I am so happy with the Freedom Relief Program, the service and counseling I have received. In order to get my first account settled, I am so relief, and now working on having my second account settled. Thank you so much.

I'm getting service I was told to expect! The service is excellent, thank you for staying on top of it. I also appreciate the reminder to follow up on creditors that have put my account in collections and to notify you with that information.

Someone may was supposed to call me on January 29th at 9:15 and although a Sunday I figured someone would call according to the email. No call. Not upset just (I’m thinking) automated emails. Cory was the representative I spoke with and set me up so not too satisfied with service.

First credit card now settled. Already feeling better. I know I have a ways to go but Freedom folks have been very helpful. I am looking forward to the next settlement. I would recommend Freedom Debt Relief to anyone needing assistance with debt relief. So far, it has been a painless process.

I have been trying for almost a month to access my dashboard. I have spent countless HOURS on the phone and have been told seven different reasons why. And yet, no one fixes it and I’m told to call back later.

I have worked with two other debt relief companies in the past. Both companies I left before it was complete not because it was a financial hardship to stay on the program but because I had grown uneasy with both companies controlling my money. Neither company communicated often with me. When the the first one did they were standoffish and condescending. The more recent was very nice and personable, I just rarely heard from them. Now with FDR I have the best. I couldn't be happier. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Caring staff at FDR.

When I first contacted Freedom they were very helpful and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Everything was sent in mail and electronically. Signing electronically is best. Don't have to wait for mail or go some place to sign.

I have not seen any progress because the information was not put in correctly on enrollment. I’m now a couple of months in and had even made an extra deposit that did not take either. But the was told I needed to make a deposit of $89.00. There is no way to schedule a deposit for the current day. It wants to put you 3-4 days out to schedule a deposit. When I called them they did not seem concerned and just input the correct information but would not allow me to make an immediate deposit. I’m starting to have some regrets but will give it a couple of more months to see if it improves.

Everything was great! I just feel the processing fee was a little high. Other than that I am happy to resolve my debt and move on with my life. I would recommend others to try this if your debt is out of control and need assistance. Very kind and friendly people that worked with me.

Negotiated all settlements for me, and took care of any legal issues that arose. Basically they were the person I needed in my corner to help get down a long hard road, I had over 50,000 in debt when I started and probably would of had to lose a lot without the help of FDR, They handled it all. I just had to make my deposits to my account on time and the program did the rest.

I am disappointed with the program. I haven’t had any feedback from the account and what was paid. I’m sorry this didn’t work out for me as I thought this would be beneficial to my situation. I would appreciate if you would reimburse the funds that was deposited via my account.

I think they are very fair. They are always there when you call with questions. So eager to help you. I made a point to discuss all my debts. You can call them at any time to get help. I like how you can check on the progress of your information.

I was a little worried at first but after speaking with representatives of FDR I found that everyone is very professional people with my best interest in mind. They have been very helpful and I look forward to the results from FDR. The phone calls have been very helpful with explaining everything about my case.

Calling all times of night 9 pm. Call 7, 8 in the morning and on the weekends. I really don't like answering the phone. I get nerves and worried about my credit score going into the crapper. I need some release from this.

Freedom Debt Relief is a voluntary program to help you resolve previous debts and collections with great success. They have helped me to eliminate several collections already and are working on several more. They've even managed to settle most of my old accounts for less than what I owed up to 70% less. And they have a good legal team as well that is keeping an eye out for me for a collection agencies that are trying to come directly after me and help to get them settled out quickly and to notify me of debts that are no longer eligible for collections as well.

Still waiting for my credit score come above 400. Very poor. Have long will it take to get up to 600? Taking a very long time. Score just getting worse. I would like an answer after year into program. $

So far so good, this is only our first time getting one Credit Card checked off. We have several cards to go. Each time I call to ask a question the people are really nice and knowledgeable about my questions.

Jesse was a great help. He was very understanding of my situation. He treated me with respect and compassion. That made me feel I was making the right decision using FDR. The call after talking with Jesse went well. I received information about the program and had questions answered.

Magaly explain everything good. Payments are good and easy auto pay. The only thing I have to complain is that I have not receive my welcome packet. For my record. And a creditor keep calling me and don't have the info to give them. But overall like the program.

I am so glad I went to Freedom to debt under control. I like the way they treat you and they really get things done. I have told everyone I know about Freedom. I am very happy with Freedom and will make sure that everyone knows how happy I am.

I had even with Freedom from five years. Initially, I was assigned a financial counselor that searched my credit history for unpaid or delinquent bills. The counselor then sets up a payment plan that I pay every pay day. Freedom gets a fee from every debt. Easy...EXCEPT when it come to old bills that have long been written off and no longer reported. By law that’s about seven years. For three years, I’ve paid $225 “every two weeks” and nothing paid off. Doing self audit, I was shock to see I was paying an old bill over 10 years old for $10k. I work two jobs so I couldn’t monitor it as closely I would like. I did get it straighten and dropped. But, I lost all that time and money. I recommend the service but don’t rely on counselors to do what’s in your best interest. Approve every bill and challenge those that are past time limitations. Know your state laws on credit reporting.

I am a 76 year old woman. I had family put me in a terrible place financially. I thought with Freedom I could be in a better place for my Golden Years. Hasn't even been bronze. I was told that things would be rough for about six months, then things would be paid and all would be well. Two years ago I had to shame myself and have my grandson sign a car loan for me - still hasn't been fixed.. I also had to give an additional check for 1500 about a year ago. I cannot wait to get this out of my life. By the way, I got a notice from Bank of America that they were forgiving one of my debts. I'm waiting for Freedom to give me a refund???? YA THINK???? Horrible experience. I would NEVER tell anyone it was a good thing. Hurry up and end, I'm getting older fast!!!!

I was very grateful for this company's help. With that being said when you get down to the last 12 months they drag out your payments to the creditors even if they have collected enough money to pay them off. I just don't understand that. Here is an example: they are holding over 5000 of MY money and I have talked with them but they won't pay off the settlements. My grad date now is like July but by March 17 I will stop automatic draft from my acct for 354 every 2 weeks because they have collected full payment including their fees and I need my money seeing I have never missed a payment and will have fulfilled all obligations. I can't wait to stop auto draft on March 17 whether they like it or not

Six debts pay off with Freedom's help. They are very friendly, listens to me and I can call them any time of the day on any day. They always email me and tells me how far I’m on my debts, I am very happy to end my debt early. Thank you.

From the beginning, the representative, Shawqee (sp?), lied to me that he would be my personal contact throughout the program. Found out later that that was a total lie. I believe they knew I would get sued by Citibank of which Citibank had sold by debt to a company that does just that. The fees are too high, I have been charged 21% of debt enrolled amounts. I knew this in the beginning but they collect this as soon as they can and will collect the fees even if a settlement could be in jeopardy. They have not earned the fees in total because they still have the obligation to make future payments from my account with them. Not sure how this is even legal.

This is a great company to work with. They get right on and do everything possible to get you out of debt in a reasonable amount of time. They are an honest company and only have your best interest at heart.

Very happy with their professionalism so far. I love how there is no judgment and everyone is so positive and upbeat on the phone. Even my silliest questions have been answered. I started this process with a simple phone call. Was worried at first not being approved. The rep was very caring and found the best solution for my case. Not even a full year later. I have found peace with my collection calls and on the path to a better mindset. Definitely worth the price to do the program. Don’t let your bills get to you. Have the team help you.

They lie to you about the number of payments you will have to make… I was scheduled to make 48 payments, now that has been increased! They keep telling you, "no, no your payments will not increase," but in the end they do.

So far I have been very happy with the progress on settling what I owe. In three years I should be released of what I owe the credit card companies. Payments have been easier and hopefully I will start building up a better credit score.

So far so good with the program. I like the ease of the program and the dashboard. I hate that my credit score plummeted but that was a given. I feel like I could have worked with the companies to save my credit but the ease of one automatic payment and negotiation was important.

The program keeps you informed on all your matters. If anyone is busy on a day to day basis and cannot sign into your account, no worries. They send emails and text messages. I am glad I sign up with this program. So far it has been working for me.

Always something going off the rails. Settlement went from 7k 10k to 13k to 15k by the time it was done with no guidance on court dates. Felt alone and blindsided. And when regularly asking for updates and acceptance letters, something was always off kilter and creating a problem which in turn escalated the demands and price of settlement. Needed up paying just as much as I would have on my own.

Takes a minute to get started but once they start goes smoothly. I would recommend this if you want to get some debt resolved. You will be happy with the work they do. I love how they structure the whole thing.

I have had two items go to court and instead of handing them out contacting the creditors, Freedom asked me for more money. It’s always about more money and I have noticed the high balance in my account and yet it seems to not be paying things off or settling things quickly. Most of my premium are fees paid to Freedom. I honestly wish I had never signed up for this program. It’s a scam.

I was lied to. Wish I never signed up. They promised me an end date and extended it to 5.5 years instead of 4. Paid almost close to what i owed. The fees are outrageous and embarrassing how they took full advantage of me and my debt. They stole from my kid and myself with their settlement fees actually. I can’t. I wouldn’t recommend this program at all to anyone.

Happy to have Freedom Debt Relief to solve my debt. Been doing it on my own but wasn’t solving nothing because of my interest was too high and FDR was able to help me with that to have in control with my debt. I just want thanks FDR for time and help. Thank you Freedom Debt Relief!

I was very hesitant at first, but you definitely need to trust the process. It has been amazing watching my debt be negotiated down to such lower amounts. As long as you make your deposits and keep up with requests for info or to approve settlements you won’t have any issues. Each time I had a question or concern all I had to do was call. You get a human that knows what they’re talking about and are always so helpful. Hopefully I never have to do this again, but if I do I know I can trust FDR to get it right.

Updated on 01/23/2024: Called Freedom debt and they set us up with a plan and we are on the road to recovery. It was only a hand full of years compared if we just did it on our own it would have taken over 30 years to pay it all off. Freedom debt put us back into being able to live and not be loaded down with many bills every month. I recommend Freedom to anyone looking to get out of debt and be able to have peace of mind and live. I give Freedom ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

I like that most of the time when calling I get good help. And sometimes I get a consult that just wants to be snappy. I'm not good on computers. So I need help when I call in. I don't like having to hang up and call back.

Updated on 08/07/2024: Freedom Debt Relief reduced my debt by negotiating with my debt collectors, and upped my credit score by paying my debt with my own money. At first I didn’t really understand how that worked, but now that I’m passed that stage, I totally understand. It was way more simple than I expected. The process was scary at first, but your employees really eased my stress with information given. Nearly $18,000 was reduced from my $64,000 debt. Thank you so much. You have taken my stress off from my family.

While I think that the company as a whole has a good mission and is definitely helpful for people trying to rebuild there are many problems I've had since joining, all related to communication. Basically, there is never any response to emailed support requests at all. In my first experience where I wanted to make a simple change to how my deposits went in I sent multiple contact emails through their site, tried to call in 4 times and was on hold for over 10 minutes each time and never got an answer, their 'live chat' option also never gave me an agent to talk with. To get any kind of response I had to resort to going through Facebook messenger for their page there which should never be the only method of communication.

When it comes down to it. I didn’t save money. After the fees and the accounts going higher. I really didn’t come out ahead. Will not do this ever again. The fees are outrageous and ended up costing me more money in the long run. I would not recommend this to anyone looking to actually save money.
