Have a mediation in court on Sept 13, and I have heard nothing about them representing me. More so upset with the response from McCarthy Law than the representative I spoke with today. I have called four times about this with no positive answer.

Customer service set up of the Dashboard was excellent and easy to follow; good explanation of FDR from Debt Consultant, Michele **; liked examples of how to respond to creditors when you are called; feedback from customer service on any questions.

In these uncertain times Freedom Debt Relief was able to settle my debt fairly and in a timely manner. The collection calls stopped & you have access to legal representation. I would recommend their services to anyone who has experienced economic hardships and doesn't want to file bankruptcy.

I would definitely recommend Freedom Debt Relief to anyone who needs assistance with credit card debt. You guys worked with me and for me to get my debts reduced and paid off. Easy to apply and easy to work with. I am extremely please with the service and outcomes that I received. Thank you for helping me get back on track with my finances.

Updated on 9/14/2021: No my call was not satisfactory. No my question was not answered. My experience with Freedom Debt Relief is Bad. Really Bad!!!! There is no trust. No experienced representative has reached out to me. When you get a judgment against you, you're on your own. I had to call the debt collector today. The one I was told was in negotiations, but was Not. Do you have 17,000 dollars I can have? Because that is what they would like to have.

The company was explained in detail. I was not pressured to put monies in my account before being accepted. My credit score was reviewed with me and it was explained how to improve it. I was interviewed by phone to explain any concerns that I may have, etc.

There was too long of time to settle the last debt which required me to deposit more money than was needed to close this account. All in all I'm satisfied with the program. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to resolve all my debts.

This is a first time posting. Experience so far has been pretty good to understand. Program is easy to follow and really does accommodate any type of donation you put toward your success no matter how slow.

The reps at Freedom Debt Relief have all been friendly. I've been working with them for probably three years and things are getting paid off. But at first, they told me that I'd be done in four years. It seems though that every year, they keep adding years to it so it looks like I still have three years.

Signing up with Freedom Debt Relief has been such a blessing. We went from paying approximately $800 a month on credit card bills to a much more manageable $340 a month. Now I can pay my mortgage on time every single month!!!

They have knowledge of which companies will be the hardest to work with. For example, Discover. I did everything they wanted and still they could resolve the my Discover account on time. This cause a judgment from Discover to be approved by the courts and is not on my record. Because of this, I lost my apartment. Had a known, I never would have used them for my debt relief.

Very easy to work with! And a easy system to follow! Follow up is short and easy to understand. The plan is easy to follow and the info provided makes easy and clear!! People are friendly and helpful. The plan seems to work!!

I had never used this type of service before but I am glad they were there to help my family get out of dept. I would, and do, recommend them to all my friends and family. They were a great help in explaining what is to happen and true to their word. I cannot thank them enough.

FDR had a good program. The process was very easy to do and they kept me well informed. The representatives were very understandable, gracious, and kind.

I was wary about this but being desperate with nowhere to go we called. Thank god we did. Our debt is slowly going down at a fraction of the amount owed. Yes there are fees but no one works for nothing. And it does not go away overnight. Their association with National Litigation Group, a lawyer service priced at a real bargain. They swing into action and go to court for you. Their strategy is not very clear but you do get the point over time. We are on a four year program with over two years already in. Looking for the day we are debt free.

This company provides a much needed service and they do an excellent job. Everyone I had contact with was very knowledgeable and very friendly and easy to talk with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs the service you provide.

I had two accounts with balances and one of them had a pretty large balance. Freedom Debt Relief set me up to pay them so much a month. That way, the creditors kept them from calling and bugging me. After I got set up, I haven’t corresponded with them that much. I'll call once in a while and they'll send me mail to look over so I'm pleased with the way they work. They’ve paid off one. But we haven't got enough money saved up yet to pay the big one. Nonetheless, working with FDR is a big relief to have that off my mind.

Freedom seemed to be the better company from what I read. My experience with them has been great so far. They've been helping me to get back on my feet again. When I had concerns, I called and talked to them. I always got somebody and they always understood me. I had some issues because I lost my job last year due to COVID and I had to modify my deposits. I've still been continuing to put money into the program and Freedom has worked with me.

Customer support agent was very helpful. However - the reason that I needed to call support -was that there is a bug in your website (since last month) which prevents users from being able to add additional deposits to accounts.

This program is supposed to help and the women I spoke to didn't seem to listen. I don't know way I need to pay triple the amount of my payout when I'm about to be sued for a credit card. If they sue me they're going to garnish my wages. I have son and can't afford a lawsuit.

FDR is helpful and very informative about the help they can give you. Truly worth it. They go over everything step by step on the phone plus send you typed documents. They also check on you with phone calls and make sure you understand and answer any questions. They make you feel secure.

At first, I was a bit concerned. But there is a method to all that seems crazy. It is well worth it and now I’m on my way to peace of mind again. The people are knowledgeable and very supportive. They do exactly what they say they will. Their guidance and step by step methods helped me resolve all my credit card debt. I’m very grateful.

Freedom Debt Relief told me the amount for the payment plan and they said that I could agree or not agree when they resolve the debt. I could have done it on my own if I knew they would have talked to me. But I'm not going to complain. They helped me and I was pretty comfortable with them.

FDR is too worried about their fees and put that before the Client's concerns or client's bills. Therefore client's Bills are going into judgement. The client is having to do the contacts instead of FDR..plus my graduation date has changed number of times.

I appreciate the assistance I received from Paloma. A+ Customer Service. More companies need to listen to the needs of their Customers. It’s great to know that there is still a handful of committed employees willing to provide help when and where needed.

I entered the program with a large debt and creditors calling. FDR handled everything. When I lost my job and was unable to pay the full amount each month for a while, they worked with me. My plan was delayed a little, but they made it work. I’m almost to the end and definitely recommend them.

Freedom Debt has been very helpful in helping us to pay off over $60,000.00 of debt, in a relatively short amount of time. It does take patience and a willingness to deal with each creditor initially. But the harassing phone calls stop once you get into the program. We would highly recommend Freedom Debt.

Agents are very "smooth" talkers and convince you to sign up but getting into the program and all the fees, and the fact that I was paying off my debt, I really wish I had not signed up in the first place. It is very deceiving and would not recommend it to anyone who is making regular payments. Just keep making your payments and clear your debt on your own because in this program, you ruin your credit reputation too. And in order to clear your debt faster they ask if you increase your deposit. Taking from retirement fund and cashing in partial life insurance policy, I'm no better off, in fact worse off, than I was before. DO NOT ENROLL IF YOU TRULY DON'T HAVE TO!

Since day one they have been helping me reduce and pay off my credit. I am so happy that I am with them and glad to be working towards becoming debt free. They are always courteous, polite and efficient. They will help you become debt free.

Program was ok. Just don't like that I am paying thousands of dollars more because they continuously pushed my pay of date back further and further. They continued to not negotiate with creditors so my balance kept getting higher and the amount settled became higher as well.

The person who spoke to me was thorough, explained everything and had good reputation from what I could find. Freedom Debt Relief was very flexible. Both my wife and I are disabled and our payments were kept to a manageable level for us. If it wasn't for that, we would have had problems.

Everything went according to plan. If you have financial issues they can help and set your mind at ease. They stay in contact with to keep you on track. Very professional, polite and make you feel as though everything will work out.

I was happy with FDR until I got sued by Discover - that was a harrowing experience - I spent many sleepless nights worrying about that and it was such a hassle getting all the paperwork to them and getting it all notarized etc.

So far, I have been pleased with how my debt is being handled and, the settlement.. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others in my situation.. When my husband passed away suddenly, my income dropped drastically.. I saw an advertisement for Freedom Debt Relief and contacted them.. They have guided me through the process.. I'm satisfied with Freedom Debt Relief. They did good. I don't agree that they have stretched out this thing for so long, but I understand they're only gonna do what the account allows them to do. I've got two accounts that they haven't even touched yet. Those people are still calling me and threatening to sue me, but that's okay. I've told every single one of them that it doesn't make any difference. But now, they're not calling me and they're not selling my case to anybody else. It's just they still, on occasion, send me an email or call me and remind me that I owe them or they're taking me to court, and I turn it over to FDR or I just tell them, "Just call them in Arizona."

Freedom Debt Relief is not what I thought it was. I asked if they would be working with the creditors, which they are, and that the bills would get settled faster than it did and I’d be paying a lump sum on the bills. But it didn’t turn out that way. They go on for a long time and then Freedom Debt Relief gets a big hunk before it goes to the bill. My husband wanted to get out but since I had signed up, I went on, so it's gonna be alright. That's on my part. I didn't understand. The reps are nice and I have no problem with them.

I’m not happy with the service was provided according to my contract. I end up paying more money than I owed. The customer service are very poor giving information to their clients. I will not recommend anyone to your service.

Creditor keeps calling everyday and uncertain what to tell them. Good advice given to me when I called FDR. Good customer service. The person who answered knew exactly what I should tell them. He was very knowledgeable and eased my anxiety about being sued.

When I speak to anyone they are always helpful and clear. The only reason I did not give a 5 stars is because of the fees I pay to have this taken care of. I understand it cost money but one of my debt could have got paid off first but y'all chose to not and take your fee first. Now I have to do this another 2 years which I really do not want to do.

Most of my debts have been paid so I’m happy about that. I don’t even mind the steep fees you charge. I’m kinda not happy about my finish date. When I started, almost 3 1/2 years ago I was quoted by you that. it will take 48 months to satisfy my debts but now it extends past 2022. I will go to April of 2022 and then we part company.

I'm seeking payment modification due to financial hardship. I need to make payments to my creditor based on the balance I have in my Dedicated Account. And the rest tagged on to the end of my timeline. I was told to call back three days before my payment was drawn.

The customer service is great. They are easy to get a hold of and they are always very friendly. And they always answer my question no matter what it is. I would give them a five star in ever category.

It's a 1-star comment because I never thought in a million years a sheriff would come to the house I had as my mailing address and tell them they can take my car, house, and money in the bank away from me because I never showed up for a court date from being put into collections. I thought Freedom Debt is here to help you? So pissed off right now!!!!

They're really quick to give you a solution, especially with creditors. The one bad part about the process is you wait for the credit to be in a bad standing, instead of just start paying it. But if it goes to a bad standing and then it becomes a court case, they're really quick to get it resolved and go to bat for you. So that's super great.

I enrolled into FDR in 2017, just over 4 years ago. The first settlement was pretty immediate and that was very exciting. It took a few years for the next settlement, but it was definitely worth the wait. I'm feeling extremely close to freedom from debt. 4 years is NOT a long time, and the savings have been tremendous, just considering interest alone. And that's JUST IT. Interest. Getting in over my head and not being able to pay on anything but interest. I'm sure if I hadn't enrolled into FDR, it would be 4 years later and my debt would be unchanged.

Freedom Debt Relief always answered my questions and had good customer service support for their clients. They helped keep me on track to try to reach the end of my debt issues. I am almost there and I am grateful to them.

Interest keeps building, feel like they get you to do a loan just to charge more money, stop working for clients. Felt pushed onto loan, think I would be better off getting personal loan. Miscommunicated at the beginning that they didn't pay off loans less than 500, I would have paid those had I known. Instead was hit with extra interest. One debt they paid off saved me nothing. I was told when I got loan that I didn't have to take settlement, feel since I didn't that was it. Didn't even try to renegotiate.

Yes I am confident that one day my debt will be solved properly. I am satisfied. Thanks to all. I have two more years to go for my debt consolidation. They always remind me when any settlement comes close to solve. And also I get mail up to date..Thanks again to all the personnels.

Updated on 08/12/2022: When I called the people understand my problem. The service I got from the people I talked to work good to resolve the problem. The problem I have is the way the problem happened. A lot of mistakes were made and someone looking at the account should have found it. There were a lot of red flags that no one did anything about.

The communication is pretty good. They answer all my questions when I have them, especially at the beginning of the program. Also, I get emails every couple of weeks from them about different things that are going on. Anytime there's a new settlement, they text me and email me to get back onto the site and okay it. The first debt was cleared within the first couple of months and I'm paying off the last one. I'll be done in less than nine months from now. I'm glad we did the program.

I love the fact that FDR reduced my credit card payments in a little more than half, from almost $1,300 down to an even $600 a month and I had no legal problems from my creditors, FDR took care of everything.

Have settled many debts for us. Very satisfied with service and access to program. When need assistance it is given freely and explained to me. Very glad we made the call. Waiting on a new settlement for a credit card that was on a delayed settlement process. Love the dashboard and ease of online access.

They have cost me thousands more. Been serve to be sued twice and ended up paying more as they did not take care of things. I would never do this again. Even the lawyers agreed with me which is very sad. Stuck for two more years. Can not wait until I am finally done.

The experience was great until we started reaching the end. I put a large amount in my account enough to pay everything off and I can’t get them to pay things off. It has been a real hassle. I think they just want the monthly fee now.

Have always had excellent customer service when contacting FDR — not very happy with some things that happened initially with Tamara ** (I.e., non responses, mistakes she made and hard time to get them fixed). Once she had me signed up, she (in my opinion) forgot I existed.

Freedom is very easy to work with and tries very hard to work with your creditors. Our experience with them has been one of which we have felt that we are important to them and that our situation is something that can be resolved and that they can help to make that happen.

Contrary to what I was told, my credit score has never recovered, after 3 years? No additional debt, no new incidents, and yet I can’t get above 600. I still cannot apply for loans or new cards or even rent an apartment. I was told my credit score would return back to where it was prior to this within 3 months. I would have never signed up for this service, knowing what I know now. I had debt, but I was able to maneuver through necessary life tasks without a problem.

Anytime I've called Freedom's reps for anything has been good. Also, I look at the online dashboard every once in a while and see where we are and I'm pleased with the way it's going.

I like the program so far. All the debt is almost over, so I'm pretty happy. The reps were all really nice and very helpful. They gave me all the information that I needed. So it was being handled really well. They put me at ease. I was pretty nervous about starting the whole process. But once they got started with it, it was very comfortable and easy.

I would recommend FDR to all my friends. They are paying off my debt much quicker than I could. I would be paying minimum on them and not getting anywhere. I am now paying off creditors and quit receiving harassing phone calls. The plan is very easy. Make my deposits and they do all work.

Freedom sounded like a good company to talk to about my debt. I had them negotiate with my debt collectors. Customer service was understanding about what I was going through. Customer service is horrible. Constantly ask for more money. Then they talk you into a huge interest loan to pay everything. Would not recommend to anyone. I approve settlements and constantly get messages to approve after I already approved them

I had Freedom do negotiations for me. Their rep explained everything. It was a great help and the deciding factor of whether to move forward or not. Freedom Debt Relief has been my angel for years now. They have done nothing but good stuff for me. There's been a couple of really bad loops where Discover got kind of nasty and didn't want to do anything. But Freedom Debt Relief has been amazing. I love them. They are my friends. I have lots of people calling and telling me, “If you'll do this, we can get you out of it just that fast. It'll be done today.” I'd say no because they’re trying to get me to use their service instead of Freedom Debt Relief. I'm not going to do that. When somebody says anything about, "God, I've got so much credit and my blah, blah, blah", I just tell them, “Call Freedom Debt Relief. And I'm telling you, they will help you.” I have sent about three people that way.

I called as Freedom drafted my account and I had had a conversation with Freedom Customer Service a couple of months ago to discuss the balance due on my contract with Freedom. We agreed that I only needed to pay $400.00 to fulfill my contract agreement. Customer Service told me I would need to still allow a minimum draft of $100 per month just to keep the bank account in the system. I was unaware that I would need to call in each month to reduce the regular draw of $1420 per month down to $100 per month. This call clarified that and all is good.

Representative was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. He made the experience much less humiliating for me and was extremely helpful and informative. FDR has already been a pleasure to work with so this interaction just confirmed that I will recommend FDR to any of my friends and acquaintances.

Customer service was great. They had time to take me through every aspect of the program. They were on point in getting me the best payment plan. I really appreciate their work and recommend them to anyone who has problems with their loan payment. Excellent job.

Every time I call the representative is always helpful and friendly. They understand what you going through financially. They tried to make easier to talk to them and ask questions. They reassure every time they are there to help with any questions you may have.

Freedom Debt Relief was able to consolidate all my debt. The payment plan worked out well. As long as I stayed in contact with them, the payment plan worked fine. There was always somebody there for me to talk to. They could improve on their transparency, though. I like to know exactly how much they are charging and how much I owed is left.

Freedom paid off my bills and got reduced rates. They set up a payment and they asked me if it was affordable. Customer service was always very helpful. Freedom took all the stress from my credit card debt away. I'm about finished with the program now.

The rep was very calm and explained the consequences of what taking debt out of the program and working directly with the card companies after they had contacted me about 20 times and my resolve was not strong. I have just under two years left on my plan to get out of debt and I am so excited to say that I only have one more debt to be settled, then it will just be a count down until 2023 when I am officially debt free. Has been an easy three of the four years as I get closer to "graduation" and await the final negotiation to be completed. Looking forward to paying off debt six months early as my account will have enough funds at its current pace than the last payoff date.

I am in the process of buying a piece of rental property. Having 2 delinquent credit cards is a problem for my underwriter. So I was seeking information on how to get this done quickly. What I was requesting be sent to my bank is a 30 day payoff for indicating the amount needed to close both cards. The FDR associate did not understand.

The man that I talked to over the phone was encouraging, and I liked the way he was talking. But sometimes, it takes a while for Freedom to settle one account over the other ones. But if you wanted to settle it quicker, you have to put more money into the account that you have. My mom is 93 years old, so there's not very much more that she can put in there. But overall, the program has been working okay. It helps her to be more relieved that she doesn't have to try to find money every month for all these different accounts that these gentlemen fill her up with.

I had $20,000 in debt and I had a job that was not making enough money to where I could pay it monthly. I was getting overwhelmed with the finance charges. I did Freedom and every time I had a call about something, they were very helpful and understanding. They always answered my questions. This month, they were finally able to negotiate my last debt and get that paid off. I have a surplus in my dedicated account and I got that back.

FDR keeps me informed about transactions on regular basis. Apparently, I signed my contract for 5-6 years to pay my debts off. I'm ending my third year, withdrawals coming out of my personal acct into the FDR acct. It is a slow process. I will endure until my debts are paid off,

I’m happy with this program, sometimes I think is the fee too high and if you Count the fees and the payment together it’s almost that what you anyways have to pay and that is sad but this program give you Time to breathe.

I was told I would graduate from the program in 24 - 48 months and I could if I accepted the loan that was offered so they could call it a graduation. Paying back the loan would be more than my original debt. They also settled 3 accounts for payments so they could charge a fee monthly and I'm sure when they were paid they would collect another fee. Overall, going with FDR has ruined my credit and is going to end up costing more than I owed originally. As of right now there is no way that my debt will be resolved within the time frame that FDR quoted at the beginning of the program.

I've just started this program and already receive an excessive amount of non-pertinent emails. A 9 am call that was scheduled to go over any questions I had was missed. It's now 10:34 am and no one called between 9-10 like all the emails and texts I got said someone would. I am racking up late fees on accounts. I am a little worried that this may not have been the best decision. But I may change my mind later.

I had a lot of debt and couldn't pay for it. So far, working with Freedom Debt Relief has been okay. I thought I'd have it paid off before now, but things come up and I've had to miss a payment or two. I call them and tell them that I can't pay it. Freedom's customer service has done pretty good. A time or two, I got ahold of certain people that wasn't that great, but most of them have been really good. They work with me. If I have a problem and I can't pay payment, they understand. They check and see if I got enough in my account to where I can skip a payment. I've had a couple of times that I thought, "Well, I'm just gonna quit fooling with them." But then they helped me work it out. I haven't filed bankruptcy yet.

So far I'm pleased with the decision I have made thus far to resolve my credit issues. Each representative I spoke with was very helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. I was assured this was the right route to take. Yes I do feel better, because I don't have all the weight on me now, even though I just signed up for the program.

I have continued my journey with FDR and knowing my graduation is near has relieved me of the stress of my debts. No other company has given me the help with financial debt as FDR.
