Of what I negotiated for with you now it's from $150 to $200 more. That means that at the time of your negotiation with the company I in the hole for waiting so much. Small debt should be resolved first in order to have less companies to work with at the end and this way saving more money.

This program has helped me resolve my credit issues in a timely manner, along with helping build back my credit. Very helpful staff and accessible when I needed them. Made it easy for me to understand and set a realistic plan in motion to be attainable. If you're considering a company to help in your financial need please give Freedom a chance. Highly recommend!!

The agents have a thorough knowledge as to how to get me out of debt. The representatives are very courteous and answer all questions with a positive end result for their clients. I would highly recommend Freedom Debt Relief to anyone who is trying to get out of debt. The reps are available during regular business hours Monday Thru Friday. FDR has low fees and the combined accounts a person wants to clean up results in a low monthly payment. This is an excellent choice for anyone.

The process to sign up is fairly easy. There's an associate who will help you every step of the way. This takes the stress out of having to do it alone. There's several options to choose from, so depending on what you can afford monthly you could be completely finished with the program in as little as 24 months. I recommend giving the program a try.

I’ve emailed my person, sent an email through my portal and no one ever gets back to me, I had to go to live chat to get help after 3 attempts to reach someone for help went unanswered. Not a good feeling being I just signed up. I’m not as confident as I was in the beginning.

It has been 9 months and still have revolving 3 accounts still need to be settle when I was told that within 6 months all the accounts should be settled and starting to rebuild my credit. It doesn’t seem to be any urgency to get all these accounts taken care of.

Very happy with the settlements and how they moving. The savings is incredible. I am confused about the fees collected monthly. Seems excessive so you really cannot build money to pay creditors. You literally need to make a one deposit periodically to build up funding. I myself do not have extra.

I am please with Freedom Debt Relief because they not only help me with keeping me on track, they are helping rebuilding my credit and understanding the value of credit, therefore I would gladly recommend friends and family. They don’t listen or even try to help with an issue. Two problems: 1. I’ve asked in several emails to change the address of my hospital bill. 2. I’ve begged to beg and pay this bill NOW. IT'S RIDICULOUS. It’s MY money. I am looking for another debt solution company.

It was showing my debt amount and the company who I owe 46000.00 to has charged it off so I will have to pay tax on it this year. There was no place to explain my situation and issue with my debt. If they would add to the questions," What is your main reason for contacting us today" and have several people to help with those types of situations.

Updated on 6/27/2024: Easy process. Down to 2 more accounts. Started with 6 last September and will be done by 2027 or sooner. Would refer friends for sure. Only thing I did not like was the pushy people that contacted us about a loan to complete program. They tried to talk over me and would not listen. Very pushy.

I told you I didn't want to pay the $331 dollar debt as I never bought anything. They charged me $75.00 to give me a credit card. I refused the card. That $75 ballooned to $331. They are thieves. I told you I don't want to settle old debt. You keep presenting me with 20 year old debt. I would get good jobs and then lose them. Get laid off. Lost 2 cars. I'm 72 years old on social security. NO OLD DEBT.

I still don’t understand why you are still charging $195 for each settlement after each settlement has been reached! It was explained to me that it was for each settlement. Also the website is hard to use. I cannot find what I am looking for most of the time so I go there a lot less often.

Updated on 08/13/2024: I received 2 letters stating legal action; I shared with account rep at FDR and Customer Service advised not to worry about stated when legal action occurs to call. I tried to contact many times. Rep's name is Bryant at **. I had left over 10 (probably more) voicemail messages and not a single call back. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED! Discover with over a 7K Balance!! Can I please get a call back?!?? My cell is ** or my direct line at work is **. Thank you!

I don't usually write recommendations or reviews, but I had to this time. Not only was it easy, the staff was friendly and willing to explain and help along the way. Great experience. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

It’s a nice experience with Freedom. They have settled two of my cards within two months. I’m fully satisfied with the service. I hope all my cards will be settled soon. One more thing which I like most is they always keep you updated on your account, in the end I must say that, I did not do any mistake to choose Freedom Debt Relief.

I will first start out by saying that I am pleased with the progress and it was a little scary at first as my credit score dropped tremendously. With time and patience with Freedom the program is actually helping me pay off old debts. I have been with the program for a little over a year and I have paid off few debts and my credit score has increased and I am pleased with the progress. The only mishaps is if you don’t have your credit report in front of you when they send over approval for negotiations it’s hard to determined if the account belongs to you or not when the creditors hassle the account. Just think they need to be able to provide more details when it comes to that. But overall it is a great program!

It looks dark at the very beginning, but turns out brighter than it was before. I would truly recommend for anyone fighting credit card debt. Excellent customer service, and always available throughout your journey. Cheaper monthly payments than your credit card payments, with ending results. You can actually see more of your money while your debt is being resolved. Glad I found them when I did.

They've always been very knowledgeable, and polite. If I had a question, it was quick to resolve my question. They said it was gonna take the better part of four years, which it did. Whoever I talked with the last time to remove a payment that I scheduled by to cover a missed payment but I wasn’t going to make the payment really didn’t listen to what I was trying to say so finally after talking for 10 minutes she finally did what I asked her to do.

I would definitely run away from this company. I used to the settle debt that I could have settled myself for a lot less. When you call in you get a different story (the main one being, give it 30 more days). I graduated their program and paid everything early. Here I am a year later, and American Express still has a balance, and still has a judgment against me.

Done with one of two needed to get the second one restructured. Just need the second loan restructured because the first one has done. Once the second one is restructured I will feel much better and I can relax a little once the pressure is gone. So I'm waiting on the email that says the second loan has been restructured.

I highly recommend this company. They are doing great in helping me with all the debt that I have. My payment to them monthly is a fair amount and I have never been pushed to increase my payment amount. This company provides good information on the whole process and does a great job keeping you informed as you move through one stage of the program to the next. I already have my be debt in the process of being paid off and looking forward to when the rest of my debts are taken care of.

I was very surprised at how quickly my first settlement came. Very easy to follow this program. My advisor was very clear about how everything works. A huge amount of stress has been taken off of my shoulders because of this program. If you are considering this program, go ahead with it! You will not be disappointed.

So far everything is going ok, but I been having a lot call from credit cards everyday. I wonder when you at least start communicated to credit card companies before going to collection. I wonder if I answer the call from credit cards or collectors and talk to them they need communicate with you guys, let me know if that will be the correct approach.

I felt with Gregory, he was very helpful at the start. He told me to text him at the number he gave me if I had any questions. I have done so a few times but have yet to hear from him! Would like a little better correspondence between my representative and me! I have done everything that is required by them up to this point.

When I started the program I was very skeptical about doing it. Mainly because I everything I had to do to ensure that this program would work like they told me. It will make you very anxious waiting on that first settlement but once you hit the first you will get a relief like a weight was lifted off of you, after that it's all downhill from there.

Updated on 02/28/2024: I’m happy with my experience. They keep you informed every step of the process. I’m amazed at the results and how fast they are getting my debt resolved. They email you or text you with each step they’re at. It seems that they are ahead of the timeline that they originally gave me when I first started with them.

FDR has given me so much peace of mind and hope that things will get better for me, thank you for the road map to get out of the wilderness I had been trying to get out on my own, which at many times I felt it as lost in a maze. Once again Thank you for the amazing job on your negotiations and settlements done in my behalf.

The rep explained it very well when we went through the program. The only thing I'm concerned about is, after that, that was about the only thing I ever heard. I never got periodic contact to let me know what the status was. Plus, I took one month more than I should have. I'm finished with it as far as I know. Other than the extra payment they took and not having any contact with them, it's shoddy.

My representative was knowledgeable about the program and offered options to help me make a good decision for consolidating my debt and worked with me on monthly payments that fit within my budget and gave me the estimated time frame for completing my program.

We're doing the debt relief. But I'm having trouble with Freedom right now. They don't let me speak beyond a clerk or whatever they call those people that answer the phones. There's no customer support at all from the management level. But from the people that answer the phones, they've been fine. They can only go so far though. When I request to speak to a supervisor, that never happens. As far as dealing with the payments, I didn't see any issues there. As far as negotiating the payment, it was a lot of my input. The problem arose down the road when I had questions about the allocation of funds.

Adam was very informative and made sure I understood this process. He guided me through the dashboard and answered all questions. He thoroughly explained the negotiation process. I was given incorrect information twice from the same customer service rep. I was told that creditor negotiations would start after the first deposit into my acct, but actually, this does not happen until 'enough money' is built up in my acct. So far so good with this company I started with couple months ago. No complaints. They were professional and polite when getting my info, and got me set up quickly, with a savings from my previous company. They send me notices when they will be taking most of my money, so very helpful.

Settlements are going well....Just concerned with THE FNBO account possibly going to court....Would like to see its priority moved up ....Made extra deposits so money was available to settle this account....Will make more extra deposits when I receive my tax return....Otherwise I am happy with the result so far....Plan on trying to have all settlements completed by end of 2024.

Wasn't completely explained how & when credit rating will again begin to improve...Thought it would improve immediately as deals and agreements were negotiated with all my creditors...Not the case, as I have recently found out..my credit rating was in the mid 700's & I didn't mind taking a temporary hit...But for the full 4 years, then to have to build it up again afterwards, I would have never done this had I fully understood that to be the case

I think that I am a bit disappointed with the program as settlements are coming slowly. Since signing up I have been hit with health issues and expenses that add to my feelings of drowning. Freedom Debt Relief started out by helping me then totally dropped the ball. They sent me a letter congratulating me for graduating from their program with all credit card debts settled. This was a lie. Evidently the Capital One credit card settlement was broken because FDR was short about $500 on the amount agreed upon for settlement. I received this information from Capital One. So over $8000 has been delinquent in this card for the last 3 years and I had no idea. Obviously this has had a negative impact on my credit score. FDR admits they were short the $500 but refuses to reach out to Capital One to fix it. They say that I have to get documentation from Capital One to show there is still a balance on that card. Capital One refuses to give me that information in writing to forward to FDR.

Reducing one’s debt that has been keeping you awake at night. Having an enormous amount of debt can weigh on your mind constantly. It can be debilitating. I worked many years to build my credit score unfortunately my husband passed, the economy left me no other way to live but through my credit cards. It’s a little early for a review being that nothing has been resolved yet, it’s only been a few weeks and I haven’t heard anything. I know it’s been an easy process to have this completed…. I don’t feel you given me clear updates as to what is left and the timeline of completion. One time it stated I would be completed by end of 2023, another time not till 2024 and this was after I’d received notice my last debt was settled.

I still cannot access my dashboard. I am already two payments into the program. I was told there was a service ticket started, but I have not heard anything. This is not what I expected. Very disappointed...it’s been over two weeks. I have been told twice that this would be resolved, but nothing has changed.

You are nothing but scammers! I wish I would never contacted you. Definitely won’t recommend your shady service to anyone. You trick people to settle a debt but you actually creating more debt! Had a bit of a struggle getting going, but I think now that the first payment has been made, it’ll be smooth sailing from here out! My consultant and everyone I’ve interacted with has been AMAZING to work with and I appreciate each and every one of them! I like that they helped me with getting my credit back on track. They talk to the creditors for me. When they finish with one, they go on to the next one. I am decently satisfied with this company. I do with they would reach out to me from time to time and make it a little more personable. The emails are informative but there is nothing personable about it. They should follow up with a phone call to make sure we don't need anything else.

I returned a call this morning and was surprised to get a customer service representative who started my day on a bad note. She was unfriendly, it sounded like I was inconveniencing her because I didn't know the exact department and before saying anything to me she just transferred my call. Second representative was okay. She did resolve the issue and assisted me with my question.

I was disappointed to find the cost of the service plus what I had to be paid due to the build up of charges was probably equal to what I would’ve paid had I just kept making payments and not destroyed my credit rating. Once in the process it’s no longer cost-effective to leave. I have no problem with the customer relations people, they have been excellent; but I do think the actual financial costs should be made clearer.

Would recommend them to anyone. They are always for nice and care when you talk to them. I love how it helps me not ruin my credit. They get the amounts cut down lower than what they were. I will get out of debt quicker. They always very kind and respectful.

I am receiving calls 3 or more times daily from credit card companies telling me that they are closing my accounts. I hope this will end these annoying calls. My wife is fighting stage 4 liver and colon cancer so any relief would be a blessing. This seems to be a long drawn out process during which these creditor keep piling on charges. Sometimes doubling the original amount I owed. I'm not feeling very secure from collections or garnishment.

I have been very Please. I Get a little Nervous sometimes with the progress but it’s been everything they have told me to be correct!! My credit score is Slowly going up. I can not praise this group highly enough! Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, engaged when talking with you, and excellent communication. I had to use the Lawyers to get the necessary assistance which made me nervous but they were truly wonderful. Things are moving along quite well. I see a light at the end of the tunnel and it doesn't appear to be a train.

My very average rating is because I agreed with Freedom to pay an equal monthly fee for 48 months, no more. Now I see that in the last negotiation, the term was increased until the end of 2026, exceeding the initial agreed term. That is not serious and modifies the bilateral agreement.

Chris was fantastic. Was full of information and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I did have a moment of panic but he was very calming and assuring. I wish the process moved a little quicker with the debtors. It is not a great time ignoring my phone every time it rings because I don't know if it is one of them calling. Hoping once plans are in place, life with the phone will calm down.

Well I ask for help with my payment and got the run around from 4 different people. I thought you are here to help me and instead made me more financial hurt. Updated on 06/08/2024: A consistently steady approach to a painful situation. A process that needed to happen made easier. A wonderful group of people that have reinstalled a few smiles. As each account is negotiated my credit report responds. It's not just a little bit good. FDR Rocks! For anyone considering the service the plus features outweigh the negative. The hardest part is just getting started. Each day in the program there are measurable results.

So far all is well. The gentleman answered all my questions. Took time out and went over everything and had the answers and still beat all the competition's quotes. They also said they would get it do in less time than the others could plus their rating with BBB is excellent.

The process is slow but they do tell you that you have to have enough money in your dedicated account for them to be able to make payments. That account builds as your credit score drops, but once you get a settlement going and the payments start to show, your credit score does start to climb back up. Thus far, I have completed one settlement and the 2nd one is starting to pay. Thankfully FDR's charges are calculated in when they give you a price on the front end, otherwise you would have a fit at the cost for settlement. It is, however, much easier to let FDR deal with creditors and you just live your life paying FDR. Am I satisfied? I could be a little happier but I do understand the process and it is working.

My payment hasn't started yet but the help I have received so far tells me I have done the right thing! Thank you and I look forward to the conclusion of my debt. With the recommendation of what to tell my creditors I feel this will be a smooth transition. Again, I thank you for your help and guidance.

I like. I like good people and they try to help you and try to make you understand. I can't say much because I just got started. Mr. sam ** was very helpful and got me to understand the program and how much money I can save in interest. I can shave off and cut time down on paying it off.

They are a great company, They have been upfront with me about everything. And they stay in contact with me about my account. They send you emails about settlements so you can okay them. And if they find a bill you forgot about they will let you know and then ask if is yours or not.

The staff of Freedom Debt Relief, have always been very respectful and helpful and courteous, when I have had occasion to call them and question them about proceedings for my debt relief. Always comforting. I pat them on the back for the way they’ve handled the credit problems I’ve turned over to them, and am thankful for the money they have saved me in interest.

You guys are taking my money but can't find my account anywhere.... what are you guys doing?? This is not okay at all. You have my account under two different names, even with my full social security number you could not find an account but you are more than able to continue taking money from me.... I'm confused and very disappointed. And a little scared because if you can't find my account how are you going to stop my deposits?

I feel I was mislead into thinking all my accounts would be settled within a few months, here I am almost a year in and only one account has been settled/ payments have been distributed too. I also was not aware that they would charge a fee for each individual account, which is pretty costly. My program was suppose to be a 4 year program, I don’t see that being the case either, but I guess we will see. If I had it to do over, I would not nor would I recommend to anyone!

I have been very satisfied with everything except for the negotiated pricing. I was hoping for better prices. All my late charges have kept on charging and when it comes time to negotiate with the creditors they take into account my late fees which have added up. I would like to have seen my actual balance be the negotiating price.

$16,000 of credit card debt. I was starting to feel like I was in over my head. I talked with Freedom Debt Relief and worked out a plan to ease myself out of debt. The monthly deposits are affordable and I can see myself debt free in a couple of years.

I'm glad my creditors are going to be paid faster than I can do it but not satisfied how FDR is not talking to my creditors in a timely fashion. I'm not happy with that my creditors want you to set up an agreement.

Updated on 08/23/2024: In one year only one debt has been paid off. Making arrangements has been slower than expected. Just today, I learned that American Express has filed 2 claims against me in small claims court. I am most disappointed as American Express has not contacted me and I thought I was on target. Now I must make address this one my own.
