The program kept me from doing bankruptcy. It helped me clear up my creditors and pay them off. They just cleaned up the last account. It should be done in a couple of weeks. Didn't realize how much money they take after settling debt. Would have been better off settling on my own and save thousands of dollars. I get it's saving me the hassle and everything has a charge but it's insane. How are you really saving yourself when settle debt 50% then they ask for 20% so in end really only settle for 30% and could do alone and cut middleman.

This company has kept me well informed of my account. They have actively worked on my debts to settle the accounts. Their website is very easy to use and has all the information I need on it. I have been able to get in contact with customer service each time I have had a question.

Not enough communication about my debt and what to do about it. No explanation on what the debt is for and why it takes so long to settle it. Why do I have to pay a fee to settle my debt? You need much more contact with people you're working with in the program.

I am very pleased with the way my debt is being resolved. The relief from constant phone calls from creditors and having Freedom handling the accounts is worth so much. The back up of people helping to resolve my accounts means a lot and everyone I've dealt with has been more than helpful.

They make everything real easy. Anytime I get contacted by debt collectors I just forward the information on and I'm done. It's such a huge relief to not have to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone who has found themselves in a financial bind but is not willing to file bankruptcy.

I'm very happy with them. I had the mindset of thinking that I could climb out of this debt on my own, but it's so much more helpful to have a team of people, especially with Freedom Debt Relief. It's worth whatever fees you pay. It’s been great.

I was misled. When I signed up, (May 2018) it was estimated that it would take 48 months and either be around $36,000 (back page) or up to a little less than $54,000 as listed on a comparison page. It seems it will take about 6 years and significantly more than even the high estimate of the savings comparison page. I have made all payments, enrolled debt was accurate and I have already paid $47,000. At this rate, I will be at my enrolled debt almost-saving very little.

On point with everything going on. Consistently contacting with everything going on step by step. Phone call is very pleasant, quick and easy and the portal is so easy to navigate and very understanding. On point with the payments processing.

The last 2 settlements and future settlements its obvious I'm paying too much settlement fees, every time I agree to settle with a creditor, just look at the history of my accounts, Synchrony account, Avant account and Lending Club you did excellent in getting me a fair settlement now I pay full price and more fees than before, hope you could do "BETTER" "SETTLEMENT" LOWER FEES!!

I have been pleasantly surprised by this speed of service. I received a settlement within the first month of signing up for the service. It is satisfying watching your debt melt away. Plus, once the creditors know you are working with Freedom Debt Relief, the phone calls stopped.

Happy with the first settlement but tired of the constant calls. I wish there was a way to notify companies that the debt is being worked on so the phone calls would stop. Other than that things are pretty good.

Very easy to work with, keep you well informed and customer service staff have been friendly and efficient! My first settlement was settled with an amazing settlement achieved by FDR! Highly recommend them to help get you out of debt.

It's a great example of how to get rid of debt. It's easy to apply. No fees. As far as I know they negotiate for you with the creditor's directly. They also keep in touch with you during the duration of the action.

Freedom Debt Relief is a little slow moving, but other than that, they're good. My debts are getting resolved. I'm down to the last four accounts. All of their reps seem pretty nice. Their legal team is really nice too. I had a few issues earlier this year with creditors that didn't want to wait to be negotiated, and they got the legal team and that was a good experience. They picked a really good legal team here in Delaware. I'm very pleased. Freedom Debt Relief has pretty much done what they told me they were going to do. I send in my payment and they pay my creditors. They said if any creditor got impatient and I ran into legal issues, as long as I paid into the legal thing, they’d take care of it, and they did. So they've been true to their word.

So far I'm satisfied with FDR. I just became a member. In time, I may have more to report. The representatives are very informative. The representative I've spoken with was very sensitive to my needs. They took a lot of time helping me. I'm not very much into computers. I honestly do not know how to add images or choose files.

Very friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable about the details of the program. They were willing to answer any questions I had and were honest about the process of my payments and how it can affect credit scores for a while. I feel confident that this process will help get me out of being trapped by high interest credit cards and loans. I also like that I keep track of their processes, my payments, and my remaining amount through the website.

The program works well. They literally lifted a weight off my shoulders and I can breath again. The only negative I have is that the fees were a little higher than anticipated. Almost the same as what they negotiated off.

Freedom Debt Relief's program was awesome. It was a relief not having to try to conquer all that I was trying to do. I had a husband that passed away and a lot to figure out. Now, I'm getting an old debt paid off. At one point, I had to decrease the amount I was paying because my income changed, but then it changed again. So, I went ahead and increased it back.

Dissatisfied with the settlements the negotiators have made with some of the creditors. I could have done that on my own. There is no way to talk to the negotiating team on my account as I was able to in the beginning of my program. This has changed and you only talk to a customer service rep when contacting FDR not your negotiating team. I am not complaining about the customer service because they do their best to answer your questions when I call in. I am just dissatisfied that I cannot speak with my negotiating team on my account as in the beginning of the program.

Well, the program is very supportive and give me a relief on my financial worries. Your rep Cory K was very helpful and provided me an excellent service. He shows me that I have hope in solving my financial issue. The apps is easy to use and the program is well organized.

Freedom Debt Relief is great. They made good settlements with the people I owe money to, and I have two years left.

I had a credit card from Bank of America and I gave it to Freedom Debt to condense my payments. Well they started out paying $205 a month and then without paying it off they stop paying and I was taken to court.

I wasn't feeling well the day I talked to the Customer Service person on my 1st scheduled call with them but he was very nice & patient w/ me. I'm happy with my decision to go with FDR & the Customer Service personnel have been very nice & full of information for me.

I believe I was misinformed when I started the program. I was told I had to include my credit card from USAA. It would not set well if I was paying the credit card and trying to decrease the other creditors. USAA called me a few months later and told me that was not true. I could get a better deal with them or keep paying them the charges and keep the card. So I feel I was misinformed.

FDR is helping me out. They take care of my payments and I don't have to hassle with it. I just pay my monthly payment every month and it's great for me. They also caused a lot of savings for me. Their customer service has been excellent and they've always dealt with anything I've called in. One time, I was served and I went to court. And I was freaking out when I got it. But I called them, they took care of it that day, and I didn't have to worry about it. It's been like four years but I'm getting to the end of the program. I initially had 10 accounts and now I'm down to the last four I'm paying on.

We were told, before we signed on the dotted line, that this was going to be a 48 month program. It is not. Not even close. Had I known that it would be 5+ YEARS. I would have picked a different program or filed for bankruptcy. I'd be done by now and my credit would have rebuilt by now.

I would recommend to a friends and family. Saved lots of money on my credit card debt. They negotiated deep discounts with my creditors. Most cards I saved half of what I owed. This program has really helped me get my finances on track.

After negotiating a debt the time limit to pay the debt off is too long and unnecessary and the client loses a lot of money. When I first got into Freedom Debt Relief the first negotiation was short only two payments. After I was in the program the next payments were a year to six months on a very small amount. So I think that I was tricked In the way that they negotiate until after I was in the program and It didn’t make me feel good about signing up with this program.

I will, and have told people how FDR appears trustworthy, so far… Hopefully, FDR keeps its word… continuing with the game plan. My relatives and friends, questions shows an interest in the FDR proposals. I hope FDR negotiates a little faster for me… timing of 4 years to negotiate settlements is too long.

The reps are excellent. They’ve always helped me out. If I get a little short on cash, I call and tell them I gotta move my date, and they say it's fine.

Well Freedom Debt Relief is one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. They have helped me with my debt. They have been true and honest. Fees taken were Not fully explained. Cost is more than I was initially told. 25% of settlement debt is what I expected. Creditors not added to list after sending info to Customer service. A creditor called your customer service and was told that they are not on your list. They proceeded to harass me.

They are understanding life changing situations. The service people are very nice when you have to contact them. They don't continuously ask for money you may not have which I found with other debt relief companies. Freedom Debt Relief is changing my debt and how I see it.

Getting started with FDR was easy. The payment plan went well. I had it lowered, and then I went back up. Now, I’m at the peak where it should be. So far, their service has been good. There were some changes brought about by working with them. My credit goes up once in a while.

Frustrated with one x payment using an alternative payment method and then switching it back to usual payment method from standard bank institution. Because of this, payment may be delayed. Should be an easy button to click payment using 1 account and then click 2 to switch payment accounts.

Freedom is so helpful. They charge my life. Thanks freedom. I get loan too and clean my Credits. I recommend it to anyone to people they have a big dip. Anytime you call they answer. They are so helpful. I got the loan very soon.

Freedom Debt Relief has improved my credit substantially. Just over 4 years ago I began my journey with FDR to consolidate 30k in credit card debt. They settled a majority of my outstanding accounts and established payment plans for the remaining. Had to be involved in court cases for 2 of the accounts. Had to pay taxes on money saved. Sometimes the fees were more than any money I saved. Overall I am still ok with my decision to go with the program. I do feel it took longer than they said when I signed up

Has been a great help. There are fees but on some what the settle it for is less so when you add the fees it about the same as what you enrolled but at least it’s not higher. Thought we be done I a year or two but I enrolled in 2019 and am suppose to be done in 2023 so about 4 years and I had around 35k in debt with payments of 532 a month. So I hope if you read this it gives you some insight in what to expect.

I had a settlement take a year, got and signed a settlement in June that FDR rejected and never told me. The same settlement in October was now $500 more, I was told invalid information by a representative and it all wound up costing me $2400 additional. No resolution was offered or explanation as to why No one did anything on the account for 4 months or notified me that the June settlement never went through.

Rather vague on fees and charges. We don’t really know how much our settlement fees are or what they represent. It would be advantageous to see a detailed log of fees, how they’re developed. We see the charges, however, we see no explanation.

Always helpful and willing to work with me on anything I needed. I would recommend to anyone that needs help with debt consolidation. I have had so much success on getting this completed as quickly as possible. Great debt reductions.

I just started and they already negotiated with one company already. That is fast. I was expecting to have it take a month or so but they proved me wrong. I am totally impressed with everything about this company. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

I expected professionalism! Instead I got nothing! You told me you could help me. I had five accounts to settle. Only one was bartered. The rest were settled in court, and still you collected your fee, for doing absolutely nothing. Freedom Debt in my opinion is nothing short of a scam! In hindsight I could have filed bankruptcy and done an equal amount of damage to my credit yet be able to be debt free and move on.

I'm doing a debt program to help me get out of debt. The program of FDR is very good. I also like the mobile app. It works very well so far. I should be finished with them by February of 2022. It's been amazing because I don't have the stress of creditors calling me day and night to collect money. Their customer service has always been very helpful, polite, kind and always got updates. The whole process was easy. Time flies by and by the time I know it, my program is almost done.

This was one of the most satisfying experience I have had with an organization dedicated to help me bring my debts under control. They established reasonable arrangements with all 8 of the organizations I had created debts with and worked out payment contracts with every one of them. I was surprised they could achieve this with all of them but they did.

Freedom Debt is a great arrangement if you need help. I'm very happy with their service. The only negative I can think of is that it is VERY difficult to get thru to them by phone. But I do appreciate their help very much.

It took three years to complete. I had a lot of debt. I paid $12 a month for a lawyer. Well worth it. No creditor ever bothered me. Money that was left in my account was refunded to me. Highly recommend. Customer service people were always kind, and courteous.

They were nice and they answered all my questions without having me sign anything. I also love the dashboard because I can go on there and check everything. I like to look and see what is being paid on which week that I pay my payments. I've had negotiations several times so I've called. I was impacted really badly. We didn't get a check for four weeks ao I couldn't make a payment for three weeks. After that, I wasn't getting my full check so I had to do half payments for a while and they were great about that. As long as I was trying to make a payment, they were okay with that. That was fantastic. It's worth it. The stress of not having people calling me all the time on the phone, day and night, wanting their money, it's all handled by FDR and I love it. It's so relaxing. I just pay FDR and that's it.

Although I am a new client my expectations are high. Freedom personnel have been very friendly and though. I have not had any debts lowered yet but I have only banked money once so I am not expecting any results for a couple of months yet. I would start this process again.

Great program. Would recommend to friends. Everyone is already so helpful. They get your settlements as quickly as possible. If you have an issue you can email and they will call you right back. They truly do have your best interest at heart.

Good customer service support during interactions over the phone and online. Follow up seems to be consistent, but kinda overwhelming at times. The follow up calls often come during the day and during work hours. If l correspondence could occur by email/text messages, that might be more user friendly.

I have been constantly impressed with how FDR has been able to get really great settlements on some of my old collections. The only thing I would suggest to make it a little better is possibly making the time to pay on account a little longer so that the payments are lower.

Freedom Debt Relief has worked very well. We got two out of four credit cards paid off and everything's been negotiated. It's taken a lot of load off us and knowing we'll be out of debt in less than two years. But my sister who I got into them may say something different because she's not real happy with them right now.

They've been very good and competent. They keep me informed on where we are. I haven't had any calls from any of the debtors. It's been handled mostly by FDR. I had quite a few accounts settled. There are only three that are not settled now and everything else is in process. Normally, I get a message or an email that says they have made a settlement. "Here's what the settlement is, here's how much, if it’s 30%, 40%, 50% or 60." They lay all that detail out and ask me if it's acceptable to me. I respond back, “Yes” and then they go ahead and start processing it. I've also got a page on their website. It's my account and it shows me which ones are in process, which ones are settled, and which ones are still in open negotiations at this time.

Glad to get this debt out of the way, and am thankful for what lays ahead as I continue to work on my credit to be able to buy another property and build. Was a good stepping stone in my journey to get my debt under control.

I was under a lot of debt and barely able to make payments. I never missed any payments before Freedom, but it was to the point that I was just paying the bills and having to reuse the credit card in order to buy food and stuff I needed. Now that I am with Freedom, I'm able to put savings and do a lot of different things. Before Freedom, I was not able to afford the food that I need. Freedom is amazing and I would 100% recommend it to everyone. The reps are super sweet and kind. They help me in any way they can.

Program progress had been rather slow. Participants have been very slow to recover and this has caused a very negative score for loans or other things that we wanted to apply for. We feel that we signed up to graduate sooner and many settlements are no better than if we had continued to pay the minimum ourselves. Which would have not destroyed our credit scores.

The experience here has been awesome. I feel like the people I have spoken to has been very helpful, professional, and I have not felt degraded at all. It seemed like a slow start at 1st but once it got started it has been nonstop. I would recommend this company to anyone!!!

Everything seems to have been going well with my experience with FDR. The payment plan seems flexible. We've still got two more to go. We’ve paid off four here at once. There are some downsides to it though. It ruins your credit score there for a little while because you have to let everything go bad. And if you ever have to refinance, it is a pain to go through. But we have just done the refinance and everybody tried their best and did what they could.

Freedom Debt Relief is helping me with my credit cards. Setting up was quick. I just only called them, they put me with a specialist, he explained to me how it worked, and he was really quick. The service was excellent. They're always in contact. They will send emails every month, checking on all the accounts and how I am doing.

Freedom Debt Relief does a thorough job and takes care of business. Sometimes, I’m on the dashboard, but usually, I get my email from Freedom, and I know what's going on. I got my son on it a month ago.

My last acct with FDR was not negotiated in a very reasonable amount of time, which made the creditors file a lawsuit, which I got knowledge of through a law firm which was soliciting me a a customer to represent in the lawsuit. Therefore, I was put in an emergency situation to find out later, that attorneys that represent FDR, would represent me only to find out for a larger amount of money and only 2 options to comply with the attorneys in making the pay off. From my understanding, I feel, this was not very fair to me as a client, since my acct was in a planned portfolio.

Is I would recommend to anyone who wants their debt to resolve quickly. Freedom debt relief have save me lots of money. It's a relief knowing that they Take care their clients and are always there for them. That's the reason I give the 5 stars.

I had a lot of excess debt and knew that I neded to contact someone that I could trust to help me get paid off. They are a great group of people and you really can talk to them. Almost have my credit card debt paid off and am very satisfied. Just do as they ask of you and it really goes smooth am very glad that I contacted them.

Love this program, after initial phone ringing off the hook from creditors then the calls stopped. Obviously they started working with Freedom. Reduced my debt in half which was great. You have opportunity to speed up program so you can finish sooner. They always keep you informed of your progress. The dashboard is excellent with tools you can use dealing with creditors.

Freedom Debt Relief's service is great. I set the amount that I need to have taken care of and forget about it every month. They do everything for me. I get notices when they complete a settlement or they give me updates to how the settlements are going. When we were getting everything set up, I was speaking to my representative quite often. We were tailor-making my program for me, but after that, it just rolls along, like on autopilot. Consumers should look for a way to be able to get their debt managed and with Freedom to tailor their program the way they need it. A rep told me that if there was one creditor that I didn't want to add on there, I could go ahead and take them off at any time. It was really helpful.

Just because the people on your end can rattle off all the information like it's a sprint, doesn't mean we can filter out the important information and make notes at the same speed. You should also consider whether the person has a clue what the info you are speeding through means.

Things taken care of with ease. Took a burden off my shoulders & able to focus on other things in life. Constant communication. Glad I found them years ago to help rid myself of debt. Thank you for all you do.

Routinely, I am presented with offers to add debt. I have asked for this to stop on multiple occasions and to date, it hasn't. I have actually stated I did not wish to add anything else to my account other than the ones I submitted initially. I am taking care of anything else outside of FDR. It feels disingenuous and is seemingly an attempt to keep me enrolled for longer periods of time to increase the revenue FDR makes off this particular case. I have several debtors with small balances which are still unpaid. A couple of these were structured well before some of the larger ones. In my opinion, these could have been paid off using a larger regular payments while negotiating with the larger ones for a settlement. The only time I am contacted by FDR is to add money to my account, or accept a new debt. For example, I recently increased automatic drafts. In theory, someone should be working to reevaluate how this increase affects my account progress.

We are happy with the program and progress. Yes. I be happy to tell my family and friends how Freedom Relief shows your progress and many more you get and give you information that you need customer service. They are very professional.

Time consuming, yet my enrolled debts are being negotiated and paid. This has been a worry free solution for me. Increasing the amount of deposit each month was important, as it enable FDR to pay more accounts each month. Thank you FDR for your help.

We're Christians, so we don't believe in just not paying our debts. Freedom Debt Relief is a nice option to have, to know that while there's somebody there that can help you and you're still paying your debts, but you're doing it where you can afford it. We've been pleased with the program, but we're not done with it. We still don't have enough money to pay some of our bills and the monthly amount we have to pay really hurts us, but it's better than having the debt collectors calling and bugging us. I'll be glad when it's done so we can get that deposit back. Also, the reps have been nice and we have no complaints with them.

Working with Freedom Debt Relief was wonderful. It relieved the pressure of thinking I was going to lose my house, and nothing popped up, "You owe us more money." I started the program in 2017, and in three months’ time, we had paid off two bills. The reps were very helpful, explained everything to me, and I felt very comfortable. I could tell them anything. All in all, I’ll recommend FDR for everyone. They helped me pay off six accounts one at a time, and we're paying off the last one now.

We're moving along well. There have been accounts settled. There are accounts set up that are being paid on. There were a couple of times where I got a collection thing in the mail. I sent that to them and spoke to people a couple of times and it's been all good and helpful.

Marsha ** continued to contact me but never aggravated me. It did not take long to develop a solid work relationship with her. She is professional, but at the same time, she is very at ease with me. She is a marvelous representative of F.D.R.

FDR helps me out of some of the debts that I have and they’ve been doing pretty well on that. I closed some of my accounts. I have a flat payment, so I don’t have to worry about my payments going up and down. The rep I'm working with has been really well. They're very reliable. My credit’s coming up, thanks to them. Communication could be much more forthcoming and not delayed. You expect a response from us immediately, but we have to wait up to ten business days at times. Delaying paying off accounts when funds are available for an immediate payoff only benefits you and not the person you are working for.

I gave all the loan and credit card companies Freedom Debt Relief's phone number and address. Freedom would negotiate with those companies every time they got a phone call or a letter. They took my $30,000 debt and brought it down to 20,000. At first, I had the same guy in sales. Once I got signed up, the rep was changed. Every time I call, it's a different person and they're always really helpful.

I have been clearly informed every time of my progress in the program and that means peace of mind. I feel more secure knowing they are with me through the process. Thank you and I expect to finish soon and free of debts.

I came across Freedom, signed right up with them, and have been with them ever since. I’ve been really happy. They worked on my debts right away and I just look at everything on the computer. Thank you FDR for helping me out and fighting for me with the credit card companies, plus managing to get me 50% write off with one of the biggest debts which is left. It was my best decision to go to FDR and ask for help. They do everything for you even fight in court for you if needed. 2 more years and I am done with everything and learned not to do this binge shopping with the credit cards ever again. At first, Freedom Debt Relief got all the information needed. When they put me in the program, they asked a few questions then they told me what to expect from them when they call and that a debt has to have time to make it go more than the days that you're supposed to make the payments. I went through that, and I was so scared. I've never gone through that thing where I have to wait for it to be overdue. I don't do that.

When I first called FDR, I got transferred to whoever. But then I had spoken to a certain representative and she was very nice and informative. She was the one that signed me up. She knew more information than the representatives that I speak to on the phone. However, my biggest issue was when I called up and spoke to a representative and there were a couple of them that were very nasty. Another concern I have is when I ask to be transferred to a supervisor, they never do it and refuse to transfer me to a supervisor. They say there are no supervisors. But some of them know a lot and they try to help me very much. The last few calls I made were very good. I had several accounts, several creditors, and they gotta figure this out if I pay them that everybody's paid without any problem. They were very outstanding in that area.

I’m just getting started so I really don’t know yet on how it’s all going to work out and if it does work out I will definitely tell family and friends. Josh ** has been real helpful and when I email him he responds relatively quick.

Each situation was handled with respect. All questions were answers and all problems were taken care of very professionally. The client was kept well informed. Trying to get on the dashboard was a problem once in a while but again agent helped.

Everything has been okay, but I was told it would all be settled in 4 years, which we started in November 2018 and it is saying I will not be done with the program until March 2024, not sure why they would tell you 4 years.

Updated on 01/04/2022: I am past midpoint with about 1 1/2 years to go. My progress is slow because I had 25 accounts to pay off... all but have a settlement and 13 have been resolved... The savings that are realized is that the accounts that accumulate fees would have never been paid off... but with a monthly payment takes a while but they do get resolved.

You would be better off doing it yourself. What they tell before you decide to do it is not the way it works. If you decide to do it don't waste money on their lawyers. They use the worse one they can find and they do nothing for you.

The company have helped cleared our debts as promised, they help resolved legal issues and getting things on track, couldn’t thank them enough! I would recommend Freedom Debt Relief to the people I know to share the good news, to help them to be free from debts.
