They are doing good for me. I wish I could provide extra money in my account, but unfortunately I cannot at this time. Please if you have the opportunity to do so please put in extra. Thanks and good luck with your progress and hope you get out of debt and do fun things and relieve the stress.

I've used the service twice. They're very responsive and very easy to contact. They keep me informed in the process. They work with what you can afford to pay on a biweekly basis. There is some wiggle room for the amount to pay or the date that you can pay. So they're very consumer-friendly. My personal dashboard shows me what my payments are and where I am in the process. It shows how long it takes to a payoff date. I can easily add more funds and stop the program anytime if I wanted to.

When going into this I really did some research. I made sure that the company had a high score with the Better Business Bureau. I also read what others said about going through this company. Then also gave it a lot of thought before contacting them. After being in the program a year it was the best decision I ever made. Once I am done I will be careful of credit cards and any other debt that can make life difficult.

Freedom Debt Relief are professional and very helpful. They listened to my debt problems and explained to me how Freedom Debt Relief works and how they help people get freedom from their debts. I would recommend Freedom Debt Relief to anyone who is struggling with high debts. They are caring and listen very carefully to your debt situation and tell you how they will help you have freedom from debt.

The process was not fully explained. All my accounts were not included. I was expected to find all my accounts, account numbers and balances for the account. I feel as though I had to do all the research myself after I was initially told that my credit would be pulled and you would take care of it. I was contacted late after hours from 1 agent whose child was screaming in the background. I was spoken to rudely by the last agent that informed me that some of my accounts would not be included and stated several times that the paperwork I was submitting was incorrect. I am trying to give your program a try but I'm seriously thinking of not following through due to the interaction I've had thus far.

They set up my program to where it wasn't difficult to understand. The rep explained everything in general and she was very easy to talk to. Working with them has made it easier financially. I recommend FDR.

I believe Freedom Debt Relief will be able help me in my time of need, I trust them and their plan. I haven't been able to relax in a long time, but since talking with my Freedom Debt Relief, I am more confident and look forward to the future. I have credit card debt that is being taken care of much sooner than I anticipated. The only problem is in the past two months, I’ve received a text message saying my FDR account is short. I called and was told not to worry about it because my account had plenty of money in it.

The only thing I have to complain about is how long it takes to be debt-free. I understand that that part depends on me and how much debt I am in and how much can I afford. Hello the only issue is I have, with this service is, people are already in trouble with money but it takes 5 days or more for you all to take your money, so when people have other things that come out then it puts the money people out said In jeopardy, Customers should be able to send or be instantly taken, not 5 days, but other than that amazing service.

I would think if you talked with my creditors they would not continue to take payments from my account, you have taken your first payment yet I still have to pay and other creditors telling me to make a payment, your payment shouldn't start until it has been resolved with my creditors.

Frankly, so far so good, but too soon to give a fully realized assessment. However, the process is well streamlined and I feel fully supported by FDR during this stressful time of financial hardship. Can't wait for my first negotiation. One day I expect to write a glowing review as I am referring other friends and family members in distress to use your service based on my experience thus far.

I never thought that this process would be easy to start. It was easy to understand the process. Felt relieved. We are already seeing results. Exciting that our debt is being handled by a trusted business. And we are paying back our debt. We are extremely happy with the way that we have been treated especially after dealing with the creditors. So turn your credit card debt over to the professionals. You will be as pleased as we are.

I started with Freedom Debt back in 2021 and I started off with over 15k in debt. I felt I couldn’t breathe anymore with my debt. The first year of the program was tough seeing my credit plummet. But, 2 years in now, they have battled most of my debt and my credit is rising like a star! I can finally breathe as I become debt free.

Horrible experience. They let one of my debts get as far as me receiving 3 summonses and having to take 2 days off from work to go to court. Then had to get a personal loan to take care of the debt I was better off doing that from the beginning. I don’t recommend this program to anyone.

I never knew consolidation was the way to go. FDR has taken care of everything for me. Perhaps the best thing is how quickly they negotiated my debts. But the ultimate decision for having FDR take over my debt is, I'll be out of debt in 4yrs vs 20. Thank you Freedom Debt Relief!!!

This company is just pure amazing. I just started the program this year. And so far so good. Thank you so much. They keep you updated always willing to give you information by answer any questions you have. They're the best. I tried a previous company and they do not come close to these guys. Truly blessed and thankful.

Freedom has been working great, I started feeling relief right away. I have been able to save money a month while paying off my debt. They have been able to settle debt for even lower than my registered amount. Freedom keeps me up today with my accounts by using the portal so I know what is going on at all times. The customer service is fast responding and professional.

I am relieved that I am receiving calls and mail from creditors. My credit score dropped low, but is rising. I use cash now, realizing that is the best way for me to make purchases. If I don’t have cash, I don’t shop. I do not plan to get any more credit cards, because I don’t want to repeat this cycle. I have spoken to some friends about this company, they are considering calling to get information.

Updated on 01/05/2024: I am so glad I finally decided to consolidate my credit. I am even more happy that I chose Freedom Debt Relief. They have been amazing. I feel like I don’t have to do hardly anything at all. They keep me up to date on what’s going on with my accounts and when they have settled one. I have been offered an alternate strategy to help settle things even faster. I 100% recommend Freedom Debt Relief if you are wanting to consolidate and get out of debt!

I was skeptical about doing a debt consolidation program but so far I have really enjoyed working with Freedom Debt Relief. They have been helpful, communicative, and knowledgeable. They have helped settle and lower a few of my credit cards already and I've only been with the program a few months.

The program works very simple. They take the total about of what you owe, divide it by a set amount of months which gives you a monthly payment lower that the total of your existing payments. Thereby saving you some money each month. Then they negotiate with the creditors for settlements less that what you owe. They pay off the debts and when you have completed all of your payments. your "Debt Free".

I first spoke with Shauna (not sure of the spelling) after my husband told me about this program and he signed up. He made sure this company was legit (which it is!). My mom had a debt consolidation with another company and NONE of the money she put in went to the creditors. Once he spoke to her, he raved about her and had me call her. I can't tell you how relieved I was that she was able to help me.

Was a great experience. I would recommend it to anyone who's need help. The employees at Freedom are so helpful. I never thought I would be saying goodbye and thank you for all the help. Anyone who is in a bind call Freedom and you will see how helpful they are.

The absence of communication as to what is or is not happening. Information received only after the fact and then only limited to approve this or that. And an occasional note saying a payment has Been made or needs to be made. One time an individual phoned to say they were about to come to a decision. Nothing was said in the beginning regarding a consolidation loan then or down the road. That came as a complete unknown from someone reading a script and available ONLY at that point. Decide now!..

Helping people and explaining done well, whenever I call someone is there to help and answer my questions, I like the way they talk to me and they help me with what I can pay and not just say things that they don’t want to explain to get me off the phone or rush when I need more information about my account.

Freedom keeps me informed. They send emails out and I'm updated when I'm getting ready to finish an account. They help answer all the questions that I need. I'm trying to get two more debts put in there and they're trying very hard to help me get those in there. The timeline is good. The expected dates are where they're supposed to be.

I enrolled in this program for specific debts that impacted not only my credit, but the credit of a co-signer. I was encouraged to enroll other debts to this plan. This program has focused on other debts as opposed to the ones I was reassured time & times over that would be prioritized. In settling these non important debts, they have charged a MUCH larger fee than what was originally mentioned. I really don’t feel that I am reducing the amount of debt I owed. It’s just being re-proportioned to this company while my credit and my co-signers credit continues to plummet.

I still do of have an idea about how much is taken out for repayment. 1. I expect a service fee of $10.00-$20.00 per month and the balance to go to the repayment of my unsecured debt. 2. I have no idea when you start contacting my creditors to renegotiate. 3. I still have no idea when repayment will start.

Case worker was super nice and informative. Answered all my questions. Explained the program in a way that was easy to understand. Let us know if we had any questions we could call anytime. The program as of this point in time seems to be really easy to follow. Access to our information is simple. I do have a little issue finding info about some of the accounts in the program, but eventually I find what I'm looking for. I can always call if I really need to get that information. Overall satisfied.

I have been satisfied with the process but it's short on options to allow smaller debts to pay off sooner when you have excess funds rather than make them run the course. I was told no to paying a few off when I had the money allowing the others to be increased.

Freedom Debt Relief has started my relief program. I have made 2 deposits to my account. Looking forward to getting my debt removed. I have 5 creditors in which I need to have Freedom Debt work with to remove my debt. This process should be completed in two to six months.

There is a great gap between the settlements. I understand to a degree as you have to add the human factor, but the next target is May of 2024 when it is now November 2023. This seems like a long time when I am still falling further behind and still receiving multiple phone calls per day.

I'm new to the process but I'm hopeful that this will truly help me get out of credit card debt. It's so stressful knowing that you are about to get swallowed up in debt that will just keep growing due to interest. I now feel like there is an end in sight. Updated on 04/25/2024: Just wish I would have understood how long it would take to contact creditors..I've been hounded with calls and now letters from attorneys..Very disappointing.. I was told that I wouldn't be getting the calls. I even contacted my creditors and told them I was using Freedom and they would be contacted..Months later and still nothing.

So far so good. First installment came out of my account and we will see how this goes. The young man that helped me in the beginning was very nice and understanding but I will remain cautious because I have never met anyone in person and I just want to pay my bills off.

Don’t ever let me know if account are being settled. I upped my deposit and still have not settled any more accounts. It seems all my deposits are just going to fees and not my accounts. Also why are all my creditors calling. They claim they have not been contacted by you.

I had debt over $10k with almost 20 creditors making up that amount. They have negotiated excellent settlements in which I have NEVER had any issues with Freedom. Don't look any further when you must reduce your debt, they will not disappoint and you will have a clear conscience at the final results.

Overall, I’m happy with experience. In the beginning it was quite scary but I’m better now. The dedicated account and the payments I have been explain clearly. Now I understand it all. I guess I can’t be part of the negotiation process on the amount. It seems risky to decline an offer, but I have to wonder if that something that I should do but I just don’t have enough information to know. Thanks for all you do. I really appreciate you!

I do appreciate all the help that you are giving me in reducing my debt. On the other hand your fees are pretty expensive. For instance you get my debt cut by 40 to 50% which is very helpful and it's kind of uplifting but then you tack on a fee which brings me right back up to the amount that I pretty much already owed so I'm not really seeing a whole lot of savings out of this. Other than I am not making monthly payments to several different creditors and just making me a payment to you.

I'm still in the program and I'm on my last thing. They have enough to pay it off, but they're still taking my money. It also took a little longer than I expected. But other than that, it's okay.

The program has been good other than the high payments, but looking back, I'm glad I made those high payments because I'm about finished with the program. Freedom Debt Relief has taken the stress and strain off of worrying about these bills, and I would tell people to look into it and consider it.

When I had questions and had to call in, specific questions regarding something, sometimes I didn't get the answers I wanted or Freedom Debt Relief's reps didn't sound like some of the people I got on the phone who were knowledgeable enough for those questions. Also, FDR took too long to pay off one of my debts. There were several. And this particular debt should have been priority because it had legal action attached to it. And I found out towards the end when I was getting ready to finish my program that was the only debt left out of all the others which were paid off nice and smooth. This particular one was overlooked. If it had legal implications attached to it, it should have been priority because in the end, it had to go to their litigation service.

So far I am very pleased just wish it could go faster. It has taken a lot of worrying off my shoulders. Whenever I contact you or I get contacted the representative is very mannerly. I will tell my family and friends about your company. The hardest thing is to get the banks to stop calling me. I explain I am under the FDR program and they are still calling. Thank you!

Freedom Debt Relief was good. I had a lot of credit debt. So, I had to find a solution. They did all the work, so I'm satisfied with what they did for me. The debt consultant was nice and he kept me in the loop at all times. He would also call me when there was a consultation performed. That was how they eliminated my debt. They will call me and say, "Can you put this down?" and I'll say, "Yes." Every month, I will pay them $328. I already finished the program.

This was so easy to set up with my consultant Jacob. He was very knowledgeable and very professional and nice to deal with. He stayed on the phone with me through the whole process. I was given several options and he helped with the best possible solution for me. It wasn’t a lengthy process at all. I can finally sleep peacefully knowing that my creditors will be paid.

I am very pleased with the outcome of paying off my debt. Anytime I had a question I would call and speak to someone and they were always able to answer my question. In just a 1/2 a year I’ve seen so much progress from FDR. I’ve been very happy with my choice to become debt free. Everyone is so amazing & on top of resolving my accounts. Whenever you reach out they are very prompt on getting back to you unlike other debt companies.

So far it seems to be going ok but just would like to get all debts with some kind of resolution. I think there is still 3 outstanding. Customer Support has been great and I have been sending them everything I get from creditors. I am kind of surprised that we have not seen any of the accounts just charged off. So far so good. I am just like everyone else and just in a hurry as late fees and interest keep accruing.

Just started, they have been very informative about everything, and answer questions when I have them. I really don't know what to add, they have helped me out and I should be debt free in as little as 4 years, instead of 20 by paying the CC companies the minimums, with high interest rates they charge.

I called around for debt consolidation and nobody would take my case but FDR. If it wasn't for them, I didn't know what I could have done. We wouldn't have been able to stay in a house. When I checked the website, it said I've completed the program.

I was able to get the bills consolidated and paid off through Freedom Debt Relief. They had a certain amount that they took out of my account every other week then a percentage of that money went for the different things. Part of it went into the account to pay off the dedicated account and some of it went to pay the insurance and their fees that they charge. They've mailed me my packet that says I have graduated. It took a little over the time that they said, but it's been done with the exception of one item. Originally, they said it would be three and a half years, but it took four and a half. I had tried to add that one item multiple times but was never able to. I could never get back in touch with my rep. They would tell me to take a picture and email it but it never got added into the program.

The customer service was great, the staff did an excellent job at explaining their program and the services that they provide giving you (the potential customer) time to soak in what has been shared with you and space to think as to what direction you might want to in. Then you are given time to ask questions. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Excellent customer service. I'm incredibly grateful for their dedication to my account. All service agents are professional and have provided me with a step-by-step process. Financial Freedom made it easy to understand. The customer portal is easy to use and understand. I currently used their legal team to handle one of my creditors, and they were on top of it. My worries were gone as soon as they began. The legal department contacted and stayed in communication until my case was resolved.

FDR help has given me a second chance to get my credit score back to where it was once before. I truly understand the situation I put myself into by not paying attention to the bill I was receiving. FDR is truly the best! They are fast, accurate and customer friendly. I only just started but the process in calling and getting information was incredibly insightful and helpful. Great service. Still a newbie.. but quickly navigating my way around and learning the process. Big undertaking in the beginning to get all things submitted and initial calls made.. but things level out after that. Freedom debt relief seems to be more interested in boosting themselves and further putting their clients in debt. I cancelled the next monthly payment due to unforeseen circumstances and they decided to try and take a payment anyway… I’ve tried to email customer service multiple times and chat to put the program on hold and they don’t respond to your emails at all… If I’d known this program wasn’t really designed for the customer I would’ve never signed up.

Updated on 06/06/2024: I was so stressed out about the increase in my credit card debt and especially about paying well more than $100 per month just in interest fees alone. I called FDR about what I should do and after following their guidelines about what I could afford monthly to resolve my debt situation they took over and changed my life. During the FDR processing of my debt relief, I received calls from credit card companies, then from debt control companies who purchased my debt from the credit card companies and started after me. One call suggested I take out a 2nd mortgage on my house to pay off the debt. These calls were very stressful but after I spoke with FDR as to what I should do I was relieved since they said not to worry they would take care of everything. So reassuring.

Very good help from you guys helping me get through this debt I have and helping me pay it off with a low payment month that is ok for you to make. Hope you guys keep up the good work you are doing for me and hope you can get the other debt I have solve too for a low payment I can make. Thank you so much for helping me and my family. Everything to this point has been as advertised, and I am incredibly optimistic that more progress will be made with my debt over the coming weeks. Because if everything continues the way it has been going to this point, I will have an accurate picture of what a debt-free life may be.

I have a fantastic payment history with anyone I do business with yet I could not get the credit cards under control. These folks helped me when I really needed it and did it well. I am lucky I have the means to accelerate the payment program but even if you don’t just stay on track and you will be okay. They will make sure, trust the system.

So far so good. Only issue is the calls don’t stop! The staff is amazing and very helpful!! Only 3 months in and they have settled one credit card debt. I would recommend changing your cell number to reduce the stress! I would recommend this program to anyone, that has interest raising problems like I did!

Didn't understand that the time of negotiations depended on the amount of money I am having you take out. I needed to send more information on a bill that I requested to add to this account but I had a really hard time doing that. I do not have access to a computer at home. My employer is very cautious of what gets sent to my work.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. They answered my questions and offered their own stories of the program which put my mind at ease. I was reluctant and was not sure to trust but I am happy that I made the decision to make this journey. I look forward to becoming debt free and able to live my life without worrying about debt.

Updated on 1/7/2024: The program has helped me in a very positive way. I'm getting my debt paid off without being on the bad credit list. My credit score is going up month after month. Pretty soon, my accounts will be paid off and my credit will be good again. I couldn't ask for anything better.

Jessica ** was awesome, she worked with me and even waited till a good time to call or even let me place her on hold while I was at work. She explained things very well to me and whenever over everything in detail. As to Haley ** she never called me back after several attempts within 2 weeks. She gave me the wrong contact number for her and she never responded to my emails.

So far everything has been just as the program was described to me. I've been updated via my email every step of the way, however I've never been contacted again by the person who initiated the program. I guess it's not necessary, but it would have been nice to have that human contact and reassurance.

Freedom Debt has worked quickly at trying to settle debts. First settlement was within 2 weeks of starting program. I am very happy with how quick they are working! They also cut a bill close to $4,000 in half, which is a big savings for me. The monthly fee also isn’t extravagant and is affordable with option to pay more when I can.

We’re glad to have the Universal card settled, but Bank of America is the one bugging us all the time. They call pretty often. They have offered us pretty good settlements over the phone, but so far we haven’t had any luck getting it in writing. Hope it can be settled in less than 6 months. FDR is very reliable in their in the ability to reduce your debt. Be prepared for your pay back numbers to go down but hang on it will work. This is an excellent company to do business with. I’ve been asked about how it works and I explained the process to them and they seemed to like this process very much. I gave them the phone number and told them to call and see what your company can do for them.

Settlements are a lot slower than I would like. I am being pressured to take out a loan to speed up the process. That is not what I was promised when I signed up. I think fees are excessive for the service I am receiving. I am ready to get accounts settled and payments made, so I can be out of debt.

There have been some times when I have had issues with the website for like weeks on end. There also isn't much communication from the company about what or how things are going. But I will say they are doing what they said they were gonna do and so far. I think they saved me like 9k our of $23k.

The only issue I have is the cost of your rate added onto the debt I already owe. I do think it is a high rate and would have appreciated it being lower as it would help to get rid of this debt quicker. Once into it and the service itself was very good but I felt I had to go with it due to the financial state I am in right now.
