I'm about 8 months into the program and so far so good. The team is greatly reducing my total debt owed by negotiating with my creditors, my balances are not increasing due to interest, and my monthly payments are much more affordable. The key is to stick with it and keep making regular payments to the dedicated account.

I would recommend for anybody who wants to get out of debt. Always lots of help understanding how FDR works. They always answer the phone promptly with a friendly voice, and give me a detailed answer to my questions. Really has helped get me out of my credit card debt. I’m so relieved. No more collection phone calls.

David ** was very knowledgeable and understanding to my financial issues and am grateful to him for showing that he cared about me. Not just getting me to sign up. When a person is in debt I know that I'm the responsible party but when some companies just take you on they act like, "Just give us the money payment," and then you don't hear from them. With Freedom you get a client portal which shows you all of your company's actions step by step. Which is awesome. I believe this will benefit me to get back on track with my debt.

I am very happy with the help Freedom Debt Relief has given me. My credit has gone up from 500 to 600. Customer service is excellent. Your dashboard is supper easy. None complicated. Not like the others. I am truly happy I choose freedom debt relief.

I had less than $15,000 in debt. I was not late in payments, I was struggling to make minimum payments due to the fact I was going through divorce. The representative did not explain the program thoroughly. I stop making payments and my credit score went down 100 points. This company was not contacting the creditors neither were they settling the accounts at a faster level and were also settling accounts for a higher price. The money you are paying the majority goes to the company in itself and not to pay your debt. I made a huge mistake going with this company. They will not advocate for you. I have made arrangements with my creditors and negotiate debts myself and paying them. They sent me an $0.85 check. Please understand what you’re doing before going forward.

The girl that helped me was very nice and explained everything so I could understand. She made it very simple and made me feel that she really cared about me and understood what problems I was having with the bills I had let myself get into. I would recommend your company to family members who have gotten their self in trouble.

Very happy to hear about Freedom Debit relief program. Everyone that help me and I have spoken to was very nice and very easy to understand the program and they help me so much. I can breathe again. They have took my heavy load off my shoulders and able to pay my important bills and that’s only my house bills, water and light and insurance. Before FDR I had a credit score of 620. No missed payments. Chris told me stop paying on everything enrolled in FDR, so I did. Now my credit score is around 450. Chris told me most people’s credit goes back up within 6 months and mine has, just recently because I talked to creditors. Pulled accounts out of FDR. How dumb am I, it sounds too good to be true and it is. There is so much more to my story and what FDR did to my life and my family but I’m not going to waste any more time with FDR. Maybe someone else would want to hear me!

Customer service is very courtesy, friendly and helpful. Every time I call no problems at all, my questions are answered very professionally, very satisfied with customer service. I enjoy the app. It is very helpful and useful when there is issues I always get emails. I’m so glad for that too. It lets me know what’s going on at all times very easy to work with. I also enjoyed looking at videos on how to approach collectors.

I am a new customer but so far I am super impressed with FDR's performance!!! My first settlement was within a couple of weeks and their website is awesome - I can always see where I am at in my program. I had gone with another company months ago and they were horrible. FDR has renewed my faith in these companies.

Don't know the entire experience yet but I hope it is very rewarding experience and I can finally get out of debt and learn from this hoping not to make the same mistakes as I did. I'm hoping to be out of debt in 6 years or less which will be good.

FDR offered a service and did just that, Helped negotiate my credit card debt. They definitely kept me in the loop when it was time to offer a settlement. I appreciate their transparency and that they were there every step of the way, I was then offered another program after my timely payments that will help me to further pay off my debt even faster.

Excellent program! Although I have just started this program, it feel like a weight has been lifted. Easy to use, I can have payments automatically deducted from my checking account, and statements every step of the way to help keep me on track. They also provide informative videos on a variety of topics. Thank you!

They were open and honest with how Freedom Debt Relief could help me and so I signed up with them. They told me that they could make a better deal than who I was signed up with already. I was just looking for a loan but they did have a better deal so I went with them instead.

I realized from the start that this process would take time so patience is definitely needed, but FDR works constantly in the background and results are made in time. These days it's all about instant results but then the debt did not just instantly appear out of thin air either. They have been there the whole time to answer my questions and do the work needed.

Had an excellent experience as long as you can get your monthly payment in the settlements, and then rather speedier than expected. Had $10,000 credit card debt and more than half has been resolved. Hello - I contacted your customer service and very rude woman representative answer my call. She was very raw and was talking over me. Now, if your associate are working remotely or don’t have time to dedicate to the clients I for sure will not refer anybody to work with FDR and can’t wait to finish working with you because I’m not having a good experience. The training manager should train the associate how to deal with client and teach them some manners.

Have been very helpful. They update you on everything that is going on with your accounts and take care of each one. Very easy to deal with and happy because i have seen improvement with my credit score. They answer all your questions and are there for you whenever you need them. Happy I made my decision to contact them and start paying of my debt.

This had been an amazing opportunity to get to work with Freedom Debt Relief.. I had fallen into hard times and some health issues so bills had added up. Plus not being able to work much. Income was low. They have relieved a lot of my stress as well. It's extremely helpful that they handle the calls and communication with any of the collectors. That alone gets stressful dealing with alone. Also finding the time to talk to and negotiate with the different places can take a lot of time and patience and they take care of all of it.

When I call the response is immediate. A summons from the court arrived unexpectedly. I called FDR to discuss the summons. When I showed up at court the bank had evidently been contacted and was satisfied. We thought you needed more time to address our needs. You guys are great. Thank you FDR.

Why pay for legal representation when a creditor files suit and not one defense from start to finish. Saved nothing. Called to find out the status and was told my account was suspended but acknowledged I had changed bank accounts and called it in. Blaming me for their failure to take deposits. Cannot get a straight answer as to what was paid off, what is remaining. There's plenty of money in the account but no one seems to know what it is for and when but last call when changed bank account was told to expect a settlement call. Never received a call and when I called in to find out account was suspended but no one ever called to advise of the problem. This is going on 5 years and they failed to deliver on the written promises made when signing up.

We have been nothing but lied to from the very beginning from the man that "set us up", and now not only can I not afford my bills, I'm begging others for food and gas!! Real terrific for a retired man on a limited budget as it is. Anytime I call I get more run arounds then you'd believe and no help whatsoever. Bankruptcy here I come.

A representative explained everything to me and patiently answered my questions. As I was a bit leary speaking over a phone I did enquire on the Esenticity and integrity of the company having not heard of them before. We reviewed together what could be done and different options that best suited me. In the end I signed up to cut down on what had to be paid out each month while still paint everyone off. My next encounter was the person who went over the dash board for better understanding, this proved to be valuable. To Roy, thank you for being patient with me. Being allowed to pay off this debt.

I have been trying to get on my Dashboard for the last 4 months with no success. I have changed my password and they said they’d send me a code to know who I am. I have never received a code either by text or phone. I’m totally frustrated with the whole company and don’t know what to do now.

The debts that have been resolved so far have been substantial in cost reduction, but I feel like I wasn't warned how hard my credit would be hit. The way it was described I expected just a few points, but mine and my wife's credit scores have dropped almost 200 points.

Thanks Freedom Debt Relief, it has been a great experience, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, this was a self inflicted wound, my credit score used to be 780/820, until my wife (at the time) decided otherwise. In over two years I'm now on settling my 3rd account on my own. There has been no communication with my Target account!!! Only 2 accounts have been settled. Where are my payments to you, going???? I'm considering finishing them on my own. This is wrong! I will be inquiring with an attorney on how to get money back from FDR as I have paid to you, more than what has been settled!

Every step was covered, and I knew what to expect, from beginning of the process till the settlements were completed. Was a little disappointed on the time it took to get first one done but then they had a second one ready almost immediately after first one. Hopefully another will be resolved soon. I just started with them, but let me tell you - This huge burden messed with me! I did not realize how overtaken I felt. I choose Freedom Debt Relief because I can tell they are the best. When I signed up with them, All of that disappeared. I feel lousy for having to go this route. I've always paid on time, but it got out of control. I feel much better now. It's out of my hands, but it was the right thing to do for me. I have faith that these people are going to take me to the finish line.

Update don 7/31/2024: FDR is awesome!!!! They are extremely helpful in getting quick results in negotiations with my credit card companies. They really do care and I feel they do the best job they can with a big mess I gave them. My debt was considerably high, they’ve negotiated 2 accounts already with awesome results. We’ve got 3 more to go, but I’m not worried, they got my back.

I am pleased that one of my debts was cut almost in half. But the fees were so high that I went into debt for the fees. I couldn't find anywhere in the contract that the fees would be 25% or I wouldn't have done this. By the time I get done, I will have a $5000 Fee debt. I don't understand why it's based on the state you live in.

I think they are a good company, if you need help resolving debt give them a call.

I love that I don’t have to worry about late payments anymore from all the different CC accounts. I do wish the negotiations would happen a little quicker or sooner as my phone keeps blowing up with all the late payment calls after I already notified them about my situation.

I’ve been a lot more careful with budging to ensure I make monthly deposits. Made my first settlement within 2 months! It’s been helping a lot so that when I continue to deposit I’ll always be able to pay settlement costs. Should’ve done this much sooner. The program also allowed for flexibility for payments. I’ve gone through a change in employment and with the changes I can make to payment dates and amounts it helps me stay on track with tackling this debt even with my reduced income.

Making the payments has been hard for the last few years after a car accident meant we needed a new car. This led to just making the bare minimum payments, which usually didn't do anything and was a struggle every month with all the other bills. This company is trustworthy and dependable. I have had little to no interaction with them yet my account are being taken care of as promised. All I am responsible for is making the agreed upon monthly payments without interruption. Companies are not harassing me at all. I am being sent to collect; however, FDR staff will handle the situation on their end as promised and this leaves me with NO stress, I love it!

Now that we have celebrate this bill be taken care of, when it is officially off the list and the start of the next? Is there anymore paperwork to be done by me to them. I want to scratch it off the list. I was curious why you did not start with the smaller bills to eliminate them first instead of last? I almost feel like I should pay the ones that are around six or seven hundred, but won’t. But curious why you don’t do those first or it is best to get the big ones first before they get so high, they won’t negotiate?

Just for older people who are not tech savvy. I wish there was a better way to get you info as we receive it from our people that we are trying to satisfy, I also wish we could work a little harder on the ones that are larger amounts to try to satisfy them sooner. I am very happy to start the program for reducing my debts with Freedom Debt Relief 6 months ago. 4 settlements have been already made, and my pay plan is amazing. My pay plan program dropped, and I have just 1 year to complete this program. The company is amazing with very friendly, compassionate & professional staff. I've have had great experience. I don't know what else to say except thank you for your help. I got in debt by trying to help me and my mom move and get things needed for that move so I also can't wait till I can get back on track helping with more bills instead of my mom paying for most.

I am grateful for the help in getting my bills paid off but I did not give it a 5 rating as I believe the fee that is charged is too high. I realize they have to negotiate harder with some than others but they charge a lot of a fee even for the smaller bills and on one of my bills I did end up paying off more than I originally owed on it with all the late fees and over credit fees they added on to my account.

Updated on 07/13/2024: In just about 6 months of time, they have already settled 3 of the 5 accounts I submitted have been settled completely or are in the process of being settled! My credit score is already turning around for the better. This has been an excellent experience for me and will be a big weight off my shoulders when it is all settled.

I can not say enough about FDR. Coming from a family of business owners I have to say FDR is on point. Everything they say they are! THEY ARE!!! As long as you maintain your end of the agreement they will handle everything else and let me tell you for what they do and what little they ask of you it's all worth it.

I have not been able to make a deposit yet. I have requested support and have not received any word. I am not sure if i am being called and the number is coming up as SPAM. It would be helpful if I could be notified when I am being called so I know to answer. Or at least the phone number.
