I was swimming in debt due to no fault of my own but a situation that forced me to overuse my credit cards. Getting to a place where my payments would only pay down to be below the maximum then having interest and fees added tho push me back over the limit wasn’t working. I finally turned to Federal Debt Relief for help. Not only were they understanding and incredibly helpful in helping me restructure my debts, but the negotiations with my creditors and subsequent payments have significantly reduced my debt and my outgoing cash flow. Two of my debt creditors have already been paid off. My life is significantly less stressful, and I feel I am moving forward again. FDR continues to be supportive and helpful during the process, and do everything possible to accommodate any requests I may have. They are great with which to work. I am so, so glad I made that first call.

This has been a great program and totally helped eliminate the stress of awful debt! The only problem I had was when one of my creditors wanted to collect, the lawyer system was much too slow and didn't get me the help I needed soon enough.

I have been in the program for 20 months and paid in $30,000. Now I'm getting sued by Amex and FDR has shown no help in negotiating or sending Amex any money. I was told to speak with the included legal team and left to deal with this on my own.

They were excellent in the beginning. But the further in the program, they kept upping my payments. I'm on an fixed income and only have limited funds for this payment. I wish my payments could be lower so I can manage my income properly. Thank you.

I intentionally, and on FDR's promise to pay off 2 accounts once I made the deposit, put in $10k and FDR refuses to do a one time payment but instead wants to take 36 months to clear this off of my credit history.

FDR makes payments easy and keep me very informed. The dashboard tool is easy to use and navigate, though I do wish there was an app but their customer service is impeccable and hold time is minimal for the services.

You’re taking too long to get this settled. I could’ve been already out of debt by now if use would’ve if I would’ve paid them off myself. I’m not very happy with use. You keep taking money out and I’ve got enough money in there to get the other other things paid for and you still ain’t getting it done. That should’ve been done along time ago. I need to get this done and I need you people to get busy or I’m taking my money back.

I would recommend Freedom Debt Relief to anyone who has debt and wants to get rid of it. For the amount of debt I owed Freedom is doing a good job. One thing I will say is I love the ideology of having the client dashboard that displays the information but more communication needs to be established between all parties. I’ve had to make several different phone calls and each employee was very kind and sweet but the information was maybe communicated to destination but wasn’t reciprocated which could have helped me understand the current situation. Otherwise if you have debt choose Freedom!

Being constant with my payment to Freedom, I'm now able to see the improvement on my credit score and balances. Is nice to see how many accounts had been resolved and others to come for almost 50% of the original balance.

Had a great experience with you. Thank you. I could never had done it on my own. I want to get paid off as soon as I can. I don’t want to die owning anyone but I can’t afford to pay any more into program. Will have to stay with my monthly amount.

Updated on 04/09/2023: Always secure in my data. Also when a creditor tried to backdoor the process FDR stopped them and beat them in court. I would recommend this service to anyone. I even had to slow down after loss of job They are accommodating me.

Every representatives are very kind and respectful and always willing to help you if you have any questions. And also takes a big weight off of you dealing with debt collectors. I definitely would tell all my friends about this program.

I am very happy with Freedom Debt Relief. They are always very helpful if I have a question and if I can't make the full payment on due date, they always work something out with me so I can get my payment in but break it into 2 smaller payments. I highly recommend them.

I called in due to receiving a court judgement. And was told wrong information. Which could have caused my wages and or liens to be held against me. Due to the judgement. I was very unhappy when I found it the individual gave me misinformation. So I had to act fast. I unenrolled in your debit program. And enrolled with another debit program. Which could be more helpful.

I always get an email from them to let me know when a settlement is made or when I need to take action. Trusting them to do the best that they can for me to settle my debts. I only wish it was sooner. I'm getting ready to retire and like this out of the way. They have done a really good job for me. I wish I could just move forward.

When I called and spoke to somebody, I was very happy with the service that I got and the person that I spoke to originally. It’s less stressful going through Freedom Debt Relief.

My experience was horrible in that I was sued on two of the three items to be covered on (told maybe a 25% chance on that), constantly had to update the company with whomever had my debt, never felt like anyone was settling anything until I had done most of the legwork with information. Maybe it works for more people. The shot to the credit report....just not worth the experience of being served for the first time in my life.

The Barclay bank account was dragged on for an extremely long time. I feel this could have been handled in a much more efficient way and that they only reason it dragged out was so that you could collect more fees from me. This has been a negative experience for me and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going thru any debt company if they can possibly help it. My credit is in the toilet and I’m 75 years old. I will never have good credit again.

We received excellent service, professional, always letting us know what was happening with our account. Available any time if we had any questions or concerns. System was easy to connect to and easy to send information on accounts. Whenever we would call they showed concern and were very professional yet caring. They were able to get our payments where we could afford them and still get all paid off in a reasonable time frame.

Sued twice by the same creditor. FDR unwilling to negotiate their settlement fees due to this….Did not save a dime by the time I paid fees plus income tax on the “write off”. Sorry I ever enrolled. I’m sure you will post this one…

Every time I had contact with an employee from Freedom Debt Relief they were knowledgeable and helpful. I never got off the phone with an unresolved issue. When emailing them they were also very responsive. I never had to wait long for a response.

I am not sure that I would go through this experience again as it is taking much, much, longer to pay off the creditors. I would prefer two to four years instead of five or more years. I think negotiation process takes way longer than it should. But, Freedom Debt Relief is saving me a great deal of money and helping me to be a better spending consumer.

Freedom has been fantastic, super clear, and helpful. We've been very happy. We're paying a lot more. We don't have time to deal with sorting things out and we appreciate the convenience factor of Freedom dealing with everything for us. I've had a couple of lawsuits filed against me from some creditors and Freedom was quick to transfer me over to the legal team and handle things quickly. Everything seems well thought out and easy to deal with. The one thing I don't like is the constant recommendation and messages to enroll old debts they found from 20 years ago.

The program I am enrolled in is progressing as expected... There an agent assigned to assist me or answer all my inquiries anytime... And I can always get the answers I needed when I ask the questions...

I feel that my experience with Freedom Debt Relief has been an overall poor one. The amount that is charged in settlement fees is excessive. When you do the math your savings don't add up. The cost of paying the monthly payment on your debts is $10.00, when you multiply that times the number of payments it amounts to a cost of $300.00 to $400.00 dollars more you pay. I have requested the removal of a couple of my debts and have been ignored. I have one debt that is being paid only $1.00 for the first nine months despite the availability of funds which could be paid due to my increasing the amount of my original monthly deposit by over $200.00, the explanation I was given to justify this did not make sense. I realize in the end this is the price I am paying for allowing myself to get in such a poor financial condition. I look forward to the end of this and becoming debt free.

You have good service. Your wait times are long but that is everywhere. There was one item that was handled incorrectly and it resulted in a lawsuit being filed but National Litigation is handling. I would recommend to a friend.

Freedom Staff have reached out to me frequently to make sure this process is as smooth as possible. This has given peace of mind with the constant advice and assistance they provide. I called Freedom to see how much everything would be. But they went on and set up a program so I just went on with it. Customer service was on point and they told me what I needed to know. Everybody I talked to seemed to be really nice. We probably can't speed things up until the creditors speed it up. Other than that, people should try Freedom because they get the job done.

The woman I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable. From the time I started dialing to the time I hung up was less than 7 minutes and my issue was resolved and I was back on with my day.

I’ve rectified 3 accounts myself for much less. They say they counter offer but they don’t!!!! Those were Target and Capital One! They don’t reply to you with phone calls and act like they never heard from you. Very disappointed and I tell them every time “I” call them!

I had 3 credit cards that I was in debt to. I’ve been sued by 2 of the creditors and only 1 was settled with a very small percentage of saving but this company has fattened their pockets with fees that they do not deserve. I have been beyond stressed out and very disappointed in the service. Most of their contact with their clients are through unreliable computers stating that they have made numerous attempts to assist with settlements that have never happened because they rely on a computer to do their work. You will never get out of debt with this company and will probably end up in the hospital from stress. I want all my money back and more, due to stress and fraud.

I felt comfortable with Freedom and a program was set up right away. It was a manageable one. I talked to different people at different times and they were very helpful. They did a good job. They answered all my questions or found out about them. We had one little step that we took some time to resolve and they were very patient during that time. They asked me what the payment plan could be and if would I be able to do that. I said yes. It’s been a very good experience. Freedom has taken off lots and lots of stress.

I called to find out what was happening with my support from FDR and my upcoming court case. My information had been turned over to the McCarthy group and I have never heard anything from anybody about what is happening with it. I have called to question about it more than once and nobody seems to know anything. They always say they will check into it but they never get back to me. I have paid for legal coverage, the court case is in 3 days, it's the weekend and I have heard nothing from anybody! I feel like FDR has let me down! I am not happy with the treatment I have received.

Getting my cc cards paid off with the great help from Freedom. Probably would not have been able to do without them. Thank you so much for all the help and I had already told several people about it and a couple of them already signed up.

After searching the internet for help with my debt problem, I finally decided to use Freedom Debt Relief. I felt relieved right away knowing that they would handle everything for me. I’ve begun to sleep better knowing that they are in charge.

I was told in the beginning a price. Some of the settlements I have been changed a settlement fee. It haven’t been a savings to me, The service reps don’t know the original debtors, so I can’t dispute it if it shows up on my credit report. I still have several accounts that haven’t been contacted that was on my list of debts.

I have been FDR handle my debt reduction for 3 years now. Because of them my credit becomes has been elevating on a monthly basis. I purchased a 21 Cadillac and received a very low interest rate, three years ago I was unable to do that because my debt ratio was too high. I highly recommend them.

Updated on 08/18/2022: You have torally screwed up Frost bank. Spoke with Jerome today, over 35 to 45 minutes how Frost bank has messed up this settled account during settlement and currently. Have management call me get this handled asap. **. I spoke at length about all the issues the law firm caused in settled and Freedom paying properly say short 14 dollars. Ridiculous.

Freedom seemed to fit my needs and I've been very happy with their program. Their people were very flexible and they went over everything with me. They call right back or they take phone calls immediately. We figured out a payment plan that worked best for me and set it up. Freedom has been taking care of everything and I have no worries. I send the payment once a month and we're done. I have a sense of relief.

My reason for making the decision to go ahead with the program was to be debt free of the unsecured accounts I had accumulated. I’m glad to report that my goal will be reached at least 3yrs ahead of my retirement. That will allow me to save the money I had been using to pay debt and create a nice nest egg.

Although my the issue was resolved, several emails from you were off track with my request. I can forward them all to you if you like. I kept requesting so many times to have my payment done on the 1st however I kept getting emails confirming the wrong date. Plus there were several different emails that caused much confusion.

I have been in the program for over 2 yrs now. I am so excited to be making great progress. I was in terrible debt & didn’t think I would ever get out from under it. But I’m happy to report I am on my way. I can’t say it’s been easy, I’ve had to make many changes in my life, but knowing I’ll be free from this burden is what’s keeping me going. We needed to make modifications to our monthly drafts as per advice of NLLG. The FDR customer service rep was incredibly kind, very efficient and thorough. She helped me with exactly what I needed to do and emailed me the changes immediately. Extremely satisfied with FDR!!! Will recommend for sure.

I AM VERY VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS AGENCY!!! Due to their unprofessionalism and they fail to help me in court, now I have a law firm deducting money from my paycheck plus my debt increased by $2000 dollars more. When I called to speak to a representative the lady was very rude to me and told me that it was fault for give them more money. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!

I wish better rates could have been negotiated. This was a long process and I'm grateful that it is coming to a close. I do appreciate the help, but the red tape I went through to try reducing my payment in the beginning phases was such a pain that I almost withdrew.

We started with 15 accounts and we're down to three. So, it makes me feel good that we've gotten all those taken care of and are working on the last few.

I was told that it would be three years to pay off all my debt but Now it says I will graduate in May 2023?!?! That’s almost 5 years!! I am not satisfied with this extended period of time and don’t understand how if I only have two debts for under 3K it will take two more years to pay that off when I am paying 500.00 a month.

I couldn't believe that I am here to stand and can give review on my experience with Freedom Debt Relief. About a year ago I was about not able to pay back my debt and in big problems with creditors, but I decided to have FDR and stand on behalf of me, now my debt is gone by half and can breathe well. I am recommended FDR to all those who suffer on big debt.

Very helpful and everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful. I like the emails they send promptly when you receive a settlement and the portal lets you see all progress. Helps you save a lot of money and satisfying settlements.

Customer service isn't all that great. My issues are always resolved, but it takes 2 or 3 times. They recently settled a debt for more than the original balance, which is quite the opposite of how they explained the program - three times. They made a big deal about my settlement being 45% of my current balance, but that's misleading. Obviously balances increase after being delinquent for a couple of years. The customer service person, Cindy, told me that I'm still paying less than what I would have owed if I wasn't in the program. This is true and it's their justification for everything. It's like I'm paying the mob for "protection." Then she told me, "I'm sorry if you were confused about that." As I was typing my reply, she signed off the chat. This was the worst customer service experience. The rest weren't as bad. One or two have actually been good. Although her non-apology apology was rather insulting and plain rude.

This program takes all the stress out of debt consolidation and remediation! It has given me my life and my dignity back. My hope for a peaceful retirement without tons of debt hanging over my head is restored. I would recommend this program to anyone who has tried traditional methods but were denied or are still drowning in high payments. You will be pleased about the hope and ready solutions available to you by talking to FDR today. Don't hesitate or worry any longer.

The 1st and lower debts were negotiated and paid off in a timely manner. The large last one was left so long before they were contacted, that I was sued in Circuit Court in our small town where I have known the Circuit Judge since his Birth! What a total embarrassment!!! That did not need to happen!

I signed up in April 2018 for a four year program. Today I finished up all my debts finalized. I am waiting to have my account completed reconciled and closed. If I had it to do over I would not change a thing.

I have had great results with FDR and would be happy to recommend them to anyone who has needs help resolving bills. They keep me updated on the payoffs and any new results when talking with the Companies that I owe.

Very clear with information about accounts. I feel that all my accounts are being settled at a timely manner. When a settlement comes up an email is sent to confirm the agreed amount. Overall, I am pleased with the results.

Freedom Debt Relief is doing what they said they were gonna do and the reps were good guys. I had three bills that I was having a lot of trouble with and I was having to sell things to make the payments. One of my friends found out about it and talked me into FDR. Once I went with them, I didn't have to sell anything anymore, which was a good thing. They're taking on all the responsibility of helping me.

Yes, I would recommend Freedom to anyone that thought they might be interested. Customer Service didn't delay in getting everything set up and following through with my requests. All the questions I had were answered immediately or quickly researched. Whatever needed to be done was done by the next day which was very much appreciated.

By the time they wait and all the extra late fees interest etc add up you end up paying for the full amount....And after all the fees you end up paying more than what your balances were. And they say they save you 50% when in all actuality they aren't saving you but maybe a little bit of interest.

Updated on 06/09/2023: I was a skeptic, but I've been proven wrong. This company has proven its worth! I'm delighted with the service I've received. I was going through a challenging moment, and finally, I did know what to do, but since the first call, they clearly explained how the program works. Once I started, they constantly communicated with me by email and phone to make sure that I got informed about the situation, and with the client dashboard, you accessed your progress. I never had any problems with this company. Being debt free is the best thing that I could’ve happier than that.

The FDR staff have been very helpful in every way they can to make me feel at home in the program. They are always reaching out to me, offering their help. Every time that I have had a question or any issue, there has been someone ready to. As a new customer, I couldn't ask for more.

I think is good so far. I get my questions answered fairly quickly. I know exactly who to call if I have a question, so customer service is great. You care for your customers and want them to accomplish their goal.

Freedom Debt Relief told me that they could help me with my mounting debt. And they did just that. In 18 months from now I will have erased the many credit card debts that I compiled, and by doing this, I will have saved several thousands in interest charges. Updated on 11/29/2021: Using Freedom Debt Relief was the best thing we ever did. It pays off your debt over time. That's the only thing we could of afford at the time we joined. Otherwise we were just getting farther and farther in debt. Take time to read all the details about their plan before you say no. It's very affordable. Very happy with their service.

It’s been pretty painless. You have done what you said you would do. I will and already have recommended you to friends. The only thing I wish we could have done is allowed me to put money in to negotiate with creditors. I asked if I put so much money in to go to next creditor and see if they would accept it.

I was given a date for 2022 to settle and it keeps going up, now is 2024. Don’t understand why. Don’t have anything else to say but that I’m dissatisfied with the outcome so far. I understand that sometimes some accounts take longer than others, but I was expecting to be over by 2022.

Took months to get them to stop overcharging and refund. They are evasive and customer service is a joke. Had to file BBB complaint and launch a social media campaign to get a $60 refund and adjust my monthly deposit back down after months being jerked around with their evasive email responses. Now they have blocked me from commenting on their FB pages. I guess they don't want people to know the truth about how they treat some customers. Be sure to check out BBB and consumer protection agencies before signing up.

Very dissatisfy with the handling of one of my American Express accounts that have been settled through NLLG. The account was supposed to be paid on June 30th. And I called every day to see if it was paid and it hasn’t been paid yet. Nobody has helped me except for Maria today.

Freedom Debt Relief was very helpful. The courtesy call was very inviting. Debt solving is very complex but the representatives that spoke to me kind of broke it down in a way that I could understand rather than attorney talk. I appreciate that. The way that the program works was explained in detail. They do what you can afford. Rather than say, "Hey, you got to pay this amount." They put it to you straight too. They would say, "If you don't pay this amount, then some of these creditors are not gonna go for that, and then they might come after you." So I appreciated that.

The gentleman that I spoke with the very first time from Freedom was a good salesman. However, I feel like I got screwed because everything he told me turned out to be a lie. I was told that it would take close to three to four years, and that each one of them would be cut between half and three-quarters. Also, I was told that if I would be taken to court, I would get representation, which turned out to be a lie. Discovery was gonna take me to court. And the lawyer that I spoke with that Freedom Debt Relief sent said they wouldn't represent me. I had to get my own. They just represent me against Discovery trying to get a settlement. They didn't actually go to court. So I paid extra money every month for an attorney that turned out not to be worth a crap.

Helped me on a "Sunday" with perfect directions regarding a summons. She was a good listener and was very good at giving me recommendation. Explained how I could download documents. Just waiting for FDR to help me out of this situation. Thanks.

3 years of credit help. Some requirements are restrictive, but that's to get you clean! You pay little each month to achieve results over time. Patience on your part will allow results! My results have made significant changes! Amazing Process! Great!

Freedom Debt is a great. Helped to have a peaceful mind. They will do their best to helped their client to be happy and worry free. The staff is very accommodating. Everything is well taken cared and they keep you updated on the status of your credit. I will recommend this to my friend who need help.

They do pretty good at getting settlements approved in a timely manner. They are also fairly responsive when it comes to sending them emails which is a good thing since most of my communications are via email. All of the agents from there I've worked with were very helpful.

So far I'm happy with my debt getting resolve and also the customer service was wonderful and helpful. It has been a great service being under their care. It was very helpful and they were always very considerate on their customers and it really makes me glad to see how they helped me so much.

Settling my first debt was fast. I had five accounts and now I'm down to one. Also, everything was kind of cut and dry and I never really had to call them for questions. I've told friends that it's a pretty good program if they were trying to get out of debt.

I was disappointed when my graduation date was changed. When I sign up I was given Fall 2022 has my completion period. Recently, I was inform my graduation period is Fall 2023. A full year longer. I have ask why and have not received a answer yet. Again I need to know WHY?

While it will take a little longer FDR has been on top of it. I can now see the light at the end thanks to being informed every step of the way. Every area of the process has been terrific. To date I have a pretty good relationship with FDR. Was not impressed with attorney handling of Discover payoff, but so far attorney handling the BB&T payoff has ask for more information from me to handle the case. Discover attorney never ask for a single bit of info from me. FDR employees have always been helpful.

The peolple at Freedom Debt Relief are very friendly. They'll go thru the procedures when you start. They'll work with you to see how much you can pay them so FDR will pay your creditors. They'll keep you updated on your progress and when they have reached a negotiation with a creditor. You can also see your progress in FDR page when you create an account. As long as you keep your payments on time you'll see how your debt goes down.

Everything was answered about the program. I am looking forward to completing the program. If someone ask me about this program I will tell them that it can help with some of your debt problems. The manual is easy to understand and when you have a telephone appointment it will be kept.

The gentleman that I initially talked to answered all my questions and talking to him made me feel like the weight was kind of lifted. I'm not really tech-savvy but it was fairly easy to enroll and to set up with Freedom, getting all the creditors and the debt that I needed to add. At the time, I couldn't find the information for one creditor but I was able to add it a little later. The program that they're providing me with is debt consolidation and so far, I'm extremely pleased with it. I'm down to the last few creditors since I started.

Results aren’t as fast as I was told they would be. I am very dissatisfied with FDR. There is not enough communications between me and the company. I never get called for an update. I’ve had trouble with FDR claiming that I pay American Express which I have not paid him since I signed on with this program. I would appreciate it if this mistake would be probably correct it. I worked with Tyler ** and he was awesome. Professional, helpful, and courteous. He was eager and knowledgeable regarding any questions I had. I also did some googling on debt relief. I have had a lot of medical issues and have been off work beginning October 1 of 2020.

807 vessel. Very courteous representative they got me out of debt. They work with you at all times. They let you know by email what is going on and you can always call them at any time. So I would highly recommend them for any problems she might have.

I feel all debt owed should be notified at the time you enroll in Freedom Debt and not one at a time. I am being sued by debtors that were not notified, and not to mention, the debt amount can go up by $1,000 or more by the time they are finally notified.

I thought all was lost until I heard about Freedom Debt. They have allowed me to hope that my life is not over. My family wanted me to file bankruptcy but I just couldn’t. I knew that God would show me the way out of the mess my life had become after my husband passed away and he did. The program was a very simple thing to do to get started. Freedom Debt Relief looked at the amount we needed to pay off then they established an amount to pay every month and how long it would take to pay back everything. We were with it about a year then I told them it was not going fast enough. I dropped out and went to another company. However, I felt that there was something about them that was not good so I fired them and came back to Freedom Debt Relief. With the other company, I wondered if they were really spending my money on bills or whether they were helping themselves. It's a thin line sometimes between being legitimately honest or just a little bit of a shyster. But I've never felt that way with Freedom Debt Relief. They've always been very upfront and on top of things.

Updated on 07/07/2022: I have sent several emails asking them to stop making ach transaction against my bank account because I can not get my bank account out of the negative. I am always told you need to call so I call then I am told we could do once a month but, that’s all. No I need a stop for a couple of weeks. I even thought about closing my account or blocking these ach transactions.

Yes I would refer a friend. Freedom Debt Relief has been great. They have taken a lot of stress off of me in managing my debt. They are doing a great job in getting a lot of my debt cleared and settled.

All has been great except for the fact that one of the assigned accounts for negotiation was not communicated with leading it to go to Legal due to no communication with the collector. Legal has worked it out, but it could have been avoided. Covid has set back much of the process. Overall it has been a good experience and I would recommend it to others.

They have got me some very good settlements and I have been happy with the service. They partnered with another company that actually did a loan to complete my settlements and then I am not accruing interest on the accounts. They are all paid off and I still just have one payment for the same amount.
