FDR helped me settle one of my creditor and I am looking forward to get all of it settled. It is a big relief getting helped from FDR. FDR does not only give me relief, it gives me a peace of mind knowing they are here to help me with questions.

Well I get a mail about debt relief. My friend told me, "They rated D don't go for them," so I went on google. I saw FDR so I went for them. I call and then my journey begins. I am been grateful. This program helps a great deal. I recommend it my friend.

When Freedom Debt Relief contacted me there was no pressure with a simple thorough explanation of program. Anytime I had questions I was given precise and accurate answers I was not bothered by any creditors. I graduated from program early. What a relief, hoorah!

I was skeptical at first but Freedom Debt Relief really works! I turned all my debt struggles over to them and as they promised it was taken care of. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. No more harassing calls or threatening mail.

Since 2020 FDR has really helped me with my debt. Thanks to them I am almost debt free. I was close to $20,000 in debt but they negotiated and brought my debt to about half of what I owe. Now I only have one more account before I am debt free. Thank you FDR for your help. I really appreciate it.

FDR was a lifesaver for me. I was $16,000.00 in debt and engaged to get married. I didn’t want my future husband to have to worry about my debts. That was my responsibility. I had a good job but I had a lot of medical issues which involved deductible. Even though I was paying my credit cards I wasn’t getting anywhere because of the high interest I was paying. So I called FDR to see what they were about. They were so nice and understanding. They walked me through the process and I decided to let them help me. The biggest issue I had was that none of my accounts were behind but I would pay say $300.00 on a card and only a $100.00 went toward knocking my bill down. I was barely making it and not getting anywhere. So I agree to commit to a 4 year plan.

They listened and helped me without making me feel inadequate. Found a solution quickly that met my needs. They continue to send me information to explain and educate me so that I am able to prevent this from happening in the future.

I got help immediately from Freedom Debt Relief. I am so happy with the help in paying off my debt. I can now concentrate on just paying one bill instead of multiple bills. I can see my debt being paid off on a daily basis.

Updated on 08/29/2024: I am very pleased with having chosen FDR as the company to help resolve my credit card debts. They keep me informed of my progress as settlements are negotiated with the different credit card companies. Also, they're always willing to answer or clarify any questions or concerns that the clients may have.

This experience could not be any simpler! A weight off my shoulders. A few minutes with a phone call and then simple updates with my dashboard. FDR makes it incredibly clear and easy to navigate and I know that I can always call if I have any questions at all!

Normally 85% of the time the representatives are very professional and quick to help with my questions. ONLY once the representative seem not able to answer my few questions. She put me on HOLD 3 times, wait time was about 3 to 5 minutes. I did not get upset. I did tell her I would call back that afternoon.

Do not use this service. I did most negotiations with creditors since FDR would not contact them and once they reduced original debt they add there (fee) that makes the debt about the same amount as the original….please do not use this service.

I saw the advertisement and went to the website and someone called me right away. All my questions were answered and I knew right away they could help me in my situation with one of the three options that they told me about. I signed up that day and I’m on my way to getting my good credit back. Everyone at Freedom Debt Relief is so helpful. They guide you step by step along the way and teach you what you need to know so you can prevent mistakes from happening again in the future. Love Freedom’s team and I love this service.

My initial contact with Freedom Debt Relief was with a counsellor, who was very comforting and knowledgeable. I was taken through each step of the process and reassured that, for me, this was the right way to go about relieving myself of debt. Each step was explained, and what I might expect. I feel relieved at this point and am looking forward to the day when I am debt free.

I had an awesome experience with customer service. Everything was explained very clearly. I was very happy with how I was treated. I am excited to get my debt taken care of. I may have bad credit for awhile but it will be worth it in the end.

My first payment was to be deducted from my checking account on the third of the month, the day my Social Security deposit arrived. I was very upset to see my first payment deducted from my checking account on the 2nd, one day earlier than I had agreed to.

I wish I can do the loan thing that I saw on the dashboard, a program that you will pay off my debts and I will be paying back to your account without you guys pulling my credit (report). As at now I already had a lot of hard pull on my accounts since about a year and half, and wouldn't want to hurt it more.

Helpful and just wish I didn’t have to stop paying so you go about 4-6 months where you don’t pay that gives the company more leverage to settle. I don’t like falling behind and I had to just not answer the credit calls because I thought I was a responsible person and losing a job and length of time without income forced this situation during pandemic. The company is able to reduce payments and totals which has helped and having them deal with creditors was great.

I got myself into some trouble while trying to finish school and definitely made some wrong financial decisions. I took out a larger loan thinking it would help me get out of the smaller credit card amounts I had with high-interest rates, but it all spun out of control really quickly. Freedom made it so easy and at first I was unsure. However, as the time went by, they started to settle my debts. I didn’t have to deal with calls or letters, Freedom took all the burden. 3 years with 30,000 debt, and they resolved it. They even made my payments reasonable, taking payments twice per month. I am so thankful for Freedom. I am so happy I graduated and have a fresh start.

The best thing to do and save your credit line also easier to manage the debt. You get to sleep better and pay your bills easier. I would recommend it to everyone. Cause it’s the best thing that they can do.

It has been an honor and a privilege to finally feel like I’m getting somewhere in life and no matter what life challenge come my way. I lost my job due to Covid-19 and medical problems. I had a lot of credit card debt, but I did not believe in filing bankruptcy. FDR has been the best company for my situation. Customer Service was always happy to provide solutions not generic answers. Settlements were fast and at last 40% or more of the debt. The website is friendly and easy to use to make adjustments. I would recommend this to anyone needing the same thing. And I would come back in a heart beat.

It's been good! Starting to get some accounts settled, which means fewer phone calls and emails. I had to call and get some clarification, in regards to the fees that are associated with each negotiated account. But, now I understand and look forward to closing the rest.

In order to keep my divorce civil, I did not ask my ex-husband for financial support. All of a sudden I had piles of bills for which I alone was responsible. I was able to pay the minimum amount due each month, but it left me with no money. The worst part? I was never going to get out of debt by paying the minimum! My bank account was depleted but the amounts due on my credit cards were stagnant. It was maddening and there was nothing more I could do. I have tried to log in to my account and can not login in. Why is there a problem now, since it was always possible before. Now I can not even get help. Why has this changed. This is not the way to take care of a client.

I enrolled when I contacted Customer Service. The salesperson that enrolled me didn't explain some things. He was a fast talker and glossed over how the debt relief program actually works. When I called the phone number given to me after I enrolled was very helpful. They negotiate and pay several creditors at the same time, not one at a time as I thought. I can't say whether or not it's a good program because I'm just getting started. We shall see.

Agent was very nice and professional. Appreciated the welcome packet and I called customer service and they were very knowledgeable and professional. Everything was explained to me and all questions were answered and I feel very confident to carry on with the program.

I was in credit card debt to the tune of $16,000 and didn't know how I was going to pay it off. I followed the FDR program paying $255/month for 5 years. Overall they saved me $3,000; that is not including the interest I would have been paying monthly for all the credit cards nor does it include possible overdue fees that may have accumulated. I have a plan debt relief with you guys and my accounts were never paid and you withdraw every month from my bank account for more than a year. 499.00 every single month for nothing. You never paid my accounts and my creditors send me to collection because you never pay my accounts and now my credit it's in a very terrible situation. I want you to reimburse All my money that you guys withdraw from my account for more than a year because you never paid of my accounts.

You folks have overdrafted our account 3 times so far. We said we wanted things to start on 12/16, but it was started on 11/16. We also was told it would be every two weeks, the schedule is for every week. I want to speak with someone asap to get this straightened out.

Updated on 4/17/2023: I am satisfied with the experience so far. What bothers me is how it has affected my credit. But I know in the end it will all pay off. I got a letter from the collection department for Capital One. We are almost at a year now come May 6th. You all have done a great job and following through so far.

This was handled horribly. I was calling daily for 2 weeks trying to get this resolved before a garnishment hit my paycheck. You guys failed me miserably. Now I have to wait for them to send it back to me. Almost $500 was taken. This should have been handled in a much more timely manner. There was ample time to get it done. I just hope the last two cards in negotiation are handled much better and I don’t have to do so much work that I pay you guys to do. This has been the worst experience to date.

I have been working with FDR towards resolving my debt and it has been a great experience. I always have a pleasant encounter with customer service. They are always willing to help make this process easier and they are willing to accommodate my needs.

I have had my bank account levied by a creditor that FDR was supposedly negotiating with (the creditor has no knowledge of FDR working with them on this debt however). I cannot access any of my funds because of FDR yet they are telling me they need more money from me so that they can negotiate. I will most-likely have to declare bankruptcy because of this and FDR has offered no help. They did not do what was promised when I signed up with them and have now made my situation worse.

Will receive a 5 star when I see it really works. Email sent erroneously and had a 30 minute wait to find out it was wrong. Received another email apologize for the error. Found this to be most disconcerting at the time.

I am in debt due an illness. When I called Freedom Debt Relief I was taken aback on how kind they were to me, and explained each step to me in a way I could understand. They are working with my creditors to make this as easy as they can for me.

I was told on 11-21-22 by Felicia your representative that money would not be deducted from my checking account anymore. On 11-25-22 you deducted $156.00. Also after the last credit account was paid there was over $1700.00 in my dedicated account. Now there is less than $500.00 with no explanation was given for this reduction. Your company should abide with what your representatives tell the customers and there should be no more money deducted from my checking account. Someone needs to give me a call!!!

My only complaint is that they do not reach out to all the creditors when you start the program. It’s stressful enough being in debt, but adding emails & phone calls just adds to the stress level. Otherwise, great program.

This program led me in the right path: being able to succeed when everything indicated the opposite. Saving, reorganizing my finances to find the right path towards Financial Freedom. It was (and is) a lifesaver as well as an educational mentoring in money matters.

I was deep in debt with credit cards. After making minimum payments each month I had no money left for groceries or other necessary things. So I was forced to keep using credit cards to live. I was getting deeper in debt. Freedom took my cards and I made one payment per month to them and I was then able to live with using cards. I am now completely out of debt. I requested to postpone a payment due to a reduction in my salary. Not only was it still deducted from my account, but I was given the runaround-5 different representatives, being hung up on and then being told they would not return my money that I desperately needed back.

All of the representatives have been very helpful in getting our credit back. We have seen tremendous settlements being done with our creditors, we are very thankful! We are looking forward to getting credit back on track. We like to thank Freedom Debt.

I'm very comfortable with Freedom Debt because they are taking care of my debts I would have not been able to take care of them by myself so now I can relax without worrying. I'm very grateful and will be even happier after they are paid in full.

My only negative is that you grabbed old accounts I didn’t ask you to help with and now I’m paying for these instead of active accounts. I’m not happy that now you want more money per month because of these old accounts that can no longer be used against me or are even in my credit report.

I am pleased with my debts being resolved but I guess I was not aware of how much of my payment was going to Freedom Debt. The people I've talked to on the phone have been real pleasant. I would use Freedom Debt if I needed to again.

I can’t afford the payments and it takes too long to see results in credit or in reducing my debt. The program would be better if it were more affordable and debt could be reduced quicker. We also don’t have a way of selecting which accounts are a priority to us. We should be able to be part of the program in selecting the accounts to work on first

So I am very pleased with the service but I am a bit nervous and feel guilty. I have and will refer to my guide for different ways that is helpful, I've also noticed my accounts have been contacted, I think it will be better once I start making payments.

I am a tax accountant, I became disabled suddenly and my whole world crashed and burned. I needed a way to bundle up all my outstanding debt in one place and get it taken care of. I could have filed bankruptcy, but I felt like I received all the benefits and goods of my debt, and I wanted an honorable way to pay it off, I just couldn't pay it off at the rate the creditors wanted. Freedom Debt Relief did all the work, put everything together, explained how to deal with calls and letters, put legal support in place if it was needed and started making deals and getting things paid off. Despite my age I found this program very easy to follow what was required of me to provide with the use of the internet and a computer which is something I am very used to doing being a retired accountant.

Not sure why your legal department needs a copy of my signed documents for you? I would assume you can provide copies? They also settled with only term payments - no discounts- somewhat disappointing… Please confirm. Aside from that I have no complaints.

I have NEVER received my initial phone call to finish setting up. I've spent about 3.5 hours on hold over 5 different calls trying to resolve this issue. I've been disconnected every time. I DO NOT want to do this program anymore. I can't get anyone on the phone to cancel it. I will report you to the BBB for fraudulent and predatory practices.

The process took so long that I eventually was sued and this is probably the cause for more fees and interest.

The fees are outrageous! Getting in touch with them to discuss the plans is near impossible. All there before the process starts but good luck getting them after they have your money. Would NEVER recommend to anyone. They attempt to settle at far more than its worth, they lie and say that's the best they can do, then they come back 2 weeks later with a lower number. JUST HORRIBLE!

They dropped the ball on one account, and I ended up going to court. I also had to resolve it with the creditor on my OWN!! When I first started, they give me a biweekly dollar amount and it has kept increasing.

I do not believe they work in your best interest. They work for their best interest. I have been offered better settlements from creditors ($900) and they have negotiated (over $2000). I asked not to settle any accounts that charge a payment fee, but they continue settling for a $10.00 per month payment fee. I wish I knew then what I know now. I would have not used FDR.

From the first payment, they messed up and then tried to double bill me and when I called in the 3 or 4 times about this nothing was resolved or fixed. All of this has over drafted my bank account so I just decided to just run the program and hope for the best but I don't have high hopes at all.
