I am thankful for your service you have provided thus far. I would recommend FDR to others who are experiencing debt. Yes it takes a little while to see results, I put myself in the situation I was but I am thankful to this program which allows me to pay my debt and move forward.

Before this program I was stuck with endless thought about how my life just switched up in a blink of an eye. We as humans sometimes fall through hardship that we can not control. As stated above in my title I have never come across a company that has made it so easy to help at a time when financial distress has hit. They were very helpful and went out of their way to make certain I understood everything that will be taking place. And again, at a time of financial distress, the emails sent almost every day has a way of soothing and taking away the stress.

Using the FDR Program was such a wonderful experience. The folks I spoke to were very attentive, kind and helpful. For a person like me that doesn’t like talking on the phone communication was made easy via text, email and although the occasional phone call it was informative and I was put at ease. The process of getting my credit lowered/paid off was a quick process and most of the 11 I had initially listed were taken care of within a year. My credit is making its way back up and because of this program and experience I will meet my personal goal of being free of credit card debt.

So far all has been well. Had an issue with my deposit date and was able to push it back with no problems. Once my payments and negotiation start I will really be able to tell how the program works. Overall good. I think there is a glitch with the website though. When you click on designated account it always give an error message

They say payments and dedicated account is entirely yours and there are little admin fees but then they refuse to take weekly payments even though the bi weekly payments are way harder to make. There is no leeway on adjusting payments even if I lower the enrolled debt. Also I have been with them over a year and seen little progress. Only 3 accounts settled with 1 completed. And even though I initially attempted to get a consolidation loan which of course I was denied for, 3 months after starting the program they came up with a loan option. But there was no guarantee it would lower payments and loan amt was for enrolled debt which if they settle the debt for less there was not an option to lower the fixed loan amt.

I have already told and sent info to my friends. Told them how great and friendly everyone is. They don't make you feel like an embarrassment at all. I highly recommend to anyone needing financial help. Setting up and doing the consultation I was actually laughing with the gentlemen. They treat you like you are a regular person.

The agent was professional, a good listener, explained things clearly and was patient and willing to help with my needs and gave time that I needed to start the program. Agent gave excellent customer service and deserves recognition and a good positive remark in his personnel file! Thank you so much for helping me to get to a place where I can get out of debt.

The best part about this program for me is the worry free process. I set my automatic deposits and let FDR do the rest. I just worry about working and getting my paycheck. My accounts are being handled and I can be a mom with complete control and peace of mind of what is getting handled.

Excellent service and Accounting. Always returns my calls at accurate with the debts. Also helpful in creditors calling me when I need advice in answering the calls. They have a setup where you know when you graduate and succeed with paying off the creditors. They will guide you to the graduation date even though you call twice a week. Best time to call them is Monday through Friday 8 AM through 6 PM.

Updated on 11/29/2023: It's no easy task but if you stick with this program it will absolutely save your financial future! 4 years ago my wife suffered a life altering injury and was no longer able to work and without our combined income we ended up $70,000+ in debt!! I found Freedom Debt on Google search I think around 2020 so this is like my second time that I fell back into it because of medical reasons. Such a great company. Very proficient staff members. Knowledgeable skillful great customer service. They understand that I was going through some things and they were able to really help me through my situation. I'm so grateful for this company because they do believe in giving you a second chance and helping you get out of debt forever. There are many consolidation creditors out there but this was the very first one that I had tried the first time. This company is awesome. I enrolled in a new debt and was told to not continuing making payments. After several months after the negotiation have not been done, receiving several notices that my credit rating has gone down due to no payment. It was close to a year before I had to remind your company that this debt needs to be negotiated and that's when it was done. I lost over 70 points of my credit rating because of the lapse of follow through.

It was a very smooth process and FDR keeps you informed as you continue to move through their program. The agent I spoke with was very professional and explained everything clearly and what to expect going forward. I was given their contact information to reach out anytime I may have a question. I'm so sure FDR will make things easier for my parents to become debt free, I am actually referring them as we speak. It's so nice to have an end in sight. Just thought fees were taken at the end, and there would be more settlements with each deposit. It seems fees are more than expected as well. So, I was surprised with fees being taken right away, at a high right, which could go to settlements first.

Slow rolled the payoff, check was sent twice for the full amount. Claim to not receive it. Finally 7 months later resolved it. Had a $9000 overage and got sent back $3800. It was strange we had gotten a HELOC to pay the balance, my bank would only send it by check and they sent it directly to FDR exactly where they told us. 30 days passed they claimed to never received it. So we cancelled and sent another check to a different address. 7 months later finally resolved with FDR taking half of the overage....

My debt is disappearing and I am always informed. They ask before they do anything. The dashboard is very informative and there are so many videos to watch to know what is happening. Good but really anxious with creditors calling me already! Not sure I have made right decision! Good but really anxious with creditor calling and emailing and texting. Not to mention 30.00 spending each time I have to put a stop payment on automatic withdrawal from my checking account. Just frustrating for sure.

FDR's customer service is fantastic. I had foot surgery, so I've been on disability. There are some times that I can't pay the full amount. I just call and tell them that I need to lower it for the month and they do it. FDR is a good company. I enjoy working with them. They've been very easygoing with me and understanding. They're very informative as well.

I was under the influence that my creditors would be getting negotiation call promptly after my first deposit. Now I have to deal with them so they will quit calling. You are supposed to help me resolve these debt problems and I shouldn’t be dealing with my creditors. Why doesn’t this company get to calling the creditors so my debts are getting resolved sooner?

I’ve been trying to get a hold of a live representative and nothing. I left a message on this chat thing and still nothing. It’s been like a week. Still nothing. Terrible service!!! Freedom Debt Relief is wonderful. They help people. They've been taking care of my debt. I'm grateful that they are able to help me. I've paid off two debts and we still got one left to pay. They took weight off my shoulders knowing that I'm able to pay it off.

Freedom Debt Relief has good service. They freed me up with a lot of headaches and the phone calls. The fees were a little too high, but the program's working. I've been in it since 2019 and hopefully, around 2014, it should be done.

Most of the time, things were just fine but at the end, it got really messed up. Starting in December 2022 I called you repeatedly to pay off my balance and close out my account. I wanted it done by the end of 2022 but you managed to drag it out for another 3 or 4 months. Why? The only thing I can figure it you were just squeezing me for more fees. I'm still waiting for all the final paperwork which your company has been promising me for months. Close out my account properly and your rating may go up.

So far my experience has been very positive. The resource on how to answer creditors' calls was extremely helpful. Although, I didn’t expect them to call me every day. Updated on 08/26/2023: I made payments every month to Freedom Debt Relief and it was a set amount. And I wasn't late because it was directly taken out of my bank account. I am now finished with the program. Working with them made me get out of the debt that I was in and not be in that situation anymore.

This program has been amazing! No more worrying about making multiple payments! Just one payment every month and they take care of the rest! Super easy to work with and any time I had a question they responded very quick! I have a hard time understanding interests and all those math terms but they made it super simple to understand! When I elected to use FDR, I was given a monthly deposit amount to cover all debts & a graduation date. That quote doesn’t seem to be working! Even though I have made an additional deposit & sent a legal fee, it doesn’t appear your original quote is going to hold up for the time period indicated.

Getting settlements on our accounts was something that was a bit scary, but once one was settled the others happened faster than we thought which has been a nice surprise. They helped me reduce my debt sooner than the expected due date. They negotiated fair payoff amounts and when they could not get the companies to negotiate a lower price for payoff they returned the money to me and did not charge me for the negotiation. The staff are fabulous and walk with you each step of the way. And sometimes it can get stressful but they show you how to deal with it. I'm 68 years old and got jammed up with false reporting by Equifax. I highly recommend to anyone who needs a plan.
