This is a great company. It’s great to know that they are there to help. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. They are very easy to talk to and explain everything clearly. FDR is very willing to help you if you stay within program guidelines

They are great. Freedom Debt help me to get out of bad credit and to get on the good trick to have good credit. It feel so good. I lost my job. I got another and after about three years I got sick. Had to go in the hospital to have heart surgery and that set me back. I did not know what to do. I could not pay my bills until I heard about Freedom Debt.

I advise you that I settled some cases on my own and you still marked them as open accounts. I also sent a non-suit but the account was still not taken out. I also don’t have access to call Freedom anymore or the chat, it’s the times I can chat but it’s still closed.

I am and have been very satisfied with the service and updates that I have received while in the program. I love the encouraging text and emails that I get, which really helps, because sometimes you start to wonder if it's really working. I don't even think about it much, because I always get an update on my progress. I have already recommended the program to two friends.

I love Freedom Debt Relief and I'd recommend them to many of my friends that are in the same boat. They are wonderful. I've been with them since 2018. They're right on the ball. They're protecting me from having to go to court. They're working on one credit card now. Just one more, and I'm done. My rep in the very beginning made everything great. He made me feel this is no big deal, that everybody has this thing in their lives and some things happen and you can't prevent it, so don't feel badly. He didn't make me feel like a loser.

Yes I would recommend a friend. So easy with Freedom people at Freedom, so helpful, everything went so smooth once I decided to go forward with this mainly all credit cards, once I had medical problems things got out of control and you made it easy.

Obligatory reminder that you are being charged a extreme high charge each month of interest and it’s almost impossible to pay debt off in a reasonable amount of time. Help is available. The customer service dept. is wonderful. I called for a loan and they gave me a better solution. $67,000 in debt paid off in 4 yes. They went above and beyond for someone they don't even know. I feel the communication is poor, I sent numerous email messages thru the Contact Us on my portal page and received no responses. Now my accounts have been settled and they continue to take my money. I've asked for clarification and received none. They did settle my debts though.

My experience with FDR has been truly a blessing. I was hesitant at first because facing your debt head on is scary. Now you want info from me regarding your service. The sister company has supposedly taken over my account so why are you still contacting me.

I was checking on my enrolled debts. Making sure they were not joint because my spouse's credit report showed some of the accounts. Your rep explained my spouse was only had authorization user. So all was good. Your rep was fantastic.

The agent I worked with was amazing! They were very patient, kind, and explained everything thoroughly and carefully with me as to the process. Very knowledgeable staff, overall I feel pretty confident with the program. I am committed to stay with the program until finished. Banks were all charging like 29.99 %, when I first took the cards they were like 14.99% and some at 18.99%. Despite paying on time every month they have just raising the payments and interest to a point where I no longer can make the minimum payments. Crazy but I am thankful for having a debt resolution. The form of Fund Administration is not clear and the response is not satisfactory. In addition, the time of the start of the account was not met, they only give expectations to receive clients! In my personal case, the time has elapsed and I am not close to the end that they promised me.

You get the bare minimum communication about your debt. You have no contact with a human being unless you initiate the contact. It would be nice to have a coordinator that kept you informed of what was happening with your debt and legal issues. However, they have resolved one of my debts easily. They are in the process of litigation on another debt. And still 3 more to even be contacted. It has been almost a year since I have started working with them.

I had received a summons from one of my creditors. I called GFR on 2/4/2023 to see what I needed to do. The representative told me to upload the summons to my dashboard which I did on 2/4. She said Legal would call me. I never got a call. Then on 2/27 I received another letter from the court saying I had a entered a plea by 3/6 and if I didn’t they would do it for me and I could lose my assets. I called back and the representative gave to Legal. I explained the situation and she said I was supporting to have called them. They don’t automatically get the summons. The first representative did not Tell me this. So now I’m in a situation where I don't know how to respond by Monday. I am also out of town this weekend for a medical seminar and I am unable to meet a lawyer in my town. So now I am up a stream with us paddle. I’m afraid I can lose my house or my 401k because I was given the wiring advice.

Court cases after court cases judged against me because of their strategy in resolving my debt with liens placed against me. Could of done better with the credit companies than with this service. This is the worst service you can use. Deal with the credit card companies, you’ll be better off and will save yourself all of the fees associated with this company.

I liked the rep's patience and the detail to explain everything. The program was a little high for my choice, but I if it wasn't like that, I wouldn't have started to get out of debt. It works for me.

Essence G was the very best rep I’ve had in a few years w Freedom. Other reps are inaccurate and minimally trained. This results in VERY wrong information. If you're tired of getting those collection agencies calling and your credit report looking horrible then call FDR. I am on a 36 month program and so far a year into this everything is going good. You can go as long as you want or pay more a month and rip that band-aid off quicker. I myself have had bad credit for so long I decided on slow and painful.

At 86 years old with interest and time I probably would not have completed payment of these bills without your help. When this is completed I plan to pay off my remaining bills with the sum that I have been sending to Freedom Debt Relief.

FDR has reduced my credit card debts by thousands of dollars. They have the experience, reputation, process and tools to negotiate a lower balance on credit card debt. I have been enrolled since 2019 and I am very close to graduating from this program. I spent years prior trying to get ahead of the interest/principal payments without success; it was a revolving door with no relief in sight.

I like the process and how Freedom Debt Relief did it. They were concerned and patient. They explained everything and worked with me and my debts - the ones that I should and could include. They told me about the percentage and terms and it sounded good. The only thing I had a concern about was the fee. I didn't know there was gonna be a fee.

I like the service and help to set up the program, only thing is I wish they will be able to cover accounts less than 500.00 and personal loans that has 12 months or less on payments, fees are reasonable and they are good working with lenders and creditors.

My expectation was that my creditors would have be notified within a week after I signed up. And I also I thought that Freedom was more like a loan whereas I would be paying you for the loan (on which this was explained). So, what I am doing is paying Freedom to pay my bills once I give you enough monies to do so. And in the meantime I getting raw deal. I have to look for another home but can't cause messed up my credit score has been killed.

Stressed, over budget and struggling. FDR gives you're an opportunity to pay your bills off in less time by reducing the amount of interest you're paying. It's not like you're going to pay off your debt you are. It's just an option that's affordable. It makes life a lot easier.

I have only been with them a very short time but I have to say this. They are awesome people to work with so far. I am not that great with finances but they helped me to understand this process every step of the way. They have made it all very simple and easy to follow. Every payment I make each month I can add money when I have extra whenever I want to which helps speed the settlement dates. If I have questions or am just unsure I did the right thing customer service is extremely kind and helpful at ensuring I did it all just right. I am more than pleased with the help they provide. At First I was a little skeptical on the way we had to let things go in order to get out from under the high interest rates and how it hit the credit score, but I realize it was getting hit anyhow just go along with the experts they know what they are doing. FDR was worth every penny spent for fees to get the job done. It was not easy by no means but it became easy along the way.

Very nice people and easy to work with. They will listen to your needs and help you anyway possible. Such a relief when we signed up with them. They handle everything and we just have to say yes or no.

Getting set up was very easy and they worked with me. We set up a payment plan was within my budget range and when I got laid off, we had to lower it for six months. Also, they handled one account that went to court for me. The only issue that I really had is they gave me a payoff date and it extended past that date. But other than that, I would recommend FDR.

I do appreciate what has been done up to this point. Of course I do know it's up to the amount I put in. However, a payment is always taken and I can see the progress steadily being taken care of. I'm grateful for the consistency on my journey to be debt free.

I am very happy with this company so far, as far as reducing my debt but I noticed their fees after each settlement are steep and not having a system when their customers experience hardships a must! I feel that that needs to be revised because this day and time life happens! Also a reduction or adjustments in monthly fees near the end.

Great customer service, and when lawyer was needed, got in contact right away to ensure everything was getting resolved in a timely manner. Could not be happier with this service, and the FDR Dashboard is easy to view the status/progress of past/current/upcoming settlements. Very happy and would recommend to friends/family. Only downfall with any Debt Consolidation company is that your score will drop significantly until you can rebuild. Better alternative than filing bankruptcy IMO.

I had barely made my first payment into the program and Freedom Debt Relief landed my first settlement. The process for accepting is very convenient - you can use the online portal or just do it from your phone. I'm very impressed and I know I've made the right decision!

FDR has had zero communications with my creditors and they are placing me into (charge offs) in 2 weeks. Not what I signed up for. FDR is taking my money at large sums every paycheck but not willing to even communicate with me on their contact with my creditors?

I just started with this company so I cannot give a bigger rating. But I have had a good experience with Eugene. The first agent never returned my call or email. I hope that what I was told will be a good thing after everything is settled.

Larry has been amazing and he checks in with me weekly to let me know how the progress is going. I know I can contact him anytime by text or email without having to spend time on the phone. It's been a wonderful experience so far.

They were extremely responsive and courteous to my online inquiries and questions. They quickly got me my first settlement and closed the account to my satisfaction. Their customer dashboard was very easy to use and chock full of information about what was going to happen and how to deal with creditor calls,

It’s unclear whether credit card card debt unpaid which causes higher debt due to interest accumulated over time will be resolved as well as the debt accumulated when I applied. Is the higher debt forgiven or written off is unclear. I applied because I had already maxed out my three credit cards.

I was hesitant to contact FDR until I saw the ratings they’ve received. The representatives were helpful & down to earth. They took me thru each step ever so patiently, I truly know it was the right move with FDR & felt a huge relief afterwards. Looking forward to a continued journey to financial freedom.

I was pleased at how helpful they were and being able to quell my worries for now. The gentleman that I spoke with was very reassuring that I could do this. I am anxious to see if it all works on my favor.

I would like a little more clear timeline when I can expect you to start making contact with my creditors. City bank is calling 4 or 5 times a day plus a few written contacts. It doesn't need to be exact but just so I know when to expect it.

I have had excellent experience so far. I am looking forward to the positive results. I hope to be debt free within the next 24 months. I hope that I can become debt free over that period of time. The future will determine that.

All questions were answered in a timely manner. I have recommended your services to a few people and will continue to do so. I truly appreciate how well you all handled things and would not hesitate to tell anyone what a great program you have.

First settlement was GREAT, didn't get charged a lot of fees, BUT FROM there on SETTLEMENT FEES were TOO MUCH. If I knew I was going to pay that much I WOULD of looked for another company to help me, so MISTAKE I MADE WITH FREEDOM was not ASKING FOR a FEE SETTLEMENT PRICE beforehand as the company JACKS UP THE PRICE IN FEES, it makes you kind of wonder if they are OVERCHARGING YOU!

The whole process was very easy and they are very efficient. I would definitely recommend Freedom for your credit needs. I find them to be knowledgeable and supportive. Freedom Debt Relief has put my mind at ease. I give them 5 stars!

I am truly blessed I stumbled upon this program. I never saw the light at the end of the tunnel, and to be honest I still don't but knowing that I am getting the help required to pay off my debit is a true blessing and lesson all in one. The downside about this program is that it does take time to full get through negotiations, but I do understand completely. If I were to get into debit again, which I will not because this has taken a huge toll on my health and my family's, but if it were to happen again, I would most definitely go with FDR to help me out of it. Updated on 11/17/2023: I was scared at first. My credit dropped to 400 immediately and phone calls wouldn't stop. Definitely thought I did the wrong thing. It's not even a year into it and everything has come full circle. Credit is still getting better, calls have almost stopped. Y'all do exactly what you say and it works!!

I’m being blown up by credit card companies and they all say they haven’t heard from you.. I would have thought y’all would have communicated with all of them and shared with me that info to so all on same page.. But nothing.

I am so happy about Freedom Debt Relief, I have had some hardship and have fallen behind and can't pay my credit card bills on time. Freedom Debt Relief has given me the opportunity pay my creditors in one lump sum. I also love the bi-weekly payments which makes it affordable.

So far so good! I can appreciate getting this debt off my back. The staff are very informative and patient with me and my many many questions. I was very hesitant to get started with the company. After being on the phone with the rep for about 2 hours, I was more comfortable and ready to get the process started.

We did this same program a few years back and didn't have this useless script for creditor calls. We were told at the time to switch our info with our creditors to FDRs address and phone. This worked great. Now, you expect us to field 20 - 30 calls a day while you do your behind the scenes thing. Please listen to your clients when we say they are RELENTLESS with phone calls. They sometimes call every 15 minutes if you don't answer, NEVER leave messages, and ignore everything you say in the "script". They want to know when you're going to pay them, and why not now - that's it. They don't notate anything you say, it's just recorded as "contact made - refused to pay" (a particular creditor told me exactly this). I now regret going with FDR since I wasn't aware the rules had changed. At least if I'd have gone with Bankruptcy, the phone calls would have stopped.

My assigned representative has been not communicating wih me and left me feeling lost in this whole process. I really dislike her service and wish for a new assigned representative. I have had good communication with customer service. They were very helpful when I needed to cancel a particular enrolled debt. I was promised that I have complete control of the account only to find out all of the actions in the system are blocked and I must contact an agent. This was not what was promised when first starting with Freedom credit.

I really don’t understand how this whole process is going to work because I got letters from my creditors saying that the ACH is it stopped, but they still tried the pool yesterday which I got a bank fee for which I don’t appreciate that. So I guess I’m gonna have to call my bank and put a stop payment on all my creditors that I have on contract.

It's been a good experience so far. I'm glad to have some help with resolving my debt accounts. I look forward to getting all of these debts settled and go on to be better at managing my debt and credit in the future.

I was very hesitant at first to do this program. I've never made any late or missed payments but it just didn't matter. I wasn't getting anywhere with the minimum payments and the high interest. FDR was able to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. I'll be out of debt a ton sooner than if I was to just keep making my minimum payments. It's pretty nerve-racking at first to just stop paying all your bills and the phone calls start rolling in but if you follow their guidelines and do what they say it does work out. My debt collection calls slowed down so what after speaking with them.

Excellent knowledgeable staff, user friendly app and website. not a long wait time when calling a representative, always has answers to questions, never made to feel stupid. great feeling to finally have some relief in site in these trying crazy times that we live in.

There was nothing transparent about the information they gave me and how the program works. The communication is unbelievable with this company, and I could not appreciate already having one of my accounts settled in less than eight weeks. I am looking forward to the day that I can enjoy my credit score and not be afraid to answer the ringing phone.

I only gave 4 stars because I am frustrated, someone can't get back to me re- A loan offer. I have been contacted a couple of times. The first offer I just said no. I am getting very close to the end of this program. I do not wish to drag it on 10 more yrs. I want an interest rate, if I would be accepted, how long the loan would be, I get offers all the time. I do not wish to fill something all out, and then find the answers I'm looking for.

We were able to get out of our debt and everything went smoothly. The only reason for 3 stars is because I wished there was a little bit more communication with a person not just the website. It would have been nice to have someone just call to check in from time to time. Just to reassure us we are working great and things are running smoothly. Does not have customer concerns in mind. Speaks with disdain. Very condescending. And does not seem to care. I really wish I would have not listened to BBB or tv commercials because these people told lies in the advertisement.
