Accuracy with negotiating to creditors, on time responses with updated information along with constant communication with clients. The personnel is upfront with proper procedures to help you along during the process of the debt consolidation to make sure the client has proper understanding of the procedures and guidelines to make this a successful relief of monies owed. The videos also gives very detailed information and guidance on the do's and don't that will provide you comfortability.

This process has felt so easy and stress free. I did a lot of research in looking for help and I stopped with Freedom. It literally feels like it has removed the weight of the world off my shoulders. Everyone was so patient, understanding and friendly. I have looked into other services but I’m so thankful I chose Freedom!

With each bulletin/text message, I encounter more questions. Fees and settlements costs are confusing me. I am confused if a legal firm contacts me and begins a lawsuit for unpaid bill. What exactly do I do in a that situation. How long do I have when a settlement has been negotiated. Sometimes I don't have access to a computer, so a telephone call to my number above would help.

Freedom was very helpful in guiding me to resolve my debt. I am very happy with their service, especially with their customer service, always very informative and helpful. Without Freedom I would stop be struggling to pay off my debt, and probably not making any progress besides getting frustrated. While working with them, I had received a court letter from one of my creditors, and Freedom was there every step of the way, I didn't know one of their services included help with lawyers in a situation like this, and I was relieved knowing I had third support through the court process.

I just started this process so we will see what happens. The employees who were involved in the initial process were very nice and very helpful. I hope that this is the real thing and I can become debt free. Since signing up for this I have received many emails for other debt programs.

They are good but they send way too many emails. I have tried to reduce the amount of emails I get but there is no option to reduce the amount, only to turn off the emails only. They have many people helping you not just the person that you signed up with.

Overall I am very happy with the payoffs thus far. I am so glad that I found this company. I feel good about my pay offs. I can't thank you enough for what you have done for me so far. I could not imagine that I could be free of some of my bills.

The customer service representative was knowledgeable and pleasant. He explained how this service works and I am satisfied with that interaction. I am still getting calls from my creditors. My first payment was made today so I’m just waiting for results.

FDR committed too many errors with no solutions. Dropped calls, no return phone calls, constant errors, and the list goes on. I will not recommend FDR to my worse enemy. If FDR would continue the initial excellent treatment that they display when they're trying to win you over, they might be ok. Once they reel you in everything changes. Tara ** and Robert ** caused numerous errors and blamed me. They did zero when it came time to resolve.

They can help you. When in doubt just call and talk to them. You don't have to make a decision right away. Call them back, ask questions. Look over your bills make a decision for yourself. It worked for me. Call and check them out. They keep you informed and you have more questions there is a customer service number.

Updated on 04/25/2024: FDR has done well by us so far. My credit score is going up little by little. They have settled quite a few of our accounts thus far. And FDR is really easy to work with. I highly recommend Freedom Debt Relief to anyone struggling to pay their debts. These people are very understanding.

This settlement went to being served papers to show up in court. Which is fine, but each time I called and inquired about getting the lump sum payment to settle the debt I was given a different additional amount to deposit. I finally got the account above the amount that was settled and I called to approve a lump sum payment, they told me that I could not do it, yet again, but this time is because I would have to deposit an additional $2,000.00 to cover the settlement fees. I was never told this in all of the other conversations that I had when I called. The fees plus the settlement amount is more than what the original debt.

I was getting over stress about my bills, due to a set back and didn't know what to do. Since enrolling in FDR, it's been smooth sailing. My debt is getting resolved and I'm able to pay my bills and getting back on track. You won't regret using them. I can't believe the fast resolution of my debts.

I love the entry program that you have but once you get into the program, I felt like I was dropped. I have no one to talk to you about what’s going on. Yes, they do provide you a log on but not everyone log into computers daily, a voice would be nice to hear.

I am very happy with Freedom Relief. They have been there for me. They brought down all my accounts to half of what I owed. They make my payments for me. I get full account of what is going on and they keep me up to date. They are wonderful.

The high interest on cards today is outrageous. I'm on a fixed income with other bills. The banks don't want to hear that you have other problems. They say that's the way it goes. My experience has been pleasant so far. Still having problems getting on my Dashboard. Getting at least six phone calls a day from creditors. I was wondering. I spent 24 days in the Hospital and a Skilled Nursing Facility recuperating before I filed with Freedom. Do you do medical bills too? They are adding up and I am getting more almost every other day.

Updated on 11/02/2023: Everything was perfect. At first, I was dipping around the pool trying to figure out how to get out of debt because I was pregnant at the time, and I explained my situation to Freedom Debt Relief. I have all these credit cards piling up and Covid, and they understood that I wasn't employed and that I have a partner who was. They were fully on board with what I had to offer and made sure that every single time something with me changed, I immediately let them know. They put it in the system, and they worked around any situation I had. When we couldn't make one payment one month, they allowed us to skip that month, but double it for the next month. People don't normally see that in big businesses especially 'cause all they see is money.

I would recommend my friends if they had any credit card issues. I have enjoyed being a part of Freedom Debt Relief. Customer service is great with very nice and pleasant staff every time I have been contacted. They answer all questions that I might have and supply me with any additional information that I might request. Thank you guys for all that you do.

For the first two reconciled accounts, my debt owed was effectively cut in half without my entering into the negotiations or having to deal with the credit card companies myself. This system lowered my monthly payments on out of control debt and cut the actual debt in half or more. Their trajectory was off by one year but if I can afford to put more money in the dedicated account the projection could still be realized! It was very helpful in such a volatile economy where everything in early costs double of what it did 3 years ago!

For the most part, my experience with FDR has been good. As long as I would find somebody who would engage when I called with questions, like very simple things like how much was left and whether I could pay in additional little lump sums. It was easy to get in contact with somebody. It seemed to be just the luck of the draw. Some people were easier to interact with than others. But I like that they can set monthly payments and that relieves trying to handle things individually.

When I spoke to the Certified Debt Consultant, Manuel **, (Phone: **. Email: **) he explained the program to me and transferred to the Customer Department. I was told about the Client Dashboard and all of the wonderful features, such as Client Orientation or how to handle Creditor calls and Communication, that I could review. From day one, I had trouble signing in, and have sent several emails requesting help, and have spoken to numerous persons asking for help, without a response.

This service was very helpful for me. They were very clear with all details so I knew what to expect. Also customer service was very knowledgeable and treated you with respect. I would recommend this if you have financial issues.

I liked the step by step and the ease of use of the dashboard to keep me in the loop. I was impressed with the support I received and the FDR lawyers assistance who helped just when I need them.

Before I found out about Freedom, I didn't know how I was going to be able to pay for my university classes and my debt, Freedom took that burden away from me and allowed me to pay a certain monthly quantity, while they took care of all the strategizing which allowed me to focus on my classes. Here I am now, 6 months away from graduating l, with the help of Freedom.

I want to start out by acknowledging that I received the services that were promised. I finished the program early. Just be very careful afterwards with doing your income taxes. I only received 2 1099's the first year after completion. I just now was informed by the IRS that I owe over $1700.00 due to not getting the remainder of the 1099's and not claiming the extra income. Probably my fault for not realizing.

I have found that the experience with Freedom Debt was a wise decision and will recommend it to many of my friends and I am very pleased with the results so far and I hope that this will help me in the future to keep my debts under control. Thank you for your help in this matter.

I submitted a one lump sum that would’ve paid one of my settlements. They won’t put towards a settlement all at once. They still do monthly so they can still get you for all those fees! You're really not saving any money they might settle for us, but by the time you add up fees, you're paying the same amount.

I was not given a reliable way to contact anyone to cancel the program or make changes. I had no communication from the program to update me on what was happening or an invoice or something to show who was getting paid what. I have tried to cancel the program as I am still paying the bills myself because I have no clue what is going on on your end.

I was just figuring that they would be able to get what I owed to a credit card down to half. However they did get in down 1/4 left. They were good on communication and letting me know what was happening every step of the way. And you can always work with them on the amount you pay every month.

Updated on 01/13/2024: When you get in a bind and you're over your head with debt, Freedom Debt Relief comes to the rescue with a lifeline to pull you out of debt. Seeing the first settlement was a welcome relief. The only worry I had was the plunging credit rating, hopefully it will go back up once my debts are resolved.

It was excellent for me. It got those debt down where I was able to pay bills and get those debt lower because the payments and interest rate was abnormally high. They got me that consolidation plus loan so it will paid all the debt so I can get my credit by up.

It was scary at first, as the drop in credit score and missed payment markers look bad, but over time I definitely saw those things pay off. My credit score is going up, I’m not paying hundreds in interest and FDR has been super transparent through the whole process. Their timeline was spot on and I am glad I did the program or I would still be in a ton of debt!

I was very skeptical of a debt relief program. I’ve seen so many people get scammed out of it. I did try to approved for the loan portion and did not get approved. Honestly that was the best thing that could ever happen to me. I was able to decide how much to put into my program every two weeks. See my bank grow and getting the emails of them settling the debt over 50% less than what I owed.
