While you are doing what you said you were going to do I do not agree with the services you are charging me compared to what you are paying out to resolve my credit issues. I feel like more should go towards my credit issues.

They are good at the work they do, and they are quick and they get your permission before they do anything I really like that. They are for their clients and they do the best they can to get rid of your debt as low and as quick as they can.

Extremely disappointed with the overall process the fees the settlements. In all I ended up paying 6k more than if I would of settled myself. All settlements were what my credits sent me in the mail to settle. Paid you guys 6k to do what I could of done completely useless.

Hi, Overall, I did save a lot of money. Fees take away some of that but, the creditors were off my back. Stick with the plan and keep on top of your credit score and dispute balances when you get settlements (and especially when you pay each off) and your credit score will rebound!

I wish I never signed up with Freedom Debt. My credit got worsen, and some of my cc was not settle to lower the amount but plus additional fee on top and late fee and lawyer fee court fee. I made mistake by joined the freedom debt relief.

This is my first time getting a consolidated loan with Freedom. When I first applied the rep explained everything very clear and was very patient with all of the questions that I had, at that point I was ready to commit in getting help.

I called 3 times today and no one called me, the call drop when I was connected to customer service, it dropped again, I was so disappointed, not in the dropped but the fact that no one called me back.

Although I am satisfied with my debt being resolved I do not like the way it's being prioritized. You did not realize items would just be left in charge off statuses making it appear like you just left my debt up for grabs! There are other things I am not happy about very much to type.

Not happy about our creditors calling all day and us having to talk to them and tell them we can’t pay! You are the ones that should be talking to them like Credit counselors do! This program takes too long and in the meantime my Credit is garbage for the next three years. We are going to have one of our vehicles paid off in March and now we won’t be able to buy a new vehicle with our bad credit rating!

I have been very satisfied with the management of my account to date. I am notified of the settlement so I can approve. I look forward to the continued support. I am happy to finally be doing something to get out of debt but it is a long, slow-moving process. I guess I thought FDR would negotiate with all of my creditors at once and then I would gradually pay them all off. But that has not been the case. It seems that FDR only negotiates with one or two of my creditors at a time and as a result, I am still receiving lots of phone calls, texts, and emails from my creditors, which is extremely annoying.

Communication was extremely poor when one of my debts went into litigation. If I had not been proactive in the process, I believe that it would not have ended the way it did. Documents were not sent to me in a timely manner from McCarthy Law. NLLG continued to get money even though they declined to take my case. I received no services from them but paid $12 a month regardless. Even when asked to drop them, they did not. Up until dealing with my litigation FDR did a good job.

When I joined Freedom Debt Relief it was scary because I had shoulder surgery and was having trouble paying my bills. Updated on 07/14/2024: I'm extremely pleased with the service I have received since I signed up in 2022. They keep in touch with me monthly and so far I have not have any problems. I received several letters from a few of my creditors and it wasn't a problem to let Freedom Debt Relief know and they handled them immediately!

I got myself in a jam by accepting all preapproved credit cards. After a while I couldn’t keep up on the payments. My daughter suggested I phone Freedom Debt Relief. They are wonderful. We are chipping away at my debt.

I paid my first payment on time. I’m getting constant calls. They demand a payment. When do you guys intervene? I'm gonna change my debit card number so they cannot debit me, The only ones who will get the New debit card numbers will be you guys. Please help soon

I've been working with FDR for a little over a year now and the initial setup and settlements went very smoothly. Unfortunately, once I received a summons from one of my creditors, this is where my good experience ended. They claim to have a "legal network", but when I reached out to them, they were of absolutely zero help to me and I walked into the courtroom alone and completely unaware of what was in store. A judgment was placed by the court and I had to pay every single dollar of that particular debt. FDR "took it easy" on me and didn't charge me a settlement fee for this one though.

Professional staff, very good communication and excellent computer services. I was surprised at how in depth all of the pertinent information was followed through with. The program guide was also very informative and gave me a positive outlook for the future.

The people here helped me understand what I was going to go through every step of the way and the app is so easy to use. I just had to give them the information they needed and they took ahold of that info and got me one settlement after another.

I appreciated your assistance and helping me getting and lowering the monies I owed various banking institutions. However, I found that Freedom Financial cost for your company to pay these bills were extremely high. Also, I found that Consolidated Plus and Freedom Financial are the same company.

I think that everything went well except the last write off. It was up to me to handle everything to secure graduation. I know that I paid to have this done. I had to secure a credit report on both of us to reach graduation. I think it was more of an issue to continue depositing monthly deposits.

Did not particularly agree with the decision on the law sue. I put my trust in Freedom Debt Relief and they drop the ball. I was told a settlement was achieved but come to find out someone in your office drop the ball allowing for sue. No blame was placed on the company for their mistakes. It looked like I was guilty. Since my job transfer went sideways in June 2022. I was barely keeping up with minimums due each month. With the help of consolidation. My payments have been cut in half. Allowing some financial breathing room, which means I can squirrel away some money as well.

So far, satisfied. I have seen my credit score has increased. Glad when it's over! The amount of 179.00 is very hard on me being disabled, on a low income of SSD. Would like to increase deposits but, at this time I can't. It would cripple me financially.

Everyone has been communicating very well with me. I get emails every day or every few days and has been keeping me in line as far as next steps etc and enrolling new debt. Also, your website is very easy to use.

I was never told about a settlement fee once the creditor agreed to lower my total fees due. Now I lost an additional $600 that could have went directly to the creditors. Instead of settling for $3300, I have to pay $1500 more to Freedom Debt Relief and I was never made aware of this additional charge.

Any time I have called the customer service has been excellent. I recently had an experience with a bill that was forgiven and your staff helped me work through the letter and updated our account. We appreciate the time he took.

Freedom Debt handled things very well and I really had no headaches through the whole ordeal. It was a great experience. Once I contacted them, I gave them all the debts that I had and they began the negotiation with the debtors. As they settled, they sent me messages to let me know. They also told me what the payments were going to be. As far as Freedom Debt Relief goes, as of June of last year, I finished that part of it. With the remaining debt that I had, Freedom transferred it over to Consolidated Plus. They set up a loan so that they could pay off all of my debts and I have about eight months left of making the payments to Consolidated Plus. Working with Freedom took a ton of pressure off my shoulders. I'd tell others to sign up with them and put all their trust in them. They'll handle it very well.

I really love the job that y'all are doing. When I have a question about something the representative is very patient and kind. And knew how to help me or find the answer that best for my question I asked.

Updated on 09/07/2023: I was in heavy debt and barely keeping my head above water! Freedom Debt Relief helped me come up with a workable solution, and has faithfully answered questions/concerns throughout the entire process! Going with FDR was the best decision I ever made and I will soon be out of all debt!

Sometimes even Freedom Debt Relief is working on clients' behalf, they neglect the fact of the financial struggles the clients may be going through. Adjusting the clients' needs should be priority instead of the financial gain of the institution. What is said is sometimes FDR puts pressure.

You have to pay monthly fees and then another 20% settlement fee on top of the other fees. I was told for 2 months a debt was being worked on by the negotiations team and that debt never got settled and the interest fees just kept adding up.

I just started working with FDR. I had a phone call which was very helpful and they follow through with emails and texts to make sure you are up to date with everything. To be honest, I’m a little stressed having to talk to the debt collectors but, I know in time this is what I needed to do.

When we decided to look into debt solutions, we were very skeptical about the previous but FDR made it so easy for us. We had a few accounts that went to the card's attorney but FDR helped us out on the way and was able to find a solution. Does a great job, friendly expert service, short hold time, gets on task quick.. Reduced my terrible debt down rapidly. Called other companies but Freedom Debt Relief was the best with the best rate of pay for service. I am so glad I chose Freedom Debt Relief because for the first time in a long time I feel relief.

I called FDR and let them know that I had received a “SUMMONS”. I was told to send the information to be included. I thought the issue would be handled with FDR. I then received information that I would have to do this myself. If that information was known by FDR why would I be asked to send the information. I had to pay someone to go and scan all paperwork which was an additional charge. Now I have to have someone take me to process these documents with the court which I hope is not too late to stop this garnishment. I’m not pleased with the delay on this matter because the company already knew it would not be handled which could have been told to me when I initially called FDR about this matter.

The best thing I did was sign up with Freedom Debt Relief. The money automatically deducted from my bank account. I considered it to be a savings I could not touch. I am so happy I did this, and I have chosen not to allow myself to get back into debt. Thank you, Freedom Debt Relief.

Not sure this is right for me...I don't get old statements for old accounts and I tell you I don't have it and you keep asking for the old ones...and I hate putting my credit cards that were paid into past due...not happy.

They are extremely helpful, without them I would still be paying minimums getting nowhere. Being hit over and over with interest charges and never getting the balance down. But with Freedom Debt Relief they have already settled an account for half of what was the balance. So grateful to be able to actually be able pay the debts back.
