It hasn't really started. My first payment is coming due and I guess that's when it begins. The lady had a very mundane script to refund that was very canned. I felt she was doing her best with what was supplied.

I have been happy with the assistance that I have received from FDR. Whenever I had a question or concern I was able to speak with someone who was pleasant and helpful. I have to admit that I was reluctant at first to sign on for help with my debt but now that I am seeing positive results I am glad I made the right choice.

It's been pretty good. It could be better if accounts were paid off a little faster and The accounts were done more than one at a time but overall the company is doing a great job. No complaints from me. And I am wondering if the accounts that are paid off will be deleted from my credit report or reported as paid in full.

Great so far. They are helpful with any questions. We only have one debt closed and a second in process. 12 more to go, but we are looking forward to being debt free. It can't come quick enough. The latest debt to be negotiated was not on ours or their radar so that is an extra bonus now.

I have zero regrets in handing over my debt to Freedom Debt Relief. As soon as I did, I felt such a huge relief in knowing that someone else was helping me get back on track with my finances. FDR has greatly assisted me with resolving my debt. They made arrangements for half of my debt in only four months. I am well on my way to paying off all my debt. They really have helped me reduce my stress and increased my monthly cash flow with this program. It has allowed me to be able to take a few trips and save, things I could not do prior to my enrollment in the program. They can do the same for you if you need assistance. I have had to call a few times to ask for clarification on procedure. I was treat respectfully a majority of the time. You do have a few customer service reps that could be a little more outgoing. As for progress, it's coming along so I thank all of for that. This is all way more stressful than I thought.

This is definitely a great way to get out of debt without having to pay a lot of money to do so. The customer service is great and they are very communicative. I especially like the loan program to help your credit at the same time you are trying to pay down the debt.

My largest account has gone untouched and is about to charge off. Called customer service. They explained that they do not negotiate with the creditor until I have built it 20% of my debt. But how am I to build that up is my account is paying out the other smaller creditors first? This is how the company keeps you with them longer. My credit is taking a major hit based on the strategy.

I have nothing but good things to say about Freedom Debt Solutions. Everyone I have had the pleasure to speak with has been friendly and helpful. Great customer service and helping with debt crisis. The ease of helping with debt is a great way to help and resolve issues. Very easy to work with. Explanations are clear and concise. I send a email last week saying I wanna cancel it but nobody got back to me. I wish somebody would get back to me so I can cancel it it. I WROTE saying this is the wrong time for me to wanna try to do seeing that I wanna buy a house.

Just trying to make sure my payments are in my Account to be taken out on the scheduled day of each month. Really don't have time for this. Currently looking for a third job to make ends meet and get outta debt. I had joined FDR and started the program when part of the way through my wife passed. Everything changed and I had to minimize my efforts, along with Covid the process almost came to a stop! I then was referred to Kristen who ironed everything out and set up again with lower payments, since then all is on track! She was very nice and knowledgeable in helping me straightening this out. The Representative was very nice, everything was explained to me, and he answered all my questions. The application was easy to complete and submit. All the information was sent to me by email to review. The dashboard is very helpful and I am able to review all the information discussed. But most importantly, I am thankful for the help so I can get back on track with my finances.

It would be nice for a company to work with you since I’ve been out of work since January and do not have a lot of income. I called to change my date because I did not receive my check and was told it would be bad and I had to borrow money from a friend.

Not transparent about what you will be paying monthly. After stating that payments would be a certain amount - a year later I was told my payments would need to be tripled. You are better off putting your $ aside yourself and negotiating on your own. Then if you cannot afford it, they will try to push you into a high interest loan that may keep the payments the same - but now you double the length of time.

Excellent! Haven’t had a problem with any of my accounts since I’ve joined. When I call they are respectful and nice to me and I will be telling my family and friends about this problem if they need any help.. Thank you for helping me with my debt situation and reaching my goal to perfect credit.

Freedom Debt Relief negotiated my accounts and offered me a loan through a sister company. I was told my qualification for the loan was based on my on-time monthly payment history. The loan amount will reflect the amounts negotiated with credit companies and will assist with paying off accounts sooner. It will also reduce the number of open accounts to one. My debt still isn’t resolved and improvements to credit score are in progress. However, I’m grateful for the work the team is putting in to negotiate my debt.

FDR has done a great job so far because my credit went down and starting to go back up already and by the time I’m done I’ll have good credit once again. FDR is also easy to talk to on the phone and easy to call. FDR will always be recognized by me.

Charge too much on your fees.. You said it would take three years and now almost 5.. So you are not honest and that is despicable.. And my credit is ruined and it was perfect when we started. And you did not acquire all the accounts to resolve so this is not going to benefit me or resolve the problem.

I’ve received one call already about my biggest charge card balance being late.. It is overdue, and the amount due is twice the payment. You mention that the more money we can keep in our account with you, the quicker the balances on everything will come down. If I had a lot more money to put in my account with your company, I would pay off my bills myself. This worries me. Not having enough in my account.

When I signed up for the FDR program through SimplePath Financial, I was under the impression from the agent, FDR would take a more proactive approach with my creditors prior to my making the first deposit. This has not happened. I get numerous emails from FDR on how to handle creditor calls, when FDR will get involved..etc. I am getting 8-15 calls per day. Per FDR guidelines some I answer. One creditor became very belligerent when trying to explain my situation. I am seriously thinking of opting out of the program.

The settlements are happening much faster than I thought. I’m really happy with the results. I would recommend this service to my friends. At first I was concerned that it would be to difficult to achieve my goals. Now I see how easy it is. I’m making a lot of progress towards my goal of debt relief.

The program overall is a good program and I am very happy with how well they have been able to settle the accounts and how much they have been able to reduce the total debt and what we actually end up paying into the settlements. However, I am incredibly frustrated as, especially more recently, I was given conflicting information from at least three different associates. The misinformation caused a lot of confusion and resulted in a lot of complicated issues that ended in us having to pay a lot more than expected and go through several different avenues to be able to complete what was supposed to be one deposit. I also had to call and speak to a more specialized and better trained associate to clear everything up, and was on the phone for more than an hour due to everything I needed to clarify.

The representative I spoke to helped me out a lot and made this process much easier that if I had done this on my own. Now I have a little more breathing space every month in order to buy groceries and pet food and maybe save a little bit of money instead of going into the negatives every month, and eating as much as I can from the food I can get from the employee dining room at work.

Our ONLY complaint was about the documents you requested. We sent them immediately...and you kept asking for them! Just a glitch in the system...but it was frustrating! We finally got the issue resolved.. but it took a few days and finally a phone call to your customer service number to resolve the issue.

I had two debts and I was having issues because both of them would come in different times in the month. One would be at the 1st and the other one would be towards the end. I would always struggle with money from the one in the end to the beginning because I had a hard time saving money. I finally broke down and needed help. I was struggling.

We refinanced our home and the new mortgage company sent me checks to pay off credit cards, which they were doing some for us. I sent Freedom a check of almost $6,000 that I'm paying for that through my mortgage now. It was to pay off one credit card in full and they were to apply the remainder into the other two accounts they were working on. They received it on July 3rd and it went into that account July 3rd. But it does not show on my page at all that they have applied that to that credit card nor the remainder of that check to the other two credit cards. It shows that they have received it and they deposited it into that account, but they've not applied it to the debt. I have called them over and over. They have not been helpful at all. My balance was $1,931 to pay them off completely. I just sent them another check, certified mail, that I will get a signed receipt to pay them in full and I wouldn't want another thing to do with them. They won't get another penny from me and I've made sure of that with the bank. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

At first it's hard not taking calls from your creditors, but then, it starts to end. Then you get your first debt taken care of, and onto the next... This really is working! FDR has been very communicative and user friendly via website and text and email. Have made being in debt nearly stress free. Easy to upload documents and learn the process. I have never had to call bc of the easy text feature. I appreciate them working down my debt via negotiations.

Cancel and refund was explained differently by each person and no one ever called back. Just started withdrawing. Jeremy said he would call back. Never did. Conversation started good and convincing til the transfer of the call. Just cancel cancel cancel.

Freedom Debt Relief is trustable. They have been helping me consolidate my debt. The fees are high, but it keeps me out of trouble. The customer service is good. They're very easy to get ahold of. Before COVID, it was Monday through Sunday, and after COVID, it's Monday through Friday, but that hasn't been a problem.

The program works good. I wish it was done faster, but it just takes a while. Freedom Debt Relief does a good job. They told me before, if I pay more than I have now, we would pay it off quicker. But they don't force me. They just gave me a heads up. They keep me informed, which is good. I recommend them big time.

The reps warned me right up front that I was gonna have to let my bills go on hold for a while and that it was gonna hurt my credit. My only concern is that I paid off all but one credit card and my credit report is still reflecting that these bills or still unpaid even though I paid them. I spoke to Freedom about it and they said I would have to contact the credit reporting agency and let them know what I was doing and who I was affiliated with, which is them, and let them know that I have proof. The only proof that I have is my dashboard that I get on to and it shows that I've made all the payments and that they're paid off. Freedom Debt Relief was easy to work with and their program was good. They're doing everything they said they would do. I've got to trust that they are because it shows that the bills are paid and I don't know any other way to check on it other than what they tell me.

I am very grateful for my experience, I could not do by myself what they have done for me and am very grateful I didn't have to claim bankruptcy. I would pay them again too handle my debt. This is helping me pay down debt that I had not expected. A convenient monthly payment that then pays towards my debts. It did seem to have taken a while to get the creditors to respond and I also had to resubmit statements, but all in all I am happy. I am not great about checking emails and that hasn't created an issue thankfully.

I have been in the program since February and I’m impressed by the manner they have gone about their business. They were thorough right at the beginning on the process. This program has truly helped me. Looking back I don't know how I was making payments each month paying everything that I was paying. I am grateful for them. Just not happy with how long it takes to get settlements .. Too many missed payments adding up on credit. In the meantime I have received offers from the card to settle. I know it is a process. Just wish it was quicker. When first talked they said 1-3 months. It’s been 4 months only 1 settlement.

My biggest criticism is the timing between what I was told vs. what actually occurred for negotiations to begin with creditors. I was told that I could expect to start to see negotiations within the first month and in fact, my first negotiation only occurred last week, more two months enrolled in the program. When I called in to ask about the status, the agent that answered didn't even know how long I'd been enrolled in the program.

I called last week and talked to a lady which I don’t know her name but she was very helpful for the advice I was asking for. I had to go back to my old phone and I needed help downloading my Dash Board and she went out of her way to help me get it set back up.

After the initial enrollment, it was a little difficult to find the right number and time to reach someone about the next steps. So far the process is fairly easy. The client dashboard is very super friendly. The follow up has been very informational for how to navigate through the rest of the program.

So far they have done exactly what they have promised and we seem to be on the way to consolidating all of my debt. I hope to restore my credit back to what it was when this is all finished. Results are happening very quickly tho. They respond quickly to my questions and are very helpful.

I was not told it could take up to 120 days to contact just one creditor. I thought within 90 days all my creditors would at least be contacted. Some of these creditors won't even be contacted for a year. If I would have known this I probably would not have entered the program.

So far it's great and they are really helpful. The program has help me make decent payments every two weeks that I can afford. I can not wait until they negotiate to clear my credit payments. I also like the fact that I can add more creditors to clear my credit.

The only problem was that the first time I applied, they told me four years and then the process went up to five years. They were deducting 474 from my Social Security which is a lot of money for me. But thank God I'm done and I can save that 500 month to go for a cruise with my sister-in-law next year. I'm so happy.

The reps were very honest and knew what they were talking about. We started the program right away after the phone call. I’m in the last year now and I’m happy. Freedom Debt Relief helped me out a lot because COVID knocked me for a loop, as far as work goes. I missed so much work and the credit card bills were too much to handle. So, I had to do something.

I'm not getting the right answers. It should not take months to get this done. I was told the second week of this month that I should see results around July the 20-21. Now I get an email telling me it may take months before my two credits make a deal. PI have also been told that I don't have enough money in the account. Somebody better get in touch with me. I've even tried to log on and It will not let me. One of my account has no interest, you guys are going to cause me to loss that. Not happy.

So far my experience has been great. Customer service is good. All individuals are very helpful. I am looking forward to being debt free. Only complaint is my dashboard is not working properly. Updated on 12/13/2023: I am very satisfied with this program. We have already had 10 debts settled in less than a year and we could not be more excited! I recommend this to everyone that asks me if I know a good debt solution program. We have used one previous to this and they never contacted us and I honestly don't remember them even getting anything settled and we paid for them for over a year.

I was carefully walked through the process, which was super simple. I felt like I had no way of ever getting caught up until I contacted FDR. They help get me back on track at a much quicker pace at a much lower payment. I would highly recommend them to anyone who feels like they will never get ahead or even caught up.

It’s all a money game. Supposedly they try to work out a deal with these credit card companies. That will never happen because they have already given your debt to a law firm that harasses you with phone calls and letters every week. And Freedom Debt Relief knows that you don’t owe these law firms anything because they didn’t give you the credit card. But in the long run everyone gets a piece of the poor man’s money. They give you 5 years to pay off a small debt, you miss a payment and they make you start all over, a legit scam if you ask me.

We needed counseling and a debt solution, and Freedom Debt Relief (FDR) provided it promptly. Due to health reasons (lost my leg), we suddenly lost income as I was unemployed, and we went through our savings to pay our mortgage and maintain our household. We have been working with FDR since December 2022, and they are systematically knocking down overwhelming debt from credit cards and a personal loan we assumed for our son's high-interest student loan. FDR communicates what they are doing, keeps us in the loop with negotiations, and always asks for our agreement to settle for excellent lower balances than we originally owed. The mental stress is off us, and we no longer receive the collection calls.
