I am very pleased with how my accounts have been handled. From start to COVID to now ALL has gone well. Extremely good customer service. Affordable fees and payments. Easy to use website. I am very happy that I chose FDR.

Freedom has been tremendous so far with helping take care of my debts. They're transparent with how everything works and answer any questions you may have. I would recommend anyone who has debt issues to give them a call and have them help with taking care of your debt. I'm glad that I decided to go with freedom to handle mine.

So far, FDR has settled 5 of my debts. 4 more to go. I wish the length of time for the settlement is shorter. I'm now going on for 4 years. I hope the settlements could end next year. I hope to increase my monthly payments next month, to shorten the length of time I'm in the program.

The service from FDR has been very good. I appreciate the effort to keep me on track. Thank you for your service. Now, this is a new one. I am being asked to write more words, which is not what I intended to do. Not a necessary requirement, and may be a good idea to eliminate this mandatory requirement. What we express is what we feel.

I have been struggling for 2 years after my partner had a seizure at work and could not work. This program has already shown positive results. Follow the instructions and keep up your deposits and things will be fine. It is rough for the first few weeks, but it works.

My experience with FDR is a great one, so far they have negotiated and pay off most of my debts for me, which I would never be able to do for myself, it is such a relief to get back to a life where my debts are no longer overwhelming, with the continued help of FDR I should be coming to the end of the program soon, thanks FDR, I highly recommend your services.

Freedom Debt Relief is a great program to start with and help out of my debts that I had but I know people that had freedom debt relief program they got a loan, paid off their debt and just had to pay the loan that freedom debt had provided them. The staff @ Freedom Debt is very friendly & is very much attentive to your needs. They’re available 7 days a week to answer any questions you may have. The hold times are short. If you’re curious about anything after you enroll in the program just give those guys a call. They will work with you in any way that make you comfortable in the the program.

Overwhelming at times and extremely uncomfortable with the year-long process of taking dozens of calls from creditors, bank and collection agencies. Not happy with proposed settlement THAT I DID NOT accept due to outrageous APR and unsupportable terms. I should never have been put in that position. Also did not feel comfortable with support during lawsuit. Very unsettling.

Fast easy process. Love the quick way they have helped me pay off bills. To help me avoid filing bankruptcy. The quick friendly staff have informed me of the process. I found this a no issue way to take care of these bills.

Hi, I called yesterday about some fees. Someone was supposed to call me back. No one has called me back. **. NLLG fee and monthly fee has been charged more than once a month on several occasions. I would recommend Freedom Debt Relief to someone, but since I had so many different debts. It affected my credit heavily, but eventually, the credit comes back. The customer service are very helpful as well. Glad I’m almost done with my program and just keeping up with the monthly deposit made it easier to budget myself.

Everyone I talked to was so helpful in completing the program and becoming debt free, I finished in only a couple years and saved a lot! Great program. I never thought I would be debt free this quickly after making a mistake early in my 20s.

I appreciate the program and all it has done. My only complaint is I have no idea when my last payment to the program will be. I know it’s a process but it would be nice to know when the 366/mo will come to an end.

I was very happy with your FDR until the above-mentioned account. I was a signer on the account that is why I added it to my account with you. It was originally settled for 1100 then someone dropped the ball on the account. I got a congratulations letter stating that it was settled and I didn’t have to pay anything on the account in which there are records that I printed stating that fact. Then I am suddenly sued by Bank of America for the full amount of 4400. I wrote several letters and made many phone calls that I referred to the recording with BOA with your FDR representative and after much confusing information, and writing to McCarty Law, FDR came to the conclusion that they too didn’t understand why BOA was coming back on me for a paid account.

I'm really grateful for Freedom Debt and they have awesome customer service. They helped me when a card went into litigation and talked me through each step. Can't wait until I graduate though. Be debt-free, finally debt free and manage money better and they really help you every single step of the way, clear understanding about what's going on and gets good settlements to the best of what you need to pay them.

Very friendly and patient, answering questions and helping. Made a very upsetting moment calming to me. Very grateful. Results of service is not what I bargained for. Many delays and hidden fees. Net savings over original debt is minimal and credit rating is destroyed long term. After you default on a creditor, just wait a bit, save a few bucks and settle it yourself. Much faster and less damage in my opinion. I would not recommend..

I was impressed with Freedom Debt Relief with always having a live person to talk to and ask questions. And things just run automatic, I don't have to think about it. The reps explained how much will be coming out of my account every month and what it goes towards to. There was a time where I stopped making payments for a while because I couldn't afford it at the moment. I lost my job and I talked to them about it. They understood and worked with me on it. So, so far, so good. I have just one more credit card debt and that will be it.

As an applicant it takes your own responsibility of how long it takes to put your debt behind you. It was hard for me, because I had moved from where I lived for about 50 years. I understand your services are not free, however, I think your fees are a bit high. I'm grateful you negotiate with my creditors. But, it seems like after you negotiate the debt down the fees I pay you bring the debt right back up,. Sometimes close to the original amount owed

All over experience is excellent. What's excellent is the negotiators were very good handling the credit cards to try to get the best outcome, as well as the law firm involved.... especially the difficult one, Discover. So now moving along, there are just 2 left, and debts will be completed in a year and a few months. Also... 90% of your people who answered the phones were very helpful, and knew what they were ".talking about".. Some were CLUELESS..So it probably would be a good idea to have some more training on that part. The only other thing is that dashboard.. You say check your dashboard, but it isn't correct many times. I understand things are "estimated" but it never seems to be accurate. In all, I am satisfied, and trust me lol, I'll NEVER deal with credit cards again! :)

I specifically asked about a scenario involving a debt collector taking me to court due to none payment BEFORE enrolling into the program. I was told that Freedom Debt Relief would use their legal resources to take care of it. And I was assured that most likely that wouldn't happen due to their relationships. Well it happened and now I am being told if they can't negotiate with the creditor that I would be advised to follow the creditor's legal directions. Which would most likely be a higher balance including any court fees.

FDR does well with negotiating settlements. I do feel they charge a lot for settlement fees (26%) when the point is to try and get you out of debt. While I understand the process I do feel the customer should have more say so in who they reach out next for settlement. But overall good to work with.

No one takes that kind of time and caring. But those touches are what sets in OK company apart from an excellent one. When I enrolled with Freedom Debt Relief, the process was very smooth. I spoke to a gentleman and I explained what I was going through. He said they were tailor-made for my particular situation and that he would send me some information in the mail. So, he sent me some brochures in the regular postal mail and it seemed like something that really was tailor-made for my situation at the time. Very slow getting settlements and it seems like all the money I’ve been paying is going to this company and they are prolonging getting me out of debt. I’ve used another company with same amount debt, it only took 2 years. I will not be using this company after 2024.

FDR has not lived up to what I was told when I enrolled.. I was made to believe debts I enrolled would be taken care of immediately.. These debts were current and not late or behind, I just recently learned within the last month that the debts had to default before anything could happen.. Had I known that, I would have never let them default.. So far only 1 of the debts have been settled.

You only saved me $3000 but charged me $6000 so I saved no money at all. I could have settled myself and saved more. Attorney settled without even discussing with me. FDR customer service was no help. Attorney told me to ask for a reduction in fee, but FDR would not even consider.

We are so pleased that we have this Co. on our side; wish it had been years ago. They do exactly what they said they would and in 6 months we have come a long way. Only 1 issue w them and that’s we still (after 6 mos) don’t have a Dashboard (which you need to have to keep track of expenditures, dates, offers, etc.) All else is just as they promised and we’re glad we signed on!

Has been a god send. The stress has been taken off my shoulders. Had 11 bills to make a settlement with - so far 3 bills have either been settled/paid off. The staff is wonderful to deal with - very professional. I would highly recommend their service.

My debt was out of control and I had no idea what to do. This program has helped me reduce my debt and feel like it is a solvable problem. I have a plan and am paying monthly with an end date in sight. The resources they have provided in dealing with creditors have been very useful.

I'm a little dissatisfied with the experience because the prioritization of negotiations, I feel, are not the best for my situation and are prolonging my end date. There are smaller debts that I feel would have been easier to settle than some of the larger ones. I understand that some of the negotiations are based on length of time in order to get the "best" settlement, but the way my situation has been handled, I don't think it is offering me the quickest resolution. We should be allowed to prioritize debt settlement in our program and FDR works within those guidelines.

I have recommended Freedom to a couple friends that are struggling and it them peace of mind that they can see the light at the end of the tunnel and getting their debt under control. Knowing that one of the stressors in life are finances, especially after the pandemic set backs, - I have learned to get my spending under control and the need to "want" is no longer important than the things I may "need". Very rewarding!

Updated on 5/20/2023: All is great.. one more creditor to finalize then it will be wonderful! All personnel has been helpful, knowledgeable and I couldn’t ask for more. I will certainly write a closing statement when it comes that all creditors have been settled.. There is one I’m concerned about saying I did a loan and not credit card debt.. I have Never made a consolation loan ever.

The program is a prayer answered. The staff are wonderful and very helpful and explained in great detail how the program works. This plan is helpful to those who have got themselves in a pickle and need a little help getting back on track. This program does that.

You were supposed to take my first payment out three days ago that it hasn’t happened. In order for you to assist me and my debts you have to have something to negotiate with. If you’re not taking money out of my account to build up a negotiating firm then we’re getting nowhere.

The emails are repetitive. The first paragraph may be different but the rest of the info contained in them is repetitive either from previous emails or what I have received in the mail. When I called about this, I was told that they HAD to send these out per federal regs.

I would call them and ask them when something is gonna be done and they would let me know. We were having issues with one of the accounts. They settled it at first then they decided not to. But Freedom Debt Relief is working with them to get it fixed. I'm very happy with the service. So far they've done well for me and we're almost done with them. Working with Freedom Debt Relief has relieved the finances for me so I can do other stuff and don't have to worry about these stressors with paying the bills.
