Freedom Debt Relief has good service. They freed me up with a lot of headaches and the phone calls. The fees were a little too high, but the program's working. I've been in it since 2019 and hopefully, around 2014, it should be done.

FDR has been a lifesaver for my husband and I. We had a drastic change in our income due to health issues and signing up with FDR took the pressure and worry off of us every month. The amount we pay monthly is less than half what we were paying our creditors. Thank you FDR for your help!!

Most of the time, things were just fine but at the end, it got really messed up. Starting in December 2022 I called you repeatedly to pay off my balance and close out my account. I wanted it done by the end of 2022 but you managed to drag it out for another 3 or 4 months. Why? The only thing I can figure it you were just squeezing me for more fees. I'm still waiting for all the final paperwork which your company has been promising me for months. Close out my account properly and your rating may go up.

So far my experience has been very positive. The resource on how to answer creditors' calls was extremely helpful. Although, I didn’t expect them to call me every day. I feel relieved that my debt is finally on its way to being resolved. My consultant walked me through all the steps and made sure I understood how the process will work.

I really like the program so much. I don't have to worry about my debt that much. I will recommend other people about this program. I usually don't leave a review but for this program. I feel like I have to leave the review. Thank you so much for all your help.

I have been with this company for over 2 years now. My credit balance has gone down and I happy with the service. Most of them has been lowered and what can I say but I'm thankful for them. I have a few more months to go. Then we shall take a peek at it.

I signed up for the program and I guess I am confused as my second loan to pay off is more than what I owed before I signed into the program. I am just concerned that my other cards I am going to be paying double by the time it settles…

If not, for FDR, I would be paying interest on my credit cards for the rest of my days! Not only did FDR negotiate my credit card fees to lower amounts, they were much lower than I anticipated! Very friendly and helpful staff, and very efficient. I am beyond pleased with the results!

Updated on 08/26/2023: I made payments every month to Freedom Debt Relief and it was a set amount. And I wasn't late because it was directly taken out of my bank account. I am now finished with the program. Working with them made me get out of the debt that I was in and not be in that situation anymore.

This program has been amazing! No more worrying about making multiple payments! Just one payment every month and they take care of the rest! Super easy to work with and any time I had a question they responded very quick! I have a hard time understanding interests and all those math terms but they made it super simple to understand! So so easy to work with. 10/10. Definitely recommend.

When I elected to use FDR, I was given a monthly deposit amount to cover all debts & a graduation date. That quote doesn’t seem to be working! Even though I have made an additional deposit & sent a legal fee, it doesn’t appear your original quote is going to hold up for the time period indicated.

They negotiated fair payoff amounts and when they could not get the companies to negotiate a lower price for payoff they returned the money to me and did not charge me for the negotiation. Happy to have them as I knock down my debt. FDR makes it easy to settle debt and provides options through text, email, and dashboard so you can approve it in your most convenient way.

The staff are fabulous and walk with you each step of the way. And sometimes it can get stressful but they show you how to deal with it. I'm 68 years old and got jammed up with false reporting by Equifax. I highly recommend to anyone who needs a plan.

A payment was missed by FDR to one of the creditors. The creditor voided the settlement. When I called FDR the agent was unable to tell me which creditor settlement had been voided. The agent also seemed unfamiliar with the settlement process and was unable to tell me if my graduation date would be delayed. When I called back I talked to a very helpful and competent agent who understood my question and concerns. I asked if I could call her back since she was so helpful but she said FDR does not allow clients to contact individual agents and she is not allowed to contact clients. It would be better if FDR would allow clients to have a designated agent who could then become familiar with the client's case.

I have had very good results with the settlements. The accounts submitted are within the timeline I was told they would be. I will be very satisfied when I finish the program. I would definitely recommend this program with Freedom Debt to my friends and family. This is a very good program to use if you have debt that you need to resolve.

As of this writing, three of my debts have been settled! FDR offers excellent communication and customer service! I would (and have), recommend their service to anyone struggling with credit card debt.

They helped resolve my debt. They did an excellent job. Highly recommend to everyone. They are friendly & concise. It taking me awhile to pay off my debt because of my low income. Due to incident of Covid, I was unable to sell my jewelry to public & went bankrupt.

First. I like the introduction. Customer service was great. The emails and videos on what to expect during the process of being debt fee. They are experienced in what they do. Even when I thought I know better, by starting on specific ones. They know how to target the process. Their communication is great.

The Customer Service Representative I spoke with was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He was very helpful with my situation. He called me at least once or twice a week to make sure I was getting what I need. I am glad I found this company to get free from my debt.

Working with FDR has been very good. They found out how many credit cards I had. They hooked me up with the legal end of it, in case that they tried to sue me, I have that protection. Right now, they're paying on some of those accounts and I'm happy about that. They've done really well. I'm low income, they adjusted my monthly deposit so that I could afford to keep paying it.

So far I don’t have any concern. I just joined it and my debt are not solved yet. I am still in the process of the program. I think it would have been better if to say something after the program. It a helpful program for people like me. I would advise friends to try it too if they are in the situation like me.

I was just looking to get myself out of the bad situation I was in. One of my students had used Freedom Debt Relief before and he spoke very highly of them. I reached out to the company and everything that they told me sounded really good. I liked the comfortableness as I didn't feel pressured to do it. They were willing to work with me on everything. They gave me a very descriptive breakdown of how the program works and the process and what I need to do to get my credit back on track. Communication with them was good. It's been that way since I've been in the program. They're easy to talk to and they always answered questions that I had if I needed to push my payment back a little bit or do this or that. I've been in the program for a few years and everything's been perfect. I have another year left.

FDR's customer service reps have been so easy to work with. Making sure I really understood the program and how it works. They gave me a list of items I would need to do which was a great help. So far I can't find any reason for a lesser rating.

It was a hard decision to make but I'm glad I did it. Life took a turn and I started to drown in the minimum payments. I went through a divorce where I walked away with nothing just to escape the relationship. I had to start from scratch with my home and furnishings. The debt took over my life and caused so much stress. Knowing that FDR is backing me to get back on track makes me feel better.

I do not feel like I was different of any kind with these guys. If anybody has experience any kind of debt, I need relief I suggest you call Fdr.

With the interest rates going up. There was no way I could make my monthly payments, working with a very low paying job.. Didn’t need the stress on how I was robbing Peter to Paul.. I’ve earn my credit but to pay out with the way the economy being the way it is.. I jumped on it.. I can afford the payments and I still have some money to get by.. but no more stress.

The only reason I gave you all that certification is more of a generalized of all your services. The first time I had been through your service was a disaster. The second time through I'm really on edge about even doing this because yes I'm trying to get out of debt but there were a couple cards that I wanted to keep. It shouldn't just be you guys pick and choose what credit cards I take out of the program. That should be discussed with the client what ones they want to keep. I have decided to keep four. I have removed three of the four that I want to keep going out of the program but I just don't think that you should wait until I'm in such peril before you start working with these credit cards because when you do so you end up settling for three to four hundred dollars more than what I originally owed so no. I'm not going to agree with that deal.

Awesome company to work with, great customer service and an easy step-by-step guide to successfully getting out of debt. No gimmicks, with excellent communication with consultants. I feel like a big Boulder has been lifted from my shoulders. Life throws a lot of curve balls at you, it's nice to have a company that empathize and help you.

I received my first settlement and had questions so I called customer service and spoke with a very nice gentleman. Who helped me understand how the settlement would work. His explanation was very clear and when we were done I totally understood how the settlement would work. He was very professional and Courteous. He made sure I completely understood how the settlement would be satisfied.

Been very happy since I started, they keep me informed of what is happening to my accounts, and easy to talk to and they listen and help. I had some situations regarding 1 creditor and they keep assuring me everything is going as planned. I started in December of 2022 and had one debt paid and one debt in the works of being paid off.

My dad not complaint is I continually get texts saying I have a deficit. I don’t have a deficit. I had to postpone a payment for a few days. I made an EFS transfer from my bank to Freedom. I have talked to two different people about the continuous texts. They both claimed I had no deficit. One told me that he/she was going to clear the alert. Unfortunately that did not get done. I would think you would only want the texts to come if there was actually a deficit. As I am becoming complacent with the texts I get from you as I’m continually getting the darn same text I ignore them when they come in

I’m working on $50k of debt and was hesitant at first but had to do something. After a while I was building my account up and they were able to start negotiations with my creditors. It soon proved to be an excellent move. They are extremely good at this process. By the time they are done I’ll be negotiated down for about half the original amount owed, amazing! Then I was able to qualify for a consolidation loan to cover the whole new amount owed. Perfect!

All I know is I was in a situation and Freedom came to my rescue and doing a wonderful job. I could not be more happier in the results that I am receiving and if I had a chance to tell the world there's no other way to go than Freedom.

Great communication and results, the settlement was for almost half of the debt. I would recommend Freedom Debt Relief to anyone that is struggling with a lot of debt. Their staff answer all your questions and help a lot, the customer dashboard is easy to use and easy to log in.

I am very happy with Freedom Debt Relief. I have credit card debt and just could not get out of it no matter how much I paid every month. They understood what I was going through and explained everything to me and how much I would have to pay and how much income I would have every month. I am so glad I called Freedom. I would refer anyone to them. They are a life saver.

While it is understandable they want to get debt relieved as soon as possible, they don't seem to take medical issues along with basic bills in setting this amount. I'm doing in over a quarter of my fixed income leaving me with a negative balance in the bank before I receive my next SSA check. But if I can't make those high payments I am threatened with cancellation. I would prefer to pay in less and take longer to pay off debt, but they don't agree.

Customer Service very professional and were able to answer all questions without any hesitation. The representative made me feel comfortable through the whole application process. Whenever the representative reached out to me, she was very informative about given me instructions on how to go online and accept the customer offer. The overall process was very easy.

I enrolled 3 debts, my experience with the first two was fantastic. My last debt (and highest amount) was resolved for 80 percent, and combined with FDRs 25 percent settlement fee I am currently paying MORE than what my original debt was. The customer service representative I spoke with about this told me it “was a risk associated with debt relief”. I left with a bitter taste but will finish my program and be done. Use with caution. They leave out that you can pay more for your enrolled debt if it doesn’t work out well.

Overall it has been a good experience so far. Moves a bit slower than I'd like, but that is just how it is. I was made fully aware of the process and what to expect. The hardest part is creditor calls, even though I have been made aware of how to handle the. Also, all the negative impact on my credit report and daily alerts.

FDR is a good option if you have many debts and you have difficulty for made the payments. I was making the minimum payment and the debts never finish. FDR helps with reduce your total amount that you have to pay monthly.

I started this program with doubts. I became amazed with the process after I started seeing money roll into my dedicated account plus the settlement notifications. It's a waiting game but worth it all. I'm about to be completely debt free and it feels really good. Credit score does dip A LOT in the beginning but just keep it up and you will see the good come out of it. I'm still going and hope to continue to the end. I recommend this program all the way.

I was told my credit would be on the mend within 6 months and that is so not the case. Does it work. Yes but let this be your last choice. I would of done something different if I knew how the process was truly going to go. Is it get resolved. Yes but not how they explained.

Every time I call no one can help and I get disconnected. I’ve asked so many times for someone to send me the docusign docs I need for my co-signer to approve my Navient loan for relief. Email it to ** please. PLEASE. It’s very strange that when I talk to the company that they 1) cannot find my account 2) tell me the docusign document(s) are very important to get sent back 3) they have not sent these important documents even though they have claimed to do so 3 times.

So far it’s been a great experience. I would recommend this to anyone that needs help, always keep you updated on what is happening on your journey and how you can get there and what you can accomplish with the right people. Just so happy with what they are doing.

Updated on 10/14/2024: I am still working with Freedom and my debt is going down. I was due to graduate in 2027 and now I am graduating in 2026. I Had one debtor that was going to take me to court. Freedom and the attorney they work with got my debt settled and didn't have to go to court. They did what they said they would do. I would definitely recommend this company.

Updated on 08/05/2023: Right now I gave a good mark, and as we work through the process, I will better see how FDR works on my behalf with the creditors. So far so good on the first settlement. My only issue right now is the website is always behind in information. I always have to call customer service for updates.

I have looked at my credit card statements, watching closely how long it would take to pay them off. I’m almost 70 and majority of my Social Security was going to pay the stupid cards off. I had no extra cash to spend on my grandkids unless I used a card. Freedom Debt to the rescue. They take the worry away and guide me through every step WE take together. Would highly recommend.
