I've been struggling to figure out how to maintain my situation but I got an email from "FDR" so I went to their page to get an estimate. I had to call and find out if it was true because it was a perfect fit for me. Once I talked to them on the phone to see my options, the lady helped me choose the best way for me to handle my situation. Now I have automated payments set up and I'm not worrying about making multiple payments all over. Beyond satisfied and I cannot wait to have finished my journey with them. Best decision yet in 2022 was working with "FDR".

My experience was very positive. I was a little bit hesitant to use the debt resolving service, but the person that helped set my doubts at ease. The person that helped me was friendly and helpful in walking me through and explaining the process of resolving my debt. I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs help resolving financial debt.

They have helped me where I couldn’t get anywhere. The creditors wouldn’t even talk to me. I thought I could do it on my own but I was wrong. It seems like a long process, but, they have done what I could not. They have knocked down my debt and my score is now rising again.

During our last 2 years with Freedom Debt Relief we have been transitioning to a more secure lifestyle. One that is not strained by wondering how we will make our next minimum payment to where we have the ability to meet each day secure in our financial outlook. Though we still have 2 years left in the program we feel this has been a great help in securing our financial independence.

My husband had a really bad accident and he totaled his truck. He wound up in the hospital and it threw us way behind on our bills. Instead of filing bankruptcy, we decided to go this way. The lady that worked with us was very informational and gave us time to think about it. I had called the creditors at first and told them about my husband and none of them wanted to work with us. We've had a couple that came back and sued us, and Freedom was Johnny-on-the-spot. They have a legal team. I just sent them the summons I got in the mail or was served with and they took care of it right away. They negotiated down the interest off of what our actual purchase is. They worked with two of our credit cards. Since our settlement payments were on time and we had an excellent pay history, those cards were reinstated, so we’re back in good graces again. I recommended them to a lot of people.

I would recommend FDR so you can be free from your debts of credit card but you have to be very concern you cannot use them anymore, but as the time passes by you get used of it not using them and concerned that soon all your debts will come to an end.

They have walked me thru the program and answered all my questions. It has been very easy so far. Everything is laid out for you. An answer is as close as your phone. Everything is handled professional and with your debt problem in mind.

Not really recommended as this company wasn’t honest regarding time in program, they even got the number of debts enrolled incorrect-I was being charged twice for one. I’d suggest passing or working it out oneself. Not a good one.

Updated on 07/07/2022: I'm absolutely happy because I didn't give up when the world experienced a major lockdown; the Pandemic. I totally remained focus on my goal to complete the final payment celebration, and 07/2022 after five years I AM DEBT FREE!!! Thank you Freedom Debt Relief for all of your hard work and support. My husband found Freedom Debt Relief and he did it, then I followed right along. He’s done so he’s very happy. Mine is till about July. This is absolutely amazing. My brother asked me about it and I already told him this is the one to go with.

This was a rip off. Said they could save you money but they didn't would have been cheaper negotiating on my own which I did with 2 of the creditors. They take forever to negotiate so they can keep making money off you. With their fees. Hopefully I'll never have to do this again cause I won't be using this company.

Very good service. We had to pull some strings at the end to get this debt resolved once and for all at the end, but overall a good experience. Hope to never have to use the service again, but would highly recommend it to someone else.

I'm almost debt free thanks to their help and diligence. They protect you in the process from collectors and do all the paperwork for you. I'm happy I took the decision to look for their help. It took me 4 years to do it and it was the best decision I took for my finances. Thank you!

I have been happy to see some of my debts disappear and Freedom Debt Relief has done a very good job of helping me out of this situation. Would recommend it to anyone who is struggling to get out of debt.

My initial bimonthly charge was $120ish when I joined the program. One instance required it to move to $182 for a 'temporary' time and has not come down in two years. This left a further strain upon my family, causing us to use other credit not listed in this program (that we kept out because we were managing it on our own) to make up the difference. While we appreciate the program and the relief it has provided my family, I feel lied to about the amount needed per pay period and has left a sour taste in our mouths with the program.

Helped me reduce my credit card debts and make payments to creditors and dealt with their collecting calls. They provide resources and tutorials on how to deal with creditors and how each stage of the process and negotiation works. Easy to work with and explain the process thoroughly.

Our negotiators from Freedom Debt Relief keep me in the loop on what's going on and what I need to do. Any questions I have, they answer it. So, everything is fine. I also go into the website often to see what's been negotiated. I'm very comfortable working through our program. I don't have to worry about collectors calling. I'm getting rid of all that old debts, too.

Take long time to resolve the debts and asking more money to resolve. I don't like that, I've been 2 yrs and still some debts without resolved. They need more focus on each customer and try to resolve the debts sooner, not happy that take long time to resolve.

Even when I ran into a difficult spot, you guys worked with me to get back on track. My credit score increase by 100 points and now, other than a student loan... I am debt free. Surely it has been a blessing in disguise for me. Took some weight off my shoulders. It is a simple process but you have to be dedicated to the process. Nothing in life comes easy! They explain everything and check with you before they even make a move also.

You did nothing to settle this but yet collected 700.00. **. Worse mistake of my life!! When I am paying for a law firm and they have to settle for me, what right do you have to collect any money at all?? You did nothing!!! If you did the leg work fine, but you let it go to where I got sued, so you should not collect a damn dime!!

I am very happy with the way they are taking care of my accounts. They keep me updated on all accounts. I would recommend to everyone. The dashboard is a great tool. It lets you know the the deposit you have to make and your graduation date.

We have been pleased with the progress so far. When we first started we thought progress to be further along. Freedom set monthly debit for a two year payoff, but did not happen. Expectations not met. Don’t really know if we would recommend this program.

I am not satisfy on paying my Walmart bill. I think it took too long and I think that you took too long to pay because you want the extra money. You are very expensive. Please concentrate on my last bill.

Updated on 09/25/2023: Since I started with Freedom Debt Relief in 2019, I've only had two or three concerns. Usually, the concern was taken care of within one call. I had a different person every time I called. But everybody that I've spoken with from customer service to management has always been helpful to me. Freedom Debt Relief sounded dealt with all the creditors and made all the agreements. All they did was send me notices to accept the agreements. It has been a blessing to us. Everybody has been great when I've had questions or concerns about anything going on. The only card that gave us an issue was Discover. They wouldn't take a settlement. Other than that, FDR has been able to work through all of my credit cards. Their service has been great. They gave me my life back. They took the stress off and taught me a new way of shopping.

After weighing my options and looking into debt relief, I was contacted by FDR. They explained my best options and gave me all the pros and cons and allowed me to make my own decision without pressure. I decided to go with their plan, and look forward to being debt free in the next couple of years.

Any questions I've had, Freedom Debt Relief's reps have always had the answers. I haven't called customer service too many times because most things are explained very well on the client dashboard. Everything has been working really smooth. I've got one settlement left, and it's in progress right now.

Great customer service also quick progress on knocking my debt. Would recommend FDR to anyone. Also the phones and mail from the creditors stopped so if you really need and want to fix your problems give them a call today

I was generally very pleased with my experience with FDR. It seemed to take a long time to get the last debt to agree to a settlement, but that may be because of the collection agency themselves. I would certainly recommend FDR to anyone to help reduce their debt and settle for less. The only other complaint I have is that with the pandemic I never knew where to call and with whom I could talk if I needed it..

There was a major account that was taken out of the program without my knowledge and I had to figure out how to settle with the company and get it paid off. The lawyers and Freedom Debt both let me down.

Best decision I ever made. Make sure you stick with the program because it works. The beginning is kind of sticky when creditors keep calling, but eventually settlements begin to come and you see your debt disappearing. So happy I did this. Takes a little while but the waiting is worth it. I will be retiring virtually debt-free.

The program takes a very long time and the debt grows greatly with late fees. Then they negotiate the debt back to what it was before you stopped paying and charge a large fee so you are better off just doing it yourself. If I had not already done the program for so long I would just leave. Step up payment plans with your creditors yourself.

What surprised us that what we paid off the Credit card companies....The settlement fees took the rest. (settlement Fees are High) Learned a hard lesson. DON'T USE CREDIT CARDS...for emergency ONLY if you have one. Special thank you to the Legal Dept....Job well done. Also your Credit Scores will go up and down like a yoyo.

They are really good. FDR help me a lot. Wish I had known about them earlier. They helped me get rather all my debt credit card. They stay in touch with me. Stop all those phones calls of creditors that be calling you. Over half of my debts have been resolved! Already I don't mind telling people who are having trouble with debt.

They have been a great help with consolidating our credit card debt and working with creditors to reduce our balances. They have kept us updated throughout the process and walked us through the steps needed to reduce our credit card balances.

The service FDR offers is very good and all their personnel are very knowledgeable and helpful. We are happy with their service. Their Legal department is also great and listening and quick to get problems resolved. I would recommend their services to my friends and family.

The first man that I talked to was very reassuring and understanding. Any questions I had or if I didn't know what was going on, I would call him back and he would take my call. I was paying my bills, but each bill was 30% interest so I was just paying the interest and I couldn't get out from underneath it. FDR worked out a payment that would be easy for me to do. They took all my bills and added them together. I only have one thing left to pay off and I'm out clear. I'm so happy with them.

Despite many turns of events that have made it difficult for me to pay my creditors, Freedom Debt Relief has kept me on track modifying as I needed despite family deaths illnesses and I am down to only three more predators to be paid. That’s success for me.

Freedom Debt Relief has resolved four of my debts. I still have two more that they're working on. Anytime I've spoken to anybody, they've been great. I do most of the stuff online and the dashboard is easy to navigate. The messages come through on there and then they tell me to contact them.

A friend referred me to FDR and I called them. They asked if I was okay with 348 per month and I agreed. Within a few months, they had the first credit card settled for 53% less than what I owed. A few months later, they were able to settle with the second credit card company for 50% less. The third card will be paid off in December of this year. Then just a few weeks ago, the fourth card finally went into a settlement for 50% less too. They'll make the first payment at the end of this month and it'll be 31 months. I'm hoping that when the one card gets paid off in December of this year, they can up the payment to the final credit card company. If I had been able to make the payments, it would have taken me 30 years to pay them off. Now, two of the cards are now paid off in full and it hasn't even been three years since I've been with FDR. My credit score was down in the 500s when I started. Now, my credit score is back up in the 700s.

I cannot explain how happy and contented I am with this company. No hassles, always updating me with my account. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Hoping that another family member can experience what I had with this company.

Longer than I thought but the results were fine. I really thought that you could have negotiated a quick resolve to Holiday Timeshare because we never ever used it. At first we paid our maintenance fees but as time went by and the fees went up, we could not pay due to employment issues.

I've seen FDR online and I applied to them and they accepted me to consolidate on my bills. They educated me on how it goes or what I need as far as to continue to work and build my credit back up. They've been helpful in giving me information, knowing what to do, and pointing me in the right direction. When they come to agree with somebody, they always want me to sign off first saying that I actually agree with it, and I definitely appreciate that. They were perfect for me and that was why I stayed with them the whole five years, never tried to opt out of anything. I finally graduated in '22 and Freedom Debt has really been a blessing. I'm still working on trying to build my credit back up because due to the pandemic, I have lost my job and I got back again in a little debt trouble. I recommended them to other people.

Yes I would recommend a friend. I’m truly happy with my decision. I can’t wait for it to be all over. Just so I can start fresh. They do all the legwork for you and you just have to touch base with them and make sure you are available when they need you to ok what they do.

Updated on 07/16/2022: I believe that I was misled in regards to this program. I was told it would be paid off in 4 years, it was 5. I was told, "Freedom Debt is here to help you." After over 4 years of NEVER missing a payment, I had unexpected medical bills. I was going to have to postpone my payment for a few weeks. I had the money in my dedicated account to pay the amount, but they wouldn't do that. I was finally able to pay 2 payments that month, but Freedom still cancelled one of my debt resolutions and I had to renegotiate. Very, very disappointed in the false claims that they tout but in reality, don't exist. Better think twice before you sign with them. Even if you complete the program, your credit is ruined for up to seven years. (They don't tell you about that part.) I would never recommend them.

Happy with your program. Glad to have finished this milestone. May God bless you to help someone else load a little easier to carry. I would recommend this program to anyone who needs it. Thank you so much for your help.

I was supposed to have finished this year, but now it's 2025 before I'll be finished. I'm a little confused as to what's going on with all the money that I've paid in. I asked questions about it and I left an email the other day, but FDR hasn't gotten back to me yet. But they're good.

As I was transforming profit into purpose, FDR came to the rescue like a dream. Finding reality in dreams is to trust what “freedom” is all about. FDR was there helped build my character through faith, hope, that I was not alone. I was able to set a goal according to want and need. I am very proud and happy to be of service with quality and integrity of FDR and I will highly recommend.

I have been helped with my debt and do appreciate everything but, I dislike the fact that you wait to settle, therefore making the amount go ALOT higher than what it was to begin with. I wish I could have just continued to make my monthly payments as I was doing prior to making a commitment with FDR.

Once they understand that you are in this program, the calls stop coming & you can relax & let the freedom team do their thing. Updated on 3/31/2023: I’ve had a great experience and have cleared up a lot of my accounts in a very short timeframe. Would recommend to anyone, my only concern was how my credit score declined from decent to very poor. And it still hasn’t gotten back to where it was even with all the accounts that I’ve paid off and closed. Nor with the accounts that I pay on time regularly each month.

I have sent more than $8000 and I only have one settlement begun with 36 more payments. I submitted 4 different creditors and believed that this would be a relief. It is not, it's stressful. This is extremely slow! I had expected to be completely debt free. If I could I would ask for a complete refund and negotiate with my creditors directly. I almost feel like it is a scam. Very disappointed.

Great help. They know what they are doing. Always available. I found them knowledgeable and friendly. I liked being able to access them for questions and support almost immediately when I've called. Remarkable. I would recommend them any time. Hope you don't have to use them. But if you do, go for it.

They have been nice but the amount of they charge each month is equal to nothing less than highway robbery... They tout themselves of being so wonderful because they are "helping" you - which is true they get the settlements - but one could actually do it themselves and not have to pay out the nose for it...

I'm very happy with Freedom. Customer service has been excellent. They're on top of everything. It is much better than trying to pay companies ourselves because companies just want everything. But I have one account that wasn't on the dashboard and I tried to upload a document. The dashboard said it wouldn't do it. The only thing is I just had to jump through hoops, which is fine. Other than that, it's perfect.

I had an excellent experience with FDR. I've had good support from them. They have been very good in helping me understand whatever is going on and what my payoff is. I started with a monthly payment of 439, then I realized it was gonna take forever and I thought I could pay more because I'm not paying on these credit cards now. I went to 800 and then, just this last week, I went down back down to 500. They said I owe $1,700-something, so I'm going to pay that all off.

So far I'm very please with what I have heard about your company. I'm very happy I found out about you. I hope it all works out for me. Never received the phone call that I was supposed to get before my payments started. Wasn't informed that I needed to be home in front of my computer to speak with them so the first call was rescheduled and second never happened.

This account Target was supposed to be settled months ago. Made sure the money was in the dedicated account. I never received the email about the settlement. I have called many times the advisor and also customer service. I have left messages with the advisor. Never had a called back or a message, It was not my fault that I never received the email on the settlement. I did agree to it over the phone with customer service. I have never had a problem with you all until now. I did everything I was supposed to do. I have not heard anything from you in over 6 weeks.

I had a very pleasant experience with FDR. When I had accumulated so much debt, it was getting hard to manage all the payments and trying to keep up with things, and I was paying out more payments than I was making just about. I had to do something and they helped me manage that. They were really easy to talk to, everything was very easy to understand. ​I even had two litigations that they helped me through and it took all the pressure off me. I didn't have to get any phone calls or be harassed by any of these credit card companies. They just took care of everything. It was awesome.

Very happy with this company and the work it has done so far to eliminate my debt. They make it easy with their process and they take care of everything. They keep in touch with you monthly and also use text messaging to make things easier for the consumer.

When a parent ages, they may have accumulated a great deal of debt left to be paid from their accounts by children or family members. This is a tedious and exhausting process. Freedom took my mother’s debt and paid it down quickly and without causing me a lot of stress. Highly recommend consulting with Freedom before doing anything else.

I was having a difficult time keeping my credit cards paid. I tried several processes and wasn't making any leeway. I contacted Freedom debt and they got me set up and have done amazing. Spread payments out too long so you can charge more fees. Your commercials are not true. Not what I thought it would be, I kept getting calls about loans so you could make more money. Would not recommend to anyone.

I was told I would graduate from this program in 4 years. There are payments set out for 4 years from now, so there is no way that is going to happen. There are still unresolved debts that haven’t been negotiated. I have been sued twice. While the lawsuits were taken care of, because I couldn’t provide more than my regular deposit, it was decided I would have to repay the entire debt. Including the 3 years of interest they tacked on and of course their fee. I hope to be able to provide more money this year to get out from under this company.

Just starting the program. It's very hard to judge fairly. The plan & all the information sounds great. But will truly know once my account starts up. Being honest I am a little nervous, but it was myself that got me into this financial mess. I thought I could handle everything but it fastly became overwhelming.

I sometime have a hard time logging on to dashboard. I am having to put my password in more than one or two times. I need assistance. Is there an assistant to get you into the dashboard so that you dont have to do it more than one time?

They did assist us, but their communication is less than needed and inefficient. You will never get a call from them to resolve issues. They give electronic boxed responses and if you call to resolve something, you will talk to a different person each time, causing you to explain issues over and over. Really frustrating.

Their general, all-over spiel had no pressure. They went and listed my debts, and then began to pay them off with no problem. Every month, I would get a notice from them about where I stood in the program. Anytime I had a question in regards, I would call and they would definitely provide answers to me and explain everything I needed, whether I call the gentleman I first talked to or whether I call the main office number. I have talked with Katrina and she's been excellent. If I had any doubt, any question about why something was going on, I called her. She's walked me through absolutely everything.

You need to be more honest about your explanations and other things that I experienced!! There were some things that were done that I thought were not honest and you did not consult me on an account that was about 15yrs old.

I am impressed how they go out of their way to get me a settlement. Always contact me to let me know about my accounts. Always let me know when I need to approve what they are doing. They did not go behind my back. Straight and forward always with me.

$40k worth of debt that did not get reduced, took a huge hit to my credit score for seemingly no reason. Nearing the end of the program I tried to make a final payment for the balance owed, the deposit was made to FDR and 60 days later they still have not sent the funds to the Creditor. I have tried phone, email, and chat communication with FDR, every single person I have talked with could not answer why a final payment has not been made. I deposit into the account every two weeks and at the beginning of each month, a check is sent out to the Creditor. 5 business days after the deposit has cleared there is no reason FDR could not issue a final check and pay off the Creditor.

I was told a couple of months to resolve the debt negotiations and that line changed over time. I'm 6 months in and have only had one resolution. I was expecting to be done with negotiations 6 months in. Too slow, too long. No real reason to wait so long between negotiations, as far as I can tell.

Freedom Debt is a company that I would recommend. They work with you, and helps you get out of debt sooner in 4 years instead being in debt for 20 years. Since I been with them, they settled some of my debt already. I hope to be debt free soon.

Freedom Debt came up with a strategy and asked me what I thought I could contribute to try and pay it down and set up the plan for me. All I did was follow their program. Setting it up was pretty simple. Then they started using the funds as they were collected to negotiate. I was just a little frustrated with the last one. It was the largest one. We had gotten offers over the last two years to settle for a really good amount on a single payment. I'd send it in and there was no response. We ended up settling this year for about the same amount. I didn't question it. My wife was like, “Chris, that's just how it works. Just let them do their job.” So, I just kept making payments and shut my mouth and got it paid off.

I add ended up paying off the other other creditors because I assumed that a payment to each creditor would be made soon as I had the funds built up. My whole plan was to take out a loan instead to pay the creditors off in full.

So far everyone has been very polite and helpful. They even got one on my loans reduced down by $5000. I am very impressed that I am updated on the status of each account. It keeps me going, knowing that I made the right choice in having Freedom help me.

In the beginning, the Freedom Debt Relief reps were good. They offered the consolidation loan, which I ended up paying more a month and more than what I owed if I didn’t do it. Communication was clear, but then I had one account that went into court, and they were gonna garnish my check. So, I contacted Freedom, and they couldn’t do anything about it. They never did anything about it. So, I ended up with that one on my own now plus Freedom. Overall, I think they’re false advertising.

Rather have just one loan and pay it off from there. Not doing it little by little. I understand that you have to try to decrease by waiting to make a payment. But everything is fine will complete payment soon if God permits.
