Freedom Debt Relief is getting me out of debt. The reps answer their phones. They've been great. I'm just about ready to graduate from the program.

The reps have all been kind and good to work with. They've been amicable, and just trying to be of good service and help. I've been pretty comfortable with them. They've helped me eliminate a good number of debts. They did a good job. They either text or email me if I have a resolution that needs to be signed. So their correspondence has been pretty good. Also, the dashboard is pretty good and clear. If anyone has some big debt that needs consolidating, Freedom Debt Relief is a great company to work with.

I couldn’t be more pleased with Freedom Debt Relief. They did all the work for me. I highly recommend FDR. I struggled to pay my debt from a surgery and just couldn’t do it anymore. I contacted FDR and it was painless. So thankful for their help.

Most of my debts have been paid so I’m happy about that. I don’t even mind the steep fees you charge. I’m kinda not happy about my finish date. When I started, almost 3 1/2 years ago I was quoted by you that. it will take 48 months to satisfy my debts but now it extends past 2022. I will go to April of 2022 and then we part company.

I'm seeking payment modification due to financial hardship. I need to make payments to my creditor based on the balance I have in my Dedicated Account. And the rest tagged on to the end of my timeline. I was told to call back three days before my payment was drawn.

The customer service is great. They are easy to get a hold of and they are always very friendly. And they always answer my question no matter what it is. I would give them a five star in ever category.

It's a 1-star comment because I never thought in a million years a sheriff would come to the house I had as my mailing address and tell them they can take my car, house, and money in the bank away from me because I never showed up for a court date from being put into collections. I thought Freedom Debt is here to help you? So pissed off right now!!!!

They're really quick to give you a solution, especially with creditors. The one bad part about the process is you wait for the credit to be in a bad standing, instead of just start paying it. But if it goes to a bad standing and then it becomes a court case, they're really quick to get it resolved and go to bat for you. So that's super great.

I enrolled into FDR in 2017, just over 4 years ago. The first settlement was pretty immediate and that was very exciting. It took a few years for the next settlement, but it was definitely worth the wait. I'm feeling extremely close to freedom from debt. 4 years is NOT a long time, and the savings have been tremendous, just considering interest alone. And that's JUST IT. Interest. Getting in over my head and not being able to pay on anything but interest. I'm sure if I hadn't enrolled into FDR, it would be 4 years later and my debt would be unchanged.

Freedom Debt Relief always answered my questions and had good customer service support for their clients. They helped keep me on track to try to reach the end of my debt issues. I am almost there and I am grateful to them.

Interest keeps building, feel like they get you to do a loan just to charge more money, stop working for clients. Felt pushed onto loan, think I would be better off getting personal loan. Miscommunicated at the beginning that they didn't pay off loans less than 500, I would have paid those had I known. Instead was hit with extra interest. One debt they paid off saved me nothing. I was told when I got loan that I didn't have to take settlement, feel since I didn't that was it. Didn't even try to renegotiate.

Yes I am confident that one day my debt will be solved properly. I am satisfied. Thanks to all. I have two more years to go for my debt consolidation. They always remind me when any settlement comes close to solve. And also I get mail up to date..Thanks again to all the personnels.

Updated on 08/12/2022: When I called the people understand my problem. The service I got from the people I talked to work good to resolve the problem. The problem I have is the way the problem happened. A lot of mistakes were made and someone looking at the account should have found it. There were a lot of red flags that no one did anything about.

The communication is pretty good. They answer all my questions when I have them, especially at the beginning of the program. Also, I get emails every couple of weeks from them about different things that are going on. Anytime there's a new settlement, they text me and email me to get back onto the site and okay it. The first debt was cleared within the first couple of months and I'm paying off the last one. I'll be done in less than nine months from now. I'm glad we did the program.

I love the fact that FDR reduced my credit card payments in a little more than half, from almost $1,300 down to an even $600 a month and I had no legal problems from my creditors, FDR took care of everything.

Have settled many debts for us. Very satisfied with service and access to program. When need assistance it is given freely and explained to me. Very glad we made the call. Waiting on a new settlement for a credit card that was on a delayed settlement process. Love the dashboard and ease of online access.

They have cost me thousands more. Been serve to be sued twice and ended up paying more as they did not take care of things. I would never do this again. Even the lawyers agreed with me which is very sad. Stuck for two more years. Can not wait until I am finally done.

The experience was great until we started reaching the end. I put a large amount in my account enough to pay everything off and I can’t get them to pay things off. It has been a real hassle. I think they just want the monthly fee now.

Have always had excellent customer service when contacting FDR — not very happy with some things that happened initially with Tamara ** (I.e., non responses, mistakes she made and hard time to get them fixed). Once she had me signed up, she (in my opinion) forgot I existed.

Freedom is very easy to work with and tries very hard to work with your creditors. Our experience with them has been one of which we have felt that we are important to them and that our situation is something that can be resolved and that they can help to make that happen.

Contrary to what I was told, my credit score has never recovered, after 3 years? No additional debt, no new incidents, and yet I can’t get above 600. I still cannot apply for loans or new cards or even rent an apartment. I was told my credit score would return back to where it was prior to this within 3 months. I would have never signed up for this service, knowing what I know now. I had debt, but I was able to maneuver through necessary life tasks without a problem.

I like the program so far. All the debt is almost over, so I'm pretty happy. The reps were all really nice and very helpful. They gave me all the information that I needed. So it was being handled really well. They put me at ease. I was pretty nervous about starting the whole process. But once they got started with it, it was very comfortable and easy.

Freedom sounded like a good company to talk to about my debt. I had them negotiate with my debt collectors. Customer service was understanding about what I was going through. Whatever payment plan they suggested at the time, I was able to make it. I got good service and I was able to talk with someone every time I called. So far, Freedom has cleared some of my debts. I only have one debt left and I’m trying to work with them on that. My husband had a stroke and I'm not able to pay the amount that I'm supposed to be paying right now.

Customer service is horrible. Constantly ask for more money. Then they talk you into a huge interest loan to pay everything. Would not recommend to anyone. I approve settlements and constantly get messages to approve after I already approved them

Freedom Debt Relief has been my angel for years now. They have done nothing but good stuff for me. There's been a couple of really bad loops where Discover got kind of nasty and didn't want to do anything. But Freedom Debt Relief has been amazing. I love them. They are my friends. I have lots of people calling and telling me, “If you'll do this, we can get you out of it just that fast. It'll be done today.” I'd say no because they’re trying to get me to use their service instead of Freedom Debt Relief. I'm not going to do that. When somebody says anything about, "God, I've got so much credit and my blah, blah, blah", I just tell them, “Call Freedom Debt Relief. And I'm telling you, they will help you.” I have sent about three people that way.

I had Freedom do negotiations for me. Their rep explained everything. It was a great help and the deciding factor of whether to move forward or not. Freedom provided very good service and I’m almost through with the program. I have less than a year left. Freedom could definitely help in getting one's credit back on track.

I called as Freedom drafted my account and I had had a conversation with Freedom Customer Service a couple of months ago to discuss the balance due on my contract with Freedom. We agreed that I only needed to pay $400.00 to fulfill my contract agreement. Customer Service told me I would need to still allow a minimum draft of $100 per month just to keep the bank account in the system. I was unaware that I would need to call in each month to reduce the regular draw of $1420 per month down to $100 per month. This call clarified that and all is good.

Representative was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. He made the experience much less humiliating for me and was extremely helpful and informative. FDR has already been a pleasure to work with so this interaction just confirmed that I will recommend FDR to any of my friends and acquaintances.

Freedom Debt Relief was able to consolidate all my debt. The payment plan worked out well. As long as I stayed in contact with them, the payment plan worked fine. There was always somebody there for me to talk to. They could improve on their transparency, though. I like to know exactly how much they are charging and how much I owed is left.

The rep was very calm and explained the consequences of what taking debt out of the program and working directly with the card companies after they had contacted me about 20 times and my resolve was not strong. I have just under two years left on my plan to get out of debt and I am so excited to say that I only have one more debt to be settled, then it will just be a count down until 2023 when I am officially debt free. Has been an easy three of the four years as I get closer to "graduation" and await the final negotiation to be completed. Looking forward to paying off debt six months early as my account will have enough funds at its current pace than the last payoff date.

I am in the process of buying a piece of rental property. Having 2 delinquent credit cards is a problem for my underwriter. So I was seeking information on how to get this done quickly. What I was requesting be sent to my bank is a 30 day payoff for indicating the amount needed to close both cards. The FDR associate did not understand.

I had $20,000 in debt and I had a job that was not making enough money to where I could pay it monthly. I was getting overwhelmed with the finance charges. I did Freedom and every time I had a call about something, they were very helpful and understanding. They always answered my questions. This month, they were finally able to negotiate my last debt and get that paid off. I have a surplus in my dedicated account and I got that back.

The man that I talked to over the phone was encouraging, and I liked the way he was talking. But sometimes, it takes a while for Freedom to settle one account over the other ones. But if you wanted to settle it quicker, you have to put more money into the account that you have. My mom is 93 years old, so there's not very much more that she can put in there. But overall, the program has been working okay. It helps her to be more relieved that she doesn't have to try to find money every month for all these different accounts that these gentlemen fill her up with.

Very courteous. Friendly and quick. Made my request very easy to do. I would definitely give him a10. Told me I fell within the guidelines of my accounts. I would certainly consider him to be a valued employee. Well done young man. In fact give him a raise.

FDR keeps me informed about transactions on regular basis. Apparently, I signed my contract for 5-6 years to pay my debts off. I'm ending my third year, withdrawals coming out of my personal acct into the FDR acct. It is a slow process. I will endure until my debts are paid off,

I’m happy with this program, sometimes I think is the fee too high and if you Count the fees and the payment together it’s almost that what you anyways have to pay and that is sad but this program give you Time to breathe.

I was told I would graduate from the program in 24 - 48 months and I could if I accepted the loan that was offered so they could call it a graduation. Paying back the loan would be more than my original debt. They also settled 3 accounts for payments so they could charge a fee monthly and I'm sure when they were paid they would collect another fee. Overall, going with FDR has ruined my credit and is going to end up costing more than I owed originally. As of right now there is no way that my debt will be resolved within the time frame that FDR quoted at the beginning of the program.

I've just started this program and already receive an excessive amount of non-pertinent emails. A 9 am call that was scheduled to go over any questions I had was missed. It's now 10:34 am and no one called between 9-10 like all the emails and texts I got said someone would. I am racking up late fees on accounts. I am a little worried that this may not have been the best decision. But I may change my mind later.

I had a lot of debt and couldn't pay for it. So far, working with Freedom Debt Relief has been okay. I thought I'd have it paid off before now, but things come up and I've had to miss a payment or two. I call them and tell them that I can't pay it. Freedom's customer service has done pretty good. A time or two, I got ahold of certain people that wasn't that great, but most of them have been really good. They work with me. If I have a problem and I can't pay payment, they understand. They check and see if I got enough in my account to where I can skip a payment. I've had a couple of times that I thought, "Well, I'm just gonna quit fooling with them." But then they helped me work it out. I haven't filed bankruptcy yet.

So far I'm pleased with the decision I have made thus far to resolve my credit issues. Each representative I spoke with was very helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. I was assured this was the right route to take. Yes I do feel better, because I don't have all the weight on me now, even though I just signed up for the program.

I have continued my journey with FDR and knowing my graduation is near has relieved me of the stress of my debts. No other company has given me the help with financial debt as FDR.

This program and staff have always been extremely helpful. Any questions are quickly answered. Representatives are always available. Being part of this debt relief program has relieved a great deal of anxiety. The settlements have saved me more than at least 40% on each debt.

Doing a good job seems to be slow but ok don’t really know when it will all be closed but they're working for me. Stress level is ok. I don’t have to deal with screaming credit card people who are very rude.

At first, it was a little harder to take care of, but when you want it taken care of in the least amount of time, you just got to discipline yourself. I had a bunch of credit cards and I'm so much better off because I don't have any credit cards. I got my debit card and that's it.

The program has been fine. It's very easy. They told me what I needed to do. They make sure you can do the payment. I call them and they help me then. Freedom Debt Relief is a good company to go to.

We had several questions to ask the Customer Service Rep. since our debt settlement date went from a 3 month estimate ((in June 2021) to adding over six months to the estimate (to Jan-March 2022) AFTER our three months had passed. The CSR answered our questions as best he could and was completely professional throughout our discussion. Since our penalties and interest is still climbing - we are not sure if this is the right choice for us. The CSR explained our options if we choose to opt out and when. Again your company has been very competent and professional in our dealings with you.

Several people I talked with over several days not all on same page. I still want an answer to delay in negotiating Chase acct which has been many months gonna be next... Took me calling to get a request for P.O.A. sent which was supposedly only current hold up.

I was over $20,000 in debt. I've been in Freedom Debt Relief's program for a few years, and it's working. Their consultants are very good and helpful. They work with me a lot. I did have a problem with them. I had a structured settlement, and it was like for 3,000 through a law firm, and I was paying it every month. Then one month, I was a little late and they drew the payment out, but it didn't clear in time. I felt like they should have submitted the payment. So, that structured settlement defaulted now and it has to be renegotiated. But I only owe like $1,512 on it now, and they're saying I'm not going to be charged another settlement fee. They’re only going to get the $1,512 that I owe.

The reps were great. They seemed like they were concerned and tried to fit my payment in within my budget. I asked them to split my payment and they were able to do that. So my payment comes out twice a month instead of one time because it is such a big amount.

It was easy to ask for money out of my account. Have transferred back in my checking account because I need some monies to help with my car payment that I did not have Monies to pay but it extended my graduation date.

I had a conversation with Mike about a problem I was having and he took the time to correct it. I was very happy with the service he provided. He took the time to look to see what would be the best solution for me and put it in effect. This took a load off my mind.

Something came up at the last minute and I realized that I was not able to come up with the $$ for August 20th. Then I called customer service and the lady was so friendly and showed such a professionalism that I felt relieved. Most of all she took care of the issue.

Everybody was really nice. They were able to consolidate my debt and negotiate on my behalf. I'm waiting for one last negotiation and my program will be completed. Working with Freedom gave me a better sense of relief and a little bit of weight lifted off my shoulders because I am a single parent and I just couldn't do it by myself.

Everything was pretty easy especially in this stressful experience. So it was nice and comfortable. Everything was really decent with the communication. The only negative experience I had was when I tried to make a bigger payment with the understanding I was trying to get a mortgage. Part of the explanation was if you wanted to make a one-time payment to pay off some of the structured settlements in a lump sum, it was possible and they really prided themselves in saying that. In the beginning, I was told that would be very simple, but it was not. So when I came into some money, I decided to do that in order to have those erased from my credit report. But when I did that with Freedom Debt Relief, it was quite the struggle. It took three months and finally had to have a supervisor step in and deal with it.

Very understanding and helpful! Did not make me feel embarrassed but was very supportive. He was easy to talk to and very understanding. I've come a long way with your organization. It's been very helpful. It was sad for me to have these problems but he made me feel better about myself.

With FDR working with my husband and I, we can stress less and sleep better. We’re able to buy grocery and pay the major household bills, and have a little left over to put gas in our vehicle to drive to church on Sunday.

The program was a long process but relatively easy to participate in over the time period of 5 years. The staff was always courteous and helpful when I called with questions or concerns. I never had to deal with the creditors myself or answer phone calls from them. Everything was handled and settled through Freedom Debt Relief. This made it very easy.

They are great. They follow up with you so you know what is happening with your account. The amount to pay is more than fair to take away the worry and the debt. I would recommend them to anyone I know who had debt issues.

Freedom has been an ideal service for our finances. We are at ease knowing we have a solid plan to be debt-free. They provide great tools to keep our budget in check. One of our creditors wanted to be aggressive and take us to court, Freedom had our back and made the process very stress-free.

Easy to work with. The past few years were a breeze with their help! Everything paid, got back on the financial track, credit getting better, helpful staff. Fees are kind of pricey but I suppose you get what you pay for.

When I have to call in and ask a question the line I always get is “I am not an attorney nor did I go to law school so I can’t advise you on what to do.” Also, when you receive a summons that you are being sued by a creditor: #1. they don’t move very fast even though you have a deadline to respond to the court and #2. they always need more money to negotiate the creditor that is going to sue you.

Payoffs are at least two to three time more than what I owed in some or on the earlier settled ones the settlement was actually what I owed to begin with due to accumulated interest. I was led to believe once I notified the creditors I was with Freedom Debt Relief it would stop. That did not happen.

I've always had great representation from these people.

They're very good people. They tell me what I have to do. If anything happened, I just go talk to them. If I got less money, I have to call them and report it, and then I'll pay whatever they came up with. They have very nice customer service. I love my experience with Freedom Debt Relief because I relieve my stress and I know how much I pay. I trust them.

They settled 1 of 3 accounts. I negotiated and settled one on my own and the last settlement went up a $100 from what I originally started out with two years prior? I thought they were supposed to do the leg work and negotiate for ME. Not the other way around. Terrible and regrettable experience.

It is no fault of yours. I was thinking when I started this that I would finally have some money to buy groceries. I forgot that the money I am putting in this account is the dollar amount that I would have paid to the creditors that are in FDR. So still veggie soup.

Before I enrolled I talked to a representative at length about the program. She was throughout and answered every questioned I had. The rest is easy. All you have to do is wait for FDR to do their thing and get you a settlement offer. I’ve been very happy with what they’ve been able to do. And my credit score is going up!!

So far I am happy with this experience. However, I get anxious with all the letters, phone calls, and emails that I’m receiving from the credit card companies. I recently tried to get a loan from my credit union to help with my daughter’s college experience, but was denied because of my connection to Freedom Debt Relief. I basically had to call FDR repeatedly regarding my American Express account that could have been avoided months earlier from going to court, garnishment and wrecking my credit. Been working with Freedom Debt Relief since January 20 21 and things have gone great so far! One thing you want to focus on is connecting with one of the agents from the company and stick with that one. Getting multiple different people you’re talking to kind of makes things confusing. Other than that the program is phenomenal.

In the beginning, Freedom Debt Relief was wonderful. They were doing what they said they would and I was doing my responsibilities, which is to pay them their fee. It was supposed to be a four-year commitment on my part to pay them a certain amount every month to knock out my debt. Since the four years is getting close, I thought I'd check and see how close it was because I need to get a car. But lo and behold, they changed the date that I'd be finished with the program to two years later. So now I owe them through 2026, when my debt was supposed to be paid off in 2023. That's thousands and thousands of dollars more than what they had originally told me. They did not tell me that the date could be pushed back and I don't even know why it would need to be pushed back if they were doing their job. So, I'm thinking my only recourse here is to get an attorney. They hit me with a Whammy and I'm really upset.

Freedom Debt Relief talked with me for a while and figured out what I was making and how things are going. Every time I called them, it's a different person. But someone answered the phone and I could speak with them. Also, they all seemed to be very knowledgeable and helpful with me because they pull my stuff up and look at it. They were thorough about which accounts they were working on the saddle, and they would send me messages.

I want black and white paper trail. I am a short and sweet person. I have continued to ask for copy to be sent to me and you have not compile a list or sent me one to my address so I can file it in my paperwork. I cannot afford a printer nor how to use one.

When I finally made the call to Freedom Debt Relief I was at the end of my rope, bankruptcy was the only thing that was left until I saw their commercial. I made the call and figured they wouldn't be able to help me. I spoke to Jason, he was very nice and understanding. The call seemed to last forever but he listened and I felt very comfortable telling him everything and giving him all my information. I was getting the help I needed, someone understood and was going to help! This was the best phone call I ever made. I'm going downhill now, climbing the hill was hard, not paying the bills and seeing my credit score go down but it's been worth it. I just got a loan for a newer SUV, that was exciting for me! If you're thinking about making the call, DO IT, it's well worth it. I'm so glad I did.

Freedom Debt Relief has been a big help with clearing up debt. You will still receive calls initially from your collector, but they will eventually stop. If you stay the course and follow the program as it's put together for you, you'll be successful.

I was told that my payments of $246/month may be extended. I did not agree to that. When I made the agreement with FDR, I agreed to 48 payments of $246 and FDR promised me that would be all I would have to pay. Now they are trying to get more money from me and I am prepared to report FDR to the Attorney General or Secretary of State for shoddy business practices.
