Great representatives that helped with every aspect of following the program that they believe will help me succeed in eliminating debt. I’ve been carrying an excessive amount of debt since my college years and hopefully this program will get me back on level terms with my debt.

I have been pleased with the Freedom Debt service I am receiving in reducing my debt. The reps are very helpful and answer all my questions. I am hopeful that this program will be a path to being debt free in September 2024.

Updated on 01/15/2024: Since I have been with them which is less than a year they have paid off about 6 debts for me to date. I haven't had any issues with them. They are friendly and helpful. They keep in contact with me about what's going on as well. Not sure what I would do without their help.

Some companies still are calling. Please help me with those issues and I know is a lot my accounts but we’re are doing better with your help. The apportun is calling me every single day and also some other ones. What do I have to do. Let me know please.

If the creditors wanna take you to court for unpaid debt, Freedom doesn't o legal services or legal advice, but the people who work with them do. It was nerve-wracking to get calls from creditors all the time. Freedom relieves all that tension of feeling you might have to go to court. There's a relief to be able to pay one payment. If you're concerned and you have a lot of debt, this is the place. They are helpful and they can take that burden off your shoulders.

Freedom Debt Relief is very alert. They tell you if you have any problem, to give them a call. What I also like about them is they don't bother you. They send you emails, and you answer them. They're not the people that are calling you every five minutes to do this. If I have to call them, I call, and they explain everything to me well. I like the way they do their stuff. By next year, I'll be debt free, so I feel happy about it.

I have no idea when my credit cards and the finance company I owe is going to get paid. I am very worried and I have very bad anxiety as it is I haven’t answered any of the creditors calling me due to my anxiety over this.

When we came into the program it was after a huge salary reduction, which created a big burden. Freedom has been flexible and kind, and great at negotiating things down. We don’t worry about anything from month to month.

I have had good experience so far. Just keep receiving emails and mail from creditors even after you have scheduled payments through a negotiation with them. It's annoying. I am trying to settle with you and they keep hounding me still. It adds to my stress.

I started with FDR in 6/20 and settled in 5/23. I am so happy that this is over with. The company was very helpful and respectful to me. I would suggest that if any one is needing help with their bills and money contact FDR. It will be worth it for you.

I should have had majority of my debts paid off, but Freedom Debt Relief takes all their money first upfront before paying any debt. I’ve paid a lot of money into freedom debt relief and they have yet paid majority of my debts off. Only two were paid. I’ve been doing this since July 2021. They say they need their money first before paying any debts. You're better off just working with the creditors. FDR takes $700 for a $300 negotiation. They are ripoffs, they also won’t reach out to the creditors if you're not able to make a payment to them due to life, health or family passing. FDR just wants to keep taking your money for themselves and not pay off anything. They tell you not to pay your creditors, so the balances could go sky high to reflect on you.

It looks like a great plan to help me get back with my financial. I’m looking forward to completing and graduating from this program to be able to create is the availability to create better decisions for my financials going forward.

Updated on 06/20/2025: They cut my debt 40-60 percent depending on negotiations. Having been with them for over a year making my monthly deposits. Paid off 8 accts right now out of 16. Nice to seeing them come off my debt list and slowly increasing my FICO score. Still have 2 yrs to go but all is good. On their part they eliminate stress from debt collectors.

I have been critical at times.... But when looking at it FDR has done a very good job of helping me get out of debt. They have let me know what has been happening. And for that I am grateful. I would recommend them.as they beat the competition.

I wasn't sure what I was going to do with all of my debt but I knew I had to do something because I just couldn't get ahead. I saw something pop up for debt relief. The representative contacted me and let me know they would see what I had out and would contact me back. That was in a few hours. My representative is super nice and patient with all my questions. You’ve done everything you said you were going to do..so far. Very responsive to my inquiries too. I was a little disappointed that the one debt that went to attorneys ended with a settlement for full price. Not much grace in that one.

I was scammed for $6.000, a bit over a year ago, with the rising interest rates eating me alive I had no way to pay some of the minimum payments. No one ever call me with information. You guys also don’t let me know what’s going on and my credit score went down and it’s affecting my credit scores and all my other stuff that I still have. I’m also very dissatisfied with this whole company.

They give great relief when you make dumb decisions that force you to have Work 80 hrs weeks to struggle to just pay the the interest on a credit card. Yes it was my bad decision to get the credit cards but Freedom has your back on fixing your bad decision.

Biggest financial mistake I have made. With their fee structure you get very little savings. Your credit goes to hell fast. I told them I didn't want my accounts to go into collections and I was told they would not. Guess what? All my accounts are in collections and I was taken to court by one creditor. It would be wonderful if I had a designated representative for my account. In other words, be able to talk to the same person every time. That's my major complaint. It gets frustrating having to explain my issues every time to a different person.

I had one bill Lobel Financial that I let go into collections as you advised. A few months later they sent a letter notifying me of possible judgment/court action. I sent you all the letter. This week I received a wage garnishment notice, my check is being garnished.

I thought it would go faster than it has. They keep adding interest. I wish it would happen much sooner than later. Just have a feeling by the time it settles I will be not alive. I am up there in age.

Overall the process has been great and every single person I have spoken to has been fantastic. However I would like to see more solid communication about changes regarding “graduation date” and what to expect when the program is over. People have been amazing, process was slightly stressful but a necessity and help was always a call away.

I had only one account left to be done with the program. Merrick Bank was the last account to settle with. I received something from their attorney and sent it to you and still you didn't try to settle, then I got something else from them again, so I reached out to you and sent a copy of that to you. I called several times to make sure you received it and one person says yes another said no. Then I got a summons and then you finally started to try to negotiate, by then it was too late. They would not negotiate and now we have to pay even more than what my bill was.. I feel as though you dropped the ball on this account. I had called numerous times about getting this account taken care of and you sat on it until I got the summons. I feel since this was your fault you should pay the extra that I have to pay because it was your fault you didn't take care of it sooner. Would of rated very good until this last settlement.

I have friends who inquire about debt relief opportunities. I would be willing to recommend Freedom Debt Relief as one of the first companies on their list they should contact. The overall program is more detailed oriented that other debt companies. The way they communicate with emails frequently is important so a client can stay current on situations in their program that are priorities. Also their willingness to communicate with the client on settlement offers and allow the client to authorize the settlement is more involvement than other programs and is comforting to be in touch with their progress.

I am having trouble getting the information I ask for. I started out having to deposit $302 a month and now it is $560. Because of the dealings with Citibank. Now Discover or lawyers are next. I am now paying your company close to twice the amount. Why haven't all of my debtors been negotiated with by now?

It works for us. Most of our friends & myself think it is too expensive a service because they know we are barely surviving financially & we need that $350 every month! But my husband thinks it's worth it so to keep him happy I don't stop it but I'd sure like to go to the dentist.
