Everyone is friendly that is what makes this program more special. We all need help and with help makes everything better. I am thankful for this program because nowadays it takes money to have freedom. So I would tell everyone who is ever going thru any hardship there are solutions out there just gotta know where to go. Freedom Debt Relief is a place where everyone is helpful in their own ways. To have a good company you gotta have good employees who seeks to help as much as they can.

So far so good with this company I started with couple months ago. No complaints. They were professional and polite when getting my info, and got me set up quickly, with a savings from my previous company. They send me notices when they will be taking most of my money, so very helpful.

Settlements are going well....Just concerned with THE FNBO account possibly going to court....Would like to see its priority moved up ....Made extra deposits so money was available to settle this account....Will make more extra deposits when I receive my tax return....Otherwise I am happy with the result so far....Plan on trying to have all settlements completed by end of 2024.

Excellent help to get on top of your debts; I had a lot of help when the covid 19 was affecting everybody, I will recommend your services to anybody that need some help with their payments; this is the kind of services that people in debt needs; if I need your services again I will ask for it, I hope not..

Wasn't completely explained how & when credit rating will again begin to improve...Thought it would improve immediately as deals and agreements were negotiated with all my creditors...Not the case, as I have recently found out..my credit rating was in the mid 700's & I didn't mind taking a temporary hit...But for the full 4 years, then to have to build it up again afterwards, I would have never done this had I fully understood that to be the case

This program has helped me so much and I’m working my way out of debt! The customer service is outstanding, the client dashboard is easy to navigate and the program is easy to follow. I think that I am a bit disappointed with the program as settlements are coming slowly. Since signing up I have been hit with health issues and expenses that add to my feelings of drowning. We could not forsee this so I am trying to be patient. Probably saying two down and off my list is a good place to be. I just so badly want to be out of debt.

FDR has been more than helpful in resolving my debt and much faster than I thought. It’s been a great experience! I would recommend it to anyone who is having trouble resolving their debt or has high interest on their debt. If you’re worried about credit rating, your credit rating will go down at first but then it gradually begins to increase to a reasonable rate.

Freedom Debt Relief started out by helping me then totally dropped the ball. They sent me a letter congratulating me for graduating from their program with all credit card debts settled. This was a lie. Evidently the Capital One credit card settlement was broken because FDR was short about $500 on the amount agreed upon for settlement. I received this information from Capital One. So over $8000 has been delinquent in this card for the last 3 years and I had no idea. Obviously this has had a negative impact on my credit score. FDR admits they were short the $500 but refuses to reach out to Capital One to fix it. They say that I have to get documentation from Capital One to show there is still a balance on that card. Capital One refuses to give me that information in writing to forward to FDR.

Freedom Debt Relief is an excellent organization. They are knowledgeable and professional. They gave me peace of mind at a time when I really needed it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help. They are always willing to help and never make you feel less important as a consumer. They are prompt in obtaining settlements for you.

Reducing one’s debt that has been keeping you awake at night. Having an enormous amount of debt can weigh on your mind constantly. It can be debilitating. I worked many years to build my credit score unfortunately my husband passed, the economy left me no other way to live but through my credit cards. I am so happy that I made that phone call to Freedom Debt Relief.

It’s a little early for a review being that nothing has been resolved yet, it’s only been a few weeks and I haven’t heard anything. I would like if I was kept more informed about what’s going on but I have not heard from anyone. I will be calling them tomorrow although I feel like I shouldn’t have to contact them.

The support we received with understanding how the program works to help us pay our debts was easily understood. Setting up the payment program to automatically deduct our payments from our checking is quite helpful. We appreciate the time that was given to us during our sign up. I know it’s been an easy process to have this completed…. I don’t feel you given me clear updates as to what is left and the timeline of completion. One time it stated I would be completed by end of 2023, another time not till 2024 and this was after I’d received notice my last debt was settled.

I still cannot access my dashboard. I am already two payments into the program. I was told there was a service ticket started, but I have not heard anything. This is not what I expected. Very disappointed...it’s been over two weeks. I have been told twice that this would be resolved, but nothing has changed.

You are nothing but scammers! I wish I would never contacted you. Definitely won’t recommend your shady service to anyone. You trick people to settle a debt but you actually creating more debt! Had a bit of a struggle getting going, but I think now that the first payment has been made, it’ll be smooth sailing from here out! My consultant and everyone I’ve interacted with has been AMAZING to work with and I appreciate each and every one of them! Making calls in can sometimes be rough if you’re not sure what area you need to get to, but when you get through to a person, they all have been extremely helpful, even if just to connect me to the correct area.

I like that they helped me with getting my credit back on track. They talk to the creditors for me. When they finish with one, they go on to the next one. I like they I don't have to worry about anything. When they finish one, they let me know, that they are starting on the next one. I am decently satisfied with this company. I do with they would reach out to me from time to time and make it a little more personable. The emails are informative but there is nothing personable about it. They should follow up with a phone call to make sure we don't need anything else.

I returned a call this morning and was surprised to get a customer service representative who started my day on a bad note. She was unfriendly, it sounded like I was inconveniencing her because I didn't know the exact department and before saying anything to me she just transferred my call. Second representative was okay. She did resolve the issue and assisted me with my question.

This is my second time with Freedom Debt Relief, so that should tell you something. If I ever have any debt problems in the future then I will come back again. Three months after enrolling in Freedom Debt Relief programs, they made already a settlement with one of creditors and I am happy with the result! I trust this company, as doing what they said to do. For people with large debts, I encourage everyone to trust Freedom. Associates are very polite and helpful explaining step by step procedures in your goal of being debt free.

I was disappointed to find the cost of the service plus what I had to be paid due to the build up of charges was probably equal to what I would’ve paid had I just kept making payments and not destroyed my credit rating. Once in the process it’s no longer cost-effective to leave. I have no problem with the customer relations people, they have been excellent; but I do think the actual financial costs should be made clearer.

Would recommend them to anyone. They are always for nice and care when you talk to them. I love how it helps me not ruin my credit. They get the amounts cut down lower than what they were. I will get out of debt quicker. They always very kind and respectful.

I am receiving calls 3 or more times daily from credit card companies telling me that they are closing my accounts. I hope this will end these annoying calls. My wife is fighting stage 4 liver and colon cancer so any relief would be a blessing. This seems to be a long drawn out process during which these creditor keep piling on charges. Sometimes doubling the original amount I owed. I'm not feeling very secure from collections or garnishment.

I have been very Please. I Get a little Nervous sometimes with the progress but it’s been everything they have told me to be correct!! My credit score is Slowly going up. I can not praise this group highly enough! Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, engaged when talking with you, and excellent communication. I had to use the Lawyers to get the necessary assistance which made me nervous but they were truly wonderful. Things are moving along quite well. I see a light at the end of the tunnel and it doesn't appear to be a train.

My very average rating is because I agreed with Freedom to pay an equal monthly fee for 48 months, no more. Now I see that in the last negotiation, the term was increased until the end of 2026, exceeding the initial agreed term. That is not serious and modifies the bilateral agreement.

Chris was fantastic. Was full of information and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I did have a moment of panic but he was very calming and assuring. I wish the process moved a little quicker with the debtors. It is not a great time ignoring my phone every time it rings because I don't know if it is one of them calling. Hoping once plans are in place, life with the phone will calm down.

Well I ask for help with my payment and got the run around from 4 different people. I thought you are here to help me and instead made me more financial hurt. I am sending email and getting what seems more like a robot answer and no details. It is my debt and I have no say so in it or anything. Had I known it would be this crazy I would of just let my payments lapse and dealt with it.

Updated on 06/08/2024: A consistently steady approach to a painful situation. A process that needed to happen made easier. A wonderful group of people that have reinstalled a few smiles. As each account is negotiated my credit report responds. It's not just a little bit good. FDR Rocks! For anyone considering the service the plus features outweigh the negative. The hardest part is just getting started. Each day in the program there are measurable results.

So far all is well. The gentleman answered all my questions. Took time out and went over everything and had the answers and still beat all the competition's quotes. They also said they would get it do in less time than the others could plus their rating with BBB is excellent.

The process is slow but they do tell you that you have to have enough money in your dedicated account for them to be able to make payments. That account builds as your credit score drops, but once you get a settlement going and the payments start to show, your credit score does start to climb back up. Thus far, I have completed one settlement and the 2nd one is starting to pay. Thankfully FDR's charges are calculated in when they give you a price on the front end, otherwise you would have a fit at the cost for settlement. It is, however, much easier to let FDR deal with creditors and you just live your life paying FDR. Am I satisfied? I could be a little happier but I do understand the process and it is working.

My payment hasn't started yet but the help I have received so far tells me I have done the right thing! Thank you and I look forward to the conclusion of my debt. With the recommendation of what to tell my creditors I feel this will be a smooth transition. Again, I thank you for your help and guidance.

They are a great company, They have been upfront with me about everything. And they stay in contact with me about my account. They send you emails about settlements so you can okay them. And if they find a bill you forgot about they will let you know and then ask if is yours or not.

You guys are taking my money but can't find my account anywhere.... what are you guys doing?? This is not okay at all. You have my account under two different names, even with my full social security number you could not find an account but you are more than able to continue taking money from me.... I'm confused and very disappointed. And a little scared because if you can't find my account how are you going to stop my deposits?

I feel I was mislead into thinking all my accounts would be settled within a few months, here I am almost a year in and only one account has been settled/ payments have been distributed too. I also was not aware that they would charge a fee for each individual account, which is pretty costly. My program was suppose to be a 4 year program, I don’t see that being the case either, but I guess we will see. If I had it to do over, I would not nor would I recommend to anyone!

This is taking much longer than we planned, it’s so stressful. I feel like I should have done a debt consolidation instead, I can’t afford to put more money in and this just seems to be hopeless, is there a loan option?

I have been very satisfied with everything except for the negotiated pricing. I was hoping for better prices. All my late charges have kept on charging and when it comes time to negotiate with the creditors they take into account my late fees which have added up. I would like to have seen my actual balance be the negotiating price.

Would have liked to have seen more negotiations with BrightStar, CareCredit and Amazon but considering what little I can pay per month it makes sense.. I am very grateful for the help I have received. Happy Thanksgiving and merry Christmas and happy New Year. Hopefully next year I will be able to double the payment. I found the agents were very helpful with explaining the process and what the expectations are upcoming in the program. I am just starting so I am hopeful that my accounts will be negotiable with the companies to move to a successful and potentiating an early graduation in the program.

$16,000 of credit card debt. I was starting to feel like I was in over my head. I talked with Freedom Debt Relief and worked out a plan to ease myself out of debt. The monthly deposits are affordable and I can see myself debt free in a couple of years.

I'm glad my creditors are going to be paid faster than I can do it but not satisfied how FDR is not talking to my creditors in a timely fashion. I'm not happy with that my creditors want you to set up an agreement.

I am grateful for this FDR program. It really took a large load off of me and my finances. I am grateful for all the employees that’s always there to answer questions who have always showed great support and love.

Debts are being paid in a timely manner. I would like to get most of these debts paid before I retire in the next 24 months. I hope Freedom debt relief can accomplish this for me, so I can live a less stress free life in living with just SS. It does concern me and millions of others as the economy rises.

My experience with Freedom Debt has been great thus far. My second time and my last. Being in debt has been challenging for me. With the guidance of the customer service team, it has help me with navigating the online portal and to understand how to stay on track to become debt free.

Updated on 08/23/2024: In one year only one debt has been paid off. Making arrangements has been slower than expected. Just today, I learned that American Express has filed 2 claims against me in small claims court. I am most disappointed as American Express has not contacted me and I thought I was on target. Now I must make address this one my own.

I was afraid of first to do this. When I called everything was explained to me. I just couldn’t do it anymore with all the interest they were adding to my credit card balance. I am happy I did this and hope to have a great outcome with my debt relief.

My rep was very helpful. He listened to my concerns, and took excellent care of me. Made the process very easy. I can breathe relief now, knowing I have a great team behind me. I highly recommend this company if you are struggling with debt and looking for a way out. And now there is light at the end of the tunnel.

So far the program seems great! Everything has been explained so that I understand the process! The learning information on the website are also very informative, and are easy to follow! The gentleman whom I spoke to to enroll was also very helpful explaining how the program works! Just made my first deposit!

The program does work. I have three of my bills enrolled. It does take longer than three months if you have more than one bill enrolled. They were able to reduce one of my bills by 14k, so now I owe $10k. I am waiting for the other two to be settled. It can be nervous seeing my credit score drop, but you have to plan not to be making big purchases or using those cards during the program.

FDR has been extremely helpful and kind. They explained everything from start to finish and they've made finances and my situation far less stressful than it had been. I am very happy with the services they've offered and can't wait to have things resolved at last! I would definitely recommend that if you're seeking assistance to go with FDR.

I was scared at first doing this but assured me it was going to be OK. They guided me through it explaining every detail. How long it would take if, I wanted it to go faster would have to do extra payments. I will say was nervous but I already have my first loan settled. Thank you. Too many delays. I had a trip that was supposed to take 8 hours with a layover. Take 12 which limited my time at my destination. The first plane was delayed. It pulled away from the gate, sat there, pulled back and put someone off. The second flight had at least 6 delays then we sat on the plane over a hour only to have to change planes.

I have had a very good experience with Freedom so far. Timely with all communications and explain it so I understand what is going on with my account with no confusion at all. I have yet to navigate the dashboard but will soon to see the status of my account.

The process has been slow but worth the wait. I have a ways to go but of four accounts one down and three to go. Freedom Debt has kept me inform throughout my journey. I have just begun working with Freedom Debt consolidation so this is all pretty much new to me. So far staff has been very patient and helpful. I made sure to choose well, and I did now I'm closer to being debt-free, and I have not received any collection letters. They help me correct the deposit date to be made two times. Preventing insufficient funds from my bank account. Showing the dates per month when to pay. They made it easy without no hassles! No payments have been made on my accounts and now I have late charges. I have never had late charges. I did this to improve my credit. This has dropped my credit score. No one has contacted me to explain the delay by phone or email. This is bad business practices.

A very poor and execution and the money that you save with their negotiation they turn around and charge you that exact amount so realistically you're paying your debt in full. Just paying somebody else to pay your debt. While stationed overseas that made it very difficult for me to communicate with them and for them to approve settlements and Was also charged service fees. Instead of having my debt paid off in full they waited until the following month so they could receive their fees instead of just paying my debt.

To make it easy for me to repay my detours and Be responsible for my finances. I was with the program before, and the organization was really great and helping me out the last time. Unfortunately with pharmaceuticals rising and rent increasing, it's hard for me to pay my bills.

Freedom Debt Relief seemed like the right fit for me. Working with them went fine because they explained how things would go and they told me that if there were any problems, they would let me know. With Freedom Debt Relief, I'm able to get out of debt so that's great. Give them a call.

I've used the service twice. They're very responsive and very easy to contact. They keep me informed in the process. They work with what you can afford to pay on a biweekly basis. There is some wiggle room for the amount to pay or the date that you can pay. So they're very consumer-friendly. My personal dashboard shows me what my payments are and where I am in the process. It shows how long it takes to a payoff date. I can easily add more funds and stop the program anytime if I wanted to.

When going into this I really did some research. I made sure that the company had a high score with the Better Business Bureau. I also read what others said about going through this company. Then also gave it a lot of thought before contacting them. After being in the program a year it was the best decision I ever made. Once I am done I will be careful of credit cards and any other debt that can make life difficult.

The process was not fully explained. All my accounts were not included. I was expected to find all my accounts, account numbers and balances for the account. I feel as though I had to do all the research myself after I was initially told that my credit would be pulled and you would take care of it. I was contacted late after hours from 1 agent whose child was screaming in the background. I was spoken to rudely by the last agent that informed me that some of my accounts would not be included and stated several times that the paperwork I was submitting was incorrect. I am trying to give your program a try but I'm seriously thinking of not following through due to the interaction I've had thus far.

They set up my program to where it wasn't difficult to understand. The rep explained everything in general and she was very easy to talk to. Working with them has made it easier financially. I recommend FDR.

I have credit card debt that is being taken care of much sooner than I anticipated. The only problem is in the past two months, I’ve received a text message saying my FDR account is short. I called and was told not to worry about it because my account had plenty of money in it.

Hello the only issue is I have, with this service is, people are already in trouble with money but it takes 5 days or more for you all to take your money, so when people have other things that come out then it puts the money people out said In jeopardy, Customers should be able to send or be instantly taken, not 5 days, but other than that amazing service.

I would think if you talked with my creditors they would not continue to take payments from my account, you have taken your first payment yet I still have to pay and other creditors telling me to make a payment, your payment shouldn't start until it has been resolved with my creditors.

Frankly, so far so good, but too soon to give a fully realized assessment. However, the process is well streamlined and I feel fully supported by FDR during this stressful time of financial hardship. Can't wait for my first negotiation. One day I expect to write a glowing review as I am referring other friends and family members in distress to use your service based on my experience thus far.

I never thought that this process would be easy to start. It was easy to understand the process. Felt relieved. We are already seeing results. Exciting that our debt is being handled by a trusted business. And we are paying back our debt. I started with Freedom Debt back in 2021 and I started off with over 15k in debt. I felt I couldn’t breathe anymore with my debt. The first year of the program was tough seeing my credit plummet. But, 2 years in now, they have battled most of my debt and my credit is rising like a star! I can finally breathe as I become debt free.

Horrible experience. They let one of my debts get as far as me receiving 3 summonses and having to take 2 days off from work to go to court. Then had to get a personal loan to take care of the debt I was better off doing that from the beginning. I don’t recommend this program to anyone.

I never knew consolidation was the way to go. FDR has taken care of everything for me. Perhaps the best thing is how quickly they negotiated my debts. But the ultimate decision for having FDR take over my debt is, I'll be out of debt in 4yrs vs 20. Thank you Freedom Debt Relief!!!

This company is just pure amazing. I just started the program this year. And so far so good. Thank you so much. They keep you updated always willing to give you information by answer any questions you have. They're the best. I tried a previous company and they do not come close to these guys. Truly blessed and thankful.

Freedom has been working great, I started feeling relief right away. I have been able to save money a month while paying off my debt. They have been able to settle debt for even lower than my registered amount. Freedom keeps me up today with my accounts by using the portal so I know what is going on at all times. The customer service is fast responding and professional.

I am relieved that I am receiving calls and mail from creditors. My credit score dropped low, but is rising. I use cash now, realizing that is the best way for me to make purchases. If I don’t have cash, I don’t shop. I do not plan to get any more credit cards, because I don’t want to repeat this cycle. I have spoken to some friends about this company, they are considering calling to get information.

I feel like I don’t have to do hardly anything at all. They keep me up to date on what’s going on with my accounts and when they have settled one. I have been offered an alternate strategy to help settle things even faster. I 100% recommend Freedom Debt Relief if you are wanting to consolidate and get out of debt!

The program works very simple. They take the total about of what you owe, divide it by a set amount of months which gives you a monthly payment lower that the total of your existing payments. Thereby saving you some money each month. Then they negotiate with the creditors for settlements less that what you owe. They pay off the debts and when you have completed all of your payments. your "Debt Free".
