I have been very satisfied with using the services of Freedom Debt Relief. They are truly about their work, if it wasn't for me letting them help me, I would still be making payments that was over my head!!! I am now out of debt, I don't have the big monthly bills anymore, and I can see my way to a very comfortable retirement, with no credit card debt!!!

The customer service that I spoke to was very professional and explain to me that I would be taking care of my problem and I will repair my credit that my Son got me into this situation that my son got me into. Of all the line of creditors that I spoke to to repair my credit Freedom really help me out to understand how to take care of my whole situation.

Overall, FDR did a good job. Most staff were nice and tried to help out. They did what they were supposed to do. You do need to follow up on what's discussed after a call and check your dashboard to make sure any additional debt is properly enrolled. I submitted some after my initial application, but it never showed up on the site. I don't recommend paying for their legal service. Communication was poor. I did have a good experience with FDR in all. My advice is to stick with the program, make your payments, and pay attention to details with your FDR account, and if you can manage those things, you will do just fine.

I’m new to this process, but so far appreciate the guidance, support and informative resources provided by FDR. Their information has been accurate, so I know what to expect from creditors and how to handle my situation every step of the way.

I recently reviewed a settlement for a creditor that was less than 9k when the debt was enrolled and the debt grew to over $11k while the negotiation was under strategic hold.. As it turns out they settled for no less than 100% and cost me an additional $2k in 30 months.. I have one debt left to settle and this event worries me badly, as I will likely be on the hook for an additional $5k or more when this is over.. I don’t feel as this was good value.

Just ok. Some reps are more knowledgeable than others and more helpful. This process is better than bankruptcy but not a perfect solution. I have learned from this experience not to get credit cards anymore. Cash only now on. Only suggestion is to better train staff.

My credit is finally going up and bills getting paid. I have recommended Freedom Debt Relief to several of my friends. I hope they join this Relief program because I know it will help them reach their goals in paying off their bills.

Freedom Debt Relief forced me to have to discipline and become responsible for my debts. After all, I spent the money and had to own up to it. At first I was skeptical, but as time wore on and I was able to meet the agreed monthly payments, it seems to have gone by rapidly. A friend told me to call the credit card companies and negotiate with them myself but that seemed overwhelming to me and I needed to get on with life. FDR handled my debt as well as a threat of a suit from one of my credit card companies and that legal service cost me only $12 a month! My only recommendation is do your due diligence concerning their fees so you know what you were getting into. But I am very pleased with FDR and would recommend them to anyone!

FDR was a great asset in helping us resolve and pay off a mountain of debt we had accrued over time and hardships. They were great negotiating with our creditors and showed us our progress every month on our digital dashboard. Only negative is we are told they would reach out with a lender they work with to consolidate our debt and get everyone paid off within a year, but nothing ever happened and we stayed in the program for 3 years. Credit took a big dive for 3 years, but they saved us 20k on our amount due.

I’m very happy to be debt free, Freedom Debt Relief helped me a lot and I can now put all the debt behind me. I can save money and plan a better future for my family and I. I would recommend anyone who is struggling with debt to sign up with freedom debt relief.

This worked out so well for me. Certain events (death of my daughter's spouse, covid, a car accident, some other health emergencies...) caused me to fall into debt and I couldn't see any easy solutions. FDR was a life-saver. They negotiated incredible settlements to get my debt to a manageable level and helped me to stick with a payment plan. I am truly grateful.

We went with someone else from June thru Dec of 2022 and we were not getting any results. Paid them every month for 7 months and a little extra. When we finally got no results we went with Freedom. What a change. Just getting started but when need help I know I just have to call and you answer our questions. Happy to be here.

Two MONTHS AGO - I called and asked for the total payoff amount....I was provided a sum and immediately deposited the money.... Two months later and you still have not paid everything off....and you continue the ACH drafts from my bank. I want my debt paid off immediately and everything completed immediately. And you still have ACH transfers scheduled for a full year out. WHAT Gives? I want this DONE - Today! It should have been done two months ago. I am not a happy customer and will provide such feedback on every website I can find. STOP taking money from your customers. THIEVES!!

The FDR Progam and negotiating team is doing an exceptional job of negotiating with my creditors. It would have taken nearly 16 years for me to pay off these bills at the minimum payments that I was making. I highly recommend the fdr program.

Fantastic company to work with. They’re kind and professional, expedient in their debt resolutions and very transparent with the consumer. It took four years but I got the debt paid off. The payments were reasonable and the few times I had a little trouble, the company was reasonable. The customer service people were easy to get a hold of and informative. I highly recommend this company.

FDR went well in the beginning stages, it was the end that was a nightmare. I had to be on top of my FDR specialist to get answers and/or information once the aggressive creditors started alerting me of garnishing wages. Once I was approved for a supplement loan by a 3rd party to finish off the program, FDR wanted nothing to do with the completion nor was I getting any type of help from them. They would redirect so many times that it became impossible to deal with FDR and get any type of help. Btw the aggressive creditor is the one that should be dealt with first, FDR did nothing to deal with this credit card company.

My last debt was delayed because of poor communication from your representative. I finally had to make a phone call to get it taken care of. You collected over $4,000 more than necessary to make this settlement. And now you are dragging your feet to get my money. And it looks like you are going to collect a large lump sum after collecting a monthly fee over the last 5 years. Which is wrong.

It was exactly what they advertised and in the timeframe. Easy to communicate with them by phone. The only thing one must brace for is the first year of negative calls from creditors on program, but if you do as Freedom say you will eliminate them.

While the order in which accounts are settled isn't always clear, it was good to know that there was always some kind of progress taking place. It was easy to check in and ask questions, and the information available in the online portal was quite good. We chose to take the loan from Consolidation Plus once it was offered, and things got even easier at that point.

FDR is a great company to have on your side! They have done wonderful for me! I would recommend them if it comes up in conversation - and they are very nice to talk to on the phone if needing to and their response time is great too!

Always talking about FDR. The initial person you speak with was so into making me feel so comfortable speaking with him that after a few times it was like I would be calling a close friend. I am very pleased with the performance of Freedom Debt Relief in methodically reducing my multiple outstanding loans. They kept me up to date on the status of my accounts and continued to reach satisfactory settlements as initially promised. All accounts have been amicably settled or agreed to.

I don’t know how I would have done getting all my credit cards paid off without Freedom. They have been with me the whole way in the process. I had two that wanted to go to court and they took care of that too and got them to settle out of court. I only have about 10 months to go and all cards will be paid off.

So far I am pretty happy with the way things are going. It is hard dealing with some of the debtors. I do realize that they play dumb sometimes too. You give them the information and they will call right back the next day and that does make it a little tough at times.

When I made the call, I was struggling beyond belief and it was weighing down on my mental health. I was a prisoner. After a long talk we found a solution and jumped right into making it better. Dashboard showed alert there was a settlement and needed to approve. Called customer service and they had nothing for me to approve. She was reporting this problem. When I did have a settlement to approve it looked like it was already appears I didn’t understand it. They showed what the debt was and said the settlement amount was -0-. Called customer service and they said I didn’t owe anything to this creditor. It was written off. Does that mean I have to pay taxes on the total debt amount?

The program was misrepresented in the fact that it was stated it worked a certain way and has not worked that way at all. The biggest being the fees involved. My first settlement was for a supposed 47% of what was owed. FDR then went and charge fees that were equal to the difference. They stated at the beginning of the program that their fees were a couple hundred dollars per settlement not the remaining balance between the settlement and what you already owed. They did state this would affect my credit rating which I was willing to accept to have my debt lowered. The fact that I am still paying the exact same amount I would have paid if I continue to pay my payments on time and not ruin my credit is a true misrepresentation of how the program works.

Bad communication. I from your employee was not explained clearly how this process works. Wish I had never started this with y'all. It's been clearly a headache and nerve racking my credit is so bad. Now I can't even replace an appliance if one breaks down. I am 76 years old and should have been able to trust this system. THE creditors that I kept to pay has reduced my credit line down to nothing to the point I have trouble even getting meds, gas, and food.

So far they have done good job. I’m early on in this debt thing. I’m hoping to get this done and get rid of all my personal and credit card debt. Will be able to start over so if I want to buy car I can get lower interest affordable rates.

I had a lot of questions initially Re how this program works. The assigned consultant was very up-front with answers to everything. There was no pushing me to enroll, my decision solely. FDR made a difficult process easy. From the very first phone call to figure out if this was the right step, until my "Graduation" they made this process smooth. There was no pressure to sign up. They walked me through every step, were knowledgeable and understanding.

I have never done a debt consolidation before, and I was a little skeptical on how this would all work. I will say being a few months into the program I am very pleased with how fast the settlements are being received and how open the debtors are when we inform them, we are consolidating.

Our entire reason for getting into the program was due to unexpected medical bills from my wife's hip surgery. It has been a nightmare adding them to the program and we've received little to no help from FDR and 0 help since being accepted and making a deposit.

All of my questions were answered and handled with care. I felt very comfortable with the experience. At first I was very concerned about giving so much information over the phone but I was given great details about the program to help me.

I think there should be more communication on where I stand with what is being paid, whom you have contacted. This way I can know how to respond to creditors when they call. The first weeks or so there were phone calls I was told they would be happening during the process but it has not happened.

The experience so far has been very good. The initial conversation to get started was informative. The financial advisor took his time and answered every question I had. Freedom is a very great company. My bill was driving me crazy. One day I have call from one of Freedom rep. I decide to stay in the phone listen. Then agree with my offer. Start making my lower payment to freedom under 4 months. One of my bills cut in half very surprise me.

Best thing I found. I'm very excited that I'll be debt free real soon. I hate talking on the phone and Freedom Debt Relief is doing the talking for me. I couldn't be happier. First debt will be cleared in 3 months and I'm so excited. I can hardly wait for the next one and the next one etc. etc. etc.

Setting up and setting up the allotment to settle the debt. I write to them and they respond to my questions. Keep me up to date on what bill is paid and how much it was settled for. I am hoping to keep up with this program, I should have done it years ago to straighten up my debt, I was stuck with cheap vehicle because of my credit score, and this program helps my score.

There are groups out there that are willing to help you. Freedom Debt help me out and they can help you. So look into them and listen how you can get out of debt. From the beginning to the end they answer all your questions and how to get to graduate early.

Bad customer service, the system do not updated recent information after a week of last payment. Payment never went thru on time and I lost one negotiation and lost money, I had to start a negotiation from 0 again and pay more money, this company is not honest and I won’t recommended to any person who has debts because I was suppose to received help and not to be overcharged if it wasn’t my fault.

So far they have been very informative in keeping me up to date with my progress in this program. They have been patient and kind when speaking with me. If I questions they are easy to respond. The wait isn't long to return calls or emails. I'm very glad for that. Dashboard keeps me up to date with my account. Short respond.

Updated on 03/11/2024: I have to say I am upset about the amount of time it has taken to get my First Florida Credit Union accounts to be settled. It seems to be yet another 6 months until the final settlement will be finalized, and I am trying my best to not care that my credit plummeted 84 points as they keep dinging it with their collection agency.

I have only just started the program. Hard to give an accurate account of how great or not the program is. I will be happy to add to this later. So far everyone has treated me very nice. Hopefully this will work out just the way it should. Thank you.
