt to negotiate a payment/balance reduction on the accounts. They only do a couple accounts at a time so the process is very very slow. When I tried to back out they told me I would lose all the deductions on the accounts that were made, therefore would have to pay the original balances plus pay FDR all of their fees.

Not knowing what to do. FDR brought me peace of mind. I can finally get a good night's sleep knowing I can pay my debts off now without filing bankruptcy. FDR consultant was able to answer all my questions without passing judgment on me.

The customer service with Freedom Debt Relief was good but I had some problems. It’s not easy for me to run out, get copies and things notarized. It’s a long trip around here. I gave the papers to my son and he made copies and emailed it to where they were supposed to go. That was over the Memorial Day weekend and I never heard anything from Freedom Debt Relief till the following Friday. I got a message from the rep that if she doesn’t hear from me by 4 o’clock, the deal was gonna fall through. I called her back and I told her to let me know if she got the message. I said I had a lot going on and to put in the mail if there’s ever anything that has to signed. All I got to do is sign it, put it back in my mailbox and the mailman will take it the next day. It's faster than me having to go to town and get stuff. I don't have the fax, my copier is not working and I barely have internet service where I am. I had no idea what was going on.

Updated on 07/06/2022: I felt like I had the world on my shoulders. This program took so much stress out of my life. I started the program in December of 2018. The rep told me it would take roughly 5 years to pay off $45K in debt. I paid my monthly minimum and added extra deposits when I was able to. The good news is I will be done with the program in the next few months. I highly recommend this company.

From start to finish; the fees; courtesy of the staff; the website; never had any difficulties I graduate around June 2023; all of my debt is now resolved with structured settlements; I feel like I scaled Mount Everest; stick to your monthly deposit and you’ll be ecstatic.

I love this company. They have help me so much and they can help you too. I had a lot of debt and didn't know which way to turn. They turned my life around in no time. They have paid off at least 5 of my bills and there with be more so. Friendly and polite, easy to deal with.

I’m now on my last card being negotiated and the credit card company sued me so NLLG is working on the case. The attorney handling my case is not very supportive of my case. He didn’t give me a lot of options for settlement. He said that he will do what I tell him to do but I started telling him what my thoughts are and he just brushed them off and said it won’t work with CC company. He didn’t want to work hard on my case and took easy way out. He didn’t communicate with me after that. There should be a different firm working with Freedom Debt Relief.

They keep pushing my date out, even though I’ve kept my deposits up. The one and only time I needed legal representation, which I paid LLG for, they denied representing me. FDR had to ask for support elsewhere as I was in the middle of a settlement. That was very misleading.

I was really in debt and could not rest at night. As soon as I signed up with FDR all my troubles went away. I would recommend this service to anyone. There are really helpful with walking you through the whole process and making sure you understand everything step of the way.

Amazing that I called an associate about the Discover card part of my dedicated acct. - in order to tell them that Discover turned their efforts over to a collection agency. The associate apparently knew of Discover's move, and I ended the call satisfied that FDR had a record of it already. Less than 1 minute later I received notice that Discover's agency (acting on their behalf) was willing to settle. And I said I agree to the proposed settlement. All took place in a very short period of time!

So far so good. Very happy Freedom Debt Relief was able to settle 90% of my accounts. So far one more to go. I would advise anyone to use Freedom Debt Relief or any type of company like this to help them resolve their issues with credit.

Had question on monthly amount due on most recent creditor added to my monthly statement. I can only pay 468.00 into dedicated account and was concerned with amount due monthly over 700.00 per month. I was worried I would have to pay more a month than 468.00 was. Informed by Nellie that I had enough in my account to handle new creditor added to my account. I would not need to pay more into account. Which makes me happy.

Processed without compromising my status, very smooth. The customer service representative was very professional and accommodating to say the least. Everything was explained to me so that I had a full understanding of the decision I was making concerning my Freedom Debt relief account status.

I was so hopeful when I enrolled. I was paying for interest and that was it. I wasn’t even touching my credit card balances. I entered with all of my debt and FDR focused on a very small balance while ignoring my credit union account. I received a summons and was pretty much left alone to deal with the plaintiff attorney. I now am paying over $15,000 for an account balance that was $11,500. It was a $15,000 loan and I already paid off thousands of dollars that were added back on due to the lawyer fees demanded on the summons. It was a terrifying process and I spent countless hours on the phone and computer begging for answers. When I enrolled, FDR mentioned that credit unions were tough to negotiate. Knowing that, they still decided to ignore the notices that I uploaded and settle other accounts. My credit score is at rock bottom and I think I am worse off than I was before I entered the program.

I love FDR's program. I have used them in the past and their reps have been very nice. They went above and beyond. If I didn't know the answer to my question, they would try to find out for me and let me know. Aside from that, the monthly payment has been very feasible and doable. Sometimes, I go on the dashboard online and it's very helpful and user-friendly. All in all, FDR is doing an awesome job and they should keep it going like they’re doing.

This has been a fairly easy process. They do all of the work for you. I enrolled with 5 credit card debts. One has been paid off and the last one was just negotiated on and only has a 12 month payment plan. My anticipated graduation is just a little over 2 years away, making this a 5 year plan to have close to $28,000 paid off. The negotiations averaged about 50% less than the starting debt. I went into this not having missed a single payment prior to enrolling. But the amount of interest I was paying, I would have never paid these off. My credit scores did initially take a major hit in the beginning. I went from 700’s to 300’s, I am currently back up to over 600.

Your agent answered all my questions in a quick and knowledgeable manner.. She was polite and pleasant. She also answered other questions not related to settlement. She seemed to know her job and took care of my business without having to ask someone else or look it up!!!

Was hoping to have settled more cases but understand it requires money in account. Two accounts have given me the most problems is American Express and Usaa. Would like to see settled instead of smaller accounts. Questions are answered quickly and would recommend company.

For the most part FDR is good & I've been satisfied. I did not care for the periodic pitch to get me to take a loan that would pay-off all my debt, but seriously raise my monthly payment & charge high interest rate. Please don't do me no favors & just let it be!

I wanted to consolidate and I listened to some of the videos that was provided with different experiences that had dealt with Freedom Debt Relief, and I found it to be helpful in trying to resolve my situation. I was on a tight budget even before COVID and pretty much didn’t have much to rely on, and with credit card fees, you don’t get it paid down unless you can make a substantial amount towards it. The reps explained clearly the way it was set up, how it will be handled, and how it would be as far as being collected. It helped me to know that I was kind of on the road to doing better and clearing my debt up. If you can put more with whatever's being taken out as far as the amount is on, I know it helps.

Freedom Debt Relief is a pretty good program. They work with you. You call a representative and go over whatever questions you have. I've dealt with different reps and most of them are pretty good, detailed and they follow-up. There are a few that aren't as thorough, but majority of them were. Freedom Debt Relief sets you up a goal. They got the certain programs that they set up where you deposit so whatever you make go in towards the goal. I paid off a few accounts so far and I'm working on the others.

It was all good except for the Prosper account which went into litigation which I was not happy about. Don’t like receiving documents by lawyers and from the county clerk's office saying I’m being sued. Not good. Plus the papers served to my home came not in any envelope just loose papers with all my info on them which people I didn’t even know received them. I was not at the house. Nothing more could make me pissed off than that.

The reps are friendly. Everything they told me was true. I have any questions they are quick to answer. I am so happy we were able to get some done in 2 years. The others in 3 and saved a lot of money. FANTASTIC.

I'm on a debt consolidation program with Freedom Debt Relief. I wanted to go with a known company and somebody with established history. Everything's been good. I enrolled 12 debts and four are already paid off in full. I half five that are being paid off and I only got two left to settle.

Then, Freedom took me to court for something then they gave me lawyers and they finished it out of court. I had to up the payments that time and it was killing me. Freedom tries to do its best to make the settlement that helps me to pay sometimes in half. Sometimes I feel confident, but sometimes I feel a little bit lost, so they're supposed to give more attention to us. There was one settlement I did that I was supposed to pay 18 months. I pay 9 months. Then last year the pandemic came, they lost my settlement. Now, it's still on hold, so something happened and it makes me very sad. If I need something, I have to call them. They never call me. One more year and I'll be done with them.

I was surprised when the associate said that I needed to contact the creditor and have them contact FDR to update the payments I made in person at the Gastro Clinic because I needed the Clinic's services and head to apply some money to my debt-ed account. I made the payments but the account with FDR had not reflected the new balance weeks later. I submitted my receipts to FDR but the associate proclaimed that when the debt collector/creditor contacts FDR with the payments, the file will be updated.

When signed up with Freedom Debt relief. It was told to me after I paid off all my creditors your company will help me with my credit score. Now every time I called, I am speaking with different person and getting different answer to the same question pertaining to my credit score. From what I understand they do not help with credit scores. The original person I spooked to in the beginning, I no longer can get him. I leave messages and no return phone call. I also asked questions about companies are giving lower settlement because of COVID-19 on your bills and it was said to me no.

Called for a loan but instead of getting a loan and going deeper into debt they decided to help me pay off some credit card and loan. Very thankful for them helping me out. Good people. Have questions they are there to answer and help out.

Freedom debt relief has helped me a great deal. The only issue I have is that as accounts are being paid off charged less than, it’s not reported to the Credit bureau. That’s frustrating for me because I don’t like to have a lot of accounts to do in all honesty. One thing. Get the credit scores right and reported to the correct agencies. So now I have to go elsewhere and pay more money to get this taken off or removed from my credit so it can rise.

The customer service is outstanding. They answer all my questions when I call. Also, we have a client dashboard where I check all my activities. I could check my payments and how many more payments I got. It tells me how much I've saved and how much they're getting. It’s great. When they get a settlement, they text me and I get back to them that I'm okay with it.
