One of the most unorganized companies I’ve ever worked with and one of the biggest scams I’ve dealt with and it’s ridiculous how only so much of the money is used and then 90% of money just sits in my account whenever all it seems like is my money was just being taken from me but needing me to keep sending more and more money.

Pretty much right from the beginning I was lied to. Then on Nov 3, I called in was to close out, was told, "No more fees, would be charged and no more withdrawals made from my bank account," both of those were a lie. I was told it would take up the 30 days to close out, that was a lie, it took over 2 months. I was told numerous times "you'll have an answer tomorrow", I'd call tomorrow and be told "Oh no you'll have an answer in a couple days". The amount of time wasted and stress caused by this joke of a company is absolutely mind-numbing to me. I absolutely should have read and listened to the reviews online. Never again will I even think of using this company.

Am so happy I found this program. Slowly but surely I have settled about 60% of my debt. I know that soon I will be debt free with this program. I thank all the employees for always being helpful and mindful.

When logged into my dashboard I can't determine my program end date. Also, one of my settlements has been completed (12 out of 12 payments) but the dashboard shows it as still open. Also, as settlements are satisfied and my monthly payment remains the same I have more money to pay down open settlements which would speed up my program completion date. Something I would expect your customer service people could very easily calculate, yet when I call to speak live, they are invariably unable to accommodate me. Can ANYONE help me!

I started researching debt relief the beginning of 2020 because I was struggling to pay off my high interest credit cards. I decided to go with FDR because of the many positive reviews I read. Once I called and got all of my questions answered and felt comfortable knowing they could help me I signed up. My first contact person was so patient with me, answering all of my questions and giving me the confidence that the program would work. There were times I questioned the process, but each time I called someone patiently answered my questions and addressed my concerns. All I can say is the program works, you just have to trust the process. I am happy to say that I graduated the program sooner than I expected with money left over.

Having a good experience with the program. I wish it worked a little faster but it's working for me. I was contacted about a loan for the program and it was not going to work in my budget. Another reason I like the program as it is budget-friendly.

Program seemed like a good fit initially. Then I realized that I invested $4k over 15 months and no debt had been paid to credit. Fees were thousands and when calling to cancel my membership and void out the upcoming I was harassed by a customer service rep and that payment still came out 3 days later! Waste of money and time! This is going on the fourth month that the money has been sitting in my account to complete program. Instead of settling with the remaining creditors FDR is just stretching it out to collect additional fees. Their fees are extremely high for settlement offers that the company’s made directly to me. I made a commitment to complete the program but should have went in a different direction. I could have made the payment arrangements and paid everyone for about one third the cost.

No judgment just helpful people; the website makes it very easy to track everything; I would say the amount of emails I get now from freedom are a bit much but it’s okay they’re manageable so far. I also liked the packe I received in the mail because I can refer to it when I’m not on my computer or phone and it sits on my desk where I can always see it reminding me of what I’m doing and my goals.

Let these folks help, it is way too easy to get behind in today's world and financial state all it takes is 1 bad thing and your sunk. For us it was both of our vehicles had to be replaced and bam we were sunk financially. These folks have given us hope helping us take care of our debt. It Will at first seem like there is no way out from under the stress but by the time the first debt is paid in full and they then start working on another the relief and breath of air you take will seem lighter and more sure. Staff is very friendly. They are quick to answer any questions. They work with you and what budget you can afford. Once I turned everything over to them I never received any more calls from collectors. It takes a little while for the program but is worth the time.

We have been very satisfied with Freedom, except for one situation that has happened recently. We had a garnishment that I believe should have been handled in a different way. I was under the assumption that we should have been protected from the creditor that took not only from our account but also from my mom's account, which I am the trustee, causing a hardship for me and her. Attorneys were not very helpful at all.

Took over a month to settle my last account, on that time my contribution went to FDR instead of paying off the loan, also the FDR employee taking care of my account left without telling me and I find out when the new one called me.

Of all the line of creditors that I spoke to to repair my credit Freedom really help me out to understand how to take care of my whole situation.

Overall, FDR did a good job. Most staff were nice and tried to help out. They did what they were supposed to do. You do need to follow up on what's discussed after a call and check your dashboard to make sure any additional debt is properly enrolled. I submitted some after my initial application, but it never showed up on the site. I don't recommend paying for their legal service. Communication was poor. I did have a good experience with FDR in all. My advice is to stick with the program, make your payments, and pay attention to details with your FDR account, and if you can manage those things, you will do just fine.

I’m new to this process, but so far appreciate the guidance, support and informative resources provided by FDR. Their information has been accurate, so I know what to expect from creditors and how to handle my situation every step of the way.

I recently reviewed a settlement for a creditor that was less than 9k when the debt was enrolled and the debt grew to over $11k while the negotiation was under strategic hold.. As it turns out they settled for no less than 100% and cost me an additional $2k in 30 months.. I have one debt left to settle and this event worries me badly, as I will likely be on the hook for an additional $5k or more when this is over.. I don’t feel as this was good value.

Just ok. Some reps are more knowledgeable than others and more helpful. This process is better than bankruptcy but not a perfect solution. I have learned from this experience not to get credit cards anymore. Cash only now on. Only suggestion is to better train staff.
