Very pleased with the service and highly recommend to others. Also keeping us up to date on our accounts is right on time. I would not change anything in the service I am receiving and wish I’ve done this earlier.

Overall a good experience. Does have a few downsides but in the end good outweighs bad by a long ways. A few things are not made completely clear, so there is some shock factor. Great customer service the majority of the time. Eases the stress of the financial burden greatly.

The emails are repetitive. The first paragraph may be different but the rest of the info contained in them is repetitive either from previous emails or what I have received in the mail. When I called about this, I was told that they HAD to send these out per federal regs.

No one helped me with my client dashboard. I kept getting the runaround so I do not even know what I am paying for or when the contract ends. One customer service representative said they sent my problem to it and it never got fixed but yet y'all quick to take out the money.

Freedom Debt Relief negotiated with the collectors and was able to bring down our debt. I just had to pay two payments a month. I would call them and ask them when something is gonna be done and they would let me know. We were having issues with one of the accounts. They settled it at first then they decided not to. But Freedom Debt Relief is working with them to get it fixed. I'm very happy with the service. So far they've done well for me and we're almost done with them. Working with Freedom Debt Relief has relieved the finances for me so I can do other stuff and don't have to worry about these stressors with paying the bills.

I'm starting to think that this whole experience with FDR is a hoax. They're taking my money on a monthly basis but I can't see it because the client dashboard has been down for maintenance for months. Just ridiculous. I don't understand why it takes months and months for the client dashboard to be maintained. This should have been done at a time when clients didn't need to get on it. I am so done with this company.

The customer service rep was very kind and helpful. She provided all the information, and explained it to me. The only issue I had, was trying to understand what she was saying. I have a hard time understanding people from other countries.

FDR was very encouraging. I told them what I've been going through and they said they could help me. They said that it's generally a four-year program and I would be just done with it all. It sounded good to me and then, I increased what they had said my payments could be. The process of signing up was easy. I wish though I did not have to go thru all the calls from debtors. Being disabled, it is a challenge for me to deal with them… Some calling many times a day. Would be nice to have this taken care of by you. Disabilities cause a person to react and perform/differently. Coping skills are different…

When I had any questions was easy to get someone to respond and explain or answer any questions that I have.

Very friendly and efficient. Listened to my needs and did not pressure me. Great job explaining the program and how it works as well as the final outcome with my credit report. Provided reassurance that even though the credit report would take a hit initially, that in the end it would be better than where I started.

This program is ridiculously long and drawn out to get results...ugh. 3 years for a handful of accounts. Not even the biggest debts are included. I know of two or three other programs with half the length. Please save your time and money!

Lack of communication, misleading. Haven’t really seen any benefit for signing up and they want a novel in the description for my review, let’s just keep it short and sweet and work on customer service and not mislead anyone, treat new accounts like people and not just a number.

So far my experience has been great. Just waiting to see my results. Can't wait for my end results. I do feel a little nervous. I already received my first call from a credit card and I told them what I was instructed to respond.

When I signed up I wasn't stupid enough to believe like some others that the service was free, I knew a fee was going to be part of the deal. What I didn't know was the percentage they charged and how fast they liquidated the main account with said fees. Then they got nasty about it when called on the carpet!

Updated on 12/17/2024: Debt Accounts (11/13) have been handled comfortably in the past 21 months. That said, four accounts (4/13) have been paid off. I am looking forward to settling the remaining two accounts (2/13) in the coming three months. Until then, I feel more relieved. Surely I must make on-time payments (ACH) throughout this (FDR) program. Yes, I get a monthly summary update on the official dashboard. It explains better than my notebook record. I also get an annual reminder to report all canceled debts as income when filing income tax.

They work well to make an arrangement to pay off your debt, they handled if your debt try and Sue you. I had $45,000 in debt and they have gotten every one of my debts, cut in half some over 60-70% off. Which is so awesome.
