Made me do back flips for nothing, no loan! I’m lucky my bank allows me to still bank there with what they were making me do. Then they just quit on me, didn’t apologize just never called back. That’s what I call professional.

I didn't realize how deeply in debt I was, over $50,000! FDR was able to show me a way to get my debt under control and with the help of their negotiations reduce it to a reasonable smaller amount. With the routine monthly payments I was able to resolve 8 debts in 30 months time! I highly recommend their services!

They are awesome and great with everything they say and do. I am very happy that I chose them with helping me out with resolving my debt. I don’t know what I would do without them. A friend told me about them and when I called them they was willing to work with me immediately. At first I was doubtful but now I am not. If you include fee/charges of Freedom with your settlement amount your savings drop down to 10 to 20 %. Please shop around when you decide to pick any company to settle your debt. Freedom is not one of the best.

We do collect a fee for the services provided and we do find that most of our clients still save significantly more being enrolled in our program than if they would have continued to make monthly minimum payments to their creditors. I am amazed at how effectively you work. Fast response, great communication. However, I only gave 4 stars in the review because of the price. Settlements fees are a bit expensive. However, the result is important. Honestly, I wouldn't have been able to do this all by myself, it's true that creditors contact me with their proposals, but they still treat a private person differently than a professional company.

So far so good. 2 outstanding loans were settled and another 1 coming pretty soon. The customer service are pretty good. They help when I have questions about something in regards to my account. Just want this to be over!

FDR is doing great helping me to get out this debt. I am really happy to all the advances in my debt. At this point this organization was my only solution to be completely free of all collections agencies calls. I would recommend this as solutions in the long and short period times.

Everything has been great so far. The only thing I would say is that there's a lot of emails. Also, they didn't call at the designated time we set up. The videos and information on how to handle the debt collectors have been very helpful.

I love FDR! When they reach a settlement they text you or e-mail you. You can just respond back in the text. So easy. They’ve helped me pay down or off much of my debt. Everything is excellent with resolving my debt. The only issue I have is, there is not a way to take off accounts on the website. You can add a debt account easily but not take one away. I have high anxiety about talking on the phone and I need to take off an account but there is no way to do it online.

Your team has been awesome. Negotiations have been timely and effective.. Notifications are through text and email which make easier so they are not missed. Need to add on a couple of accounts due to issue with roommate and need to know how to go about doing this. They have pulled report to see what has been added or missed and this is a great way to ensure all accounts have been actioned.

Easy access and helpful. Communication of status kept you in the loop. Email of breakdown of payments negotiations easy to get to understand and when first started the gentleman on the phone few years ago first started this program helped me and explained the process clearly.

I signed up. They said we would get started right away and scheduled a welcome call. No one called. Contacted them and asked to speak with the welcome call dept, rep could not help. I called yesterday to cancel because it's been 6 weeks with no start to program or anyone calling me. Was told on a recorded line that I would not be contacted again and today I am asked for how do I rate the program that I am in. I AM NOT IN YOUR PROGRAM! STOP CONTACTING ME!

I've graduated despite receiving conflicting advice from FDR reps about settlement authorizations and when I asked for legal to review the advice given to me, I was ignored. Additionally, the estimated savings you claim I achieved is inaccurate as you don't take into consideration fees you charge, or the actual settlement amount paid. You only take into consideration the enrolled amount. Finally, I've been waiting for my account to close out and despite paying off all debt in the previous month, FDR continues to charge me a monthly service fee the following month. I was denied the refund of $21. This review will also be placed online.

Updated on 03/04/2023: At first it was rough. Got sued 4 times but it was taken care of and now paid off. I thought I made the wrong decision at first but I didn't almost paid off. You would benefit with this program and be happy.

We are so close... 1 left and then done... Everything has been great, Couldn't have done it with out FDR.. My only complaint is the time it's taken for the last two settlements. There may be "things" behind the scenes I don't know about, But we refinanced our house, and put a bulk amount in our dedicated account in January, thinking we could "graduate" quicker and still waiting for the last one to be Settled. Hopefully within the next couple weeks!!!

Each phone call appointment I have had with Brian has been delayed. We have great emails and he gets back to me right away, but we when are supposed to talk, it doesn't seems to happen. Brian is a VERY nice guy - very professional and knowledgeable.

They are always happy to help and find the correct information. The hold time sometimes is long and you have to be transferred to the right person. If you need the legal dept or a agent specialist they are happy to help. Working with Freedom Debt Relief was a process that took us through a journey that ended in great success. I googled the company a little bit and when I did that, my phone number was stored and a representative gave me a call, and we started talking from there. One thing led to another and I ended up calling them back with the information that they were requesting. They explained how their process worked and gave me the estimated time that it would take for what I had put in on the program. Everything went as planned. We had a couple of bumps here and there, but there was never anything major. We ended up with good results. It worked for me and the proof is in the pudding. I can sleep at night because my phone doesn’t ring off the hook, and I don't have to worry about anybody disturbing me on my job. So, I have peace of mind.

Wasn't sure how much interest was going to be charged on the amount I had to pay the companies. Now that it's almost over y'all charge me over thousand for the last one and it's only 3000 naira had to pay. That's ridiculous. 33% it's making me pay you. Very upset about it.

This was the best decision I ever made, it helped me get out of debt, I had to do my part, make sure the money was in the account every month, but once I got used to doing that I just forgot about it and before I knew it I was debt-free and headed to retirement. The negotiating that was done on my behalf was something I could have never done. So if you have mounting debt and you are barely making the monthly payments, you might consider this option. My debt was originally around 23,000 which obviously wasn't whole a lot but I am glad I found FDR and got to be debt free in 2 years! My estimated graduation year was supposed to be 5 years. If I did not go into FDR program my debt would've been 54000 if I only made minimum payments for each debt I had. Thanks again Freedom Debt Relief. I would not do this again. There are so many fees that they don’t tell you about upfront. It’s crazy. It works out to be nearly any savings you would have made go to fees. This is a vampire company don’t waste your time.

I’ve been with Freedom Debt Relief for a few years now. FDR was a godsend. I was drowning in personal loan debt. Today as we speak, two of three of my loans are paid off. I will always thank my God for the avenue He placed me in on the day I cried out for help. Being a single parent was a blessing that came with extreme hardship. My blessing was when I realized my marriage was very unhealthy for my children who were my priority. FDR WAS good while enrolled, no problem at all. Just when I unenrolled I was disappointed. Refund has not been received yet & with all the technology we have now this is very disappointing! I just can't understand why it takes so long!!!

I was seeking to borrow about $10k to pay off debt on 2 credit cards and one purchase. I ended up with a debt resolution solution operation. There is something deceiving about the whole process. Although I praise FDR for assisting us to get out of debt during the past 4 years, the fees charged for each settlement (5 so far with 1 to go) seem to us to be somewhat high. An example: settlement of debt from one debtor was 45% of total owed, but the fee was greater than 14% of the settlement amount. Their fee was added to the settled debt increasing the payoff period. We wonder if we could have done equally as well on our own.

Richard was so helpful and he made me feel no judgement at all. He made what he promised easy to obtain. I am grateful to him. I can’t say that for the others. I have not experienced any other issues yet because I just entered in a plan to clean my credit.

Freedom Debt Relief worked with the deals and once they got a settlement, we went with the loan part of it and I'm still paying on that. The program was good and working with them helped me out. If people need Freedom, they would be able to help them. My daughter even went with them for a loan and got some stuff paid off. Now, they're paying them.

I am satisfied with everything however when I added an additional 50.00 dollars a month payment there was an extra charge taken out. So I didn't get all my extra put in my account. Would like to add more but want whole amount applied. Also the last two accounts to be negotiated are the ones that called the most that made it very stressful.

They have given me a lot of information and deeply explained I believe everything. First payment is in a week, and we will see from there. After my initial contact and setting up the program I have been pleasantly surprised by the amount of e-mail I have received. They seem to be able to answer questions before I ask them. Even had phone calls explaining everything and answering questions. So far, I feel I made the right decision.

I am new but, everything for me is good to try solutions to my account and resolving my debt is very important to create new credit and move my score up and better, and create new horizons and a new way.

I don't understand why the lowest card isn't paid first. I would pay the lowest first that way the interest doesn't make the bill higher. Maybe someone can explain it to me. If someone can explain it I would have a better understanding of how credit works.

Working with the team at Freedom was alright. After COVID, things changed because you're required to pay X amount every month. And after COVID, I lost my second job and I couldn't do it. So, I was always having to reset what I was going to pay every month and it was a bigger hassle than I thought it could have been. But the service was good.

When I first decided to enroll in this program I faxed two invoices to Carol **, because these were not available on the internet. I received verbal confirmation from her that she got these documents. Since that time I have received three different emails asking for these documents. Where did they go? I am very disappointed, as it seems there is no coordination between your departments and/or divisions. Have I made a mistake in entrusting your company to help me resolve these debts?
