I like the program. It's good and it's helping me out. I've been managing so far. Everything's working well.

I have been very pleased with all the people at FDR. I feel everyone has been open and honest, I am looking forward to being out of debt. Not much else to say I would recommend to anyone who has too much debt.

They have helped give me peace of mind over things over which I had no control. I'm paying off my credit card debts and look forward to a free and clear financial future. I don't even want to have credit cards anymore. I will work with what I have.

The peolple at Freedom Debt Relief are very friendly. They'll go thru the procedures when you start. They'll work with you to see how much you can pay them so FDR will pay your creditors. They'll keep you updated on your progress and when they have reached a negotiation with a creditor. You can also see your progress in FDR page when you create an account. As long as you keep your payments on time you'll see how your debt goes down.

Everything was answered about the program. I am looking forward to completing the program. If someone ask me about this program I will tell them that it can help with some of your debt problems. The manual is easy to understand and when you have a telephone appointment it will be kept.

The gentleman that I initially talked to answered all my questions and talking to him made me feel like the weight was kind of lifted. I'm not really tech-savvy but it was fairly easy to enroll and to set up with Freedom, getting all the creditors and the debt that I needed to add. At the time, I couldn't find the information for one creditor but I was able to add it a little later. The program that they're providing me with is debt consolidation and so far, I'm extremely pleased with it. I'm down to the last few creditors since I started.

Results aren’t as fast as I was told they would be. I am very dissatisfied with FDR. There is not enough communications between me and the company. I never get called for an update. I’ve had trouble with FDR claiming that I pay American Express which I have not paid him since I signed on with this program. I would appreciate it if this mistake would be probably correct it. Thank you.

I worked with Tyler ** and he was awesome. Professional, helpful, and courteous. He was eager and knowledgeable regarding any questions I had. I also did some googling on debt relief. I have had a lot of medical issues and have been off work beginning October 1 of 2020.

807 vessel. Very courteous representative they got me out of debt. They work with you at all times. They let you know by email what is going on and you can always call them at any time. So I would highly recommend them for any problems she might have.

I feel all debt owed should be notified at the time you enroll in Freedom Debt and not one at a time. I am being sued by debtors that were not notified, and not to mention, the debt amount can go up by $1,000 or more by the time they are finally notified.

I thought all was lost until I heard about Freedom Debt. They have allowed me to hope that my life is not over. My family wanted me to file bankruptcy but I just couldn’t. I knew that God would show me the way out of the mess my life had become after my husband passed away and he did. Just when I was ready for give up I heard about Freedom Debt So I now have hope that I will be able to find a job and clear my debt up. Thank you Freedom Debt and thank God for answering my prayer.

The program was a very simple thing to do to get started. Freedom Debt Relief looked at the amount we needed to pay off then they established an amount to pay every month and how long it would take to pay back everything. We were with it about a year then I told them it was not going fast enough. I dropped out and went to another company. However, I felt that there was something about them that was not good so I fired them and came back to Freedom Debt Relief. With the other company, I wondered if they were really spending my money on bills or whether they were helping themselves. It's a thin line sometimes between being legitimately honest or just a little bit of a shyster. But I've never felt that way with Freedom Debt Relief. They've always been very upfront and on top of things.

Updated on 07/07/2022: I have sent several emails asking them to stop making ach transaction against my bank account because I can not get my bank account out of the negative. I am always told you need to call so I call then I am told we could do once a month but, that’s all. No I need a stop for a couple of weeks. I even thought about closing my account or blocking these ach transactions.

Yes I would refer a friend. Freedom Debt Relief has been great. They have taken a lot of stress off of me in managing my debt. They are doing a great job in getting a lot of my debt cleared and settled.

All has been great except for the fact that one of the assigned accounts for negotiation was not communicated with leading it to go to Legal due to no communication with the collector. Legal has worked it out, but it could have been avoided. Covid has set back much of the process. Overall it has been a good experience and I would recommend it to others.

They have got me some very good settlements and I have been happy with the service. They partnered with another company that actually did a loan to complete my settlements and then I am not accruing interest on the accounts. They are all paid off and I still just have one payment for the same amount.

I was skeptical at first, but this program has made all the difference in the world. The representative I talked to was so helpful with my concerns about a lawsuit filed against me. She answered all of my questions and I felt more at ease knowing that my debt was going to be settled within the next couple of months. I am so thankful FDR is handling my case because I can't do it on my own.

On multiple times, the reps wanted me to pull records on things that needed to be fixed. I told them, "We've sent all of our records to you. I don't want to have to go back through two years. You have it on file. You need to look.” They were very reluctant to do so on multiple people. The employees need to do the work on their part. All they have to do is access a file or contact one of the people up the line that has access to that, rather than spend an hour going through old records on a deceased family member. My mom passed away so we needed to know what card was hers of the two Wells cards. I talked with two or three representatives that were incorrect on that topic. When they're doing debt relief, their job is to do debt relief, not put that on us. What we're paying for is their expertise.

Everyone was very informative and explain each step with me. Was helpful getting back on track and managing my money better. Would tell anyone if you are having problems with your credit cards this is the place to go. They were a big help to me.

Everything's been pleasant so far. Freedom Debt Relief communicates what's going on. They are certainly on top of things. They really care ‘cause they want you to get through your debt. My rep is very helpful. Anytime I need something, I just call him and he answers right away. If not, he calls me back right away when he has the time. A couple of my credit cards are paid off already. They take a certain amount of money into a dedicated account and the money in that dedicated account is what goes towards the credit cards when they reach a settlement. They talk to the credit card companies, settle for a dollar amount and see if they could work that out. At first, I wasn't gonna do it 'cause I thought it was a scam. But they convinced me that this would work and so far, it has.

When I talked to one of your people they said my payments of $ 202.00 will go on for 21 or 22 more months. Yet you Guys sent me Payment information stating payments of $ 60.00 per month. Please let me know what our monthly payment will be and for how long. Please respond.

I have been satisfied with the work Freedom Debt Relief has done. Over half have been settled. One ended up costing more but I'm happy to have it settled and it will be settled in a year. The others usually took more than a year but settled for less

The team does a good job of working and communicating, I would have liked more information upfront, but I know it's not perfectly clear. After just two years in the program my credit is already MUCH better and I'm feeling better about the future.

I have a BOA Account on my FDR Program that according to my FDR Dashboard it is "RESOLVED-PAID OFF." Come to find out BOA is still trying to collect my debt and my account is still NOT settled as of July 7, 2021. This issue should have been taken cared of when I first brought this up to FDR's attention last July of 2020. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM!

I am satisfied with how this company is taking care of me to ensure I can plan for a future by helping me now with my financial issues resulting from the pandemic. They have been very helping me every step of the way and coaching me on how to resolve every issue. They are always available with great customer service.

FDR has done exactly what they said they would do. All accounts have been negotiated. After maintaining my deposits for a bit more time, everything will be resolved. It would have impossible for me to do that on my own.

Freedom Debt Relief is a decent company but a lot of times, I've called and gotten general answers where I was looking for something more specific. One time, we had a problem. We had asked to have our program put down a little bit. My husband's on Social Security and I'm going on Social Security too. We can't afford it. We were told by Freedom Debt Relief that we would be alright for the three or four months that we were going to slow down or do less of a payment but they ended up not paying one of the companies. We ended up with having to redo that settlement and it only had one or two payments left. From what I was told at the time, the person that went through and figured out if we were okay making smaller payments used the old computer program and not the new one. It's fixed now but I went through several months that was very upsetting and we weren't ever compensated for it.

Several years NFCU was under contract to be handled by you. Then I get notified I had to make contact with a lawyer to settle. After talking with the lawyer, I settled and now you're handling payments and collecting without giving me a breakdown on what is costing me in fees.

Freedom Debt Relief has been really good with me. They help by cutting the payments in half and trying to get them paid. I like them. I got a lot longer to go though. I had to set some payment arrangements. With the covid situation, I'm still not back to working full-time.

Negotiating with the creditors was absolutely a relief to me, knowing what I would have to repay. My only complaint would be the monthly payments you the customer would be making for example: $ 400 twice a month. That fees were taken out then the balance of each payment would be split between the number of creditors that a payment had been scheduled with. But it is what it is. I've been with Freedom Debt Relief for almost three years and my largest Creditor Debt that I included in my Dedicated Account was attacked by an out of State Law Firm and my paycheck has been garnished for not only the original amount but an additional $450.00 for Court and Attorney fees. The sooner I'm done with this Company, the happier I will be.

Freedom Debt Relief works with the creditors and tries to get the amount lower so it’s easier to pay. My life is better now. I don't have to worry about all that debt I have. I'm glad that we're getting rid of them. A couple times, some of the creditors weren't accepting the offer and were trying to sue me for some money. But National Litigation helped me with it. They got it resolved pretty fast.

I reached out to game plan my last debt getting into negotiations. In the process strategizing how to pay off ALL the remaining balances. This way I can start to improve my credit score more drastically. My time with Freedom Debt Relief is drawing near an end, I’ve been very happy with the services, they’ve allowed me to get out of debt in a manageable way.

Whenever I need answers, I get them promptly. Staff who respond is always courteous. Nothing is inaccessible. So far I am totally satisfied with your service. Recently I received a note of derogatory nature that surprised me. It is to do with a no compliance of monthly payment if it happens. Money is tight and savings ran out - what then. I don’t think it’s a good practice to drop anyone suddenly without offering a solution.

They would be normally a 5, but the account number was mark as a duplicate instead of the account number it's suppose to be. Once this get straightened out I will be much happier with the accounts. Because this other acct was going to get taken off the and I guess I would be stuck paying the entire amount. If that would be the case I don't know where that would put me.

I do trust in Freedom Debt Relief to take care of my needs and get me debt-free. The reps are very efficient about telling me everything that I need to know. The timeframe seems like forever which is until April of 2022 but they said if they get this last one that I had left less offer for it to pay off, my balance could drop more. It could be sooner than that date which is what I'm hoping for. From time to time, I use their dashboard and it kind of gives you an idea of what the settlements are and what you're paying. I would tell others to use them because there are so many out there that you have to be very careful using.

I enrolled in the program in August 2020. I needed this program to help me get back on track after changes in my job. The program for the most part has been very good, and your customer service team is exceptional in their responses on my account. I was able to settle on one account and that helped me tremendously. The problem I encountered when one creditor took legal action against me. I provide all the legal information to your customer service team and they advised it has been referred to your legal partner McCarthy Law.

When you are negotiating with the creditor are you trying to reduce the late fees, etc? For example: my debt when I started with you was $266.00 and you all negotiated my debit with creditor $322.00. I hope when you negotiate you try to negotiate to my original balance. Very disappointing!!

This company has been helping me get rid of my debts. Anyone in deep debt should call them for help. I am almost debt free because of them. There is great communication to keep you informed and a client dashboard to keep up to date.

They do their best. I have only one creditor that is bothering me and Freedom Debt has not help me from getting bothered. But they are working on other creditors. Otherwise they are a great company to work with.

I called to lower my monthly installments. I only have 2 accounts left. The woman I talked to told me if I lowered my payment for 1 month it would add an extra month at the end. I asked for 106 dollars and it would cost me 706 at the end. I didn’t understand why she wouldn’t give me the reason. If any questions call me **.

I had heard and read good things about Freedom Debt Relief so I went with them. They managed to get a couple of my accounts settled pretty quickly. But there were ones that were dragging on a little bit more than I would have liked to. Other than that, the service was good. Everybody was very informative and very helpful. There were two instances during the COVID problems that I didn't have the money to pay on the date that my bill was due and I asked Freedom if I could have it moved up. They would move the date up for me or just simply skip that month. Right now, we're out of the program. I called Friday last week and had the program stopped. I'm having some health issues and I'm not able to work so I don't have any income coming in right now. I decided to file bankruptcy at this point. I would still tell others to go ahead and try Freedom. They would do a good job.

Freedom Debt Relief seemed more advance in terms of their website and they were upfront with all the fees and explained everything. Their representative was really good in terms of explaining the process, the difference between that and bankruptcy and the consequences of both. I went into it by getting a lot of information from them. The times that I have called were generally to get a break on the deposits I was making because of cutting work hours. They always did that for me and any question I had, I got an answer. I'm pretty much done with the program. There's only one left and the last two that aren't finished are only one or two payments more.

This program has helped us to get out of debt and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They keep us informed as to what is going on with our program; which debts have been paid fully and which ones are still being paid.

Multiple submissions concerning Citi 2624 no concrete answers. Just canned responses and claims I did not submit legal papers. I have three times. Not happy no communication on your end I called twice sent an additional 625.00 and was just asked to submit more money via a canned answer on your part. I resubmitted last night and again got a canned response. My court comes soon 7/16 and still no settlement.

FDR is very thorough company. My debt cleared on target projection! I can now start fresh and feel financially in good place! I can say I only had one delay creditor to settle but finally all my debt reached settlements!! I have referred a family member to FDR and hopefully it will be good move for him. I kept calling the lawyer's office and they said they didn't have my file. The FDR customer service reps saw it was sent over. However, the truth is that it can't go over to the lawyer's office until there are funds in my account. I have been going back and forth for two weeks with McCarthy's and FDR. Give customer service the proper access to give complete answers to customers because they are on the front lines. Otherwise, everyone I have spoke to have been very nice and courteous.

Needed information. It was an easy matter to do with the person who professionally, yet in a friendly way, provided me with the info. Five stars. From my experience with FDR I would definitely recommend them to someone else. So take my word for it, you have a polished yet familiar company with employees that clearly know what they are doing.

Christine was able to address my concerns about the plus program. Didn’t understand what the loan was about and how the program was. The agent who was signed to my account was difficult to talk to so I call Customer service and they explain my concerns

Was very helpful and sent me via email a copy of my original credit report and my contract. I needed these because Target is taking me to civil court for things I don't owe them. My hearing is July 7th.

It started slow, we were confused at first, but now we're almost done and so far everything is going great. We're able to think about getting a house and are applying for a mortgage. Although we have had success with this I hope we never have to hear from them again after we're done. Lol, I can't wait to be done.

Would not recommend to anyone. We would have been better off negotiating with our creditors ourselves. We were told we would not be sued and we were, not once but twice. It has taken way longer to pay off than we’re told and we did everything we were told to do.

It works. Friendly people who are always helpful. They don’t try to talk you into anything. Everything is explained clearly. Made a big difference in my life. Call them and they will answer all your questions. Most of my settlements have been 50% or less.

Got scammed, felt really stupid & found myself in deep debt with no financial resolution in sight. I was lost and totally alone. FDR's program and quick assist took a huge load off my mind. I'm just getting started, but feel confident I'm headed in the right direction with a reliable company to get me through the process. I know there will be bumps along the way but I'm ready to do what I need to knowing FDR is by my side.

This company traded every card account that I had and saved me a few thousand dollars. I am happy with the customer service as well. It helped me a lot to be able to review the accounts and see the result of each negotiation and what I needed to accomplish. Although I had to pay a percentage to the company for each card they negotiated for me, I think it was worth it!

The program went on longer than we thought it was going to. It was supposed to be a four-year thing but it went about six. But we made it through and we're satisfied. It's great to know that the program is over. We're supposed to be getting a graduation packet and we're waiting on that now. We also have some extra money in our account that they're supposed to return to us so that's a little plus right there. A cousin of mine was asking me about the program. She and her husband are in about the same predicament. I spoke of Freedom Debt Relief very highly. I told her that it was a good choice that we did make. It did relieve a lot of pressure on us. We did get the credit cards paid off and didn't get calls. They did what they said they would do. Our questions were always answered and towards the end, they worked with me.

The program has been very good and the timeframe came out better than I thought it would. However, the dashboard can be confusing. When I look up where my case is, sometimes I can get it out and look at exactly what's going on, but other times, it doesn't seem to want to connect. Also, when I was talking to the lawyers, they had a hard time putting things in layman's terms. They need to communicate better and talk like they're talking to another person, not in a courtroom or a law office. They don't have to be so strict and regimented. Everybody else was great.

Wonderful, legitimate company to deal with and the staff has been wonderful there for me anytime I called and always had the answers to my questions. Definitely recommend to every one who needs help. I am near the end of my debt with their help and want to thank them for caring.

I was inquiring about my term of agreement that I had agreed upon which was 4 years not 5 years as my dashboard reflects. The representative assured me this was just a calculation but not my true graduation date. She explained the process and assured me I would still finish by the 4 year term. I hope I was given the true answer. I will be checking my dashboard religiously on my last year of completion to make sure we stay on track. Thank you for making feel at ease for now.

I didn’t get in my mess overnight so I can’t expect to get out of it overnight. BUT I am making progress and graduation is a goal and is in sight. FDR has been a great help and very consistent and available when I need help. Thank You FDR.

Updated on 01/21/2023: We were over our head in unsecured credit cards. We had two options to turn to either file for Bankrupt or turn to Freedom Debt Relief. We picked up the phone and called and were out of debt in less than five years. We have learned to live within our means. The process goes pretty smoothly. My only concern is that fees are taken prior to more negotiations. I get that they want to make sure they get paid if you default in making payments first but seems like more debt could be resolved faster if that was not happening. And if you default the negotiated settlement would be in jeopardy and voided. And most likely would need renegotiated again for more fees to be collected. But most settlements are about 50% of the debt owed less the fees. I put extra in my dedicated account but it does not seem to be getting me settlements quicker. As they are still sticking to the timeline indicated for next settlement. So now instead of me collecting interest on that money they are. I thought placing about 50% of one of the debts would help but no movement yet.

If I recommend it for its slta efficiency in negotiating the pahoa s the accounts and bringing them back into a plan and the good management of the payment of the debts was giving my credit score recovering my credit

Freedom has been fantastic to work with. Everyone has been kind, helpful, understanding and much more. Always helpful and when you experience a problem, they help immediately and work to get it resolved as soon as possible. Everything they do is right on schedule, exactly the way explained in the itinerary. Go to your dashboard and there is an explanation! Any questions, just ask! We were hesitant at first and not about Freedom, but the entire program because of being such a huge step to take in life. They quelled all of those doubts. Have them take the first step with you and you quickly realize the second one is very simple!

I'm happy with Freedom Debt Relief. Their customer service is very good. But when you're in a lot of debt, the program takes a lot of time so you have to have a lot of patience. You got to really put a lot of money into it. At first they said the program was going to take three or four years, but it's gonna be more than that now. But in another two years, it'll probably be all over, hopefully.

Freedom Debt Relief has an outstanding program and they're easy to work with. They don't bully you around like creditors do. They have a vested interest in making sure that you don't make the same mistakes you made in the past getting the debt and they have a journal to help you plan out a budget or to understand how to save money. It has been the easiest, low-threat program I've ever been in. It’s the only time I’ve been in a debt relief program, but they've definitely done everything they said they were gonna do and I don't get a bunch of emails or calls anymore. They're getting everything lined up and paid in a decent timeframe.

The only thing is the creditors are trying to recap money by sending to IRS. The portion of the money that is not recaptured is being taken by IRS as income. I do appreciate all that is being done by Freedom Debt Relief.

They give you a way to settle your debts without doing bankruptcy. Your credit is still damaged, but you are at least paying what you can to clear debt. We unfortunately had some major illness and job loss. Our debt situation was beyond our ability to pay. They arranged our debts, negotiated and arranged monthly payments.

FDR has helped me get my debt under control and resolved. They are great people that work with you to get your debt problems resolved as quickly as possible. If I have a question I'm always able to get a hold of someone for help on answering it. They have saved me money too. Great place!

See above. I’d like it to be faster. It seems that FDR picks the smallest debt after having settled the Lending Club debt. I guess I wonder how my money is doing and where it’s going. Can you tell me why my Chase debt isn’t addressed yet?
